Is the secret government facility in Alaska known as HAARP much more than just a simple research facility? Is this property actually controlling the weather and even our minds? Let's discuss some theories and see how plausible they may be.

Welcome to Investigate Earth Podcast. I'm your host Chad alongside my beautiful wife, Sherry. Hi, guys. How is everyone tonight? Having an amazing evening. It is not even almost night yet. We're doing it kind of early tonight. So it is 550 on the east coast of the United States.

Thank you guys so much for joining us. We are back with a freaking conspiracy theory for once, which is kind of crazy. We're off the regular topics. Now, what I will say is we kind of had this idea of doing this. many of you have actually asked us to do this particular subject for probably like a year and a half. I've seen it off and on, but it wasn't until recently we started researching this topic and I've obviously heard of harp. I have heard different rumors and various things on harp. I've researched it in the past here and there. And then as of recently, I wanted to make sure that we got

kind of a good structure of information and a solid base to at least, number one, explain what it is, number two, explain what we think they're doing there. And, you know, there's some things like even this that looking at what the government controls, especially secret facilities nowadays in hindsight after the past two and a half to three years, um, you know, some theories just don't sound all that crazy anymore. You know? And I think that's really the way it is with harp. So we're going to talk about harp and we're going to talk about what it is used for,

what it has been used for. And it's kind of funny because as recently kind of, I was looking at articles and various things about what harp is. And almost most of what you can find on mainstream media or I guess I should say Google, big tech. They want you to kind of believe that harp is closed and they closed it down, but it's not. And it's actually officially not.

I mean, they don't claim it is anymore. There's actually, they just got a huge grant a couple years ago to continue. Well, not a couple. It was 2016. And so the Air Force and military are the ones that are running harp. And so for those of you don't know what harp is,

harp is a high-frequency active auroral research program. That is what they call it. And according to Wikipedia, the high-frequency active auroral research program was initiated as an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or DARPA. Now, we've heard of DARPA before. Do you remember where we heard of DARPA before? I don't remember which podcast. Well, we heard of DARPA because of COVID. and because DARPA has been involved with gang of function research.

Oh, okay. Darpa, yeah, I did not put that together. All the scientists, Falci, and all of that. That was the connection with the United States government and the military with COVID and the gang of function was DARPA. Was DARPA, huh? And as we said on that podcast about COVID-19, when we're talking about DARPA, pretty much anything DARPA touches, you need to keep your eyes wide open. because, you know, DARPA is the Defense Advanced Research Projects agency, which means they are essentially the mad scientist for the government.

So they don't usually touch things that are just researching the atmosphere, you know, no. So this is kind of comparable to Area 51. Yeah, I mean, depending on what Area 51 actually does, yeah. Like secretive like that. Yeah, it's top secret, very secretive facility. It was designed and built by Bay Advanced Technologies. Its original purpose was to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology

for radio communications and surveillance. As a university-owned facility, HARP is a high-power, high-frequency transmitter used for the study of the ionosphere, they say. It was first established in 1993, and it is in Gagonka, or Gakona, Alaska. The most prominent instrument at HARP is the ionospheric research instrument or the IRA. It is a

high power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency or HF band. The IRA is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere. Other instruments such as the VHF and UHF radar, a fluxgate magnometer, a

digisoneid ionospheric sounding device, and an induction magnetometer are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region. So that is the official narrative of what harp is. Although there's something that even they couldn't hide. And so let's explain, number one, why the, where did the, from the media narrative, which is pretty much what I just read you, to the, conspiracy theories of number one

it controls the weather number two they use it for mind control or subliminal messaging in magnetic radio waves which you know that sounds nuts right it sounds like if you said that you'd be like oh my god like anybody that believes that shit of crazy we've talked about that another podcast too

yeah but not exactly mind control mind control yeah but this is an actual physical thing I mean we've talked about mass formation psychosis we've talked about yeah different various government mind control things like mk ultra we've talked about briefly before but this is different this is definitely something and by the way it's kind of hidden in plain sight of exactly what they actually use this for and they themselves not they but the inventor of this actually had to kind

of say what it could be used for because of the way he went about it so we're going to talk about that um so essentially many people say that harp is playing god especially by using weather control. And so the atmospheric warming, weapons used to produce earthquake, tsunami, volcano eruptions, global warming, lightning, cyclones, tornadoes, floods, droughts, megastorms, etc., etc. Dr. Mishio Kaku admitted that harp electromagnetic waves can be used to stimulate geophysical events,

such as they can modify the weather, earthquakes, climate change, volcanic eruptions, hurricanes, and the like. Dr. Kaku admitted that man-made hurricanes have been the result of a government weather modification program in which the skies were sprayed with nanoparticles and storms then activated through the use of lasers.

So the idea behind weather control is simple when you think about it the way that this doctor kind of explains it. When you see and experience a strong thunderstorm with a lot of lightening in the thunder, what fact about the storm strikes you the most? Are you most impressed by the powerful

display of energy that you witness. Energy is the primary ingredient behind nature's storms. Therefore, you must believe that just perhaps if energy is the most dominant outward factor in all kinds of storms, then energy might be the key factor in creating storms in the first place, which typically it is.

I mean, there's a lot of different things. To me, the lightning creates the thunder, right? Yeah. You know, that's the energy and then you hear the sound after. Yeah. Yeah, and so, now, obviously, I've been involved, not involved. I've studied and love and been passionate about weather for a long time.

