Ladies and gentlemen, Chris Van Flee!
Thank you so much for doing this.
Of course, thanks for having me.
You are one of the most requested guests we've ever had on the show.
Oh, I'm so honored.
Thank you so much.
Thank you, guys.
There's so many comments on almost every video.
It's like, when are you going to get E.O. Sky on the show?
So here we go.
We've got E.O. Sky on the show.
So thank you for doing this.
Just in general.
How you doing?
How are you feeling?
Oh, yeah, I'm feeling great.
And tomorrow will be the day, your sky will be two times.
It remains a ball as a champion.
So, half nervous, how excited.
You have such a passion for wrestling, and we see it every time you're in the ring.
Where did this love for wrestling begin?
So, wrestling is my life.
I feel like that.
Sorry, my English is not so good.
No, your English is very good.
Thank you so much.
How long have you been working on it?
Well, I've moved to the United States from Japan since 2018, so time is so far.
Maybe I came here seven years, over seven years.
How was your English before you moved to the U.S.?
So I went to English school once I get contract with W.W.E.
But only 30 minutes in a week or one hour a week or a week or
twice a week or something like that.
So it didn't so much help for better than nothing,
but so much easy to in and out, in and out.
Like growing up, did you speak any English at all?
About...
Like when you were a kid?
Because in Japan, elementary school and high school,
of course, junior high school,
I mean, elementary school, junior high school,
mandatory to learn study in English,
but only lighting and grammars.
not so speaking.
So speaking was so much harder to do us because so much different pronouns and grammar
is totally different.
Every single day, I'm struggled to speak English.
Well, you're confident enough to speak English to, one, do this interview.
So thank you.
Thank you so much.
I'm trying.
But you also cut promos in English.
Yeah, promo is so much makes me nervous.
Even only short line makes me so nervous because, um,
even backstage from everything, because we are on TV.
The behind the screen, behind the camera has a lot of children.
So that's why I'm always like careful about the proper, speak proper English.
Like now I'm pretty relaxed to speak English.
Sometimes even broken English, you will understand.
But on camera, I have to memorize proper English.
I had Stephanie Vaccaro on the show recently
And she told me she speaks better Japanese
Than English
Is that true?
Yeah, I think so, yeah
Her Japanese is so nice and so good
Yeah, her Japanese is so cute also
So like when you're talking to her backstage
You guys are speaking in Japanese?
Yeah, a little bit Japanese
But mostly in English
Because, you know,
sometimes speak together
Second language
and second language is easier than second language and the first language people.
Because first language people is speaking sometimes too much frequent English to us.
Sure.
Yeah, but second language person makes like a similar, similar level.
So that's why easy to communicate.
Do you remember the very first time you ever watched wrestling?
First time in Japan?
So I have an interesting story.
I've never watched wrestling before become a wrestler.
Because my sister invited me to become a wrestler before that.
I never watched wrestling.
I totally didn't know what is the wrestling.
What is pro wrestling?
I don't know.
I have no idea about pro wrestling.
But she invited me.
So maybe I will become a wrestler or maybe I'm going to the dojo for exercise.
Okay.
Oh, sounds interesting.
Oh, I want to do that.
And I just went to dojo with my sister, older sister.
She's three years older than me.
And we became a wrestler only two months.
No, that was only three months training.
Wow.
Yeah.
And then you just fell in love with it right away.
Like you hadn't watched it before.
So my debut match was awful.
Like how bad?
How bad?
Everything was so bad.
I cannot experience because even I didn't know.
So the both shoulder on the mat, count three, one, two, three will fail.
I didn't know that.
I even didn't know about that rules too.
So I didn't know anything about racing, but I had a debut match in the ring.
So that is crazy.
How old were you?
I was 16 years old.
Oh, my God.
Yeah, even I was high school student.
Yeah, I was high school student and started wrestling at the same time.
Did you ever think of that point in time, this might be what you do for a living, for a job?
at that time was, I feel like I was so just embarrassed
because my debut match was so bad
and maybe the audience was only 30 people
but I feel like so embarrassed.
So I want to quit.
I thought I want to quit.
But actually I was so frustrated as well.
So maybe I have to become stronger.
