Lately I've been going through some hard stuff.
Getting knocked down, getting right back up on the mistake I may was thinking you would have my back, but it's one way track.
That's right.
Hello and welcome to Investigator's podcast.
I'm your host, Chad, alongside my beautiful wife, Sherry.
Sherry is back on the podcast after a very extensive sinus surgery.
Babe, welcome back.
Thank you so much.
I'm so glad to be back.
My surgery was Tuesday.
Today is Friday.
And I was already getting antsy ready to come back on the podcast because this is my life.
This is what I love.
I love you guys.
I love you people out there.
And I'm just so glad to be back.
I think the surgery was a blessing.
And I think it's going to work.
And I'm going to feel so much better.
And I'm going to sound better too.
Yeah, for sure.
Yeah.
And we want to thank everybody out there that has reached out with your prayers and condol or not condolice
this shit.
your thoughts well wishes thank god it's not condolences because i'm here and i'm alive yeah thank god
although obviously as you were going into the sinus surgery it was a very extensive surgery
i mean they literally cleared out your entire sinuses and they did it surgically they had to
they had to kind of move some bones here and there drill bones you name it they got packing up
in your sinus yes i got packing up there i didn't even know i had stitches up there i mean i knew
they said they cut something, but I thought it was bloody burger.
Buggers.
And here I am pulling out stitches.
I'm thinking it was bloody burger.
But it was stitches.
Yeah.
So we're very glad to have you back.
There were so many people are like, we can't wait until a sherry gets back.
And look, we all felt the love, guys.
And there's one thing if you're new to this podcast, we're a family here.
And we have built this family over seven years.
And I think in life today, we often find that it's hard to.
find loyal people. It's hard to find people that are really be there for you or at least,
I mean, look, I'm not saying that they show up your house or even send you flowers necessarily.
I'm just saying that the littlest things can go the furthest distance. Oh, yeah, for sure.
And that's just by someone reaching out saying, hey, we're praying for you. Hey, make sure that you know
that we are here for you. Make sure you tell Sherry this. Make sure you do this. And there are so
many of you people, thousands of you that have done this. And we are so thankful for that.
Yes. Thank you guys so much because you are my family. You definitely are.
my family and I love you guys so much.
Absolutely. And that's why we do this. I mean, this is, this is what we do. We,
we have a few close people in our life. And, and I think probably so many people also
have those similar few close people. But we're very lucky to have all of you. By the way,
the name of that song is Grow Apart by Mind Me, great song, great artist. Go check her out.
If you want a good artist, I think it's a really good artist. Yeah. And I love her name and I love
the graspiness of our voice. And mind me, because more of you,
boys need to start minding us girls.
Yeah.
So mind us.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Anyways, guys, so our last episode, we had Sam on as a co-host where we talked about Iran and Israel.
And so that situation is escalating fast.
We posted and broke some stories earlier on our ex-account about a drone attack that was
happening in Israeli airspace.
It was a massive drone attack.
this basically set the night sky.
I think it was either early morning or night sky.
It doesn't matter.
I think it was actually evening sky of Israel on fire with anti-aircraft fire from the Iron Dome.
Early reports coming out saying this was Hezbollah attack or maybe even Hezbollah from Jordan.
We don't know.
But the very least, my thoughts on this are this was a softening up of the air defense system above Israel.
to usher in a much larger scale attack on Israel from Iran.
Iran has said today that if the United States gets involved in their retaliation against Israel,
because Israel struck some of their high up leaders, then they will strike U.S. military bases in the region.
But they've also somewhat threatened that if the United States heavily gets involved in the potential war, I guess, between Iran and Israel,
then they will strike U.S. targets inside of the United States, which obviously would be a very grave mistake for them.
Yes, very grave.
I don't care how weak our administration is.
We will demolish Iran.
And if they're trying to use these bully attacks against America, that is not going to work.
I don't care who's in administration.
That's just not going to work.
Because let's just face it, they're already attacking our bases abroad around Iran, Iraq.
They've already been doing that for months.
So what else you got on you?
bring your tax here and see what the frick happens then, dude.
Yeah, but by the way, you know, the United States practices bullying people every day,
which is on their own citizens.
Yeah, but they're trying to bully.
Iran's trying to bully America.
That's not going to work.
I know, but that's what I'm saying.
So the United States practices bullying on an everyday basis with you guys, American citizens.
And by the way, if you are listening from other countries, Canada, Australia, wherever,
just know that what is happening between the Middle East right now, between Iran and
Israel and all this, it's going to affect all of us.
If the United States gets involved in this Middle Eastern War, it is going to escalate a massive potential world war.
And like I said on the park.
Sorry.
Go ahead.
I'm so sorry, Chad.
I didn't mean to interrupt you.
Go ahead.
No, it's all good.
But like I said on the podcast with Sam is that if, you know, I actually really thought
that Russia and Ukraine would be the, I guess, spark that could ignite World War III.
But I think we're actually closer to a spark in the Middle East than we are in
Russia and Ukraine. At the moment anyway, at least until the United States says, all right,
Ukraine's in NATO. What else can we do to start World War III? It's like the United States is just
begging for World War III. They desperately want this. And man. And that could be a true possibility
that really America is trying to make this thing happen because they want it to go. You know,
and I think you and Sam talked a lot about that the other night. I'm not sure. I listened to part of it.
But at any rate, I don't think that threatening America is going to help Iran at all,
aren't Iran or whatever.
Yeah, but I mean, we funded a lot of their weapons of that.
We funded their, you know, their proxy groups, which is Hezbollah and even Hamas and
the Houthis and you name it.
But we just wanted to touch on that because this is escalating very fast.
Many people believe that this could be a direct strike, a massive strike on Israel within
the next 24 to 48 hours.
We don't know.
Could it all be bogus?
We don't know.
But I know for a fact that Iran is not going to sit by and not do anything.
They have to do something.
And so we're going to monitor that very, very closely over this weekend.
We have, I mean, we're going to try to have a little like, you know, do something this
weekend.
But we're also going to be monitoring.
If anything happens, we will have an episode out immediately after whatever is happening.
If we have to, we'll do a live video stream as well in, uh,
following to our episode.
And that's what I think we want to do.
We want to complement our episodes with video feeds.
And we want to get all of the information out on our audio.
And then we want to open up things for discussion on video.
And then also we will be starting to something that we've kind of been figuring out is we want to do some documentary style videos for both Rumble and YouTube.
YouTube, obviously, those documentary style videos will be things that, you know,
things that we can put on YouTube and in Rumble will be things that, you know, we can't talk about
on YouTube.
So let's get into what we're talking about tonight, guys.
House passes FISA renewal without added warrant mandate for U.S. data.
And so a bill to renew a key federal government surveillance tool known as Section 702 of the Foreign
Intelligence Surveillance Act, also known as FISA, passed the House of Representatives on Friday
about a week before it is set to expire.
However, House Freedom Caucus, conservatives, and their allies have blocked the bill from heading to the Senate.
In the dramatic moments after his passage, Representative Anna Paulina Luna of Florida raised a procedural measure objecting to the final vote, which was then countered by the bill's sponsor, Representative Laura Lee from Florida and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Mike Turner from Ohio.
These are Republicans.
Now, the House must vote on whether to reconsider the passage of 702 on Monday,
shortening the Senate's timeline to consider the bill before its expiry on April 19th.
A modified version of the original bill passed a procedural hurdle late on Thursday
after a group of 19 conservative privacy hawks sunk the House GOP's chance at passing it earlier this week.
