Starting point is 00:00:01 Yo, yo, yo, your thought warriors. What is up? Our learning is on. It's Aivvan Lathin Jr. And it's me, Rachel and Lisey. What's up with you? How are you doing? Got a new look.
Starting point is 00:00:12 What's the... I like it. Hat matches the shirt? I wear this hat all the time. On the podcast? No, I never wore it on the podcast. Yeah. I like to wear different hats in life and on the podcast.
Starting point is 00:00:26 I see. You've been changing up a bit. But you'd think you would be showing off this, your new hairline. Now that you got it back, there have been some people who have really wanted you to do something different with your hair now that the hair line is back. Like grow it out like you promised. Brade it up. Well, the hair's not finished. You're going to be running in yet.
Starting point is 00:00:43 Let me see. It's not. It looks good. It's going to get fuller than that. So I got to wait. How long has it been? This is why I can't do it. Six or eight months?
Starting point is 00:00:55 I've considered. You've considered. But that's too long. I can't go that long. Why? Because I can't walk around wearing hats. all the time. Like I need to show my hair at some point.
Starting point is 00:01:08 I wasn't really wearing hats for the purpose of, you know, it's funny. I feel more liberated to wear hats now than I did before. It felt like before that I was wearing hats to hide something. Now I'm wearing hats because I like to wear a hat. What you've been doing this week? It's that kind of day.
Starting point is 00:01:28 I've been hanging out. Had company in town. Oh, Danny. Been doing some, just having fun. Went to Dave and Busters. Oh, oh. Went to. I wouldn't peg you as a Dave and Busters type of person.
Starting point is 00:01:43 I love games. That's very nice. Love games. I'm super competitive. Went to The Laugh Factory, saw some good comedy. Jeff Dye, Adam Ray, Chris Spencer, Tiffany Haddish. Comedy legend Chris Spencer. Everybody trying.
Starting point is 00:02:01 out new material. It was fun. Chris just worked the audience. Like, it was amazing. It was amazing. Sugar Ray Leonard was in the crowd. Oh, wow. Annie Gonzalez. Shout out to her. Who is that? Actress. Latina actress. She's fantastic. Latina? What has she been in? Remember the Cheetos movie?
Starting point is 00:02:21 No. The Cheetos movie? Is I called, wait, I'm going to say this wrong. You know, C.T. Ashley. Y'all know what I'm talking about, right? It was a Cheetos movie? About the guy. The Hot Cheetos. Flaming Hot.
Starting point is 00:02:35 Thank you. Oh, I didn't even hear about this. Oh, yeah. It was, I think Evil Angoria was behind it. It was a big of shit, man. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Flameda Hot Cheetos movie. All right.
Starting point is 00:02:46 Okay. I've been a bunch of stuff, but that was a big movie. The playoffs are here, and you can predict the action all the way to the finals with Bandool predicts. Starting point is 00:04:26 Okay? We got Miami Twitter drama between two what you're going to update me on. Content for it. Oh no, you're going to make the decision. Can I just say this is a crash out show? Why is it a crash out? I feel like everybody's crashing out. Okay, could be. Nicky's crashing out. I don't even know
Starting point is 00:04:42 about the Miami mess, but it sounds like a crash out. AI's crashing out. Grock. Everybody is. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The MAGA. Maga is upset about this F-Stin thing.
Starting point is 00:05:00 Pam Bombi, Bombi, Pam Bondi, you endanger girl, I have trouble with people's names, which people kept reminding me. Did you know that somebody on the Reddit posted a picture of my mother on the Reddit? Inappropriate. Did you see it?
Starting point is 00:05:15 No, I did not. Because I have problems with names sometimes. It's always been a thing. Oh, you know I do. So I was saying Mamdani's name Mom Donnie? Mom Donnie. So they put my mom and then they put Donnie in there.
Starting point is 00:05:30 Donny Beacham? Your mom and Donny Beach him? They put a picture of my mom. It's kind of funny. It's sort of funny. It's funny. I don't like that they brought your mom into it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:38 But the mom plus Donnie is funny. It's clever. I give points for clever. But if people know what my mom was going through right now, they wouldn't just take pictures of my mother. We're not going to talk about it. Take pictures of my mother and put them on a thing to make funny jokes. You know, it's whatever.
Starting point is 00:05:55 But they're really, they're literally crazy on there. They're literally crazy. I can't stop going on there to watch the crazy things. You rile them up too. You like it. I riled them up. I mean, they can be out of control at times. But you, what do you call?
Starting point is 00:06:12 Solace jackals. Like, you instigate a little bit. They're past Solace Jackals. Solace Jackals was so 20-23. But the mom thing. They're past it now. They're psycho-analyzing. They're getting into our mom.
Starting point is 00:06:23 They're talking about our workloads. There are counselors. There are critics. It's a gift and a curse. There are friends. There are enemies. I'm so fascinated with the mind of somebody that would go on a message board and type out. This is what I think is happening with Van.
Starting point is 00:06:42 That's so hilarious to me. It's very funny. And not even in a... Do they think you're crashing out? I could be. You know what? As I get off my Lexa Pro, crash out van might return.
Starting point is 00:06:53 turn. Well, Alex Crowe was holding me back. I don't know if he left, but... Oh, he definitely left. Well, good thing it's Wellness Week coming up next week, right on time. The Mom Donnie thing was a lot more contentious than I thought it was going to be. Oh, my God. People were really upset.
Starting point is 00:07:07 Not at you and me. For your Mom Donnie takes? Yeah, that said we were over-exaggerating, which I think you gave the space of, listen. Just didn't, don't even listen to the podcast. They must not listen to the podcast. Like, we were not anti-Mam-Dani, but... I think that... You double down on the Mop Donnie thing.
Starting point is 00:07:26 No, no, I'm not... Even with... No, in our text conversation with Don. With Don. With Don, let me tell you that's what happened. Shout out to Don Lemon. Shout out to Don Lemon. Rachel and Don Lemon jumped me yesterday about Montani out of nowhere.
Starting point is 00:07:39 Don hits me up. Shout out to Don. Don hits me up and checks me. I don't mind a check from an OG like Don. And then Rachel and Don, Don, double team me. coming at me about Mom Donnie talking about I'm a hypocrite because I'm not being harder on Mom Donnie. Okay, nobody used the word hypocrite.
Starting point is 00:08:00 That's what, okay, so I'll say this. To say that if it was anybody else, I would be on their ass. It's calling me a hypocrite. Well, I, Don called me a hypocrite. Yeah, Don did say that. Okay, God did say that. But I do think if it was, we, and we kind of acknowledged that in the last podcast,
Starting point is 00:08:17 I do think that if it was someone, who was more conservative, far right leaning. We would be on it in a different way. But I think I do. I stand down on what I said. I'm not anti him. I also hate it because I think people will use it as an excuse, as we said, as they're campaigning against him,
Starting point is 00:08:35 to throw that out there. It's a gift for an Eric Adams, who's we already discussed how corrupt and a terrible person he is. But it just gives them something to use. And I stand by it. I think it was. inappropriate.
Starting point is 00:08:51 Yeah, I think it's a total non-issue. I don't think it'll affect him like that, but still. No, I wanted to give space to people. It's not okay. I don't give directives to the audience. I give space to people, particularly black people, to feel assailed by things that have historically assailed them. Okay.
Starting point is 00:09:12 And historically, proximity to black people for gain has been something that is really hurtful and harmful to black people. So I want to make sure that any time that people feel like that, that I give them space to be able to express that. And I express the fact that I understand that sentiment on the podcast, particularly a podcast where there's a lot of black people that listen to it that come from all sides of the political spectrum. But you guys either want clean people or clean water make a decision.
Starting point is 00:09:43 And that's literally the way I feel about it. Y'all want clean people or clean water to make the decision. And I would also say, once again, I am not a hypocrite here because even when conservative people have made mistakes and done things when they were teenagers, 17 years old, I have been on this podcast saying, I don't think that's something that you did. No matter who you are, what you are when you was 15, 16, 17, 17 years old that they have because of Twitter or because of something else should be a part of the definition of you. when you're 30 or 35. You have. 40 years old. I've always said that and I maintain it now.
Starting point is 00:10:24 You have always said that. I just, it was wrong. I know why. I know why you're so hard on the kids like this. I know why you're so hard on people, period. I thought about this. Oh, I'm hard on people, period. Go ahead.
