All systems are going.
Ladies and gentlemen, Chris Van Bleas!
Welcome back in here to another audio adventure on Insight.
I'm Chris Van Fleet.
Feel free to call me CBV if you'd like.
And, you know, the amount of talent between my two guests combined today
just seems a little unfair, doesn't it?
Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson have a hilarious new comedy that is out on Netflix
beginning today called The Man from Toronto, which is,
because out of the three of us in this conversation,
I'm the actual man from Toronto,
which is also funny because this whole movie is about mistaken identity
and being like, no, I'm the man from Toronto.
No, you're the man from Toronto.
We talk about that during this mini interview,
this mini view, as I've been calling these,
and I've had the pleasure of interviewing both of these gentlemen before,
but never together.
So this was such a fun one.
Give them a follow on social media.
Kevin Hart is at Kevin Hart, the number for real.
So Kevin Hart for real.
Woody Harrelson is just his name at Woody Harrelson.
And snap a screenshot, tag us on social media so we can share it.
And let us know what stood out for you the most.
Let us know what you thought of the man from Toronto.
And let's dive right into this.
Please welcome the legendary Kevin Hart and Woody Harrelson.
Gentlemen, so good to see you guys.
Let's see you to Chris.
Chris. What city are we in right now? What are we the men from right now? I'm in Ireland
right now. The man from Ireland. What about you, Woody? I'm in Sicily. Wow. Oh, my goodness. Well,
I have a real kinship with this title because even though I live in the U.S., I am in fact a man from Toronto.
Ah. Hence the pronunciation, Toronto. Yeah, he didn't put the T in there, did he?
This is probably, I was watching the whole movie going,
some people say it Toronto.
Some people say Toronto.
Was this like something you talked about on set?
Never.
No.
Really?
That's the first time we've talked about it in fact.
So I'm glad we're bringing this up.
You know, in the movie, Kevin, when your character messes something up,
he tedies it.
If Woody were to do something,
what would Woodying it be for you, Kevin?
Kill too easy.
That's Woody.
Killing without a real solid reason behind it, right?
Like that was a big problem for Teddy, just how fast he went to murder.
You know, like it's not that necessary.
And how do you not deem this as a problem?
That's Woody.
Just killing just because you feel.
Okay, Woody, what would Kevining it be?
Well, you know, just almost perpetually crushing it
in life. The actual Kevin, now, petting it is just messing shit off. But he's the opposite.
Everything he touches, turns to gold, just, you know, it's unbelievable. What, he's got like 19
television shows and 12 movies, books.
Congratulations. I do tequila.
Too much. I know tequila. It's incredible.
Since this is a movie about mistaken identity, Kevin, is it just annoying how often you,
you get mistaken for your friend Dwayne Johnson?
A lot. A lot. It's the arms, though. I know exactly what it is. It's all bicep related.
I was just telling Woody earlier, it's him and it's Willis from different strokes.
They're pretty much the same person, right?

And now we're giving people an inside look at the World Cup.
Time's ticking.
I think you can feel the intensity.
All the guys are wanting to really take their claimant.
And they want to be on that World Cup roster.
There's no doubt about it.
Hosting the World Cup on the home soil comes with its pressures.
We're just really excited just as the people are.

Woody, who's the character that people mistake you for the most?
Or who do fans want you to be the most?
Oh, you mean like the characters I've played?
Yeah, yeah.
Well, I always find it kind of interesting.
Like, you know, some people say, oh, natural born killers,
and some people say, white men can't jump.
So it almost tells me a little bit about the person, you know,
depending on which, oh, cheers.
You know, it's kind of interesting that people seem to gravitate toward different things, you know.
Between the two of you guys, who do you think's the better action?
star here.
Woody.
Kevin is an action.
He actually is an action.
So I've just done one action move.
Woody, Woody.
Woody comes in and kicks ass.
I love seeing Woody embrace his character, man.
It was so fun to play opposite, you know,
the man from Toronto because he, you know,
he was a complex individual.
And he never really let anybody in that much.
And he and Teddy's relationship, of course, progressed through the movie.
But as it progressed, you started to understand a little more.
And, you know, I like that you got to see that journey,
that journey of so tough, so still, break down to a person by the time we got to the end.
So it takes a great action mind to pull off the action and the flawless levels of a character,
or that a character should have.
Kevin, like, no joke, you are in this thing.
Can you walk me through what your workout routine looks like?
I want to know, too.
We all want to know.
Consistent.
It's more diet than anything.
But you guys know I'm true to the chicken.
Chick-fil-A.
There's an occasional.
It's on Sunday.
It's not even open today.
I can't find it in Ireland.
But it's just the dedication to a schedule.
You know, I'm a fourth.
30 a.m. riser. Work out for about an hour and a half every single day, full body. And Sundays
are light cardio days. Sometimes actually when I'm on sets, I treat my boot camp is two a days
because, you know, you want the days to burn. So work out in the morning, cardio at night when you
done work, it just kind of keeps the days moving faster for me. Well, it's working. Whatever
you're doing, it's working. Congrats to you guys. An amazing film. It's hilarious. And for both of you,
just keep crushing it. Thank you, man. Thanks, Chris. Appreciate.
Always good to see you guys.
Thank you so much.
All right.
Take care.

I'm at Chris Van Fleet. And I'll leave you with a quote that I love from Kevin Hart himself.
Laughter heals all wounds. And that's one thing that everybody shares. No matter what you're going
through, it makes you forget about your problems. I think the world should keep laughing.
I agree. Be great. Be grateful. Have an amazing weekend. Enjoy the man from Toronto. We'll see you on the next one for some more insight.
Jim Rome takes on sports. Why? Because I have a job to do with rapid fire takes.
So I don't want to hear from you lava pigs on this notion today. No idea what you're talking about. You're complaining more than you like to breathe air. It's like you get up in the morning only to complain and cry and moan on social media.
about things that you don't even understand.
He's the spitfire of Sports Smack.
Take advantage of it, but get up in here.
