We're at the stage in this fascist takeover where Donald Trump is accelerating and accelerating and accelerating because the facts prove that he is an authoritarian moron. So what does he want to do? He wants to shoot the messenger. Trump says he's banning the free press from the White House. Play the clip. What does that mean in practice? Are you taking away their badges?

Are you banning them from the pool? Are you banding him for the old office? What does that mean? I show them. What do you envision the fans and white dress? It's critical. Yeah. Oh, the ban on the free press, right? A very simple ban. I don't want them in my office. I don't want them here.

I would say the band would go as far as you can. Josh. Well, the ban is on CNN, MS now, and Politico, and it's over unfavorable coverage. He said the ban could be lifted if they publish friendlier stories. And that's the tale right there. This is textbook, viewpoint, discrimination and violation of the First Amendment. And if you'll remember, there is another lawsuit where a Trump appointed federal judge, and I think it was involving the AP, said that the government can't punish outlets simply for the content of their reporting.

Silencing critical press while rewarding loyal press is page one out of an authoritarian playbook. And you and I have talked about that a lot. The court should and likely will strike this down, even someone. someone as dumb as President Trump knows he can't do this. But like we've discussed before, he doesn't care whether he can or can't do it. He doesn't care whether it's legal or illegal. He just likes to do it and tell people to figure that shit out later when you have to go to court. And then what happens?

They go to court, get their ass handed to him. The court reinstates it. He gets on true social rants about how he's a victim. And we're in this circle, cluster fuck of a loop that we live in. in, day in, day out. And I just want to add to that, that I wonder if this was worth it for CNN, for Politico, for MS Now, who sanewashed and provided cover for this regime. It really wasn't worth it.

Now they're kicked out. And so I think the lesson here is, you know, you have David Ellison, who's trying to buy CNN. And he claims that, oh, we're going to be, you know, fair and balanced and all of this stuff. Is he condemning Donald Trump? I haven't seen anything yet. He's trying to buy CNN. And so what we see are a bunch of powerful people who are protecting their corporate interests. And I just have a question for CNN seriously.

Is it worth it having Scott Jennings come on every single day lying? Lying. You pay him to lie. You're no different than Fox. You pay him to lie. And then look at how you're rewarded. I think it's Donald Trump's niece that said, too much is never enough. And then, of course, all dictators have all of these ridiculous vanity

projects. While people are really struggling financially with gas prices, grocery prices, etc., Trump's giving us an update on his triumphal arch. Pop this up. I'm not going to read what Trump wrote. I'm going to read what Aaron Rupar wrote. Beyond parody, and then he quotes Trump, but the strong request of the United States military and for national security purposes, I have agreed to convert the magnificent triumphal arch planned since the Civil War era many years ago at the receptive circle adjoining the Arlington Memorial Bridge

into a top-grade military complex to house store and have the rapid ability to use large numbers of drones, plus snipers on both the roof and plaza areas. And I want to point out that veterans groups, are suing and they are speaking out against this, he is trying to prime the public to get used to having a militarized state. This is an effort to have a militarized state. He knows the arch may not get the funding for it. So now he's trying to say, oh, I'm going to have snipers and drones. And then he wants to connect it to Arlington, which I want to remind everybody, all of the people who say,

I'm a Republican because I love America. And I think Donald Trump supports the troops. Donald Trump, fundamentally thinks that people that served are losers and suckers thought John McCain was a big loser because he was a captive of the Vietnam. And he's tying this nexus to the Department of War, I think, is a means to try to push it through. There's also a lot of criticism about housing all of these things and a location that people know exactly where it is. Like a lot of that stuff you would want to keep confidential. And then like you pointed out, presence of snipers on rooftops in our nation's capital, just in public. He's definitely wanting to show a give an idea of force that the government has. snipers on roofs that are going to monitor, you know, activity.

I mean, that's right out of an authoritarian playbook. That's just Hitler-esque. You bring that up. Hitler, pop this up. Hitler and other top Nazis inspect a scale model of a planned triumphal arch in Berlin, circa, 1939. So not only are these people incompetent, diabolical, and evil, they're painfully unoriginal. This is a playbook. This is a personality type of these very insecure, emotionally stunted black and white thinkers that ascend to power. And because they know deep down,

they're inferior. They know they aren't as smart. They know that maybe they're not as great in the sack and a lot of other Freudian reasons. And so then they want to build these things and attach their name to it as a penis extension, Freudian style. Look at what a tough guy I am. And every two bit dictator before them has done the exact same thing. So it's ridiculous, but also so embarrassing in the fact of how much it lacks originality. And you see just the constant capitulation to it by everyone around him. I don't think there's enough statutes or buildings that you could build to put Donald Trump's name on that would satisfy him. How petty he is. And he has to manufacture these things for himself. Keep in mind that when someone has a building named after them,

it's normally not them that's naming the building. It's in honor of what that person did. Well, here he knows no one's going to do that. So he wants anything and everything to have his name on it. We haven't even talked about the Kennedy Center and how he's just completely destroying that. But yeah, it's a shame. It's typical Donald Trump playbook 101. So speaking of Nazis, I'd be remiss if we didn't throw Stephen Miller into this. And Stephen Miller, here he is, making his pitch to vote for Republicans in the midterms. Let's listen to what this little Nazi has to say. Play the clip. Real mothers, real fathers whose kids were murdered, brutally, viciously murdered by illegal aliens

who had no right to be here. They didn't belong here. They aren't American. They have no right. They are trespassing in our country. And Biden and the Democrats, And every Democrat in the House and Senate voted to let them in. They knew these kids would get murdered. They knew these children would get raped. And they didn't care. How can you vote for that? How can you support that?

