Starting point is 00:00:04 Yo, yo, thought warriors. What is up? Higher Learning is on and is I Van Lathen, Jr. And it's me, Rachel and Lindsay. Remember the like. What's that for? Subscribe and share the podcast. I got to let you guys know.
Starting point is 00:00:24 You know, we've had a lot of afflictions here on higher learning, but having intense GERD, gastro, is kicking my ass, baby. Woo! It's not great. Well, I'm sorry, that you're going through it. All of this. It's tough.
Starting point is 00:00:47 It's painful. It's painful. I mean, I'm happy it's not more serious, but it is painful. And you need to take care of yourself. We definitely appreciate you giving it your all on the podcast today. We're going to have a little bit of a shorter podcast because we want, man, you know, to feel better, take care of himself.
Starting point is 00:01:08 Yeah, but we're still going to give it to you. Do you? I'm still going to give it to you. Do you know. Not that sick. What about the Dallas Mavericks, Rachel? What about, what about them? What about them, man?
Starting point is 00:01:23 What do you want me to say? You turned your back on them so quick. You came in here and you were wearing your Dallas jersey and then it just fucking now we have it. You're back to the Texas jersey now. I did not turn my back on them, but there's really nothing to say. The ball. Boston Celtics are superiority.
Starting point is 00:01:43 I mean, I thought if we were going to have any fighting chance, it was to win that game, that first home game for us. We did not. I feel like they've outplayed us in every sense of the game. Certain players on the Mavericks haven't stepped up this series like they have throughout the playoffs. And our spirits are just like depleted. I mean, there's stories coming out
Starting point is 00:02:11 talking about how the Mavericks teams were pleading with Luca to not complain to the refs. It's like, all, I'm like, are we turning on each other now? We just need to call it a day and regroup for next season. Brian Windhorst absolutely destroyed Luca Donchage.
Starting point is 00:02:29 I didn't think he went in that hard. He pointed out the obvious. If that's, I guess for Wendy, that's hard. Like, he went in hard, but I didn't think it was all that. It was like milk toast compared to, you know, Stephen A. Smith going off or something. Hey, play a little bit of it, Ashley.
Starting point is 00:02:49 Do you have it? Luca fell onto the ground there in an unacceptable position to put himself in with four minutes left with five fouls. And then immediately looks at the bench and says, you better bleeping challenge it as if it's the bench's fault that he just made a terrible play. I'm standing here in the Mavericks Tunnel. Over there is the Celtics Tunnel.
Starting point is 00:03:06 That's where the winners are. If Luca's ever going to be a winner coming out of this tunnel here, he is going to have to use what's happened in this finals as a learning experience. His defensive performance is unacceptable. He is a hole on the court. The Celtics are attacking him. They are ahead in this series because they have attacked him defensively. And you've got a situation here where Luca is complaining about the officiating.
Starting point is 00:03:28 They have begged him. They have talked with him. They have pleaded with him. He is costing his team because of how he treats the officials. He's a brilliant player. He does so many things well. They are here because of how he did. his performance in this game is unacceptable
Starting point is 00:03:40 and the reason why the Mavericks are not going to win he's got to get over this the fact that he came out after the game and Blame the official showed me he's nowhere close yet so maybe over the summer somebody will get to him because nobody with the Mavericks or anybody else in his life has and that's where the Mavericks are at this point they're never going to get to this tunnel with the trophy
Starting point is 00:03:57 if he doesn't improve those aspects of his game Whoa fuck Jay-Z I know you ain't talking about me dog you what you know what's funny about ether what is so ether when you go back and look at it think about how surprise naws was at the beginning of ether i just set the whole reckon up i know you ain't talking about me dog you what what i know you ain't talking about you like you been on my dick nigger you love my style bro i don't you fuck what y'all niggas say
Starting point is 00:04:39 You been on my dick, nigga. You love my style. Think about telling somebody that. Think about it. Like, you, and then they make a man. Nigga, you love my style, nigga. Rachel, who could you tell that to?
Starting point is 00:04:55 Who could you tell that to? Is there somebody? Nope. Who could you tell? Rachel, think about somebody. Name someone. You got to name somebody. I already know.
Starting point is 00:05:03 You been on my dick, nigga. You love my style. Who could you say that to, Rachel? I'm not naming. Rachel, name you name somebody. Everybody in the audience right now, we all got somebody like that. Somebody that when they try to talk, you just think,
Starting point is 00:05:20 I know you ain't talking about me, dog. You? You? You? Who's your person? My dick, niggas. You love my style. Who's your person?
Starting point is 00:05:31 I'm trying to think. It's several people. And let me tell you something. A lot of y'all that come to the comments, every time I come No seriously Every time I I can really say that about the Reddit
Starting point is 00:05:45 Oh God Well get ready for the next Reddit post I'm fucking with the Reddit But the Reddy's actually Reddit's actually part of the community They're just that like cousin that don't really like you But come to eat the food anyway at your house But I'm trying to think
Starting point is 00:06:03 One person You've been on my dick, nigga You love my style I think about it. Who's yours? You got somebody in mind. Who? Who is? I do. Tell me. You don't want to say? Heather B. Heather B? No, I'm a fan of hers. You're a fan of Heather B's? Heather B. You really are sick today, aren't you? I'm sorry, Heather B. We're all a fan of Heather B.
Starting point is 00:06:33 Yes. Hannah B is who I was talking about. I got no beefs of her. You been on my dick, you love my style. Anyway, all right. All right. Did you know about one and three people with plaques psoriasis may also develop psoriotic arthritis, which causes joint pain, stiffness, and swelling?

Starting point is 00:08:25 They go on vacation. Okay, well the first one, which is the major one, which people were waiting on, they rejected the challenge to the abortion pill. So a lot of people were concerned about that rightfully so. You can still get access to the abortion bill. It can be mailed to you. But if you look at why they rejected it, they rejected it because they said the people who sued didn't have standard. The doctors and the anti-abortion groups,
Starting point is 00:08:54 they weren't personally injured by what was happening. So what does this mean? They'll get the right people to sue and do it over again. So it's not, they haven't. They didn't do it on the merits of the case. Right. So that means that it's open and it. Yeah, so we'll be back here again.
Starting point is 00:09:12 Yeah, we probably. What else? What else? What else? Supreme Court dropped? Did they drop anything else? They dropped, they dropped these decisions like hot mixtapes for the right. And then go on vacation. Then go on vacation. They come out like, yo, you heard that new Supreme Court? The new Supreme Court just dropped? Yeah, bro, we got to be in the back of the bus again. The new Supreme Court just dropped. They just ruled for Starbucks in a union case. over-terminated employees.
Starting point is 00:09:40 I'm, like, looking at the headlines, so I can't, like, speak to, exactly. Well, I have Dr. Corbyn on, and she'll look through all the cases or something. We should bring her up back this time of year to explain some of these things that we've been waiting on, these rulings that we've been waiting off for a while.
