All right, three big stories breaking this afternoon. Number one, Elon Musk has spent over $300 million to try to cling on to the power that he has. We need to make sure that is fleeting. The second one is, of course, Donald Trump's approval rating in poll after poll after poll is in the high 20s. Pew has it at 30 percent, so we can do better. And lastly, I don't know if this is a final authoritarian power grant. but Trump is escalating his authoritarian playbook right before the midterms. Pop this up, Kylie. Federal ICE agents raided Democratic Representative Ilhan Omar's Washington area home before dawn this

morning. The Trump DOJ confirms agents executed a search warrant as part of a criminal investigation reportedly involving immigration paperwork completed by Omar's late father when she was a child. Omar, a U.S. citizen, an outspoken Trump critic, has not been charged with any crime. Josh. Think about this. This happened in 2000. She was 17 years old. So this is 26 years old. It was paperwork that her father filled out while she was 17 years old seeking citizenship. How else do you describe this? Of course, this is politically motivated and it's racially motivated. They're killing two birds with one stone here. They're rage baiting the base with the immigration issue. And at the same time, they're bringing attention to the base about

fraud in Minnesota and all of these radical socialist Democrats and so forth. So of course, this is. It's important to note legally that they executed a search warrant. To get a search warrant, all you have to do is present an affidavit with sufficient probable cause to a magistrate. The magistrate reviews it. And if the magistrate finds that there's sufficient probable cause, they sign the search warrant. And sufficient probable cause, well, that means more than 50%, 50.1% likely that a crime was committed. And of course, the affidavit is one-sided. So it simply contains information that the HSI agents and or DOJ attorneys wanted to put in there. We've seen this song and dance before with the Department of Justice where they go out to get an

arrest or they search. And then what happens to their case? Well, it falls apart. But again, Donald Trump doesn't care about the merits of this case. He doesn't care. He's accomplished what he sought out to do when he got the headlines today. That's what they care about. That's why, if you go back to that day when Todd Blanche was being appointed, and do you remember Senator Cassidy, like, he was tortured over this decision, that he stood up in the Senate floor about whether or not Todd Blanche would be the right person for the Department of Justice. All of these dipshit, cowardice Republicans, we talked about this with Pete Hackseth and Tom Tell us the other day. All of these guys that bow down to him. And we're stuck.

with the consequences of this, then we're stuck. Cassidy's no longer going to be in the Senate. He's gone. Tell us, he's gone. But guess what? These people that you confirmed, these complete unhinged, incompetent individuals that you put in these offices, we're stuck with, we're stuck with no checks and balances. And this is evidence of that.

Todd Blanche is Trump's personal lawyer, has taken an oath to Donald Trump. And if Donald Trump says, prosecute my political enemies, he's going to do it. And how do we know that? Well, we can look at James Comey. We can look at Letitia James. We can look at John Bolton, Senators Mark Kelly, and Alyssa Slotkin were investigated. John Brennan was investigated. There's a grand conspiracy down in Florida that's falling apart on them.

But if Donald Trump says, do it, Todd Blanche is going to do his very best. He is the most corrupt, incompetent attorney general that we've ever had in this office. Amen to all of that. Congressman Omar has responded to. to the search, pop this up. I'm okay. Make no mistake. This is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement. For 10 years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns.

This is just the latest escalation and its campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced. And if we go by their logic that somehow her paperwork was amiss, we need to apply that same criteria to Elon Musk. Because here is an immigrant whose paperwork was he was basically allegedly an illegal immigrant and did some shady shit in order to get status. He is now donating and meddling in the United States elections. We're almost up to a billion dollars if this man is spent from probably over that,

from Donald Trump 2.0 to now. he's spending money so that he can consolidate power, and he has a very dystopian plan. And so if you want to go after some immigrants, maybe also you might check into Melania Trump's Einstein visa. I'm thinking that she really wasn't smart enough to qualify for that. And then she comes here from Somalia, and she tells us how to run the United States of America. She says she says the Constitution gives me certain rights gives me certain rights and I demand that I be given these rights. Get the hell out. What a phony.

Okay, I've heard enough. This hits hard with his base because she is a Muslim woman. The dangers that Peter Thiel immigrant and Elon Musk immigrant and their parasitic nature towards the United States

taxpayer is far more damaging than all of the immigrants combined have been a net positive on this country. But this hits hard with the racist, stupid, bigoted base, Josh. Well, it hits hard with the base and it also shows, you know, we oftentimes think of countries like Russia as being authoritative states or we think of fascist police states and we don't think of the United States. Well, it shows, I think the better question for us today is, do we belong in that same list with Russia? Yes. Have we turned into an authoritarian state where we prosecute political enemies? And the answer, as we discussed earlier, is 100% yes.

