Trump has made an absolute mess of the economy and he wants Jerome Powell to artificially fix it for him. Listen to this clip. Jerome Powell, you said that the termination of Jerome Powell will not come fast enough. He says he won't leave. He didn't ask him to. Oh, he'll leave. If I ask him to, he'll be out of there. But I don't think he's doing the job. He's too late, always too late, a little slow, and I'm not happy with him. I let him know it, and if I want him out, he'll be out of there real fast, believe me. He's completely lying. Jerome Powell is not going anywhere. He is going absolutely nowhere. And everybody in the economic markets wants Jerome Powell to stay put because everyone in Trump's administration has a completely different idea of how they want to implement economic change. And Trump has appointed people that are outliers. There's one guy that he's appointed that wants to devalue the dollar intentionally. And then you have another guy in his administration, Peter Navarro, who makes up an expert, literally made up a fictional character as an expert. administration, all of their economic ideas conflict with one another. The only thing that is holding this economy together right now is the Fed. Alright, here we have Trump talking about his economic plans. And of course he's lying. It's a jet stream of bullshit as always. Play the clip. I had the most successful, I had the most successful four-year period in the history of this country. And I think we're going to blow it away this time. But there is a little bit of a transition and we're going to have that little transition. And it's not much of a transition. You know, if you look right now, we're getting 25% on cars, right? We're getting 25% on steel. We're getting 25% on aluminum. All right. I've heard enough. All right. Number one,

it is a complete lie that he had the best four-year economic term. I mean, it is objectively and verifiably false. He tanked the economy and he is an abject failure in his personal businesses and with his government run experience in his first term with the economy. The facts are the facts. This is just a little personal gripe of mine. Why is he always sitting behind the Oval Office, the desk in the in the oval office and then he has these people he's meeting with standing behind him for the cameras all of the time to me it looks so weird he has to have the cameras follow him everywhere and it is because this is a corrupt government and their bloodline the heartbeat of their government is propaganda. We live in a corrupt government now that wants to press out propaganda all the time.

Propaganda that he's so good with the economy. It's a total, total, total lie. Put up this headline. The bulwark says, every government lies now and then, but authoritarian regimes go further. They don't just stretch or hide the truth. They look you in the eye and tell you what you just saw didn't happen. Propaganda is now a part of our politics. The reason that he is running his presidency like a reality TV show is because the propaganda has to be fed to the personality cult at all times. This is intentional. The lies are intentional. Oftentimes we want to say it's stupidity, but they, and I'm not saying these guys are really smart, but they have one goal

with all the economic disparity in his cabinet, with all of the crackheads in the cabinet, their one goal is to dismantle democracy. Who benefits from this? Vladimir Putin, China, El Salvador. That's the list that I have so far. The American public is not going to benefit. The Western alliances are not going to benefit. They are intentionally sabotaging our country, and they do this through propaganda. And because he's destabilizing the economy so much, you have a huge backlash. American tourism, meaning foreigners that are wanting to come to America, which is a multi-billion dollar industry, is tanking. Flights entering into the United States are tanking.

And I'm just curious. We have the Olympics and the World Cup scheduled to come to America. Is it safe for these athletes to come into a country where now we know at the border, in airports, they are scanning people's cell phones to see what activity they've participated in. Maybe they've liked a post that demeans Trump or calls Trump a liar, which would be factually correct and well within their rights. They're holding people at the border. Is this a safe place to hold the Olympics? And I can't believe I'm even saying that, but this is the atmosphere that these fascists are creating. And this is juxtaposed against all of these Wall

Street bros and all of these moderate Republicans that are fiscal conservatives that adore the economy. Everything they're doing is fundamentally breaking the economy. If you get below the stock market headlines, the bond markets, consumer sentiment, they are fundamentally destroying the American economy. And here's just a couple of little pieces of evidence to that point. Put up the first headline. Trump's tantrums are turning Europeans off on Netflix. A wave of anti-Americanism sweeping the continent is now affecting the streaming giants business. And this isn't happening in a vacuum. I told you about people boycotting travel. You have Canadians that had second homes in the United States or were looking for second homes. They're called snowbirds. These homes are on the market. This is going to flood the market. The housing market is in trouble. Americans were

able and members of the Western alliances were able to travel back and forth. Now we have a corrupt government that wants to police people's thoughts and detain them at the border. And there are stories after stories after stories of people being detained. But this administration has flooded the headlines, flooded the zone with so much fuckery. You don't even know about it. And I'm just curious, is the Olympic Committee still going to continue to have the Olympics in Los Angeles? I just, I think if you're policing people's thoughts, policing people's social media, I think these athletes and the fans that come to

support their teams could be in danger by this fascist regime. And then here we have Target. Target is someone that I really, really like keeping my eyes on. And you may remember that they were kind of the woke company and they always supported DEI. They always supported the LGBTQ. They had big pride month sales. The minute Trump won, they showed how their support was bullshit. Their support was only for money. And this headline right here, Target has learned the hard way. They've lost billions of dollars. Here's a headline from CNBC. Target CEO Brian Cornell to meet with Al Sharpton to discuss DEI rollback.

Target CEO Brian Cornell will meet with civil rights leader, the Reverend Al Sharpton, to discuss the company's decision to roll back DEI programs. So what's happened here? They've lost billions of dollars and now they want to jump back on the, oh, we support DEI. We support the LGBTQ plus. And I think it's just disgusting. This is the most disgusting part of capitalism that nobody has a core, that nobody has convictions, only the dollar. That's it. All of these corporations just chase the dollar. And there are people who have been

outliers in this, like Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, Costco, and many others. And those are the companies that we should all outwardly support. But what Target did is so brand damaging. It is so pick me, pick me. Oh, people are progressive now and they support gay rights. We're all in on that. Oh, Trump won by one percentage points. We're rolling everything back.

And I think a lot of these billionaires and a lot of these corporations played a very short sighted game with their support of Trump and his regime. And I think a year from now, two years from now, those that held firm, those that did not appease, those that did not bend the knee are going to be the successful businesses and individuals with whom people would like to conduct business and have relationships.