The legislation is aimed to reform Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act,
which allows the government to surveil foreigners abroad with suspected terror links without a warrant.
Section 702 allows the FBI to collect communications of a narrow list of foreign targets,
even if the person at the other end of the suspect's communications is an American.
So that's a very key sentence in this, right?
Because what the FISA Act is supposed to do is to be able to allow the U.S.
intelligence agencies to spy on foreign terrorist groups or potential terrorist groups abroad.
But do you really think that our intelligence agencies really need a FISA-type situation
to actually spy on foreign terrorist organizations?
No, they don't.
That's all bullshit.
They do that on a regular basis.
What this is trying to do, and I'm just going to tell you from the very start, and we'll get
into a lot of clips, and we're going to break this.
this down. What this is really trying to do is allow our intelligence agencies to have an excuse
when they spy on everyday Americans or political opponents or groups that they don't agree with
or, you know, political opponents, political organizations they don't agree with.
People that are foreign people that are American, anyone. It's just giving them another excuse
to spy on us other than they're already spying us anyways. Yeah. So what they want to do,
do essentially here is they want to take away the burden of saying that they are illegally
spying on Americans.
And they want to be able to utilize the FISA amendment to where they say, okay, look, guys,
we believe that this group of people, maybe it's MAGA people.
Maybe this is a huge MAGA group.
But we believe that there is Russia collusion in here.
And we believe they are communicating with Russian allies or Russian disinformation agents or whatever
how they want to say.
That's all they got to say.
They don't have to say anything.
They could say that because this MAGA group is MAGA, because they like Trump,
then they are automatically maybe connected to Russia.
We've already heard the Russia gate, the Russia hoax, Russia collusion.
It's all been proved to be bullshit.
All they need is this FISA thing to go through so that they basically generalize an excuse to spy on any and everyone.
That goes for it.
Remember the people that were bitching at the gun.
government are coming to the school boards when they didn't like what things were going.
They're trying to pass this section 702 to spy on people like this.
Mothers that want to have choices for their own children.
Yeah, absolutely.
They want to spy on these people.
They want anything and everything against these people.
And you know, they're spying on us already, like I said, but this is giving them an excuse
to do it.
Yeah, there was documents released from, I think it was declassified docs from FBI and so on.
there were whistleblowers also released this that showed the FBI, DOJ, NSA, you name it.
They classified even the 2A symbol as a potential domestic terrorist symbol.
2A means Second Amendment.
That is in our Constitution.
And so what this passing of the bill here does is it is a death blow to our Constitution.
Although we know that the Biden administration, the administration currently in office right now does not give a damn about what our Constitution says at all.
they want to try to manipulate what you think the Second Amendment means or the First Amendment or the Fourth or Fifth or Six, whatever it is.
They want to just generalize everything.
Oh, well, this didn't mean that.
It just probably meant this.
But we're going to say that this is this, this, is this, and this.
The only thing that we have left in the United States or America for defending our unalienable rights of freedom is the Constitution of the United States.
our founding fathers wrote the Constitution of the United States because they knew that a government one day would come along like the government we have now.
And literally the Second Amendment of the Constitution was not written because they wanted to make sure that you could protect yourself from someone breaking in your home, although that was part of it.
The Second Amendment was predominantly written to protect yourself from a tyrannical government if they ever became too powerful.
That is what the Second Amendment was written for.
And these guys were pretty smart to even think about that back then because they knew that was going to happen.
Because whenever you have somebody in power, they're going to take control that power and they're going to overuse that power.
So they wanted that in our Constitution to make sure that didn't go against the people for the people.
That's why they have that in our Constitution.
But right now what's happening is they're trying to get rid of these amendments.
They're calling them domestic terrorists, anyone that is 4-2A.
And they don't give a damn about their own people anymore.
Yeah.
And it's not just two ways, Sherry.
It is, it is, it is, uh, school board moms that go that don't want their kids to be
indoctrinated by the, uh, by the trans movement or, or read books about having sex or
blow jobs or you name it.
I mean, I mean, anything like sex in general should not be in public schools.
You know, I think what you're saying is like the indoctrination to try to make people.
people or not people make kids believe that they are gay or trans or whatever.
This is things that are happening in our school systems.
Not every, not all, not all, not all, not all school systems have indoctrinations like this.
But there are many school systems that do.
And so when there are parents that are going to school boards that are fighting for their kids,
the ones that they have the absolute responsibility for to raise and make sure they're, they're,
they're the kids they want them to be.
Those parents are also being considered terrorist.
So when you think about this FISA thing, think about what FISA is.
Now, I want to play you a very quick clip of Marjorie Taylor Green.
She goes on Steve Bannning to talk about this bill.
And it's very important what she says here.
Check it out.
Still fear in members, you know, especially like our own speaker, Mike Johnson.
They pull them in the room in a classified briefing.
and give them no proof but try to tell them that Americans are going to die unless you reauthorize FISA,
or people are going to die unless you do X, Y, Z.
Here's the deal.
I am completely against FISA, Steve.
Kill FISA altogether.
We do not need FISA.
FISA is the tool of the deep state.
And just because people think taking it from a five-year to a two-year makes this bill any better, it does not.
here's the deal. There's a carve out for members of Congress in there, Steve. That means that
Congress has to be notified if a congressman is going to be spied on by FISA, but yet are the American
people notified? No, absolutely not. This is, FISA is what was used to spy on the Trump campaign.
It's what's been used to spy on hundreds of thousands of Americans and the intel community wants
it to continue. So my question for everyone at home is, do you trust the government? Do you actually
trust the Department of Justice to police itself? Do you actually trust Biden's DOJ to hold
Biden's FBI accountable? No, we don't trust any of it. And I'm really sick and tired of
Republicans here in the House kicking the can down the road and saying, oh, well, when Trump
comes back, Trump will fix it. Why don't Republicans fix it right now? That's what I want to see.
I want to see a fight to actually do what we say we're going to do and stand up for the American
people. I voted yes on the rule. I'm voting yes on the warrant requirement. And then I am
voting a big fat no on the... All right, there go. So she is voting a big fat no.
On FISA. 7.02. Section 702. And sorry, I did not silence my phone right there for a second.
And I was like, Bing, right when she's saying big fat no, but she is so right. Why are we even
putting up with this now? And we're expecting Trump to get back in office and fight for us. Why are
we not fighting for ourselves at the moment? Are we too weak? We're not weak. I think Republicans
know where to go and what to stand for. They don't need a leader involved to get this stuff
stopped. Yeah, here's the thing though, right? So she's right. This is a bill for the deep state.
This is something that the deep state desperately needs to spy on their political opponents,
to spy on every single thing that you do, although they don't need FISA to spy.
on you, but they do need FISA to save their ass when they break your door down.
Right.
With no warrant for some bullshit, whether you bought too many guns, whether they suspect you
of some kind of red flag law, whether they suspect you of maybe you have a podcast and
maybe you don't really love the government and what they're doing.
So they want, they decide one day that, you know what, we're going to go to FISA and we're
going to use FISA to break this door down because maybe this podcast has a tie to Russia.
And so we're going to break this door down.
We're going to arrest them, put them in prison.
And you'll never hear from them again.
This is the power this shit gives these assholes in our government.
And you just think about, I don't know if this even has anything to do with it, but I remember specifically there was a woman.
They had a, they did not have a warrant.
They went into her apartment and went into the wrong apartment.
Do you know what I'm talking about?
