Ladies and gentlemen, Chris Van Fleet.
And welcome back to another one here on Inside.
I'm CBV, Chris Van Fleet.
How catchy is that theme song from Downstate?
It's stuck in my head all the time.
Actually, I've got some news about that.
This has been requested for a long time,
but Downstate is going to officially make the Insight with Chris Van Fleet theme song,
or should I say, Insight with Chris Van Fleet theme song.
They're making it available on Spotify beginning next week.
So keep an eye out for that.
December 6th is when that goes live.
And of course, Downstate has so many other amazing theme songs.
Cody Rhodes, of course, Matt Cardona, Alex Riley, just to name a few Dolph Ziegler,
just to name a few.
So go check that out next Friday.
And I just think it's hilarious that that's going to be on there.
And amazing.
So, of course, a big shout out to Downstate for,
making such a catchy theme song.
Like, what world are we living in where I have a theme song for my podcast that is recorded
by the same band who does Cody Rhodes theme song, Kingdom?
This is wild.
Hope you guys had a great Thanksgiving.
Happy Black Friday to you.
We had a great Thanksgiving here.
And just, I love this time of year.
You guys know that I love gratitude, but there's something about this time of year that
just brings it to the surface. It reminds you of it. So I love Thanksgiving. We have the Christmas
tree up already. Yeah. Yeah, we're one of those families. We're those people who put the Christmas
tree up before Thanksgiving. Our whole idea here is we want the Christmas tree up so that when
everybody comes over for Thanksgiving and when you're eating the meal, you're able to go,
oh, look how beautiful the tree is. We don't have any presents under it yet. But the tree is up.
looks great. And I don't know, there's just something about this time of year.
And I especially since I moved to the U.S. 15 years ago, something about this time of year,
it's like you got four weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Like, this is why it's like
the holiday season that you've got New Year's right after that. So you've got like three holidays
like lumped right in there in a five week stretch. In Canada, yeah, we've got Thanksgiving.
It's the second Monday of October. So then there's like a, you know, big stretch.
time, like two and a half months until you get to Christmas. Here, it's like it's all just kind of
wrapped together in a nice little package. And I just, I really enjoy this time of years. So it warms
the cockles of my heart to be able to have Thanksgiving and that about a month later to do
Christmas again. So I hope that if you live in the U.S., hope you had a great Thanksgiving with you
and yours, welcome, my friends, to Ask CVV number 59, the Jackham, Jake Gensel, and Tim
Shaller edition. And if you're listening to an Ask CVV episode, that's how I know you're a real one.
We've had a ton of amazing interviews this year, but the fact that you're here right now is we
just hang out like this one-on-one, that's how I know that you're a real one. And if you listen all
the way until the end, that's what makes you a real, real one.
I've had a lot of questions about the show that we're doing in Indianapolis before the Royal
Rumble.
Yes, tickets are still available.
As I sit here right now, I think at last check, there's like six or eight VIP tickets
available.
So if you're interested in going and you're interested in grabbing those VIP tickets,
I'd say, do it this weekend because there is a very high likelihood that they will not
be available by the time next week rolls around.
The VIP includes a special.
Ask CVV that's happening before the show. And the show's going to include an interview with a big
star or stars. We'll be announcing that pretty soon here. But VIP will be able to go in early,
grab your preferred seating. And then we've got a special Ask CVV, just me and you guys hanging out.
And then a meet and greet after the show as well. So if you're interested in going,
CVVTix.com, that's CVVTX.com. Thank you for all of the questions that you guys have sent in for
today's episode. You send them in using that hashtag, Ask CVV on social media. Send them in on Spotify.
Leave a comment on Spotify. My goodness, we've had so many comments. I appreciate that. Keep them
coming. I think that's probably the most fun way. Oh, and I want to point out, I'm not having to go in
and approve them all in real time anymore.
Spotify has figured this out.
I used to have to go in.
Whenever there were comments,
I'd have to go in and like,
yes, approve, approve, approve, approve, approve, approve.
Deny.
No, I wouldn't do that.
I would just approve them all.
But you would have to go in and improve each individual one.
That's not the case anymore,
which I'm very grateful for that.
But that's a really,
I still see all of the comments,
even though I'm not like going in
and physically approving them all.
But thank you to Spotify.
for figuring that out. And that's a great way to leave a question or a comment for the show on Spotify
or send me an email, CVV at chrisvampleet.com. We'll dive in here with this one from Josh Fraser on
Facebook. Ask CVV, what are your predictions for Saturday's Survivor Series? And is there
going to be a surprise return at all? And of course, if we rewind back to Survivor Series 2023 in Chicago,
we had three big returns there. Everyone focuses on CM Punk, of course. Nobody thought that was going to happen. Hell froze over, as they said in WWA. We had CM Punk. We had Randy Orton. We also had our truth. Three returns. One show. So it'll be interesting to see what happens here. I think there's a possibility for a return. Actually, let's just dive into this right now. So let's actually start off.
with the match where I think there might be a return. Let's start with the women's war games match.
Ria Ripley, Bianca, and Bel Air, Naomi, Eoski, and Bailey, versus the Judgment Day, which is comprised
of Lev Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, and Candice Lurray. I did say last
week, man, there's not really a lot going on here. It feels like they just kind of threw this together.
I wish there was a bit more of a story. I like that we've got a bit of a story here with Jade Cargo
getting taken out. I appreciate that that's working its way into here. And I think that that's going to
play, that'll be central to whatever ends up happening in this match because I think a lot of people
feel that when she was attacked, that it was maybe one of her former partners that did it,
or maybe it was someone on the other team that attacked her. Well, I feel like that's what's
going to be most interesting. That's where the focus is going to be here. How is this all going to
tie together. There's also the possibility that someone from outside the match attacked J.
Cargo. And that's where I feel like we could possibly see a surprise return. There's two people that
could play a factor in this match. And if it's not this match, certainly going to be playing a
factor in the women's Royal Rumble in February. I almost said January. Crazy, right? We're so used
to the Royal Rumble being in January, but it's February 1st. But of course.
the first ever insight with Chris Family Live is happening in January, January 31st,
the day before the Royal Rumble in Indianapolis.
But it's Charlotte Flair and it's Becky Lynch, who are kind of just in the back of everybody's
mind here.
I think Charlotte Flair is still rehabbing from that injury.
I don't actually know what her status is, but Charlotte Flair could play a factor here.
She's a big return that will be happening, I would think, if not now, at the Royal Rumble.
and Becky Lynch is the other one.