I have to get more bitter to like,
change their mind.
Because 30 people think, oh, your
Shira is a bad wrestler.
I want to change something like that
to become, Yashira
is not a bad wrestler.
So that's why I want to quit,
but I should keep until they are thinking,
start to think,
Yashai is not bad wrestler
and they just keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going.
Yeah.
Then three years later, I become four.
enough to wrestling.
So if you were so embarrassed by that first match, what made you keep going?
My sister and my emotion, frustrated.
I want to change them, 30 people's.
Because 30 people see, 30 people saw my bad match.
I want to, like, wipe this off by myself, like a cleanup, you know, make new, better match,
make more better reputation.
Well, look, I don't think you have bad matches now.
Well, because I started 2007 and now...
That's 18 years.
18 years, yes.
Wow.
Yeah.
So I built it up for 18 years.
So I told this to Bianca Bel Air, and I'll tell it to you as well.
My favorite match this year, 2025, is the triple threat match at WrestleMania.
Oh, yeah.
Definitely, that is my favorite match, too.
Is that your favorite match of all time that you've ever wrestled?
I think so, yeah.
I have a lot of favorite matches, but yeah, that is totally special to my life.
That match has got to be special because you walk in as the champion and you also walk out as the champion at WrestleMania.
Yeah, yeah, true.
So what did that mean to, like, win at WrestleMania?
What that mean for you?
So much mean to me, of course.
also so much mean to Japanese people as well, because long time Japanese wrestler didn't win at WrestleMania.
Even for women's Japanese wrestler, first time ever in WWE to win in WrestleMania.
So I'm so honored and even kind of I'm unexpected.
that I am a walk in as a champion in the walk of as a champion.
I think there was a certain section of the audience that didn't think you were going to win that match.
Like, you surprised people.
Yeah, yeah, totally surprised.
Also, my families are there and, yeah.
Oh, wow.
Yeah.
My parents, my parents were crying when I get three count.
Yeah, when I pin and take three counts and then cry.
I saw the video makes me cry as well.
When you went backstage, did the emotions hit you?
Did it feel emotional for you after that win at WrestleMania?
I was so happy, but so much honored and so much grateful to everyone.
Like, of course, Bianca Berrier, of course, for Rear Ripley.
I'm so much honored to be there with them.
I think the contract signing was it for that match?
where you jump, you kick beyond or kick rea from behind,
end up doing a back flip off of that,
then go over to Adam Pierce and sign the contract.
It might be the greatest contract signing I've ever seen.
Oh, okay.
Thank you so much.
Yeah.
Flip, flip, flip, and sign and then close the contract.
I think you made a statement there with that.
And like the way that you, it wasn't just a kick to her back,
you kicked and then you flipped off of it.
Yep.
Unbelievable.
Thank you so much. Yeah, casually, I did it. Yeah, just casually. No big deal. No big deal at all.
Joke. Yeah. That's joke.

Follow and listen on your favorite.
It's so funny to me that you talk about your first match you consider yourself so bad.
And here you are all these years later.
And a lot of people consider you to be the best women's wrestler on the planet.
How does that make you feel?
Yeah, I'm so honored.
Yeah, so much happy.
But WW Women's Roster is so many great wrestlers.
But in WWI, I'm not frequent speak.
I'm not frequent English speaker.
English is not my first language.
So that's why my promo is not enough.
Becky Lynch, not enough as, you know, so many girls.
So that's why.
But I thought, what is my strength?
My strength is the wrestling.
So that's why I'm always thinking.
So wrestling is my strength.
Wrestling is why I'm here.
Why am I WB roster?
So I have so much passion for the match.
Of course, promo too, but I understand.
Promo is too hard to me.
But, yeah, the two.
why I always keep compared, like I always keep my wrestling quality better than yesterday
myself, better than last match. I'm always thinking about better than last my match.
You're only as good as your last match. Yeah. Wow. I'm always thinking something more I'm thinking.
So, oh, like for example, oh, I, or tomorrow you're going to have a match with Stephanie.
Bianca Veria.
I always watch back past me and
me and Bianca Stephanie's match
and then look, look, look.
Then I would think something had it
more special to next match.
