Ladies and gentlemen, Chris Van Fleet!
Oh, how are we feeling, my friends?
Welcome back to another one here on Inside.
I'm CVV.
Chris Van Fleet, happy Friday.
Hope it's been a great week for you.
SummerSlam in the rearview mirror now.
So much to talk about with that.
Thank you for being a real one and for hitting play on an AskCTV episode.
and thank you for making insight the number one wrestling podcast on planet Earth,
maybe even in the entire galaxy or the universe.
I don't know.
I haven't seen what the wrestling podcast numbers look like on other planets,
but as far as I'm concerned,
I think it may be the number one wrestling podcast in the entire universe.
Hit a swanton bomb on that follow button.
Wherever you're listening, I know a lot of you are listening on Spotify.
So if you are, could you leave?
a rating on there. We're at 14.4,000 ratings. And I know we could get to 15,000, maybe even by the end of the
weekend. So if you're listening on Spotify, just go into the show, hit the three little dots,
dot, dot, dot, dot. Then you will see rate show. And then when you click that, you'll see the stars
come up. So just pretend we're in the Tokyo Dome. All right. If you're listening on Apple,
a few words that would constitute a rating would be so helpful. So I will thank you in advance
for both of those.
One week ago today,
we had a room of real, real, real ones packed in there for Insight Live with special
guest Seamus.
What a blast that was.
Like, he's the perfect guest for a live show because he just gets it.
Like, passion just, like, oozes out of his pores.
Like, he came out, he shook hands with absolutely every person that he could.
He took so many photos after the show.
this is an episode you're going to be hearing next week. That is Thursday's episode next week.
And now I know what you're thinking. Who's Tuesday's episode? I will just say this. Tuesday's episode is
with a member of the bloodline. And if you were a real, real one and you hang around until the end of
this episode, I'll tell you at the end what the lineup looks like for next week, Tuesday and Thursday,
and then we'll have, of course, Ask CBV number 96 next Friday. But,
Man, what a blast for that live show.
And we haven't, like, confirmed it yet,
but it sounds like we're about to lock in Friday night before Survivor Series.
So if you live in Southern California or if you're flying to San Diego for Survivor Series,
Black Friday.
So the day after Thanksgiving, we'll see you there Friday night.
I've said way too much because if this doesn't pan out for whatever reason,
you guys will be like, but hey, CVV, you seven.
I don't ask CTV number 95, you'd have a live show in San Diego.
So I'm really, I'm just hoping this all comes together.
No, it should.
It should.
So keep an eye out for that announcement soon, but we've got time.
It's three and a half months away as of right now.
But man, that's going to fly by.
Like, it's already August, right?
Like, where is 2025 going?
This is just crazy.
the way, have you seen the new CVV micro-brawlers that were just released last week?
If you don't know what a micro-brawler is, like a mini-action figure made by pro-wrestling
T's, I can't believe that I have a micro-brawler.
Like, the names that have these, like when you go to pro-wrestlingtees.com, that's, of course,
where you can grab one and you'll see all the other people with microbrallers.
It's insane that I'm part of that list.
So, yeah, you can grab one at pro-wrestlingtys.com.
or, or you can get an autographed one directly from me.
The regular one autographed is $30.
The limited edition chase figures, autographed or $60.
There were only 50 chase figures made.
And a bunch have already sold.
There's only a handful left.
So if you want one of those, shoot me an email.
CBV at chris fanfleet.com.
That's also my PayPal.
So you can send me a payment there.
And I will get that out to you.
for everybody who wants a CVV micro-brawler.
And I think that if we ever do micro-brawlers again,
I think the Chase version needs to be Chris Sharp.
Like it needs to be the wrestling alter ego, Chris Sharp.
So if these ones end up selling,
and we've sold a bunch of them so far,
but if these ones end up going and there's a new batch made,
I guess that's what we can keep an eye out for.
The Chris Sharp micro-brawlers.
Crazy.
Welcome, my friends, to Ask CVV number 95,
the Miles Garrett and Lightning McQueen edition.
Oh, yes.
If you got a question for next week for Ask CVV number 96,
you know how to get it to me, but I will reiterate it now.
You can leave a comment on Spotify.
You can send it in on email.
CVV at Chris fanfully.com or posted on social media using that hashtag,
Ask CVV.
And if you're listening on Spotify, just leave the word pickle.
Just leave the word pickle.
So I know you're with us and you're paying attention on Spotify.
We have a ton to get to on this one.
So let's get right to it.
Let's dive into this with this one's from Katrina Hilbert on Spotify.
Hi, CVV.
My husband introduced me to your podcast.
and now I'm a real, real one.
Well, first of all, Katrina, your husband sounds like a very smart man, probably very handsome
too, but certainly very smart.
I'd love to hear your views on SummerSlam, specifically Rollins cashing in on Punk.
I feel like Punk deserves this title more than anyone.
Imagine how he'd carry this.
Perhaps we'll get a heel punk as champion in the near future.
Well, I think just as a whole, there's a lot to talk about with SummerSlam, a lot to
digest here. I thought as a whole, like if this is how the two night PLEs are going to be,
I thought as a whole, both nights were really good, really solid. A huge surprise to end both nights.
I personally liked night two more than night one just as a whole. I feel like I'm in the
majority when I say that. That's not to say night one wasn't good. Like if I were to grade it,
I'd give it like a B, but I just think Sunday was that much better like top to bottom.
Sunday was an A show for sure.
So the Seth Rollins cash in, man, we had seen the rumors online, like, what if, what if, you know, what if he's faking this?
And then there were, like, everybody was like, no, there's no way he's faking this.
That's not something you would fake.
All I have to say to this is for all the people, especially last week, when WWE Unreal came out and everyone kept saying, well, K Fabe is dead.
K-Fabe is dead and buried.
Well, my friends, K-Fabe is not dead.
Seth Rawlins worked us all.
And even if you had an inkling that maybe it's not a real injury,
K-Fab's not dead.
Like, Stevie Richards did a breakdown video
of how Seth Rallin's knee was buckling
right before the injury.
Like, obviously, you can't fake a knee buckling,
but like, we were all convinced.
Maybe not all of us,
but the majority of us, and I'm saying us, because I'm including myself in there,
we were convinced.
We were convinced this was a real injury.
And I love how they played into this.
So CM Punk is celebrating that moment.
It's been, someone put a post up into crazy, crazy stat.
