The MAGA movement has always been predicated on we are pro-America.
We are pro-democracy.
We are pro the rule of law.
We are America first.
We are patriots.
And they voted for a man that they thought was the change agent because the status quo of
centrist Democrats, corporate Democrats, and corporate Republicans led to massive,
massive wealth and equality that makes people mad makes them mad that they get up they go to work
they do everything they're supposed to do and they face debilitating medical bills no raise um very
you know not not able to do extracurricular things and they do everything they were taught
by the american dream and so they voted for this change agent pudding boy kanks and they thought that
that he was going to change things up and he has really, really changed things up so desperately
and so diabolically that now the United States of America is a corrupt crime organization
at the federal government level. Nobody is checking them. There are two other branches of
government that are supposed to check them and hold them accountable. Those days are over. You
have a Supreme Court that is complicit. You have a Supreme Court that says we are so pro-life
where you're going to overturn precedent 50 years of Roe v. Wade.
And they don't have a problem with this.
Put this up.
This is an excerpt from the boat strike, the second one in question.
And it says, the suspected drug traffickers, the lone survivors of a U.S. airstrike,
were sprawled on a table-sized piece of floating wreckage in the Caribbean for more than 40 minutes.
They were unarmed, incommunicado.
and adrift as they repeatedly attempted to write
what remained of their boat.
At one point, the men raised their arms
and seemed to signal to the US aircraft above.
A gesture some who watched a video
of the incident interpreted as a sign of surrender.
Then a second explosion finished the men off,
leaving only a bloody stain on the surface of the sea.
Footage of the two men's desperate final moments
made some viewers nauseated, leading one to nearly vomit. It was worse than what we had been led to
believe one person told us. And so my question to all of the Maga Christian voters that are on the
moral high ground and sanctimonious telling women, the only way you can be happy is if you have
children and you are married and we believe in the rule of law. And we are,
you know, pro-American. This is just murder for sport. This is something that these really bad people,
we have really, really bad people running our government, are recreationally killing people.
The Supreme Court is aware of this. And hide and watch the next rulings that we're going to see
out of their next term, they're all going to be pro-Maga, pro-Trump rulings. And at the
same time, they're going to have this moral duplicity that they're going to tell us that they are
pro-life, they are pro-constitution, they know that this dictator, this fascist, that is running the
United States government, that is surrounded by narcissistic Fox News podcasting dipshits are
recreational killing people and they think it's cool. Well, and here's what strikes me is Pete Hegseth and the
Department of Defense, social media, they put these videos of people being killed in these boats
on their social media. I think that in and of itself is completely weird. But in my head,
because I've seen Pete Heggseth on this Katie Miller podcast, you know, he's super Christian and
he's, you know, I'm going to honor God every day, all that complete horseship. For me,
as somebody that was raised evangelical Christian, this is the walking, talking poster
for entitlement, I am better than you.
It is okay because I am a Christian to demean other people,
cast judgment on other people, and devalue their lives because I am special and I am
chosen.
And that might be way off base, but that's just what in my head.
You can justify anything when you dehumanize somebody because you think you're better.
And that entitlement and narcissism in this MAGA movement, to me,
mirrors Christianity, evangelical Christianity.
Okay, and then here's Jesse Waters.
You know, I told you guys a couple weeks ago that I read a report that Fox News was going
to start injecting more Christianity into their entertainment shows.
And so here's Jesse Waters talking about God's gift to us.
Play the clip.
I just synched it.
I'm sorry.
But it is, you know, it's like you get the UFC at the White House.
You get the Olympics in Los Angeles, and now you get the World Cup.
It's almost like God gave us COVID to kick Trump out so he could reemerge again and oversee this wonderful four years of birthday parties, international sporting events, and Octagon.
It's, if you doubted there was a God, this is evidence there is God.
Okay.
