Our democracy is literally hanging in the balance in the court systems. Trump has federalized the National Guard, sent them into Los Angeles, lying to people saying they're riots, they are not, they are protests, lying to people saying Los Angeles is on fire. He's lying. You're talking about a couple of blocks about at the most a mile, a square mile. Gavin Newsom sued the Trump administration, took him to court. Round one goes to Newsom, put this up. Judge Breyer orders Trump to return control

of the National Guard back to California, saying the call up was illegal. Here's Newsom responding to this. So I'm very hopeful this order puts that in perspective. And hopefully Donald Trump will immediately back down. The courts have ruled on the guard. They will be back under my command and he'll be relieved. the guard. It will be back under my command and he'll be relieved. Donald Trump or believed of his command at noon tomorrow. Okay, of course, Trump

appealed and the appeals court and while pumps are legal expert way in. But what we have here is the appeals court temporarily lifts judges' block on Trump's National Guard deployment. Trump appealed on an emergency basis and the court said, we're going to just stay the enforcement of this judge's order until we have a chance to look at it. So, a panel will look at it and it will be expedited within, obviously, the weekend, but within three or four business days. The panel will decide and we'll get an order on that. And then, of course, Trump will appeal it to the full panel and then the Supreme Court of the United States.

I think this is where it's all at right now, Pumps, because what they're trying to do, we are in the normalization stage of authoritarianism. They are trying to normalize and prep the American public and prep the United States military that this is the way it's going to be in America. You cannot speak out against this administration. You cannot peacefully protest. You cannot have the freedom of assembly. This is where it's all at right now in California. Because if you listen to the Trump administration, if you listen to Tom Homan, if you listen to the others,

they have plans to do this all over the United States of America. And if you want to know if the Trump administration will honor court orders or not, I have bad news for you. Listen to Representative Ro Khanna, Grill, Pete Hegseth. Can you assure the American people on two things? You will respect any Supreme Court decision on this matter about whether the Marines are constitutional, and you will respect the district courts when they rule before the Supreme Court rules. What I can say is we should not have local judges determining foreign policy or national security policy for the country. So you're not willing to say you would respect those decisions?

What I'm saying is local district judges shouldn't make foreign policy for the United States. Okay, this is unreal because typically it doesn't matter what side of the aisle you're on. All previous administrations for the most part have always deferred to court orders and acknowledged the separation of powers in the United States of America as an integral part of the way our country functions, not Trump. They are demeaning judges. This all started because this man is a convicted felon. The courts in New York that tried him, These judges, these prosecutors have been just exposed to

vile attacks by the personality cult behind this felon authoritarian. Pete Hegseth is a disgrace as a human being, as a father, as a man, as a person, and what he represents now for the United States military, for all of the men and women who have bravely served this country, fought and died for this country and our allies to be represented by this total piece of shit is abhorrent. It's totally abhorrent, but Donald Trump sensed jump because he knows that he commits crimes one right after the other, has tried to undermine the legal system.

And so now the propaganda coming off of this administration, Caroline Levitt, the whole nine, is these rogue judges on a local level. The reality is some of these judges were appointed by Donald Trump, just like in 2020 with the big lie. The judges that he appointed ruled against him because there is law in this country and he is trying to convince everyone, just like you said, the authoritarianism, that lawyers and the legal process should be undermined. And that's because he does not want to honor any branch of government other than the executive branch and Congress has already ceded his power.

And let's just face it, why is he doing this right now? Because midterms are gonna start revving up. In the United States, we have an unbelievably long election cycle. In my opinion, too long, dangerously long. But it's gonna be revving up. And they have to get the military in place. They have to declare martial law

so they can delay these elections. This is what they're going to do. This is what is laid out in Project 2025. These people do not like the Constitution, period. One of the new biggest lies out there is that Trump is a patriot, that MAGA people are patriots, that MAGA people like the Constitution, that MAGA people like the Constitution,

that MAGA people like the rule of law. All of these things have been exposed as inherent hypocrisy. And this movement is to destroy the United States of America, to destroy the Constitution. Why? Because they don't believe in anything. They believe in power behind their cult leader. The United States of America, these people, this movement wants

it to fall. For Donald John Trump, a con man, a liar, a terrible businessman, an adjudicated rapist, I could go on and on about the shortcomings of this man. But he's not a spring chicken, and he won't be here forever. But the people who support him will, and there is a willful cruelty and a willful desire in them to see cruelty legalized in the American legal system. And it brings me to what the propaganda and the lies

