The lies and callous disregard for the truth that plague the press secretary for the White House, Caroline Leavitt, are disgusting. She sits there with her cross on while she says, oh, yeah, we're going to deport Americans to El Salvador. Here we go. The president has discussed this idea quite a few times publicly. He's also discussed it privately. You're referring to the president's idea for American citizens to potentially be deported. These would be heinous, violent criminals who have broken our nation's laws repeatedly. And these are violent, repeat offenders in American streets. The president has said if it's legal, right, if there is a legal pathway to do that, he's not sure.

We are not sure if there is. It's an idea that he has simply floated and has discussed very publicly as in the effort of transparency. Reagan. OK, I have a couple of things about this. Number one, when you start talking about deporting American citizens, you should know whether it's legal or not before you start talking about it. Two, why would we trust this administration to determine whether or not a violent offender is a repeat offender if they've broken the laws because they are ripping brown people off the streets and deporting them to El Salvadorian prison camps for no reason. I am

disgusted and horrified that this woman with her big shiny cross sits there and acts like this is no big deal. You know, I think a lot of these billionaires that ended up switching teams and supporting Trump got their feelings hurt because kids on college campuses were protesting the war in Palestine. And they got very short-sighted. And you see this attack on higher education. You see the student at Tufts that was taken off the street and denied due process. This is authoritarian regime shit. She's the messenger. She's the handmaid tale for a cabinet full of people that want to do really evil, diabolical shit all in the name of Jesus. Right.

With their crosses on. So here's something that she said that this term infuriates me. This is Caroline Leavitt after she's asked about the Peter Navarro-Elon Musk breakup, death step fight. There's been some public sparring between Elon Musk and the president's trade advisor, Peter Navarro, on some of these tariffs. Musk actually referred to Navarro today as being, quote, dumber than a sack of bricks. Are you, or is the administration, the president, all concerned that this is maybe impacting the public's understanding of these tariffs? It might be messing with the message on it. No, look, these are obviously two individuals who have very different views on trade and on tariffs.

Boys will be boys and we will let their public sparring. The press secretary of the White House and a trade advisor and the doge made up government department that's going in, stealing information, shutting down Social Security, firing federal workers. And she's saying boys will be boys. Now, I understand this administration is full of misogyny, but this grosses me out. And the fact that she would say that with a straight face as a representative of the president of the United States is even jaw dropping for me. But if you remember during the Access Hollywood tape, Melania Trump was interviewed by Anderson Cooper. And she said, when Trump said, grab him by the pissy, that this was locker room talk. This, if you're in the MAGA world, she's speaking their language. And so there are tens of millions of people that are okay with this, that are okay with being lied to, that are okay

with being told what lies are their new reality. And they're all misogynist. These are very, you know, women and men that grew up in very male centered households where women are supposed to play. Oh, I didn't realize this happened. You know, all of those stereotypes are reinforced in that world. And deference is always given to men. This is boy talk. Boys will be boys. This is in what that is, is justifying abuse.

And this is what happens in a misogynistic culture women are enforced to be dingbats and it's cute and it's funny and everybody thinks it's neat and men are enforced and encouraged to do evil like they're doing right now right and we both we both know president trump is not going to defend peter navarro he let him go to jail he's not going to defend Peter Navarro. He let him go to jail. He's not going to defend Elon Musk. He is going to let them cannibalize each other while we all watch, which I do appreciate that. One thing we've got now is the retaliatory tariffs from China. And so this was her comment regarding Trump's 104 percent China tariffs on Chinese products. And you mentioned the 70 countries or so. tariffs on Chinese products. Ed, go ahead. As promised. Yes, thank you.

You mentioned the 70 countries or so. I'm curious, though, under what conditions at this point would President Trump talk to President Xi about tariffs? Look, I just spoke to the president about this, and he believes that China wants to make a deal with the United States. He believes China has to make a deal with the United States. It was a mistake for China to retaliate. The president, when America

is punched, he punches back harder. That's why there will be 104% tariffs going into effect on China tonight at midnight. But the president believes that Xi and China want to make a deal. They just don't know how to get that started. And the president also wanted me to tell all of you that if China reaches out. Okay, here's the deal on that. So today, Xi has now said we're going to put 180% tariffs on the United States. Xi is a strong man. Donald Trump is a wannabe strong man. This is not something that has been thought out and economic advisors have been brought in to discuss how this is going to go. And for her to sit there and say, when somebody punches, Trump punches back.

