Hello and welcome to Investigator podcast. I'm your host shot alongside my beautiful wife, Sherry. On tonight's episode, we're going to be talking about the southern border, more in specific, the deportation efforts by ICE at the behest of Tom Homan, which is Donald J. Trump's

Borders are. Now, that's the same role that supposedly Kamala Harris had over the past four years. But as you saw, that did not work out so well under Kamala Harris. Nope. But it sounds like, as a border czar, you can actually get shit done. So over the past week, they have deported so many illegals already.

More specifically, they've been targeting violent illegal immigrants here inside the United States. So in recent days, the United States has witnessed significant developments in its ongoing efforts to address this illegal immigration and border security deal. On Sunday, coordinated operations by immigration and customs enforcement, also in as ICE, across 12 cities, resulted in nearly 1,000 arrests. These raids targeted individuals described as marked. murderers, drug dealers, sex offenders, and alleged terrorist. Notable arrest include a convicted sex offender in Chicago and several gang members in Denver connected to prior drug trafficking investigations. Now, this intensified enforcement aligns with the administration's commitment to deporting

criminals and emphasizes public safety concerns. And in a related development, television host Dr. Phil McGrawl joined ICE officers, including Borders R. Tom Homan during deportation rates in Chicago. Now, this operation led to the arrest of Sam Sita, a Thai national convicted of child sex offenses, and the administration has set high daily arrest targets and relaxed guidelines that previously protected sensitive locations like schools and churches from enforcement actions. These actions have raised concerns and legal challenges, particularly from affected communities and sanctuary cities, about the approach and potential violations of rights and liberties.

But today, a very concerning incident unfolded near front-in-offensive. Island in Star County, Texas, United States Border Patrol agents exchanged gunfire with suspected members of a Mexican drug cartel. Fortunately, there were no reported injuries yet. Let me say that. But this event underscores the escalating tensions and dangers present at our southern border. That's what we're going to be talking about tonight on the show. It is January 27, 2025.

Guys, welcome to the show. The name of that song is Shitty Train of Men and Wolves featuring Las Lunas. So Sherry, we've obviously talked about on this show for years and especially since the Biden administration took office that when Biden came into office and he signed all of these executive orders, similarly to how Donald Trump signed many executive orders. There were two massive stark differences between the two administrations and what they signed on their very first day and what they signed in the days leading into their first week of presidency. the Trump administration over the past week has been signing executive orders into law to protect Americans, to protect America, to protect American sovereignty, to close our borders, to bring energy independence back, to make America a nation that actually has power and global control in a lot of ways.

I mean, you look at China, you look at all these other countries, including Russia. they have had so much control and power and influence over the United States, especially during the Biden and Harris administration. And so when Trump came into office, he had to reverse a lot of the policies, especially the open border policies that the Biden and Harris administration put into play. Yeah. And obviously, Biden came in and he opened everything up. He closed the oil and gas industry and he opened our entire border up for any and

everyone to come across. I'll never forget the day that he became president and he was signing a all these executive orders. And when he was signing him, he was like, well, what's this? What does that mean? Yeah, Biden. Yeah, he had no idea. Yeah, he was like, oh, what is this one?

What? I mean, he was just like, on day one, he sounded dumb. I was like, what is he doing? And why is he doing this? We had a secure border pretty much. I mean, we still had immigrants, illegal immigrants coming in. And you never will not. Yeah, nobody can deny that.

That's always going to happen no matter what. But at least we had stuff in place. And when he signed those 38, I remember, it was 38 executive orders changing everything that Trump had done the last four years to make our economy great, to close our borders, to have a safe America. He just changed it. I was like, oh, my God. Yeah. And we lived it for the last four years. Absolutely.

And it's funny because, and I want to go ahead and preface this episode, too. Number one, we're not racist. We're not against anybody from another country. We don't not care about humanity. We don't not care about a better life for people that live in other countries. We understand all those things. And we also understand that there are people around the world that are in far worse conditions than people in America. And we understand all of those.

And actually, it was funny because I was listening to someone last night. Don't remember who it was, doesn't matter. But I was listening to someone and it says it's funny because if you want a time machine, If you think that you want to go back into history and live in that time instead of today, well, we actually do have time machines still. It's called an airplane. And you can get on an airplane and go to certain regions in the world and go back to the 1800s because they're still living like that.

And you're going to quickly realize that those people are living in hellish conditions in a lot of cases. Oh, absolutely. But the problem with that is escaping to America from countries far and, you know, across the ocean or the pond, they call it, is not the correct way to go. When you are escaping something that is terrible or if your country is war-torn, you go to the next country. You don't go all the way around the world. Well, but you have to understand that many of these people around the world,

they know that America is the beacon of hope. It is the American dream. This is what so many people around the world want. And what we have to also understand is there's a reason why the American dream ever existed in the first place. It was because of our laws, our rules, or regulations. If you wanted to come into America, you had to do it the legal way.

There were various steps that you had to take. And it's also interesting to me that, and we've heard so many stories from so many of our listeners that say that it's crazy how so many people can just flow across the border through various means. A lot of this is the World Economic Forum, George Soros-funded type caravans. And a lot of these caravans are being funded by globalists because they want to completely try to destroy America from within. And globalize us.