And I know there's a lot more things that go into storms, but depending on how these things are created and how harp is used in this way is crazy. So let's go to, I wanted to kind of just touch on this. There is a, this place is basically east of Anchorage, Alaska. and the Pentagon themselves is actually who erected a powerful transmitter designed to beam more than a gigawatt of energy into the upper reaches of the atmosphere. And so the experiment basically involves the world's largest ionic spheris ionic heater. I cannot say that word. A device designed to zap the skies hundreds of kilometers above the earth with high frequency radio waves. So when I say that storms evolve.

kind of in a lot of different ways, but when you heat or instantly heat certain environments or you can manipulate the atmosphere in different atmospheres, you know, atmospheric conditions are what is known and positively have to be in place, number one, to make storms, to make weather, to make fronts, all this stuff. Everything starts and ends in the atmosphere. Whether you get snow or rain, whether you get thunderstorm, whether a hurricane develops the way it should, you know, that all involves heat, pressure, energy. All those things matter. But according to the U.S. Navy and Air Force co-sponsors at a project,

they're using it to observe complex natural variations of Alaska's ionosphere. The Pentagon admitted to develop new forms of communications and surveillance technologies to enable military syncing signals to nuclear submarines and to peer deep underground. So basically they've, for a long, time said that hey you know this thing is all we're doing is just we're studying the ionosphere now there's been numerous people including jesse vintura he was uh jesse vintura was the governor of minnesota you know he's a guy that used to be in wrestling he had that show uh for a while it's like conspiracy thing but one of his biggest theories and one one thing he's always chased along

with many other people is been the harp thing and he asked him and his team asked for access to be able to come to harp to see if there was anything that they, you know, and obviously they were denied access. This is a highly secretive facility. Now, Harp knows that all of this theory surrounding its location and facility. They know, they're aware of it. It's one of the biggest conspiracy theories there is.

And yet, they've never once offered to clarify anything. There's never once, you know, said, hey, yeah, you guys are welcome to come in it. That's all we're doing. Let me show you how we're doing it. And by the way, if this is some kind of research, you know, project, they're making it out like a science project. Yeah, like they're just researching the weather.

They're actually controlling the weather, which is a big difference, right? Well, potentially controlling the weather. But there's things that are even crazier than that. And we have to go to the patent of the actual technology to find out where did these theories come from, number one. And number two, what are all of the craziness or crazy events that HARP can do? The conspiracy theories, as we know, we've... We've talked about conspiracy theories for a long time. I actually heard something today and someone said, you know, over the past three years, who's right?

Who's in the lead? Conspiracy theorist or mainstream media and the narrative? Yeah, who is right? You tell us. Well, you've got like 10 check right. Yeah, if there's 10 things, you know, conspiracy theorists have been right about eight of them. And mainstream media has been right about maybe one. Yeah.

And so. And they call these conspiracy theory people even domestic tax. Harris. Yeah. Because they have these conspiracy theories, but guess what, folks? They're all coming true. Yep. Now, many critics of harp assert that it has the capacity to send microwave radiation

beneath the ground, strategically pinpointing fault lines, and that the size of harp's fields of antennas have the potential for tremendous damage to the environment as, unlike other ionosphere research centers across the world, only harp has the ability to focus the energy from the field onto a specific. specific spot in the atmosphere. One of the countless earthquakes claimed to have been linked to harp was an Iran-Iraq earthquake that killed around 500 people in November of 2017. Despite tensions between those two nations and the United States, Iran's Interior Minister

for Security and Law Enforcement dismissed claims. Given the fact that branches of the United States government have openly discussed technologies used to interfere with the weather and cause earth changes, it is difficult to dismiss critics so quickly. In 2005, the Air Force stated that weather modification will become a part of the domestic and international security and could be done unilaterally. Now, keep in mind, the Air Force stated this, and the Air Force is one of the main ones over this project. It could be offensive and defensive applications and even be used for deterrence purposes, the ability to generate precipitation fog and storms on Earth or to modify space weather, and the production of artificial weather, all are a part of,

of an integrated set of technologies which can provide substantial increase in U.S. or degraded capability of an adversary to achieve global awareness reach and power. So then obviously the mind control thing. We've talked about that. Now we're going to get into the main disturbing facts about HARP. These are the things, and we're going to talk about the patent and, you know, where did these conspiracy theories come from, number one? The patent Well it sounds like we're Almost playing

You know a lot of times people talk about You know It's almost like we're too smart for our own good And we're playing God rather than scientists You know it's kind of like the same thing is You know cloning or even in vitro fertilization COVID you know anything like that Where we're manipulating things

That is supposed to be Something that nature does Yeah it's just it's all It's like almost to me, are you playing God? Are you a good scientist? Yeah, so look, here's some facts about harp and this is why and where and we'll go over this. I want to explain this deeply to you guys. I'll make sure you understand.

These were a lot of the things that really got me and we're going to talk about these and kind of dive a little deeper in these. But number one is capable of being a geophysical weapon. So many people actually include in the international relations. and Defense Committee believe that the Heart Project has the ability to be used as a geophysical weapon as evidence points to the project being able to manipulate the Earth's atmosphere and the climate of the entire world. The radio waves that the project can generate

has the power to cause rain, storms, and disrupt molecule composition of a certain region by artificially increasing the concentrations of ozone, nitrogen, and other gases in specific regions from the sky. The scariest part about this particular form, fact is that in 2002, the Russian president Vladimir Putin received a report from the International Relations and Defense

Committees that concluded that HART project was fully capable of being a geophysical weapon. So they actually got this from the International Relations and Defense Committee and they told Vladimir Putin what the United States is developing is a global weapon.

This is... But this is a global weapon in Alaska, but I guess they heat the skies above Alaska, right? No, they can do anything anywhere. This is one of the only things, one of the only projects like this that is able

to basically change atmospheres around the world. How, though, around I am confused, I just don't understand that. Electromagnetic waves. I think it uses, okay, so, and we'll get in this in a minute, but there is radiation, you know, before you get

to space, we've all heard of the Van Allen radiation belts, which is why many people believe we, or, you know, the people that Don't believe we went to the moon. Don't believe because of the Van Allen radiation belts. And there's even NASA's already done test about like what it does to the human body. If you go through the Van Allen radiation belt and it's extremely hard not to go through the Van Allen radiation belt, almost impossible without some kind of capsule to be able to defend against that. And even NASA now still doesn't have that technology to defend against the Van Allen radiation belt.

