Welcome, welcome to IHIP News.
Listen up, viewer and listener.
Pumps and I are very alarmed at the MAGA hold on women's issues.
It's weird.
It's creepy.
Now that Donald Trump is in a general election, he's trying to be ambiguous about his stance
on abortion, birth control and IVF.
And he's trying to distance himself from Project 2025, which I believe mentions his name something
like 300 times in the 900 pages.
But we're not going to take our foot off the gas on this because it is beyond handmaid's tale what these people are
trying to do with their Trojan horse, Donald Trump, and Pumps has prepared an all-star show
to razzle dazzle you guys. I think it's interesting that when asked on the campaign trail about
contraception, Trump said, well, we're going to have a policy on that. Why the fuck do you need
a policy on contraception? Like whose fucking business is it? Do they have a policy on Viagra?
You know, probably not because he, that motherfucker would have to use it. Okay. The
project 2025, something that's really alarming about it is it recognizes fetal personhood,
which means that the minute the sperm hits the egg, they're classifying
that as a human and they're giving protections to the fetal personhood of a one second old
zygote or whatever they call them.
It's unbelievable.
Then you have the Supreme Court that overturned Roe in the Dobbs decision, left open the door for IVF and contraception.
Eleven states, including ours, have complete and total abortion bans.
They also recognize fetal personhood, which impacts IV, and contraception. And something that has really alarmed me is when you look at the statistics of children,
people, females that are raped, since the Dobbs decision, 65,000 of those people have
been forced to carry children to term.
65,000.
That is a lot.
And it's disgusting. And then when you look at the statistics of how many women are now dying in childbirth,
for white women, it's 24% increase in mother mortality rates since Roe has been overturned.
In the black community, it's 39% increase. So that comes out to 31.8 mothers die in childbirth
if you're white in every 100,000 women. And 49.5 black and brown women die in childbirth in the United States in 2024 because of this
ridiculous ban on abortion.
And it is, it scares me when you hear women talk about, I wanted this pregnancy.
There were complications.
The baby wasn't viable, but I had to bleed out or I had to go to another state for an
abortion.
I mean, that is a personal decision that you don't need the governor of your state to weigh in on.
You are not free and you do not live in a free country if you do not have agency over your bodily autonomy, period.
So this whole bait and switch, we're for freedom and we're for the Constitution and they're dry humping the
American flag and Trump's hugging the flag and he just represents freedom. It is a complete lie.
And the American public is being gaslit, particularly women. What I have found so
alarming is I've had some conversations with people here in this red state who have said
that they're Republican. And oh, I know the Republicans shouldn't have overturned Roe, but I don't think they'll
ever do anything with birth control.
And I'm like, how many times are you going to get hoodwinked by these people?
I mean, Donald Trump is objective liar, compulsive liar.
I'm talking in the bowels of a psychiatry book level of liar.
J.D. Vance is a massive, he doesn't even have a spine. I mean, one minute he says Trump is like
Hitler, the next minute, you know, he's crawling up his ass so fast it'll make your head spin.
And the problem is, is there are real lives and real people who are impacted by this.
And it is 2024.
And we have a party in a general election that gets excited in this really weird, sadistic way to take away rights for marginalized people. And women have fought so hard for centuries, decades in this country to be equal.
And they don't want that.
The LGBTQIA plus community doesn't want more.
They want the same.
The black and brown community, they don't want more.
They want the same.
And they love to say, oh, Kamala Harris is a DEI candidate.
That is infuriating.
Kamala Harris covered up for Joe Biden.
And what I have to say to that is there is no bigger example of DEI for stupid fucks than the Electoral College.
Because you guys can never win the popular vote.
And it's the only way you get seats.
And you gerrymander.
That's the real deal.
And who's covering up for whom here? Is it Fox News and all of these Republican politicians who cover
up for Project 2025? Fox doesn't air where Trump's talking about batteries and sharks and boats and
Hannibal Lecter and slurring his speech. They actually pull away from it. The projection is astounding.
But the messaging that we have to get to everyday Americans, whether you're a man, a woman,
gender fluid, it doesn't matter, is we are not free people.
If people like convicted felon Donald Trump and all of these weirdos at the Heritage Foundation and the biggest
weirdo of them all, J.D. Vance, controls what goes on at our OBGYN appointments.
It's insanity.
Well, and you know what's interesting is you have Republicans distancing themselves from
IVF.
Oh, no.