Jay. Okay, Jesse, all this does is further affirm my secular atheist stance that have had my whole life. There are people clinging on to wreckage from a boat. We don't know what crime they've committed. They've not been allowed due process because Pete Hexas wants to play toy soldier. And he thinks he's a badass because he's so emotionally stunted. And he's an untreated addict. And he has
has problems with his masculinity.
And he thinks that by killing people, it's going to fix that.
And it won't.
Just like we could get every person in America to line up in unison and say, Donald Trump, you're
the greatest president on the planet.
It wouldn't fix him.
These people are not fixable.
These people need to be an inpatient therapy.
And instead, they're emotionally stunted moral depressed.
has been rewarded in a culture that constantly and consistently values profit over human beings.
This is the manifestation of a cancer of American culture that people think it's okay to do immoral
shit as long as they get a tax break.
Well, and here's the deal.
Jesse Waters, are people this stupid?
It's not like they said, oh, we're going to put the World Cup in the Olympics in the United
States because Trump's president.
These are like decades planning.
I mean, this has nothing to fucking do with Donald Trump.
And I sit there and I think, are people that watch Fox that stupid that they think
that all of this happened because he's president?
Or they think that, you know, God gave us COVID so Trump can come back.
Like, nobody could be that stupid.
Right?
Right, Jennifer?
I mean, I would ask you that question.
I think they are.
That's what worries me.
I think they are.
I think they're like, oh, yeah, you know, they brought the Olympics to the United States
because Donald Trump's president.
They decided this like 14 years now.
Just normal talk among evangelical Christians.
Isn't it always, oh, it was a God thing?
God thing.
God did this and God did that.
And it's all of this divine intervention in traffic lights turning from, you know, I was running
late and then, you know, I got a green light.
And it's all these little personal favors that God does for them every single day.
and their Christian narcissistic relationship.
And Fox News, this is not Jesse Waters is some big Christian.
This is the same grift that the megachurch pastors do.
But here's a video of Trump getting a prize from the FIFA president.
And so, you know, he can't win the Nobel Peace Prize.
And so here's the thing.
I'm just going to point this out again.
I get a crazy person.
I get pudding boy being a nut.
I understand it.
The amount of people that go along with this man and enable him, and if it was like a hundred people, I'd be like, okay, whatever, you know, I've watched a bunch of cult documentaries.
But the amount of people that go along with this is just something that is just fascinating to me.
So here's the FIFA president.
Your peace prize, there is also a beautiful medal for you that you can wear.
everywhere you want to go right now okay let me hold fantastic excellent i mean that's so embarrassing
and so cringy and when you think about all the awards that this man has to accept all the time
i remember tim cook you know making this award and all of these humiliation exercises
that everybody has to go through.
And also, it's humiliating for him.
Yeah.
You know, like a real leader is somebody he would say,
I, you know, I don't want to accept this award.
This is about the soccer players.
And so when you check in on right-wing media,
the shared psychosis that they're all going through
is utterly insane from Fox News,
which is a huge part of it.
But then there's this whole other sphere of media,
which is kind of where you all are right now, which is independent media.
And then you have Laura Lumer who is like, you know, she's at Trump stand and now she's in
the Pentagon.
So I just thought this was very interesting tidbit.
She's going off the rails and she tweeted this over the weekend.
She says Marjorie Trader Greens intern and speech writer Milo Yanopolis.
I don't know how to pronounce that.
I'm sorry, you guys, who spends a lot of time living inside.
the Rome, Georgia home of Marjorie Taylor Green went on Timcast to say that Charlie Kirk
was about to divorce Erica Kirk before he died and that Charlie was gay. Milo also used the
episode to say Candace cares more about Charlie than Erica Kirk cares about her own husband.
Milo, who runs Marjorie Taylor Green social media and writes her speeches for her by his own
admission also claim that Charlie hasn't been buried and could even still be alive. Marjorie
Taylor Green, Real Candace Owens, and Tucker were all together this week at Tucker's Christmas
Party in Nashville, Tennessee. Tucker Carlson also had Milo on his show this week to talk about
homosexuality. Milo is now calling Charlie Gay. Tucker is still set to be the keynote speaker
for the upcoming Turning Point USA Am Fest. It appears that all of the attacks on Charlie Kirk
and Turning Point USA were organized and plotted at Tucker's Christmas party this week.