Starting point is 00:10:39 No, you, like, the apology meter comes. You don't think that that's fair to say? Oh, yeah. Yeah, you're appellate. I acknowledged that last podcast. I'm not trying to be unfair, but like, the apology meter comes and you all. Do you know why?
Starting point is 00:10:50 Why? Because you come from a law enforcement family. My dad wasn't always. Do you consider lawyers law enforcement? I consider the police, which your daddy was the police. My dad's not the police. Was he the city attorney? That's not the police.
Starting point is 00:11:04 That's a cop. That's not the police. What are you talking to? So you're telling me the DA not the police. It's different. That's a cop. The DA and the city attorney are not even in the same offices. Okay.
Starting point is 00:11:18 So what does the city attorney do? DA, that's a prosecutor. They prosecute criminals. Okay. A city represents the city, the municipality. Right. On behalf of the law enforcement infrastructure. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong.
Starting point is 00:11:31 Seriously. No, no, no. It's, they can. They can't. Sometimes they source it out because there's a conflict of interest. So, like, when I, my first, my first legal job was working for in municipal law. And sometimes the city of Dallas would source us out because we had an expertise in city law as a private firm to represent police officers and firefighters because there's a conflict
Starting point is 00:11:54 of interest. The city attorney's not doing it. A private firm was doing it. Right. But what I'm saying is, and I'm really... So that's sometimes. Because I could be wrong about this. I really thought that the city attorney in this situation was someone that represented the city
Starting point is 00:12:09 against people. When people sue the city? When people sue the city or when people... This is what I will say. Police. There were like a bunch, there's a bunch of assistant city attorneys. So my dad was more of a manager. It didn't really have to step in there for that.
Starting point is 00:12:35 Yeah. You're right. What can I say? You're right. But so, you know, you're used to meeting out the justice. And he probably had to deal with it. He probably did it in a very, not because it's the judge, the judge is a very, it's a great man.
Starting point is 00:12:51 But he probably did it in there. He probably was the cool judge. He was like, yo, this carries 25. I'm going to hit you with 17. Do better. You know what I'm saying? Probably. But I don't know.
Starting point is 00:13:02 But seriously, you know. There are federal sentencing guidelines. So do you think that that's unfair to say that maybe because you come from a law enforcement background, you're a cop family that you. I just think I'm just more judgmental. I'm not going to blame that on them. I just think that's just me. But you know, it's funny.
Starting point is 00:13:19 this is funny. Not in real life though. I'm not in real life at all. It's so weird. At all. Not in real life. Not in real life in any way, shape, or form. But when he comes down to the issues,
Starting point is 00:13:33 throw the book at him. Maybe it's a character I play. I don't know. In real life, I am so much more. It doesn't give a fuck. I'm so much more forgiving. So weird. It's actually a flaw.
Starting point is 00:13:47 Because I can't. I don't know these people. Like when I care about you, I will make excuses for you. I will sacrifice for you, everything. You don't think that maybe the people that we're talking about sometimes that there are people that care about them that sacrifice. No, yeah. I'm flawed.
Starting point is 00:14:05 And that's probably the first time I've said that on the podcast. There you go. See, we are all growing up. We heard you guys on the mom-dani thing. Very vocal, which I love. I love when they don't agree with us. I love the back and forth. I can't believe Don did that, man.
Starting point is 00:14:21 Don was getting at me. You know what? How about this, Don? I want to come on your show and talk about it. About this particularly? Yeah, man. Because look, here is the deal. Once again, we can have conversations about what people did on applications when they were 17.
Starting point is 00:14:40 And look, if cracks in his character or anybody's character start to show, I will be the first person to highlight those cracks. You guys have seen it before. Criticize me for it before when it happens with Joe Biden or Vice President Harris or anything like that. You've criticized before. I'm a policy person. It's a policy. I look at it as we have a decision between Hakeem Jeffries and Mamdani.
Starting point is 00:15:10 We have a decision between the Mamdani's of the world and Chuck Schumer. And I'm sorry, but Jeffreys and Schumer. are known losers. They're known losers. When I say losers, I'm not saying that these men have never done anything. I'm saying that right now, they are showing a completely
Starting point is 00:15:33 ineffective strategy for meeting the moment. Ineffective strategy, shall I say, for meeting the moment. They just don't have a strategy for meeting the moment that we're in right now. But just because there's a call out, because I have to keep the same energy, because I would do it for anybody who did something like this,
Starting point is 00:15:50 if I believe that they're wrong or manipulative about the way they do it. I'm keeping the same energy. It does not mean that I'm like, forget him now and let's big up some of these other people who are just playing the part or playing towards the system that's been there for such a long time. I'm not endorsing Hakeem Jeffries and I'm not endorsing Chuck Schumer. I'm not supporting them. And Don was saying the same thing. Both things can be true.
Starting point is 00:16:16 I can call out what I feel like is problematic behavior, but still like. the policies and the issues that Mumdani stands on. So the POTS of America guys said something a long time ago. And it was about the Biden administration. I'm not sure I agree specifically with what they were saying in the moment that they were saying in terms of the issue itself. But the thought is useful. You have to be strategic to me in your criticism.
Starting point is 00:16:49 They said that and I agree. to be strategic even in your criticism. Now, here on the podcast, we have to discuss things that people are talking about. And we have to provide a platform for black thoughts and ideas. And I saw a lot of black people from all different parts of the left coalition discussing this issue and rather than not it mattered. But being strategic in your criticism means if there is a fundamental issue that is that surfaces about a candidate or a person. Going into that
Starting point is 00:17:28 that and being very unabashed and honest about it. But if there's an issue that even feels tangential or drummed up, genied up in any way, there's nothing wrong with saying this is not that big of a deal. And I think that's important
Starting point is 00:17:46 not just here, but it's important across the entire landscape of political discussion because if we're being honest a lot of the criticisms that have been made about movements on the left that have stuck have been made by far
Starting point is 00:18:05 right conservative outlets and think tanks the whole Black Lives Matter thing that ended up completely for a lot of mainstream American people There's regular people discrediting in that movement started from people in the New York Post that were digging into these people's finances to find some sort of inconsistency. And there is a chance that even in that case, the inconsistencies that they did find were more about people that didn't know what the fuck that they were doing rather than out and out grifters.
Starting point is 00:18:41 So what I'm saying is there's a part of this that we allow people to do for us. there's nothing that the left or the far left or anyone can originate about a far right figure and have it stick over there. Nothing. Like nothing. They take their criticisms. Maybe this Epstein stuff might change it. They take their criticisms of their people very seriously. And they only levy those criticisms when they are like diametrically opposed to what those people said, right?
Starting point is 00:19:16 So meaning you said you were going to get the Epstein files. You didn't get them. Now we're going to criticize. But just because we said something, whether it be true or not, they go, no, I want what I want. And so because of those decisions, I'm not saying that that's right. I'm just saying there's something for people to think about. Sure, sure, sure. Because of those decisions, we end up.
Starting point is 00:19:38 Because of things like that, like we lose abortion rights. Okay. So this is what I'll say about this. I'm not totally against the term. You need to be strategic about your criticism. But if I am too strategic about my criticism, then I feel like I'm not being honest about my criticism because I'm maybe not saying certain things
Starting point is 00:20:00 in order to not mess up the outcome or to, like you said, get in the minds of certain people and it further an idea that some far right person may have and it might sway people the opposite way. I can't think like that. For me, I need to be consistent in my criticism as more than I almost need to be strategic about it. I think you need to think about what you say and know that your words have weight. But if I put too much, if I put too much thought on the strategy of it, then I'm not being,
Starting point is 00:20:33 then it's not, I'm not being true to my criticism. Do you understand what I'm saying? I do. I understand you too. It makes sense. And sadly, we're in a world where we do have to be more strategic, maybe than we know. normally would because common sense and logic is out the window. Also, so is truth.
Starting point is 00:20:51 The other side lies. And so that's wrapped up in their criticism or the lack thereof are lies and untruth. So it's, you're right, because that's the world we live in, but I don't know if I could follow that creed. Okay. Last thing I'll say. First of all, this is something that I'm criticized for all the time. So whenever you're going to be strategic in your criticism, choose to weigh in, not choose to weigh in.