It had been 4,570 days since CM Punk last held a championship in WWE.
wild right four thousand five hundred and seventy days so you've got this moment in the ring
c m punk you can tell how much this means to him he's getting emotional and then set
ralins music hits burn it down and he hobbles his way out and it was just so brilliantly
executed where he hobbles out paul haman's holding the briefcase and it's like here's a reminder
Hey, don't get too comfortable with that championship CM Punk,
because when I'm healed up and I'm ready to go,
I'm going to cash in.
That's the vibe of what we're getting here.
Then he turns around, hobbles a few more steps back up the ramp,
pauses, drops the crutches,
and it's all a ruse.
It was all a ruse.
It's like that scene from Willy Wonka.
Right?
he just, he drops the, the crutches and just does the somersault.
Crazy.
Seth Rollins runs down the ramp, cashes in, boom, it's over.
Wild.
Like, what a way.
Like, what a high.
What a way to end night one of SummerSlam, I guess, except if you're CM Punk.
Unless you're CM Punk and everybody else thinks it's a cool moment except for him.
But he's had the heist of the century.
Now he's had the ruse of the century.
Heist of the century, depending on who you ask,
that's either the best or the second best cash.
And I still always go with the Dolph Ziegler,
just the mega pop, the fact that he held on to it for so long.
All of what Dolph Ziegler had been through,
not just with the briefcase, but just in his career.
Like, always being so close and then never being the guy.
But I just, I love the reaction when Dahl Fingler cashed in.
And it was the Monday after WrestleMania,
the Raft or Mania.
But heist of the century is up there.
Like, depending on the day,
it's Heist of the Century or Ziegler for me.
But I think you could put the ruse of the century here now,
top three.
Easily top five.
Like, I think that you could definitely make an argument for top three,
but top five for sure.
Like, I can't think of,
because if we're going to have Ziegler
and the Heist of the Century up there in the top five,
I can't think of two other,
or I guess it'd be three other better,
passions that would replace that one. But wow. Like what a way to end night one. And I don't think that
this isn't it for CM Punk. And I think there was a lot of talk going into SummerSlam that if he won the
World Heavyweight Championship from Gunther, this could be his last championship reign. Well,
it is, it's pretty clear now that his last championship rain isn't going to be this quick rain where he
gets cashed in on a few minutes later. So I think it's just a matter of time before.
Punk wins the championship. I actually think that if Rollins, when he does lose the championship,
pretty good chance that it's probably running a back with Punk and punk beating him for that
championship. But yeah, wow. Also, TLC, my goodness, like, they had already set the bar so high.
And with their match on Smackdown, on the Smackdown after Mania, the bar had been already set so high for
so many of the people that competed in that one and also competed in this one.
The bar in general, though, for TLC matches is through the roof.
Like, the expectations are so high.
And I feel like with a match like that, there's so few things that haven't been done before.
But they found a way to do it.
Tomaso Champa, pulling the Spider-Man move.
Like, what a fascinating way.
What an original way to a, what an original way to a,
the spear off the ladder, which we've now seen a bunch of times before.
Candice Luray.
Oh my gosh.
Somebody check on her.
And what a smart way to do that spot, too.
Like Johnny, her husband, Johnny Gargano's holding the ladder.
He gets bumped.
He's now the one pushing the ladder.
Candice Luray 15 feet down to the ground through a ladder.
Wild.
Wild.
Wild.
I just thought that there was so many great moments in that match, so many great moments in general,
just across both nights.
But I was highly entertained, and I don't think I'm alone in saying this, but SummerSlam,
both nights together, was better than WrestleMania 41, both nights together.
And I don't think that's a hot take.
I think when you just look at this card and the matches that we had, it was just top to bottom.
was a better show.
I love the Eddie Guerrero tribute by A.J. Stiles coming out, the lowrider coming out with his
version of the Latino Heat shirt.
I think this is one of Dominic Mysterio's best matches and he just keeps getting better and
better and better.
I'm loving this intercontinental championship run that he's having.
I was shocked, shocked by the result of the Becky Lynch match with Lyra Valchuria.
I thought for sure what we were setting up for here was Lyra.
to win the championship back and then go on her way and have a completely different intercontinental
championship run. And then I think we kind of all expected Bailey to return in this match. And that
would set up Bailey and Becky. And we did get that. So we got Bailey and Becky, but it's setting up
for Bailey versus Becky for the intercontinental championship, which I certainly have no complaints
about. I love that. But Lyra Valciria now can't compete for the intercontinental championship while
Becky is the champion. So
can't wait to see what
Bailey and Becky have in store there, but I
think probably the most shocking finish
of the weekend
was, I think
we all expected. And I
keep talking in these generalizations. We all
expected this. Most
people expected jelly roll
and Randy Orton to get the win.
But it was Drew McIntyre
and Logan Paul who picked up the victory
there. But
man, jelly rolls.
so impressive in that match,
like giving it and taking it as well.
Like that frog splash from Logan Paul,
from the top turnbuckle to the outside
through the announce table,
like jelly roll took that like a champ.
And then, like, I figured he's out of the match now,
like that's his big spot.
Somehow came back, like a zombie,
came back into the ring,
gets the tag from Randy Orton,
and then proceeds to do a,
a fantastic choke slam and an incredible black hole slam, which I love the tip of the hat there
to Abyss, who now works in the back as a producer. But like, I just love that if you know,
you know, he's doing Abyss's move and Abyss is in the back, probably with a headset on
watching that all come together. Very, very cool. But jelly roll is the real deal. And I think that
just in tradition, like we've seen so many matches where the celebrity goes in. And,
in and the celebrity does a few moves and then picks up the victory and we call it a day.
Jellyroll said on Cody Rose podcast that he only wanted to do this if he could get the
L. He's like, the celebrities always get the win and he's like, I want to lose in this. I want to lose
this match. Because when you really think about it, it doesn't, Jelly Roll doesn't need a win here.
Like the moments are in the match. I don't think that it matters weeks from now, months from now who
won that match. They already had everything that ended up happening in there. But I just thought that
there was, like, what a way to start night one? Roman Raines and Jay Uso defeating Brom Breaker and Bronson
Reed? Do you remember the prop bet that I was telling you about on my bookie? 5.5 Spears was the over
under. And you got to keep in mind, there's three people in that match that do Spears. If you took the over,
you'd be very happy right now. There was, I think it was six, seven, eight.
spheres, definitely on the over on that one. But I just thought top to bottom. It was fantastic.