Yeah, they want to globalize us. They're doing the exact same thing in the United Kingdom and across Europe. And you see so many of those countries over there, including also Ireland, to where they are having massive issues. Anytime you start mixing every single person that has completely 100% different viewpoints on how things operate. But there are rules and there are things and ways to get into this country for a reason. And what I was saying is, is that there's been so many people that have rode into us and says,

you know, hey, I have a husband I'm trying to get over here. We have been through hell to try to go through the process of getting him into the United States. It's been a freaking nightmare. You know, I can't tell you how many of those people have rode into us. And yet all the while, you have all these people completely pouring across the border illegally. They're never going to show up for their hearings for citizenship or their visas or, or their visas or whatever, they're never going to show up for any of this stuff because the Biden administration was never, that was never their intention. It wasn't just the Biden administration. We go back to

those first executive orders that Biden was signing on the first day. The reason he had no idea what any of these things were is because he was a puppet from the very beginning. He was a puppet. So was Kamala Harris. And so was basically everyone in that administration. Nobody really still knows who was actually operating our government for the past four years. Because if you look at America the past four years in comparison to pretty much almost any time throughout the past 40 or 50 years, it was one of the toughest and hardest times that a presidency has screwed America than I remember or even historically. It was almost like they were intentionally trying to destroy America. And we had talked about that so many times. And I do think absolutely there was 100%

a globalist influence on that destruction of America from within. So now you're you have this president that wants to deport the illegals. And in particular, he wants to deport the people that are here that are criminals. Now, I want to get to this first clip. This is Dr. Phil. Now, Dr. Phil actually embedded with ICE last night in Chicago. He went alongside Tom Homan. And this is the first clip that Dr. Phil is in the hotel room. He's getting ready to go embark on this journey. Dr. Phil, obviously the Dr. Phil show. Sherry used to watch this shit all the time. but Dr. Phil now has his own media company called Merritt Street Media. I think he kind of got out from under the Oprah umbrella.

And I think he knew he had to do that because he actually wanted to investigate and do stories and do news like actual journalism. And he knew if he was ever going to do that, especially, for example, what he did last night with Tom Homan and going out there and kind of investigating what ICE is actually doing, he would never be able to actually do that under. Oprah or under that umbrella. So he created his own network, Merritt Street Media. I think the website is MerrittTV.com. I do encourage you guys to go check it out. I think that Dr. Phil really does his very best at trying to tell the true story, regardless of whatever that is.

And although, yes, he did speak at the Trump inauguration or not inauguration, but one of the Trump rallies leading into the election, he's never really been a massively political dude. He's always had a lot of common sense. and a lot of what he talks about. If you ever watch his show, he's very much unbiased and he listens to what the facts are. And then he presents his opinion on those facts.

And if there's anyone probably that you could ask about the last four years versus what America actually should be doing, it would probably be Dr. Phil. He understands psychology and that whole aspect of like, what the hell are these people doing? And I think that's why he got a little bit involved in this election because he knew if that we had another four years, years of what we just went through that America could be done. And I very well think it could be.

Now, we're going to get into the border scursion, I guess you can say, the border shootout in just a little bit because I think that's probably one of the most important things that we're going to talk about on this show. But we at least got to play some clips about the deportations. Here's Dr. Phil in what he said as he was about to embark on this journey with Tom Homan and ice, listen. It was Tom Holman, and we're going to brief what's happening tomorrow, what we're going to do, how we're going to do it, go over all the security protocol, because it's a pretty high-risk mission that we're going on. This truly is a targeted ICE mission, because they're not sweeping neighborhoods like people are trying to imply. I know that because I've been involved

in this heading into this. They've identified 270 high-value targets. And what I mean by that is these are known criminals and terrorists. We're talking about murderers, child traffickers, child rapist. We're talking about bad actors, both in the countries they've come from, and since they've been here in the United States. Some of these people have 12, 15 arrest, indictments, some convictions in their home countries and here, but yet they're on the streets. And that's who ICE is targeting to bring out of these communities.

So we're going after specific targets, not just sweeping neighborhoods and picking up anyone with a tan, anyone that looks like they don't belong here. Anybody belongs here. One thing I've learned about Tom Holman since I've come to know him, but he's got three objectives. One, close the border, get it under control. Two, get the criminals, the dangerous people out of the communities and off the street. And three, rescue these missing children.

There are over 300,000 missing children. Some of them may be with family. That's fine. Let's identify that. Some of them have been trafficked into sweatshops, prostitution. really bad outcomes for these children. So those are the three objectives. And this one that we're working on, starting in just a few hours,

is to get these bad actors off the street, these known, violent criminals out of the community. How could anybody disagree with that? Well, there are people definitely disagree with that, Dr. Phil, because I can tell you, the leftist on social media are going crazy, which we're going to play some of those clips in just a bit. But you can't disagree with this, right?

