The number one job of the Biden Justice Department when they took office in January of 2020
should have been a special counsel appointment immediately, immediately appointed.
We all saw what we saw.
I don't need to hear one bit of testimony from Jack Smith, who I think has done an excellent job,
but he wasn't appointed until 2022.
I don't need to hear one bit of his sworn testimony to know what my eyes showed me.
It showed me a president of the United States, riling up a bunch of rubes to march to the capital,
to storm it. And when relief never showed up, I knew it was an inside job.
It doesn't take that much of deduction skills to figure this out.
Yet, Joe Biden's DOJ failed America, failed democracy, and Jack Smith was not appointed for two years,
two years after all of these cops were beat up, after Congress was completely ransacked.
People took a shit in there.
But now everybody, and I commend Jack Smith's work.
I think he's smart. I think he's an incredible prosecutor. He should have been appointed January 22nd, 2020, whatever the date is that after Joe Biden got into office. Anyway, here are some of the items coming out of this. And again, I want to remind you, we all knew this. We all saw it. This isn't new information. Pop this up.
Seth MacFarlane tweets, amid whitewashing of history of capital siege, new transcript of House interview with
Jack Smith highlights police injuries, cracked ribs, traumatic brain injuries, smashed spinal
discs and heart attacks as rioters used bats, poles, chemical sprays, stolen police shields,
and batons.
And so they asked Jack Smith, are you aware that more than 140 police officers who were
injured by the pro-Trump mob on January 6th, sustaining injuries, and then they list all the
all the injuries. Are you aware of those facts on that day? Jack Smith responds very much so.
They asked Jack Smith this. Do you believe that pardoning individuals like this who committed
crimes against law enforcement that day makes our country safe? Jack Smith responds, it does not
in my view. And this is what's so frustrating about reading this to you right now is so many
people are like, we told you it was bad. And it's like we've always known it was bad. It's that
that this is like people are somehow like taking a victory left of this. We all saw it.
We all knew it. Trump had two years with his freak show friends, the crack and lawyer and the
my pillow guy to just completely whitewash all of this. And all of the pro cop, I'm the blue line
American. I stand with the troops. I'm law and order. They all are liars. Every bit of it is pro
crime, pro power, pro. We want the biggest piece of shit to be in charge so we can get away
with anything. So we're not held to the same standard that everybody else stands up to. And it's
just, it's so sickening that we have such smart minds like Jack Smith, who is an incredible,
incredible DOJ employee and he is relegated to this deposition that gets dropped on New
Year's Eve. Right. That they would not, that Congress would not put for public consumption at
the time that it's all happening, you know, backwards. I saw all of this stuff come out. My blood was
boiling. I was so fucking mad at Merritt Garland, Donald Trump, I'm sorry, and Joe Biden, because I was like,
You fucking could have stopped this on a dime, but you didn't because you thought, no, everybody
knows what happened.
Everybody saw it.
We assume people are going to have integrity.
We're assuming no one's going to forget.
And they allowed the machine of Donald Trump and the right wing media and Fox News to turn it
into a desktop.
And it also reminded me that our senator booster box, Mark Wayne Mullen, is cowering in the Capitol.
And he has run around on every interview.
you and excused Trump's behavior on this, it makes me sick.
They know exactly what he did.
And also, what an indictment this is on all of these billionaire tech leaders that we all
saw it and that they all colluded to make sure that this man, this criminal, this criminal
who could not accept that he lost, who wanted to throw feces, literal feces,
all over who wanted his vice president killed that these industry titans that these people who have
made so much money off of a rigged economic system in their favor and that they wanted him to get
elected again this whole jack smith thing is an indictment on the democratic party absolutely for not
taking the appointment of DOJ the most serious appointment of our lifetime and we're
We don't get Jack Smith until 2022.
It's just, it's crazy.
All right.
Here is Jack Smith on Trump refusing to send help to the Capitol.
Play the clip.
That violence started.
The president refused to stop it.
He endangered the life of his vice president.
And he's getting calls and not just not calls from Democrats, not calls from people he doesn't know.