I read a list of political enemies that Donald Trump has tried to prosecute. This is kind of a two-for-one for him because he gets to rage about Muslims. And at the same time, he gets to interfere in the election and have, some red meat for the base. So, I mean, he's taken full advantage of this. And until we, you know, until we can simply get some leaders to step up, this is going to continue to, they're going to continue to rain hellfire on us. And I just want to point out that for a lot of black Americans, it's always been a fascist state. It's never not been a fascist state. They have been over-policed. They have been targeted. They have been lynched. And we have never reconciled that.

that incubated, that lack of reconciling that, that incubated this. And so this is shocking to us white folk that this is happening. But to a very exhausted and fatigued black community, this has been their existence no matter who is president. And so we also have Joyce Aileen with some analysis on this. Pop this up, Kylie. Executing a search warrant while early voting is underway in Minnesota. on an old, moldy crime is all you need to know about the motivation here.

Absolutely no reason not to wait until the second week of November. It's abundantly clear that this is about politics, not a legitimate prosecution. Josh. Well, and I love Joyce, but I take exception a little bit with her articulation as to a moldy crime, as if a crime did in fact exist here. I take exception to that. But just from where I said as a criminal defense lawyer, you look at something like this, you look at a crime that's 26 years old. Well, the statute of limitations on any kind of campaign, or I'm sorry, immigration fraud would be 10 years, maybe five years on various statutes, even conspiracy.

So, again, we don't know exactly what's in the probable cause affidavit, but there's plenty of instances in which a search word is granted and nothing comes from it. And I think that for today's circus that Donald Trump got to have, he made his point. I think that's what he wanted from this. He wanted the headline. He wanted to be able to say, hey, look, base, I'm doing this. I'm going to prosecute this woman. I don't put any stock into the merits of a case that they have. But again, you've got a president that's willing to weaponize DOJ and use all the resources at DOJ

to go ransack a congresswoman's house in Washington, D.C., in the early morning hours on a 26-year-old crime that dealt with paperwork involving her father who is now deceased. I mean, what a fucking joke. I mean, just an absolute joke. So it doesn't get any more weaponized or fascist or authoritarian than that. And all you need to know about this is that the Trump administration alerted their safe place, Fox News, about the raid. Play the clip. So here's the And of course, Fox News is there on site. And this was all for optics. This is them flexing their muscle.

I also think it's priming the public that Trump is going to go after political enemies. I also think in their stupid way that they think Stephen Miller and Donald Trump, they thought, okay, we'll go after Elon Omar. And then these incoming Democrats, if we're unable to, you know, throw away enough ballots or, you know, getting into the United States Postal Service and shred ballots and they still win. This is a warning to all of them that we're coming after all of them. They think we're scared of them. And you could see Ilan Omar is not.

And they keep going after people. But you talk about this a lot, Josh. They're using the DOJ to, number one, Trump is like a petty old queen. And if anybody hurts his feelings, he wants them to be in trouble. But he's also using it to shake down politicians to get them to heal to his authority. And all you need to know about this, aside from Fox News, is that Katie Miller chimed in. She posted a tweet and then deleted it. And Katie and Stephen Miller, like, they fantasize about deportations.

Like, it's a really weird obsession of theirs. Pop this up. So the New York Post tweets, Representative Elon Omar's DC home rated by DHS as part of a probe into Dems immigration paperwork. Katie Miller tweets, promises made, promise kept. And then she deleted it. And you see the inset picture there of Tom Homan. And Tom Homan and Katie Miller and Stephen Miller, all of these people are bigots, a racist to their core. We have these broken degenerates that have the car keys. And they're going to keep driving it. And all of this needs to be just incredible. motivation for all of us to take our votes and shove our votes down their throats because

we have got this turnout has got to be too big to rig because if we do not stop them, this will become the norm. And I don't think that we ever contemplated having a president that was as big of a liar, as corrupt as Donald Trump, who had then appoint someone to lead DOJ, who had. was equally as corrupt, morally bankrupt as he is, that would do these things, that would do these things. Because literally, almost any investigation that you have, you can find some error. You have so much authority when you're a prosecutor that you have such a heavy responsibility. And the Department of Justice used to take that responsibility series before they would charge someone

or before they would brandish that sword. They would take it lightly because of the the responsibility associated with it. And here, they don't take the oaths serious like that. In fact, it's just the opposite. They use every means they can to intimidate, enforce, enforce, or in some ways, get people to bend or capitulate. If they have just a shred on them, it's just like we talked about with Susan Collins and some of the decisions she made being under investigation.

And Gavin Newsom out there in California, when that AG capitulated to the Warner Brothers Paramount. You never know behind the scenes what's actually being done, but we do know that he'll use the Department of Justice in every way that he can to manipulate or get a result that he wants or to profit. We know those things for sure. Yeah, he absolutely will.

And again, this is just another motivating factor that we have got to turn out in droves to send a large message and a check. a check on this administration because the Supreme Court sure as hell isn't doing. And these Republicans could have stopped all of this. And here's the funny thing that gets me about it. These Republicans think they're safe. No, they tried to kill Mike Pence, you dipshit.
