The president of the United States has three baby mamas and five kids. Two of the three baby mamas immigrants, because we are a country of immigrants. We welcome immigrants. However, this president who has a particular flavor in women has now decided, of course, as you know, mass deportations now. And now he's going after birthright citizenship. And all of this is coming to ahead in the Supreme Court. And let's pop up this first post, Kylie.

The New York Times, key Supreme Court justices appeared skeptical of President Trump's efforts to limit birthright citizenship during oral arguments. And so what's happening here is this is something that he and his brain trust, mainly racist Nazis like Stephen Miller and Russ Vott that are in the cabinet. They have this idea of heritage Americans. and they want Americans that look like me, that go by multiple generations from Europe. Doesn't matter Marco Rubio parents were immigrants.

It doesn't matter that Stephen Miller is second generation immigrants. It doesn't matter that Donald Trump marries immigrants and breeds with them. They have just decided at this moment in time, they want to deport hundreds of millions of people. And the Supreme Court has always been currying favor with Trump. They, via the shadow docket, have given him a lot of victory. This one is not going so well. So Trump goes to the court,

and have some reporting on that in just a second, but let me just give you a sampling of how the idiots that are representing Trump in this effort sound in front of the Supreme Court justices. Play the clip. Do you think Native Americans today are birthright citizens under your test and of your friend's test?

I think so. I mean, obviously, they've been granted citizenship by statute. Put aside the statute. You think they're birthright citizens? No, I think the clear understanding that everybody agrees in the congressional debates is that the children of tribal Indians are not birthright citizens. I understand that's what they said, but your test is the domicile of the parents. And that would be the test you have us apply today, right? Yes, yes.

So if a tribal Indian, for example, gives up allegiance to... Are tribal members who are born today, birthright citizens? I think so on our test, yeah. They're lawfully domiciled here. I'm not sure. I have to think that through, but okay. All right. He thinks so. He needs to think that through. Dude, you're at the Supreme Court. This argument needs to be locked down. These guys are free ballers. The entire Trump regime, they just free ball as they go. The only thing that might save us is just their breathtaking incompetence. And you have to remind yourself, after January 6,

Anybody who said, I want to go work for this guy is morally fractured as a human being, that they didn't have a pause, that, you know, this guy seems like he's not very American, that he's not pro-democracy. So you have bottom feeder hypocrites surrounding this man. And New York Times also has some tea when Trump packed his toys up and went to the Supreme Court. Pop this up, Kylie. No sitting president has done this before, and Mr. Trump's presence in the courtroom adds to the drama for an already emotionally charged session. 10 minutes before oral arguments began, a hush came over the courtroom as he was escorted inside and seated in the front row of the public section. On a red-cushioned bench, his seat was at least half a dozen rows behind the lectern where his solicitor,

general, the guy who I just played you, that dipshit, who doesn't really know what his argument is, has to think about some stuff, stood facing the justices. All right? So if this happened, if Barack Obama showed up to a Supreme Court hearing with Eric Holder, Republicans would be hyperventilating. The ERs around the country would be full of Republicans hyperventilating. They would not be able to take it. Donald Trump, Trump wants to be the ruler of everything. And the thing about Trump is he doesn't know anything. He just wants to get his way in a toddler-like fashion.

And here is some video analysis of skepticism from these conservative justices. Let's play the clip. You knew the more left-leaning judges were gonna be a hard sell here. But you were surprised to hear the level of pushback from some of the more conservative justices? I mean, it was fascinating to see how frosty this reception was from the conservative majority.

I mean, looking at my notes here, Kavanaugh, Roberts, Gorsuch, Barrett, all of them signaled kind of a deep skepticism to this argument. And at times, they kind of trashed on the argument. Roberts said the Trump administration is relying on, quote, tiny and idiosyncratic ideas. Gorsuch suggested they were relying on, quote, Roman law. Kagan, part of the liberals, noted that they're relying on obscure sources. All of them basically suggesting that this is. his fringe argument that overall they seem unlikely to accept.

What did you make of their reception to... Okay, so first of all, I think it's hilarious the ABC graphics lean conservative. I mean, I wish that corporate news could just take the veil off and put lean fascists. And we all know that these Supreme Court justices lean towards full tilt authoritarian fascists. But knowing that, knowing how many victories they have given Trump on the shadow docket, knowing that they have given him immunity. And you have to think about how we've all absorbed, absorbed Trump 2.0. A part of it is like, I can't believe he's doing this. Like he's governing as though he's never going to face accountability. And when you think about it, John Roberts, those justices said, no,

in fact, you will not face accountability. You have immunity. So they created this monster, this orange-faced diaper-wearing, idiotic, dementia-ridden man. They created this monster. They've enabled this monster. They have fed it. They have been no bottom. They have been in lockstep with his corruption. And he marches into their sandbox. And they didn't like that. And so it's interesting to see the power dynamic. Listen, I don't think any of these lean conservative justices genuinely care about the Constitution. They care about their legacy. And so they're sitting there ripping Trump's idiotic. lawyer to shreds while Trump is sitting on a bench with a red cushion. It's like Little

Lord Fauntleroy, right? And of course, Trump is famously like not interested in anything intellectual. He famously has to watch video recaps of the war. He doesn't go to briefing. So he thought he would go to the Supreme Court to try to intimidate these justices. And if you think about what he has done historically to justices, he is an intimidator. He's a bully. So he didn't like what he heard. So he packs his toys up and leaves. And then he goes immediately to lie social so that he can pitch a temper tantrum. I just want to remind you, this is the president of the United States.

Donald J. Trump. And the fact that he tries to govern and intimidate via truth, social, tells you the maturity level that we're dealing with here. And so I'm wondering, like, behind the scenes, these Supreme Court justices, you know, they think he's a nut. But something in them is broken where they think, okay, if we can deliver the United States as a Christian nation to God, we'll be right with God. I mean, there's some really weird Christian nationalist tilt in these five justices. And they always run into a problem with Trump because he's not the most godly man. And he governs like a buffoon. And so it's interesting to see these power dynamics at play. It's going to be interesting to see how they rule. It looks like they'll probably

Not a fascist authoritarian that has turned the executive branch into a crime

syndicate. People are paying him a million dollars and getting pardoned from crimes. All of these January Sixers, turns out they're all sex offenders. They've all recommitted again after he pardoned all of them. And so I'm somewhat hopeful that some of these federal judges are holding the line. But there's this dynamic with the courts where the federal judiciary is holding the line. And then SCOTUS is just off the reservation, completely off the reservation in giving this man power. But you have to understand, SCOTUS isn't giving this to Trump. They're giving it to the oligarchs because what will remain after Trump? The billionaires remain after Trump. So the billionaires are the ones that invested in John Roberts,

invested in Clarence Thomas, invested in Coney Barrett, invested in the beer drinker, Kavanaugh. And they put them in there to protect their money, to protect private equity. So what we see is loyalty to Trump is truly loyalty to the billionaires. And that is where we are right now. So they might give him the L on this. I'm hopeful that Trump would face some accountability. Jack Smith was 100% certain. He would have gotten a guilty verdict for Trump's planning and funding of the insurrection.