Starting point is 00:21:20 It's all up to you. A lot of people that feel like people like myself were too critical of the Biden administration. Maybe too critical of- Not like your friends. Of President of Vice President Harris, you know, the whole America's not a racist country thing. that's just too fundamental for me, that's going to run me the wrong way. Like, you know, I know you better. So there's always going to be ways to talk about this
Starting point is 00:21:49 and explore it. I will say that sometimes I think consistency is overrated. Because if you are trying to affect an outcome, the want to be consistent and make sure that you keep the same energy, sometimes for me feels like, like that's more for your personal brand.
Starting point is 00:22:17 I agree. Than it is for the actual outcome that you can help shape. We're not the biggest platform in the world, but yeah, we're not the smallest. So the reality is sometimes you have to move in ways that are smart and true, but that are calculated to make sure that you're making the type of world that you want. And that's the only thing that I would say. And I don't even know, we're talking about. right now, a gentleman that won a primary
Starting point is 00:22:48 to have the opportunity to go face Eric Adams in a general. So we don't even know if Mamdani is important enough for the hand-wringing that everyone is doing over his ascension. We don't even know if that's the case yet. We haven't seen how he's going to govern what kind of coalitions he can build when he is mayor, if he's elected mayor.
Starting point is 00:23:12 All I know is I like the shit that he's talking And the shit that he's talking right now, affordability, putting people back in the center of American political discussion, justice, being unentangled with the American political machines connection to Israel, all of that type of stuff, that's that shit that I like. That's that's that shit that I'm talking about. And the fact that the people in New York voted for that, that's inspiring to me. So that's all. But I hear it. There were people that were like,
Starting point is 00:23:48 man, just too much. Now, I got to look, black people say it. There's a lot of black people's like, yo, man, how come you acting like you one of us? And then Mom Donnie, he was, Mom Donnie. Mom Donnie, he was a rapper. He was a rapper as well. Oh, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:01 You saw that? I've seen that. So a lot of niggas was like, yo, who is this nigga? Is this nigga Ian? So. Much better than Ian. We don't like you, Ian.
Starting point is 00:24:10 We do not. We do not. I'm sorry. I apologize to Ian. Because Ian is probably some nigger. No, he's not. That's the problem. No, he's not.
Starting point is 00:24:24 Ian is probably some white dude that grew up watching Offset and Gucci Manor was like, I want to do that too. I don't like it. If you do it, I'm old. If you do it, then do it well. He's terrible. Do it well. Damn.
Starting point is 00:24:39 You got to do it, do it well. like it. I know there's probably some niggas behind Ian, too. He went to Jesuit? What's Jesuit? Oh, Ian is from Dallas. Oh shit, Oak Cliff! No, Ian went to Jesuit. What's Jesuit? Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas.
Starting point is 00:24:56 It is an all-boys, very rich school. We ain't there. We barely there. Hold on. I know a couple of people who were there. He went to Jesuit, where then he went to Clemson, where he played rugby and crew. This, he's Clarence. He's, he's actually Clarence. He's only 20 years old.
Starting point is 00:25:20 He went to Jesuit. Man, oh, man, oh, man, oh, man, oh, man. Like, he's a very well, comes from a very wealthy family if he went to Jesuit. Anyway, well. Okay, we're off. We just don't like Ian.
Starting point is 00:25:35 I'm not fucking with it. But look, you know, maybe I'm not posed to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, with it, but it's not for me. Starting point is 00:26:47 a crashout. Now, I like Nikki Minaj, man. I'm one of the last people, I think, that just has an overall positive feeling about Nikki Minaj. You have a positive feeling. Yeah. I don't dislike Nikki Minaj, but I would
Starting point is 00:27:05 say I'm concerned. Well, besides the Barbes, the barbs are loyal to Nikki Minaj in every way, shape, or form. but I just never kind of got on the Nikki Minaj hate train. I wouldn't call it a hate train, but like Nikki Minaj is doing things that are making people feel a different way about her. I'll say it that way.
Starting point is 00:27:24 From the beefs with other women rappers to things she said on Queen Radio, on social media, to the blind eyes she turned away, which I understand it's her man, but I'm just saying all the issues surrounding that. Yeah, I see that stuff. It's just, it's like, man, Nikki, what's going on? It's more like that than it is.
Starting point is 00:27:49 I see what you mean. Because I went to a Nicki Minaj concert last year. Oh, and you liked it? Yeah, I had a great time. I went in Queens, New York. It was a fantastic time. I still like her music and think she's extremely talented, but I am concerned at this recent behavior
Starting point is 00:28:05 because my question is, why? So there were just a barrage of tweets. A barrage of tweets about many different subjects, but the main subject was JZ and Rock Nation, it seems like. And Nikki Minaj's ongoing beef and criticism with JZ and Rock Nation. Not just Jay Z and Rock Nation, but the Rock Nation CEO. Desiree Perez. And there
Starting point is 00:28:40 were just all kinds of tweets. Like she said, Democrats attacked me and my cousin's balls. Remember that was over the vaccine thing? Remember she said that the cousin Oh, yeah, yeah. And she says, let's say if they have any thoughts
Starting point is 00:28:56 on that Deserat pardon. Now, the reason why she's saying Deserat is because Desiree Perez, the CEO of Rock Nation, was pardoned by the Trump administration. She was pardoned by the Trump administration because sometime in the 90s, she was caught with a lot of drugs.
Starting point is 00:29:13 And she's caught with a lot of drugs and in exchange for a deal that she got from the government, she wore a wire. And essentially, like, from what I've read or understand over the years, like, injured, pretty severely injured a whole drug operation. Wow. And that happened.
Starting point is 00:29:36 the case was then adjudicated after that. She cooperated with the government in that case. And then she received a pardon from the Trump administration after the first Trump administration was over. That, I guess, wiped that clean or got rid of that. She did all of that and she's not in like witness protection or anything? No. No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:29:57 Now, I will say that I'm talking about this, but only the broad strokes of this are known. Mm-hmm. because a lot of the people that are around Desiree Perez are people that you would not think would be around a government informant. And what is her title? She's the CEO of Rock Nation. Okay.
Starting point is 00:30:17 So there are people that you wouldn't think would be around a government informant. So, and because of that, it's so funny, by the way. It's so funny when you have a conversation with somebody that's like in business with Rock Nation or cool. with Jay or cool with Desiret Perez or something like that, and they're like a street nigger because you'll say to them, you'll be like, well, you hate snitches, but, you know. And then they'll be like, shh, we don't know what happened, man. You know, it's a woman.
Starting point is 00:30:53 We don't know what happened, what's going on. Do the rules even apply to her in the whole deal? And I'm like, cool. None of it matters to me. Like, look, if you get caught with the dope and you decide you don't want to go to jail for the rest of your life and now you go, look, I'm not involved in crime, the street code. I don't talk to the police for other reasons because I don't trust them, but I get it.
Starting point is 00:31:14 But there is just kind of a thing. It's funny. And there's no shot of shade to them. But it's just kind of a funny thing. It's kind of a funny thing that everybody kind of knows that, but it's like not a big deal at all. I'm kind of impressed by her. She's a very impressive person. Well, I mean, more so in, you know, she had it caught.
Starting point is 00:31:35 a case, did all of that, not in witness protection, got pardoned, CEO of Rock Nation hangs with all these people and like Oh, no, no, no, doesn't she hangs with a lot of people, but she makes shit.
Starting point is 00:31:52 Well, clearly, but I'm so saying, like, and it's like you went from that to rising to the top in a legitimate, from an illegal business to a legitimate business, and then, and you were able to do all of that, like you said, snitch, and you still have so much respect from all these people.
Starting point is 00:32:08 That's impressive. And that's kind of what makes people think that there's more to the story. And they don't really know what's going on. All right, but Nikki's calling her Deserat. She's saying, let's see if they have any thoughts on brother billionaire, never campaigning for Kamala, even after Obama pleaded with the brothers. Isn't this the brother?
Starting point is 00:32:29 The one brother who could have probably gotten a job done for y'all. Well, if the top brother and charge can leave y'all hanging without repercussions, then may everyone else leave you hanging as well, hanging like my cousins, friends, balls. Okay, there are more tweets. There are more tweets. Let me ask you a question, though, about that tweet right there. Is she lying? About what about the cut? About him not speaking out? Is that not, is that not sort of a point? Okay. First of all, hold on. And let me say something.
Starting point is 00:33:14 I don't know because do we know, we know Beyonce publicly supported Kamala Harris. Right. Do we know if he didn't contribute to her campaign? Do we know if he wasn't doing anything, some things behind the scenes?