that this administration and this cabinet propagates on the American public. All of everything that's happening in Los Angeles is a response to cruelty. It's a response to injustice. When good, decent people see injustice, something in them tells them, I'm not going to see this. I'm going to fight for the marginalized. MAGA doesn't get that. They want to attack the marginalized. And this is at the core of this. They can't

understand that people would protest for the sake of being good people because they aren't good people. So they project, well, they must all be paid actors. They must all be Antifa. And somebody is funding this. Put up this post. Tulsi Gabbard said that DOJ and the FBI are investigating who is allegedly funding protesters opposing the LA ICE rates. And I can just shortcut all the taxpayer bullshit that you're about to do Tulsi Gabbard, and I'm going to tell you, nobody's paying us. The majority of the people hate Donald Trump. They hate injustice.

They cannot stand what you all stand for. And the breathtaking hypocrisy from the MAGA Christian nationalists has been exposed. It's always been there. They know they're pieces of shit. They like being pieces of shit. And how we know this is because they are now emboldened. Before Trump, they edited. I won't say as much racist stuff in public. I willingly do this in white circles. Now they're emboldened to say it everywhere. This movement believes in absolutely nothing except for destroying a political party or a school of thought that disagrees with their level of cruelty. Interestingly enough about all this that's going on in LA, you see reports

that Trump and Hegseth sent in the military, the National Guard, they had nowhere to sleep, they had no accommodations made. So far it's cost the United States government $134 million. Then you've got all these investigations, you've got Trump's birthday parade, he's celebrating for himself. I mean off the top of head, it's almost $200 million. Yet, they're saying the government doesn't have any money. I believe that they are going in, I don't know if they, but definitely Donald Trump and his family and the people around him, pillaging what is important to America, which is all the benefits for the poor so they can enrich themselves.

It's classic oligarchy and it's gross. Tulsi Gabbard, if we needed any more indication how bad she sucks, that tells you right there. Well, Tulsi Gabbard is a puppet for Vladimir Putin. This has been out in the public spaces for a decade. The national security Republicans have been exposed. They are beholden to Russia as well or just don't give a shit. But at the core of this, at the core of what we're fighting for, MAGA Christians, is what you should be fighting for. Put up this headline. The 11-year-old U.S. citizen who was deported is pleading with the Trump administration to let her return so she can receive life-saving care. A deported child with a brain tumor begs Trump to save her life.

So all of you Christians out there that voted for Trump, that triple Trumped, that try to hide behind, oh we're good people, you know you're not, we know you're not, we know you like cruelty, we know racism is your number one priority that guides every decision you make in your life. The gig is up and tomorrow on June 14th, all people that say and believe what they feel who walk the walk and talk the talk, not getting paid, not an Antifa are going to stand up for these injustices. We are going to stand up against your breathtaking hypocrisy, Maga Christians. It's bullshit. Your hypocrisy has been exposed.

We are not going to let all of you pieces of shit with all of your cruelty ruin our country. It's just not going to happen. We are on the precipice of losing this country to people who want to deny US citizens, 11 year old girl with a brain tumor. You want to deny her health care, but Jesus Christ is your Lord and personal savior? Bullshit.

The gig is up. It's up. Well, and this is not an isolated case across the board since the Trump administration has come into power. They have cut medical research, they have cut funding for medical research, they have cut food to the poorest countries. They do not care about life after it is out of the womb, full stop. No, they care about cruelty.

They know it. They edit, depending on what groups they're around, as to how racist they are. This is willful racism. It is willful cruelty. It is done consciously by them on purpose. The cruelty is the point of the MAGA Christian nationalist movement. That's all we have for today. Please, everybody in America, go march tomorrow. I read a report that it takes only 3.5% of the population to protest against autocrats to be successful. Let's get that up to 10% of this population out in every 50 states.

Do not be scared. The governor of our state is already trying to troll people online to be fearful of going to protest. He's claiming that people like Pumps and me are paid actors by Antifa and all of our girlfriends and gay triads and all of our friends that are gonna march with us. None of us are Antifa, Governor Stitt. All of us care about the shit that you claim that you care about,

which is marginalized people because you can't talk about your faith enough, but you don't walk the walk, you don't talk the talk. You're a lying hypocrite and everybody in every state, get out and march for the marginalized, march for democracy and march for our country and we will see you all later.