So this is what's so crazy.
So you have this conspiracy theory pudding boy kanks who sits around.
It's been widely reported.
He eats all of his meals in bed, which is why I started calling pudding boy,
because I just picture him eating pudding, watching Fox News, and texting Laura Lumer.
So the people surrounding the president who have him on speed dial whose calls he answers,
this is the shit that she's tweeting.
I mean, this is, this is the woman who put into his head that immigrants were eating pets.
And she's still, you know, Marjorie Taylor Green is fucking nuts.
She's nuts.
Tucker Carlson's is nuts.
Eric Kirk is nuts.
I think it's insane that she's been on this media tour, Eric Kirk.
And if your husband died so violently by a gunshot, if you've never mentioned gun violence ever,
The Republican Party has never mentioned that.
I mean, that just shows how emotionally stunted and regressive these people are, all manifesting
in this shit with Laura Lumer, who just will not go away, who now is running point position
at the Pentagon press office.
You think she's going to ask about this strike?
And if it's unconstitutional or a war crime, never.
She's too busy over here, you know, playing right.
into Candace Owen's hands, who is a total conspiracy theory grifter, who gets millions and millions
of use for being a nut. And Laura Lumer is too. And all of these people, when they say they have a
big tent and maggot, they do. And it's for all these degrees of crazy people. Well, and I was
looking on Laura Lumer's social media this weekend. She is the most hateful Islamophobic. I mean,
It is. It reeks off of her. And I just want to remind everybody, Mike Waltz, who was in Trump's
cabinet, I think he was some kind of national security advisor. She got him fired. She went to the
Oval Office, told Trump, you know, this guy, he moved him out to the United Nations. So it's not
like she's just a crazy person that has a desk at the Pentagon. She is a crazy person that has a
direct line to the president of the United States. And that in itself is terrifying. And it's just,
it's so classic maga like she's all about the conspiracy theories that she wants and then when when
uh tucker and kandis owens and mylo whatever are talking about somebody then then she doesn't want
those conspiracy theories i mean which is just about the most trumpian form of hypocrisy there is
and here's a video just a normal night on fox news play the clip me the prize so i don't need another one
So, I mean, a little background in Europe, they call it football.
In the United States, they call it soccer.
Everywhere else, they call it homosexuality.
Which we know is a sin against God.
It is a sin against God.
Jesse.
I'm a great secret keeper.
I've never told anybody your guy.
So, you know, the attacks on, you had Tucker Carl.
recently with Pearson Morgan using F-A-G-G-O-T over and over and over again.
And the attacks on the LGBTQ-plus community are escalating.
You have women on Fox News and Erica Kirk who are using their gender as a weapon to oppress women.
You obviously have the president who has now said there's no free admission to national
parks on MLK and Juneteenth. And obviously we've seen what they think of Hispanic or black
immigrants. And so the MAGA movement is a political party that makes fun of people that embrace
humanity. Right. And the Democratic Party, all of this is just out there, needs to make crystal clear
with moral clarity, that we are the party that embraces humanity, that we are the party that
embraces multiculturalism. And they need to call out directly. All of these mega hypocrites,
like Christy Noem, who is the biggest white supremacist, Gestapo thirst trap narcissist I've ever seen
in my life, who when it's her birthday, she wants to go put on a sombrero and eat an enchilada
in a taco. And we need to remind all of these white Americans that multiculturalism,
there's, you can have all the Trump regimes that you want. This is a big country built on
immigrants. It will always be a big country built on immigrants. But these Fox News viewers
that live in the suburbs and these cookie cutter houses live in a very white world,
And they are propagandized to think that, oh, in the big city, there's a Somalian that's eaten a pet or, you know, a Haitian eating a dog.