Starting point is 00:09:57 Hey, hey, nigga, that Supreme Court just dropped. Man, Brown versus Board of Education is done. Supreme Court just dropped. It just dropped you, nitty. Anyway, perseverance. John the Majors to receive the Perseverance Award at Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards. Hollywood Unlocked. We'll be presenting Jonathan Majors with the Perseverance Award in Los Angeles.
Starting point is 00:10:22 The event on June 21st, the award per the organization is given to an individual who has shown that no matter what adversity they face, they will continue to aspire, to inspire. In addition to majors, the event will recognize the designer Chris Lubiton. with the Innovative Award and Cardi B with the Inspiration Award and the legendary Jerry rapper Fat Joe the Cultural Award. Tiffany Hage will serve as a host for the event
Starting point is 00:10:44 will be held at the Beverly Hilton. The initial awards will be handed out to Jasmine Crockett Ben Crump, the Brat and her wife, Jessica Harris, the Park. We've had Jason Lee here on this podcast. He's the founder of Hollywood Unlocked and the awards highlight contributions
Starting point is 00:11:03 across the music, film, and media, media political and social and creative industries celebrate their accomplishments for the black community. Rachel, what do you think about this? Well, this obviously calls a lot of controversy. People were split because I saw both ways when it comes to whether or not they felt that Jonathan Majors was deserving of this award.
Starting point is 00:11:28 Nobody else received that type of criticism who is listed as being honored this year. but I thought, okay, this isn't the first year of the Hollywood Unlocked Awards has been in existence. So who have they honored before when it comes to the Perseverance Award? Last year, I didn't see anybody.
Starting point is 00:11:53 I don't think they gave out an award for this last year. But in 2022, they gave it to Jennifer Lewis. Makes a lot of sense, right? She's been working since 70s, they call her the Black Mother of Hollywood. She's been outspoken and an advocate for mental health, revealing her own mental health struggles.
Starting point is 00:12:14 She's been very honest and open about a financial con scheme that she experienced with the man. In 2022, she fell from a balcony, almost lost her life. She's received numerous nominations awards, even has a star on the walk of fame. somebody who's deserving of the perseverance award, somebody who has embodied perseverance throughout their life spans over decades. That's not Jonathan Majors to me. Now, I'm not saying that Jonathan Majors has not persevered through things. But when you look at somebody being honored for perseverance, it just doesn't make sense.
Starting point is 00:12:59 Obvious for this particular award. He's obviously being awarded the Perseverance Award because of what he has endured over the last year. And I understand that if people don't agree with what he was charged with, I understand. My dreams, twins with your eyes. My dreams. The green twins with your eyes. I think the dogs. move to LA
Starting point is 00:13:48 It's always Sunny and Brian there You've moved to the bay You're done Yeah So I understand I understand if people don't agree with the charges
Starting point is 00:14:09 What he's been convicted of I understand if people think it's unfair That he's been shut out in Hollywood But that doesn't equal A perseverance award here to me Jonathan Majors, we first learned of the incident in March, 2023. He went to trial in November, 2023. He was convicted in December of 2023.
Starting point is 00:14:30 He was sentenced in April of 2024. If Jonathan Majors shows up, he obviously should decline this award. People have been very critical. I do. I think so. Advance making the face of me. I really think so. I think he should decline this award.
Starting point is 00:14:47 People have been very critical at how he has handled the response. from the fallout of what's happened. They really didn't, weren't fans of his interview with Lindsay Davis, with ABC News Live. They feel that he hasn't been sincere, which again, who will be to judge? But since he is doing these interviews out there, they feel that he hasn't been sincere. Some people, you know, don't think he should even be doing interviews. And now you're accepting an award for what you have persevered. I think that he's got to.
Starting point is 00:15:22 an uphill battle when it comes to, you know, entering Hollywood or, you know, reestablishing his career. I do not think he should be shut out. But I think that he has a ways to go to prove that he is deserving of this type of award and that he has actually persevered when you consider the definition of the word. I think it's also a little bit of a slap in the face to domestic violence victims because whether you agree or not, that is what he has been charged with. And that is what she has accused him of and to ignore that and say, hey, nope, he's persevered through this. When he just was sentenced not too long ago, it's a little tone death, in my opinion. And I think that he should decline the award.
Starting point is 00:16:08 I don't think you should show up to accept it. I think this is a PR nightmare. It is not a PR nightmare for Hollywood Unlocked because we're all talking about it and it's bringing attention to his award show. it is not going to help the case of Jonathan Majors. Interesting. So on the award itself, we had Jonathan Majors on the podcast, and I'm sure there's a part of him that's going to argue that I've been persevering for my entire life.
Starting point is 00:16:37 You know, he went back into his past and talked about all the things that he's went through and almost getting kicked out of school on all that stuff and, you know, growing up in Dallas and whatever. you guys have it tough there. It's 500 degrees. So he might be looking at it through that lens. A lot of this is going to be dependent on how people look at the Jonathan Major's trial. Now, since he was accused of what he was accused of,
Starting point is 00:17:09 there have been numerous other stories about him from his past. I've come out where people have been talking about his treatment of them. You've heard stories of Jonathan Majors. treatment of people on other sets, and that is left up to people to decide how they feel about him. A lot of people think, though, that in that specific trial itself, that he was given a raw deal,
Starting point is 00:17:30 and that there wasn't much to it. Now, I think that there's probably enough smoke there for everyone to come to the conclusion that Jonathan Majors needs to go ahead and do some work on himself. I think even he said that. So there's not going to be any quarter for his behavior with Grace Jabari or in the past here. Okay. But I will say this. I think the aim here of Hollywood unlocked is to begin the rehabilitation of, of, is, is, Rachel's.
Starting point is 00:18:14 You got to stop. Okay. Rachel is utilizing the chat to make inside jokes that are throwing me off my train. I'm sorry, I couldn't. Um, I think the aim of this is probably to begin that reentry into Hollywood. To give him an award from a brand that a lot of people know this was picked up everywhere. Hollywood reported picked this up, right, put this up. probably because it's an interesting story,
Starting point is 00:18:49 but to give some type of cover for Jonathan Majors so they can get back working again. And also remember this, it's not as if Jonathan Majors has to step on a film set right now to get his work out there. There are movies that he's finished that people are just saying are not going to come out. Right.
Starting point is 00:19:11 So at any point, a movie called Magazine Dreams that is finished and could be released you know with some promotion at any point that a lot of people worked on and a lot of people to be honest with you are very upset that movie isn't coming out because it's John the Majes movie
Starting point is 00:19:28 but it's also the movie of a lot of other people that are talented and working on. So look I mean the question is this it's it's a simple one this will be pre-recorded and it will air exclusively on the Zeus network this Hollywood
Starting point is 00:19:45 unlocked impact awards. The question is this. Are audiences black, white, or otherwise ready to accept Jonathan Majors maybe not at the person that he was before, but as a working actor? And that's something that a lot of people cannot answer
Starting point is 00:20:00 for themselves or for everyone else. I'll ask you, are you ready to accept Jonathan Majors coming back to a career? Yeah. If that's the, if If that's the case, if you're ready to accept him to come back, I don't think, I don't think that people who don't have a problem with him
Starting point is 00:20:27 acting again and getting back to his life are going to have very much problem with him getting this award. It's the title of the award. If he was winning for like Creed 3 or Magazine Dreams, I wouldn't have a problem with it. He acted, he did, he did it. You know, like, it's like Will Smith. I'm not trying to, I know it's apples to oranges, but he was able to win his award as well.
