Welcome to IHIP News. We are in Philly today. It will be day two on Kamala Harris's Reproductive Freedom tour bus. The energy on the ground here is amazing. We met with Governor Josh Shapiro yesterday, actress Kate Walsh, and we will board the bus in about an hour. But before then, we need to give you some hot takes. First and foremost, let's discuss there was another gunman after Trump, and that was all over the news last night. And I completely condemn all political violence. I would hope that this would make the Republican Party take a look at how people can get AK-47s. But I haven't heard a peep about that.

So until then, I'll just say thoughts and prayers. Moving along, I would like now to discuss Donald Trump, 78, 79 years old. On his fake Twitter, caps lock, sent out a tweet that said, I hate Taylor Swift. Can you imagine how immature, how devoid of ability to control yourself it takes for a 78 year old man to attack a woman who has by all accounts been a boom to the economy everywhere she's been very talented. He is a three-year-old petulant child. I can't imagine it because this is what we've seen for nine years, right? We've seen this for nine years, a completely immature, um, sophomoric. And the fact that he, I know exactly what happened because

there's been all these clips all over the news. Taylor Swift, um, sent out a link for people to register to vote and it went on fire. Like, and I think in 24 hours, half a million hits on this link and he's a metrics guy, right? That's what he cares about more than anything on the planet. And he could never, ever get to the metrics that this woman has with crowd size, with clicks to register to vote. And he knows that she has him checkmated. And here's what I like about Taylor Swift. She didn't just endorse Kamala. She also sent a big FU to Trump and Vance. She addressed their use of AI and how offended she was by that. Her image was her with a cat around her neck.

And she signed it, Taylor Swift. And below that she wrote childless cat lady, which is her way of saying, fuck you. Absolutely. And what was so hilarious about the whole thing is Trump immediately goes on Fox news and says, oh, well, she's going to lose so many things, you know, whatever that means. She gained 2 million followers. She's a billionaire self-owned, I mean, self-earned billionaire. So he can't touch her in any way, shape or form. And I just absolutely love that the enthusiasm for her has increased versus decreased because we know how toxic he is and how she actually cares about the people that are her fans. Well, and it's, she is a woman and a successful woman who's had the ability to live in states

where she has bodily autonomy, where she can make a great career for herself. And she understands that on the other side of the ticket, all of the language we're hearing is very anti-woman from the overturning of Roe and the victory tour that Trump keeps reminding everybody that he did. And he always says everybody wanted it. And it's like 68% of Americans did not want that. So that's just another lie. But continuing into the anti-woman QAnon bizarre world of MAGA on the campaign trail. And I always thought that when you were a politician, you tried to figure out ways to expand the vote. Right.

Much to my surprise, every time I hear Donald Trump or J.D. Vance speak, it is shrinking their vote. And J.D. Vance spectacularly face-planted on CNN. It was a thing of beauty. You always say they're so bad at this. This was a particular example, because in Ohio, which is he is the senator for Ohio, he and Donald Trump are out amplifying a far right conspiracy about Haitian migrants eating dogs and cats. The real world implications of that are schools are having to go to remote learning, bomb threats and evacuations in schools in that city. The KK or I'm sorry, the Proud Boys have descended on that city. I like how you almost just said KKK because truly they are synonymous. They are synonymous.

Yeah. And I'm going to take it a step further and say the MAGA hat is the modern day white hood. That's right. I would agree with that. So let's play a clip from J.D. Vance's most recent spectacular fail. The American media totally ignored this stuff until Donald Trump and I started talking about cat memes. If I have to, if I have to create stories so that the American media actually pays attention to the suffering of the American people, then that's what I'm going to do, Dana, because you guys are completely letting Kamala Harris coast. Sir, you just said that you're creating the story. What's that, Dana?

You just said that this is a story that you created. So the eating dogs and cats thing is not accurate. We are creating, we are, Dana, it comes from firsthand accounts from my constituents. I say that we're creating a story, meaning we're creating the American media focusing on it. I didn't create 20,000 illegal migrants coming into Springfield. So not only does he admit that it's a lie that he created, he takes no responsibility for what is happening to his constituents. And when he's fact-checked, he calls her disgusting. He is repulsive. And I'm like, I want to be accurate here. He didn't call her disgusting because they're inaccurate on the other side. That's right. You're right.

He said that her statement was disgusting. I think we all know what he meant, but she, what he's saying is accountability is disgusting. That journalist stood there and held him accountable. And what he said to accountability is that's disgusting. And why would he say that? Why would he say accountability is disgusting? Because they all live in this cuckoo for Cocoa Puff, crazy ass Trump world where they, the top of the ticket, that net Laura Loomer told Trump that this was happening and he believes it. And he was so impassioned about it during the debate. They're eating cats.