If Becky Lynch has re-signed with the WWE
and has signed a new contract,
they've kept that so quiet.
So if it's Becky Lynch returning here at Survivor Series
or possibly as we look ahead to the Royal Rumble,
they've kept that a really, really good seeker.
They've kept that so close to the vest.
So when you ask about just the returns specifically,
those are the two that are kind of in the back of my mind here.
that I'm thinking about with.
Those could play a factor here.
In terms of who's actually going to win this match,
the odds on my bookie say that it's going to be the heels.
There's, oh, no, no, actually the odds are,
the odds on my bookie are saying the team of Ria Ripley,
Bianca Baller, Jade, Naomi, and, you know,
the team of everybody there.
So it'll be very interesting to see here.
When you sign up at my bookie and you use the code,
CVV, you'll get a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit.
You can bet on Survivor Series there.
You could also bet on who's going to win the Royal Rumble right now.
The odds on favorite to win the Royal Rumble is John Sina.
I don't know if that's actually going to play out or not, but very interesting odds on there.
So for that one, we're going to go with Ria, Bianca, and everybody else in that match.
Then let's skip ahead here to L.A. Knight defending the United States Championship against
Shinsk.
in Nakamura. I really think this match could go either way. I have been loving everything that
L.A. Knight's been doing since he finally got that gold around his waist. It was just, man, the guy is
just so insanely talented. He's held championships in the NWA. He's held championships in TNA slash
impact. But man, I love the moment that he had in Cleveland at SummerSlam, that match that he had
with Logan Paul. L.A. Knight has had a great run with this United States championship.
Shinski Nakamura recently returned, felt like there was a whole bunch of steam behind his return,
and then he lost to Seth Rollins, and it just felt like all the wind was just kind of
taken out of the sales of his return. So I feel like L.A. Knight's rain here continues.
So I just, I don't know, I feel like L.A. Knight's rain continues. So I just, I don't know, I feel like L.
night's rain continues here and that that's who i'm going with here but you know i'm not going to put a
passion ski nakamura insanely talented competitor he could absolutely win this match but it just feels like
with all the steam that l a night has and that feels like the match that feels like the the end of this
match so i'm going to go with l a night on that one then let's go to the triple threat match
for the wwe intercontinental championship we got brawn breaker defending against shamus
and Ludwig Kaiser,
man, the winner here is going to be the fans.
This is going to be a hard-hitting match
and I can't wait to see this one.
I love that this has turned into a triple threat match now.
It really could go, anyone could win this.
This is a match where any three of these competitors
could walk out and believably be the champion.
I think Braun Breaker holds onto this
only because I think Kaiser, yeah, he'll be an intercontinental champion at some point in time.
I just don't think it's quite yet.
And I think that Seamus, yes, he will not only become a Grand Slam champion, he will become
an ultimate Grand Slam champion, which includes King of the Ring and Royal Rumble, all of it.
I just think that's going to happen at a bigger stage.
I could be wrong here.
Like, Seamus will be winning the Interhontal Championship at some point in time before his
incredible career comes to an end. And hopefully that is no time soon. He recently just signed a
five-year extension, new five-year deal with WWE, which will take him into his 50s. So he'll be
rest. I think he'll be 52 is what he told me. And I feel like I just kind of gave it away there.
But I just recently sat down with Seamus just the other day. I sat down with him on Monday.
I flew to Arizona. Ra was in Glendale, Arizona. We did an interview, but,
before Raw, and you'll be seeing that, I think later on in December. I think we'll put that out
closer to when Raw is on Netflix. It just feels like it lines up a little bit better with Seamus
being a Raw superstar, Rob being on Netflix, January 6th here in Los Angeles, hope to see you guys
there. I hope to be there. I haven't even grabbed tickets yet. Oh, my goodness. I hope to be there.
But amazing conversation with Seamus. Yes, he will be an intercontinental champion at some point in time.
I my gut just says it's not yet my gut says it's going to be brawn breaker continuing this and
I like that he's kind of playing this tweener role yeah he's a heel but he kind of does some baby
face faceish things I like it like they've kind of put him in the spot where if you want to
cheer him cool if you want to boom yeah that's okay too then we move on to gunther defending his world
heavyweight championship against Damien Priest.
The odds on my bookie have Gunther is the heavy, heavy favorite here.
I would have to agree with that.
I think that Damian Priest will win this championship back at some point in time.
But I think that Gunther's got some more stories to tell here.
And I think that, and we'll certainly see how this shakes out with the Royal Rumble,
but there's definitely some more stories to be told here.
That could be the championship,
that John Sina ends up winning as his 17th.
Who knows?
That is still a long way away as we start.
And we haven't even seen John Sina make his most recent return.
There's a lot of different speculation we can have about that one.
But I think that Gunther still has some more stories to tell.
So I will say, Gunther holds on to it there.
And then we go to the men's war games match,
which I'm assuming would be the main event.
Roman Raines and Jimmy and Jay Uso and Sammy Zane and CM Punk with Paul Heyman versus Solo
Sacoa Jacob Fetoo, Tomatanga and Tonga Loa and Bronson Reed.
Why am I saying so many ands in there?
I'm reading it, I don't know what, I'm reading it right off the official website.
Why are there so many ants?
In this match, there are a lot of different things that could happen here.
I think Paul Heyman's going to be the wild card here.
I, it feels obvious, but I really feel like Paul Heyman is going to turn on the baby faces here,
turn on Roman Raines and everybody else.
And I, I just think that that's, I know it's obvious.
I know it's right in front of us there, even to the fact that Paul Heyman came out kind
of dressed like Solo Sokoa when he made his return, not wearing the dress shirt under his suit,
but wearing a red t-shirt with the red pocket square.
I know it feels obvious,
but sometimes those things are just right in front of your face there
and you can't ignore them.
So I feel like either they did that as a red herring
of like, you know, like the magician's hot assistant,
like, look over here while this other thing's happening.
Or they're doing it, you know,
to like literally just put it in plain sight like that.
But I just feel like that's going to happen.
Paul Heaman is so much better.
when he works as a baby face.
And could you imagine Paul Heyman,
how much he would level up someone like Solo Sacoa
who is doing incredible work?
How much could he level up Solo Sacoa even more?
Could you imagine Paul Haman and Jacob Fattu?
Jacob Fattu is a Paul Haman guy?
My goodness, that just puts him in another stratosphere.