And it makes me very interested for where they're going to go with the next few two-night
PLEs. So Rumble makes a lot of sense. Money in the bank makes a lot of sense. I suppose you could
do it with Survivor Series. Like, that's one of the big four. But I just think that with the Rumble,
it's an easy one, right? It's so easy to book that. The men's rumble on one night,
women's rumble on the other night. Both of those could be the main event. It's easy with money
in the bank, money in the bank, too. Like, same thing. Men's money in the bank ladder match on one night,
women's money in the bank ladder match on another night. And like, then you just kind of build out
the card from there. But if these are what the two night PLEs are going to be like,
sign me up. And the thing I really love about it too is it gives you the option. Like, if you just
want to go to one night, you get the option to go to one night.
If you want to make a whole weekend out of it and go to both nights, you know, that's obviously
an option too.
Greta Bravo Salazar on Spotify says, hey, CVV, for Ask CVV number 95, the Lightning McQueen edition,
I got to know what you think of the John Cena face turn.
It seems so out of the blue, and I feel like we got robbed of a good build slash resolution.
And with what happened at SummerSlam, where does Cody go from here?
Who do you think will be the next challenger for the WWE championship?
So let's address the Sina stuff first here.
I personally think they preemptively turned John Sina face last week on Smackdown
to make sure that he was going into this match getting a baby face reaction.
Because I don't think they wanted what happened at WrestleMania 41 to happen again.
Russellmania 41, John Sina was supposed to be a heel and was getting cheered.
Cody Rhodes was supposed to be a good guy and he was getting booed.
And I think that they preemptively had John Sina turn baby face so that at least he could go into this match getting cheers.
And then it wouldn't be splitting the audience because if John Sina was supposed to be a heel and people were cheering him, then I feel like you'd end up getting the reverse.
Cody Rhodes would start getting the negative reactions. Instead, I think Cody Rhodes got the reaction
he was supposed to get. And I think that John Sina got the reaction that he was going to get, too.
And Super Sina was back. Super Sina was back. They were even chanting Super Sina. Like Sina looked crisp.
He pulled out the old moves from his arsenal. I mean, we saw Code Red to the outside. When was
the last time John Cena did a code red.
Love seeing this.
And I think there were a lot of people that thought that the,
the swer, like this smackdown face turn was a swerve.
And, like, I think that it was like, oh, he's, he's only saying that he's doing all this
stuff so that when the match comes around on Sunday, he can, like, then hit Cody in the
balls or he can hit him with the belt again and do some healish stuff.
And that wasn't the case at all.
It started out with the black and white John Sina entrance, and then we got the colorful Titan Tron,
and then we knew for sure that John Sina was full on baby face when he said to Stu, you're ready to run?
And then him and Stu, the cameraman ran down the ramp back to his old ways.
And, you know, say what you will about the John Sina heel turn.
Whether you liked it or you didn't like it, I feel like him being a baby fan.
now after five-ish months of being a heel, made that run down the ramp that much sweeter.
Because if he just spent this entire retirement run, just being a baby face and playing the
greatest hits, I don't know if it would have meant that much.
Like the old phrase absence makes the heart grow fonder.
I think it's so true here.
Like, that run down the ramp meant so much more.
got that amazing reaction because we hadn't seen it in so long.
The crowd singing along to his entrance theme instead of singing,
John Cena sucks, that had an impact too because we hadn't heard that in weeks.
But I think that this is seen as best match in a long time.
Like certainly, without any sort of exaggeration,
it's his best match of this retirement tour.
I think that's easy.
But for me, I think this is his best match since much.
Money in the Bank, 2011 versus punk.
Like, I know this wasn't like a technical spectacle.
I know this wasn't like, it wasn't like, you know, all these holds and if that's what
you were looking for.
But man, this told a story.
And this used the entire stadium to tell that story.
And there were so many great beats in this match, too.
The insane attitude adjustment through the announce table, Cody Rose looked like he died on that.
then we got the super attitude adjustment off the top rope.
We got that moment where they went under the stage and then Sina holding Cody came up on the,
on the Cody Vader.
It's just so many great beats, so many great beats in this match.
I think the heel turn, like the idea of it made a lot of sense.
Like we will forever go back to that moment, March 1st, 2025, Elimination Chamber, Roger Center, Toronto.
And I think we'll go, man, one of the, one of the most shocking moments in WWE history.
Of course, we're not talking about WCW history and the NWO, WWE history.
The way it played out after that, though, I feel like they could have done more with it.
Like, I feel like John Cena was cutting the promos that he always wanted to.
to cut 13 years prior when he first talked about turning heel.
He said it was going to be before Roxena won.
So, WrestleMania 28.
And it was the whole idea of like, I show up for you and you boo me.
I do all these things and you don't appreciate me.
But I just feel like the through line and the retirement tour was like nothing but appreciation.
Like all those promos work, would have worked 13 years ago.
but now it's like, well, John, we love you.
Like, we still want to cheer you.
We're just happy to see you.
Like, you are our childhood.
There's so much nostalgia here.
Like, that's what this run ended up being.
So even though he was saying healish things,
it was getting cheered because people were like,
well, it's John Sina.
And it's my last time seeing John Sina in St. Louis or in New Jersey
or in Los Angeles.
or in Los Angeles or in whatever city it happens to be.
And I think there was just like,
like when you go to see your favorite band
on their final retirement tour,
it's like, well, I'm here for it.
Just sign me up for this thing.
But again, I think that with the way
that John Cena's heel turn, when,
like whether you liked it, you loved it, you hated it,
whatever it was,
it makes what's happening now that much sweeter.
So with what happened at SummerSlam to answer your other question,
where does Cody go from here?
Cody now in his second run as WWE champion,
I think that this finally,
I think what's next for us here is Cody Rhodes versus Randy Orden.
This has been teased for months.
You saw all those spots,
all those moments where Randy Orton,
was kind of glancing at Cody's championship,
that's for sure where we're headed with this.
I would be absolutely shocked
if that's not Cody Rhodes' next major feud
or next major title defense.
That's, I think, where we're going with this one now.
And I think that there's a pretty good chance
that when Cody Rhodes loses this championship,
it's going to be to Randy Orton.
I also feel like maybe we're getting back
to a point in
WWE where these title runs
aren't lasting as long
because they don't need to last as long.
Like we came off of
the Roman reigns 1,316 days,
then right into Cody Rhodes,
which was slightly over a year.
So like we're talking runs
that were in the multiple hundreds of days.
