Starting point is 00:00:00 There's a lot of noise in the world right now. And loud voices are dominating the headlines. However, there are other voices out there. I started as one person, but we are thousands of people now. People are doing good things. Those things are as real as all the negative headlines you hear. Starting point is 00:00:43 challenges. I hope that the impact of what we do with the Ocean Cleanup will expand beyond just clean oceans. I pinch myself every time I hear about a country rolling out the malaria vaccine. Sparking light in the darkest of places. What we can become is not in ourselves, it's out there in the world.
Starting point is 00:01:53 So grab your headphones from July 31st and let's drown out the noise with hope. If I didn't have any hope that we would ever be able to clean the ocean, I wouldn't have spent 12 years, seven days a week working for this.