Starting point is 00:20:51 Yes, it was already voted on that night when the incident happened, but still, I think that if five years from now, he is able to rebuild his career, I'm not saying he has persevered at all in his life, he's obviously getting the award because of what's taken place over, transpired over the last year and a half.
Starting point is 00:21:10 Yeah. If five years from now, he rebuilds his career, that's perseverance. So I guess is it, is it because if Jonathan Majors has, he's admitted that there are things that he needs to work on, right? That there are things that he needs to work on and things that he has worked on. And if that's the case, is that perseverance? Do you persevereigns through things that you have your self-door? I guess it's interesting, right?
Starting point is 00:21:45 Because if it was substance abuse or something like that, you definitely look at that as perseverance, but if it has to do with the treatment of other people and how you might be reacting to them and anger management and all of that stuff, there's a part of me that feels like you owe it to society to show up as a person that doesn't hurt anyone or harm anyone or put other people in harm's way.
Starting point is 00:22:06 And that's not really perseverance when you make your way through that. So I don't know if that would be perseverance. But look, to be honest with you, this award was very savvy by Hollywood Unlocked. By Hollywood Unlocked for sure. Very savvy. And also, I think it's twofold.
Starting point is 00:22:23 It's savvy by them to get people talking about the show. But it's also coming from people who believe that Jonathan, it's time for Jonathan Majors to get back to work. And they're like, okay, well, we're going to grease his entry back into Hollywood by giving him an award that says, we love you, we care about you, we recognize your perseverance. And then maybe that'll start to change movies. But that's the problem. I know why they're doing it, two folds.
Starting point is 00:22:52 But let him be a presenter. You know, like, honor him for a movie that he's done. But to say this ignores what the last year and a half. And I don't think that this is the correct publicity route to get him back into Hollywood, even though I agree that he should be allowed back into Hollywood, a hundred percent. I do. He's got a 52-week program.
Starting point is 00:23:16 that he has to go through, let this man work on himself. He admittedly said he has issues. And he's a phenomenal actor. So let him work on himself. And then let him come, you know, like be able to... You feel like this is rewarding. To work. I feel like it ignores what happened.
Starting point is 00:23:34 And if he himself has acknowledged it, to me, to me, this is... If he stands up there, it's obviously going to have an acceptance speech. If he stands up there and says the wrong thing, then it's going to hurt him again. But it'll give all the attention to Hollywood unlocked. Yeah. Once again, if you view the Grace Jabari situation as a raw deal, then he persevered through it.
Starting point is 00:24:01 But if you look at the Grace Jabari situation, because I'll be honest with you, looking at the totality of that case, I don't think in that case that Jonathan Majors was guilty of very much. The totality of that case. Well, he wasn't. Right. He wasn't. We talked about it. He wasn't intentionally found to do anything. Right. So I don't, I think that case being the lightning rod for all this, I don't think that that case had very much to it.
Starting point is 00:24:29 I do think, though, that other people's accounts of their past with him, that is something that you have to take into consideration and something that hopefully he's taken into consideration as he moves forward. So I think probably being awarded. here is the wrong thing. But this is an award, I believe, by media activists who think that Jonathan Majors has been treated unfairly and they want to get him back into it. Maybe he shouldn't take it.
Starting point is 00:24:59 But at some point you do want to know what he's got going on as far as, you know, getting this career back or, you know, getting his career back is secondary to Jonathan Majors being the man that, you know, that you would hope that he is. which is somebody that doesn't hurt people around him. That's more important than him acting.
Starting point is 00:25:24 So we'll see what happens. Hunter Biden found guilty on all counts in gun case. Feral jury found Hunter Biden guilty Tuesday on all three federal felony charges. Wow.
Starting point is 00:27:05 It's first time of President's son has been convicted. A president's immediate family has been convicted during their father's term in office. Wow. It's crazy. 25 years in jail. fine up to 750,000 sentencing. The judge said
Starting point is 00:27:23 sentencing is usually set for 120 days after a verdict before election day he'll probably be sentenced. Hunter Biden said he was disappointed by the guilty verdict and grateful for his family's love. President Biden expressed support for Hunter Biden saying that he loves his son
Starting point is 00:27:43 but he would respect the judicial process. Legal, legal, what you thought? Well, I mean, I was not shocked. He was found guilty. I think the case was straightforward in the sense that he lied on the application to get a gun. Everybody knows that. It took them two seconds to deliberate on this case and find him guilty. I don't think he'll face any jail time, you know, as you said, I mean, this is the first, he's the first time offender.
Starting point is 00:28:15 But I think the more interesting conversation was the response from the report. Republicans in the MAGA in regards to him being sentenced, you know, because they constantly talk about, first of all, first off, I should say, it has to be exhausting to be them. You know, one day it's this. I think Joe Scarble referred to it as situational patriotism. Like one minute, the justice system is rigged. Then it works for what you've literally been complaining about for years in regards to Hunter Biden. He's found guilty and you're like, oh, no, that was just the distraction. Distraction from the more serious crimes that the Biden family has committed,
Starting point is 00:28:57 including President Joe Biden. Oh, they just did that because Trump was found guilty. You know, like it's so exhausting how they flip it and don't really stand by anything. It's either this or it's that. It should be. But instead, they just change, you know, as things, what's the same with the win? the wind blows. Yes, they just changes the wind blows.
Starting point is 00:29:25 Yeah, like that's really my thought about it. It really puts a hole in the argument that the Republicans have been trying to do. I mean, you can't say the justice system is rigged and then Hunter has been found guilty, which one is it? You know, they've been saying this two-tiered justice system and justice prevailed. Now they're making it seem like they never really were concerned about Hunter Biden. but he was just found guilty. He could go to jail for years.
Starting point is 00:29:53 He won't, but he could. This is actually, to me, the strength of the right. So you think this helps them? No. Okay. But I think the difference between the left and the right is the left snatches losses from wins and the right snatches wins from losses.
Starting point is 00:30:20 Okay, so the message is simple. The message is simple. At the end of the day, the justice system being rigged only matters because it's rigged against Donald Trump and the right. So that means that the justice system can be rigged to produce a guilty verdict against Trump, and it can be raped to produce a guilty verdict against Hunter Biden to cover up for a guilty verdict against Trump. It's a very simple, simple, simple, eating. They'll do whatever they, or a simple idea. They'll do whatever they have to do to get Trump.
Starting point is 00:31:12 If that's fine, Hunter Biden guilty, then they'll do that. if that's to find Donald Trump guilty, then obviously they'll do that. They create such a simple spin box that you can't get out of it. Right away when Hunter Biden is found guilty in Delaware, a state where he should have had a friendly jury
Starting point is 00:31:35 that everyone's saying over something that you're normally not prosecuted for. Okay. Normally what you'd say there's, hey, there it is. We got them. That's right. That's it.
