Welcome to IHIP News, where we share our opinion about the news that is important to us. Kamala Harris has been toying with Trump. She is doing massive ad buys on Fox, which we know the former president, convicted felon Donald Trump, watches religiously. She has been buying ads completely playing with him like he is her little mouse. Let's play the clip. In 2016, Donald Trump said he would choose only the best people to work in his White House. Now those people have a warning for America. Trump is not fit to be president again. Here's his vice president.

Anyone who puts themselves over the Constitution should never be president of the United States. It should come as no surprise that I will not be endorsing Donald Trump this year. His defense secretary. Do you think Trump can be trusted with the nation's secrets ever again? No. I mean, it's just irresponsible action

that places our service members at risk, places our nation's security at risk. His national security advisor. Donald Trump will cause a lot of damage. The only thing he cares about is Donald Trump. And the nation's highest-ranking military officers. We don't take an oath to a king or a queen or to a tyrant or a dictator.

And we don't take an oath to a wannabe dictator. Take it from the people who knew him best. Donald Trump is a danger to our troops and our democracy. We can't let him lead our country again. I'm Kamala Harris, and I approve this message. I think this is really, really smart because the one insecurity and deficit that Trump has is criticism. He cannot handle criticism. His response is to then attack the person that criticizes him. But he has accumulated a large number of people that

have worked with him, around him, for him, next to him, in his cabinet, that have all ran as fast as they can to the media to say this man is a complete danger to democracy, a danger to this country, and I'm not voting for him. And it should be noted, these people are right-wingers. Absolutely. Mike Pence was the most supportive vice president, sat by and watched all the lawlessness, all the crazy COVID stuff. And he still stuck by him until he asked him to circumvent the Constitution. And Mike Pence is not covered in glory in this deal. But even he knows this is unacceptable behavior. My question to you, I guess, is this is on Fox News. These are Trump loyalists watching. Does the fact that there is not a living Republican vice president supporting Trump, that his secretary of defense has come out against him and said he's unfit, joint chiefs like the list goes on.

Mark Milley, will that garner any attention and a inflection point for these Fox viewers? You know, I think there are some people that are moderate Republicans that that might have an impact on. I think a lot of people have gotten deranged with Trump. The more deranged he gets, the more his followers get. And they've bought into this witch hunt. Everybody's against him. And that's the part that is so terrifying. And you hear the Trump campaign constantly talking about immigration. And most recently, you have a total hoax that was amplified by J.D. Vance, Ted Cruz and Elon Musk that Haitian immigrants in Ohio are kidnapping people's pets and eating them. And all of these people amplified this.

And as funny as that sounds, what's so dangerous about it is this is an exact play out of Hitler's playbook. You find a unifying enemy to get everybody rallied around. And so these baseless conspiracy theories that used to be on the far fringes of the internet are now amplified by a current candidate for vice president of the United States, by one of the world's richest men, Elon Musk, who I think is a total untreated drug addict, but that's neither here nor there. And Senator Ted Cruz, they're talking about immigrants eating people's pets. These are the same people that believed that kids were taking a shit in litter boxes at school, which was a complete internet hoax. But so many of these Fox viewers are so primed to believe in these crazy conspiracy

theories. I think they just watch that stuff and they still at the end think, well, that's still my guy. What's interesting about the eating animals by immigrants, I thought that was a joke. I mean, I didn't think that was real. I thought it was satire. But the fact that J.D. Vance amplifies it, and like you said, the Fox viewer is primed to believe the worst in people because they've dehumanized immigrants for so long, not recognizing that they are human beings. And it really is jaw dropping that nobody is calling this out as cruel and craven. Right. And all of these people are alleged people of faith and the dehumanization of immigrants. And I think Trump referred to once we remove them as being bloody. And so you have all of this Nazi style organization of fascism, of authoritarianism. And the thing that really alarms me is that they are trying to

identify a common enemy for everyone to hate and it's working. So when they hear these respected former Republicans or still Republicans that are voting for Kamala, they don't identify morally with them anymore. They identify morally more with the depraved Donald Trump. And that's really scary because it's like he's changed the psyche of a huge portion of the American public. But in previewing what's going to happen at the debate, let's take a listen to Kamala and how skilled she is in this type of setting. Well, it's in the news every day. Have you discussed it with anyone?

With other judges, I know. Have you discussed Mueller or his investigation with anyone at Kasowitz, Benson & Torres, the law firm founded by Mark Kasowitz, President Trump's personal lawyer? Be sure about your answer, sir. Well, I'm not remembering, but if you have something you want to... Are you certain you've not had a conversation with anyone at that law firm? Kasowitz, Ms. Benson. She's really good at this.

She is a very skilled prosecutor. And the squirmy wormy Brett Kavanaugh, it brings me a lot of happiness. Yeah. Trump is really going to have a problem with a woman that has melanin in her skin that is that smart is taking him toe to toe. As Kamala is on the stage, you know, Trump made this big tweet or true social, whatever, that Kamala can't stand on a box and that we all had to be natural and who we really were. And I thought, you know, maybe you should show up without your hair dye, your comb over and your orange makeup.