I don't know how Tom Homan and Trump are going to proceed after the fact that they get the majority of these illegals that are criminals or violent criminals or whatever the case is. I don't know how they will proceed after that. Will they continue to go after people that are illegal? How will that look? What will that look like? We don't know for sure. But what we do know as Americans is that we don't want people from other countries in our country that are. violent criminals or criminals in general at all. They are already criminals when you illegally come

across the border. That's number one. The first thing you do in America is commit a crime, which is illegally entering a country. And there are countries around the world that you illegally enter a country, you are going to either be killed, shot, or put in prison. There is no two ways about it. And so America and the way that we've always kind of been about illegal immigration is like, hey, we're going to deport you. We're going to put you on an airplane, send you back to wherever you came from. Now, it's crazy to me, obviously, that the left is crying. I mean, there are celebrities crying on social media about these deportations. And they're already trying to create this narrative that they're going through schools and are doing all this stuff and just

ripping people out of schools. And this is what the SIOP will be from the left. They're going to try to demonize this administration, although the Trump administration all along has been saying, this is exactly what's going to happen as soon as he gets a number. office. But that gave them enough time to, you know, concoct some type of alternative narrative around what is actually going on. Now, I want to play this next clip. This is Dr. Phil with Tom Homan as they're at a gas station getting ready to do some of these raids. Listen to this. Under where they go, who picks them up. This is who picks them up. This is who lures them out on the internet and they disappear or they get raped and their life's changed for every. And they're

life's changed forever, and he shouldn't even be here, but he's doing this. But they don't raise their hand and say, hey, there's somebody that doesn't even have the right to be here that's praying upon our children, and they don't tell you about it. Exactly. And this governor, Governor Prisker, and the mayor, they want to vilify the men running ICE. Ice saved children today. Ice saved children today. And it makes me ignorant of Governor Prisker the other day when on the internet, social media said ICE was attacking our elementary school.

He's scaring children. He's scaring the neighborhood, putting fear in the community. We're doing the exact opposite. We're saving children. Every sexual predator we arrest means more safe children. So God bless men with the ice that you've seen today. We're not sweeping neighborhoods. This is a target enforcement operation.

We spend a lot of time investigating these people. We know exactly who we're looking for. So it's a targeted enforcement operation. It's a right thing to do. Well, let's talk about how methodical this was because you guys had this, this man, this monster on the list and they've been sitting on this guy for two or three days

to try to get where he was and his pattern and you were able actually able to ping his cell phone and get him on the move so he could be picked up on the street rather than if he got to his dwelling wherever that is and got behind a closed door

then he could have sat there and you didn't have the right to go in and get him if he sits behind that door, right? Now I'm without a criminal arrestable that that's exactly the point. He could have been arrested at a county jail and the safety and security the county jail by one officer.

But we spent hundreds of hours to investigate him, try to find him where he is, and we did find him it takes a whole team for officer safety reasons to arrest him. It's not efficient. We could arrest many more criminals if you let us in the jail.

It's a lot harder to find these guys out in the public. These guys don't want to be found. They're in the wind. It takes a lot of investigative work to find them. Let us end the jail. Don't let him hit the street. It saves the officers time. It's safer for the community.

It's safer for the alien. It's safer for the officer. But spending hundreds of hours of investigations to find this guy when we could have got him in five minutes at the Cook County Jail. Okay. Tell me. All right, there you go. And that's what's nuts is the fact that Tom Human's right.

here, there are many of these illegals that have been arrested so many times that they'll sit in jail for a few days. And there are many illegals that are violent criminals that are sitting in jail usually for a short time. But even those illegals that are in jails in places like Chicago or Los Angeles or San Francisco or Seattle, you name the sanctuary city, they make it impossible for ICE to come in and get those people. So it's damn near impossible. Yeah, in Cook County Jail, right now, there's over 300 illegal immigrants sitting in jail and the governor of Chicago will not let Tom Holman and his team go in there and pick them up. And he even had a conversation with him, I think it was yesterday or today, with the government

saying, look, this is not safe for our community. It's not safe for our officers. It's not even safe for these illegal immigrants. Let us come in the jail, pick them up, take them, and deport them, because we're going to do it one way or another, all you're doing is costing us time and money by not allowing us to go into these jails. Yeah. And then after they release them from these jails, then that's going to give these people opportunities

to go hide, to get behind closed doors, to arm up, to do whatever they got to do, that then puts our ICE agents or other agents that are actively looking for these criminals that are in our country illegally, it puts now our American ICE agents or whoever that is, you know that's actually going to be looking for these guys. It puts them at risk. It's ridiculous the fact that we are fighting with these cities, these sanctuary cities, and they are protecting violent criminals that are illegal in this country and not allowing ICE agents or federal agents to actually go and take these people and take them the hell out of this country. This is what we have to have happen. Now, Tom Homan actually responded to Governor Pritzer, and he obliterated him by

lying about ICE agents going to a Chicago school. And so, what they want is an apology for him because this went all over mainstream media. And this was the piece on Fox News that Tom Homan was just referring to with Dr. Phil. Listen. So something crazy happened in Chicago at the end of last week. Two Secret Service agents went to a local elementary school because they were running down a threat that was made on TikTok. They identified themselves to the school principal. They even left cards saying, look, if you want to get back to us, here's how you get back to us.

suddenly the story became that it was ICE agents who went to this school, Tom. And Pedro Martinez, the Chicago Public School CEO said this. Listen here. We had individuals that came to one of our schools, Hamline Elementary School, that presented credentials and shared that they were from ICE. And so our staff followed the protocols. We're very clear. We've been training our principals or security guards,

any front office staff to make sure that making sure that they know that we are not to share any information with anybody from the Immigration Department or ICE. So not only did the CEO of Chicago Public Schools pass off misinformation about U.S. Secret Service agents who are interpreted to be ICE. But listen to what J.B. Pritzker, the governor of Illinois, said after that, after a week of Republicans, so in fear and chaos, the first reports of raids in Chicago are at an elementary school targeting children and separating families as cruel and un-American. To be clear again, these were secret service agents running down a threat that was made on TikTok.