John Cena's run was 104 days
in case you're wondering.
I think we could get back to a point
where yeah,
maybe there are 100-ish days,
which means we get three different championship runs throughout the year.
Maybe it's held by the same person.
Maybe it's someone winning it back, but three-ish, maybe four-ish championship runs in a year.
I would love to see that.
I'd love to see that with both titles.
That was one of the things that made the attitude era so exciting was titles had the ability
to change hands not just on paper views, but you had to watch raw.
You had to watch raw because the title could change hands.
Like some of the most iconic title wins of all time came on raw.
McFoley's first championship win came on raw.
So I think that that's where we're going with this.
More people holding the championship and holding it for a shorter amount of time.

What do you think of Brock Lesnar returning at SummerSlam?
Is that a possible match against Sina at Clash in Paris?
It's so funny.
There was all of these, there were all these rumors going into SummerSlam about Rock
returning.
and my buddy Jamil turned to me right before that match and he said,
what if we put a B in front of that?
What if Brock returns?
And I'm like, come on.
Brock Leisder is going to return at Summer Slam.
Okay, buddy.
And I only said that because I just, I didn't think it was possible.
It had been two years since we saw him, Summer Slam in Detroit, 23.
That was his match against Cody Rhodes.
And I just, I didn't think it was a possibility.
I can only assume that since he's back,
WWE's legal department went through everything,
crossed all of their T's, dotted all of their eyes
to make sure that it was even possible to bring him back.
You can't ignore the legal situation that is going on there
with Vince McMahon and Brock Lesnar being named in this,
but they must have the utmost confidence that it's okay to bring.
bring him back. And what a shock that was. Like when we talk about four months left on the John
Sina retirement tour, four to five-ish matches left, I don't think anybody predicted that
Brock Lesnar would be one of those matches. And yet here we are. So I don't think that
they send Brock Lesnar out there for this to marinate, for this to be something that we sit on
for months and months and months. I think it's obvious here. John Cena's next opponent.
is Brock Lesnar.
There's 12 dates left on John Cena's retirement tour.
The first one of those is actually tonight.
It's Smackdown in Montreal, Quebec, Canada,
which that's where I think we will start to see the seeds planted
for John Cena versus Brock Lesnar.
Sina has three dates before Clash in Paris.
So it's August 8th, Smackdown in Montreal.
August 22nd, Smackdown in Dublin, Ireland.
August 29th, Smackdown.
in Leone, France, then Clash in Paris, August 31st, obviously in Paris.
So I think they're going to use those three dates to build up to clash in Paris, and that's
John Cena's next match. Then from there we go, all right, so whatever happens there.
And this is the really interesting thing. Now that the title's not involved, we can really
go anywhere with John Cena's opponents. Because when the championship was involved, I felt like the
story needed to have something more you could dig your teeth into, sink your teeth into,
because it wasn't just a match with John Sina on his retirement tour. It was a match with
John Sina on his retirement tour and also for the WWE championship. So now that the
championship's not involved, you could have matches that just makes sense for the sake of
having them make sense. I don't know if you really need a story with Brock Lesnar and
John Sina. They've got a ton of history there. But again, I'm, I'm,
I'm shocked.
Like I never would have thought that that would be one of his opponents.
I think the only other like insanely shocking return that we could have.
And I don't think it's possible, but I think there's maybe like one percent chance
of it happening is Edge.
And you want to talk about history.
There's obviously a ton of history with John Cena and Edge.
And I've said this like a month ago, but I'll repeat it again here because this is
the 1%, okay? This is the 1% chance of this happening. When I interviewed Adam Copeland last May,
he told me he had about a year and a half left on his contract. He debuted in AEW on October 1st,
2023. So if he's telling me, that was October 1st, 2023, I interviewed him, you know,
about half a year later, ish, in May. So if he's saying I've got about a year and a half left of my
contract, and that was May of last year, maybe that takes us to, maybe it was a two-year contract.
Maybe that takes us to about October 1st, 2023.
Of course, he broke his leg.
He could have injury time added to that.
It's a possibility there.
Who knows what his actual contract looks like?
But could you imagine?
Could you imagine they set something up where he has a mystery opponent or there's three,
dates left or five dates left or whatever happens to be and out of nowhere, you think you know me.
Wild.
It'd be wild.
But as it stands right now, if John Cena keeps doing what he's doing and wrestling on every single PLE, then we've only got four matches left.
That's Clash in Paris, August 31st.
That's Crown Jewel in Perth on October 11th.
that Survivor Series on November 29th, and then there's that retirement match sometime in December
that still hasn't been officially announced yet. That's it. So if Brock Lesnar is in fact one of
those opponents, which it certainly seems to be the case, and I'm sure that'll be confirmed tonight
on Smackdown, it only gives us three more matches, three more opponents. And I've had all
of these great theories over the last year or so about who his last opponent will be. I thought,
oh man it'll be randy orton for sure there's so much history there one last time randy orton john
sina backlash okay ah it'll be c m punk for sure it'll be cm punk there's lots of history there
john cina's best match money in the bank cm punk cm punk knight of champions one last time okay well
that one's out then it was like oh cody roads that one makes a lot of sense pass the torch to cody
roads. Well, then we got the torch passed this past weekend at SummerSlam. So I don't know. I don't know
where it goes here other than maybe it's the Rock. That one makes a lot of sense. I think there's a
real possibility that the Rock could be one of John Cena's final matches. It would certainly put a
nice little bow on the heel turn, which I say this all the time, but we still haven't had a real
explanation as to what the Rock was doing standing in that ring and we'll never find out ever,
I guess, why Travis Scott was there.
So dumb.
But I could see a real possibility of John Cena versus the Rock one last time.
But it'll be a real interesting to see how this all comes together.
Also, since we're talking about title matches and we, I love the match with Go
and Thur and CM Punk. I thought it was such a, just a, just a great brawl. It's like so, I love how
their styles matched up. Like they, they wrestle a lot like each other. And it made for such a good
match. Stiles make matchups. They always say that in UFC, but it's so true in WWE as well.
But you know that I love logic when it comes to wrestling. This leads us into our next question here.
I'll get to. All right. So this is from Connor Wolf Flanagan.
on Instagram, Flanagan C23.
Who held the World Heavyweight Championship longer?
CM Punk or Drew McIntyre?
The point I was getting it to was
CM Punk has just won this championship
for the first time in 4,500 plus days.