That's going to be our biggest test going forward to get to the moon. I mean, one of our major test. So you think about that belt. Well, we also have charged particles of radiation in our own atmosphere. And so we have a radiation belt pretty much all around the world, but it's not to the point of, obviously, the Van Allen radiation belt. We can get through our atmosphere, and that doesn't affect us. But the reality would be that if we didn't have a capsule like we do in the space shuttle

and all those things that do protect us, and we went through this without some type of protection, we would be exposed to radiation. We are exposed to radio. Airplanes are exposed to radiation even at 35,000 feet. But the higher you go in the atmosphere, the more radiation you get, because the more nanoparticles you have. And so how they can pinpoint where they're going to charge something is based on magnetizing and figuring out where to get that wave to stop.

So they can shoot it from Alaska and use that radiation around the world to pinpoint where they want it. I mean, it's nuts. That's crazy. So it's like a highway, wherever they want. it to go. And they just, it's like a latitude and longitude. This is where we want it to go and this is the

energy we want it at and this is what we're going to cause when we push it out there. Yeah, you're exactly right. That's really, really, really crazy. I mean, who would have ever thought that man can manipulate weather? And even manipulate our

atmosphere. Well, there's something that we're going to go into that was an invention way back in a day that some people believe that and it was it was Tesla's power invention which you know we've never talked about Tesla the the and I'm not talking about you know I'm talking not I'm talking about Tesla's power invention way back when you know many people believe we could have we could all have free power right now we wouldn't even have to have power lines he actually had a way to uh broadcast power to

everyone around the world and then there's a huge conspiracy around that that they basically killed that off because they couldn't make money off of it. But what they do believe is that this harp center actually possibly harnesses some of that same technology. It's essentially the same thing. It's just you're not really doing the power aspect of it. You're doing it in a little different way. And this is something that was invented a long time ago by Nikola Tesla.

So harp is technically illegal by UN standards. So there is one thing that we do know for certain. about the facility and that the government is very secretive about the entire project and has only ever released vague information regarding the project on a few rare occasions. With rumors that the project has the ability to control the weather, natural disasters, even electronic devices, and government has to be very careful about what they released to the public as officially. Under the framework, Convention of Climate Change, the HARP facility falls under what is technically deemed illegal by the United Nations and the principles of international law.

given that HARP has been a prime target for many conspiracy theorists and government officials around the world, it wouldn't come as a surprise if they are actually working on a highly illegal and extremely dangerous activity. And, you know, for example, let's look at COVID-19. Let's look at gang of function. We've been doing stuff like this for a long time. I mean, even testing, we don't even know the tip of the tip of the, of the iceberg of what illegal shit that this government alone is doing. I mean, I can't even imagine other governments. And the bad thing is, you know, the United States is pretty damn smart and pretty good on surveillance. You know, I mean, obviously, they surveil their own people,

and they damn sure do it to everyone else around the world. The United States wants to be the number one person in control of this world, and they are. And I think there's a, I think there's a reason why, even with the administration we have right now, and the way this country is, this country right now is one of the weakest, it's literally in one of the weakest places we ever been. But, but there's a reason still that I don't think anyone's just going to jump on us. And it's not necessarily because of nuclear warheads is because I don't think other countries have.

I think the other countries understand what, what kind of crazy shit we might have. Right. And the power we have. But I was going to say that if you, the UN deems it illegal, who, who is in charge of, you know, going in and saying, we got to look at this stuff, you know. No one. It's just, you know, kind of like when the U.A. goes to different countries and says, are you storing arms here?

This is illegal. Blu, blah, blah. We're going to go in and we're going to look at your place and see if you are doing things that are illegal. Why don't they do that to us? I don't know. Well, I mean, hell, we got U.N. agents or whatever you're going to call them at our border, making sure we're treating illegal people coming in the country fairly. I know.

But anyway, so it can also cause climate change. And this is what many scientists have said that know anything about this technology. And it's scared you think pretty much that the United States military has the power to potentially cripple the entire planet with just a press of one button. Whether this comes in a form of crashing all electronic devices, mass destruction through earthquakes and storms, or even through mind control, the Hart Project has been said to have the power to do it. Many have claimed that the Hart Project has the power to destroy the entire ionosphere in a matter of seconds. Despite the military knowing the risk to the environment, the government still continues to claim that the project is used for climate research in hopes of finding a way to minimize global warming, something they are still yet to prove. No one's even ever proved global warming. Yeah, and I was just getting ready to say.

And we have a big podcast on that. I know. And if they do believe in this global warming and they can manipulate, the atmosphere, the weather, whatever. Why can't they manipulate it to stop the global warming? Yeah, well, they can't. I mean, they probably could, but that doesn't really help anything for them. Less money, because they're making money off all these things.

The HART project is surrounded by countless theories on this, but there is one that is rather disturbing. It has been found that HARP has the potential and power to influence our brain activity. It could potentially be overheating our brains to influence our moods or even behaviors. There is even evidence that Harp was used. during the Iraq war, as it is believed to have been used to radiate electromagnetic waves onto the battlefield right before the invasion of Kuwait. The battle quickly turned into the largest and most poorly understood mass surrender

in the history of modern war. Some theorists have even gone as far as believing that it can burst our brains or put an entire crowd to sleep. So there's been scientists that have speculated on this and all that. There's been people talk about it could hold ancient powers, whatever that is. There's a researcher called Mike Hagan. He believes that Hart Project is being used

in an attempt to activate and control ancient powers that are now hidden amongst the Great Pyramids. He believes that there are ancient powers that have ability to free the world from the energy crisis or even subagate the world of the whole human race. Set to work just like the waiting life towers that were proposed by Nikola Tesla, Hagen believes that the pyramids are a part of an old energy

distribution network that was developed to accumulate and supply the entire world. Well, that makes more sense than having these humongous pyramids to be tombs for, you know, ancient Egyptians. Yeah. And pharaohs or whatever are in there. Yeah, the number one thing, too, is you got to think about this. We talked about DARPA's behind this. The U.S. military is funding it.

