Our heroes have raced out into the countryside of Caldra
to the impact site of a crownfall event.
Accompanied by holy knights and warriors of the Church of the Sions,
they seek to secure any crown steel pieces
and defeat the emissary, Yanaria,
a powerful celestial and fiendish creature
that has helped call forth more crownfallen beasts.
to Althea. During the battle, all but one of the crown-stil pieces have thus far been secured,
but Xanthius drew too close to the remaining peace and felt a familiar hunger and obsession
take over him. Daisy, fearing what would happen to him, grabbed Xanthius and used her cape of
silver mist to dimension door him 200 feet away before he was fully overtaken. Meanwhile, Ophelia
and the others fought Yanaria and managed to deliver a killing blow. However, before she could finally
fade, Yanaria erupted with flame and some power seemed to overtake her,
transforming her into Yanaria the Embed. And the battle continues. And that, my friends,
is where we pick back up today. Jumping straight into phase two, as was accurately predicted,
uh, phase two of this battle against the emissary Yanaria.

just arrived on the edges of the battlefield,
having zoomed in with the haste speed,
a haste spell, thanks to Xanthius.
Yonaria has conjured this sort of storm
of crownfall-looking weaponry
that seems to have almost kind of spread out from her.
We currently have...
Sir Morning is in the process of sealing
that last... needs to begin the ritual
to seal the last crown-stil piece
that has not yet begun it.
Sogloria is main holding open the reliquary
which is required to secure the crown steel.
We have Rowan and Gruff, Ophelia,
and several of the Holy Warrior Knights
basically surrounding Janaria,
who is currently floating a few feet up in the air.
There is a spirit dragon,
a dragon spirit that has been summoned in.
And then we have a few of the other holy warriors
scattered around protecting the reliquaries
that contain the other crown fallen pieces.
And we are going to begin with Rowan,
followed by Gruff.
Just to double check, I'm dazed currently.
That will end at the beginning of your turn.

when you fought Yanaria previously,
she moved with this almost unnatural, agile grace,
almost trying to predetermine where you were going to be
and where she was going to strike.
That grace and that quickness and that agility
seems to have gone
and is just being manifested now as like raw power.
So she doesn't seem as quick,
but perhaps now seems strong.

So again, sort of thrusts her hand out and this kind of storm of blades fly down,

Sir Morning will, as a bonus action, look at you, Gruff.

It is radiant damage, so it will be carved,

And then I think I'm gonna spend that lovely,
in fact, actually no, I don't need to,
because the MPC attacked me.

So you see as Sir Glory kind of blasts with this radiant bolt,
Yanariah the angel just looks down and just with a swipe of a hand,
a great sword made of this crowns to light material
just flies down and slashes at Sir Glory.
As it does, it kind of cuts up.
across and can see similar to Rowan leaving some sort of lingering aura of like red mist,
red and black mist that coils around the wound cursing Sir Glory as well, who does look
pretty bad shape after that attack. We then jump up a brand new round, which means it's
Yonari's turn. Yay, yay. My favorite, hello. Hello. An underwhelming gift, right Tom? Yeah.
So many delicious enemies all within attack range.
So I think I'm just gonna stay right where I am
and make a bunch of attacks.

And again, you have that same curse-like feeling,
like this sense of malice all over your body
as you are struck by it.
And then towards Daisy, I have been struck at these two foes,
the hooded mast just looks in your direction,
and even across this distance,
you see this figure looks towards you.
And where there was light,
this kind of warm, sort of fiery light within the hood,
this time that light almost,
like an implosion sucks down into a dark void
and something connects with you.
I need you to roll a charisma role for me,
so just D20 plus your charisma.

And actually, they'd be horrors that you partially recognize because they bear the designs,
the crystals, those strange automaton forms of the...
proto-maggi creatures, and you see these angel demon hybrids fighting them, and it's just, and
this agony and pain and suffering, everything around you is burning, and you feel almost in
your head this voice screaming in agony at you.
And then it cuts, and you can, you feel this sensation of being ripped and pulled and then
locked in a place where you are just burning with that screaming in your ear.
for what feels like eternity.
Oh my God, I'm still going.