You can tell how much it means to him.
Seth Rollins' music hits.
If that was me, I would be running out of the stadium,
getting into the closest taxi or Uber
and getting as far away
from MetLife Stadium as I possibly could.
Take me to JFK.
Get me on whatever the next airplane is going to.
So I'm not getting cashed in on.
That's the thing about wrestling logic.
He just stood there, baffled.
Wait a second.
What does this mean?
His music's playing.
Huh, I guess I'll just stick around.
So who held the championship longer?
Drew McIntyre held the championship before getting cashed in on at WrestleMania.
He held it for five minutes and 46 seconds.
All right.
History books will just have him as the champion.
Doesn't matter how long he was the champion for.
Hell, I'd love to be the world heavyweight champion for five minutes and 46 seconds.
CM Punk was a champion for five minutes and 10 seconds.
So I feel like Drew always trying to watch.
up CM Punk. And here's another category where he's done it. So there you go, Connor,
to answer your question. Drew held it 36 seconds longer. Sock Monkey Mike on Instagram says,
how do you feel about the ESPN acquisition for WWPEP. PLEs? So I think there's a lot of different
things going on here. So let's go through the facts here to just make sure we're all on the same
page. If you live outside of the U.S., nothing changes. You will continue to watch PLEs and
WWE on Netflix like you do now. This only affects people who live in the U.S. If you don't currently
have a cable subscription or a streaming cable subscription, then you have to pay for this new
ESPN D-to-C, direct-to-consumer streaming app, which is $30.00.
a month. If you have a cable provider right now, as I understand this, this is included. I'm going to
read this directly from this article. In addition to ESPN DTC subscribers, fans that access ESPN
through a traditional hey TV provider like Comcast, DirecTV, Hulu Plus live, YouTube TV, you will
also have access to the new features through the enhanced ESPN apps. So I think there was this misconception
that everybody in the U.S. would have to pay the $30.
It's just everybody who doesn't have cable, which is still a ton of people,
according to the most recent statistics, only 36% of people still have cable in the United States.
And I'm actually shocked that it's the number that's that high.
So $30 is a pretty big jump.
Pretty big jump right now.
Right now you're paying $7.99 for Peacock.
and correct me if I'm wrong.
Wasn't it $4.99 with ads for the longest time, and that just jumped up?
So it went from $4.99 to $7.99.
That's $7.99.
If you're a Peacock subscriber, you probably just recently got the email.
You found out that that's now going to jump up as well.
So the one with the ads goes from $7.99 to $10.99.
The one without the ads goes from $13.99 to $16.99.
none of this really matters because we're only going to be watching it on Peacock until March.
That's when the deal ends.
So basically they're going to kick things off on ESPN with WrestleMania 42.
But it's just like, what a jump.
Like for it to go, like here's the thing.
If this was 1099 on Peacock, so that's the new price that we'd be talking about because that's what it just went up to.
If it was 1099 in Peacock to 1099 on ESPN, I don't think people would care.
They would just go from one to the other.
If you don't feel like having Peacock anymore, if you weren't watching anything else on Peacock,
other than WWE, you would cancel your Peacock subscription.
You would get the ESPN subscription.
That'd be it.
It'd be 1099 just being paid to a different company.
You wouldn't care.
It's the fact that it's three times the price.
It's three times the price.
for the exact same thing.
Like this is, it got cheaper for so long.
Like there was a point in time when you were paying the monthly pay-per-view,
like just the way that it went.
The monthly pay-per-view price.
You paid it every month.
WrestleMania was a little bit more, but that's just the way it was.
That's just the way it was.
Then, WWE was way ahead of the curve and they came out with their own streaming service.
And like, if you think back to when WWE Network first,
came out like this was unheard of and a lot of people were like what the heck are they doing here
who's going to pay an additional amount of money every month just to watch their content well
now every major cable service and every major network does it it's amazing how wwee like was way
ahead of the curve on that but it was only 999 so you got the entire back library and all the
P-L-E's for just 999.
Now it's turned into this completely other thing.
If you live in the U.S., you're watching raw Netflix, so you've got a Netflix
subscription.
You're watching SmackDown on USA, so you either have a cable package or you're streaming
this on Peacock.
You're watching NXT on the CW.
There's another one there, although you might be able to get that if you have an antenna.
And now you've got the ESPN app.
that you've got to get if you don't subscribe to cable.
Like, it's just a lot.
It's a lot.
This is a five-year deal.
ESPN and WW is a five-year deal worth $1.6 billion.
$325 million a year.
This is almost double what Peacock was paying.
Peacock was paying $180 million a year.
That's also a really interesting one.
Peacock was paying almost half as much.
and the service cost a third as much.
This is $325 million a year,
and it's now going to cost $30 a month
if you don't have a cable subscription.
One of the other really big things
that isn't talked about here
is what happens to the WWE library.
Because this deal with ESPN does not include the library.
It doesn't include the,
what we would call at one point in time,
the traditional WWE network.
the entire back catalog.
That is still up for grabs.
ESPN may end up making a separate deal for that.
Netflix, I feel like, makes the most sense,
since they've already got it everywhere else in the world.
It just makes sense to probably click a few buttons
and then make that available for the U.S. as well.
But just to make it clear, this ESPN deal does not include the WWE library.
So I don't know.
Like in some ways, it's like, yes, it's cheaper than it used to be.
Cheaper than the traditional pay-per-view model of like paying the 40, 50, 60, 70
a month, depending on what year we're talking about here.
It's better than the current UFC paper-view model, which is like 80 bucks a month.
80 bucks a month to watch a pay-per-view.
It's like, yes, it's better than that.
But I think what happens if the standard has been set.
The standard was set on Peacock of like, man, $7.99, and I get the entire back catalog,
and I can just watch the PLEs whenever I want on this thing.
Amazing.
So you're going to take that exact same thing, change the letters in front of it.
So instead of it being NBC, Peacock, the letters now become ESPN.
And you've got to get the exact same thing.
you've got to pay two or three times as much for it.
That's the part that's just like it's tough to wrap our head around that.
If we were getting something more for, yes, of course you could access everything on ESPN.
I understand that.
But for a lot of WWE fans, they're going to be getting this new ESPN app just to watch
the PLEs.
So it's not like there's even an added bonus here.
So I just.
maybe there's more to the story.
I don't know, but it sure seems like everybody else outside of the U.S.
is getting a great deal.