Starting point is 00:33:27 We don't. So I don't know. Is she right that he did not publicly endorse her? I don't know if he has, did he endorse Obama? I have no idea. Yeah. Okay, I can't remember.
Starting point is 00:33:39 He was, he was, he was, and this is the conversation. I can't even go back to 2008. I didn't remember. Obama was being shouted out in rhymes. The my president's black record. That's cheesy though. But that's Jay.
Starting point is 00:33:54 Jay's on that. Is he? Yeah. Am I tripping? I heard, you know what's funny? I heard JZ say something about that with Jay Z. But maybe he is. It's JZ as JZ song.
Starting point is 00:34:07 Is it not? Look, Jay-Z was very vocal in his support for Barack Obama. Very vocal. It looks like Jay-Z was on the remix. Right. So she has a point. Then she absolutely has a point. He was very, very vocal.
Starting point is 00:34:25 I'm pretty sure that Jay-Z was vocal up to Hillary. Now, look, I have to be honest with you. There's a couple of things that could be happening here. His business moves have also changed, too. Maybe he hasn't, maybe he's not as vocal now because of, you know, business-wise. I choose to be charitable because I think that that is the way to go. There are myriad possibilities here. One possibility is that Jay-Z, like many other people,
Starting point is 00:34:57 has become increasingly disillusioned with American politics in the last 10 years. that there are myself, personally, I'll speak for myself. I think I've had a change from 8 to 12, 16, to 20 to where I want to be more laser focused on things that can actually help people rather than be part and parcel a member of a political institution or party. Can I just say, though? Yes, that is how you are. However, you still maybe didn't endorse, per se, but, well, you know, you did.
Starting point is 00:35:41 Conlo Harris? You said you were going to vote for. Definitely endorse. But my point is, is you might talk about being disillusioned and holding politicians' feet to the fire and talking about what you want and how you want change and how you want the system that exists as it is to be different. But yet, you still spoke out of who you wanted to be in office because, the opposite of it was too dangerous.
Starting point is 00:36:04 Right. So I'll say this. I'm not Jay-Z though. Meaning I say, hey, I'm voting for Kamala Harris. I think everyone should vote for Kamala Harris. I think Kamala Harris is up to the task in leadership. I think Kamala Harris
Starting point is 00:36:21 she presented a different view and a different tenor of politics for Americans. I think that she would have actually been the leader that we kind of needed at this particular time for everybody to get back to thinking about politics in a humanistic, holistic way.
Starting point is 00:36:44 Doesn't mean she was a perfect candidate. Straight up. The whole administration wasn't perfect. Sure, sure, sure. There are a lot of things that I thought were not just disagreeable, but disgusting, right? When it comes to what happened in Gaza and all of that stuff.
Starting point is 00:36:59 But we're prioritizing, and then we're talking about the choices that we have here in America. And I think she's a great leader, a really smart lady. I thought she should have been the president. And I'm still looking forward to her political career. Having said that, I'm not Jay-Z. Jay-Z says something and it moves a lot of people. I don't know why he wasn't more vocal about endorsing Kamala Harris.
Starting point is 00:37:23 But I do know this, that you make a good point, that since then, Jay-Z has become much, closer to the billionaire class. That's fair to say. His friends are now, Jack Dorsey and Robert Kraft and Michael Rubin. Right. And those people maybe have a different set of priorities,
Starting point is 00:37:42 maybe a different set of politics than what existed in 08 and 12 and 16. Then on top of that, the Trump administration gave his CEO a pardon. So I'm not an expert on Rock Nation's political machinations. I'm not at all. but I do know that I looked at this and I'm like that's something that we didn't even talk about.
Starting point is 00:38:07 Like we didn't, it didn't even occur to us to talk about, well, Beyonce's there. Why isn't Jay-Z there when he is the unassailable king of cool for the middle-aged to slightly less middle-aged black male? The only time they actually get mad at you, is when you come out and you say that Jay-Z did something that you did not like. If you say that, you're jealous, you hate, you this, you that, anybody else you can criticize.
Starting point is 00:38:40 But the one person that it seems like a certain segment of our community gets super pissed off when you criticize in any way or even ask questions about in any way is Jay-Z. And there's an argument to be made that his moves have been increasingly conservative in the last X amount of years. I mean, I think that's inevitable, the closer you get to the billionaire boys club. Right. So, I mean, a lot of the stuff that she was saying,
Starting point is 00:39:10 I mean... Read the one. Which one? All the things she says, you ruined. What? All the things she says he ruined. She said, Dear Jay-Z and Desirat, you ruin hip-hop, you ruin football,
Starting point is 00:39:23 you ruin basketball, you ruin touring, you ruin Instagram, you ruined Twitter, You ruined Twitter. The jig is up. I just think that's such a funny tweet. So let me get this straight. I don't agree with this. But I just, but I'm using, I'm using your question.
Starting point is 00:39:39 That was not true. That was funny, though, to me. It's just ruined everything. So then here's one that says, let me get this straight. Y'all so-called black savior, he has a Hispanic CEO who was pardoned by President Trump. Hmm, interesting. So does that mean Deserat isn't a Democrat?
Starting point is 00:39:56 Black people, I thought y'all hate all Trump supporters. Wait, did Jay-Z ever can't? It's pretty much the same thing. But this is what I'm going to say to Nikki. First off, we need to explain to people why Nikki's doing this. Go for it. Because the question becomes, okay, you're crashing out. And we're just reading you, we've read you like three tweets.
Starting point is 00:40:13 There are so many where she's just going off. And you might say, well, why is she going off on Jay-Z? Well, she's going off because she is saying that and Meg the Stallion, too. We have to talk about the Meg the Stalian case on the separate. Like, Ashley, could you put a link to the Meg DeSalien case into the document real quick? Yes, I can. Because we have to talk about this. I forgot about it too.
Starting point is 00:40:33 Yeah, like the alleged event happened three years ago. Cameraman files, we'll talk about in a second. But she's saying that Jay-Z owes her $100 million to $200 million. She has not filed a lawsuit to my understanding. She's coming after him for the purposes of this. Still gives him a compliment and says he is in her top five, though. She still respects him as a rapper, but he needs to pay her. She doesn't necessarily say where all this money is.
Starting point is 00:40:57 It can't just be from Title because he sold it for almost $300 million. So that doesn't make sense that she would be deserving of $100 to $200 million. But she does say that he owes her this money. And this is why she's going off. Well, now what I will say about that last tweet that you read, Nikki can't talk about this when you stand 10 toes down for Wayne. And Wayne has showed his support for Trump. So it's very hypocritical.
Starting point is 00:41:21 It is hypocritical for her to talk about Jay's, and his affiliation to an alleged Trump supporter, somebody who's been pardoned by Trump, when Wayne has support, has said favorable things about Donald Trump multiple times. And that's your guy. You were upset. He wasn't allowed at the halftime show.
Starting point is 00:41:42 You stand for Wayne, get it. There's a history there. But Wayne's hands aren't clean either. So it's like you're being a little bit hypocritical here when it comes to that. I don't know that she is. Okay. So let me tell you,
Starting point is 00:41:54 Why? All right. Because I don't think that the way I'm reading the tweets, I don't know that she's making necessarily a value judgment about being a Trump supporter or not being a Trump supporter. I think what she's doing is just asking the question is Jay Z one because what she's saying is, hey, black people, don't y'all hate all Trump supporters? Why isn't y'all God Jay Z actually coming out and campaigning for Kamala Harris? She's actually not even talking about the virtue of being a Trump supporter or whether or not it's okay to be.
Starting point is 00:42:30 I think she's insinuating it. I don't think she really is at all because she actually even says the Democrats attack me when this happened, but you guys didn't attack Jay-Z for not being more vocally supportive of Kamala Harris. I don't know that she's actually, she's leveraging what she thinks the people reading the tweet what she thinks their concerns are against Jay-Z. not necessarily her concerns. Because I don't see her anywhere in there saying, you know, fuck Donald Trump. I don't fuck with Donald Trump. I don't fuck with Donald Trump. But she's asking people to make a judgment call against Jay-Z
Starting point is 00:43:06 because of his alleged affiliation to people supporting Trump or whatever. Because of what they say. Because of what they say. Not because of what she says. She actually asked the question. She goes, don't black people hate Trump supporters? Then why are you guys giving Jay-Z a pay? past. She's not saying I hate Trump support.