And that's what I'm thinking about with this.
you've of course also got set ralins here as a wild card set rollins has some major issues here
with cm punk on one side bronson reid on the other side set ralins can play a factor in this match as well
but that's the one that really anything could happen in this one the odds on my bookie have
roman reins uso sammy and cm punk as the favorites and i tend to agree with that i i i
feel like that's likely what's going to happen here, especially after Roman
Raines got pinned in his last match. I think that the good guys here, the baby faces,
pick up the victory. But man, it'll be really interesting to see how this all shakes out.
I will not be at Survivor Series. I'm not going to be in Vancouver, although I love Vancouver.
I lived to Vancouver for a year. I was hosting a show there on MTV2 Canada.
It's where I did my very first ever wrestling interview with Bobby Lashley.
I would love to be there.
But I would also much prefer to be here with my wife, Rachel, who's about to pop.
I'm like, the due date is right around the corner.
So the last thing I want to do is go to another country, even though it's my home country.
The last thing I want to do is go back home to Canada.
And she goes into labor.
And it's like, okay, let me try to figure out a way to come back.
Yeah, I think I'll be.
very comfortably watching this from home on Saturday night.
And it'll be really interesting to see what all happens here.
If you've watched any of these interviews on my YouTube channel,
you know that I know a thing or two about a good plain t-shirt.
It's kind of become my uniform at this point,
just a solid black t-shirt or a solid white t-shirt.
I have found the most comfortable t-shirt ever with Viori's Dream Knit collection.
The Ponto Performance Tea is amazing because,
it's so soft and lightweight
and has that four-way performance stretch.
It's versatile so you can wear it for something
like an interview or going out.
It's also something that I wear to the gym all the time.
Same with their Ponto Performance Joggers,
which are so comfortable.
I wear them in and out of the house all the time.
In fact, you'll never see me in an airport
wearing anything else but the Ponto performance joggers.

That's VU-O-R-I-com slash CVV.
This one's from the homie gilly on Instagram with the women's intercontinental championship
being announced.
Who do you think will be the inaugural champion?
That was nice to see that announced.
And I think that there were some people who said, man, why is there only going to be a women's
United States championship on SmackDown?
Will we have one on Raw as well?
And the answer from Adam Pierce on Monday was yes.
I know there's a lot of people who don't like the design in general of the new Intercontinental
Championship, like the one that we've had for the last few years and the same design here for
the women's Intercontinental Championship.
I like it.
I don't know.
I like the oval shape better, but I don't dislike this one.
I think that if I were to have to pick someone right now to be the inaugural women's
Intercontinental Champion, I would go with Dakota Kai.
It just feels like with everything that she's had going on and the way that she works in the
ring, it would make a lot of sense and she's so deserving of this.
So Dakota Kai would be my first pick for this.
And then I'm going to go with a dark horse on my other pick here.
Natty.
Natty would be the perfect person to just kind of say like, you have worked so hard.
You always say yes.
You put everybody else over.
You make everybody else look like a million bucks.
She's kind of like the female Dolf Ziegler.
And for them to go, you know what?
We want you to make history.
again, because you've already made history for us so many times in the past, we want you to make
history for us again. You're going to be the inaugural women's intercontinental champion. I could see
that happening as well. I would love to see that happen. Like I think that Natty is so underrated,
and she's also so underappreciated for what she does in the ring. Like, you put her in an opening
card match, she's going to knock it out of the park. You put her in the main event, she's going to knock it
out of the park. You put her in some match in the middle of the card with no buildup. She's going to
knock it out of the park. So I think that Natty would make a lot of sense here. But if it's,
so if it's not Dakota Kai, I would love to see Natty. And I think that the story, both on camera
and also behind the scenes, could definitely make a lot of sense there. Broski 4301 on Twitter says,
Hey, CVV, what do you think of the Costco guys in AEW? So,
whether you had heard of the Costco guys or not before this, this wasn't just a celebrity match.
And I think that at first glance, that's what a lot of people thought.
Here's some guys who are viral right now on TikTok.
Let's throw this big boom, AJ.
Let's just throw him in a match in AEW.
There's a lot more to this.
And I'm sure you already know this, but it felt like with the lead up to AEW full gear,
people didn't get the full story here that AJ was an independent,
wrestler on the New Jersey indie scene. This wasn't just a gimmick match. Like a lot of times when you see
celebrity matches, they come out there and I'm not going to name names. There's certainly some
people that are immediately popping into your mind. There's some people that come out there. They don't
know about wrestling. They just think this is like some goofy thing and they don't treat it seriously
and the moves they try to do look awful. Yeah, I know there's, mm-hmm, yep, that's the person.
Yep, you're thinking of them as well. Mm-hmm.
this wasn't the case with that.
AJ went out there and you could tell that he was a worker.
He had some solid punches.
Man, some really, really great punches.
And so much credit to QT. Marshall for carrying this match,
putting this match together and making AJ look like a million bucks.
Like, yes, AJ is a former independent wrestler.
It's been a while, though.
You know, there might be some rust there.
Although he's done a few, I guess, done a few things.
leading up to AEW, but it's been a while. QT made him look like a million bucks,
so my hat's off to QT and being able to make him look great. At the end of the day,
this is a father and son enjoined some very wholesome fun on a pre-show match, by the way.
This was not on the pay-per-view. This was a pre-show match, which I think got a lot of people
excited about full gear. Like if you weren't watching AEW,
but you spend a lot of time online,
whether that's on TikTok or Instagram or Twitter or YouTube,
it was hard to avoid the fact that the Costco guys
were part of this AEW thing.
So it brought so many eyeballs.
They were on Jimmy Fallon talking about all this stuff.
So whether you like it or you don't,
at the heart of wrestling is making you feel something.
and that's exactly what they did.
So I don't know what the issue is with this.
And I've seen people say,
well, that's a spot that could have been given
to somebody else on the roster.
Aren't those the same people,
the same people who say that type of thing?
Aren't those the same people that go,
oh, well, why'd they just give them a pre-show match?
Why is so-and-so, they're so talented?
Why are they just getting a pre-show match?
I mean, this is opening up a whole other can of worms here
about whether you do or do not care about pre-show matches because it seems like in other situations,
you get mad when certain matches are on the pre-show. Oh, man, they're only on the pre-show.
The pre-show stinks. They're only on the pre-show. Now that this match is on the pre-show,
oh, I can't even believe they put them on the pre-show. Okay, this is just good old-fashioned fun.
This is a father and son creating some incredible memories here.
And if you don't like it, that's okay.
Again, wrestling is a buffet.
You're not going to like everything.
You're not going to like every different match that's on any given card.