And they end up killing this woman.
Even though, yes, but she, yeah, there's a long story with that.
Yeah, but I'm just saying.
Yeah, you're talking about Brianna Taylor.
Yes.
I get the whole other thing about it.
But still, I feel like you have to have warrants to go in on these people no matter what.
Yeah, no knock warrants are an issue, right?
Because I will tell you this.
I, you know, in this house, there's a gun in pretty much every room, close accessible,
whether it be AR or a, what?
whatever, or a handgun or something, you know, we, we really take that very seriously.
Our security, especially with the podcast, there's a lot of people that hate us.
There's a lot of people who have threatened us many times.
So we have guns on us all the time, anywhere we go in any room, doesn't matter where it is.
And, you know, if we get our door broken down.
And we don't know who it is.
Yeah, by whoever.
We're going to be shooting.
Yeah.
I mean, absolutely, we are.
I'm going to be shooting.
If somebody's breaking down my door and I don't have any idea.
I haven't done anything wrong.
I haven't broken the law.
Well, not according to you.
Yeah, but you can't just come into my home like that.
And this is what they're trying to do.
I don't think the section 702 is exactly like that, but it is infringing on my freedom
and my rights.
Absolutely, it's 100%.
But listen, you're saying it's not necessarily that, but it absolutely can be that.
Right, right.
And so it could be as bad as FISA being used for breaking.
down doors and houses of everyday Americans and based on what they have spied on them for,
whatever the hell they've made up on them for.
And you have to understand that we are in a,
we are in a huge cultural battle right now.
We're in an information war.
We've talked about this many times on the episodes.
In information war means that you have a lot of people now that are gaining mass
followings besides the only fans, girls, right?
But that's what's funny.
is like if you go to Instagram or you go to Facebook or whatever and these girls, it's like
just whoever, you always knew who has only fans or or or kind of, I want to say this in the
nicest way possible, slutting themselves out, which is almost every girl seems like on.
Oh my God, beta.
Yeah.
But anyways, all these girls have mass followers now.
I've never, I've never seen girls with so many followers.
There's girls that have followings because of their toes.
I'm not kidding.
It doesn't matter.
Yeah.
But the problem is.
is that what the government is run into, that you also have mass followings of people that are
speaking the truth.
You have mass followers of people that are calling out the bullshit from the government, and
this is the biggest threat to the United States government over any foreign adversary.
The United States government does not give a damn about what Russia or ISIS is doing or
Hezbollah or whatever.
Obviously, because if they did care, then they would shut our freaking border down right away.
Absolutely.
This would have never happened.
If they actually gave a damn about what was really going on and they cared so much about your security and your safety, do you really think they would have a border open with any and everyone allowed to come through the border to infiltrate and have these sleeper cells that are ready to attack, especially considering right now we have a huge Middle East situation going on.
And yet supposedly they're saying we need FISA to make sure that we can spy on terrorist groups abroad.
That's bullshit.
Yeah.
And spy on Americans.
They want to spy on Americans.
That's absolutely what they want to do.
That's what they want to do.
They want to spy Americans.
Meanwhile, like Chats said, they're opening every border everywhere.
And they're giving these people phones.
I guess the phones could spy on these people, but I don't know.
Well, we did something a little while back to where Sherry was pissed off a little bit because we had the Amazon Alexa.
And, you know, and listen, Amazon Alexa, you know, already, it's been a mainstream media.
they listen to your conversations
and potentially
they even maybe work with
the United States government to
record conversations of what you
I'm pretty sure that Amazon Alexa
has solved murder cases
based on what they heard
during the murder.
So that should tell you right then, it listens to you.
And so one day I went out
and I smashed the shit out of this Amazon Lexa.
I was like, oh my God, I really liked
that speaker because you could ask
it anything.
What's the temperature?
Sure. Of course.
What is the time?
Can you play this song?
Can you do this?
It did everything.
It was like a little assistant that I loved.
No, it was a little, no, no, no.
This was a little spy-ass little bee.
And let me tell you, there were many times.
You know how many times we'll be in the kitchen?
You guys, Sharon and I hang out in the kitchen a lot.
We'll hang out in the kitchen.
We'll talk.
We'll have deep conversations about stuff we're going to talk about the podcast or whatever.
You know how many times Alexa chimed in with some shit?
You're like, shut the, um, up.
Alexa. She's like, I don't talk. I don't listen to words like that or something.
Yeah. And I was like, is this? I was like, is she really talking back?
And she was talking back to you. Yes. And that night I'll never forget. You're like that I'm done.
No. We, you know, if we're going to preach about this, we got to follow what we preach. So we got to get rid of this thing. Yes.
But unfortunately, we have so many other things in our household that they can spy with in our home. So you think about anything. Alexa is just one, but we have so many other things.
Yeah. You think about anything that has a microphone. I mean, if you have an Amazon fire stick and you have a voice activated remote, I'm sure they can listen to you in that. If you have a cell phone, they can listen to you obviously on that. If you have a webcam or if you have a camera that has a microphone, if you have anything that is connected to Wi-Fi, if you all notice everything that you possibly buy in technology nowadays wants to connect to Wi-Fi in some way, should.
perform everything i'm talking about your cars apple car play uh you're talking about android play uh everything
everything wants to connect to the internet and that's for a reason they want to connect to the internet
because they want to monitor every single single absolute freaking thing you do i know and i want
to tell you guys a quick story of what happened to us this week that kind of scared me i think it kind
of scared you too i don't know if you know what i'm going into but i'm talking about we finally did
our taxes this week we you know we waited until last minute whatever but we're doing it and we went
through it. We did it all day. And we're ready to file. We're ready to pay them the money.
We're giving them the money and we want to send our taxes in. And they would not, they kept
rejecting our taxes. So finally, we had to go on to the IRS site and we had to do the ID.
Me thing. And that's when you basically have to set up this username, passcode. You've got to
put your driver's license, the front and the back. And not only that, but you have to show a video of your real face, like where they
scan your face to say it's you because they're saying, oh, we just need to make sure it's you
because, you know, everyone else in the world is going to pay your taxes for you, right?
Yeah.
And it's not just a video, though.
They say, let's take a video selfie of you.
And it literally shows them scanning every wrinkle of your face.
It is so scary.
And they did mine at first and they still rejected our taxes.
I'm like, Chad, something weird is going on.
I'm like, you're going to have to do the same thing.
You're going to have to go through this ID dot me thing.
So that he had to go.
through it, put his license in, scan his face. So I'm sure our face scans, our eyeballs,
our pupils are in some kind of database right now. Oh, yeah, they 100% are. They will use any and
everything possible to scan your identity in. And now they're using taxes. They're using it on a
mass scale. I've heard a lot of people also experience in this because they make it as hard as
possible to figure out certain things to where you have to go through this system. Yeah. Just to turn your
taxes in and you're paying them money.
Absolutely.
Like what the heck?
You know, and I always thought about when we were preaching about the, what was, 87,000
employees from IRS that they were hiring, that was going to be armed with weapons.
I was like, why would they need IRS people with weapons?
Now I'm starting to get it because they're getting people to scan their faces in order to
even turn their taxes in.
Like, this is kind of a scary situation.
And it goes right along with this FISA,
Section 202.
Yeah, I saw an article come up on my phone today.
I get a lot of notification.
It says, IRS warns, don't even think about trying this scam on the IRS to avoid even
$5 on your taxes.
Oh, my God.
I'm literally seeing these articles every single day.
