Hello, hello, and welcome to Investigator Earth Podcast.
I'm your host, Chad, alongside my beautiful watch.
Sherry.
Say hello, Sherry.
Why do you roll your eyes.
God, I hate when you do that.
Because I'm so used to do that.
I know.
But I'm trying to get away from that now.
Well, now it's stuck in my head.
But anyways, hello, guys.
Why would you say hello, Sherry?
I don't know.
It's just, I don't know.
It just comes to it.
That's what comes in my mind.
All right.
It's all good.
Yeah, it's all good.
What is up, everybody?
Welcome to Investure, the podcast.
It is January 13, 2022, 8.34 p.m.
And that was Tom Petty.
And the heartbreakers, I went back down.
I thought it was a good intro, even though it's not as loud as it wanted to be.
But it is an old song.
Yeah, and it just goes completely with, you know, the subject we're talking about.
I love that.
That was a perfect song.
But it's so funny with Chad, guys.
I'm getting off topic a little bit.
But he has a song for everything.
His mind just works that way.
Like whatever's happening in our life, he automatically starts.
singing songs and he doesn't even realize he's doing it but they all are like have something to do
with what's going on chat that doesn't sound loud at all no no it does a little bit i think the
one mic was a little louder than another one it's all good okay so um we have uh it's just my
headphone it could be we uh we have we have some good uh not good news but you weren't even listening
to what i said no i was because i was adjusting i was adjusting the sound tell them about like
I mean, I swear to God, you do.
You come up with a song for everything,
and you don't even realize you're doing it.
Well, I mean, a lot of times I'll be in life.
I'll be, I don't know, something will happen or something's going on,
and I will start singing a song, not even thinking about it, just singing something.
And then I'm listening to the song, I'm like, holy shit, this literally is exactly what this,
that's not yours.
I can't hear anything now.
Oh, well, now I can hear.
Yeah, that's not yours.
Hold on, guys.
Okay, I can hear now.
Now I can hear.
Okay, sorry.
Okay.
Due to technical difficulties, this show is leaving the air right now.
I'm just kidding.
Sorry.
Very slow start tonight.
Seems like.
Anyways, guys, we had this thing going on.
Let's ignore the mic stuff and the headphone stuff and all that.
Got some great things to talk about.
I mean, as great as in we knew this was going to happen.
And, you know, it was just a matter of time before it did.
And, of course, if you guys, you know,
read the title.
It has to do with Joe Rogan.
And we're also going to talk about the Supreme Court.
And we're going to talk about a couple other little subjects.
But we wanted to come on tonight.
We weren't sure if we were going to do an episode because it is 8.30 p.m. Eastern Time on or in the United States.
But it's a little later for us.
But like I said, we're somewhere around 6.30 to 8.30.
We just never know.
Sherry, how are you feeling, by the way?
I'm feeling.
I'm getting better each day.
It's still exhausting to, like, do normal things.
God, something does not sound right.
Yeah, you sound fine.
Okay.
Well, anyways, yeah, I, it's, you know, I'm getting way better from the first two days where I thought I was going to die.
I'm way better.
Yeah.
Yeah, and I still have not got it, thank God.
Yeah.
So tomorrow will be six days.
I'm hoping that eventually we're going to be able to brag about this.
Wow.
Yeah.
From all the podcasts, we've talked about me being vaccinated and him not.
Yeah.
But, Chan, I think he goes up.
So he goes more with the vitamins, I think, than being vaccinated and not vaccinated.
Is why he's got it or not.
Oh, yeah.
Well, yeah.
I mean, if I don't get it, it has nothing to do with just me.
No, I'm just saying that you think it's vitamins.
I think it's vaccinated and not vaccinated.
Oh, okay, maybe.
No, I don't think so.
I mean, there's a lot of people out there that have not been vaccinated that are getting Omicron.
I mean, I know quite a few people.
So I don't think, I don't think that's the case.
I mean, I think probably if you looked at the big picture of it, it would probably be something to do with that.
But by the way, so your headphones is stuck in between there.
So your connection is over there.
We got to figure this out because.
So mess with that one, yeah.
Can you hear better now?
Yeah, just go ahead.
That's fine.
Okay.
But anyways, well, I just want to make sure.
I mean, really, we don't even need headphones, but I mean, we are right here.
not like we're that far away.
But it just sounds better when you're on hippodes.
So guys, as we do every time, thank you guys for all your support, everything you guys reach out to us and all that.
We really do appreciate that very, very much.
Also, we remind people again, we are trying to and will be transition over to G ETTR, Gitter.