Calls from people he trusts.
Calls from people he relies on.
and still refuses to come to the aid of the people at the Capitol.
That's very important evidence for criminal intent in our case.
We heard Mike McCarthy say that Trump was like, I don't care.
I mean, he was flippant.
He did not give a shit.
He did not want to send help because he sat there and he lied to people for three months
about a stolen election knowing they believed him when he knew it was a lie.
these motherfuckers lie like they breathe are you kidding me sorry um and i think it's interesting to point
out that this video that we just saw of jack smith this used to be kind of the republican law and order
default setting the republican party just like 10 years ago this type of of litigator in the doj
that is fact driven law driven uh procedural driven that was kind of
of a default setting typically a lot of these law enforcement if you go to their voter registration
are republicans in just 10 years donald trump has taken to where now his position which is fact
base following the laws procedures is now some woke issue right and it's stunning to me the
death spiral and the 180 degree turn of country club republicans they used to
like that used to be kind of their M.O. This type of this type of DOJ, this type of FBI. And now it's
just a complete mockery of what it once was. So here is an article from Reuters where Jack Smith said
Trump knew that he lost. Pop this up. Amy Siskin, whom I absolutely love with Democracy Now,
tweets, Jack Smith says Trump acknowledged to others that he lost the 2020 election. We know this.
and this is not new information, but then it brings us to a video where Jack Smith says that Trump
was the most culpable person in January 6th. And just the day that I watched it while I was at
my interior design office and I'm watching the whole thing, I knew exactly who was at the epicenter
of this entire thing. I know who started it. I know who refused to stop it. I know who finally
stopped it. It was abundantly obvious to anybody that even has an average IQ what this was all
about. Play the clip. The evidence here made clear that President Trump was by a large measure,
the most culpable and most responsible person in this conspiracy. These crimes were
committed for his benefit. The attack that happened at the Capitol,
as part of this case, which does not happen without him.
The other co-conspirators were doing this for his benefit.
So in terms of why we would pursue a case against him,
I entirely disagree with any characterization
that our work was in any way meant to hamper him
in the presidential election.
I would never take orders from a political leader
to hamper another.
person in an election.
You know, it's interesting because Trump, all he talked about during his campaign for 2024
was weaponization of the Justice Department.
And I believe Jack Smith, because he has served in as a prosecutor at the Hague, to make
objective decisions based on fact and not politics.
And then you see Trump goes in and he just makes DOJ his own personal attorney.
But Donald Trump knew he lost.
Donald Trump wanted to stay in office, which goes back to the billionaires.
They want him in office too because they get whatever the fuck they want.
They are okay with the president that launched a coup because they get what they want.
And Donald Trump did not want to leave office.
He paid his own money.
He pays his own money for fucking nothing.
He paid his own money to help this.
Nobody benefited from that.
action more than Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, disbarred. You go through the list. You know,
people went to jail. This man wanted to overthrow the government full stop. There is no other way
around it. He fed people full of lies that he knew were impressionable because he didn't want to
leave the White House, which is why it's so fucking terrifying what he's going to build at the,
where the old East Wing was. And I, here's what's so stunning to me about the whole Jack Smith thing.
and I want to take it back to the oligarchs.
After January 6th, Trump was banned by all of these oligarchs on all of these sites
because what he did was so illegal and dangerous and harmful and criminal.
And he was banned from all of these places.
He was a pariah.
And then two years go by before Jack Smith is even able to start his investigation.
And in those two years that we did not see this criminal act quickly and efficiently and immediately rectified, it broke a lot of people.
It broke the oligarchs.
And there's an episode we could do later that they've always been broken and exploitative.
But in this moment, in that moment, Trump was banned from everything.
I think even Pinterest chimed in.
I was like, yeah, we're banning Donald Trump.
We're like, okay, whatever Pinterest.
but he was a complete pariah.
And these types of hearings
where you hear an incredibly intelligent person
spit facts based on evidence used to be the norm.
Right. Republicans, the Republican Party used to get off
on this kind of shit, this type of law and order
accountability style hearings.
