Before, in our previous part, the party have descended into the magma chamber of Volcanos, where they are currently fighting against Gulzor, the great worm, that has emerged out of the caverns. And thanks to Valor, a sort of protective sphere of energy has been protected from the most harm of the llama.

Lava? Llama? Llama. Oh no. However, Gulzor's incredible tail that is emerging from the cavern walls, his ability to blast superheat and swallow creatures whole has unfortunately forced a lot of the party to be separated.

We currently have Quill and Lucius inside its gullet. We have Nova out in the very edges of the cavern in the lava directly, and also a giant magma elemental, which is currently engulfed Valor and D1 inside the bubble sphere as well. But we are jumping straight back into the combat at the very top of a brand new round with Ayla.

You feel like blood and lava rush around you. Ayla, who's next to it, you see the worm kind of reaches back up and then it goes still and it just begins floating in the lava, no longer moving. It doesn't throw us up, though. It does not. It killed it. I will say it is dead.

However, because there is still lava and you guys are still trapped inside, we're going to stay in initiative for now. 41 points of damage when it was already low was a lot. That was a ton of damage, yeah. Those of you inside, you are no longer restrained. You are still blinded, but you can try and move out of this thing. Now, because it is filled with lava, the same rules of half movement apply. So you have to basically spend whatever movement.

How deep into this thing are we? You'll find out. Socius is still your turn that was your action um i'm gonna use dancing lights which is just an at will uh it's an action still to cast yeah you can quicken it yeah i'm clicking it with two because it's a cat yeah because it has to be a camera yeah so i think that works yeah okay so yeah you fill your lights and you do see like a little bit above you a little bird foot jump scare what the hell are you doing in here i got swallowed too lucius we need to find a point to get out i think it's up uh up okay this way right follow me i still respond to your claws okay okay so you're not gonna be you going to wait for Quill to move.

that Valor was creating, you actually seem to touch the base of the magma chamber. And D1 will happily project, just like, we have reached the bottom of the magma chamber. If you still have the crystal device, now is the time to activate it. And Maximilian does have it. He kind of pulls it out and he hands it to D1

and D1 is like, I am ready to activate the device when you give me the command. And she will move into the middle and gets ready to activate it. What happens for those of us who aren't in the dome? You don't know. Those of you in the dome are like now sort of a few feet up above. You're maybe sort of like 15, 20 feet above the dome. So you can swim down, but you're still in position.

Ayla, love of time. You all just got to remember who's got the teleport spell. Yep. 24 after 12 fire damage. Can I get in the boublette? You can easily get in the dome, yeah, because you've got 20 feet of movement. With one movement you get in, kind of shuddered Lucius and Quill. Imagine that. And a boobly. Yeah, I'm good then, I think.

Okay, you good? Yeah. End of set. Sentry, five points of fire damage. Okay. What would you like to do? Anything at all? Can I move... Can I move up towards Nova and, like... So the thing to imagine now is now inside the dome, Aayla has just come in from, like, the ceiling.

So Aayla's, like, swam down and then dropped into it. You can see Nova about 20, 25 feet diagonally up. Okay. So in fact I'm just going to move you a bit Nova to represent the sphere lowering down. So it's 5, 10, 15. Yeah, because we were sinking the entire time. You were slowly descending. So if I move to the front of the dome and I cast Aura of Vitality, will that get Nova? What's the range on it? 33.

Yeah, it's diagonal, so I'd still count it. Maybe just on the very cusp of it. All right, so I'll do that at level three. So as a bonus action, I'm going to give Nova 2d6 healing. Great. Yay. Nice. That's eight on 2d6. Lovely. Thank you. That's 8. 2d6. Lovely.

Thank you. And can I sort of hold out Starbreaker and hold it out so she can grab it and when she grabs it I'll pull her in. Give us an extra 5 feet. Yeah, sure. And then you're going to... Well, action you cast Aura of Vitality so you can't ready an action just yet.

But you've got it there that Nova could probably use it to pull herself in. Yeah. Which will help her. It'll make that 5 feet normal movement. Right, Lucius, 5 points of fire damage because you are still in the intense heat of the dome, unfortunately. Anything you would like to do?

I'm going to cast Armor of Agathys on myself just to mitigate the damage. Yeah, might as well. Cooling armor. Are you ready to go? We need Nova. I'm waiting the command. We're missing someone.

You willingly fail the saving throw so Nova kind of like moves a little bit and then you watch as she kind of aims the bracelet behind her because it kind of pulses out from Zarkira's old bracelet and like Iron Man or the Martian like like uh thingy from the Martian you're like I'm gonna fly like Iron Man and then she comes like smashing into the ground like a headcount yeah lava kind of pours