The IRS is publishing this, publishing this, publishing this, and they are threatening the people.
They want the people to feel like they're slaves.
And this is the way it is.
Guys, we are slaves to the system now.
Period.
In the story.
And it's not just FISA.
It's the IRS.
It's taxes, everything.
But yeah, people that want to vote Democrat, go for it.
Because these are the people that are enslaving you.
Yeah, for socialism.
And I was, we were watching that guy today.
You show me.
He was a really funny guy that he said.
Yes.
And he was talking about his daughter, how she was all pissed off.
Because she was at this job at a country club.
And she's working.
And she's working way more than all the other.
their people, but they put all their money into one pot and split it.
And she's like, dad, how is this fair?
I'm working like three times as much as these people.
And he's like, welcome to socialism.
Yeah, and she was a liberal.
And she was like a big Bernie Sanders fan.
Yes.
I know.
I was like, okay, is that opening your eyes now?
You know, you should, whatever you work for, you should get.
You shouldn't have to share it with everybody else.
No, you shouldn't.
Here's what Marjorily, or Marjorie, shit.
Marjorie Taylor Green said in the house when she said,
spoke against FISA today because we want to go off of the last clip we played you.
Here's what she had to say in the House today as she spoke about FISA and what her thoughts
are on this in her rebuttal to what everyone was going to vote for.
Here you go.
Thank you, Mr. Speaker.
The question today is, do you trust the government?
We often hear the claim that it's for your safety.
And any time the government tells us it's for your safety.
safety, the American people really question what that means. The same intelligence community that
spied on President Trump's campaign has been deeply invested in reauthorizing FISA. And the same
intelligence community that wrote the letter lying saying that the Hunter Biden's laptop
is not real, deeply wants FISA reauthorized. These are also the same people in the intelligence
community that abused FISA in spite on hundreds of thousands of Americans. And I would argue
they will continue to do it. These are also the same people who oppose the FBI having to get a warrant
before they can search Americans data. Yet we have a clause in this bill today that protects members of
Congress and notified before they can search members of Congress data. It's always the rules for
for thee, but not for me. The problem is that this process to reauthorize FISA has received
more effort than Congress has actually curing the border. And if the government really cared
about protecting Americans, then they would shut the border down and mass deport terrorists
out of our country and criminal illegal aliens. But they're not doing that. No, they're
telling us we've got to reauthorize FISA so the government can continue to spy on Americans.
There's been a lot of games played here in the swamp this past week when it comes to authorizing
this bill. We were even told on Wednesday that FISA was completely stopped, yet here we are
voting on virtually the same rule and virtually the same text. The only change has been from a five-year
sunset to a two-year sunset.
yield additional 30 seconds.
The gentlelady from Georgia.
The lady is recognized for 30 seconds.
Thank you.
I would argue that changing that time frame does nothing.
If Congress wants to change FISA to protect Americans or get rid of it all together, we can do that.
We make the laws.
So the question today is, do you trust the Department of Justice to hold the FBI accountable?
Because I don't.
And the warrants aren't added to the bill text unless we pass this.
the amendment after this vote and change the bill text.
But a vote to change the bill text and add warrants will not get me to pass the final bill
to pass FISA.
So there to go.
That's what Marjorie Taylor Green had to say today.
Now listen, I want to play you another clip.
Charlie Kirk, he said, my team and I were searching for the story all morning and finally
found it.
It's been memory hold unless you know the exact number of times the FBI abused FISA between 2021 and 2023.
By the way, you know how many times it was?
278,000.
Oh, my God.
Times.
They abused FISA.
28,000.
Is that what you're saying?
278,000.
Sorry, I'm 8.D.R.
Dislexic.
That was dyslexic.
That was dyslexic.
You're dyslexic.
But anyways, listen to this clip, guys.
This is Brett Bear talking about how many times FISA abused, or sorry, the government abused FISA.
Here you go.
Good evening.
Welcome to Washington.
I'm Brett Baer.
Breaking tonight new allegations that the FBI overstepped its authority in conducting investigations
against American citizens.
And not just a few times.
We're talking in the hundreds of thousands of times.
Correspondent David Spont is at the Justice Department tonight with the breaking details.
Good evening, David.
Brett, good evening.
This story is quite something.
This court document released just a few hours ago found that the FBI misused a popular digital surveillance tool on everyday Americans more than 278,000 times in 2020 going into 2021.
We're specifically talking about Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, also known as,
FISA. It gives the FBI and other agencies the ability to digitally surveil without a court
order or a warrant. We now know the FBI used the tool on people connected to the civil unrest,
following the death of George Floyd on the streets of the United States, those involved in the
January 6th Capitol attack, even political donors. According to the court, a redacted name or names
quote, conducted a batch query for over 19,000 donors to a congressional campaign. The analyst who ran the
query advised that the campaign was a target of foreign influence, but the National Security
Division determined that only eight identifiers used in the query had sufficient ties to foreign
influence activities to comply with the querying standard. The judge wrote that the problems
were persistent and widespread, and, quote, it may become necessary to consider other responses,
such as substantially limiting the number of FBI personnel with access to unminimize Section
702 information. Federal intelligence.
officials are pushing hard and begging Congress practically to fully re-up Section 702,
although in the name of safety, it expires December 31st of this year.
It is critical that Congress fully renew Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act,
which provides fast, reliable, and specific insights that enhance our understanding of the threats
posed by our adversaries.
We're seeing some bipartisan action on Capitol Hill, Republicans and Democrats not have
Congressman Jerry Nadler said today the FBI has promised changes before, quote,
without significant changes to the law to prevent this abuse, I will oppose the reauthorization
of this authority. Now, government data, and I'm reading it now, shows the FBI conducted
approximately 204,000 queries, a 94% drop from 2021 going into 2022, citing that they've
made some changes. In a statement we just got from the FBI, they quote, the director, Christopher
Ray saying this is, quote, completely unacceptable.
But Brett, no doubt this caps off a difficult week for the Federal Bureau of Investigation,
which began critical criticism from the Durham report on Monday.
And, of course, those FBI whistleblowers yesterday.
Now we have this story today about these surveillance program.
So there they go.
And by the way, I want to say this, they weren't abusing FISA when they talked about George Floyd for the people in
favor of George Floyd protests and riots.
They were abusing FISA in people in protests and against what was going on about George Floyd
and the riots.
That's what they used FISA for.
That's agenda.
It's all about agenda.
They also abused it with J6.
And not just J6 people that were in the capital, J6 people that were outside of the capital,
or people that even potentially were in and around Washington, D.C.
during that time and also
maybe happen
to like Trump. Now I
hate to quote people and I don't even remember
their names but I just had gotten out of surgery
and I was watching the news
and this was a former
Trump cabinet lady in
that she was all about
you know she knew all about this
FISA, the limit
702 and she was kind of trying
to tell the benefits of it like
how it's going to be different this time
it's going from the two year to the
five year. Okay, so we have two years of you guys spying on us. But not only that, she's like,
well, we're reducing the amount of people that can spy on you. We're giving the access to less
larger population. There's only a certain population that can now spy on you. So it's okay,
because we have less people doing it. Yeah. What do you think about that, Chad?
No, it's bullshit. I mean, does it matter like the amount of people or the access or less of, you know,
the lesser access that they have to spy on you?
Does that really matter?
No, because it all goes back to the fact they want a generalized ruling from a House or Senate
committee to where they can abuse that ruling based on that new amendment to say that,
oh, well, you say that we spite on these people, but we believe that they had connections
here or here or here, here.