You're not going to like every wrestler's character or every wrestler's storyline that they're
involved in right now.
But I really enjoyed it.
They look like they're having a ton of fun.
The pop that the Rizler got when he came out was amazing.
And by the way, for everyone who's giving such a hard time to the Rizler, he is an
eight-year-old kid. He is an eight-year-old kid. What's the, what is the issue here with an eight-year-old
kid being able to live his dream and have some fun here? I couldn't believe the just rude and mean
comments about an eight-year-old kid. So I thought it was a lot of fun. And also, the story came out
that Big Boom, AJ, that's the dad. That's the dad.
Big Justice is the son and the Rizzler's the, well, he's the Rizzler.
But news came out this week that Big Boom, AJ, wrestled that match with a broken foot.
Like, the guy is a worker.
It would have been so easy to just, I don't know if it happened before the match or during the match,
but it would have been so easy to just, oh man, got a broken foot.
Sorry, the guy is a worker.
So all the respect in the world for wrestling with a broken foot, with a broken freaking.
foot. Jithin Jacob emailed this one and hey CVV, preach, brother, preach. Bownless wings are not wings.
Yeah, I love it. Now getting back to WWE, John Cena's been my favorite since I got into wrestling.
We obviously don't know who his final opponent will be, but when do you think his final match will be?
Will it be at a main event like a PLE, like Survivor Series, or Saturday night's main event, or the main event of Raw or Smackdown?
Also, are you thinking about recording? Ask CVV after Friday Night Smackdown to cover all of the shows in your coverage. A real, real one, Jithin Jacob. Well, thank you for being with me on the fact that boneless wings are not real wings. I'm not saying they're not delicious. They're just not wings. Okay. They're just some other sort of chicken goodness. They're not wings. Stop calling them wings. The John Sina retirement tour is going to be really.
interesting and very entertaining as well. If we're looking ahead to, yes, there's been a lot of talk
about final opponent, you're right. There has not been a lot of talk about when this will happen.
So if we look at the WWE calendar on a typical year, this is really Survivor Series is really
the last big PLE of the year. And John Cena has said this is going to be a full year.
This is going to be January to December. I'm knocking on what as I'm saying this. I am hoping
so much that he does not get injured during this. I hate that I even said that. Why don't I even put that
out into the world? But with Survivor Series being the last, you know, real big PLE of the year,
I think that he has a match there but continues to wrestle into December. And here is my theory.
We know that John Cena's return for the retirement tour is happening on January 6,
raw on Netflix. That has been announced. And I think that's going to bring a lot of
of eyes to that first show. And that first show is going to be just bonkers. I can't wait.
Here's my theory. I think that John Sina's final match will also be on Raw on Netflix. And here's why I think
that with the amount of money that is being pumped into these TV deals and now these streaming
deals with the deal with Netflix, these TV deals and what happens on Raw or Smackdown is
almost as important as what happens on the PLEs.
And somebody who works for WWE,
I'm not going to say who it is,
but we were having a conversation recently.
And they were saying the old school model used to be like,
with TVs,
with Ron SmackDown,
you would build up to the big money pay-per-view
and then you would start over again,
raw Smackdown, Raw Smackdown,
that you would build up again to the big money pay-per-view.
And that was how the model used to work.
Well, now with billions,
of dollars being spent for these TV deals, what happens on Raw and what happens on Smackdown
is kind of of equal importance to what happens on a PLA.
So I think, and nobody has said this to me, this is me just purely speculating wildly
to borrow a phrase from my friend Sam Roberts.
I think that WWE wants to show Netflix what they can really do.
want to show Netflix what they're capable of. Look at how we're kicking the year off. Look at all the
people that were streaming this live. And then I think that at the end of that calendar year,
they want to go and look how we bookended this year. Great start to the year. Massive numbers,
huge show. And then we're all going to wrap it up here in 2025 with John Cena's final match.
That is my prediction right now. We're 13 months away from that happening. But it lost.
of things here just feel like they really add up and make a lot of sense for that. Because what else are you
going to do? Are you going to, here's the other thing. And I just thought of this right now. They could also
create a PLE in December that is like the John Cena PLE. Like the entire thing is just a tribute to
John Cena and his incredible career. And then he has this last match. That could also be the case.
I mean, think about when Edge was leaving WWE. They dedicated that whole.
Smackdown episode to just Edge has had an amazing career, like 25 years of Edge. Look at all the
great things he did. And then an absolute banger of a match with Seamus. Man, that was one of my
favorite matches of that year. And I talked to him about that during our interview. They could do
that with John Cena. They could do that. And I think that if it happens on Raw, I think that they will be
doing that regardless. But I guess the only other option here in December is to create a
another pay-per-view. I don't know. I don't know what the case is, but I do feel like, and I've said
this before, but it just reminds me of when Kobe announced that it was his final season,
and when Derek Jeter announced that it was, it was his final season. And they made it this,
it was literally a retirement tour, because they would go to the opposing stadium and the opposing
stadium would have a ceremony and they would present him with something of like, hey, like,
congrats on an amazing career. I don't know if he's going to get presented with something every
single time, but I think that every show that he has announced on is going to just feel important.
And they're going to sell out, boom, so quickly. And I think it also goes without saying that
John Cena's final match will likely be at the Boston Garden. Like, where else could it be?
Matt Tilson emailed this one in. Chris, thank you for the great shows each week. I am a
real, real one. I would like to ask you a question for the number 59 Bobby Boucher episode.
I think Bobby Boushay wore number nine in the water boy.
Bobba Boushe. You talked about a Mount Rushmore of WCW.
And we've heard about other Mount Rushmore's, but what would be your ECW Mount Rushmore?
Thank you for the content. We are all grateful to you, Matt, from Oklahoma.
Matt, that is a good one.
And I've asked this question of quite a few people who were in ECW.
And it's Mount Rushmore's are always so difficult.
I will preface this answer by saying that.
Because it's personal, right?
You're just saying your personal people who you pick.
And then you could only have four people.
So then people are always like, what about so and so?
What about so and so?
Well, the answer to what about so and so is they were not included on my personal list.
like when someone says like what's your whatever whatever your favorite is what about this thing well
that might be your favorite and that's great and i totally respect you for that they just didn't happen
to make my list of only four people so when i think about ECW man it's tough to narrow down to just
four but i'm trying to think of the people who that when i say their name you immediately go oh yeah
ECW. Or here's a better test of it. When they come out to the ring, the fans, even now,
still chant ECW, ECW. So with that in mind, I'm going to go with, and Paul Heyman's not eligible
for this. I think that he's not a wrestler, but I think we just have to understand that, yes,
without Paul Heyman, none of this exists. So we're going to keep it to people who performed regularly
inside the ring. I feel like I needed to preface that.