They were not ICE agents. Ice never went near that school. What do you say to Pedro Martinez and the governor of Illinois, who appeared to be not only selling information, but fear? Well, Peter Martinez lied. He lied to the city of Chicago because he knew your secret service agents, because I talked to the people involved. They left their credentials. He knew exactly who were there, so he lied. Again, sowing fear in the immigrant community. And Governor Prisker, rather than calling ICE and asking us, did this happen or did it not happen? He goes on social media and terrifies elementary schools, the ICE agents are walking in there.

No, he accuses me at terrifying the community. No, he terrified the community. He terrified the children. You know what I said yesterday? They saved children. We arrested nine sexual predators, many of the child sex predators. We saved children. I saved children.

We're not going to schools and scaring the hell out of him. Governor Prisker deserves, he needs to give ICE an apology. What he did was just plain wrong. And by doing that, he put fear in the community that shouldn't have to be there. Children shouldn't have to fear ICE ages walking into elementary school to arrest them. Yeah. Tom, I don't know if you've had a chance to see that. All right.

Well, that was basically the clip here with Tom Homan talking about the governor and also the CEO of Chicago Public Schools, where he went all over mainstream media, CNN, MSNBC, you name it, talking about there were ICE agents showing up and they were going to rip people out of the schools. And this was basically about a TikTok threat. I don't know exactly what the threat was, but it was secret service agents. So I assume it had something to do with the president or the administration. And so they'd went there, left a card. And then, you know, obviously the CEO here of Chicago Public Schools is already training all

their staff, how not to work with the federal government. I mean, which is nuts, right? So, and how does that, how does that work exactly? For example, if I have a felon. or a criminal in this house and the police come and this this criminal is in our house and they say, hey, we want to know if the criminal's in your house, the whatever, we're looking for him. Guess what that's called? Harboring a fugitive.

And when they find out that you're doing that, then you are going to freaking jail. That's the way that works. But yet all of these cities and these school systems and these organizations and you name it are teaching in teaching classes on how to identify ICE agents, how to identify federal agents under Trump, and how to hide illegals or even including criminals and how to protect them. Yet some of these criminals are freaking child sex traffickers.

They are child rapist. They are murderers. I mean, there have been people they have caught already that were convicted of murder in their home country. And you have to go back to this. you got to remember that when Biden opened up the borders, Venezuela and all of these other countries, they opened their prisons and they let all of their prisoners out of prison and sit them to the United States. We're talking about some of the most ruthless people in the world.

And that's not just to say because they're in Venezuela or because they're Columbia. But I don't know if you guys have ever watched any of the videos out of Columbia or Venezuela or some of the South American. countries or whatever. It's dangerous. Yeah. Oh, hell yeah, it is. And those gangs down there and the violence that they, that they, I guess, dish out the brutality of their murders, this is what a lot of these people are in prisons for.

And yet many of these countries released their prisons, put them into the United States, and yet the left is going crazy trying to protect these people. Yes. And talking about Colombia, actually, we had a whole plane going to Colombia, bringing deported illegal immigrants with criminal backgrounds that were violent in America, back to Colombia. Their own citizens. Yes. And guess what the Colombian president did?

Denied the flight. They denied the landing. Yeah, I think it was two planes, actually. Yeah, they denied the landing. Yeah, they're like, you're not landing here. And then Trump's like, yeah, we are. You're going to get a 50% tariff on everything. And they tried to tariff us back for 25%.

For about 24 hours. Yeah, for 24 hours. And then they gave up and said, hey, we got our own. planes meet us here and we'll pick up these people. Yeah, because they're not, because all AOC was worried about when she did her little dumbass video about Columbia was coffee because, you know, she's so scared that she's not going to get her Colombian coffee from Starbucks. So she doesn't want her coffee prices to go up.

She doesn't give a damn, by the way, about your grocery prices or all the other inflation that we've had over the past four years because mainly the energy and oil crisis that Biden and Kamala Harris created by shutting down all of our pipelines, or most of them, not all of them, but most of them, making us then depend on countries that we are literally actively engaging with in some way, shape, or form in some type of war. I mean, we're talking about Russia. We're talking about the Middle East. We're talking about all these countries.

And now we're having to depend on those countries because of Biden to get our oil and gas and energy. Like, how does that even make sense to anybody? But thank God we only get coffee, I think, from Columbia. So it's not a big thing. We get coffee from other places like Ethiopia and like all kinds of other places. Africa, France. And Hawaii.

I mean, and probably their coffee's better. So who cares about Colombian coffee? It probably has marijuana. I mean, cocaine in it or something. Well, then you're going to make people want it. I'm just kidding.

So here is a quick clip. This is them actually asking the one of the guys they arrested last night, the pedophile, the ICE arrested in Chicago, could have been arrested in. jail, but Governor Pritzer wouldn't let that happen. And so Pritzer is actively defending known pedophiles from deportation. So instead, they had to basically enact 100 plus hours of work to get this guy once he actually got out of jail.

Right. The fact that he's even out of jail is a whole other subject. But let's listen to the interview. This is Dr. Phil Tom Homan as they're talking to this guy about some of his crimes. listen. Say it up. Say to what? You have a person I think? Sam. Say to some? Yes.