They're eating the dogs. Have you ever heard him be that impassioned about human suffering? Never. Ever. He never says they're taking guns and going into classrooms and shooting little kids. He's never said that. I've heard people on the left say that. You never hear that on the right. He's never said, God, I had no idea when Roe was overturned that women were going to be bleeding out in parking lots and having horrible health issues because of this. Never. There's never any reference to human suffering and how government can help that. It's all of this made up bullshit. And when they're confronted by it, when somebody holds them accountable and

says, this is your fact, then they say, oh, that's disgusting. Right. And Donald Trump was asked, do you condemn what's going on in Ohio, the bomb threats that are closing schools, closing city functions, closing hospitals? And here is his response to that. Do you denounce the bomb threats in Springfield, Ohio? I don't know what happened with the bomb threats. I know that it's been taken over by illegal migrants. And that's a terrible thing that happened. Springfield was this beautiful town. And now they're going through hell. Okay. I want to know what country he's talking about when he says we are under siege. Migrants have taken over the entire country. We have traveled

the entire country this last year. I've never seen this. Never. We've been to multiple, multiple states. We're in Philly right now. I don't see anything under siege. I've never seen a person take goose from a pond. It's such lies to scare white people. These are lies that he's telling because his major base are white Christians and he wants to scare the shit out of them. And so he says, they're raping everybody. They're taking over everything. And I'm going to come back in and regain the country. And it's all this crazy, delusional, false narrative. But he's surrounded by complete lunatics like Laura Loomer, who is a self-confessed white nationalist. And, you know, it's very interesting what's going on with Trump and Laura Loomer. I mean, I see a lot of cuddling, blowing

kisses. And imagine if on the left, a Barack Obama, a Joe Biden were doing stuff like that. They would lose their minds. They would lose their minds. And one point on Laura Loomer, and then I'll go back to what Trump said. She can't carry a weapon. Do you know why? Because she has been involuntarily committed in a psychiatric ward two times. And she's 30 years old. So that's just an aside.

But what kills me about what former President Trump said in that clip is, well, I don't really know what the bomb threats were. Why are you not condemning all bomb threats and political violence always full stop? Because he likes it. Because he likes it. He promotes it. He likes a chaotic America. That's why he didn't want the border deal to go through. He wants as much chaos as possible so that he can be a big swinging dick authoritarian.

That's what he wants. That's why he's pitching this false narrative. Does America have problems? Yes. But crime is down. Inflation is down. The border, because Biden had to sign an executive order, are at its lowest, even lower than when Trump was in office.

And so he wants to create this really scary place for all of these white people to be scared of minorities. And that way he can just be a big authoritarian. That's his dream. He wants to cosplay being an authoritarian. And the sad thing is there are millions of Americans that buy into this, that have this default setting to racism. Absolutely. I mean, it's just anytime they can pick on somebody who has an accent, who has some melanin in their skin, they jump on it, hook, line, sinker. And we can't forget his entire presidency was born out of racism. He came onto the scene questioning Barack Obama's citizenship, which was completely racist. It's unbelievable to me. But I just want to finish by showing the

governor of Ohio. And what he says is, number one, it's not happening. And number two, the Haitians in Springfield are not there illegally. I think it's really important to remember that. And here's a question I never thought I would have to ask. But do you see any evidence as governor of the state that Haitian immigrants are eating pets? No, absolutely not. That's what the mayor said. That's what the chief of police has said. I think it's unfortunate that this this came up.

Let me tell you what we do know, though. What we know is that the Haitians who are in Springfield are legal. They came to Springfield to work. Ohio is on the move, and Springfield has really made a great resurgence with a lot of companies coming in. These Haitians came in to work for these companies. What the companies tell us is that they are very good workers. They're very happy to have them there. And frankly, that's helped the economy. This is a Republican governor.

And this is what politicians are supposed to do. They are supposed to tell the truth. And what gets lost in all of this is now there are probably going to be hate crimes towards Haitians or other groups that might get confused as being Haitian. And I saw a clip where J.D. Vance was asked about Laura Loomer's incredibly racist tweet where she says the White House is going to smell like curry because Kamala is half Indian and J.D. Vance's wife is Indian. And he still cannot stand up and defend his wife against racist attacks. He cannot stand up for his mixed-raced children. It is absolutely disgusting. But think about it like this. When she spoke, J.D. Vance's wife, when she spoke at the Republican National Convention,

she said on stage that she was a vegetarian. I don't give a shit if she's a vegetarian. But the MAGA movement, they're the ones on Twitter, on social media, Ted Cruz, Kamala's not taking my cheeseburger. Like they think eating meat is some sort of like freedom American thing. Nobody's taking anybody's cheeseburger. It's stupid. And I can't believe that there are stupid people that believe that shit, but they do. They do by the millions. They do. And who gives a fuck if anybody's a vegetarian? And are you so alpha that you have to tell people you like cheeseburgers? Shut the fuck up. Ted Cruz is the absolute worst. And we haven't done a full episode on him in quite some time. And I think we'll probably have

to organize one because he is in dangerous territory, polling in Texas and nothing on the planet would make all of us at IHIP News and the I've had it podcast universe happier than the most unfuckable man on the planet, Ted Cruz, getting his ass handed to him and getting beaten.