I'm going to go with Tommy Dreamer.
I mean, how can you think about Tommy Dreamer
and not immediately think of ECW?
Saboo, again, ECW, ECW.
ECDub.
Rob Van Dam, and I will still say it to this day,
it is an absolute travesty that Rob Van Dam
didn't win the ECW championship
while ECW was still its thing.
Yes, he won it with that amazing match
with John Cena, Hammerstein,
ballroom. I get it. It wasn't the same. It wasn't the same thing. You know, it just wasn't the same.
And then Samman. That's my ECW Mount Rushmore right there. Dreamer, Sabu, RVD, and Samman.
Yes, there are some other people you can throw in there, but that is my personal Mount Rushmore of
ECW. I was a huge ECW fan. I am a huge ECW fan. And quick little story here.
was really only touring in the U.S. for so long, like most of the time that ECW was around.
And then they announced that they were coming to Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
And my buddy Greg, who was in my backyard wrestling federation with me, the HCW,
Greg Cousack, was a huge ECW fan.
Like, that was his show.
That was his number one show.
And I watched it with him every Friday just because, man, I couldn't get enough wrestling.
but I was still like much more of a WWF fan at the time,
but ECW was like number two for me.
Oh, no, I guess I don't know.
Yeah, I guess he was number two.
I don't know.
Kind of flip between WCW and ECW.
But anyway, they were coming to the Hershey Center in Mississauga.
And I was like, do I want to go?
I don't know.
And he bought tickets and he ended up sitting like super close
and getting someone's blood on him during a match.
I think it might have been Sandman.
I'm not sure.
But I ended up going like last minute or driving from Pickering to Mississauga, which when you got to drive through the city to do that.
And the traffic was just atrocious, but we ended up getting there.
So I'm proud to say that I was able to go to an ECW show live because there were not a lot of them that happened in Canada.
Cody Moran.
Cody Moran?
Probably Moran.
Email this one in real, real one since 21.
Okay.
Thank you. Hey, Chris, I've been a big fan since I heard the Brad Williams podcast in 2021. Oh, man, Brad Williams. He's awesome. My wife and I are already talking about having another kid as we already have a three-year-old son. Any tips on what to prepare for for another one? Also, would love to go bass fishing with you on Rayburn one day. Oh, man, Sam Rayburn Reservoir, sign me up. P.S. would also love to talk one-on-one with you because you seem like a cool guy.
that I can have a beer with.
Wishing you and the family a safe and great Thanksgiving
and a safe delivery of baby boy.
Well, first of all, just sign me up.
I will go fishing with you any day.
I will go bass fishing with you anytime.
And Sam Rayburn Reservoir,
I remember growing up watching the bass masters on TV
and they would always talk about Sam Rayburn.
So I would love to go there.
I don't have any tips, man.
We're preparing right now.
And I don't know what is to come
when baby boy gets here in two-ish weeks.
So look, I'm sure you have a great partner and you've got a three-year-old son and I'm sure
your son is amazing.
I think it's just the idea here of just like wrapping your head around the idea of like
growing your family and somehow expanding your love.
You already thought, man, there is no possible way.
I could love anything more than I love my son.
That's how I feel about my daughter.
Man, there's, it's not impossible.
And somehow our hearts have expanded even more.
And we're going to give love to another one.
But I would just say, like, I don't have any advice.
No one has any good parenting advice.
Seriously.
I remember a friend of mine, Sean,
I was, I think my wife was like a few months pregnant with our first one.
And he was like, hey, I know a lot of people are giving you advice.
Don't listen to them.
He's like, seriously, you'll be able to figure it out.
Like, it will just come to you.
It will just all come to you.
I don't know if that's necessarily true.
I have been given some good pieces of advice.
I've also been given some really bad pieces of advice.
So I'm more on the, I'm more of the belief that you don't need my advice.
You've been doing this longer than I have.
You've been a father twice as long as I have.
You have a three year old.
I have an 18 month old.
I almost said 18 month year old.
I have an 18 month old.
You've got a three year old.
You've got this.
You don't need anything from me except for a congratulations for when that does happen, Cody.
The Royal Caper.
The Royal Caper on Instagram says,
who's a face that you love to boo?
Mine is LA Knight.
I always let out a moleman monotone.
No.
I love going to shows.
And when the bad guy comes out,
when the heel comes out,
I go, no, boo!
We don't like this person.
Boo, they are not a good person.
If you've ever sat near me,
I will do that for certain people.
Like when Gunther comes out,
This is the opposite of what you're saying.
I just, I love to like laugh and and cheer and then like sarcastically boo.
Like, boo, we don't like you.
Boo, you are a bad guy.
Who's a face that I love to boo?
I don't have a specific example of this, but you guys know that I'm a big fan of logic in wrestling.
Like I like when things make sense.
So when a baby face does something that a heel would do, but then a heel would get booed for that,
like, for example, I'm not giving a specific reference here, but like, actually, no, this is a specific
reference because it came up during the interview with Ricky Starks.
When Roman Raines was being arrested by the U.S. Marshals, whenever that was 10 years ago,
and then he was assaulting these federal officers, somehow that was being painted.
as a like a good guy thing to do.
Like, and I understand like the logic behind it is like, oh, he was put in a situation
where like they, they, you know, they were arresting him and like abusing their authority.
Yeah, but like, I never understand the logic behind when, when especially police officers
on WWE get beat up.
And then there's no repercussions for that.
Like that's the thing I've just, I'm not, I'm not saying I'm booing a face for that.
But when a baby face assault police officers, I'm like, how is that like,
I'm scratching my head going, that seems like a felony.
Like that doesn't, ah.
They doesn't like, Cody, Cody recently did this.
Remember that?
Remember when Cody beat up a bunch of police officers in the ring?
And then like, he got cheered for that.
and then there was like no fallout of like, oh, yeah, by the way, you assaulted some police officers.
So it's not that I boo Cody.
Love Cody.
It's amazing.
Huge Cody fan.
But I'm just saying when baby faces do heal things or like, you know, break the law, that's just something, I don't know.
This doesn't make sense to me.
And now it's my favorite part of these Ask CVV episodes.
When it turns into Ask RVV when my beautiful, incredible, very pregnant wife, Rachel comes in here.