If that's what you want to do, let's try that. Let's see. Let's see what you look like without all that crap on. The hypocrisy of him wanting to come with no props and everybody natural is jaw dropping. It's ridiculous. And let us not forget, he is the same person that sits around and lies constantly. I'm anxious to see how this goes with all the lying. I read that she is being prepped. A part of her debate prep is to handle insults that he's going to hurl at her, which he can't help himself, and the compulsive lying. And so the last debate that he was in with Joe Biden,

he lied and lied and lied, but he was able to stand there and lie without any effort because that's who he is. He's up against somebody who has been trained her entire career to deal with this type of issue. People that lie, being aggressive. So it's going to be interesting to see how she handles that. I believe that she is incredibly competent and capable, and I believe she is surrounded by competent and capable people. We know that Donald Trump is being prepped by Tulsi Gabbard, who is a complete Russian agent. No question. Everything that Hillary Clinton said about the whole thing has all turned out to be true. But let's just hear how Trump has been answering questions recently when asked about child care. Here is the answer that he gave. And if so, what specific piece of legislation will you advance? Well, I would do that.

And we're sitting down, you know, I was somebody, we had Senator Marco Rubio and my daughter Ivanka was so impactful on that issue. It's a very important issue. But I think when you talk about the kind of numbers that I'm talking about, that because child care is child care. It's something you have to have it. In this country, you have to have it. But when you talk about those numbers compared to the kind of numbers

that I'm talking about by taxing foreign nations at levels that they're not used to, but they'll get used to it very quickly. And it's not going to stop them from doing business with us, but they'll have a very substantial tax when they send product into our country. I mean, I cannot believe that this is the candidate at the top of the ticket for the third time in a row, and people who would consider themselves to be decent, law-abiding people are going to vote for him. And for what? For me, my observation is, I think you've hit something, the nail on the head when you've said their religion has primed them to the grift, the evangelical nature, the meanness, the cruelty.

But I also think that he has unleashed a very dark side of the human beings that vote for him, racism, misogyny, homophobia. And it cracks me up that people actually sit there and say, oh, well, I like his policies. Are you fucking kidding me? This is his policy. He can't even come up with a decent answer on child care, which plagues almost every American. It's phenomenal to me. It takes my breath away that there are people that are educated. Now, you've got all of the rubes that wear all the Trump gear, that buy all the Trump merch, that go to all the these shortcomings and somehow do the mental and moral gymnastics to justify voting for this man. And that is a cancer in this country. It is unbelievable to me that people that consider themselves decent family people or productive members of society can hear only

Trump's words, not any of the punditry or opinions about him, but only hear what he has to say and can say, yes, that's who I'm voting for. I think that these are severely broken people who function in society at a bare minimum. They go and punch their clock. These are people that have no depth, completely non-critical thinkers, completely indoctrinated. You know, they always say, oh, the liberals are sheeps. There is nothing more sheepish on the planet than a Trump voter. And I'm talking about the ones that are upper middle class that can justify morally, can put their head on the pillow at night and justify voting for a fascist, an authoritarian, incompetent, demented fascist that is the biggest con man in the United States of America. It just blows my

mind. The undignified nature, that alone should shock the conscience. The cognitive dissonance is so sharp. You are able to say, I want the Ten Commandments in every school because I'm a Christian, yet I'm going to back somebody and vote for and rah-rah around a convicted felon, a serial cheater in everything, a sexual abuser, a misogynist, all the things. I mean, go on and on and on and on. But yet he absolutely has a whole sect of the population voting against their own interest. It really is

jaw dropping. Well, and some of these people are actually voting for their economic interest and because they want a tax break and because they're wealthy. And to me, these are the most insidious people and the grossest people in the American society because they value money over the collective good of humanity. And most of these people are big churchgoers. And how the Republican Jesus is this huge capitalist that cares so much about your personal income is really disgusting. And it's a disgusting feature of this country. And you have

the prosperity gospel, which is primed to these people. If you tithe and you give to our church so that our pastor can ride around in his private plane and have a stylist and do all this disgusting stuff, you too will be gifted with all of this money. And they do that with Trump. I mean, he said it at Mar-a-Lago. You guys have a lot of money, you know, to his donors. And I'm going to make, I'm going to give you tax breaks so you can have even more. He says it all out loud. These are the grossest, the grossest people in this country that are able to go to church and they act like they're so high and mighty and they're so great.

And then they see exactly what this man does. January 6th, the affairs, the sexual assault, the grab them by the pussy on and on and on. I mean, the sucking up to dictators and they act like these people act like they're patriotic and they act like they're so Christian and they turn around and go vote for this despicable, despicable human being. And they're just wildly hypocritical. But this has been building for a long time. This didn't happen in a vacuum with just Trump. The Republican Party has laid the groundwork for this for decades. And now all of their worst impulses are in one man. And you see a lot of people that flee the

Republican Party. And once they get out of the right wing news echo chamber, and they get deprogrammed, they become more open minded, they become deeper. They become better people and more critical thinkers. You never see the opposite of that. You don't see liberals in droves rushing to the Republican Party and saying, oh, my God, I'm so worried about people eating my pets and I'm worried about these litter boxes in school. You don't see it in the volume that you do. You have the Lincoln Project, Republicans against Trump, vote vets, and on and on and on and on. All of these people that get away from the cult that is MAGA. And I will say the cult that is Republican thinking, white supremacy, misogyny, sexism, all this stuff. And they get away and they get open-minded. And what do they do? They fight for democracy. Well, let's hope they fight for democracy this next election, because I'm somewhat worried about it.