He started this. He punched first. And the fact that he doesn't want people to retaliate, that is just absolutely insane to me that he would think that countries would just be like, oh, thank you, sir. May I have another? I think he's intentionally breaking the economy. This is all a multi-pronged attack on all of the pillars that Americans hold dear in which we have a reputation of strength in. Economics, you know, free speech, free press. And this is a sustained attack on all of these things.

He doesn't give a shit about the mom and pop stores all over the country right now that wake up this morning and are paying over 300% higher for the goods that they want because of his dick measuring contest with she. He doesn't give a shit about that because the point is to break it. This is to concentrate power to him and all of the oligarchs that went and kissed the ring. Next, he's coming for your money. He's getting our money right now. And next, he's coming for yours. And they should be terrified because his record is not good. Okay. And one thing I just, the incompetence of Caroline Leavitt is stunning to me every time she goes out there.

But what is really stunning is you would think if you were the press secretary of the United States of America at the White House, you would educate yourself on what you're talking about. You would take the time to learn the basics about what you're going to be asked and how you can answer intelligently. But not Caroline Lovett. She just rolls out that cross and says bullshit with a big smirk on her face. In regards to the Supreme Court ruling on the Alien Enemies Act, you're right. It was a win for the administration. But the justices also said that deportees are entitled to due process. Does the administration agree with that? That's not quite true, Gabe. They said that they are entitled to a habeas petition, and we are going to continue to comply with the law, and we are wholly confident.

She said the magic words. A habeas petition is due process. And here's the deal. I know I'm a lawyer, so I know that. She is surrounded by the White House Counsel's Office. Fucking Google it if you don't know. But you are sitting there lying about people being sent to El Salvador and due process. Human rights. It's important. Do your research. And it doesn't surprise me that she's callous about it.

But the fact that she wouldn't know what she's talking about and it's so obvious, is there no shame or pride or is it just lie with impunity and get through it? I think it's all a part of the plan. They talk about semantics. I think she intentionally looks for opportunities to gaslight. You say you think she's incompetent. I think she is a very competent gaslighter. Her messaging within the MAGA bubble resonates. They love her. If you get on the MAGA media bubble, they think she's a boss bitch. They think she's a badass. She is a very skilled manipulator, liar, and gaslighter. And all of regimes, authoritarian regimes have messengers like her. The problem pumps is sometimes we're all still clinging on to that.

We're playing, uh, you know, uh, the same game here. They're playing a completely different game wherein they've thrown the rule book out and we're still arriving expecting them to play by the same rules that have always been played before this is a whole new ball game and so caroline levitt is a very skilled gaslighter and manipulator in my opinion well she's a very skilled that right. Goldman Sachs put out a r put the odds of a recessi the next 12 months up fro Navarro guaranteed last night, no recession. Does the president agree with him on that? I know the president in the past has been leery of making definitive statements on that. I can speak for the president and I can speak for the optimism that he sees in our economy every day. Again, when you talk about the massive deregulatory efforts that are happening

across the board, when you talk about how talk a are down, gas prices are down. She doesn't answer going into a recession. I market drop and she's tal and deregulation. Maybe y she is a gifted liar and her out there. But I look this is profound incompetence. It is corruption at the highest level and she should be embarrassed and have

shame for lying to people like she does. But maybe that's, maybe I'm missing the point. I think you're exactly right the more I think about it. I know. I know it's a hard reality to come to, but I think all of this messaging is intentional. It's intentional manipulation and misinformation to the public. Gas prices are down. Trump's so brave to do all these tariffs. You're going to suffer for a little bit, but then we have the golden era. All of this is by design and on purpose. I don't think that she's just going out there winging it.

They intentionally have the lies and the propaganda and the networks and the right wing media echo chamber. And sadly, it's working. It's working. And that's the reality that we all have to face. And that's why it's so important that we apply pressure to Republicans and all of the constituents around the United States of America. If you have a Republican congressman or you have a Republican senator and you're thinking something's not right, something is not right here. My 401k, this doesn't seem right. Under Biden, it was growing. Now it's lost 20%. It's not right because these people are corrupt motherfuckers that are trying to break our country. And that's the message we have to break through their propaganda and their propaganda machine pumps. it's been going since Reagan. They started this breakdown of making fun of the poor, valuing money, individualism over collectivism.

These societies never have any sustaining power. And she is the messenger for this administration. Everything she says is on purpose. It's a part of the con. And that's devastating, I know, but all of that is on purpose. It's a part of the con. And that's devastating, I know. But all of that is on purpose. They intentionally are lying to a dumbed-down electorate. It's an authoritarian play.