And we also have another special guest in here.
Little Logan Lynn is in here, our daughter, who turns 18 months today.
Today as we do this.
So welcome back to the show, Rachel Van Vleet.
Hello, everyone.
And hello.
Logan's right here.
But I don't know if we'll hear from her.
She was talking all kinds before you guys came in here.
But now she's like, what's going on?
Oh, there we go.
That's Logan's first podcast appearance here.
This question is from Benza Lance on Facebook.
Hey, Chris, I have an ask RVV question.
Turducken, yay or nay.
And for people who don't know what we're talking about,
this is when they put the duck inside the turkey for Thanksgiving, right?
Well, the chicken inside the duck inside the turkey.
Oh, that's right.
This is three, the Turk, duck, kin.
Yeah, oh my gosh.
I can't say I've ever dabbled personally.
Me neither.
I was talking about a, what's the one where it's just the two?
I don't know.
That doesn't matter.
Yeah, that I don't, I, maybe it's good.
I'm personally not a duck fan.
So I don't know if I would even enjoy it.
But duck has never been my favorite choice of poultry.
Is it poultry?
Yeah, it's, I think.
No.
Bird?
My favorite.
Yeah. It's a little greasy, right? I like duck, but it's a little, I understand what you're saying. I'm always up for something new. And you are like the culinary queen. So I feel like if anyone were to make a good turduckin, it'd be you. It'd be great. But I'm hands off on the turkey that, you know, for Thanksgiving. That's your threshold. Look at our daughter. She's so smart. She figured out how door handles work. She's now escaped from the office slash recording studio here.
Honey, where are you going?
We kept it pretty simple for Thanksgiving this year,
mostly because Rachel's 38, almost 38 and a half weeks pregnant.
So like, we're almost there.
Any day now.
Yeah, December 11th is the due day.
But it was like turkey, we did some mashed potatoes, the stuffing, of course, the gravy.
What else did we have there?
Green beans?
No, asparagus.
Asparagus, right.
I always think like green bean casserole is the thing that everybody talks about.
No.
It's gross.
I agree.
I shared that thing on Instagram.
It's like get rid of one of these forever.
Everyone said green bean casserole.
Everybody said green bean casserole.
What are the rolls.
A lot of hate for the rolls too.
Like you don't want to fill up, right?
You don't want to just eat a whole bunch of dinner rolls.
No, I get that.
But if I had to eliminate, that was the question.
Which one would you eliminate?
Forever.
Forever.
Get rid of the green bean cassero.
I love green beans.
Yeah.
Strongly dislike green bean casserole.
Look, I'm not just saying this because you're right here, but you are the best cook.
You really are.
You have to say that because I'm right here.
I even said it a few weeks ago when you weren't sitting right here.
And I think, again, I'm just amazed by the fact that you don't even look at recipes.
Oh, do you hear that?
Logan's like, oh, wow.
It's true.
I know.
She doesn't even look at recipes.
She looks once and then goes, I don't know, kind of making my own.
See what we do here.
Unless I'm baking, then baking.
then baking you have to be very precise.
Yeah.
Okay, so I think we'll go with a yay on that, even though we've never tried it.
But I'm down to try it.
Maybe next Thanksgiving.
Maybe.
I know you're not a big turkey for Christmas person, but what about a turduckin?
I think we're probably going to be doing some ordering in for Christmas this year.
Our hands might be a little full.
We were thinking about this last night, and the due date is December 11th, and that's 40,
weeks on the dot is like that's when they determine the due day they let you go to 42 weeks right
i don't know there's a whole bunch of stuff here if we went to 42 weeks and by we i mean rachel
i'm not the pregnant one here it would be christmas day 42 weeks on the dot would be christmas day i don't
i don't think we're going to get there though i don't think so this is a big big baby he is he's
measuring very large right now everyone this other one not technically
an Ask RVV question, but you do tie into this story here. Dustin Fuse on Instagram. I hope that's right.
FUHS. Favorite story of forgetting a piece of tech on a shoot and what happened to the content.
The interview that you guys saw that I did with Ray Mysterio a few months ago, I drove out to Las Vegas for that one.
So it's like a four, four and a half hour drive from where we live in Orange County, California.
And I was driving out with my buddy Zeus,
who a really good friend of mine.
He's the guy who owns the West Coast Creative Studio
where you see a lot of these interviews
that I've been recording in Hollywood.
He's awesome.
So he came over, we drove out,
we're like 45 minutes into the drive,
and I realized that I forgot my entire bag full of gear.
So I have two bags.
One is full of like the bigger stuff,
like the lights and the tri-pies,
pods and the mic stands and everything. The other bag has the, like the important stuff,
like the microphones and the cameras. And I realized that I forgot it. And we're 45 minutes into
this drive and like, you know, you can't mess with traffic. You certainly cannot mess with
California traffic. And I called up Rachel and I said, oh my gosh, honey, you'll never believe it.
I forgot the cameras back at the house. And you go, yeah, in this black suitcase,
looking thing? Yeah, they're sitting right here. But then Rachel and Logan saved the day.
We did. We drove about 30 minutes. You turned around and drove toward us. We just drove toward you and we
figured we'd meet wherever we met. And then you called me and you said, don't worry. I'm in the carpool lane.
And I said, there is no carpool lane. You are in the toll road. Get out or the toll lane. And you couldn't
get out. That's one of the ones that when you're in it, you're in it and you're trapped in it.
Which is a whole new concept to me. I didn't know that. But yeah, you, you were like,
I'm going to grab Logan and we'll jump in the truck right now and we'll head your way.
Okay, we'll turn around and we'll meet you somewhere on the side of the freeway.
And if it wasn't for you, that Rami Mysterio interview would not have happened.
We saved the day. You did. You saved the day. I also did an interview with the Godfather that
day, but we were so tight on time with everybody's schedules that if you hadn't come out,
we would have wasted so much time, Zeus and I driving all the way back to get the gear and
then coming all the way back, we would have lost like an hour and a half at least.
Easily, yeah, especially messing around with the 91 freeway in the morning during rush hour.
So that is my favorite story. It's also a lesson learned. I double and triple check everything now
before I head out for a shoot, whether that's...
Except your computer charger.
You seem to forget that a lot.
I have, although I realize I have the new iPhone and it's the USBC plug, it works with my
computer because my computer charges on a USBC.
But yes, I have forgotten my computer.
Other than that, you remember everything.
You've got even just that mental list you got going is very good.
It's this pile of stuff.