Yeah, but they're limiting the amount of people that are able to.
to have access to these spying capabilities.
Yeah, but do you really believe that, though?
They're saying it's going from 90% to 1% or something.
That's bullshit.
But, I mean, how do you regulate that?
How do you even know that's happening?
And I'm just saying, even the 1% of the people in these agencies are still have access to this program.
How are they using it and how are they abusing it?
You know what's very interesting?
You remember George Santos, the guy that was ousted?
Yeah, yeah.
you know, and I find this funny because George Santos, he was the one that was ousted by everyone.
George Santos says that he would have been the key yes vote on Biggs FISA Amendment,
which was Republicans who voted against it coincidentally vote to expel me.
See why now?
These people hate America.
So the same people that voted to expel Santos were the same people that voted for FISA in a Republican Party.
And he says here, today I would have showed up to work and voted unlike 13 members who didn't bother.
And I would have voted A on the Representative Thomas Massey Amendment.
Funny enough, Republicans who voted against the amendment coincidentally also voted to expel me.
See why now?
These people hate America and the Constitution.
And this is not just Democrats.
These are Republicans that are for this thing, you know.
And that's why there's such a big stand.
but you have to really look at what this thing means and what does it mean for American people
in our freedom and our freedom of rights.
Because if you take a little bit of the freedom, they have a whole lot of, you know,
everywhere to go about it and they have limitless, like, access to anything you have.
Yeah, absolutely.
Here's what Tim Burchett had to say after the ruling today.
Tim Burchett, you might remember him because he was one of the main leaders with Representative Luna,
which also enacted the amendment.
She has stopped right now the vote to go to Senate,
which in turn essentially, I guess,
gives the Senate less time to vote on the FISA amendment
or the FISA, I guess extension.
Yeah, 702.
Yeah.
So Representative Luna, which was the lady,
which I'm starting to like her more and more and more every single day,
Luna was beside Tim Burchett during the question.
and the congressional hearing with David Grush, the UFO whistleblower.
Luna was always one in the media that was talking to the media about David Grush and all that.
You might remember her.
Yeah.
She was usually side by side with Tim Burchett.
Luna is the one to introduce this amendment to stop or at least put something in the way of make it.
What she wants to do is force another vote in the House on FISA to then make it longer or I guess less.
time for the Senate to have to vote on FISA.
Because she knows it screwed up.
Yeah.
And this thing expires next Friday, by the way, April 19th.
Absolutely.
And so here is Tim Burchett and what he had to say after he left the vote today.
Here you go.
Hey, everybody, Tim Burchett, just leave in the House floor.
Not a good day for democracy.
FISA has passed currently through the House.
The amendment that would have stopped warranted searches on American
I get what you're saying warrantless searches on Americans.
So warrantless searches will continue.
And it's not really good at folks.
I was told by the State Department that those warrants were problematic.
I got news for you.
The Constitution is problematic to the State Department and the intelligence community,
the FBI and the rest of them.
And it should be.
They should not be able to do some.
do searches on you electronically or otherwise without due legal process, not without going for a judge.
It's a very sad day. We've allowed the intelligence community to run Capitol Hill.
And once again, the Uniparty has collected all their folks in and won.
And that's why these elections are so important.
I mean, I don't care if you go to church with a member or you're in your Sunday school class,
you play golf with them.
Look, if they come down here and vote to take away your constitutional rights,
why in the world would you all keep electing them?
Either party.
Either party.
Yep.
Either party.
You're sending me here.
We'll keep fighting.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, and this goes back to, like you said, either party.
It doesn't matter a Republican or Democrat.
Why do you keep electing this damn people?
Yeah, they're taking away your constitutional rights.
And like Marchery was saying, why can't we get this done without Trump?
Why can't we stand up to these?
people and say this is not going to happen and we're powerful enough to do this.
Because they are all controlled.
This is what I want everyone to understand right now.
You may be a part of a political affiliation, whether it be Republican or Democrat.
The reality of this situation is that we are in a fight for our lives and our freedoms
and our and our abilities to freely act as people.
And all of the career politicians are against us as people.
This is not just left or right.
Yes, the left is in power right now, and they are heavily more interested in taking one
of your rights, I guess, than more Republicans.
If you have to weigh the balance of who wants to take away more rights versus the other
is probably Democrats.
Right.
But you still have a shit ton of Republicans also want to do that as well.
Yes.
They are infiltrated.
They are coerced.
They are...
By who?
The deep state.
More than likely.
Yeah, absolutely.
I mean, the intelligence agencies.
That's who they're, that's who they are compromised by.
Yes.
Any, any agency that has a three letter word right now, we cannot trust.
No.
None of them.
You think IRS, CIA, FBI, any of these people, as American citizens, we cannot trust any of them.
No.
And Tim Burchett, the biggest thing he said here is that the Constitution is problematic to the
intelligence agency.
And that is the biggest thing.
Mayorkas from DHS said,
we must pass the FISA Act.
He's the Department of Homeland Security.
Right.
He is just as big in the intelligence agency.
And he's one of the biggest.
Yeah,
but we're trying to impeach him too.
Yeah, it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
We're not going to,
impeachment is all a game.
It's all a show.
It's all bullshit.
They want you to believe,
oh, we did something.
But you really didn't.
Mayorkas said in Congress,
we have to pass this FISA act
because they need it.
It is problematic.
The Constitution of the United States,
your freedoms, your privacy,
your rights is problematic
to these three-letter agencies
and this is what they cannot stand.
They cannot stand your rights.
They cannot stand you being able to speak out
or freely speak or have the Second Amendment right
in case they want to infringe
and be all the more powerful than they are.
This government is too powerful, period.
They are.
And they are way overstepping their boundaries.
Guys, I don't know if you know this, but Alex Jones actually is suing the CIA.
And I believe others.
Good for him.
Because there is a new report out from, I believe it was James O'Keefe.
If it wasn't James O'Keefe, I could be wrong.
But Alex Jones is suing the intelligence agency because part of that is they used their tactics against him to demolish him.
And it is in an undercover.
In the lawsuit, you mean?
No, no, no.
No, they just use their tactics.
This is on video surveillance.
An undercover person, journalist, whoever you want to call him, had this guy that is in,
I guess he is CIA or was CIA.
Nonetheless, he said essentially what they did Alex Jones and how they utilized their tactics
to destroy Alex Jones.
And now Alex Jones is suing.
But before we get to that, I want to do that.
want to play you, one of my favorite people in Congress, although I don't necessarily agree with
everything Jim Jordan says. But this is what Jim Jordan had to say about FISA today. And they
weren't going to get into the Alex Jones thing. Here you go. I thank you, Chairman. Now they want
to expand it. This is Second Amendment in a row where they're going to expand FISA.
Can't have a warrant for the existing program. No, no, this giant haystack of information can't
have a warrant when you go search American citizens there. But now they want to expand it and
tell us you still can't have a warrant. Holy cow, pretty soon this is going to be everybody gets
to get searched for any darn reason they want. That's not how it works in America, at least not how
it's supposed to work. The Third Amendment is going to expand it too. We spent all morning talking
about the warrant requirement, which should be so obvious, and they want to expand it. Now, look, I
understand we've got a border problem. Holy cow, do we understand that? And I may not agree with
my Democrat colleagues on how to fix it. In fact, I know I don't. But expanding FISA,
I mean, you've got to be kidding me. This amendment authorizes surveillance of a whole new category
of individuals. We should absolutely vet foreigners who seek to enter the United States,
whether legally or illegally, but Congress should not expand FISA or Section 702 beyond its
current scope of authorities. This whole year, we've been focused on our committee on
limiting FISA, reining it in, so that we still can do what we need to be done. Look after bad guys.
bad guys, but not infringed on Americans' liberties, and this just expanded. That's not what the
purpose of this bill is. We should address the border problem. Holy cow, our committee spent a boatload of
time on it, and that's an issue where, unfortunately, we didn't get a 35-2 vote on HR2, which was a good
piece of legislation. But this is going to sweep up so many more Americans where the FBI 278,000
times, not illegally, but didn't follow their own wolves when they queried the database, but now
they got even more.