Starting point is 00:43:25 She goes, don't black people hate Trump supporters? Then she goes, the Democrats came after me, which to me makes it clear that she's not a Democrat, right? I'm not shooting bell. I'm just saying I... You're seeing it from the others. Well, I don't think that she is saying that I have a problem with Donald Trump and I have a problem. From what I know, Nikki Minaj doesn't have a problem with Donald Trump. I don't think she's ever said that she has a problem with Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:43:47 But I think she assumes that the people that follow Jay-Z... have a problem with Donald Trump, which I'm not even so sure that that's even true anymore. Apparently, the title deal is supposed to happen, and there's also some speculation about Nikki Minaj's finances right now. Yeah, yeah. A lot of people
Starting point is 00:44:08 have been talking about that. There was a post that went up that was asking questions about whether or not Nikki Minaj had money or whether or not she had sold her catalog to a bank. I haven't seen any reporting on that that Like I can go, okay, yeah, that's true and whatever, whatever. And if the artist doesn't come out and say, I'm having money problems, then I kind of have to say, I don't know whether or not she's having money issues at all.
Starting point is 00:44:37 For me, I would always wonder how that would be the case. I mean, we've seen it before with other artists. But just that track record of that type of success, I don't know how that would happen. but we've seen it before. So you don't know. You don't know. However, seeing all of this happens
Starting point is 00:45:01 just reminds me of how delicate and fragile these industry relationships are. And the people standing by each other, Niki Minaj and beyond, together doing songs and all of that stuff.
Starting point is 00:45:24 People standing together one minute. All it takes is one wrong business deal. Yeah, money. One perceived slight. And we at each other's threats. I think that's in every industry. I don't think that that is just particular to the music industry. I think when it comes to money and business,
Starting point is 00:45:40 especially if there's a level of desperation, which some people are speculating there is. We don't know that. That, yeah, like those relationships mean nothing. but I think that that's in every single industry. She also talked about a weird case, and this weird case is... Two cases, actually. Two weird cases?
Starting point is 00:46:01 Well, she also talked about the paternity suit. The JZ paternity suit. Is that real? I don't know. She tweeted it, somebody else posted it. I have no idea if that's an actual real thing. I haven't seen the actual suit, but she's furthering the rumors. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:46:21 Yeah, right. So I've never been able to figure out whether or not that case is real or not. Yeah. Yeah. If you guys don't know, there's a gentleman somewhere that claims that Jay-Z is his dad. The nigga would kind of look like Jay-Z, but it doesn't seem very believable. But maybe it doesn't seem very believable just because of the thoughts that I have about Jay-Z in my head. Maybe, I don't know. I would think that if it was, he would. But if he was, he would, what? If that was his son, I feel like he would have taken care of him. But that's just me.
Starting point is 00:46:50 Yeah. Once again, I don't know. I'm not sure. But this is interesting. A judge recently ruled that a discrimination and retaliation lawsuit against Meg, the stallion and rock nation, filed by photographer Emilio Garcia last year can move forward. The lawsuit alleges that Megan and her team created a hostile work environment
Starting point is 00:47:08 and targeted him because of his sexual orientation. We did talk about this a little bit. Yeah, we did. Garcia says he was forced to witness Megan perform a sex act with another woman in an SUV. He claims she would not have done the same in the presence of a heterosexual male. Garcia also alleges that Megan made mocking comments about his appearance and attempted to hit him with a remote. She threw the remote at him.
Starting point is 00:47:39 The court found... I thought you were burping. I didn't know you were laughing. Oh, man. The court found that these allegations were serious enough to warrant full litigation. Rachel. If, in fact, Meg Dostalya had sex with a woman in front of her photographer
Starting point is 00:48:04 and their photographer didn't want to watch but felt like he was made to watch. How big of a deal is that to you? What? How big of a deal is it to you? I'm asking, would you look, because these allegations against her, don't seem to be changing
Starting point is 00:48:25 anyone's opinion about her. Like, right now, and I just got to be real with you, if this situation were, like, if it were a man and a female photographer, and it was like,
Starting point is 00:48:38 the man made the female photographer, the allegation was the man made the female photographer, watch him get a blowjob, and the female photographer is also a member of the LGBT community, LGBT community. This would be, fucking on fire.
Starting point is 00:48:54 You would. And I understand that there's a difference in the power matrix and the understanding of this. I completely get it. I totally get why people go, huh, whatever. There are people that go,
Starting point is 00:49:05 well, Meg is just a freak and they was having sex in the car. And that's wrong. Right. So I'm asking you, does this, is this a big deal to you? It's, if this move, well, it is moving forward.
Starting point is 00:49:15 Right. This is a big deal. And I think it's something that we have to pay attention to. I mean, this is in a federal court or at least, yeah, it's in a federal court because the federal judge said that there were
Starting point is 00:49:28 substantial aspects to Garcia's case. He's alleging harassment in a hostile work environment. I mean, fat shaming, sexual misconduct, retaliation, because he's also saying that he's been blackballed and hasn't been able to get any work since, I guess he stopped working with her,
Starting point is 00:49:46 maybe even filed this lawsuit. He hasn't been able to get any work. So these are huge allegations that I do think that is wrong. wrong. Yes, I understand the whole power dynamic thing as well, but I think it is wrong that just because it's two women and it involves a man, a queer man at that, where people don't want to take these allegations as big as they are, this is a huge deal. You know, if treating, put, subjecting somebody or to his words, trapping him in a car and forcing him to witness something that he does not
Starting point is 00:50:18 want to against his will and then allegedly retaliation. against him for speaking out against that, that's a big deal. So we have to call it out for what it is. But again, these are still allegations. We'll see what happens. But, I mean, this is not good for Megan. And you know what I think will end up happening?
Starting point is 00:50:37 Even though people aren't paying attention to it now, the way people came after Megan with the Torrey Lane's incident and were willing to jump on certain rumors about her that she's not a good person or that she's a freak or that she had sex with him before. if it changed what happened that evening, I think that right now people aren't paying attention to it. I think the more it goes, people will jump on Megan
Starting point is 00:51:02 and will look for reasons to hate her or to, and I'm not saying it's not rooting for anybody to hate, but it is warranted to hold her accountable should this move forward and we find, and it's proven to be, you know, true, or she's held responsible for it, I should say. No matter what happens with this case. Not proven to be true.
Starting point is 00:51:23 No matter what happens with this case, even if she like pays out, Meg the Stallion will never be looked at as a sexual predator in the way that a man that was found liable of this would. And the reason is, is because there's an idea here of male domination and control that goes along with a lot of the allegations that men experience. or made against men, should I say, in these same cases. There's a feeling that men are adjacent to power in a way in society that everyone is kind of waiting for them to use their power in a way that is inappropriate.
Starting point is 00:52:11 And we're protecting ourselves against it. Even other men are, not just women, even other men. Even other men are waiting for men to try to shine on them or stun on them. or boss them around. Yeah, there's history. You're always protecting yourself from being victimized or lured it over. So when it happens,
Starting point is 00:52:32 the feeling is exacerbated by your societal expectation. Because stuff like this isn't expected from women or a woman like Meg the Stallion, there are going to be people that create another explanation for it. That create the explanation
Starting point is 00:52:51 of they were just drunk, having sex. He was in there. That there couldn't have been a situation because you can see a situation where a man in that situation goes, hey, come over here, suck my dick, watch it. You can't go nowhere. And then uses the fact that that happened
Starting point is 00:53:11 in a very direct way to control someone or something like that. We're going to talk about Jeffrey Epstein in a little wild. You can see that. But the woman, it's just, it's more difficult for people to see. And because of that, they intellectually and emotionally, they emotionally litigated. You'll get people that say, oh, Meg is crashing out and she's been through so much and the whole nine.