The government funds it. You know, if you go off of just the theory of the theory of the, this thing is literally just research into, I mean, military wouldn't be funny, nor would our government. And that's the way it is. But when you're talking about like the mind control thing, it does kind of make sense because they're in nature. I believe there are several things that control our minds, our moods, our feelings, you know, just even like when there's a full moon. I can tell people are way more crazy when there's a full moon and they just don't act like themselves. Yeah.

And I don't know if it's the gravity. I don't know what it is that does something. But I'm telling you, when there's full moons, it changes people, which is occurring naturally in history. I mean, in our nature, sorry, not history, in our nature. So they're saying they can do that through the manipulation of the ionic atmosphere, manipulating that. Yeah.

Well, I mean, they even blame Hart. I mean, some people blame Hart for the fact that, you know, it's the reason that M. 370. You remember that flight that disappeared and they never found. They've theorized that it could have even been responsible for that. That doesn't really make sense. I mean, it would make sense and it could make sense. Think about this for a second. We're trying to roll out 5G right now. The airlines are pissed about. I'm talking about the, we've never done a 5G podcast, but 5G is what is a new radio band.

is a new way that phones are going to operate and all this stuff. Now, I know we've all heard of the conspiracy theories about, we've heard the conspiracy theories about 5G and COVID. And, you know, we've heard the conspiracy theories about just 5G and all kinds of shit. Mind control. And even the fact that it could cause brain cancers, which wouldn't surprise me. Right. And it had more radiation around the towers. Yeah, just stuff like that.

But, you know, you look at this MH370 thing that just disembate. appeared off the face of the earth. You know, I think it's kind of funny when you have a facility like this in Alaska, but yet they want you to turn off your cell phones in an airline. And you got to think about it like this as well, that 5G rolling out, airlines are having a nightmare with it. They're having to cancel shit tons of flights because the 5G thing is causing issues on not only their navigation systems, but communication systems, everything.

So they can't safely fly right now. Some airlines are more susceptible to this and others based on the equipment and the instruments they have inside of the aircraft. But nonetheless, you know, even looking at 5G on that level, and then you look at HARP, which is a freaking like... Massive compared to that. Like a million G, right? Times 20. You know, the MH370 thing, you know, I don't know. But it does really put it in perspective how enormous this is compared to even just like cell towers.

I mean, because you're right. Cell towers do abrupt airlines. You know, they're always saying when you're taking off, please turn your phone off, put it on airplane mode. Because it does disrupt their communication lines or whatever else it does. And you think about this harp place, which is a million times probably stronger than any cell tower, there's no telling what they're capable of doing. Yeah, you know, I agree. So Harp was shut down in 2015, and it had a yearly budget that basically consists of about $250 million in tax-funded construction and operating costs. And so the shutdown of HARP facility has been very questionable.

As during this running period, the government and military continually spoke highly of what the facility was working on. But the harp facility has been publicly announced as closed. It was, but there's more funding now. They're still operating there. Don't worry. So do you think they did that just to make people think it was closed and not to talk about it anymore? Or why would people even say it was closed down if it's not? Well, it was.

It was a closed down they said. But then they got new funding and they've continually got new funding. They still even have a website on the internet for heart and in that facility. So it's still being funded. It's probably being funded a lot more than what we even know. I know in 2016 they had a

grant that got I think it was like a $10 million grant or it was $9.3 to $10 million but and this is an article it says University of Alaska Fairbanks Geophysical Institute

received a five-year $9.3 million grant to expand activities at the high frequency active or rural research program in Goodconca The U.S. military built harp in the 1990s, blah, blah, blah. But it basically says they have now got funding to reopen over five years. That was in 2016.

And trust me, I'm sure whatever funding they need to secure after that has already been done. So the place is open. But what my point is, is that the media, if you look this shit up, They want you to believe that this is just closed, and it's not. It's still actively being funded, and it is still operating. And more than likely, if I had to guess, it's probably being funded on a much, much higher level than it was. And I wonder who is behind the funding. I'm sure it's like powerful people that have, you know, NGOs or whatever, you know.

Yeah. Well, it may be. I mean, and or it could just be, you know, literally the government funding it themselves. It really could. Sorry, my nose is whistling. I heard this whistle. His harp about to make me quit bleed, quit bleeding, quit breathing. Oh, my goodness.

So harp has also been believed to be able to manipulate our actions. We've learned through a list of capabilities of harp and just how it can affect our brain and our emotions. but this isn't all it can have an impact on. This is without doubt one of the scariest facts about Heart Project, and has been found that it is used correctly at the right intensity it may have the ability to make the receiver so paranoid that they will eventually begin to hallucinate. From here, many believe that it can even go as far as being able to induce more specific actions

or simply drive people crazy. Many theorists often link this type of behavior and mind control to the likes of many modern-day mass murderers. so they you know there's there's been all these things that's you know and we're going to get to and i kind of get that but i don't if they're manipulating minds they're not just going after certain people it's got to be like in the area or whatever that it's manipulating mind control or emotions or feelings it's not going to i i don't see that possible they can pinpoint one person no and i don't either, but I do believe they can, you know...

Okay, well, let's get to the patent, because that explains a little more. There was a patent in 1987 was issued to Dr. Eastlund under the title of method and apparatus for altering a region in the Earth's atmosphere, ionosphere, and or magnetosphere. The patent seems to claim that the invention can cause interference with or even total disruption

of communications over a very large portion of the Earth. More surprising is that it even states that the large regions of the atmosphere can be lifted to unexpectedly high altitudes so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces that will result in either destruction or deflection of the missile. Even more worrisome is the fact that the holder of the patent is a key developer of the harp project. So, you know, I went to the patent of this particular thing, and it is a shit ton of text. I mean, you would have to sit there and read this for a week. But basically they're saying they can disarm missiles or weapons coming through, and they don't even know it's happening.