Holy cow, this is the wrong way to go.
With that, I yield two minutes to the gentlelady from Washington.
General ladies recognized for two minutes.
So there you go.
So that's what Jim Jordan had to say, and he's 100% right again.
Let me ask you something.
If you have a government that is fighting to make sure that they can spy on you,
But yet, I mean, listen, this is what they're trying to do.
They're trying to circumvent your belief system in what this bill actually is.
Right.
This bill actually is to spy on you and to make sure they have full and all out control of every single information piece that you ever share in any way, shape, or form.
Yes.
And they're blaming on a foreign terrorist organization.
Yes, but that's what they're doing.
They're acting like, no, we have to have this bill in place.
place to make sure we can spy on these terrorists that are abroad and, you know, all over the place,
wherever they are, even the ones that we're bringing in from the border and we're giving them
phones, we need this act so we can spy on them.
Yeah.
But really, that is just the front.
The real reasons, the real reason they're doing this is to spy on anyone and everyone in
America because they don't give a damn about anyone anymore.
Yeah, it's just a, it's a very, um, very scary.
scary time to be alive. I say this all the time. But, you know, how do you change this?
The reality of the situation is, is that we are in a time where government has full control.
This is a boat and pony show right now. The government, the Congress, the Senate, the bills
they pass, the legislation, the elections, all of this is a show. It is. This is. This is. This is. This is.
This is not an actual process anymore.
I mean, I hate to say it.
It's not.
It is not a what many people disagree with a democratic process.
It is an electoral republic.
Oh, my God.
Is that what we said?
I just wrote that down.
I was like, it's, you know, it's all about Democrats are talking about democratic,
but we're really a republic.
Yeah, absolutely.
And that is the major issue here is, you know.
We have the unalienable.
rights of our Constitution.
That comes first among a democracy or a Democratic Republic.
And that's 100% true.
Sorry, I didn't mean to take that.
Yeah, that's funny because I read it down at the same time.
But that's what I'm saying is like we are in a battle.
And the battle is that we're losing very fast and we're losing very quickly.
Even me saying what I'm saying right now, the government would consider me a terrorist.
Oh, yeah, of course.
We've been considered a terrorist.
if you talk against the government, you're going to be a terrorist.
If you talked against COVID or the vaccine or anything like that, you're a terrorist.
Yeah.
And, and, you know, I mean, that sounds also familiar.
I mean, if we would have said that 15 years ago, 20 years ago, to where the government could ever be like this,
you would say, oh, my God, that's China's shit, man.
That's North Korea's shit, dude.
Yes.
That's why we hate them.
You would never think that that would happen in America.
Yeah, that's all we hate them.
Yeah.
And, you know, we talk about, we've.
talk about being the most free, dominant country in the world. But really, when you think about it,
we don't have freedoms anymore. We're not the most dominant anymore. That's why Iran is trying to
bully us into some kind of stupid shit right now because they know we're weak. Yeah.
But we're not free and we're not what we've been brainwashed to be since we were born and
grew up in America. We grew up to know we were the like best country in the world and
And everyone wants to come here and they want to be free and they want to have this American life that we have.
But this American life is no longer what we used to think it was.
No.
I mean, and it's interesting because, you know, my brother actually, John, sent me something the other day about if you go to the Social Security Administration website and you can look this up.
They're the ones who track the voters who's registering and who's, you know, whatever.
you know, there are 200,000 new voters registering in Texas.
Oh, in Texas.
Per week.
Wow.
I wonder why.
Yeah, per week.
And there's this new ID system that they have out also that is allowing voters.
It says, hey, if you're not illegal or sorry, if you are an illegal or if you are someone
that is not a citizen, here's a fast track to an ID to vote.
They have a system out now for that as well.
And I think that's been out probably for a while.
But my brother called me when I am.
My brother's not big.
He's not big in like any of the conspiracy shit or any of that stuff.
Right, right.
But he called me when I and he was like, man, if you have not seen this, by the way, I've
not seen anyone break this story.
I guess we're kind of breaking it right now.
Yeah.
And I want all of you to research us and send us a message with a direct link to show this.
But yeah, in Texas, there's 200,000 people registering to vote per week.
No, per week.
Okay.
I believe Pennsylvania also has very similar numbers.
I think is 60 or 70,000 per week.
If you look at past history, this is, I mean, minuscule.
I'm talking about past history is nothing compared to what is going on now.
Right.
So it seems like even possibly that Border Patrol agents might be even registering people as they come across to vote.
Oh, wouldn't that be crazy?
Like, go ahead and sign your name right here so you can vote.
You know, come on in.
so you can vote. But I think the problem
with this whole thing, and I'm hoping
I hoping it will be
a blessing for true Americans
that want freedom for their country
is that these people that are coming in
and they're registering them. A lot
of them don't like what's going on
in our country. They want our
country to be a republic.
They don't want it
to be a Democrat.
They don't want it. Democracy. They want it.
Democracy. They want it republic.
Because a lot of these people that are coming in
from Mexico, they do have high values and they have Christian values.
And they're fleeing socialism and communism.
Yes. And that's what they're fleeing. They're coming for a free country. So of course,
they would not vote for socialism when they're coming in here. So I'm just praying,
maybe it's a godsend and they don't even know what they're doing. Yeah, but I think that
they're, I mean, even though the left, you know, you want to make, I guess a lot of people
say the left's crazy. They're stupid. But they're not stupid. They know exactly what
they're doing. Yeah, I know, but they can't, yeah, but I can't think that they can brainwash somebody
unless they use like the Mandela effect or something. No, but listen, not a Mandela effect.
That's not, that's not going to work. Okay. Well, another effect or another paperclip thing or
whatever. But what I'm saying is, are mass formation, psychosis, whatever. But that's what I'm saying.
What I'm telling you is, is that if they register people to vote, if, especially if Border Patrol
agents are directed to register people to vote, you don't think.
You think they're registering as Republicans?
Hell no.
The registering as Democrats.
They have a system in place that is going to ensure that every single person,
if they are registering people to vote that coming across the border,
are voting for Biden or Democrats, period.
They're not dumb.
They're not just going to let people over and be like,
oh, yeah, we'll just let you vote for whoever you want to.
No, they're not going to do that.
They probably are going to do that.
Of course they're going to do that.
Even though if they had their freedom of choice,
I bet you they would not vote that way because that is not,
in their culture.
Well, that's what they're fleeing in a lot of cases, except for the terrorists that are coming
across.
But nonetheless, trust me, the left is not that dumb.
They're going to make sure that if they're registering the vote, they have to vote in a
particular way, I believe.
I want to play you a clip real quick.
And this is Alex Jones situation with the CIA, with what he recently found out in an undercover
video.
And I want to play you what Alex Jones has to say.
Here you go.