Starting point is 00:31:47 No, it's figure four leg, like of logic can't get out of it. If you find the president's son guilty, why wouldn't the president protect his son? But they're like, no. It's more nefarious than that. This president is so evil. Evil Joe Biden. Evil, crooked, sleepy Joe. And he was sent his own recovering addict boy to jail just to get Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:32:11 And they went hard with it. And there are people who were having a moment. Leportism of pure cultism who were for just one second like, wait a minute, if the justice system is read, how could Hunter Biden be found guilty? Boom! They get a steroid shot of misinformation. Right in the ass. And then they're hulked up again. They're hulked up again.
Starting point is 00:32:39 Justice system. And then, and now look, they were able to take the guilty verdict against Hunter Biden and make it even more. evil because now it's Joe Biden sacrificing his son to get Donald Trump. I'm sorry, I fuck with it. They are, they, they, this is clearly, clearly a flaw in logic. It's clearly a nightmare for them with what they've been peddling, but they were able to spin it and make it into something that works for their side. They are delightfully insane and purely, pure.
Starting point is 00:33:17 purely, purely dedicated to the cause of sipping the pre-come from the tip of Donald Trump's three-inch penis. Ew. That's like the visual on it. It's very graphic. Very graphic. You like chaos. You like delusion. You're entertained by that.
Starting point is 00:33:35 Because that's exactly what's going on over there. You like it. Yeah. You like you. I'll say this. Ooh, it's interesting. I haven't heard much from, other people have talked about this, from the
Starting point is 00:33:48 the Second Amendment people on this. This is, the Second Amendment people should be fucking living right now. They should be very upset.
Starting point is 00:34:01 It's Hunter Biden trying to buy a blicky and someone saying that because he could have been high or could have been
Starting point is 00:34:11 on drugs at the point that he brought his blick that it's a federal offense. But I got to be honest
Starting point is 00:34:18 with you. I know a lot of 2A people. I haven't heard them. And see, this is the problem with the 2A community. They say that they are purely like originalists with the Constitution. And it's all about the firmament of the Second Amendment and how strong and ironclad and clear that the Second Amendment is and shall not be infringed and all of that. But they caucus so deeply with the right as their people that they seem to kind of like go mute whenever the state, which is what they're supposed to be against, kills an unarmed black man. Or they go mute when Hunter Biden, who should have the right to go out and buy his gun, shall not be infringed, runs afoul of them.
Starting point is 00:35:19 Where are the two-way people? where's the NRA? Where's Collian Collin Noir? All right. Where are all the two-way people out there? Where are they at? Some of my other homies, I'm going to call y'all.
Starting point is 00:35:32 I'm not going to mention you guys. I don't want to blast you out, but I'm going to call you all. Call you guys up. Where's a two-way community to help Hunter Biden? Shouldn't you guys be helping them? I don't give a fuck what happens to Hunter Biden. Let me just say this real quick. Hold on first.
Starting point is 00:35:44 Let me just say something real quick. I can give a fuck less about what happens to Hunter Biden. I don't get a fuck. I don't give a fuck. All right. Okay. Okay. Let me just say this right now.
Starting point is 00:35:55 You can throw Hunter Biden in jail for fucking 10 fucking years. I don't give a fuck, all right? Hunter Biden has had enough chances and enough privileges in life. I wish the same that for him that I wish for everybody else with this. He's happy. He's healthy and all of that. Look, he decided to get a little, he's been through some stuff. I get it.
Starting point is 00:36:14 Like, I don't look at this as some kind of grand crime that this motherfucker is in trouble. I don't fucking care. But the fact that he was convicted, they convicted him. There you go. They got him. The Second Amendment thing is really interesting, though. I was looking it up and that people are like, you know what, we're not going to get in the middle of that.
Starting point is 00:36:41 Nothing good could come of it. It's just, it's politics. That's what some of the people are saying. Gun acts. It's just politics. Like I'm looking at a quote right now. We don't want to get in the middle of that. Wait a minute.
Starting point is 00:36:54 Hold on, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. This is van. Okay. Gun owner van. I got to call you guys out. That's not going to work. That's not good enough. The Second Amendment people cannot stay out of this because of quote unquote politics. You guys spend so much of your time and money saying the lobbyists up to the hill to engage in political activism on your behalf. And it doesn't matter what terrible things happen. You don't want to hear any argument in terms of gun control. No matter what terrible things happen.
Starting point is 00:37:43 You just don't fucking care, right? And you're very fervent and very militant about that. this is a case of someone who bought a gun under the suspicion of being on drugs, the suspicion of using drugs, federal offense, lying on something, they got them. You could make an argument, and people will probably make the argument on appeal, that this is an infringement of Hunter Biden's two-way rights. And once again, I don't know fuck about whether or not Hunter Biden's. Righten's rights were infringed.
Starting point is 00:38:21 I don't give a fuck about what happens to Hunter Biden. I don't. I don't care. I think the story is sad in a lot of ways. A guy loses his brother and then he dressed into addiction. I think it's sad, but at the same time, it's going to take a lot for me to give a fuck about somebody. He has as much privilege as Hunter Biden and what happens to him.
Starting point is 00:38:36 Sorry, it's the way it is. But I'll tell you this. The two-way people, why do y'all always drop the ball when it doesn't seem like the way the ball bounces benefits the Republicans? why you drop the ball when is Philando Castile? Why do you drop the ball when you have to step outside of political activism to
Starting point is 00:38:56 speak up about something? Why do you drop the ball whenever that happens? It's clear, clear. Your new poster child, Hunter Biden, go help him. He needs your help. The NRA right now should be sending lawyers to help Hunter Biden in his appeal. He says, help him.
Starting point is 00:39:12 He needs your help. Hey, NRA, Hunter Biden needs you. Help him out. Good night. No. I want to talk to you about something. What? So look,
Starting point is 00:39:29 I want to talk to you about talking to women. Oh, okay. Okay. So recently, there's been a lot of talk about the way Stephen A. Smith talks to his female co-hosts. have you seen this? I've seen some of it, yeah. What's your thoughts on it before I even get into a long thing?
Starting point is 00:39:57 Well, just briefly, it seems to be worse than normal. I don't think that he's being anybody that he, I don't think he's being any way that he hasn't been already, but with the increase of conversation of women athletes and women sports, you're also starting to get more commentary for more women. I think when Stephen A speaks in general, he doesn't really like to be challenged. And he goes, has back and forth with men on his show as well.
Starting point is 00:40:31 You know, it's his show. He's said that before multiple times. But it lands differently when it's that same speech and sentiment is directed towards women, especially when the women that he is speaking to are more, well-versed and educated on the subject matter that they're speaking on. This is where the mansplain comes out. It seems to be, and it's more prevalent, I would say, in the last few months than I've ever seen from him before.
Starting point is 00:41:06 Interesting. So, a couple of things. When you say that he is speaking to women that know more about him. him on the subject you're talking about the subject of the WMBA. Correct. Because that's where we're seeing it come out more. Right. So tell you why I'm bringing this up because I think this can be useful to me.