I know there's a lot of piles of stuff in my, my own.
office. But that pile of stuff there and that pile of stuff there, just that comes every time,
no matter what. That comes with me on the trip. So that's, that was a lesson learned for sure.
And also like, how lucky am I that you were just like, yeah, like, let's go. You could have been like,
no, sorry, like, I'm in the middle of something or like. And that was when she was,
nap times were iffy as it is. So her falling asleep in the, in the car was, we were taking risks that day.
were really messing, playing with fire. But she did great. She loved our quick little drive and she
stayed awake the whole time. So it was a win for everyone. You saved the day. You saved the day, honey.
So thank you. We all, we all thank you because that Ray Mysterio interview was one of my favorites
from the years. So there we go. Another, another successful edition here of Ask RVV. Love you,
honey. Thank you for, thank you for joining us here. Thank you. Logan, thank you for just playing around
in here and exploring and all that stuff. If you have a question for Rachel, send it in,
ask RVV, leave it on Spotify or send it to me on social media or email it over to me.
These are my favorites because then I get to learn lots of things about you too. So I appreciate you.
Christian 07 Luna on Instagram says, hey, Chris, what do you think about Dominic being the number one
wrestler under 30 years old? So ESPN put out a list.
week of the 30 best pro wrestlers under 30. I'm not going to give you the entire list here,
but I'll give you the top five. Dominic Mysterio at number one, MJF at number two. Tony Storm
at number three, Rio Ripley at number four, Mariah May at number five. I think when you're talking
about anybody under 30, especially when you're talking about heels, Dominic Mysterio and
MJF are the two names that immediately pop in everybody's mind.
I think that they could go one, two, with this list.
It could have been MJF number one, Dominic Mysterio number two, or the way that it was.
Dom number one, MJF number two.
Just the growth that Dominic Mysterio has had has been incredible.
Like when you watch his SummerSlam match against Seth Rollins from four years ago and that kid versus what he's come in, like become now,
he's coming to his own in an amazing way.
Guy can't even hold a microphone without the arena just erupting into booze.
He doesn't even, he's not even talking.
He's just holding a microphone to his face and he gets booze.
Nobody's getting heat on the level that Dominic Mysterio was getting.
And to kind of piggyback off the question we had a few questions ago, like he's just someone
you love to boo.
Like, it's not like he's cutting these incredible heel promos, but,
just the essence, the aura of what Dom is, is just like, you just don't like him.
So I think that Dominic Mysterio is well deserving of this spot. And then when you look at the
work that MJF has done, it's been incredible. And MJF has been turning heads since even before
AEW is a thing with the work that he was doing on the independence and the stuff he was doing in MLW.
and then he came into AEW and turned the place on its head.
And the thing I love about MJF is every time he grabs a mic,
he don't know what he's going to say.
And he has just such a way with words that he's going to find a way to take a dig at you
in like the nastiest way slash most memorable way possible.
So I don't disagree.
And then people will always look at a list like this and go,
you put so-and-so at number eight.
They're definitely better than so-and-so that was at number six.
Yeah, maybe, I guess.
It's all subjective, though.
Or someone will be at number six,
and they'll go, oh, how can they be at number six?
They're definitely a top five wrestler.
Yeah, maybe.
But I would also think that it's an honor to be even included on this list
of the best pro-wrestlers.
under the age of 30. I think you've got a super bright future in everybody who's on this list.
You've got a future world champion in Dom. You've got MJF with all the work he's done as a
world champion and everything he's done in AEW. Everybody on here is so talented. And I think that
really when you boil this down, what's exciting about it is the future is in good hands.
you know, some of our favorite wrestlers right now are starting to get a little bit older, you know,
and they have got a lot more years behind them than in front of them.
And I don't have to name everybody's name, but you know who I'm talking about.
It's a lot of wrestlers whose age begins with a four or a five.
And it's just nice to know that the next generation is looking real strong.
E. Robbie, the legend, on Instagram.
Do you think we will see Joe Hendry at the Royal.
Rumble. I love the pod, Perth, Ontario. I think that's a real possibility. And the pop that we would
hear if we believed, if we believed in Joe Henry, all we have to do is say his name. And that's
all it's going to take for him to appear in the Royal Rumble. We just have to say his name.
I think that Triple H is smart enough that he knows the Rumble serves a few purposes.
And I think that, yes, I think that the main purpose of the Rumble is to
start to set up a storyline on that road to
WrestleMania. Of course, we get that.
But the Rumble has all these other moments
built into it. There's the
returns that are so cool.
Like, oh my gosh, that person, like John's seen
in 2008. That person was supposed to
be out for the rest of the year. What are
they doing here? How are they able to
come back so quickly? So I think the returns,
like we talked about earlier, real
possibility there with, like, Charlotte Flair
or Becky Lynch. There's also the
nostalgia. I think that's an element that plays into
the Royal Rumble. And I think there's
there's a surprise, whether that's a surprise return, or it's like Jordan Grace appearing in the
Royal Rumble last year. It's like, what? Oh my gosh, we didn't even think this was possible.
And look, it's happening. I think that Triple H is more than aware that that is a thing when we
talk about the Royal Rumble. I'd actually be surprised if Joe Hendry's not in the Royal Rumble.
And I'm not saying that this is going to lead to some WWE contract or this is going to lead to
a major storyline in WWE. But just him being there, I think, would be a
a huge moment and a huge pop. I'm sure you've seen the stats, but the most watch wrestling video
on Twitter this year, as of right now, is Joe Hendry's NXT debut. So I think that they're well aware
that there would be a lot of eyeballs on that. Again, I'd be shocked if he's not in the Royal
Rumble. Daniel Mustock on Twitter says, hey, CVV, I couldn't agree with you more about what
you said last week that boneless wings are not real wings. Since you are a chicken wing connoisseur,
what is your favorite wing flavor? I like how everybody is on board with this. Again, I'm not saying
I don't like boneless wings. Boneless wings are delicious. They're just not real wings. Let's call them
something else. I really like a spicy barbecue sauce. So if I were looking at a menu and there was
spicy barbecue or some sort of version of like, I like saucy. Sometimes, like hot too,
but sometimes with hot, especially when it's buffalo, it gets watered down with butter, like it's
very buttery or very oily. I like a good sauce. I like being able to like, you know, after you've picked
up the wing, you've still got some like sauce on your fingers. So spicy barbecue is going to be my go-to.