Starting point is 00:53:37 But it doesn't matter what happens here. If there's a settlement, if this case goes to trial and she's found liable, she will not be looked at the same way that a man. because honestly, I don't think that people, last thing I'll say, I don't think that, I don't think that women have it in them to have that type of smoke for other women who've done stuff like this. Well, and I will say, I think it's wrong if she isn't held accountable in the same way. You know, should this go through to court
Starting point is 00:54:13 and she's found to be liable? or I don't know if this is a civil or it's a civil suit or criminal. It's a civil. Okay, then liable. And I think that it's important because we've talked about how society views women versus men when it comes to things like this, even when we have the conversation of men being sexually harassed younger men by older women and thinking that that's just like a right of passage or something that's supposed to happen to them or supposed to be okay. And they don't speak up for it, speak up against it because they almost feel like they're less of a. man. And these instances do happen. I remember watching a Law and Order Special Victims Unit episode about it and a guy, he was a stripper and he was assaulted by these women. And he didn't want to
Starting point is 00:55:00 come forward at first because of how he would be looked at as a man. And they used that against him in court, you know, almost played on his manhood. And I think that we should be talking more about this because women do, do, you know, I can't speak to this particular instance. itself because we don't know the details yet, but women do harass men. Women do have sexual misconduct. It is a real thing. It may not be as common and it may not be as common because it's not as reported. But it happens.
Starting point is 00:55:33 And men deserve justice as well when it comes to these cases. So, you know, as I said at the start of this podcast, I have to be consistent. Do you ever see a movie? particularly like an old movie where a man says something to a woman and then she slaps the shit out of him smacks him because he says something inappropriate.
Starting point is 00:55:57 Right. Do you look at that as assault? Well, did he assault her with her with his words? We've said the N-word is an act of violence. See? Did we not say that? See? See? So, okay, let's say a man like a woman finds out that a man cheated or something. boomerang.
Starting point is 00:56:19 She slapped the shit out of Eddie Murphy boomerang. Boom! Love should have brought your ass home last night. Domestic violence. I'm not going to argue. But we don't look at it that way. Because there's an understood power dynamic there.
Starting point is 00:56:37 That's all I'm saying. And so I'm saying is if we are the if we are going to do that, if we're going to change that, this goes back to the conversation is a very good point you brought up about the teachers and the students. We have to force ourselves to do it because it's not something that we've ever done.
Starting point is 00:56:55 We'd have to force ourselves to look at it differently. So it would take a lot of consistency. A lot of that consistency, the C word, as you were talking about. You like this. You like the shoe on the other foot. I don't like it. I just think it's, I just know how. Holding women accountable.
Starting point is 00:57:15 You don't think that women should be held accountable? No, they should. I'm just saying you like this conversation of the woman's in the hot seat. To be honest with you, if you really want to get down to it, I'm not talking about children, right? I'm not talking about children. I do think that there are perfectly acceptable double standards in society. I do. Like, does it actually bother me that Hallie B,
Starting point is 00:57:48 Barry smack the shit out of Eddie Murphy in Boomerang? Not really. It doesn't. It doesn't really bother me. I think that they are a completely acceptable double standards in society. I am 6'4, 275 pounds, right? I am a man who went through puberty as a man with big hands and big feet and the whole nine. It is different if I get mad and injure you and you get mad and injure me.
Starting point is 00:58:18 Is it different from a societal standpoint? No, it's an assault either way, but it's materially different when that happens, materially different. And the way I was raised, I was raised, yeah, your sister hit you, you don't hit her back. Your sister hit you, you come to me. You don't, there's nothing. But I'm telling you now, I see these young men, these little boys, and I see these videos
Starting point is 00:58:48 on the internet of girls hitting them and then they turn around and fucking do them. And I'm like, and even though they got hit first, I'm still like, God damn, that makes me uncomfortable. Now, I'm not comparing this to someone being locked in the car watching two people have sex. But I am saying that the reason why the consistency to me, it's an interesting argument and a fascinating one,
Starting point is 00:59:17 is because there are differences that I understand. There's a difference in traditional and historical power of men that makes one thing more dangerous than the other. Sure. Or one thing more prevalent and pervasive than the other. Not when we're talking about children. When we're talking about children, it's completely different, right? Of course.
Starting point is 00:59:47 Because the power dynamic there becomes different. But in this one, you know, Megan has the whole power dynamic. But there's no easy way to talk about it without being like, so you're telling me right now if that's male rap or whatever, it doesn't feel more dangerous. The Epstein thing blew up after we covered it. It really did. Their people in MAG are going nuts. They're mad. They're mad.
Starting point is 01:01:48 Tucker Carlson says, it's obvious why Bondi with an N. Bombi. With an N. Bomba. Bomb, Bomb, Bam Bam Bam Bam.
Starting point is 01:01:59 Bondi. Bondi. Um, is covering up the F.T. Client list. He says it's obvious. He was talking to my man from breaking points. Saw that.
Starting point is 01:02:10 Who agreed? Oh, man. Saga. Look, he, he's a libertarian kind of guy on the right, but he's consistent. He is. But that, you know, that show. I watch the show for Crystal. I watch that show for Ryan.
Starting point is 01:02:31 Ryan's on breaking points on a different show. Anyway, whatever. Go, like, play the audio. Man, I think this, for a bunch of reasons, it's so obvious. It is salacious. People have followed it for years. The president promised to reveal the truth about this. Pambandi, as you said, one on television, so we have the truth.
Starting point is 01:02:51 We're going to give it to you. Yes. I think this is kind of, I think this is a big deal. It's a really big deal. It's bigger. Well, I hope so, too, actually. So let's just assess this logically. They're covering up, the DOJ, the current DOJ under Pam Bondi is covering up crimes.
Starting point is 01:03:08 Very serious crimes by their own description. Why are they doing that? Yeah. So they're really only two. potential explanations that I can think of, maybe you've got another. The first is that Trump is involved, that, you know, Trump is on the list, that they've got tape of Trump doing something awful. I don't believe that for two reasons.
Starting point is 01:03:25 One, I've talked to Trump about it a lot. And I know him. He's not that, you know, for whatever his sins. I don't think he's that guy, actually. I don't think he likes creepy sex stuff. That's just my view. But moreover, but more, I think, convincing is that this is all information that the Biden administration had. about. And if there was evidence that Trump had been involved in illegal sexual activity,
Starting point is 01:03:47 you think the people who made up Russia Gate wouldn't have leaked it? Come on now. So the only other explanation that I could think of again, maybe you've got another, is that Intel services are at the very center of this story, U.S. and Israeli, and they're being protected. I think that seems like the most obvious. That's the most obvious. I cut the shit off. You've heard that before that. Jeffrey Epstein is actually a Mossad agent. Yes. Right. Let me ask you, do Do you think that there is a list, a client list? Well, there's certainly a victim list. So we know that there were victims.
Starting point is 01:04:28 So the way I look at it is if we know that there are victims, then we know that they were assailants. And he might not have a roller decks like, yo, these are my top ten pedophiles of the year. Because that's what they think. Right. They think that there's, and of course, I agree with you. I think that there are names, videos, texts, evidence, whatever it may be, of prominent people who participated in these crimes. But they think that there is just this Rolodex, this Excel sheet of these are the people and this is what they did. But do you know why they think that?
Starting point is 01:05:08 Because of them. They think that because Cash Patel and Dan Bongino, Gene Joe, And even Pam. And Pam Bondi and all of these people for years and years and years were Jenny and up this conspiracy theory and telling everyone that there was information that the deep state didn't want you to know about these people that were abusing children systematically over a course of death. that case. And then it just went away. And everybody forget such key things about this case. Number one, Epstein died in jail while Donald Trump was the president. Trump was the president when he died in jail. Right. That's the first thing. Secondly, the relationship between Donald
Starting point is 01:06:07 Trump and Jeffrey Epstein cannot be discounted here. Trump was asked, about the Epstein thing during a cabinet meeting and he fucking glitched out are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein this guy's been talked about
Starting point is 01:06:23 for years you're asking we have Texas we have this we have all of the things and are people still talking about this guy this creep
Starting point is 01:06:32 that is unbelievable do you want to waste the time and do you feel like answering I don't mind answering he doesn't want to talk about it, it makes him uncomfortable on the campaign trail. He was asked about the things that he would declassify and he said, King, yes. JFK, yes.
Starting point is 01:06:53 Epstein? Can I ask you this? For these loyalists, these Trump loyalists who know that he has, is linked to him, right? Their videos, their photos. We know that they had a friendship, a relationship. Why do you think these Trump loyalists were pushing this narrative? knowing that it could possibly implicate Trump. Well.
Starting point is 01:07:17 That's the part that I guess I don't understand. Well, I mean, yeah, but you do understand it, right? These are the same people that tell you that there's an establishment in the United States political organism that wants to control them, that the elites want to control them. But then they took hundreds of millions of dollars from the wealthiest man on the planet. the DNA of the MAGA movement is rife with contradiction. No, for sure, for sure. But I guess this one is just so obvious where to me it's like, you know Trump is tied to him.