Starting point is 00:41:34 Okay. So I do, it's true. I do many different podcasts. And depending on how bombastic the podcast is, I'll raise my voice. I'll raise my voice. I'll raise my voice. Yeah. you know, yell sometimes
Starting point is 00:41:51 when I'm doing other podcasts and stuff like that, especially if it's raucous. If it's getting rockets. You know what I mean? If it's getting raucous, I'll yell. Sure. Yeah. Ha ha ha, ha.
Starting point is 00:42:00 Whatever you ever, I'll yell at people when I'm in the debate or anything. People don't like it when I raise my voice to you. Like, why is Van raising his voice at Rachel? And I think that's because you're a woman. Um, yes and no. Give to me. I don't think that.
Starting point is 00:42:22 If you're talking about us in particular, I don't think that people are saying that just because you're raising your voice. We both raise our voices on the podcast. I think it's the context in which you're raising your voice or what the subject matter is. Or if you're raising your voice and cutting me off at the same time. I think that's what people get at. It's not because or like you're raising your voice and you're talking over me while I'm trying to explain something. Like that's more I think what people are talking about. Because with Stephen A. Smith, it's not about raising his voice. Like, Cheney's been on there, raised her voice. You know, Monica's done it. Andrea's done it. Like, people have done it. It's how he's doing it.
Starting point is 00:43:06 And that's why I go back to the mansplaining. It's the talking down. It's raising your voice to talk down to women. It's being a know-it-all when these women understand what you're saying because they are so, they are experts. That's why they deserve a seat at the table to sit across. from you and talk to you and go back and forth about this sport. They're deserving of it. It's the, I'm talking, I'm saying you should be grateful to be sharing this space with me.
Starting point is 00:43:37 I've given, the only reason that people recognize who you are is because I have given you this space and a seat at the table. It's because of me that you are who you are. That is essentially how Stephen A. Smith addressed the Monica McNutt. situation. There's no self-awareness. There's no understanding. There's no, I'm going to bring Monica on as Shannon Sharp did. Now, one could argue he did it for ratings, but there's no, I'm going to bring you on to flush this out. Instead, I'm going to continue to talk at you. That's the patica that I have of Stephen A. Smith. And so when it comes to you and me, I think that when you're raising your voice and that's behind it, that's when people have an issue. Not because
Starting point is 00:44:20 you and I go at it and like yell at each other like brother and sister. I don't think that's it. I disagree. Okay. I don't disagree in the case of Stephen A. Smith. I wish you yelled at me when you said this. Yeah. I disagree.
Starting point is 00:44:35 I don't think, I don't, I don't disagree in the case of Stephen A. Smith. Because I think there are a couple of different things that are happening here. I would argue that Stephen A. Smith talks down to everybody on the show. He does. Yeah, like he does. Like he, Stephen A. Smith, if we give a list of people that Stephen A. Smith has been Intuit with.
Starting point is 00:44:59 He's been into it with JJ Reddick. He's been into it. He used to talk down. I mean, he got Max Kellerman fired. You know what I mean? Like he, I mean, to his own, I mean, I'm not, he didn't want to do the show anymore with Max. he got his co-host out of there, right? And then, you know, you had the whole back and forth with him and Jason, Jason Williams, Jay Will.
Starting point is 00:45:31 So there have been all different types of people that have come on the show that Stephen A. Smith has gotten into it with, right? Like, he got legitimately angry at Terrell Owens. Like, you can see in his eyes when Terrell Owens say, Max sounds a little bit blacker than you. you got legitimately angry at T.O. I mean, T.O. probably shouldn't say that. But so I think that... But can I just say that the difference is what he's never said to any of those people
Starting point is 00:46:01 that he's got into? He might say, this is my show. And it is. But what he's never said to J. Will or J.J. Reddick or even a Torel Owens is, you are who you are because of me. Which is pretty much what he said to Monica McFa. So, I mean...
Starting point is 00:46:18 and this is not a defense of him. I think the whole first take is my show, and I run first take is the reason for that. Now, I don't think that Stephen A. Smith has treated these women the way they should have been treated because he's like, he, you can tell that he looks at them as sort of neophytes in his grand sports commentating world, because he even said to Andrea, like,
Starting point is 00:46:50 if you don't learn about marketing, you're going to be consistently underpaid. I mean, that's, you're babying her, your big boy in her. You're, I mean, that's something that you shouldn't do to somebody else on television. That was uncomfortable. Like, you need to wake up and learn about it.
Starting point is 00:47:06 Like, he was big bro and her. Like, you don't want to big bro somebody on that show. And you're right about that. I think what I'm talking about is the, is there extra care that you should use when you're talking to a woman in an arena where you're completely respectful of her intellect,
Starting point is 00:47:27 of her station, her place and things. Like, I'll cut you off, but there's like nobody that's across from me just to be honest with you, that if I'm talking with them, then I'm not going to cut them off. I'm going to try to be better about cutting people off.
Starting point is 00:47:44 But I think that people are especially, like if you listen to, any other other podcasts. I mean, some of the other podcasts are like, hey, man, that's my thing. My thing is not being sometimes I fumbled my words, but that's my mind just moving so fast, so I do have a thing with that.
Starting point is 00:48:03 But my thing isn't about being poignant or eloquent or real research or anything like that. My thing is about not being able to like stop myself from jumping into conversation the moment what hits me hits me.
Starting point is 00:48:24 Oh my God, I got it. Oh my God, I got it. I think I got the answer to the question four or five, six, seven times. It's just the way I've always been. He says, hey, hey, call on me. Look, I got it. I got it. Why are you going around to the rest of the class?
Starting point is 00:48:35 I got it. We can move on. So I think that's the thing for me. But I think people are extra, extra pissed off with when it's you. And I think that's because you're a woman. Sure. I mean, I'll give you, I'll give you some of that. that I have never been, it's never been an issue for me, right?
Starting point is 00:48:53 Like, I've never come to you on the side and been like, hey, you cut me off too much. Or, hey, can you lower your voice when you talk to me? Because I'm going to yell at you. And I cut you off. And you're right. We don't really see the sentiment when I cut you off that people are like, Rachel cut ban off. You know, so I understand that.
Starting point is 00:49:12 I think that people need to hear you explain why, you know, you're, like you said, you're the kid in the class where like, I've got the answer. I've got the answer. I just want to blurt it out now. I think to an audience the way they perceive it is what you have to say is more important than what I have to say. And that's how people feel sometimes when someone cuts someone off. For me, it's never really been an issue. But I think you're right. No matter how hard we try, at least where we stand today in society, and obviously things are better, we still have looked through things through the eyes of patriarchy or whatever, through gender roles. And people feel a certain way with this man, woman dynamic when you do something to me versus
Starting point is 00:49:56 when I do something to you. It's still embedded within us. So I'm not going to take that away from you. I do think that the perception is that at times. But you also have to understand that if you cut me off, people are going to say, yeah, they're going to maybe handle me with a little bit of care. But it also can come off as what you have to say is more important than what I have to say. Can I ask you a bit of a thorny question on this?