And everybody in the U.S.
now has to figure out, all right, we'm going to watch this app on Monday,
this different thing on Tuesday than this other app on Friday.
And then for the PLE this weekend, well, that's another app as well.
Yeah.
It's a lot of money.
again, I think if we make the apples to apples comparison of what life was like before the
WWE network, sure.
This is probably about the same price, maybe slightly cheaper.
But it's not an apples to apples comparison.
Not anymore.
It's an apples to zebra's comparison.
Because the standard was set when the WWE network came out of like, all right, we expect
this for about this amount of money.
And then when that moved over, do you remember when that moved over to Peacock?
And it was actually cheaper.
So it went from $9.99 to I believe $4.99 or $7.99.
It was like, all right.
Like there were some features about the WWE network that we miss.
But hey, it's less money per month.
I'll put those few extra bucks into my pocket.
That's cool.
But now it's like, I just want to know what the reasoning is.
And if this costs more, like if WWE is getting more money from ESPN for this, $325 million a year instead of $180 from Peacock, how is the app not cheaper that as a result?
That's the thing I don't get.
So unless there's something missing here, I don't understand it.

what's your thoughts on Dom versus AJ and what kind of ceiling do you think Dom has with
or without judgment day? Thanks, Sean. Well, we talked about Dom versus AJ. I love that match.
I don't think Dom has a ceiling at all.
I think he's truly just getting started.
And he has completely figured out all of the nuances of what it means to be dirty Dom.
He's obviously got a wealth of knowledge behind him.
How amazing is that?
You can just call up or text or drive over to your Hall of Fame dad's house and be like,
hey, dad, what do you think about this promo? Or, hey, dad, what do you think about this match?
Or, hey, dad, what do you think about this move? Amazing. Just incredible. And not just his dad,
but like all of the people that he grew up around. What a wealth of knowledge that he has there.
Like, Dom always jokes about it. But there is a little bit of truth to the fact that he's a 20-year
veteran. Yeah, and of course, he hasn't wrestled for 20 years, but he's been around it.
Like he just gets it.
So I could see a point in time where Dom doesn't need judgment day anymore.
I mean, as of right now, Dom doesn't need judgment day.
Dom is very much doing his own thing outside of judgment day.
But I could see something where they turn on him or I guess maybe he could turn on them.
But I could see them being like, hey, you think you're better than us?
You think you're bigger than us?
Get out of here.
Which would then make Dom this massive,
maybe face. Because like, Dom's supposed to be a heel. But it's so fun. It is so fun to cheer for
Dom. So I think there's no ceiling. No ceiling at all. I think he's a future world champion.
That's just a matter of time. Maybe it's two to four years away. But yeah, he's a future world
champion. It's just a matter of continuing to do what he's doing and he'll get there.
JMD underscore POV on Instagram says,
how do you see the title landscape at the WWE changing over the next year?
Like I was saying earlier,
I just really think we're going to get back to a point where anything can happen.
The title doesn't need to just change hands on a PLE.
The title could change hands.
And we're not just talking about the WWE championship or the world championship,
the WWE Women's World Title,
at WWW Women's Championship.
Like I feel like anything can happen.
If there's enough buildup,
if there's enough steam behind something,
you better tune into Raw.
You better tune into SmackDown
because anything could happen.
I mean, we saw the world title change hands
when Gunther lost it to,
or when Gunther won it from Jay Uso.
That happened on a Smackdown.
And by Smackdown, I mean Raw.
that happened on a raw in Phoenix.
And I think that that's where we're going to get to with this.
And was it 1998?
I guess I could look this up, but 1998, the World Championship,
the W.W.E. Championship changed hands 11 times.
Maybe we're not going to get to a point where it changes 11 times.
But I also don't think it's going to be at a point like it was for the last few years
where it changes hands zero times.
Like, there were, of the main championship,
the WWE championship,
it changed hands zero times
between WrestleMania's this last year.
And then when Roman had it
for better part of three plus years,
didn't change hands then either.
There was the world title
that was changing hands with a decent amount of frequency,
but I'd love to see it get back to a point
where like when Jay Uso has it for 52 days,
people don't go, oh man, that rain was so short.
It's only short compared to the rains that we've seen over the last five-ish years.
Like, when you look at the championship reigns of so many grades, 52 days is like right in there.
Like, yeah, that's a pretty respectable run.
For example, CM Punk's first WWE World Heavyweight Championship run, 42 days.
Then he won the ECW title, 143 days.
That is next, his reign is WW.
champion, 28 days, followed by 69 days. Then he had the big one for 34, then 49 days.
No one was looking at any of those reins and going, oh, man, punk held it for so short.
I just think that we're in such a different era right now. And I would love to get back to a point
where we're on our toes a little bit more. And there's more respect for like, yeah, 52 days is
not a ton of time. And I also understand that he only successfully,
defended it once, Jay Uso during that time.
But it's just strange to me that we've gotten to a point where unless the rain is just some
massive amount of time, like unless it's 300 days, then it's way too short.
I'm looking at some other rains here.
Like Eddie Guerrero held it for 133 days.
Like, yeah, respectable run.
I'm going to pull up the Randy Orton numbers,
because I think you're going to be really surprised
of the Randy Orton reigns.
So here's all of Randy Orton's reigns,
World Championship and WWE Championship.
And keep in mind, our base here is that the way we're thinking
in modern day 20, 25 wrestling, 52 days is way too short.
Randy Orton, 28 days, 75 days, 11 minutes, 35 days.
So in those four runs, he's only had one longer than 52 days.
203, 203 days, 28 days, 42 days, 49 days.
Again, in that entire stretch there, only two of them long in 52 days.
Then 90 days, 161 days, 21 days, 49 days, 64 days, 22 days.
You're hearing a lot of just like 28, 22, 21, 42.
Like, rains used to be like considerably shorter because it just, again, kept us on our toes,
Let us go, nothing is guaranteed.
This could change up at any point in time.
You got to watch.
You got to tune in.
It's not just PLEs.
This could change hands on Raw.
This could change hands on SmackDown.
That's where I think I'd like to get to.
And I feel like we're kind of getting back to that.
We'll see how long Cody's run is.
I put out a poll on my Instagram feed.
If you go to my profile, you can click on it.
It's called the CVV feed.
I put on a poll. This was months ago. It seems like it's going to be accurate now, but I put out
a poll and said, who do you think is going to be the WWE champion on December 31st of this year?