Desperate deep state has been forced to.
reveal itself to emerge from the shadows because the global awakening is so massive.
There are now congressional hearings on FISA and the warrantless wiretapping and spying on the
American people where they're openly discussing the FBI and CIA's operations against myself
and Tucker Carlson designed to destroy us. The entire House of Cards is coming down now.
You can kind of put anyone in jail if you know what to do.
How?
It's a lot. It's a bureau practice entrapment a lot.
We get really close.
We call it a nudge.
A nudge.
Sometimes you just got to get a quick little, just to see what happens.
Sometimes you like to fuse and just wait for it to follow.
Nothing like putting out a fake social media thing but like really get people mad.
The undercover.
So by the way, this undercover journalist, and I want to say this before Alex Jones,
it kind of elaborates.
But what they were saying is that we put things in place to allow things to happen to make sure that the downfall of this
person that we want to get rid of happens.
This is what the CIA does.
This is a very manipulative scheme, but they are very smart about it.
You have to remember, guys, we're talking about the freaking CIA.
We're talking about CIA spies.
We're talking about people that are designed, programmed, and educated to manipulate
in every single way, form, and fashion.
I mean, if you think a narcissist is bad or some type of manipulator that you've ever
seen on any of your true crime shows, the CIA.
is way more advanced than that, and they are way better at doing what they got to do to make
sure that what they want to happen happens. Let's listen to Alex here.
O'Blenis, former FBI current CIA, has taken the Internet by storm. Hundreds of millions of people
have seen it, but this is only a tiny window into this world where they're openly admitting that
they're targeting Tucker Carlson, targeting Alex Jones, putting us on list, trying to shut us down.
Remember three years ago, Tucker Carlson said, hey, I just got told by high-level sources,
the NSA spying on me and giving it illegally to the Washington Post, his text messages.
And the Washington Post came out and said, you're right, we are, and here's your text messages.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is total warrantless, lawless tyranny to suppress the people,
and it is the greatest threat facing our nation and the world.
Do you trust the government?
In 2021, the FBI conducted over 3 million FISA searches of Americas, and in 2020,
and in 2022, the FBI was still conducting hundreds of such warrantless queries per day.
We often hear the claim that it's for your safety.
So do you think that members of Congress get spied on through these loopholes?
Yes, 100%. In fact, I'm quite confident in some capacity that I'm sure I'm on a list.
FBI conducted over 278,000 searches of the 702 FISA database that violated the Justice Department's own rules.
Anytime the government tells us it's for your safety, the American people really question what that means.
Alex Jones, if you're listening.
Alex Jones, you have a right to be a little bit flustered, right?
Your feathers should be flustered right now with what that agent, that former CIA guy or that CIA guy said about you.
And same with Tucker.
I'll tell you, go after him, go after him.
This weaponization that the Republicans have said has happened with the DOJ.
It's true America.
While other networks lie to you about critically vital, not just to the future of America,
but the future of free peoples across the world.
Myself, my crew, my organization, and my family have been the victims in the last seven years
of a CIA Justice Department FBI globalist attack.
Now, I didn't understand the full scope of this until just the last year,
But listeners and viewers have heard me break down the fact that it was a CIA FBI coordinated operation.
It's now begun to come out in just the last week.
There have been congressional hearings.
There have been documents.
There have been operatives who've been caught in clandestine recordings.
And even more is set to come out in the next week to two weeks.
So this information is explosive.
Now, a lot of the regular viewers and listeners,
of my syndicated daily show know the details of this, but we've talked about it in chunks and
pieces. Now we're going to lay it all out succinctly with the new information here today. But here's
the bottom line. Let's start going through the articles and start here. GOP lawmakers condemn
CIA FBI attack against Alex Jones. And this is in congressional hearings and in interviews.
Breaking Republican, congressman and women called for official investment.
to FBI CIA setup of Alex Jones. Representative Troy Nels, Representative Paulina Luna,
Representative Mike Lee, Representative Marjorie Taylor Green, and Moore are now calling for official
hearings and criminal investigations of the information that's broken in the last week.
Alex Jones, if you're listening, Alex Jones, you have a right to be a little bit flustered,
right? Your feathers should be flustered right now with what that agent, that former C.E.
CIA guy or that CIA guy said about you. And same with Tucker. I'll tell you, go after him,
go after him. This weaponization that the Republicans have said has happened with the DOJ. It's true
America. They're coming after Donald Trump. They're coming after anybody that's a mega
movement individual. We've got to push back. Let's win. It's important to understand that the
information that broke four days ago, the former FBI and current CIA operative Gavin Oblemis's
revelations, that indeed the agencies were working in tandem against myself and my operation
to, quote, cut our legs off and attempt to dial back or suppress the reach we have,
warning the public about the globalist operations.
You can kind of put anyone in jail if you know what to do.
How?
I'm not.
Alex Jones.
Yeah, so we were after him.
Was that court case used?
Was that in CNN?
Jew was.
But we were looking at all of his followers.
Comment.
I'm like, who's that the latest?
Right?
This Bureau practice entrapment a lot.
Yeah.
We get really close.
Civil matter.
Since they got all this access to his stuff.
Incredibly, federal law we can do.
But civilly.
All right, guys.
So that's hard to hear.
I mean, without, you know, actual captionings on the video, it's tough to hear.
But nonetheless, this is.
is the story.
Alex Jones,
Tucker Carlson,
among others,
by the way,
congressional members,
you name it.
They practice entrapment.
The CIA and three-letter intelligence agencies.
FBI.
Yeah.
Practice entrapment.
They do things and set people up to destroy them.
They want to get them off the internet.
They want to destroy their platforms.
And as I said earlier,
guys,
if you have a platform, they're going to destroy you if you are big enough to be destroyed.
If you are making a big enough impact on their agenda, they want to take you down.
The fact that so many Republicans voted for this FISA renewal, Part 702, or whatever it is, is disgusting.
And this goes back to, I know oftentimes we talk a lot of shit about Democrats or the left.
But also we have to understand that there is a lot of piece of shit people on the right.
Oh, yeah.
It's both sides.
But the whole time I was listening to this whole piece, you know what I kept thinking about?
And I always say his name wrong.
And I don't know why, but I'm going to say it right this time.
Richard Snowman.
Snowden.
Snowden.
I knew I was going to say something wrong.
Richard Snowden that is in Russia with Chad right now.
And he's there, you know, so we don't basically kill him because he came out and told us
what was going to happen in the beginning of this whole thing.
He said they were spying on us way back then.
And he even had to put his phone in the microwave to have this.
Which doesn't work, by the way.
I know.
But to even have this, what is the word?
To talk to the other people to have this interview with him.
The journalist.
He was so afraid because, you know, if you even watch the documentary of how he got everything out,
he was the one that basically started this thing.
He was so smart that he knew how to start these.
databases where they can actually spy.
And then when he realized what our government was doing and using it against American people,
he had a, what is the word?
Well, he had a mission.
He had something to tell the American people what was really, get an obligation.
To tell the American people what was actually going on and how it happened.
And he like pretty much risked his life.
Oh, he did.
To tell us all about this.
This was years ago, and now he's still in Russia.
I hope Chad.
And by the way, he's been commenting today.
Edward Snowden has been posting a lot on X.
Oh, Edward.
I said Richard instead of Edward.
Darn it.
Did you say Richard?
Yes, darn it.
Yeah.
Edward Snowden has been commenting all day about what is happening all day.
And he says today, whoa, the White House is calling the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution a threat to national security.