Starting point is 00:50:19 Go ahead. I got that thorny word from Juliette Lytton. For one time, I'd have to have a thorny conversation. I was a juliet. Is it, let's say that somebody was consistently cutting me off. Mm-hmm. It would stop. What do you mean?
Starting point is 00:50:44 It would stop. It wouldn't happen. You're just not going to consistently cut me off, right? Is it possible? So listen, listen. Is it possible that I cut you off and then you get cut off because of, I'm trying to ask this in a way that is, that makes sure that I'm coming at it from the right way. So is it possible that you allow you to keep cutting me off? That you're used to men over talking?
Starting point is 00:51:25 No. But we are doing a podcast and I'm cognizant of people are listening to us. So sometimes when you cut me off, I'll come back at it. Or sometimes I cut you off and like, you know, whatever. But I recognize that people are listening to us and the back in like me trying to yell over you or you trying to yell over me doesn't necessarily fare well with those who are just listening to the podcast. We differ to people who are watching us. So sometimes I just let it go But if I really want to make a point
Starting point is 00:51:59 Or if I really feel like it's super important Or I don't want to lose my thought Then I'll say that to you Again, I've never had an issue With the way that we communicate with one another Except for one time when we had a family meeting And I wasn't even here for that Oh yeah, I'd say what I said
Starting point is 00:52:17 And I wasn't even here It wasn't even like you talking to me Then I guess the question is I also have very thick skin I'm not that sensitive. You're trying to say you fit? I mean, duh. This is the second time that you said on this podcast that you thick.
Starting point is 00:52:34 You know what's funny about that? Slip thick. You know, the funny thing about that is really, really who's thick on the podcast is me. I've talked about this. I said thick thigh. Man, I'm dick. I'm slim thick.
Starting point is 00:52:49 Slim thick. You really feel that way? Okay. Yes, I do, actually. So do we, particularly guys like Stephen A, guys like myself, do we need to take extra care when we're in conversation with black women in public spheres? That's the question. Just no.
Starting point is 00:53:11 No, I don't, I think as long as you don't need, just don't be disrespectful. That's it. Don't talk down to me. Don't patronize me. Don't talk to me in a condescending way. Just talk to me. And in a debated show, like first tape, you're going to have heated conversations.
Starting point is 00:53:31 Monica McNutt is not the first woman to have a heated conversation with Stephen A. Smith on first tape. And she won't be the last. My only issue with Stephen A. Smith, it wasn't even the back and forth with Monica on the show. It was his response after. Because it was disrespectful. And it minimized her.
Starting point is 00:53:50 So as long as you're talking to me, like an equal, and we can disagree, we can yell at each other, I'm fine with that. But don't disrespect me and I won't disrespect you. Yeah, that was a whole big deal. I remember first take back in the day, some 10, 12 years ago, Jalen Rose and Skip Bayliss. Remember they did a whole week of shows about name calling and how, you remember this? Vagerman. Jalen Rose hit Skip Bayliss with the water pistol peat. The picture.
Starting point is 00:54:25 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. This is classic. We talked about it with Jalen when he was on here. Skip Bayliss always would get you on there and dish you about your career. And then this article came out and Jalen Rose had called Skip Bayliss. Skip Bayliss average like one point a game in high school. Right, but I thought he brought the picture of him playing, that's what I'm saying. Oh, I don't think there was a picture.
Starting point is 00:54:48 Maybe there was. I didn't see it. Okay. That's what I'm referencing the same thing. Yes. Yeah. And then he called the Waterford Speer. Then because he did it to Skip Bayless, they literally had a week of shows.
Starting point is 00:55:00 Like three, four days of shows where they talked about how you're supposed to talk to people, you know. I just think for me, it's good to know. Well, I think it's good for us to have a conversation, not just about the podcast here because we have a male, female, female, male dynamic every single day. But a lot of people watch it and they go, well, Stephen A is a jerk to everyone. Stephen A big times everybody. Stephen A talks down to everyone. It feels different when he's doing it, particularly to a black woman. It feels different.
Starting point is 00:55:37 And is it different to him and for him? Should it feel different to him? Should it feel different for? What did just happen there? I stopped. I stopped. Whoa, whoa. Wow, I'm injured and hurt by you cutting me off.
Starting point is 00:55:56 Don't do this, though. Let's see, don't. Can I just say you are better? Like, especially if we're doing interviews, you'll say, can I ask a follow up? Can I do this? You know, you'll be like, hold on one second. Can I just say this? Self-awareness, right?
Starting point is 00:56:18 We're all a work in progress. I will say, remember when Stephen N. Smith got into it with Malika? Because she had called into the show. Yeah. I never talked about that. I never said. I never said that he was wrong for how he handled her. Interesting.
Starting point is 00:56:38 I never said that. She was kind of disrespectful a little bit. Like, remember, she was like, no. Steve was, it was during the bubble, right? No, it was about, yeah, it was, yeah, it was. I feel like it was during the bubble. I can't remember what it was about. I can't remember either, but she called in,
Starting point is 00:56:56 and they had a back and forth. I can't remember if you said this is my. She asserted something about him. Ashley, look it up. She asserted something about him, and then he got back at her yet. And I didn't think, and I did not, she held her ground.
Starting point is 00:57:11 She stood up and had something to say. He came back at her, and I never was like he shouldn't have talked to her that way. Never felt that. I felt like they were having a back and forth. But in these cases, you do feel that he was probably, he's, he's stepped out of the response. It's the response. It's the response.
Starting point is 00:57:30 He, and as soon as I saw it, I said, I text somebody and I was like, he's like, he's going to have an issue with it. Has Monica been back on first day? I don't know, but she will. I don't, I don't think she has. The other day I saw Andrea on there. I saw Chene. And I'm like, has Monica been back? Monica did
Starting point is 00:57:51 The Daily Show The Daily Show The Daily Show She did the Daily Show Go for her Making a round But I've been watching All of their faces
Starting point is 00:58:00 I've been watching Chenet's face Andrea's face As Stephen A is doing this thing It's been interesting to see what's going on over there
Starting point is 00:58:10 And look Once again The questions about The WNBA Are going to involve women they're going to involve women. So the fact that prominent men in different spaces
Starting point is 00:58:29 haven't had enough reps talking to women in these arenas, it's going to show. It's about to show. It is exposing them for sure. Is it like they don't, there are not enough women representing in these spaces, a lot of these sports are only for men and the fact that these guys
Starting point is 00:58:52 don't have enough reps talking to women that have an authority over them on certain things, it's going to show. Now you're going to look a little crazy every once in a while, but the thing that you have to do is you have to roll with the punches,
Starting point is 00:59:08 get a little bit better, and understand when you look a little bit crazy. All right, I have a message, Rachel, for everyone. Okay. Okay. I have a message for everyone. I want everyone to get on board with this. We don't have to agree about nothing else.
Starting point is 00:59:33 Okay. Okay. I only want us to agree about one thing going forward. And we're about to be guilty of it on this podcast, but I have to ask one thing for us on this podcast and for everyone else. please stop making white racists famous. I know it hurts. I know you're outraged.