Starting point is 01:07:51 Why are y'all pushing for something that's going to implicate the man that you worship? Right. There's a belief that Trump has to be or is in some way anti-establishment. Yeah. That he came in from outside the police. political establishment and he reformed the political right to his will. And because he was able to do that, then he's not beholden to any of the things that past politicians are.
Starting point is 01:08:18 That just does not stand up to one iota of scrutiny. In no way, shape, or form. Trump let the neocons run them in this first term. He promised to not let the neocons run them in this term and the neocons are running them. As soon as it was needed for us to bomb Iran, we did it. As soon as it was needed for us to get involved, we did it. Whatever it is, we did it. And I actually have more thoughts about this.
Starting point is 01:08:53 I think that the only reason why Cash Patel and Dan Bongino are in their positions are to specifically kill the Epstein narrative. because they were some of the loudest people. They were the loudest people that were asking for those files to be released for all of that stuff to be made public to people.
Starting point is 01:09:25 And because of that, when you see Cash Patel go on Joe Rogan or Dan Bongino go on Fox News and say, listen, guys, if there were anything more to it, Wouldn't I be the guy that would give it to you? I would be the guy that would give you this.
Starting point is 01:09:46 Who else? I've made my whole reputation about this one case that I think says so much. This one case is actually about the way the deep state protects wealthy pedophiles against average Americans and how this entire group of people are engaging in this large-scale conspiracy. behind your back. And if we can just get that type of transparency, not only can we get justice for the victims, but we can also deconstruct and destroy
Starting point is 01:10:19 this major thing that is keeping Americans from total freedom. And I've been on this for years and years and years. And then when you get those people in positions of power, they go, well, look, we looked into it and there's nothing. If there was something, I would be the guy that would tell you. Right, right, right. And this is what Ben Shapiro has said to a degree.
Starting point is 01:10:41 That's what Tucker Carlson said, because Tucker Carlson is willing to put all the blame onto Pam Bondi. Bondi, I can't say Bondi, to Pam Bondi. But at the same time, he's saying, I don't think Trump is into weird, he's not that type of creepy guy. When Trump was. On trial. Yeah, and by the way, Aiden, no shade against sex workers.
Starting point is 01:11:01 But I'm just saying he's on trial for and found liable for assault. For assault. That's true. And then also with the situation with Stormy Daniels. I'm not saying that's necessarily weird sex stuff, but I'm saying putting that past Donald Trump because you know Donald Trump. Who also likes to grab them by the pussy. Right.
Starting point is 01:11:22 You know Donald Trump. Donald Trump who walked into the Miss America pageant or the Miss USA page that used to run and talked about walking into there and all of that stuff. He's not into creepy weird sex stuff. He's not into creepy weird sex stuff. that if his daughter wasn't his daughter, then he might be dating her. Come on.
Starting point is 01:11:44 That's the definition of creepy, weird sex stuff. If somebody that I know said that, me and him couldn't play ball anymore, no more playing the game. No, you couldn't be associated with him at all. You let me be on the phone with one of the homies, and he go, shit, I'm going to be honest with you, bro. And shit, if she were with my daughter, I might be,
Starting point is 01:12:01 nigga, are you all right? What the fuck is wrong? What's going on? What the type of shit? Anyway, we'll see We talk about consistency We'll see how Maga reacts No, they're going to be like
Starting point is 01:12:14 They said there was nothing there They're right, they would tell us Ben Shapiro is getting his ass torn up in the comments A lot of people We'll see how they react to this Because this is A political disaster for them If you ask me
Starting point is 01:12:29 Because this is them In plain sight In plain sight, protecting a pretty obvious government conspiracy. Bondi said the list is on my desk. Yeah. The DOJ may be releasing the list of Jeffrey Epstein's clients. Will that really happen?
Starting point is 01:12:52 It's sitting on my desk right now to review. That's been a directive by President Trump. I'm reviewing that. I'm reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That's all in the process of being reviewed. She flat out told people, it's, I've seen. seen it, it's on my desk. So going for, there's nothing there.
Starting point is 01:13:11 She's going to be the one that takes the fall. Of course, a woman. You have been talking about. Something going down in Miami for a couple of days now. I'm not been privy to it. Happened on Twitter. It happened on Twitter, which is a place that is foreign to me. You brought out the whiteboard, which we know only comes out for special occasions,
Starting point is 01:13:35 which means if you guys are listening to this, you need to stop it and turn on on right now and watch the video version. This is... What happened? The whiteboard account of the Miami Miss. All right. And Rachel... I know nothing about this.
Starting point is 01:13:50 On Twitter, we have not been able to make a determination about who's in the right or who's in the wrong here. Okay, start from the beginning. All right. You have two people that are involved in content to a degree, to a degree, you have at oh Amanda please, and then you have the legendary Amber Thick. Legendous, so I should know who she is?
Starting point is 01:14:18 You wouldn't know, but those of us who have been in the life before. Okay, so both these, they're concert creators. Are they on, like, only fans? So Amanda wasn't before. Okay. She wasn't on only fans. She actually made an only fans to take advantage of an opportunity that was given to her by Amanda Thick.
Starting point is 01:14:38 Now, I think she may have Patreon or maybe she sold photos or something like that before, but she wasn't on OnlyFans. She made the OnlyFans for the express purpose of what was going down. So this is what happened.
Starting point is 01:14:53 Amber Thick makes content with her boyfriend, boyfriend or husband or her significant other. They make content where they are together in the content. And then every once in a while, they make content together with another lady performer. Okay. At some point, Amanda Thick reached out, excuse me, Amber Thick reached out to, oh, Amanda, please, and offered what's called a content trade. Do you know what that is?
Starting point is 01:15:23 No. So a content trade is an arrangement, or it's called a collab. Oh, okay. Either a content trade or a collab. That is a situation where two only fans creators make content. There's no payment directly between them for the scene that they are participating in. However, each person gets to sell the content on their respective platform. Okay.
Starting point is 01:15:56 So we do the content. You promote it. I promoted. We get the money from our perspective platforms from our collaboration. Oh, Amanda, please took Amber Thick up on this.
Starting point is 01:16:12 So, they do the content. They offered the content trade, and they also offered hospitality. When they were in Miami together, apparently this hospitality meant going to host an event that Amber was hosting hanging out together
Starting point is 01:16:34 hanging out together for the entire weekend. It wasn't just a wham-bam. Thank you, ma'am. It was, we are also going to show you around and provide hospitality to you and whatever. I'm sure Amanda also had people in Miami that she knew she was going to go hang out with them,
Starting point is 01:16:49 but they were going to provide her with some hospitality as well. Okay. Then the fucking occurs. And I would be remiss if I, if I didn't say that this was quality content. How'd you see it? You're not an only fan.
Starting point is 01:17:05 So for the purposes of this... Not research purposes. I don't know if people know, but I take this podcast seriously. I'm not just a Johnny come lately to this. So for the purposes of this podcast, and this podcast only, I had to procure the video. I had to get the video.
Starting point is 01:17:31 I had to watch the video. quality content. How many times? You know what? It's not about me. And it's not about judging me. But I will say this. Having been out of the life for a second,
Starting point is 01:17:46 a nigger was like pokey. A nigger went and found a video and then had to like literally shut the whole computer down and put it away for a second and play the game. And niggas like pokey, Nick was like, oh my God, look at everything I've missed. Didn't get back into it though. Not going to get me.
Starting point is 01:18:02 Not going to get me. Okay. This is where a break occurs, Rachel. They film it. They've both posted it. I don't know about what happened with, Oh, Amanda, please posting it. Okay. I do know that it was posted on Amber Thicks' OnlyFans. I'm assuming that it was also posted on Oh, Amanda Pleases OnlyFans,
Starting point is 01:18:25 because she made an OnlyFans, I think, specifically to sell this video. Okay. Okay. This is a very popular creator right here. All right. So this is what happens after this. Now this is where the beef starts to happen. So at some point, there are allegations that are flying. One of the first allegations is alleged coke use at a family function by, oh, Amanda, please. And this was kind of the thing that had the most legs at first. So what Amber Thick said was that there was a family event. This is during the hospitality portion. During the hospitality portion. She was in. invited to an event where family was there. I'm not saying it was a family event.