This is a real memo sent out today.
The yellow highlighted section just translate euphemism.
The Biggs Amendment to plain language, Biggs warrant required source below in QT.
So if you want to see the actual document, it says the warrant requirement is a threat to national security.
The Constitution's Fourth Amendment would eviscerate the value of Section 702.
Requiring a warrant would impose dangerous limits on the ability to review.
critical intelligence on the key threats, including terrorist threats to the homeland,
Bentonoff supply chains, bringing deadly drugs into American communities, Russian war crimes
and hostile governments, recruitment of spies, the Constitution bars U.S. officials from
querying lawfully collected section of, sorry, Section 702 data to find communications
of Americans exempt in extraordinary limited and unwelcome exceptions.
And it also says under the warrant requirement, the FBI would have been able, unable, to gain
access to critical information necessary to take these actions in time to protect the country.
So what they're saying is the Constitution bars the U.S. officials query and lawfully
collect a section of two data.
And it says, requiring a warrant would impose dangerous limits on the ability to review.
viewed critical intelligence on key threats, including terrorist threats, in the homeland.
But this is the biggest thing.
It says the Constitution Fourth Amendment would eviscerate the value of Section 02.
So what they're saying is...
And this comes from Edward Snowden?
No, no.
This comes from FISA.
Okay.
This comes from the actual bill, but he posted this actual document, yeah.
And so what they want to do is they want to take away an actual key amendment.
Amendment in the Constitution was the Fourth Amendment. And he's saying that's what's going to happen. They're going to take your Fourth Amendment right away from you if you guys let this happen. Yeah, absolutely. And by the way, guys, just so you know, the Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable searches and seizures by the government. The Fourth Amendment, however, is not a guarantee against all searches and seizures, but only those that are deemed unreasonable under the law. Now, if you think about the Stop and Frisk Act, right?
So stop and frisk was a huge thing in New York City.
I think when when Giuliani was in New York, he had the stop and frisk thing that happened.
A lot of the black community, especially went against this because many people believe that police officers were targeting the black community for stopping risk.
And by the way, very possible, not saying that's not true.
And I want to make very clear, stop and frisk should not be allowed.
You should not be able to, as a police officer or any government official, to be able to go up to someone just because of based on whatever the hell you think without any reasonable suspicion to search them or stop and frisk them.
That is bullshit.
That is 100% against our Constitution.
And so the same people, by the way, that are 100% against stop and frisk, which is unreasonable search and seizure.
you're also voting for, by the way, the people that are heavily trying to get the biggest part of the Fourth Amendment to be obliterated, which is not only stopping frisk.
I mean, we're far beyond that with FISA.
We're talking about their ability to see and interact with every single thing you do, including at some point maybe they break your freaking door down without a warrant because they say that you might have some connection with some four.
foreign terrorist group or whatever to hell.
It doesn't matter.
The reality of this situation is, guys, they're taking away your rights, right in front of your face.
And Republicans and Democrats are both voting for this.
And we are getting into tyranny very fast.
I don't know what's going to happen with the Iran-Israel situation.
But what I can say is I go back to about six months ago when Tucker Carlson said, they're going to find a way to stay in power.
this administration.
They're going to find a way.
Oh, yeah.
Like not even having a vote or anything.
Yeah, I mean, maybe it's more powers or something.
Yeah, maybe they, maybe they say because we're in world war, then we're not going to,
we're going to forego elections.
And you might say, oh, that's not possible because Constitution doesn't say that.
There's no amendment that says that.
Okay, well, they don't give a shit about the Constitution.
Obviously, they're trying to take away the Fourth Amendment at the very least right now
in the FISA Act.
And I just want to stop you right now.
And I just want to tell all of you out there.
Now, I'm a huge fan of Edward Snowden, even though I miss his name up every single time.
But he put his life on the line to tell us the truth of what was going on before anyone else could tell us.
We all seen the documentary, I think, and we knew about it.
So I'm just saying, he is my hero.
He had to move to Russia, which Russia doesn't sound like is a bad place, according to Chad.
Not me.
You know, fugitive Chad.
I mean, Chad, uh, Hauer.
Yeah, according to Chad.
So, Chad Howard, if you see Edward Snowden, I need his autograph.
Oh, goodness.
But, you know, you also have Julian Assange and, you know, you have Biden administration.
You know, they're just toying with people to say, oh, well, you know, we're considering pardoning Edward Snowden.
And by the way, I don't have any idea why Trump never pardoned either Snowden or Assange.
Especially Assange.
But, you know, I mean, I guess you could somewhat kind of make a case if you're a government official as far as Snowden.
But he pardon a bunch of like rappers and stuff.
Like, why would you pardon rappers and not in part important people that are showing us what's happening to us and how the government is using our information against us?
Well, the thing is because there's laws against what Snowden did.
Although the laws against what Snowden did were technically what Snowden did was.
prove that the government was going against the Constitution in the United States, which should
circumvent the law of what Snowden did.
Does that make sense?
That should absolutely ignore whatever the hell Snowden did based on whatever the law was.
Was it treason or whatever they're going after him for?
But it's not treason.
Treason is against your country.
No, but he's telling the American people the truth.
Yeah, that is for your country, by the way.
That is for your country, not against it.
Yeah, that is for your people.
And that should tell you everything you need to know.
that when Snowden went for the people and not for the government,
that is why they went after his ass and they said,
if we catch your ass,
we are going to put you to death, bro.
And it's because he went for the people,
not the government, not the politicians,
not the deep state, but for you.
And that's so scary when you are going for the government
and not the people,
because the government is supposed to be there for the people.
And the people are supposed to tell the government what to do.
That is not happening today.
The government is telling us what to do.
And we've got to change that.
Yeah, guys.
But that's what FISA is.
FISA essentially is the ability for the government to make an excuse to spy on you to have warrantless searches, seizures.
They want to circumvent and take away the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution, which is unwarrantless searches and seizures.
That is what FISA is trying to accomplish.
And no matter what you see out there to say that we have to have this for a terrorist and all this.
other bullshit.
You just look at the border.
Just look at all the other shit.
And if you don't think that our government actually has the ability to spy on terrorist
organizations around the world, unless it has something to do with some bill that we passed,
you must be smoking crack.
They want this bill to be passed with the writing and the term, the, the, the, the,
terminology.
No, the verb, yeah, the verbiage.
Yeah.
Yeah, the verbiage to be able to generalize.
So they can get away with anything and everything they want to.
Absolutely.
Yeah, you're right.
Yeah, you said that correctly.
But guys, listen, we're going to be following the Iran-Israel situation.
I have a feeling that something's going to happen in the next couple of days.
And as soon as it does, we'll let you know what is happening.
I'm going to tell Iran as myself as an American, go for it, bro.
Go for it, bro.
But guys, that is going to be it for this episode.
Listen, we want to say again, we thank all of you so very much for praying for Sherry,
giving your well wishes.
You guys are our family.
We love you.
And if there's one way you can help us, go rate us.

If you listen to us on Apple, please give us a good rating.
There's a bunch of haters over there.
And until next time, we love you.
By the way, the name of this song is Mayflies in the Fading Sun by Velvet Head.
Velvet Head.
All right.
All right, guys.
Peace out.
Peace out, guys.
Love you.
Like the prophets once said
And the ashes are all cold now
No more bullets
And the embers are dead
Whisper
Tell the tales
Of the brothers' god
Desolation
What a mess we made when it all watching from the after circus for the games to begin