Yeah. Now, let me just ask a quick question. But even in the patent, it does talk about, the ability to manipulate regions of weather or atmosphere. Over like a great distance of the Earth. The globe. Yeah. The entire globe. Like huge distances.

In the patent itself, it says it can manipulate atmospheres across the world. All over the world. Yeah, anywhere in the world. It says in the patent. I mean, this is official patent that you can find on patent.com. Whatever, if you look up and we'll put something somewhere. You can check our Facebook or get her or whatever. I'll put up the patent link.

so you guys can check it out. It's pretty nuts. And we know this is just pretty much funded or the people in charge of this is U.S. military. There's no other countries involved with this or anything. This is USA that is doing this. I wonder, do you think there are other countries around the world also trying to do things like this? Probably, but, you know, who knows? Who knows what other countries have?

What we do know is that the United States surveils everybody. I mean, we basically know what every country is doing at all times through satellites and whatever. But, you know, one of the most interesting things that the patent had inside of it, if you dig deep, it was basically hidden in there. It was a number of scary features that were listed to be included. But the most shocking thing was the fact that they had, had they had plans for the use of subliminal messaging as part of this patent.

So this entire technology, HARP, it says in the patent that they could use it for subliminal messaging. This is actually in the patent. This is no conspiracy theory. If you go to the patent, this is what this says. And he's, by the way, still in control of that or has been in control of it since. So, whatever. Like saying.

Well, it basically stated they wanted to provide a technique for producing a subliminal presentation, which is inaudible to the listener, yet is perceived and demodulated by the ear for the use by the subconscious mind. That is some scary shit right there. They also wanted to provide a way to transmit these unaudible messages at a constant high level of signal. So basically simply speaking, the patent wanted to be able to insert subliminal messages into TV and radio waves without the listener or viewer ever knowing it. Considering what we have learned so far about HARP, I would not be surprised at all

if they were sending messages since probably it started. But they basically say in the patent that they are able to send enough waves at a high enough frequency that either, and keep this in mind, whereas I don't know if they could control one person with a certain wave because that's what you would ask.

I don't know. But what I do know is that in the patent itself, it talks specifically about they can control small, large, or medium portions of atmosphere or space or signals around the world. So we don't know exactly how small they can control something or how large or how medium. But it's high frequency that we can't hear. No, it's an audible to us. We have no idea. Well, I'm just wondering, could animals hear it? Probably not.

No, I mean, it's probably even, it's probably even beyond that. But, you know, when they say subliminal messages, subliminal messages. Like, how would they even put that message out? Keep this in mind. God, that's weird. Keep this in mind. I mean, this is what the crazy part about this shit is, right? So our brains, and I had to look this up a little bit.

So I'll try to explain the best I can without reading anything because I've already kind of read about this. So think about it this way. What does a subliminal message technically mean? Well, a subliminal message, if you think about it, is something that you are not, they don't overtly tell you, hey, we want you to buy this pair of socks, right? But say that you watch a commercial or whatever. And by the way, they do this on YouTube, they do it wherever. that, you know, if you put a video on YouTube and you have an advertiser on YouTube,

but YouTube, because of laws, say that you're supposed to tell the watcher that it is an ad. So, for example, if me and you talk to our listeners right now, and we're like, man, this wine, this wine right here, this white wine right here is so good, man, it's like, you know, really good. And then somehow we just kind of mention a name somewhere in this podcast and whatever. even though it's not that's even kind of far off from subliminal but at least you know people may not understand it is a ad or a advertisement or a message to them even though it is and they don't may not even realize it but then two days later they're at a store and they're like you know what i kind of want some mine because remember what chatt and sherry said or whatever um but then but then you go a step further

so then you go a step further for a subliminal messaging so then you watch a show and maybe there's maybe there's little tiny things throughout an entire show show that tells your brain something that you don't realize it's telling you because it's all these little things that come together. But that's subliminal message. It's not something that you just know right then. It's not something they say for you to know. It's something that your brain puts together in some kind of like algorithm that your brain has, right? Right. But there are things subliminally that you see or hear throughout the day that you don't even realize you hear or see throughout the day

that you then either know, remember, or otherwise, right? I mean, you may not have even remember. There's all kinds of times where like, damn, I've seen that before. I've heard that for it. Or it's like deja vu.

Yeah, deja vu stuff. Yeah. So then you think of like high frequency radio wave signal inaudible, an inaudible message that you can't hear. But just because you can't hear

it doesn't mean your brain isn't somehow still processing it. There's actually different parts of our brain that process audible. which is an audible message. Audible message goes to a certain part of our brain. But just because a frequency is so high that we can't hear it,

doesn't mean that our brain somewhere isn't able to still process it, which is nuts. So it may be putting something in your brain, even though it's inaudible. And so, for example, if our ears could hear inaudible things that we can't, right? For a great example of this, there are whistles or things that you can use for your dog that we can't hear. That's why I was asking. That we can't hear. But it really controls them.

And because it's so high pitched, it doesn't hurt their ears, but it definitely controls them on a much higher level than, say, if you just blew a regular whistle or you whistled in your, with your mouth. But for some reason, that high pitch noise that we can't hear, but dogs can. It puts them under like a mind control. Kind of a trance. It's kind of like a thing. but also it makes them listen, it makes them understand, it makes them jump to point,

it makes them do all these things. And so what if you were using some kind of inaudible, subliminal message at a time of either crisis, panic, fear, or otherwise? For example, I'm just using this as like the dog training thing.