Starting point is 01:19:08 I don't think it was like a family reunion. I think it was an event where Amber and her significant other had people around there that weren't in the life. Okay. And at this event, apparently, allegedly, allegedly, all it is alleged, we don't know these people. So we don't know what's true and what's not. allegedly at this event, not that Amanda has really denied some of this stuff.
Starting point is 01:19:35 And there were some text messages that came out where it seemed that she was, she was kind of copped into it. She apparently used Coke. She brought out the Coke. And then took her panties off in the pool or the hot tub. A man, which Amber Thick thought was inappropriate.
Starting point is 01:19:55 And there was a text message strange about that. Hey, just let you know. You was whaling out. You brought out the Coke. You took your panties off. And that's not cool. Okay. It says video leaked. That's later. Oh, okay. Jeez. So then what happens is after this, there's an allegation of, I guess, bad business practices by Amber Thick and her husband. They made $67,000. off of the video. And I guess that money didn't make its way to owe Amanda, please,
Starting point is 01:20:36 but I'm confused about that because it wasn't supposed to. They sell the video on their platform, and then she sells a video on her platform. I think these allegations of bad business more came from the Twitter audience than it did from, oh, Amanda, please. I'm not sure because it was a content collab right here.
Starting point is 01:20:55 All right, we move on. She starts, Amanda starts, sub-tweeting on Twitter. Talking about, because everybody was waiting for the video, talking about these people are weird, these people are weird, these people are weird. Amber hits her up.
Starting point is 01:21:10 Hey, is this about me? Talking about me? This is what happened in the pool. You did all this stuff in the pool. You talked about me? Is these tweets about me, blah, blah, blah, blah. I know, my bad. I'm crashing out, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 01:21:20 You would think that they would have squashed it on text behind the scenes? That's not what happens. Then the allegations start flying. More allegations. The bad business. same, whatever, people start reaching out about Amber Thick's significant other and his child support issues.
Starting point is 01:21:38 And now, oh, Amanda Please is putting him on blast, saying that he's got baby mamas and all of these different places. He's not paying any child support. He's not doing anything. All these people are leaking stuff to her, and she's putting it out. Then people start leaking stuff to Amber Thick about, oh, Amanda Pleases, past crazy behavior. There's a video leaked where she is,
Starting point is 01:21:59 outside her ex-boyfriend's house, hitting the window with what looks like a tricycle, turns out that they got restraining orders on each other. This happened in Colorado some time ago, and it's like, look how crazy this person is. You can't believe anything that they say. Everybody's talking about everyone. Twitter is in the middle. The beef is going. There are more alleged, alleged, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:22:27 these are all allegations there's allegations of vagina aroma concerns on the part of oh Amanda please now I have to be honest about this I don't know anything about this and how it will work for anyone but I saw the video
Starting point is 01:22:44 and it everybody seemed to be diving in on the video so I'm not just saying look you have one side alleged Coke user took her
Starting point is 01:22:57 panties off at the family function. Crazy behavior on the video leaked. Okay. You have on the other side, alleged bad business, unfair business practices, child support, overall shady behavior
Starting point is 01:23:10 is what people are saying. Rachel gets to make the decision. Off what? Off all of what I just laid out, Rachel. It's all alleged. Like, it doesn't even make, and I'm going to tell you what, you know why I can't make a decision on it?
Starting point is 01:23:27 who's right? Neither. Rachel, I need you to take a stand. Who's right? There's no... Boats, booty, and bad decisions. That's all you wanted to get to.
Starting point is 01:23:37 I'm just saying, Rachel, the internet... Where are there boats? When do boats come into this? Well, part of it was that I think part of this may have happened. Maybe there was a boat situation. Maybe there was...
Starting point is 01:23:49 I think that actually, maybe, oh, Amanda, please was having more fun in Miami. Maybe she went on the boat. Because the Coke usage was a... big part of this, this dynamic about whether or not that's okay. First of all, to you, is it okay to have some fun at a party in Miami and do some coke? Is that okay with you? I mean, to each their own.
Starting point is 01:24:07 To each their own. So you say it's not a big deal. The whole internet was judging about whether or not there was coke. But if I, if there are kids at this family function. Don't know. I can't say that there are kids, but I can say that there were people that might have been not initiated into coke use or taking your panties off in the pool. If I had a party and a friend was using coke in public, I would be like, yo, what
Starting point is 01:24:27 are you doing. I have people who don't do that. I don't want them to think that that's necessarily what I'm doing. You got to like put that up or you got to go take that out. I would not want that. I would not want that at a party. Right. Okay. So then that's a point for Amber Thick. Fine. Do you think it was appropriate for Ohamanda please to leak the child support status? I'm confused as to why any of the back and forth happened because it sounds like
Starting point is 01:25:00 they made a trade the video was done both had access to the video both had the same opportunity to post it I don't understand why things went sour because of the personal part because when they were hanging out she got mad at her
Starting point is 01:25:16 about the behavior at the pool and all of that stuff. And then they had a text message exchange. And then she thought they were acting weird. So then she started subbing them on Twitter. And then she noticed that they were subbing. And then she went there to talk about this on Twitter.
Starting point is 01:25:36 So Amanda started the public tweets first. Amanda was subbing on Twitter first. Since you're forcing me to make a decision, I have to side with Amber Thick. Wow. I have to side with Amber Thick. If I have believing the allegations, because they are allegations. Because they are allegations. If I'm taking them as true,
Starting point is 01:25:54 Amanda's the one who instigated bringing this to the public. Amanda allegedly did drug use in front of strangers where she was as an invited guest, not knowing if they approve. You don't know who's there. This could affect business possibly for Amber and her man. If it was family there, they could be judging her thinking this type of people, they might not even know about this side of her life.
Starting point is 01:26:18 It just seems that. Amanda was bringing things to light and to the public. It was instigating things in a way that Amber Thick seems to be responding to those things. What about the notion that why are you bringing someone that you flew out for to have sex with them for content to a party where people in your family or other people that aren't initiated into life might be? Well, maybe she's, I mean, obviously I think Amber's family knows. that she is a sex worker. So to bring another sex worker around, they do that in a totally different setting.
Starting point is 01:26:58 They don't do it in public at family functions. So I guess she gave her the benefit of the doubt to assume that she wouldn't be drug use is not alleged drug use, is not the same thing as what I do professionally as a sex worker. Do you think it's appropriate to bring up somebody's child support status? does that speak to the character of Amber Thick or Amber? Because we don't know,
Starting point is 01:27:25 I don't know if this is true, by the way. It's all allegations. Again, we're assuming the allegations to be true. It speaks to the character of the boyfriend. Not of Amber Thick. Not of Amber Thick. Do you think that it speaks to the character of somebody that you would be in a relationship with someone
Starting point is 01:27:41 that might allegedly have all of these child support issues? By the way, she didn't know. We don't know if that's even true. And she might not have even known about him not. She might not have known about the kids. She might not have known about the child support that it was due. She might not have known these things. So you're making a decision, Judge Lindsay.
Starting point is 01:27:59 And what you're saying is that in your opinion, Amber Thick is in the right. I'm being held against my will and forced to make a decision. But if I have to choose, I guess it's Amber. Wow. God, I thought this was going to be more interesting. I'll be honest with you. I did too. It's like not rooted in anything. I wanted it to be rooted in something.
Starting point is 01:28:29 What did you want to be rooted in? I need to see what these women look like. What's their ethnicity? They're black. I should have put pictures. Yeah, I wanted to see what they look like. They're black. Beautiful ladies.
Starting point is 01:28:40 But this was a thing on Twitter. We were talking about it on Twitter. I just wanted to bring it to you and see what you had to think. All right. You're going with Amber Thick. I'm going with Amber Thick on this one. All right. You guys, that is the end of the show.
Starting point is 01:28:51 Take the thing caps off, but do not stop learning. Rachel, I think the internet is going to be very interested in your decision. To Amber Thick. Oh, ain't nobody worried about that. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah. Don't ever do that again. Don't ever, like, don't ever dismiss us like that.
Starting point is 01:29:06 The people that care about that stuff. Yeah, the ones that are. I gave an opinion. I participated. You are the voice of reason. You decide who is the face of the ringer. You decide between Amber Thick and, oh, Amanda, please. I'm going to do this.
Starting point is 01:29:18 Then I'm seeing Amber Thick. There you go. You decide. You decide. I'm Van Lathen, Jr. I'm Rachel Lynn Lindsay. Go Amber. Hi, guys.