I mean, if he could just take that logic and apply it to his boss in the Epstein files and his cover up in the Epstein files, it's so unbelievably condescending. And I guess this hits hard with the MAGA base that selectively chooses what they want to believe and not believe. you have no credibility about children, Stephen Miller. You don't give a fuck about kids. If you did, you would be saying Donald Trump released the Epstein files where I'm leaving my position and I'm going to whistleblow, but you don't give a shit. But this hits hard with the MAGA base because Fox News viewers would rather be lied to and traffic in the recreational cruelty of the racism that Stephen Miller's policies and Donald Trump's policies unleash on the American public. And this xenophobic bullshit is all they have. This is all they have.

And of course, they're still sitting around talking about Biden. It's been two years, Buttercup. Buck up. Buck up. And the hypocrisy, like you pointed out, that stems from him talking about arresting people that are sexual predators when he's working for an administration that is completely in all aspects involved. and the Epstein cover up. One thing, too, I think it's important that when someone like him talks,

it's important to point out the lies in what he says. And keep in mind for everybody, 70% of ICE detainees have no criminal conviction at all, at all when we're talking about this. Only 5% have any sort of violent conviction, and less than 1% have any sexual assault-related conviction. So the fact that he's going on some rant about this, what ICE is, doing, and what he's doing is just straight up fear-mongering. Again, when we cover these stories, you don't hear any sort of solution from him, any policy argument. It's basic fear-mongering 101 on Fox News, and you get it day in and day out. And unfortunately, if those people are still

dumb enough to believe it and vote that way, then there's nothing we can do. But we can call it out for those people that are on the fence about the bullshit. There are more criminals in the Trump regime and in the Trump orbit, then there are in ICE detention centers. And that's just the truth of it. The president is a convicted felon. He is running a pardon racket. They are committing crimes every single day. They are stealing money in open air, broad daylight, transparently. Yeah, he did bring transparency back, transparency to commit a bunch of crimes. And here, of course, is the chief Nazi at the White House, Stephen Miller, his wife, who hosts a podcast. that I affectionately refer to on this podcast is fireside chats with Nazis.

And here's a post from Katie Miller confirming Trump's orbit is counting on pardons, pop this up. After the first administration, my family spent money we did not have on lawyers because of multiple partisan Democrat-led investigations into President Trump. I watched as many of my friends also had no idea how to pay expensive legal bills because they simply serve their country. You can't convince me Democrats won't do this again. Well, I hope, Katie Miller, I hope that we don't Merrick Garland this thing. I hope they go after every single thing, every single detail, because everybody knows you guys are committing crimes.

Everybody knows all you have to serve people is racism and recreational cruelty. And I know that you want to live in a world where you are able to watch Grey's Anatomy and you don't see a gay person or a lesbian or a black person. The rest of us kind of like multiculturalism and we're not wound up like cheap clocks, micromanaging and hall monitoring, everybody in the public because we're so emotionally stunted. We are being governed by these emotionally stunted titty babies and Katie and Stephen Miller are the worst. They are Nazis. I will say it loudly. I will say it forever and ever. I am not going to pretend like CNN or MS now that we can't say this and we can't say that. We better say it right now.

We better call it what it is right now if we want to save our country and motivate people to come out and vote for every investigation into these people. And I will say, too, that in that article, Maggie Haberman, I think she does discuss the fact that she's unsure whether or not the Democrats would move for impeachment of Donald Trump if they regain control. of the House and Senate. And my message to that is that if we don't run on a platform that we would 100% move to impeach Donald Trump, if we don't run on a platform that we will hold hearings in every committee on the crimes that were committed during the Trump administration. I mean, don't run from that, Democrats, because you don't know if it's going to create too much political warfare up front. Don't do that. Take a bold position that we will, absolutely do these things and hold people accountable without any sort of remorse, without any

backlash, without any second guessing. And it's pretty pathetic that when you're a Republican, that you have to run on a platform of pleading for a pardon for your criminal conduct and not run on policy. She's basically asking for pardons, for everybody that committed crimes, And that's their reason to motivate people to go vote. Hey, go vote because we need to make sure that we're not held accountable for what we did. That's pretty pathetic. And I believe that originally Katie Miller worked with Elon Musk on Doge. And Katie Miller, bizarrely, is like, is Elon Musk's biggest defender on Twitter.