Where you from? Where I was going or where I'm from? Where are you born? Thailand. You've been deported before from the United States? No. Never been deported. I've been in Mississippi.

Yeah. What are you been charged with? I'm charged for you. Before? I'm not to say nothing. I'm not talking about lawyer. Yeah. Are you a citizen? My mom's a citizen. Your mother's a citizen?

Yes. But you're not? Nope. But you've never been deported before? We've got to Dr. Phil. Yeah? How do you know me? No, I've seen Dr. Phil, you know, on TV. Yeah?

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. This is an example of sanctuary cities, right? We've got an illegal alien convicted of sex crimes involving children. He's walking the streets of Chicago. Again, the downfall, the problem with the sanctuary city, that people like us walk in the street rather than the law enforcement

and working with federal agents, this is what we're dealing with. You've been charged with sex crimes with children? Not really. They've never been deported. Well, let's take him in process and lock them up. Got it, sir. So there you go. That was one of the guys that they arrested last night in Chicago,

obviously charged with sex crimes against children. And this is someone that the governor of Illinois wants to protect. And did you notice how he was very quiet about what he said? He said, where are you from? He said, where do you mean where I'm from? Where am I born or where am I from? And then when they asked him other questions, he said, you got to talk to my lawyer. But this is because they're being trained by Americans on what to say to ICE police.

Absolutely. Yeah, they are. I mean, and by the way, so when you hear a lot of these criminals especially, they are being trained by what is known as NGOs. We've talked about NGOs on this podcast many times. NGOs are known as non-government organizations. Non-government organizations are nothing more than a long arm of the government under an organizational doctrine that essentially allows funding into these organizations that is propped up by the government or a party.

And then therefore, what these NGOs are able to do and influence is things that the government cannot do based on the United States Constitution. So what the say, for example, the Democrat Party might fund all of these various NGOs or maybe even the World Economic Forum or George Soros or whoever, they fund all these massive NGOs. They throw millions, if not billions of dollars in these NGOs, including even countries like China, which China actually threw millions of dollars into the Biden, whatever that think tank was in, I think it was Pennsylvania, and China paid for all of it. So it was absolutely, obviously, a influence of our politics and of our government under the Biden administration.

But NGOs are nothing more than just a way for the government to get away with shit against your rights and your liberties as an American and use it as a organization to where the government says, well, that's not us. That's an organization, such as all of these like media matters and how they tried to essentially kill X and the advertising there. That's also a lot of these organizations are a massive reason why there was so much censorship on social media platforms because these. companies would go to all the advertisers, convince them that they should not advertise on these various platforms if they allowed this, this, this, and this and this, which was primarily everything against the right. And as long as they only allowed what the left said, then they were allowed to advertise or they were encouraged to advertise. But as soon as they started allowing things from the right, they were, they were ridiculed. They were threatened.

There were various things. And this has been going on, especially under the Biky. and Harris administration, but it really started under the Obama administration. So that's one of NGOs is. And NGOs are still working today now to also help these criminal illegals, the ones that actually have rap sheets, the ones that are dangerous, the one that are violent criminals, their organizations helping these factions as well. If immigration officers, or we sometimes call immigration and customs enforcement or ICE, come to your workplace, they must have a valid search warrant or the consent of your employer

to enter non-public areas. If you are undocumented and immigration officers come to your workplace, be aware of the following. First, do not panic and do not run away. If you are frightened and feel like you need to leave, you can calmly walk toward the exit. If you are stopped, you may ask if you are free to leave. If the officer says no, do not try to exit the building. If you are questioned, you may tell them you want to remain silent. Two, you have the right to remain silent. You do not need to speak to the immigration authorities or answer any questions. If you are asked where you were born or how you enter the United States,

you may simply refuse to answer or remain silent. If you choose to remain silent, say so out loud. If they ask you to stand in a group according to your immigration status, you do not have to move. or you can move to an area that is not designated for any particular group. You may show and know your rights card to an officer that explains that you will remain silent and you wish to speak to a lawyer. You may refuse to show identity documents and say what country you are from.

Do not, though, show any false documents and do not lie. Third, you have the right to speak to a lawyer. If you are detained or taken into custody, you have the right to immediately contact a lawyer, even if you do not have a lawyer, you may tell immigration officers that you want to speak to one. If you have a lawyer, you have the right to talk to them. If you have signed a form called a G28, which shows that you have a lawyer, give it to the officer. If you do not have a lawyer, ask for an immigration officer for a list of pro bono lawyers. You also have the right to contact your consulate.

The consulate may be able to assist you in locating a lawyer. You can refuse to sign any or all paperwork until you've had the opportunity to speak to a lawyer. If you choose to sign something without speaking to a lawyer, be sure you understand exactly what the document says and what the document means before you sign it. If you want more information about your rights or to learn you might be eligible for immigration benefits or relief, speak to a reputable immigration lawyer. You can go to the American Immigration Lawyers Association to connect with a lawyer in your area. So ready to go. That's the Catholic Charities of Milwaukee serving neighbors in need as they say. Now, I want to say this too is, and I'm going to reemphasize this.

I believe that most people that are coming here, even illegally, are good people. Probably most of those people are good people. They're seeking a better life. I 100% get that. And I also don't want people listening to this being like, well, you guys are mostly always against the government and, you know, kind of not against the government, but, you know, always calling out the bull. And especially when it comes to, you know, how you should talk to police or the government or what you, what your rights are and all these various things.