It's a similar, but on a much higher level. The reason they say the inaudible high frequency whistles for dogs work the best for training is because it is something that just they can barely hear it, but they realize it in their brain, and they realize there's something out of the ordinary and out of the norm. So they listen and they're more tentative

and they're more like, I will learn whatever I got to do right now, right? Right. So then you take harp and their subliminal messaging and high frequency, which is what it says in audible. And then you mix that even with fear mongering. You mix that with media. You mix that with all this shit to where people are like, you're like a dog. You're like, it's like a dog whistle. Yeah. It's like, oh. Or, and it could be that.

It could be as simple as that. Or it could be as advanced as it's actually telling you something without you even knowing it. And that is what literally the patent says. I mean. And that can be used in a lot of ways that could be good or really bad for people. Well, no, I mean, it's playing God again. It is. It's screwing people's mind.

And I mean, look, we know the government's always wanted to control minds. We knew about M.K. Ultra, which was a, I mean, it used to be a conspiracy theory. Now it's a well-known thing that the United States government participated in and did. You know, we don't even know all the techniques and all the things that the United States government have done in terms of terrorism. And Guantanamo Bay and some of the things and some of the methods. we have used to get information. I mean, and by the way, you know, like when Trump, for example, when he killed one of the top terrorists just randomly, a bomb falls out of the sky, a missile,

this dude's just riding in a car, you know, it's like, I mean, we can find pretty much anyone anywhere in the world. It doesn't make a shit where they are. And by the way, the United States government, without a doubt, has sound devices that they, we do have, weapons of war in the United States military that use sound. Like we have them. We actually have them on military trucks. And they look like these big radar domes. But we take these into war and they produce a sound that will bleed your ears.

So like, you don't even get to kill anybody. It's just like if you point that towards a direction. It's going to get them. Yeah. It's so insanely whatever the decimals on that thing. is nuts. So my theory on this is with the mind control thing. Now, the weather, the weather, absolutely, I, you know.

I don't even think they should be messing with that either. Well, absolutely they shouldn't. Because changing the weather is not, you know, Earth is made naturally in God's way or whatever. And manipulating the weather to change everyone's climate. or blah, blah, blah, is changing our future where I don't even think it was supposed to be, if that makes sense. Like, it's just plain God. Oh, it is.

And to know that they could, like, make hurricanes in a certain place or even cause thunderstorms in a certain place, I can see how they could use that as a weapon of war, you know, based on even just weather. Well, keep in mind. They could just do a tsunami, you know, somewhere. Well, harp can also destroy your cell phones or your computers or any of that stuff. It has the ability to also do that.

I know we've heard of EMPs, electromagnetic poultry. You know, that's one thing that, especially for the United States and basically anybody nowadays, that is a big worry for governments around the world and countries around the world as far as a weapon of war either for or against. Because an electromagnetic pulse or some kind of weapon, that would put off a some kind of signal to destroy either all communications, electronics, whoever could do that on another country wins the war. Like immediately. There is no war anymore whatsoever.

So what if we don't even have to have a weapon of EMP and we just use HARP, right? Or systems like HARP. What if that happens? Because the way we think of EMP, is it shuts down grids, it shuts down power grids, it can shut down communications, it can shut down internet, it shuts down everything. But that's essentially kind of what harp can do, but from one location without ever having to drop any bomb or anything.

And by the way, they don't want you to think that's what this thing does, but it is. I mean, this, but not only does it do that, it does, it can do so much shit. Now, if we think of like, you know, one of the things that harp does very well is it, is it excites nanoparticles in a certain region. That's how it manipulates atmospheres. But then you look at it on a high-pitched radio wave frequency. They can also do that, which is a whole different thing. That is the whole mind-control thing.

It says it in the patent. It says both. It can excite particles in a certain portion of atmosphere. And so what that means is we know that, like we said, there's a radioactive, basically, band of particles. in our atmosphere around the world. And so what this system can do is excite a certain portion of that to do whatever. It can cause fog.

It should be able to, I mean, if you look at it from a weather standpoint, if you excite particles, whether it be what the intensity of that is, is what will determine the intensity of the outcome of what happens over that. And just even doing that like you were talking about before, the heat intensity and the low pressures, the high pressures, the, you know, everything that makes weather. Well, yeah, like, okay, one of the things that make instability in weather is cold versus warm. Right.

And when they come together. And then they collide and they combine. And then that creates in itself. Like, harp itself doesn't have to do. And this is what someone had questioned before. There was just some random journalist that was writing an article about it, like trying to disprove it. But the reality is, harp doesn't, in order to create a hurricane or fog or rain or thunder or lightning, HARP doesn't have to do every process in a storm.

It doesn't have to do every process in a hurricane to make a hurricane. It has to do the key components to create a hurricane, right? It has to basically give ideal atmospheric conditions in able to create a hurricane. So that would mean creating differences in pressure as far as the millibars go. It can easily do that. I've read some stuff about that in the patent.

It can, if you want to, want to talk about weather and atmosphere. Well, cold and hot are two of the biggest players in weather. And it can easily do that with particles, whether it excites them or decelerates particles in the atmosphere. Right. It is also what can cause cold and hot. So it doesn't have to have or create every process of a storm. All it has to do is give the ideal and perfect conditions in the atmosphere for a storm to develop. And so we know that for sure. We, We actually, and by the way, this, although this was kind of, this was created in 93, we believe that the technology was around since the 1960s. And so the 19, Tesla, but then they started using this even back then for war.

They figured out they could use this to create rainstorms or to create almost unbearable conditions in certain wars that they could not fly planes or could not navigate certain canals, whatever the case is. literally use this and that was something that I believe if you want to get deep about the Tesla thing which we won't go crazy into this but I almost think when Tesla invented this I believe that later on I think we

kind of figured out that we could use this rather for a weapon of war rather than a something to help people because unfortunately the human mankind always you would think that we would use our technology in

that we've been in this COVID shit. Has it really been three years? I think it has. It was the end of 2019. So two years. It was, yeah, towards the end of 2019 to now. Yeah, so, but listen, when scientists, how in the hell did that dog get up here? We got another dog up here.