When the Alabama Supreme Court said no IVF, they said, oh, no, that's not what
we're doing. So that Democrats introduced a law to codify the right to IVF for families.
And birth control, right?
And birth control. And guess what? Every single Republican did on that vote.
Voted against it.
That's right.
That's so they're saying one thing, but their actions speak louder than their words.
So we've got Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, J.D. Vance, Lindsey Graham, all of these huge supporters of convicted felon Donald Trump voting against birth control and IVF.
And there are Americans that can look me straight in the face and say, I don't think they're going after birth control.
Right. That is astounding how powerful the grip of the brainwashing of the right wing media complexes.
It is astounding when the facts are completely
different on the ground. My guess is Fox News is not reporting the vote on these issues.
No, they wouldn't. They only vote things that are favorable to the cult.
That's right. Lift up the dear leader.
Yes, because they know that if Trump says quit watching Fox,
their viewers will stop and they'll go over to Newsmax. They know that. And they have the audacity
to call liberals sheep. And it's just the projection is at such a level that because I
think everything moves so quickly in the information delivery system with internet and news, and we're all so interconnected digitally.
The ability for the right wing to radicalize what I think would be moderate people into
thinking that somehow all of this crazy shit that Trump has done, we can start with him
saying he believes Vladimir Putin over American military experts, that
he's fallen in love with Kim Jong-un and they pass around love letters to one another.
He said that.
Those are his words.
They don't show that shit on Fox.
The Hannibal Lecter stuff, the insurrection.
We could go on and on and on.
And the fact that people that say they're moderate, decent people, oh, I'm just not
happy with our options.
So I'll probably vote for Trump.
I have news for you.
You're no longer moderate, nor are you decent.
You are a radicalized member of a cult that doesn't give a shit about the Constitution
or this country.
That's just the fact of the matter.
Right. Well, I just, as a mother of a daughter of childbearing years age, we both have sons.
I cannot wrap my head around that a government would tell her what she can do with her body. I cannot wrap my head around that she has less rights than her grandmother.
I can't wrap my head around people that are on the fence about this, that are like, well,
I don't think we have any good options or I'm undecided.
How can you be undecided?
Every single person on this planet has a mother, has someone they love as female.
You want to take away their ability to control their own bodies?
You want to take away their right to contraception?
I mean, how far fucking back are we going to go?
Well, I think if they have their way, it's way far back.
I mean, I think Dobbs was the tip of the iceberg.
And I think they sent out a flare to see what they can do.
And if Trump wins in 2024, they are going to feel so emboldened.
There is no question because they've put it in writing.
Project 2024.
They've put it in writing.
And Trump can distance himself all he likes from it. But the fact that he has answered direct questions about should a woman be punished for abortion and he says, yes, there needs to be some palm of their hand and said, we're going to take a look
at birth control, which the government has no business whatsoever looking at,
tells the voter everything they need to know. And I think if the American voter,
these white people that look like us, men and women, get hung up on
somebody's estrogen or melanin and that prevents you from voting for your daughters, your nieces,
your mothers, and all the women in your life, your bias and your racism and your sexism
is your problem.
Right.
And the people you're voting for are not going to advocate for your kids.
And by your vote, you're not advocating for them either. And the sad thing is,
a lot of people will have buyer's remorse on this situation. I remember I went to this event
at a lady's house after Roe was overturned. Republican woman goes, well, Brett Kavanaugh
lied. And I was like,
well, no shit. Everybody knew they were lying when they were. But they're just always so late
to the party. But in the interim, women are bleeding out in our state. Women are dying.
They have set their sights on birth control and IVF. And it is an all-out war on women. And on a personal note, I think it's so incredibly important to note that Vice President Kamala
Harris isn't where she is because of DEI.
That's right.
She's where she is despite the inherent biases because of her melanin and because of her
estrogen.
She had to fight harder.
And she is incredibly smart.
And all they have on her is they don't like her laugh.
Or there's an interview where they thought she had word salad.
She is a million times the person that Donald Trump could ever dream of being.
She's a million times more intelligent.
She has more morals and more integrity.
And I'm so embarrassed that so many Americans
have such debilitating blind spots and inherent biases
because of melanin and estrogen.
And because she has that,
and because she had to work so much harder than
Donald Trump that inherited $500 million and gets away with everything, I'm going to support
her even more than I would, absolutely, a white male Democratic candidate. I completely agree. All right. Stick with us for more hot takes.