And then there's all of these crimes and all of this shit.
And it's the Democrats just allow a lot of this shit out there.
And there's never a solid response to it.
And it's a, you know, a strongly worded letter.
And the pushback from this just feels so.
disjointed to me.
You've got Gavin Newsom on the one hand who does a great job fighting Trump.
But on the other hand, fumbles the bag when asked about APEC, fumbles the bag when asked about
taxing billionaires.
And just, I mean, I like when he's fighting kings, but then it's like, oh, okay, you're just
a corporate Democrat, just like Hillary and Kamala that lost.
And I just feel like they just, there's this arrogance in the Democratic Party establishment.
that thinks that they know better than everybody else.
And they allow a lot of this shit on the right.
They just, we're going to rise above it.
We're not going to respond to it.
And I just think a lot of this shit deserves and merits being responded to.
I think the Democrats should call out directly Republicans that like to enjoy the social
acceptance of being hip and cool and having LGBTQ plus people in their lives.
and then just go and vote against them all of the time.
I wish that the Democrats would call out the Republicans, MAGA Republicans,
so thoroughly enjoy watching NBA basketball and NFL football and college football.
And then the minute a black athlete says, you know, Black Lives Matter,
I want to remember the neighborhood that I came from and basketball helped keep me off the street.
that that is something that keep me off the streets, that phrase is so common in black culture
and you hear it and then somehow you're triggered by that statement and you don't think,
oh, I'm a Christian. I'm an American. I want to help. I want to hear these people. No, you just
want them to entertain you and then you want to go and be racist to them. And there's just
the Democrats have got to get more aggressive about responding directly
to this racism. You can do respond to the racism and affordability all at the same time because
here's the deal to all of the MAGA fat cats sitting around in the suburbs going to your
megachurch where your preacher's ripping you off left right and center. The deal is this
affordability issue which is resonating so much it's for everybody. It is for everybody.
You can't leave anyone behind because MAGA you've been left behind and we can look no
further than the data from the red state healthscapes you've been lied to by this republican party
you've been lied to and you've you've bought into oh oh at least i'm not black so i can i can
justify all this or at least i'm not brown-skinned or at least i'm not gay well times are
changing and at some point somebody you love or some family member you love might be in an interracial
relationship. And then you're like, oh, wait a minute, I really love this grandchild. I don't
want the system to bully this person. You might give birth to a gay child or have a gay
grandchild. And then all of a sudden, you don't want that system bullying your child. And then
you have to go look culturally. Where did this start from? Well, it started with these churches
and the worst, the worst. I'm sorry you guys, I'm going off here a little bit. The worst are
these type of churches. There are some churches that are very overt about their white nationalism,
they're anti-gay and patriarchal structures. The worst are the rebranded megachurches that say we're
non-denominational and we're going to have this big flashy rock band and all the music and our
dunk take and our pastor's real cool and he wears a little headset, he walks around, talks about
all this shit. And if your pastor right now never talks about what's happening to
immigrants, you're in a money-making machine cult where you are being exploited.
I live in New York City now, and I walked by a church over the weekend, and there was a
trans flag and a pride flag, and then a banner that said, immigrants and refugees, welcome.
Find me one of these big mega-churches, like Life Church.
It has 20-something locations now, which is every bit as patriarchal, home.
homophobic and sexist as the ones that are more overt about it, but they just rebranded it so that
people feel like, oh, we're non-denominational. Why isn't Craig Groschell, the head pastor who has
millions of followers? Why isn't he talking about immigrants? Why isn't he talking about
refugees? Why is he sitting there? Every single post is about Christian narcissism or tithing
because he's exploiting you and he's lying to you.
And that set up the psychological soil for you to now be abused by your government and think it's okay.
And this is a cancer in this country and the Democratic Party has to start addressing it culturally.