And here she is, on the one hand, promoting breed, have babies, having a family is so gorgeous. And yet she just defends with everything in her, more than she even defends her own husband. She has this bizarre defense of Elon Musk, who is the biggest deadbeat dad in the country. He is the biggest loser immigrant. He is a total deadbeat dad. If we apply MAGA's argument against immigrants, then all roads lead to deporting Elon Musk if I were in that camp. And then- Let me add one thing real fast to that.

You know, there was another ICE shooting over the weekend of an individual in Austin, Texas, and he was working for DoorDash, and he was actually on delivery when he was shot. There's not a lot of details about it, but he went to the hospital. He is going to survive. And what do you know, he was taken immediately to ICE custody. And so the fear there is that he may be the only witness to his shooting. He may be the only one that has any relevant facts about what happened. What are they going to do, presumably?

They're going to try to deport him. His wife says that he was there on a working visa. His lawyers have come out and said he was here legally. So follow that case. We're going to follow that to make sure. Because, I mean, what would they do in this situation? Normally you'd have an investigation. Any type of law enforcement shooting, there would be a protocol.

You're not going to have that here. You're going to probably see this man deported because they don't want him to speak. They don't want his version of what happened to come out. out, these injustices with ice and these shootings, that's a whole other segment we can spend so many, so much time on with the civil liberties that are being eroded and how people are being treated out in big cities. And I'm sorry to go on that ramp, but I thought it was important to note that. No, it's really, really, really important. And it's on top of the arch and all of these other things that we talk about. There are concentration camps in the United States of

America right now. And the majority of people in these camps have paperwork issues. at the most. They are not criminals. The criminals are in the White House. The criminals are in the Epstein files. And then, of course, Mark Wayne Mullen is an absolute criminal himself, in my opinion, because he agrees to go work for a criminal regime. And here he is claiming the Trump administration is arresting pedophiles every single day. Pop this up. We're enforced our nation's laws. We see murder rates drop to 126-year low. We see, carjacking drop, we see burglary drop, we see sex crimes drop, and we're arresting pedophiles every single day because we go after the worst, the worst. Josh? Well, I mean,

we talked about those numbers earlier. 70% of ICE detainees that are picked up by ICE have no criminal conviction at all. If you look at, I think CBS reported this, if you look at DHS's own data, there's nearly 400,000 ICE arrest, less than 2% of those. involved any sort of homicide or sexual assault charge. Less than 1% involved any sexual assault charge. That's including adult and children. Those numbers are just false. He's just lying.

It's, again, part of this fear-mongering that's used by the Republicans. And you don't hear him talk about any specific policy or facts. They get on TV and they lie to you. They lie, they lie. And Fox News has been doing it for years. keep in mind that the Fox paid a billion dollars for lying, so they put on people that still lie that are in government. Of course.

And so let's again tie this into the first story that we covered. Trump is banning the free press from the White House. The free press has provided sanewashing to this. Every single time any person in the Trump regime is on any channel with the exception of Fox, every single time it should be, I am so sorry, you don't have any credibility on our news channel talking about arresting sex offenders when you are not honoring the Epstein Transparency Act, and it appears that the president of the United States is in all time. Why are you covering for pedophiles? It wouldn't have mattered. They tried to tow the line. I remember I was on all in with Chris Hayes in studio at MSNBC,

and I said about J.D. Vance, this is a man who, because he wouldn't condemn the Nazi group chat. And I said on MSNBC. And I said, this is a man who has. has a wife of Indian descent and mixed-raced kids. And if you won't defend them, MAGA, why do you think he won't defend you? Friends of mine that work at MSNBC told me that the higher-ups at MSNBC were furious that I said that on air and that I would not be invited back. And I haven't been invited back since then. And this is, they cover for racists and it's still not enough.

It's still not enough. and I want to say it right here right now on this channel, J.D. Vance is a racist. The mag of movement are racist. And white people, white people are the people that elected Donald Trump. We are responsible for this. So we need to really motivate men and women in red states. Why are you voting for politicians that if your little girl gets raped has no rights? Why are you voting for your daughter to have less rites and to have to carry her rapist baby to term? Why are you voting for this shit? I mean, seriously, this is utterly insane. So I just wanted to say that because all of these news outlets, all of corporate media, to some extent, they might call him out enough a little bit here, but they always end up sanewashing all of this.

And what happened? They still got banned. And if they would have bucked up at the very beginning, said, you don't like it. Sue us. Let's tee it up right now. started resisting immediately. Never obey in advance. Advance is the first rule to fighting fascism and authoritarianism. These news channels started obeying. What did Morning Joe do immediately after he was elected? They flew to Mar-a-Lago to meet with him. They obeyed in advance. We have to have a First

Amendment. And the free speech, free press is all tethered in that together. And so this is what happens when you play patty cake with fascists. And I don't like it, but CNN, MS now, Politico, check yourselves. Quit covering for this guy. Quit sanewashing this bullshit. The pedophiles and the criminals are in the White House. They are not our immigrant population. And furthermore, every time I get online, it's some maga thumper who posted a bunch about

drag queens and trans people who's doing all that sexually assaulting kids behind the scene. I mean, it always seems like it's white Maga Christians that are doing all this shit.