And so in some ways, this video is kind of telling illegals how to do what and how to avoid, you know, this and that and what their rights are. And there's been a lot of people ask the question, do illegals actually have rights in America, right? And they do. There are illegals that actually still have rights based on our constitution. for example, due process. Fifth and 14th Amendment undocumented immigrants have the right to fair legal process before being deported or detained, according to the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment. They also are protected from discrimination by state and local governments. The right to legal counsel, while they do not have a right to a free attorney in immigration court, they can hire one at their own expense. They have a protection against unreasonable searches and seizures, which is 14th Amendment.

well, law enforcement cannot conduct arbitrary searches or enter a home without consent or a warrant, which I think Tom Homan, or, you know, he already said that. We can't just go in the places because we think there's an illegal here. They still have to have warrants. And even though this is having to do with illegals, including criminal illegals, I'm glad they have these things in place, these laws and constitutional amendments in place, because this also protects Americans. All of these things protect our human rights.

rights and especially American rights. Now, illegals do not have all the same rights that Americans have. They are not afforded all the same rights the Americans have. And there are going to be ways that the government will definitely not necessarily uphold some of these amendments in all cases, especially if you're a criminal and you're here illegally. And so what I want to say is, is that although I understand that there are so many people are here right now that unfortunately, because the Biden and Harris administration made it like an open invitation from the United States government that you are welcome here. You are allowed here illegally. It doesn't make a shit.

How you get here. By the way, there has been so many deaths and so much horror that has happened in their journeys to get here because of the Biden and Harris administration. And then even once they have got here, once that money is cut off, once all of their fundings cut off, we're going to have another massive problem with homelessness. we're going to have more problems than we already had before. We already have this massive homeless crisis among our own citizens. We have veterans on the streets that are homeless that have no way to make a living or to do whatever. I mean, or maybe they do, but I'm saying they're homeless nonetheless.

Right. And yet we don't give a shit about those people. We've only cared the past four years about how we're going to protect and take care of. People come in here illegally from another country while we just look the other way of. of our own citizens. And this is why people from the right are pissed off and they are done with this shit. Well, I think a lot of people are. So I understand that there are good people on that side.

Yeah, I do too. I understand that. And I hope that video is for people that actually want a better life and want to come here and work legally or whatever. But the first thing you have to do is come into our country legally. There are ways to come in here legally, even if you're like looking for sanctuary or, you know, a place where you're flea. fleeing and you you don't feel safe there, fine.

There are ways for you still to come in legally. You don't have to come in illegally. But a lot of these families are coming in illegally and know it. Even through Canada, I was watching a video the other day where the Canadian police stopped them. They said, do you realize like half a mile up here, you could be going into here, you can be coming here legally instead of illegally. They said, I know, but we want to come illegally because this is what people are wanting

to do because they get a free pass to a free country and they don't have to do any of the hard stuff to become citizens. Yeah, and actually, we had had someone reach out to us that said that, and there was actually a few people that reached out to us based on one of the podcasts we had earlier and where we talked about a lot of the illegals don't have to pay taxes. and I think there was a couple ladies or a couple people that reached out and said, well, I know someone that's illegal. They've, I guess, been here a while.

They do have a certain form where they have to pay taxes in some way to reform. And listen, I understand that. But I'm telling you that most of these people that have come through under the Biden-Harris administration are not paying anything. And we're talking about millions and millions and millions of people. And not only are they not paying anything. They have stuff. They have money on cards.

They have cell phones. They have all these various things. And so I don't know what Trump and the administration will do about all of that. But I think at the very least, what we're going to see happen with mainstream media, with the left, what their goal is going to be for this whole thing, is they're going to try to create an uprising. And that uprising of all these millions of illegals that have come in, they are going to try to instigate them to fight. And they're already doing it, to fight ICE, to fight the federal government, and including police officers. This is going to become a more dangerous situation for our federal.

agents and for our local law enforcement when they are now instructed to arrest illegal immigrants and then also then contact the ICE or the local ICE office. This is just going to be more dangerous for our own guys. This is already a fight and there are already people protesting

in the streets and what's sad about this is people are protesting going down the streets saying don't deport and they have their flags of their countries. If you want to be a part of America, you should be holding an American flag, not the flag of your own country, number one.

Number two, this whole thing, and, you know, I'm a gossip queen because I'm a girl, but all this stuff going on with the cute winter boots thing going on. This is a whole thing that I don't know when it started, but I just kind of learned about it a few days ago and was looking into it going down the rabbit holes. But of course, they're setting up something for January 29. It's a tag word, right? Yeah. It's a cute winter boots in the poo-poo means gun.

I figured it out. P-P-P-P-P-E-W. Yeah, yeah, the P-E-W-P-E-W. And they're going to be supplying illegal immigrants with Pupu's. Yeah, who, we don't know. But that makes sense. It checks out. And if they do that, and I say they, we have to remember who funded probably a lot of these people coming over, which is the globalist.

And so will they fund or will they arm these people? Absolutely. I mean, look at the Chicago, look at the Chicago Southside with the gang members there that so many of them are felons are ready. They have unlimited weapons just everywhere. And there's been a lot of people that believe that our own government potentially at one point in time armed them to create this freaking gang war to basically kill each other or do whatever. But there's going to be globalists potentially arm these people. But what they don't understand is that it's just going to be a very dangerous and deadly situation for them. is going to create massive problems,

not just with police or local law or federal law enforcement, but it's going to create problems among other gangs that are in the United States, whether it be in Chicago or Los Angeles or whatever. That means they're telling illegal immigrants where they are and where they need to go to be protected from ice. But you got to remember, these people came into the country illegally. So if you're helping these people and giving them pooh-pooos, that makes you, yeah, a felon. A felon. Yes.