And that means Sherry did not put the gate up. Sorry. But anyways, so if we look at science and technology and what, science is supposedly is or isn't during COVID, there have been doctors and scientists, and this is the whole thing with Joe Rogan. There have been doctors and scientists that have come out against COVID and not even against COVID, but against the protocols we've used to treat COVID against the ways that we have talked about and informed people on COVID.

And even the lack of information. Yeah, the things we've done or not done. Yeah. and even how it started and everything else. So that anyone that opposed those things were silenced, right? And the same with harp. There have been scientists and people that know this around the world for many years that have tried to come out and tried to come out and the media won't push it.

Media won't touch it because, look, at the end of the day, always, the government and whoever's in power and whoever's in power, the media is always going to have power of the media. And they're going to keep it silent. Yeah, and they're going to silence the people there against it. And so just because you don't hear different views, you can look these views up of scientists around the world that talk about harp and the potential dangers of this.

And it could literally... And now I totally understand what you're saying about how it is very comparable to gain a function. Yeah. Because it's manipulating and changing something of nature. It's really pretty much the same thing as gain of function. They're manipulating people's brains. They're manipulating weather patterns

So, you know, we understand the harp can create things in the atmosphere, but it when it's aimed at the ground in a particular position, which could be you know, the way that they believe this thing works is that you can move it across the radiation field, which is basically around the world. And you can also bounce it off from a particular point and penetrate the ground.

Right. They were saying they could do that to submarines. Which can cause earthquakes and tsunamis. And so Jerry Smith, he's a big activist and a big guy. He's written many books about this. It says that U.S. military's desire is to basically harness the weather. But in his book, the ultimate weapon of conspiracy warns many atmospheric scientists working on secretive military project that they might be unaware of Harp's grave potential to wreak havoc

on Earth. And he said that if harp is a TMT or a Tesla magnifying transmitter and these researchers correctly understands Tesla's work, we could be in a lot of trouble. It is quite possible that scientists working on Harp do not know what they are playing with.

Meaning like even though they understand that they have the Tesla magnifying transatlify and which is what I believe this thing is but a greater version of it and they're using it for war, which could explain in an entirety. We've never done the Tesla thing. And by the way, guys, for those of you that have written them, I've actually seen like three or four messages since we've been on here saying thank you. There was one of us said, yeah, thank you.

I guess people that wanted us talk about harp, so I'm pretty sure that's what it was. I just can't get to it. But yeah, people have wanted us talk about Tesla and that whole thing before. And but literally the Tesla thing could seriously be the reason why it was never a thing was because they wanted to use it for war. And so beyond that, Jerry Smith says, is his name Jerry Smith? Yeah, Jerry Smith. Is this one of our people? No.

No, this is the guy that wrote the book about harp and stuff. But he says, beyond their ignorance might be compounded if harrys. is indeed a secretive black ops military project. But anyways, he goes on to say, if there is a control group familiar with TMTs directing the actions of scientists unschooled in Tesla technology, Those lower level operatives could be directed to wreak havoc with created weather or manufactured earthquakes. There is a reason, and I want to just say this. in the way that I guess makes the most sense. I have never, like before probably five, six, seven years ago, I've never been one of those people that was a conspiracy theorist or even really gave a shit about like a lot of the things that were either happened in history or didn't happen in history or whatever. But I think the stigma that the media and the narrative and the government has put on conspiracy theorists, that is exactly the enigma is the word conspiracy theorist. They have put that word on people that question the narrative. because conspiracy theorist in general, if you, two years ago, or a year and a half or two years ago, when we talked about, the FBI came out and said that one of the biggest threats

to democracy was conspiracy theorist. And listen, so let's think about this for a second. When I first heard that, I was like, you've got to be shitting me. That was not that long ago. It was like six months ago. No, no, no, no. It was two years ago.

Are you sure? Yeah, that was when at first, They first started talking about that. The FBI first started talking about it was like two. It actually might have been longer than that. I think there was a six, six months ago, there was something about domestic terrorists. Yeah, and conspiracy there. Well, I know that.

Well, you're talking about, you're talking about QAnon and the January 6th thing. But well before January 6th, I'm talking about like two, three years maybe before that. The FBI released a memo that said conspiracy theorist, not QAnon, but conspiracy. theorist. Yeah, I think you're wrong, though. No, I'm not. I'm absolutely, I'm promised you I'm not wrong. Okay, well, we'll find out. But go ahead. No, I'm promise you I'm not wrong. We've talked about this on the podcast. Yeah, I know, and it was not two years ago. No, it was like, it was like, it was like, conspiracy theorists. It was a conspiracy theorist. It was a conspiracy theorist, could be the most detrimental threat to society and our government and whatever. And so when I first heard that, I was like, damn. Like, that's crazy. Like, I can't believe they would even say that. But then now I'm thinking about it.

And then, like, the past two years, I understand why they would say that. Because, like, conspiracy theorists are to people that question your bullshit. Yes, exactly. That's what it exactly is. Questioning bullshit. Yeah. Like, there is an absolute reason because, like, the government can't hide. It's really hard for them to hide anymore.

Like, they're completely. and utter bullshit that they push on a everyday level. Like, everyday... I mean, it's one thing, like, if you're not screwing your own people, right? But you are screwing your own people now. And everybody knows that. And I think that's... You know, I think that's probably why we've developed more what you call conspiracy theorist.

I mean, Joe Rogan, they say, is a conspiracy theorist. And by the way, Joe Rogan's not Republican or Democrat. He's just someone that happened to get huge. and has a voice and he questions things. And so, you know, but they call those people conspiracy theories. Anyone that questions the narrative, the propaganda, and what the government wants you to think or believe are going to be termed conspiracy theorists.

But now they're trying to term conspiracy theorists as domestic terrorists. Yeah, exactly. Because they want to see how much they can do and get away with to their own people now. It used to be just other people around the people. around the world that we fucked over. Yeah, I know. Like, we used to fuck over people.