So that's why my match quality
getting better, better, better.
And now so many people talking about that happened,
I guess so.
But I think what's so interesting
is wrestling is this universal language.
Yeah.
So even if fans don't speak Japanese, they can connect with you.
Yes, that's why.
That's why I love wrestling as well.
And, yeah, Japanese has no language, wrestling has no language, which is amazing.
Because sometimes I go to, out of the United States, international show, PLE, whatever, in France, in Puerto Rico, in Mexico.
They are proud.
So it's so loud to me when I have a match or when I go out from a carton,
they are so much cheerful to me.
So that makes me so comfortable, so confidence, and so happy.
Was your goal always to wrestle in WWE?
Yep.
Yeah.
You wrestled for years before finally getting called and finally signing with WWE.
Was there a point in time that you thought maybe it's not going to happen?
Maybe I won't get signed by WWE?
Well, when I get a contract from WWE, at that time, I was so much harder to working on Sturedom.
And I feel uncomfortable to say myself.
But in Japan, at that time, so many people saying, like, I won so many awards.
And many people talking about me,
Yosirai is the best women's wrestler in Japan.
So that's why I had so many matches,
so many championships on my waist.
That time was, I was just focused for what I did.
Then W.W.B. gave me a contract.
Yeah, how did that happen?
How did you get the call from me?
WWA?
It's a long time ago
when I was in Japan
at Sturham.
I'm always working on Sturham and there's
so many
Geijing.
Geish means foreigner
wrestler. Yeah.
Like not from
Japanese, not Japanese wrestler.
Like I come from other countries
wrestler, come to Sturterdam and
I like to communicate
with them. Even I cannot
speak English well, but I just
hang out sometimes and
go to dinner or lunch, whatever.
And we have a casual conversation.
I always talking about, oh, my dream is become a WW restaurant.
And Doug Angel, do you know, she was working on CMLR.
I mean, CMLR.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Dark Angel, she retired and to become a W3 coach or producer.
And I think she, at that time, she texted me.
Are you interested to join to WWE?
And I thought just a tease or just casual conversation.
Oh, yeah, I would love to end.
I think she made true.
Because at that time, the very had Mayan classic,
W.E.
Looking so many women's wrestler.
And look at you now.
Yeah.
It's amazing.
Yeah.
Life is amazing.
Amazing.
Why did your name have to change?
What's the difference between Eosurai and Eoske?
So that's interesting.
Because I was Eosirai even in NXT.
Yeah.
I thought I joined to W.W.E.
I will get something new ring name.
But W.V. didn't ask me.
And I kept to use E.O. Shirai.
Yeah, that makes me happy.
But, and I was wondering, okay, Ushua is worked on WWB, no problem.
Then I got called up to the main roster.
Main roster.
Then that time was Samaslam, 2003, no, 22.
Yeah, yeah, Nashville.
Yeah.
And then so Hunter, because that time I was injured.
I was broken uncle and I took rest and almost get cleared and then Hunter called me,
Are you ready to go to Roe?
And I totally didn't expect that.
He told me with Bailey and with Dakota Kai.
Because she was not working, even not working on WWE.
That was makes me so high.
Because baby, Dakota and me, and make a new unit.
Oh, my gosh.
Then he says, oh, please think something new ring name.
Oh, my gosh, I don't have any time.
Because maybe that was only five days before to become, only five days before to
summer slam.
You only had five days to come up with a new name.
I think so, yeah, I think so, yeah.
This is on one week for sure.
And so the Iosirai, the Shai means purple thunder in Japanese.
So that's why I tried to think something, when you're hearing my name,
you could imagine, like you can image something, you know, like a fire or like water,
whatever, like a strong fist, whatever.
But you came up with Iyo Sky.
Yeah, like Sky.
Because if you hear me, if you hear your sky, you can easily do thinking and the sky, the sky.
And you won't forget my name.
So that's why I decided to put sky.
And you're the genius of the sky.
Oh, yeah.
So it makes sense.
Okay.
Yes, yes.
And your Shirae, your sky, very similar sounds.
They do.
Yeah.
And you got to keep your theme song.
What a theme song.
Oh, yeah.
I like that song.