Yeah, I mean, it's a same. And these girls, and that's a lot of younger girls that are Democrats, are liberals, that are doing this and planning this. and think it's so cute to do these little TikTok videos showing where and when and how to protest and where we're going to be. And they have these little red cards that they're going to hand out to the people about how to talk to ICE if you are stopped. Also, also where to get pew-pues, also known as guns. And I'm telling you, these girls, if you're listening, you might be getting in big, big trouble doing this. Oh, of course. Yeah.

I mean, well, there's no question about that. You hand an illegal immigrant a weapon and it traces back to you and then they use that in a crime. Yeah, they're even talking about getting them at pawn shops to give to them. Yeah, you're going to get to prison too. And you should, by the way. And this is just one of the examples. There was this illegal immigrant construction worker in Houston, Texas that takes the social media. I'm basically calling Donald Trump a bitch and, you know, and saying what he's going to say.

They're trying to incorporate as many people as they possibly can from the immigrant side to get involved in this. What they're trying to do is influence the immigrants. The illegal immigrants that are in this country, they're trying to influence as many of those as they can to get involved, to have an uprising. Because what they're trying to do is they're trying to make this like, hey, guys, your life's over. You got to uprise with us. Fight for your life.

Let's fight this government. That's what they want to happen. And I've said this, I said this shit, a year or two ago, it's like when everything finally hits the fan, they're going to use the immigrants for their disposal. They're going to use whatever they can to create an uprising, maybe a civil war. And I already said, I said, I don't think there's going to be a civil war against blacks and whites. I don't think it's going to be even Democrats versus Republicans, but I think they can utilize in some way, shape, or form something like this, right?

The deportations of all these millions of illegals, they're going to utilize this to try to create complete chaos. And I've said this. Just because Trump is in does not mean everything's going to be all good, because it's certainly not going to be all good. Now, just earlier, there was breaking news that has been confirmed that the Border Patrol agents were fired at by suspected cartel. members in Fronton, Texas. This came on Fox News, very, very short clip, but then I'll have a little bit of an explainer clip in just a second. Listen. Cartel government in Mexico fire shots at Border Patrol agents in Fronten, Texas. This all happened about one hour ago. Law enforcement tells Bill Malusian it happened as

cartel members tried to bring a group of illegal immigrants across the river. The agents fired back. No one on either side was hit. The group of illegal immigrants did not make it across. all right so there was the official news report as it was told not long ago by the way and here is the actual situation so cartel members opened fire on border patrol agents in texas agents shot back but listen to the kind of i guess explainer video on what's really going on down there and what's about to probably happen this fronton island is considered the most dangerous spot on the southern border it's here where cartel gunmen have repeatedly been seen wandering through the brush after crossing into the U.S. illegally and where border patrol vehicles have been shot.

Just across the river, yards from U.S. soil, cartel gunmen stroll along the riverbank, armed with rifles. They control the border in Mexico. Some aim AK-47s at Texas DPS helicopters. Others go to war with each other, with Texas DPS thermal drone video showing cartels throwing explosives at each other, during a battle for control of the area. All the activity that's been happening, all the violence has been taking place right across the river within several hundred yards

from where we're at right now. Texas DPS's Lieutenant Chris Olivares tells Fox, in October, Texas had enough. The state declared Fronton Island, Texas property and began bulldozing it. All of it. Brush was clear. Razor wire was deployed,

and the area was fortified. This is what it looks like now. a 171-acre barren landscape now secured by Texas, with Texas troopers on patrol and Texas National Guard soldiers deployed with loaded weapons. This is one of the cartel buildings directly across the river from us in Mexico. You can see cartel graffiti on it,

as well as bullet holes riddling it. Here on the U.S. side of the river, you can see what Texas is done with Fronten Island. They have completely cleared it out. They've deployed razor wire, and there is now nowhere for these cartel gunmen to hide if they want to cross here illegally. So there to go.

So we had a massive incident today. And I say massive because we have Trump in office now. We had Border Patrol agents also so active duty military members down on the border in Texas right now. I think that Trump sent over a thousand active duty military to the border. Now we have cartel members that are firing on border patrol agents. And then it sounds like they're also trying to kill each other with explosives because they're trying to control that section of land. And what they're trying to do here is they're trying to. is they're trying to bring in and they're trying to traffic more people across the border.

And so the more desperate they get because this is a massive money-making thing for them. A lot of these families or even countries are paying these cartels, thousands and thousands of dollars per person to come across the border. And so now they are coming up against resistance at our border and starting to get pissed and start firing on border patrol agents. But what this is going to cause? is Trump to act. And I said this earlier in the show.