And by the way, this is one thing that I've come to, come to conclusion. I was like, we have fucked over people for so long. It's not just recently. We fucked over people for a long time. I know. We have. And I think the reason why people are coming out of the woodworks and finally questioning bullshit is because we have more access to real information where people didn't, like, even 10, 15 years ago,

you know, they didn't have access to computers or to even communicate with people to bounce off ideas or to question. And that's what they're trying to stop right now. Yeah. And that's what they're trying to stop. Yeah. Because before we had computers in the internet, I'm sure there weren't people that questioned like they do today. Because the more information there is out there and there is like an enormous amount of information. So information overload. It is. And some may not be. true. Some may be true, but you got to take it with, you know, fact and not fact.

And you know what the thing is? You know the fucked up thing about that is? But I think that's where that's coming from. Exactly what you're saying, though. You know what the fucked up thing about what you're saying is? I mean, you make a great point because you're 100% right. That is why everyone's finding out the bullshit around the world and even in their own country nowadays. And that's why they shut it down. But that's why they're silencing people. But the reality is, what if What if people, like just take for example, what if the government and people were, what if they were good-hearted and good-willed-intentioned, right?

Okay? Like, what if the government was actually goodwill intentioned? Meaning, we want the best for our people. You know what they would do instead of silencing people? Just like COVID. But they would take, you would create a, you would create a system, an algorithm to harness all of this information. What you deem now as conspiracy theorist, what you deem now as information that is misinformation and disinformation, even though you know that's bullshit. But you would harness all this information in an algorithm type way, right?

And you would create a system to where this algorithm shows you what the best route for the, this particular situation is, right? And you would do it very fast. So what you have to do is instead, though, what they're doing is they're silencing people. Imagine how much far advanced we could be if we used all of the brains that we all have now. Right. For the greater good of all of us. We would be to other countries. We can't even leave our own country now because of COVID, much less though. I get what you're saying, though. If we could all, like, be the greater good of everyone, look how much farther we could advance together.

Yeah. Well, that's one of the things Bob Lazar said, you know, and many scientists say, if we would harness the knowledge of the scientific community in a whole, instead of just saying, oh, we're going to use this against you. Area 51 is so secretive, you have to have this clearance and this clearance, and you can't ever talk about it. We don't ever going to say this shit.

And all this information we have and other countries don't have. We're not sharing it because we're using it against you. But we even do that in our own country. Or we're going to even use it against our own people in your own country. Yeah, we do it in our own people. And so, you know, and there's been a lot of people ask me like, well, how could aliens ever be that far advanced? Well, listen, I promise you, if there is, which I know without a doubt, there's aliens out there. There's no question.

There is an intelligent life form on another planet somewhere. And do I believe they have visited us? I probably got to say yes. But besides that, I often think about like, well, I wonder what their world is like to be able to advance to the stages they're at, to get across galaxies possibly, or maybe not galaxies, but, you know, even planetary systems. Yeah, but they might be way older than us too. They could be. But either way. But either way, their civilization is not as fucked up as ours is.

Because if it is, if it is, they're not getting here ever. because we're never going to get anywhere fucking ourselves over 24-7. We're a bunch of tribes that are against each other really if you think about it. Yeah, we're never ever. All we're doing is we're minusing

our knowledge based on shutting out instead of sharing. Even, yeah. We should always be sharing information. Yeah, but I don't think we should share information in the wrong way such as gang and function.

I don't think we should be doing things like that. I don't think we should be manipulating the weather or manipulating people's brains, but I do think that we should be sharing technology that is the better good for all people. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, there's no, there's absolutely no question about that. And so, you know, guys, I'll be honest, man, I've kind of been depressed like lately. It's, it's kind of been weird. Thanks, Phil. And I wonder if it's the same groundhog every year. No, it's not every year. I don't know how often they changed the groundhogs, but I know it's not, um, I'm pretty sure. This whole thing came from Germany, actually. Yeah, yeah, I heard about that. Yeah, that was a German like thing. And I guess there was a big town in Pennsylvania that was mainly German.

But, I mean, I love groundhog day. It's just fun. Yeah, I'd never see groundhogs here in South Carolina, but when I was in North Carolina, you know, they're everywhere. Or they used to be. I don't ever see them anymore up there either. Where I grew up, we had prairie dogs. Yeah, prey dogs. They're smaller.

Or are they the same thing? I think, I don't know. I think so. I know they're all in the rodent family. Yeah. They're like the same thing as a squirrel, but they're bigger. Yeah. But prairie dogs are smaller than groundhogs.

And I've never... I think so too. I think you're right. I've never seen a groundhog like live, like out in the wilderness ever. But I have seen prairie dogs. Well, damn. And I definitely see squirrels and flying squirrels and the squirrels that are white. What are they called?

Albinos. They're the white squirrels, and they're specifically from Bavard, North Carolina, which I grew up near. Those are the coolest thing ever. But they're making their way in other places. They're really cool looking, though. But, hey, there's actually, there was an Ibano squirrel that made a prediction today. I guess this squirrel makes predictions just like the groundhog does. Well, it's the same family.

Yeah, but this squirrel made a prediction for spring. Ooh. So, and the squirrel made a prediction that the Bengals would win the Super Bowl. Oh, my gosh. Oh, we're going to have to go with that squirrel. Well, look, I'm going with a squirrel because I want the bingles to win. It's the bingles against the 49ers, right? No, the bingles against the rams.

Oh, darn it, the rams. It's basically the bingles against the L.A. celebrities. I want them all to cry. That's the guy that I thought was good. Cup or whatever. Cup, yeah, he's there. That's the Rams guy. Yeah, I want all the celebrities to cry at that game.

That's where brownhogs live in Burroughs. Yeah, I wonder if he saw a shadow today. I know. But seriously, this guy is in his second year of the NFL, right? Yeah, he was hurt last year.