Starting point is 01:00:05 I get the feeling of the how could she? Why would he? Why did they do it? I understand it. But we got to stop giving people a bag for using the N-word. We got to stop making these people into social media sensations just because they have the audacity to do something America's been doing for hundreds of years, which is be racist.
Starting point is 01:00:35 As soon as this video of this woman coming out and using the N-word, whoever she is, went viral. I knew what the play was. she was about to get the go fund. I knew she would lose her job. Knew it. The job is going to fire her. She probably worked bed bath, beyond, whatever.
Starting point is 01:01:00 Like the job is going to fire her. But after the job fires her, the play is easy. This is the play after the job fires her. Go fund me. She has one? Yeah. Interview circuit. I don't know if she does or not, but she will.
Starting point is 01:01:18 Go fund me. interview circuit, turning point USA. Boom. Easy. White America will not let white racists fail. It just, it's never happened.
Starting point is 01:01:39 Like, if you want two million dollars, all you got to do is be a cop and kill a nigger. They come into your rescue. They're not going to let you go down for using the N-word. They're not going to let you fail for it.
Starting point is 01:01:57 There's going to be, there's enough of them out there that still fuck with that type of shit that they are going to come and save you. So what we can do is just not make the people famous. I know it fucking hurts, but there's some of this stuff, not because it's wrong, not because it's right, should I say, there's some of this stuff we have to ignore. Now, we shouldn't ignore it from politicians, people that are in position, positions. to make policy. We shouldn't ignore it from business leaders,
Starting point is 01:02:32 people that are a position to hire and fire. We shouldn't ignore it from anyone that can wield any type of actual power within society. But the woman that is somewhere making shit in her kitchen and just saying the word on TikTok, we're not doing it right now on the podcast, but we're going to have, we have to ignore it. Because all we do is put another,
Starting point is 01:02:57 bullet in the gun of white racist America. That's all we do. Well, when I saw this video, you're absolutely right, by the way. When I saw this video, I honestly thought, how am I going to talk about this? Mm-hmm. Because I watched it and I was like, I don't care. When she said in her follow-up video, she couldn't give a care after soul searching, that's kind of how I feel too.
Starting point is 01:03:27 I don't know who you are. you have followers. You aren't even that big on social media. You are now bigger. And even when I watched the video and the way she said it, I felt she said it because she knew the plan. And she has gone on to use the word multiple times on social media on Twitter thereafter. She has literally said she's going to have a career with Turning Point USA. She's already done an interview with Alex Jones on his info wars. And so I watched it and I was like, okay, next. Like, if you're going to be racist, you as a cooking in your kitchen from the Carolinas on
Starting point is 01:04:10 social media, you're not the only person saying the N-word that's white on social media. I just couldn't care. I couldn't even try to care. It didn't bother me. It didn't affect me. If you want to be racist in your small bubble, I can't prevent you for being racist. The way you said it, you don't want to learn. you're not going to change.
Starting point is 01:04:28 Why am I wasting energy on me? That's how I felt when I saw it. I couldn't even be outraged. I'm tired of being outraged, honestly, over situations like this. You're absolutely right. If you're a public figure who has the power to make any sort of change
Starting point is 01:04:42 and you're saying this, if you're somebody that I've looked up to or has had a platform that they're one way and then secretly, this is the life you're living, I have an issue with it. Her, stay in your racist bubble.

Starting point is 01:06:29 Look, let me say something real quick. The UFOs are amongst us. I don't like this. It's just a fact. Rachel, it's a fact. Now I'm going to raise my voice, okay? The UFOs are here. They're amongst us.
Starting point is 01:06:47 All right? There's a hidden UFO civilization that could be on earth. Donnie sent this. Donnie's getting bored with paternity. He's getting bored. Now you don't see that. He's kidding.
Starting point is 01:06:57 he's recently become quite active. Donnie, I'm gonna look. Donnie's getting bored with paternity leave. Donnie's not gonna make it. Donnie's supposed to be back in September. Donnie not gonna, Donnie not gonna make it. That's funny.
Starting point is 01:07:19 The gurg just popped up. Donnie's not gonna make it. Donnie's not gonna make it until September with the paternity leave. Donnie sending in shit and all kinds of different shit. Hidden UFO civilization could be on earth. An unidentified technology advanced population could be living on earth.
Starting point is 01:07:39 Let's say this. Starling claim was made the new paper by researchers at Harvard and Montana Technological University. Now, is that Harvard? Is it Harvard and Montana? Or is Harvard University and then Montana University? Because that's different. Right? Because if it's Harvard, let me see, let me see the name of this school. Is it Harvard and Montana? Harvard.
Starting point is 01:08:05 Yeah. So, look, aha. It's Harvard and Montana technical. Yeah, okay. Yeah. So it's different, right? Harvard and Montana technical. I thought it was Harvard and then Montana. Oh, I did too. It's not. See? Because that would make it, if it was Harvard, we take it with, it would be like, oh, it's a big deal. No, it's Harvard and Montana. But shout out to Harvard and Montana. I don't, I'm not trying to besmirch the name of Harvard. in Montana, but I'm just saying. The researchers acknowledging this paper that their hypothesis
Starting point is 01:08:38 may be regarded skeptically, but they deserve consideration in a spirit of, I don't know this word. They're two separate schools. Huh? What? They're two separate schools.
Starting point is 01:08:57 What is it? Is it Harvard and Montana? Is it Harvard and Montana, or is it Harvard and Montana, or is it Harvard and Montana? There's a school called, oh, wait, sorry. Rachel, is it Harvard and Montana college? I spelled it wrong. It's Harvard and Montana Technological University. That's what it is.
Starting point is 01:09:23 Yeah. See, you don't know. No, Fox News says a research paper from Harvard University and Montana Technology University. Why are they saying it like this? it's Harvard University and Montana. Because now I'm looking at it right here and it says Harvard and Montana. So no, this is Montana technological.
Starting point is 01:09:45 Okay, no. So it's a research paper from Harvard and Montana Technological University. Yes. They wrote it together. Okay. All right. Now I'm back on.
Starting point is 01:09:59 It's the Gert. I blame the Gert. Shut up, Ashley. It's not funny. I don't feel well. You guys don't understand how hard it is to sleep with GERD. All right. It's difficult to sleep.
Starting point is 01:10:12 All right. So Harvard did this and Montana Technological University did it. And they're UFOs that are amongst us. They speculate. Cryptoterrestrials as an explanation for unidentified and unexplainable observations made worldwide each year. Here the theories proposed in the paper. Rachel, are you ready? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:10:36 A, a remnant from an ancient civilization remains on Earth. B, an intelligent species evolved separately from humans and now stays hidden. C. Crypto-terrestrials traveled from another time period of planet. D. The unidentified creatures are of supernatural origin, likened to earthbound angels. The paper also suggests the idea of cryptotorrestrials living in or under citing hot spots such as lakes and volcanoes.
Starting point is 01:11:12 Let's say that there are crypto terrestrials walking amongst us. People that are either the descendants or are they themselves from other realms, times, and places. Give me some people that you think would be crypto-terrestrials. Do it now. Well, didn't say that they look. Didn't it say that they live under lakes? Like they're not really walking.