You have to start addressing it because if you go to a megachurch and it has a bookstore and a coffee shop and your pastor talks about tithing more than he does helping the poor and the sick and your pastor isn't outraged by the egregious.
human rights violations and the suffering put upon its people by the American government,
you're getting scammed. You're getting completely scammed. And it is just an absolute cancer.
And we have to start addressing it, both as a culture and as an opposition party.
I completely agree with you. And I think you look at the reaction at the inaugural prayer breakfast,
where the, I think it was an Episcopalian pastor was talking about feeding the poor, helping the
being kind to everyone, the backlash from the Magaverse, which is 97% evangelical,
that to me said all you need to know.
They don't want their pastor talking about helping people.
They want to talk about controlling people, superiority, entitlement, and being fundamentally
better and cruel to other people.
And that was like the snapshot for me.
Yeah.
And a lot of these pastors pumps, as you know, growing up in that.
The big focus is very simple.
It's like purity culture, traditional marriage, Christian narcissism.
It's rarely about helping and meeting people where they're suffering and the fact that Jesus himself was a refugee and a Palestinian and brown skin.
And so this is something the Democratic Party is just allowed to fester and they have never confronted it.
And until they confront it, these people are going to.
going to continue to be exploited by the grifter pastors like Craig Groschell of Life Church.
It is just abhorrent.
Apporrent.
They have like $800 million in the bank.
And I got on his Instagram over the weekend.
It was all about tithing and the importance of tithing.
And I just think, are you serious right now?
Like Jesus is what you're selling and you're not selling his mission of, number one, not
being overtly religious.
He spoke out about that.
He spoke out against that, spoke out against the accumulation of wealth.
And your church is fundamentally about accumulating wealth and preaching Christian narcissism
and unsustainable purity culture bullshit to deflect from what they really should be doing,
which is embracing multiculturalism, accepting people and trying to stunt human suffering.
It just absolutely makes me sick because.
I lived in Oklahoma for 50 plus years, and these mega churches that dress it up were non-denominational.
They're the most insidious, the most, because at least the ones, like, it's very similar to MAGA,
like the MAGA cultists that are knee-deep in the cult, I'm a lot more forgiving of because
they literally believe all that shit.
It's the country club Republicans that know better, but do it anyway, that I hold more accountable.
The same thing with these pastors, these non-denominational megachurches that package it up, like,
oh, yes, we're progressive and we're so pro-Jesus.
They are far more insidious because at the core of it is the same purity culture,
anti-LGBQ plus, women submit to your husbands, an anti-Jesus messaging wrapped in Jesus.
And that is something that's so important that in order for the Democrats to take back this culture war,
you need to send out the James Telericos, you need to send out the Andy Bashir's because they're using Jesus to lure people in.
And then they never preach to the social justice causes of Jesus.
Now, the black evangelical churches do do this, but the white evangelical churches don't.
And these megachurches are a stain and a cancer.
and freak shows, absolute freak shows in the performance.
Look no further than to Charlie Kirk's televised funeral.
That's a live church every Sunday.
And it's telegraphed everywhere.
And there's other churches like this.
This is just the one that I'm most familiar with because most of the people that I know
that go there are the biggest hypocrites I've ever met in my life.
And it is a cultural issue.
And these churches reach hundreds of things.
thousands of people selling them an idea that, oh, you can be a good person if you just come here
and tie them pay us money. And then there's no message beyond this message of Christian narcissism.
And it's just something that the American left has to address America's crazy Christian problem
in order to take back our culture and pro-democracy and pro-multicualism. All right, that's all we
have kind of went off on a rant there, but I've been thinking about it and reading about it a lot
this weekend. Make sure you buy our book. It's a great way also. Speaking of people that
evolved from an evangelical megachurch, our beautiful co-host, star of our show, Pumps,
writes about her journey from deep in that cult out of it. And it's really fascinating.
I think a lot of people that have been religiously abused can learn and find comfort in her
message in that book. So make sure you buy it. It's a great stocking stuffer.