Cody Rhodes was the resounding leader in that poll. I'll be surprised if Cody Rhodes is not the champion,
but at the same time, like, there's a real possibility here. Three more PLEs left this year,
countless raws, countless smackdowns,
I think there's a chance.
Title could change hands again.
And Randy Orton could be the champion
by the time the year's over.
I'm going to go over one more for you here.
The Undertaker's title reigns.
You ready?
Six days, 63 days, 133 days,
37 days, 36 days, 30 days, 30 days,
140 days.
So again, I feel like I've beaten this point to death.
But title reigns weren't always this long.
And I think that we'll get back to an era where maybe they're not that long.
And the title can still mean something with them not being that long.
Andy Bergdorf on Facebook says,
Hey, Chris, a real, real one here.
I listen to every episode.
Plus, I go back and listen to ones from before I started listening.
and I listen to all my favorites.
Well, thank you, Andy.
Your podcast helps me get through the night
at the automotive factory
I work out here in Michigan.
Go Blue.
You wrote that, not me.
I lived in Ohio for five years.
All my friends in Ohio would be like,
why are you saying go Blue, CBV?
I'm just reading it, okay?
I've been watching wrestling
since I was about five years old
when my dad sat me down.
We watched Sean Michaels versus Razor Ramon,
the latter match from WrestleMania 10.
My brother recorded the Iron Man match
from WrestleMania 12 and being a kid not understanding the importance of that match,
I recorded over it only a few minutes with a random episode of the Power Rangers.
That's incredible, but I feel like we've all been there if you're around our age.
Anyway, my question for you is, who is your favorite big man in wrestling history?
I've always been a fan of Mark Henry and Kane, the Hall of Pain, was such a great storyline
for me.
And Kane, well, enough said.
Thank you for all the amazing interviews.
and I hope to meet you in an insight live if you ever land here in the Great Lake State.
God bless and keep up the great work.
So many great big men.
We've done this before.
It's been a little while since I went through all the big men.
And I think that there's, like, you can't just narrow it down to one.
So like, I think when you talk to anybody, like, whenever I've talked to other, like, current big men,
Bam Bam, Bigelow is at the top of everybody's list.
And I think that Bam Bam Bam Bigelow at six,
before almost 400 pounds,
wrestling the way he did with that insane agility,
like doing moonsaults.
It's wild.
And he completely changed what it meant to be a big man.
So he's got to be someone you mentioned,
Vader along the same lines,
like 6-5, 450, like legit, tough guy
who's just like beating your brains in with every move.
And he just looked so dominant in Japan,
so dominant in WCW.
Andre the giant, of course, like completely revolutionized, like what it meant to just be an attraction.
Like, Andre wasn't the best wrestler.
And even he, I'm sure, would tell you that.
But he was an attraction.
Like to see someone of his size in the ring was just wild.
Undertaker, of course.
Kane, of course.
Big show, Yoko Zuna.
Kevin Nash.
You named Mark Henry.
Got to throw him in the list.
You know who doesn't get nearly?
enough respect is Mike Awesome.
And I'm specifically talking about ECW champion Mike Awesome.
Like his run in ECW was so good.
So, so good.
And then he went to WCW, got handed a couple of just terrible gimmicks,
but like awful, awful gimmicks.
And then that was it.
Like all of the awesomeness,
pun intended that Mike Awesome had and ECW was just like erased because there were a lot of people
that were seeing him in WCW for the first time and they're like, that 70s guy? And then what was
his other gimmick? The lady killer? It was just like, what are we? What is this? If you have some
time this weekend when you're not busy laying the smackdown on that review on Apple or that rating
on Spotify, go watch Mike Awesome versus Spike.
Dudley in ECW.
Like it's the classic David versus Goliath type of feud, but man, those matches were good.
And the thing I love about him is you actually thought that Spike had a chance.
Like, that's just how great Spike is.
And if all goes to plan, hopefully Spike will be back on the show here again soon.
But, yeah, I mean, there's so many great big men.
there's a real handful of them for you right there. Umaga, I think's another one. How can you not mention
Umaga? And since I teased it early on, Umaga's son, Zilafatu is my guest on Tuesday. And he's been working now
for two-ish years. What a story he has. So I'll see you on Tuesday for that one. And what a great
way to wrap up this segment of Best Big Men. Link the Twink.
on Spotify.
CVV, big time fan, love all your interviews,
and Ask CVV gets me through my commute.
Well, hope you're having a great commute today.
Got a question for the next, ask CVV.
If you discovered the fountain of youth,
but you can't take it,
you can only give it to one wrestler to make them 25 again
with zero injuries.
Who are you giving it to?
I can't take it.
I have to gift it to somebody.
Okay, so this is,
So not only am I making someone 25 again with zero injuries,
I'm also plugging them right back into the current era of wrestling.
So can I give you two answers?
Because there's two people that I would love to see in,
yeah, there's two people I would love to see in this era of wrestling.
So number one, Kurt Angle.
Could you imagine a 25-year-old Kurt Angle in 2020?
25. Oh my gosh. Wow. We would just have dream match after dream match after dream match. I would
absolutely love to see that. The other one is Brett Hart because not everybody from that era
could translate their skills to the current era. Like not everybody from the 90s would work in
2025. Brett Hart would though. Brett Hart would be at the top of that list. Like what he was doing
then was so ahead of its time. And I think you could just pick up Brett Hart and he's 25 with no
injuries. Plop him down in 2025. And just like Kurt Angle, oh man, if we could have both. I was going to say,
just like Kurt Engel, we'd have some epic matches. But what if we could then get Kurt Engel versus
Brett Hart? Both of them in their prime with no injuries? Oh my gosh. That's, that is the answer to the
question I've been asked of like, what's the dream match that never had?
happen. It's Kernn Engle versus Brett Hart that just, they barely missed each other. The timing was
just off. And we got close-ish. Kurt Engle did wrestle Owen Hart on a dark match, like days before
Owen Hart's unfortunate death. Apparently, there's no video at all of that match. There's one
photo online of it. Kurt Engel actually put out a tweet a few weeks ago. He was
saying that like that match meant so much to him and Owen Hart believed in him and knew that
he had the skills to be a star in the industry. And Kurt Angle was saying, you know, somebody there
must have recorded it. There must be some footage, even if it's just a few seconds of that match,
it's got to be out there. But, you know, that was a time. Like, was that 98, I think it was.