Like as soon as it hits.
It's like that.
You can feel that bass when you're in the arena.
You know, you can feel it.
It's great.
Yep, yep.
How did you come up with genius of the sky?
I used to use that phrases in Japan as well, just to keep same.
What is genius of the sky in Japanese?
Oh, hold on.
In my head, I'm completely switched to English mode.
So I have to switch to Japanese mode, too.
Uh, uh,
uh,
Japanese. Look, you speak English as your first language now. This is great. I lost all language.
That's genius of the sky in Japanese? Yeah, pretty much. I love how we were to switch you out of
English mode. Yes, yes. We'll switch back to English mode here. Okay. Yes. Your moon salt is so
beautiful. Thank you. I think it actually looks a lot like Lita's moon salt.
Like Lita does, I think, one of the greatest moonsaults ever.
Yes.
Her moonsault is amazing.
Like, she's lean back, like, the curve.
Yeah.
Jumping.
The distance is so beautiful.
What makes your moonsault different?
I think so many people do moonsault, like, jumping to.
Like up.
Up, yeah.
Jumping to up.
But mine is maybe far, more far, like a backward.
Jumping out.
Yeah, jumping out.
Because I don't want to make hit moose out, king, one, two, grab the rope.
I don't want to make that happen.
So that's why set up the opponent close to the middle of the ring.
And I jump to out and make a distance.
So there is no ropes to escape from my.
That's great.
psychology.
Yes.
I saw you do a moonsault years ago before WWE where you landed it in a stomp.
Do you think you could ever bring that back?
I don't think so because that is too dangerous to me.
You know, I don't want to break my uncle again.
Oh, yeah, because actually I broke my uncle three years ago, no.
four years ago, at NXT Takeover, I did a moons out to the outside,
and there has an announcer table.
I hit my toe to the announcer table very, very strongly.
And then, oh, my gosh.
I thought my day completely broken, I thought.
But, yeah, no bad, but broken bone.
But I must have hurt.
Yeah.
Must have hurt a lot.
Must have hurt?
Yeah.
Like hurt?
Yeah, yeah.
Totally.
So much hard.
Heart things ever in my life.
I want to talk about some of your most memorable moments.
So your debut, SummerSlam, your music hits.
People can't believe you're on the main roster.
What did that debut at SummerSlam in Nashville feel like for you?
That time was,
Everything was so quick because Triple H Hunter come back to WW and he asked me,
oh, are you ready to go to Ro?
And I feel like everything, I couldn't believe everything.
And I just came out to the stadium.
And yeah, everything happened was even I couldn't believe.
When you won money in the bank, you won in such a unique way with the handcuffs.
How did the idea come about for the handcuffs?
So actually the idea was Hunter.
That's such a cool idea.
And handcuff threw the dad.
That is so cool.
And that was Hunter's idea.
And actually, I did it at the match and tie up the cuffs,
baby and Becky.
And then I was looked like that, them hands, and Radha was there, and it was towards the briefcase.
Like money in the bank briefcase, and I feel like, oh, that is perfect.
And then you climb up over Bailey to get the briefcase.
Yep, I'm so mean.
Then the cash-in.
Yep.
How did that cash in feel for you?
Oh, yeah.
Cashing was, yeah, amazing.
Literally everything, I feel like, yeah, totally dreams come true.
I feel like that.
Of course, I didn't expect I will win money in the bank match.
And some people saying cashing is.
every single cashing is not fail.
Not fair, yeah.
Success.
Sure, yeah.
So every, every.
Some of them are fails, yeah.
So never fails.
So all cashing success, success, success, success.
So maybe you will fail.
I saw that on room, on X or on social media.
And then, oh my gosh, maybe.
Yes, I thought like that.
You didn't want to be the first one to cash in and not be successful.
Yeah, it could be, I thought.
But it wasn't true, so that makes me so happy.
Yeah, you hit a perfect moon salt on to Bianca, one, two, three.
What a moment.
Yeah, what a moment.
And, oh my gosh, yeah, yeah, WWV makes me, yeah, WW, yeah, I become a,
W.B. Superstar. Every single moment makes me so happy.
The trash can.
That is as well.