Trump is not a wartime president. He's not someone that wants to go to war. But I can promise you this. If we have excursions or incursions, I mean, with Border Patrol versus cartel members, we also potentially have these shootouts. He's already declared these cartels as terrorist organizations. For those that don't know what that means, when you declare a, organization or a group of people, a terrorist organization, you essentially have full unlimited

powers in a lot of ways to take those terrorist organizations out, especially if those organizations are threatening your homeland, which is the United States or America. So now you have these Border Patrol agents being fired on by cartel members, which are technically terrorist organizations now, just like it would be ISIS on our border of the United States. So what do you think is more likely to happen? Do you think that we're just going to let this go? This is not the Biden administration anymore. I just saw a video earlier. The Mexican president, the female Mexican president came out just crazy talking shit about Trump talking about, I cannot believe, or deporting all these people, just talking shit. But you have to understand

that Mexico is primarily ran by the cartel. I mean, yes, they have a government, but it's completely influenced by the cartel. There is no, there is absolutely no law and order when it comes to the cartel members. They don't hold any of them accountable. There is so many of the police force completely corrupted. From what I have heard is the military lease is somewhat better than the police forces or local police. But all the local police throughout various cities across Mexico are all completely bought out. They're paid for by the cartel because if they are, if they don't do what the cartel says,

they get murdered. Yeah, they kill. And so they are terrorist organization. There's no question about this. The question will be is what will Trump do about this? So this podcast, although we're talking about deportation, it's going to continue. They're going to continue to try to get as many people out that are criminals in the United States from these sanctuary cities. We have that to think about.

We also have this winter boots thing to where they're trying to create an uprising. The left is trying to create an uprising or civil war on behalf of. of the left and in unification with the illegals and the illegal criminals in particular. Maybe that's Trin de Aragua, the TDS or the TDA gang from Venezuela, whether it's the Senaloa cartel, which is also operating here in the United States. There are so many things to think about. And now you have cartel members shooting at Border Patrol agents on the border under the Trump administration.

And I think that what we're more than likely going to see. is a very fierce response more than likely by Trump in some way, shape, or form. And, you know, we think about, you know, could we send Apaches right across the border to take out some of these cartel members? I don't know. I know how you do that. But nonetheless, you got Pete Hegseth confirmed now. You have Trump in there. We got to get Cash Patel confirmed. He's not been confirmed yet as the FBI director. Once we kind of have everybody confirmed, you know, I would assume that whoever is in charge of this cartel, that this dude shot at Border Patrol agents, I would assume that guy might already be dead because this cartel leaders and the, you know, the kind of hierarchy in this cartel are going to go to this guy and say, what the F are you thinking shooting at Border Patrol with Trump in? Oh, absolutely.

And we have to think about what happened weeks before Trump even came in. They're already working. They were already at the border, getting ready, getting things in place because they knew. They mean business. This is not the borders are like Kamala Harris. Yeah. This is a new sheriff in town. Yeah, for sure.

And they mean business. Yeah, it's going to be interesting to see how this plays out, guys. We're going to obviously monitor this. I think it might escalate pretty rapidly. And it depends on how Trump responds. I don't know how he will respond. Will he do anything? But what I can say is he set it up to do something.

He already designated them as terrorist organizations. And now you have cartel members firing at Border Patrol agents and then also trying to blow each other up on the other side of the border. This could absolutely rapidly escalate. But we're going to see what happens on January 29th with these little cute winter boots and whatever the hell these morons are talking about. Oh, my God. It's crazy. And I know this is about deportation, but they're literally trying to create a uprising on TikTok and social media. It kind of reminds me of Black Lives Manor when it was like all the white privileged kids, I guess, trying to do the uprising and the black people are like, leave us alone.

We got this on our own. Like, we don't want your help. Yeah. You know. Talking about white liberals. Yeah. I mean, it was the white liberal kids that, yeah, I mean, you know, you know, it was the white liberal kids that, yeah, I mean, you know, You know, you would look at all these BLM rallies.

Yeah. A lot of them would be white liberals. Yeah. In beanies. That's what they were. That were there. And this is the same people. Yeah.

Well, yeah. I mean, it is. I mean, now they're just on to the new thing, which is, you know, criminal illegals. And they want to try to somehow, you know, basically overthrow the government. That's essentially what they're trying to advocate for on social media. And if this trend ever happened under the Biden and Harris administration, it would be banned immediately.

I mean, I, we've posted. this stuff on TikTok that is like nothing and get banned or not banned but like censored we can't post for days like I said we're at 2.5 2.5 which is crazy but we're at 2.5 strikes so you know I don't know if we'll go to 2.6 next 2.7 or 3 complete permanent band not sure but it just seems like obviously they are allowing this stuff to kind of flow freely through social media especially YouTube I mean the the son's a liberty guy he just heard he's on YouTube. And it's all over TikTok. It's slowly freeing,

slowly freeing on TikTok. Obviously, they know the algorithms know what they're already doing. And if they didn't know, AI wouldn't know. I'd literally just ask AI what Snow Bunny or, sorry, cute snow bunts,

Snow Bunny. That was another thing back in the day too, though. Samantha, Josephine, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, when she got murdered and then the guy that, the guy that killed her,

Roland, yeah, he was already like texting about Snow Bunny. I'm going to get me a snow bunny. and basically a white girl is what he was saying. But yeah, so I mean, but they already know this. I mean, if AI knows this and I ask AI what this means, cute winter boots and AI knows what I'm talking about,

then obviously all the algorithms on TikTok also know what I'm talking about. So they're not banning this for a reason. They're allowing it to play out to get it to as many people as possible in hopes that whatever this plan is that they're trying to plan will happen. And so you guys can go look that up. for yourself.