That's a time when we didn't have cell phones with phones on them. So not every, or we didn't have
cell phones with video on my goodness. So it's not like there was a camera just in your pocket and you
could just take it out and film a bit of the match. Like if you were filming that match,
it means you like snuck a camcorder into the arena. And I feel like that could get you in a lot
of trouble. So there's a very good chance that there's actually no footage of that.
WWE Vault has made it very clear. And that's such a great YouTube channel. I love watching
stuff on WWVVVVVOLT. But they've made it really clear. Like,
There's no footage of Owen Hart versus Kurt Engel.
Stop asking.
But that's my founding youth answer.
Kurt Angle and Brett Hart now.
Leo Damien Noon on Instagram.
How do you stay positive when you're having a horrible day slash week slash month slash year?
That's tough.
I mean, because we're all going through different things.
Like what I'm going through, what's a tough day for me might be.
nothing to you or vice versa.
I try to work off the idea of not having bad days.
And what I mean by that is, of course,
there's going to be huge things in life that are unfortunately unavoidable.
You know, a family member passes away or you get a diagnosis, you know,
of either you or a family member.
I get it.
your pet dies, you get in a car accident, like things like that, unavoidable. And I get it.
Like, it's something that can really send you down a bad path. But what I mean is to not let a small
instance in a day ruin your entire day. Like, did you have a bad day or did you have a bad five
minutes? Did you have a bad day or did you have a bad interaction with someone at the store?
and like not to not to let someone cutting you off in traffic bring down your entire day not to let the
rude cashier at the grocery store drag you down and let you ruin let allow your whole day to be
ruined that's been a really big one for me like to just understand that that interaction happened
within a vacuum that's it it probably didn't mean anything to that other person and you're
so much meaning to it. And that's been a really big thing for me is like just taking those five minutes,
those three minutes, that 30 second interaction and just going, well, that sucks. That person's probably
having a really rough day and going that says a lot more about them than it does about me.
And just allowing the other 23 hours and 57 minutes to be what it is. That's been a really
big reminder. And again, like you've heard this so many times from me, but like,
gratitude has drastically changed my life.
I listen to a lot of podcasts.
I talk about that a lot.
And every time that I'm hearing someone who's achieved a lot,
whether that's in sports or in business or in acting or music or whatever it happens
to be, someone who's doing the thing that they set out to do, they're now living it now,
they kept coming back to a lot of the same things.
A lot of them kept saying, oh, you know, I'm grateful for the things.
I have or I practice gratitude. And I just started making mental notes about like all the things that
I kept hearing a lot. I heard a lot about like meditation, heard a lot about breathing, heard a lot
about just moving your body, whether that's going on walks or whether that's going on runs or
whether that's going to the gym and getting a workout. And I heard a lot, a lot of the same traits
kept coming out from people that were successful. And I just, I made mental notes of that.
And then I also started like writing those things down.
And one of the biggest things was gratitude.
And it's only three things that I say out loud every morning and every night.
And oftentimes the three things in the morning are different from the three things at night.
And sometimes I'm doing this with Rachel, the incredible, beautiful, amazing RVV.
Sometimes we'll like, oh, man, you took one of mine.
And it's like, it becomes a fun thing of like now we've got to dig a little bit deeper.
like, oh man, your first thing was going to be my first thing.
Okay, all right.
Well, I'll think of something else now because I'm, of course, grateful for that thing you just named.
But it allows you to focus on the things you have.
And how can you possibly be upset when you're focusing on the things that you have rather than being upset about the things that you don't have?
Like, I love this quote so, so much.
And this isn't the quote we're going to end the episode with.
I actually have a different quote, but I love this quote so much.
no amount of regret can change the past.
No amount of anxiety will change the future,
but any amount of gratitude will change the present.
And it's so true.
When you just allow yourself to be present
and you're not like worried about the thing that already happened
because you can't change that.
It's already happened.
That's it.
Keep thinking about it,
but it's not going to change anything.
And you can project things that are going to happen in the future,
but they haven't happened yet.
all you have right now is the present. It's this exact moment. It's right here and it's right now.
And I'm trying my very best to be in the present moment as much as I can, especially now that
I have young children. It's forced me to be even more present because these moments are so fleeting.
Like so fleeting. The kid that was crawling is now walking. And then the kid that was walking is now
running and the kid that was just saying dad-da and mama is now saying full sentences like
Logan is speaking full sentences she's she just turned two in May and it's just forced me to like
appreciate the person that is in front of me now because as much as I love that little girl
Logan little boy Cooper it's my son and daughter in case you're new here as much as I love them
this version of them is going to be slightly different tomorrow.
And then a little slightly different the day after that.
But then if you zoom out a little bit, like vastly different month to month and insanely
different year to year.
And I'm just trying to be as present as I can.
So I get it.
Stuff happens.
We're all going through things.
We're all fighting our own battles.
But I think that the thing for me that just allows me to center it a little bit,
it the best that I can at least is trying to be present, trying to be grateful, and also realizing
that one small thing in a day doesn't have to ruin your entire day.
And again, there's huge things that do happen, and I get it.
You're going to dwell on those and they're going to suck and it's going to be awful.
And my heart's with you if you are dealing with any of that stuff right now.
My heart goes out to you.
but it's the things I'm talking about like I was at the airport recently and the TSA agent was just
they were so mean to me and it took every ounce of like restraint in my body to not be mean back to
them and I just remember that that phrase like hurt people hurt people like they've been hurt
in their own life and now they're hurting you by trying to get a reaction out of you and it's just like
okay I hope you have a nice day and I'll always
I'll just go on with my day.
But I just, I'm trying my very best to not let those little moments affect my entire day, right?
Well, that's a good one to end on here.
That was the final question, my friends, on this.
Ask CVV number 95, the Miles Garrett, as you know, I'm a Cleveland Browns fan, and the Lightning McQueen edition.
And I saw the odds on my bookie of like, who's going to win the Super Bowl?
not looking good for them brownies.
They have the second worst odds.
Go to my book and you can see the full breakdown there.
I think it's the Ravens are at the top of the list, the best odds.

We'll end this with a quote from Jim Quick.
discipline is choosing what you want most over what you want right now.
Man, discipline's a tough one.
I know that I could certainly use to be a lot more disciplined, but doing the best that I can here.
I'm still getting to the gym quite a bit, but I, oh man, ice cream, candy, desserts, pizza,
could probably have a little more discipline when it comes to all that stuff.
Be great and be grateful, my friends.
Have an amazing weekend, and we will see you on the next one for some more Insight.