If you go to a place and you're able to get like 12 wings and you can split up the two flavors or two
pounds and a pound of this flavor, a pound of that flavor. I'll do something that's like a little bit
hotter and then I'll do something that's maybe a little bit more sweeter. That's kind of like
what I like to do. But I tend to lean on the spicy barbecue is, I lean on the spicier side of
that. That guy who does stuff 44 on Instagram. Hey, Chris, have you ever had a guest not show up for an
interview, keep up the great work. Yes. I'm not going to name names. They were not wrestlers.
This was before when I was doing things with people out, you know, in the broader spectrum of
entertainment. I had a comedian. I'm not going to say what their name is, but you would know who they are.
They're well known. We'd set this up. We were doing it at the studio in Los Angeles.
and they just didn't show up.
The interview was for like, I think it was,
I think we'd set up for noon.
And it was like, I got there like, you know, 11, 45 and just setting up and just making sure I was there ready to go for when they arrived.
And then 12 o'clock rolled around and they weren't there.
And I shot them a message.
I said, oh, hey, you know, like, we're all ready to go.
Like, let me know when you get here.
No response.
and then like I'm sitting there like okay and I'm looking at the engineer I don't know if they're like
it's weird I haven't heard from them so I sent another message like another 10 minutes later so it's like
1220 at this point and when you rent the studio you only have it by the hour you don't have it by the
guest or by the interview you have it by the hour so I had from 12 to 1 that was it so every moment
that's ticking by here is one less minute that I
I'm able to spend with a guest and record the episode.
I sent another message,
hey, what's your ETA?
We're, you know, ready to rock.
And finally, at like 1230, I got a message from them.
Oh, my gosh.
I'm so sorry.
I mixed this up in my calendar.
I'm recording something else today for another project.
I can't believe I didn't reach out to let you know.
I'm so sorry.
And then, but there was no, in that message,
there was nothing about like, can we reschedule?
would tomorrow work better for you?
How's next Wednesday look?
It was just like, I'm sorry.
And then that was it.
And then we never rescheduled it.
This person has never been a guest on the show.
And that was that.
And I was just like, that sucks.
I get it happens, right?
I get that things in life happen.
But yeah, that one, it was just, I don't know.
I'm one of those people that when I say I'm going to do something, I do it.
And if I, for whatever reason, if something comes up,
I at least would reach out and say, oh, my gosh, I double booked this or I got a another,
like comedians are doing a lot of acting or auditions. I got an audition that I can't miss.
I get it. Of course. Totally understand that. But I'm not going to say their name. You can,
you can take some guesses as to who you think it might be. But that was just a little bit
unfortunate. Juan Antonio Smith on Facebook, what's your personal dream match?
that never happened. And if it did happen, who do you think would have won? My answer to this is
Kurt Engel versus Brett Hart. We just missed it. Like we just missed the window. Kurt Engel had debuted
in WWE, but Brett Hart was in WCW at that time. They talked about doing this. Kurt Engel actually,
when I did the interview with him like five years ago, he said that they talked about doing a
WrestleMania match. I think it was
WrestleMania 20 they talked about. I think that's a 20. Somewhere
somewhere around there. It might have been 21 or
22, but we'd be talking about early 2000s here. And Kurt E. Engel basically said to me
like, look, I'll do all the bumping. I'll do all the selling. You can
beat me down. I just want a match. And at that point,
Brett Hart wasn't able to do it. So that's the match for me. Who do I think would
win? I don't really care. Honestly, the match
be so good. I think if you were to book a match with Kurt Angle and Brett Hart, if in that time range,
I would think that Kurt Angle would win just because of the upward trajectory that his career
was on at that time. But honestly, just being able to see those two have a match, well, I don't know
what those noises were, but insane. Daniel Bell on Facebook says, what book are you currently
reading? Well, that's a very thoughtful question there. I am reading Malcolm Gladwell's newest book
which is called, let's make sure I get the full title here as I looked this up, Revenge of the Tipping
Point. So you had a great book called The Tipping Point. This is called Revenge of the Tipping Point.
And man, the way that Malcolm Gladwell writes, it's just so good. He is a fantastic author.
If you've never read any of his books, I would recommend highly the Tipping Point or Outliers.
Those are two of my favorite books of all time.
But all of his books are great.
David and Goliath talking to strangers,
Blank, Revenge of the Tipping Point,
just like how the tipping point was so good.
And he talked about like,
the thing that makes the tipping point so great
is he finds these really unique stories,
like things you would never,
like these fascinating correlations.
And he puts them together,
and I don't know.
I'm doing a, I'm not doing this book justice.
But the tipping point is one of my favorite books came out in the year 2000.
And here he is now, 24 years later or 25 years later.
I maybe, I think that's what he said as I'm reading the book.
But there's just, there's just, there's just, he has an amazing way of being able to tell stories.
So really enjoying revenge of the tipping point right now.
and that, my friend, is our last question for Ask CVV number 59, the Jack Ham,
Jake Gensel and Tim Schaller edition.
Thank you guys for joining us on this one.
Thank you for listening all the way until the end.
You, my friends, are a real, real one for that, so I appreciate you.
I'm curious, since there's so many wing eaters listening right now, are you a, a
a drum or a flat.
Do you prefer the drum or the flat?
The one bone or the two bone?
Drop it in the comments if you're listening on Spotify.
I would love to know.
I think I go more with the drum.
The meat, I just feel like it's more for me like a,
almost like it has a handle built in.
You can just kind of one hand that thing.
Although there's a lot more like grizzled though
when you eat the drum.
The flat feels like it has a better meat to it.
But you tell me, leave it in the comments.
Drum or a flat.
Thank you so much for being with.
us on this one. You guys are the best. I'll leave you with this quote from Norman Vincent Peel,
which feels appropriate since we just had Thanksgiving yesterday. The more you practice the art of
thankfulness, the more you will have to be thankful for. And that's what gratitude is really
all about. And that's why I love it so much. Be great. Be grateful, my friends. Have an amazing weekend.
We will see you on the next one for some more insight. Josh Alexander joins us on Tuesday.
a lot to talk about with him.
And then we've got a big one on Thursday that you will not want to miss.
Have a great weekend.
We'll see you next week.
The Hammer Alley podcast, an 80s flashback mockumentary.
Back in the 80s, there were a thousand bands trying to make it in the world of rock.
But there was one band that had it all.
Hammer Alley.
Whatever happened to Hammer Alley?
How did they go from top of the rock?
I'm looking for a music video.
They're a band from 1987.
Hammer Alley.
Ever heard of then?
To Rock Bottom.
Dude, I was born in 1987.
I can't believe he's doing this.