And I'm just so fascinated how in such a short period of time,
the entire country has been completely broken and then when you hear him do this like nothing jack smith
says surprises me nothing no what surprises me is that we're just now hearing it at the end of
2025 at the beginning of 2026 six years later what a failure of the justice department what a
failure of the United States of America. What a failure of all of the industry titans and
political leaders who have been the need of him and even Democrats who have voted for a lot of his
people in his cabinet. After January 6th, any Democrat, even the vote for Marco Rubio, no, it's
disqualifying. If Marco Rubio wants to go work for a man that put his vice president's life
in danger, put everybody in the capital at danger, something's wrong with Marco Rubio. That should
have not been a 99-0 vote. That should have been a zero to 99 vote. And something about this
whole thing broke our country. And if you're a Republican and you've triple Trump, it broke you
and it made you worse of a person that you are. And if you're progressive like we are, it
broke us and we're descending into nihilism and fear and absolutely no faith, none whatsoever in
any institution, most importantly for me, the Democratic Party, because there has to be an
opposition party. There has to be an opposition to this. And time and time again, the Democrats have
not proven to be that. They've proven that they dip their toes on both sides of it. And it's just
so infuriating. And I'll leave you with this. Jack Smith said he would have gotten a conviction.
Surprise, surprise. Play the clip. Let's just start with the bottom line up front. One of your
investigations focused on whether any person violated the law and connection with efforts to
interfere in the lawful transfer of power following the 2020 election. Is that correct?
Yes. At the conclusion of that investigation related to the interference in the lawful
transfer of power following the 2020 election, when your office indicted Mr. Trump for his criminal
scheme to overturn the 2020 election, did you believe that you had sufficient evidence to obtain
and sustain a conviction against Mr. Donald Trump?
Yes.
For these charges, something for Mr. Trump's criminal scheme to overturn the 2020 election,
did you believe that you have sufficient evidence to prove these charges beyond a reasonable doubt?
Yes.
And we know that it's more than just a reasonable doubt.
Did you believe that there were multiple substantial federal interests in proceeding with
prosecuting Mr. Trump after he attempted to criminally overturn the 2020 election?
I did.
Of course, he would have gotten a conviction.
People, we were sitting in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and we could see Trump's culpability.
Of course, he would have gotten a criminal conviction.
But he didn't get the chance because of the absolute failure of Merrick Garland and Joe Biden.
There's no question about it.
This is such a travesty.
And now hearings like this, which America's had a lot of problems.
But when there is wrongdoing, we have put.
put experts like Jack Smith in charge of fact-finding missions in the DOJ or special counsel's
office to go and bird dog out what really happened and use procedures and policies that
are fair and legal and sane.
And now you have cash, cha-ching, Patel money out on a bender drinking with his pals, talking
about his country music sensation girlfriend on Twitter.
hey we have the suspect jk jk no we don't have the suspect and it's just that type of decorum oh
and intelligence that is gone that's what they thought the deep state was which was all a ruse
because what they saw is the deep state were independent jurists like him and now they are putting
all trump loyalists in and now we really have a swamp and we really have a deep state and they are
embedding these people in all over the government. You have even people that are handpicked from
the Kremlin that have very high positions of power in the government. You have a bunch of these
tech oligarch people that have been given high positions in the United States Army. And you can
dig deeper and deeper and deeper into this. But this is just, to me, the whole Jack Smith thing,
I was surprised zero on any of it, but it caused me an intense amount of sadness because those days
of hearings like this, of accountability of people following the rule of law are gone.
And that used to be something the Republican Party embraced.
That's the kind of stuff.
We're the party of decorum and a rule of law and blah, blah, blah.
And now they're just, you know, you got flea bag, Lindsey Graham and Moses, Mike Grindr Johnson,
and all these dipshits that just go on Fox News
and just humiliate and embarrass themselves.
And it's just, it's really difficult to be an American.
It is really difficult.
And you look at it and you think,
you cannot shame the shameless.
They have no shame.
All right, that's all we have.
We'll be back later with more news.