Starting point is 01:11:47 They're on earth, but they're not walking amongst us. I know, but they could be. Because let's face it, if you live under a lake, let's say you live under a lake, let's say you live under Lake Hammerset. Lake Lanier, that makes sense. Under Lake Lanier would make sense as well. But then you're just killing. Right?
Starting point is 01:12:04 Well, we don't know anything about them. Let's say you live under Lake Harvestoo. And all you hear up on top of the lake is, Hey, throw me a bear. Trump, Trump, Trump. You're going to want to come up from under Lake Havasu and see what's going on, the music. So I think that if the crypto-terrestrials are down there,
Starting point is 01:12:42 they definitely come up here to see what's up? Who are they? Okay. Some people I think that this could be Elon Musk. Crypto terrestrial. What's his name? Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 01:13:02 Oh my gosh. From Kentucky. Mitch McConnell. Cryptoterrestrial. I get it. I see where you're going with this? Who are the black cryptotterrestrials? Tim Scott.
Starting point is 01:13:15 Oh, my God. Crypto-terrestrial. I got to go back underground and bring the ethos of Maga to my crypto terrestrial people. We're down there. We're eating proto-vegetules and things like that. There's nutrition on the top of the planet. We got to do it. Kanye?
Starting point is 01:13:48 Crypto terrestrial, for sure. Crypto-terrestrial for sure. I need you to give me an example of a black female crypto terrestrial. Who could be one? This one's tough. It's tough. Macy Gray.
Starting point is 01:14:12 That's what I like to hear. I like her. I try to say goodbye and I'm going to. I try to walk away and I stumble. What was Macy up to I wonder? Okay. Look, here's the problem with me is I believe all of this stuff. you know, I believe in the crypto terrestrials from Harvard and Montana College,
Starting point is 01:14:34 which I really thought were two different schools or one school. I believe in the crypto terrestrials. I want to know, why don't they just make themselves known? Maybe it's a part of their master plan. You think that they're going to take over? I don't believe in the cryptotterrestrials. I'm not saying I don't believe in other life. I'm just saying I don't believe in this one.
Starting point is 01:14:59 It literally says they speculate. That's what's written in the paper. They speculate. It's a hypothesis. I mean, a lot of things are a hypothesis. Unidentified. It's the possibility of crypto. There's like no actual evidence.
Starting point is 01:15:20 Like, is there a picture in this paper? No, let me click on it. I don't see any. What do you want, you want to see a picture of a crypto terrestrials? I want like, a cell, I want a picture. I want something you've never seen before that you can't explain that you found at the bottom of one of these legs.
Starting point is 01:15:37 I need more. Let me tell you what's going to happen in the next couple of years. In the next couple of years, the whole world is going to come to terms with UFO phenomenon, unidentified flying object phenomenon, the fact that we are not alone. And it's going to be tough for you guys. All of us who always believed,
Starting point is 01:16:03 we're going to party with the cryptotorathearsals. You're not going to be invited. Because they're going to look at you as someone who is skeptical of them. I want to hang out with them. But let's be honest. Could they be any worse? Look at us. That us?
Starting point is 01:16:26 No. We fucking over the environment. You're right about that. We don't give a fuck, man. I was watching Candace Owens. So I looked out, I went down to Candace Owens rabbit hole. I got to be honest with you guys. The Candace Owens interview with Pierce Morgan was ridiculously entertaining.
Starting point is 01:16:46 There's nothing better than watching two people that are both pretty conservative, kick each other in the nuts for like an hour. I love that type of shit. I loved it. I'm glad you enjoyed it. But then it, it, uh, it suggested, that's the only problem of watching something on YouTube. You watch one thing on YouTube and YouTube goes, you want more?
Starting point is 01:17:11 You want more? Like, it doesn't matter what it is that you watch. You could watch, you watch one video about the rise of neo-Nazis, and YouTube goes, you want more Nazi? You want more Nazi? I got more Nazi for you. I got more Nazi. I'm like, no, I don't want more Nazi.
Starting point is 01:17:27 Nazi. I don't want more Nazi. I watch one video on the rise of neo-Nazis. How about some Hitler? How about to be Hitler? What do you want to know? What do you want to know? I'm like, no, I don't want any more. I just watch one video. And then you have to go through there and be like, not interested, not interested, not interested. Not interested. So YouTube then suggested
Starting point is 01:17:44 this video of Candace Owens talking to Joe Rogan. Joe Rogan asked her straight up, do you care about the environment? She was like, no. She was like, no. Like, I don't care at all. You live on the earth. You just don't care about the environment.
Starting point is 01:18:04 She's like, I don't care at all. So I don't care at all. And then, of course, I had to go through and fix my algorithm. But then when I fix my algorithm, then I overfix it, right? Because I have to go, not interested, not interest, not interest,
Starting point is 01:18:17 not just on send me the videos. But then I have to go watch a whole bunch of comment book videos and that fucks the algorithm up because now it's sending me all algorithm videos, no news, So it's just maintaining your algorithm health is very, very difficult. I imagine is what women go through trying to maintain their pH balance and stuff.
Starting point is 01:18:38 Sure, man. That's what we go through. It's tricky, right? Sure. I just hear about all kinds of things that I never have to think about. That's nice that you considered women in this whole thought process. The one thing that people will say about me, though, would be true. more than anything.
Starting point is 01:19:00 And that is. I'm Mr. Woman. Oh. Okay. That's my new title. Well. My new title. You should be careful.
Starting point is 01:19:14 My new title. No, because we talked about. What is this based off of? You have one conversation asking how to talk to women and suddenly you're Mr. Woman? Yes. That's the way it was. works for us, guys. That's what Stephen A. Smith said.
Starting point is 01:19:31 Sounds about right. What does Stephen A. Smith say? Stephen A. Smith said, who says, I don't talk about women? I am Mr. Woman. All right. Did he say Mr. Woman? He didn't say Mr. Woman. I get that to Jerry McGuire.
Starting point is 01:19:47 Jerry McGuire said, who says, I don't know black people? I am Mr. Black people. That's funny. We're going to give that title to all of the people out there they're talking about how much they do for me. Mr. Woman. Right now it's me. I had this conversation with you.
Starting point is 01:20:04 It was a deep conversation. Who's Mr. Woman? You are. You are. For the time being, I'm sure you will be replaced soon. Yeah. Because there'll be some man out there telling women
Starting point is 01:20:19 how much he does for women. We all do so much. You know? Think about it. 1974, you guys can have bank accounts. Think about how much, think about how much that benefited you. Do you have a bank account? Yes, man, I do.
Starting point is 01:20:46 I haven't heard. Thank you. Get off the bot. We got to go. Thank you, Mr. Woman. Let's go. Oh, my God. You guys got to watch a video.
Starting point is 01:21:07 You guys got to be silent laughs. You got, you guys got to watch it. You guys got to watch your video, Rachel. The disgust. I have burned. Take me get off. But do not stop learning.
Starting point is 01:21:22 I am Mr. I am Mr. woman. Badly. And not Rachel and Lindsay. Bye guys