Let's talk. You've had a few different trash can spots.
Which one do you want to talk about first?
Which one? Yeah. Because all single World Games, I was in there.
Every war games. Only me, maybe. Nobody.
Yeah, nobody. All women's war games.
in Eoskai.
Like Eoskai has all
World Games.
Yeah. So how about the
trash can spot where you do the moon
salt?
That was tough.
Because I told you, I'm
always thinking
next match will better than last
match. You want your next match to be better
than your last one. So that's why
oh my gosh.
Yeah. All
war games I was in.
which means all war games make something special.
Right.
And you've got to just outdo yourself every time.
Mm-hmm.
And then finally, so, so yeah, I already used trash can or I already used trash can in my head, jump off from the cage.
So what else?
What else can I do?
What else can I do?
And maybe moons out.
Did you think you could do it?
First time, maybe not.
Because too dangerous.
Who can do Monsart with Trashcan?
You can apparently.
Because even trash can with dive,
even so hard because completely blind.
You cannot feel how height
and you cannot feel when I land on the floor.
So, but I have to jump off from the cage.
So, so hard move.
But.
How did you know you could do it?
The moonsault.
Did you, did you practice it before?
Yes, yes, yes, totally.
Because in my head, like an action figure, of course I can do that.
Yeah, yeah, put on the trash.
And the back flip, it feels like easy, easy.
But actually, so dangerous move it is.
I went to the WWP.
center and there has a normal trash can. I took off the plastic bag and cleaned up myself.
Took all the trash out. Yes, yes, of course. And then make it a little bit cleaner. And nobody
watch, I hope nobody watching that has what I'm doing. And I put on my head. And I did it on
practice ring. And yeah, I made it. And it worked. And it worked. Wow. Even that was only from
top rope. But I made it. So that's why, oh,
should be fine from the cage, even double higher, make it double high.
Are you crazy?
Maybe yes.
So the one at Survivor Series 2023, you put the trash can on and then it's a dive.
You can't see anything.
No, no, no, totally not.
So you're just guessing?
Well, so you know I am crazy.
And I know I am crazy, so that's why I saw.
So at that time, I'm not practiced about it.
So I just think in my head, oh, maybe I can do that because crossbody is my family move, even put on trash can.
It doesn't make me nervous or not makes me scary or something like that, I thought.
But actually, I was standing on the edge and tried to put my trash can.
And I realized at that time, oh my gosh, I can see anything.
I didn't bear it.
So I didn't think about I will get blinded.
I just think about put on my head and jump off.
I didn't think about my visual.
And of course, in the trash can, so dark I couldn't see anything.
And oh my gosh, I get started scared.
Wow.
I might have to jump off from here.
my gosh, I can do that. Maybe I can't. I will get injured one second, two seconds. And oh my gosh, I can't, I can't. No, I have to do both.
And then you just jumped. Yeah, something like that. Yeah. So first time was actually, I was so scared.
What a moment though. Yeah. But no, because camera is here. So show must go on. I have to jump off from here. I did it. And second time, I was relaxed. I could do it. Because I knew it.
you've had so many great matches with Ria Ripley.
Oh, yeah.
Like dating back to NXT, too, and on the main roster.
What do you think it is about Ria Ripley
that just brings out the best in you?
Well, I think Ria Ripley and me is...
We have chemistry, I think.
We are totally different person, I think,
because she's tall, she's muscle,
and she's so cool.
You're pretty cool.
Thank you so much.
But yeah.
But just your opposite.
Yeah.
I'm not cool as real Ripley, for sure.
Nobody's as cool as Rio Ripley.
Yeah, she's super cool.
Even when I just having casual conversation to look at her,
she's so cool.
Like, oh my God.
I sometimes I say, oh, yeah, really is so cool.
Yeah, I feel like as a fan.
So do you guys work so well together?
Do you have that chemistry because you're opposites?
I think so because she's so nice and muscle.
I'm running fast.
I'm so small, but I can flip.
And she's not so flipping person, like so much opposite.
Yeah.
So that's why I think we are making great chemistry.
You've also had great matches with Oscar.
Oh.
Like, you had this main event match on Smackdown where, and that made history, too.
Oh, yeah.
Two female Japanese wrestlers main eventing on Smackdown.
That's true, yeah.
That was a big match.
Yeah.
Also, that match was, the match time was very long, too.
Like, over 15 minutes match or something.
Yeah.
Normally, women's match is around 10 minutes, but that match was a big match.
to me. I really enjoyed it.
Who's the person
you haven't wrestled yet? Who have you not had
a one-on-one match with?
Alexa. Alexa Bliss? Yeah, Alexa Bliss.
Maybe I've never heard
a single match. I only had a tag match.
Okay. That'd be good.
Yeah, Becky Lynch, I think.
You've been in matches with her, but not one-on-one.
Yeah, I don't think so. Yeah, I want
to have a match with her. Also,
who else? Yeah.
Those are two good ones.
Yeah.
What do you think is the biggest thing that you miss about back home in Japan?
Yeah, sometimes I miss, missing, miss.
Sometimes I miss about Japanese-style wrestling a little bit.
But W-W-style wrestling is makes me happy too.
So maybe convenience store, you know, 7.11, so much different as United States and Japanese.
7-11.
What's the biggest difference?
Yeah, totally different.
You should try to go to Japanese convenience store because there has a lot of food, clean
hood, even 24 hours, 24-7 open.
Even you could get like a fresh cake or pudding.
Oh, that sounds great.
Yeah.
You can't get that in America.
No.
No.
And fresh fruit and whatever, like, a fresh cake.
free-cooked meal, fresh, everything fresh, you can get 24 hours.
In Japan.
In Japan.
Yeah, I feel like there's not a lot of fresh food at a convenience store.
You get those roller dogs, those disgusting hot dogs that have been there sitting there for three days.
That's crazy.
I like the United States convenience store, but totally different.
Your family's still in Japan, right?
Yes.
I miss my family, of course.
Yeah.
Did they come to visit a lot?
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Sometimes they came to
WrestleMania to, yeah, I invited them for
WrestleMania.
There's a big difference when you're watching
Japanese wrestling versus U.S. wrestling.
What do you think is the biggest difference
with the crowds?
Crowd.
I'm not sure for now,
Japanese crowd.
They're a lot quieter, I feel like.
I feel like they are not quiet.
I feel like they are watching.
Yeah.
And very respectful too.
appreciative.
Yes.
Yeah.
Yeah, what a performer doing.
So that's why you guys feel like a little bit Japanese people acquired,
but just different.
Their respect to performers, their respect for actor, whatever, wrestler.
They are just enjoying and they are very watching what they are doing into performers.
Like there's so much focus for watching performers.
In the United States, they are enjoying so much what is performing.
Yeah.
So singing to, singing like a...
Yeah, singing along the theme songs.
Yes, the chance.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Like a shroud, drink a beer.
Yeah.
They're sharing time with family.
They are enjoying.
I feel like American crowd is enjoying.
together and
Japanese
crowd is
watching
and respect
full for
performer.
What's the story
behind your celebration
where you're pointing
to yourself?
So
when I started
this emote
not like this
being
like now.
That's great.
I just started
something dropped
kick, whatever, neck grip.
And then I just started like this big.
I just pointing myself, I did it.
Or look at me, something like that.
I started like this.
And I did it two times, three times.
And then crowd gets reaction bigger, bigger, bigger.
And then now become like this.
They love it.
Oh, yeah.
Like, I feel like everybody's looking forward to this in a match.
Yeah, yeah, because I told you, American people doing together.
enjoying together.
Please do you guys, please keep doing.
When I'm pointing myself, you guys pointing yourself too.
Do you have a name for it?
Oh, good question.
We can make something.
Okay.
Think about it.
Good time.
Yeah.
But there's no name for it right now.
No yet.
No yet.
Please.
The people in the comments will come up with something very original, very creative, I'm sure.
Yes, please.
I feel like you've done everything in WWE.
Is there anything you haven't accomplished yet?
Do you have another goal?
Yeah.
Yeah.
My next goal is women's world champion again.
Again.
Yeah, again.
Again.
Always looking ahead to that.
Yes.
I love it.
Is there a message you have for your Japanese fans?
If you look into this camera right here, is there something that you want to tell them?
Oh, okay.
Japan.
Okay.
I have to switch my brain mode to Japanese again, right?
I love it.
It's Japanese.
Ioskai is like
America not
and the world
in the world
in this little
little bit of
I'm trying
so
my
my doing
that I'm doing
what I'm
doing
to be
going to
keep
you
keep you
off
not as
I'm
thank you
thank you
I agate
I'm going to end this
with the question
that I ask
everybody at the end
and thank you for doing
this
your English is very good
Oh, I'm trying.
But sometimes my brain doesn't work like explode.
But I love that you think in English now.
I think that's a big thing.
Do you dream in English or do you dream in Japanese?
Oh, that's a good question.
So, yeah, of course, first of all, only Japanese.
But recently, sometimes I get English.
Even I was arguing in English in my dream.
Whoa.
Okay.
That's big.
That's big.
That's interesting.
So gratitude is such a huge part of my life.
Eo, what are three things that you're grateful for right now?
Three things.
So, yeah, I'm so much grateful for WW, like, hunter, writers behind the camera,
who is working on behind of the camera, of course, corkers.
And, yeah, I'm so much grateful for WWE.
and so much grateful for my family, like a father, mother, sisters.
And because I'm not so strong, but my body is so strong.
Even I cannot sleep well.
I can't, I can't have sleep well time.
You know, I'm sometimes I'm too busy.
I had so many bumps, but I'm healthy.
Yeah.
So I'm so grateful for my.
mother and father and grandfather and grandmother.
Yeah.
Because my body made from them.
Yeah.
So the...
That's two.
Yeah.
Okay.
That's true.
And the third one is you.
I'm so grateful to you, you guys.
Always believe in me.
That makes me strong.
So thank you so much for you guys, for fans.
I love that.
I got one more for you.
What do you like to do when you're not wrestling?
Oh, I love cats. I'm a big cat person. Do you have a cat?
No now, not for now. But you're on the road a lot. You travel.
Yes, I have two cats in Japan.
Oh, what are the names? Yeah. And the names is, one is a boy, Santo, like El Santo. You know
the mask name? Mass. Yeah. El Santo. So, Santo. And the one is a girl, and her name is
Ryo, like Ryo de Hadisco.
Both of them made of,
both of them name came from
the Ruchador, Ruchador's.
So, yeah.
I love that.
Yeah, Sampo and Lairo.
You love cats.
Yeah, I love cats.
I really like playing with cats.
I want to pet cats.
When you're, like, what, what hobbies do you have
when you're not wrestling?
Obviously working out.
Yeah.
Yep, yep, yep.
So I don't know. What is my hobby? I'm looking for something new stuff.
I like sleeping. I like sleeping.
Yeah, I like sleeping. And I like it, ice cream.
Okay.
Ice cream is makes me happy.
Me too. What's your favorite flavor?
My favorite flavor is chocolate mint.
Oh. What about you?
Same. Oh, yeah.
Oh, my gosh. If I can go to a place where they'll give you two scoops, I'll do,
mint chocolate chip and then like cookies and cream.
Oh, I see, I see.
Why American people eating cookie dough?
It's a great question.
I don't love cookie dough that much.
Maybe because I'm not American.
Why you guys don't bake?
Please bake it.
It's a great question.
You don't like cookie dough?
It's delicious.
I'm just, why are you guys eating?
I'm just wondering.
I mean, it's a good point.
Why are we not?
Yeah.
Why is it not?
Cookies, I think, are more delicious than cookie dough.
Yes, I like cookies.
But why you guys eat cookie dough?
I feel like that.
What's your favorite food?
Oh, my favorite food is, yeah, Japanese food, of course,
but a pancake makes me happy.
Yeah, American-style pancake is delicious.
Just a straight-up pancake, or do you want, like, a flavored pancake?
Like banana, strawberry, chocolate chip.
Yeah.
Banana.
and a whipped cream.
Oh, that's a good one.
Yep.
Yeah.
So banana pancakes and ice cream.
Yep.
Yep.
But definitely not cookie dough.
Next time I will try.
Try it.
Yeah.
It's delicious.
Okay.
Okay.