That is, Investigate Pod or Investigate Earth Podcast.
You can look us up on Gitter, C-free 7284 on Gitter or S-3-7-284 on Gitter.
And by the way, from yesterday's podcast, I got a bunch of followers.
And I got to figure out how to follow you guys back.
So thank you.
I was so excited.
No, I just saw it in my notifications, but I haven't got there yet.
So thank you guys for following.
That's awesome.
There's a lot of people.
There's a lot of you out there that are still, you know, you still won't leave or you just feel like, you know, well, you know, I have all my friends on Facebook or Instagram or whatever.
But, man, I'm telling you, if you guys will just leave those platforms as much as possible and try.
try, just try to use other platforms.
Try to check, you know, the same way you would check Facebook or Instagram or anything else,
you know, try to do the same thing with Gitter.
You know, if you look for our stuff, if you look for like the latest updates from us,
go to Gitter first.
Don't go to Facebook.
Don't go to whatever.
Go there first because we at least know that we're not going to be banned or shadow
banned or any of that stuff on there.
And you know that for a fact that you'll be able to find us.
If you log on there, you're going to see our post along.
with everybody else's. It's not going to be hidden or any of that other stuff.
And we're posting?
Yes. I posted three things today.
I think I posted two or three things today on Gitter that we didn't post on Facebook because
I'm going to start doing that because, you know, even though we don't have a lot of followers
yet, but, you know, I still want to have stuff there that we're not going to ever put
on Facebook, you know, if you want to see that stuff.
And this is very important things.
Like I'm posting videos of what happened in Congress with Jim Jordan and, um, um, you
And just, you know, documents about DARPA and, you know, the whole Anthony Falsy thing, you know, documents on, you know, Madison Cothorn and what a mini-Senator sent to CDC and everybody else demanding answers for what is really going on.
So all of that, we're going to start doing on Gitter.
So if you want to really know what we're up to and all that stuff.
And by the way, as soon as we launch this paid platform, which we've just been so much.
behind. But as soon as we do,
we're going to announce it on Gitter first. So make sure
you go there. And the paid platform is
going to be video content and everything else. Once we
get it up, guys, I promise you, we're going to
freaking run with it. But we just got to
do it. And we've had a lot of stuff going on.
But we're going to have everything there. I think we're going to go
video, but we probably are going to do it for like
a member's only section more than likely.
Because if we do it on YouTube or somewhere else,
we'll get banned
a day. We'll be
like the fastest banning on YouTube.
Yeah, I know, because we cannot stay away from topics that are not allowed.
Yeah, there's no way.
Even if we try, it just is not possible.
Yeah.
So Joe Rogan, Joe Rogan's in the news today, and he is being massively called out.
They are calling him a menace to public health, and doctors are demanding Spotify put an end to COVID lies on Joe Rogan experience.
This article from Rolling Stone, and along with many others, says, unlike many platforms,
Spotify doesn't have a clear policy prohibiting misinformation.
270 physicians and scientists are hoping to change that.
So, exactly.
So let's just analyze that very first line from the beginning.
You know, they're calling them a menace to public health,
and doctors are demanding that they put it into this.
Spotify, they.
But this line that says, unlike many platforms, Spotify,
doesn't have a clear policy on prohibiting misinterpret.
information.
And they're saying that 270 physicians hope to put a change to that or into that.
So 270 physicians are fine this little petition, I guess.
But look, I mean, here's the thing, though.
I mean, and that's fine.
But we all knew they were going to come after Joe Rogan.
They've already tried before.
They've tried before.
They've tried to cancel them on this.
They've tried to cancel them on this.
They've tried to, they've had literal walkouts at Spotify, some of their woke employees.
They've had things to where the employees were threatening this or threatening that.
I mean, they were trying to hold Spotify in a position where, like, Spotify had to do something about Joe Rogan.
And so now we're faced with this.
And it's exactly what the line says.
They are hoping to change Spotify's policies.
And Spotify believes, and by the way, we've talked about this on the podcast.
What?
Sorry. Go ahead.
No, what were you saying?
I'm just saying Spotify is not even an American company.
No, they're a Sweden-based company.
Yeah, so they don't have the same policies as we do.
No.
They do not.
And, you know, and honestly, guys, most of you probably have found us on Spotify.
I would say, I think it's like 85% of our audience comes from Spotify, 85%.
And that's something we've always said.
if we lose our Spotify audience, we're screwed.
Yeah, I know. Exactly.
Because that's the only audience that you have a free speech place to go.
Kind of, yeah.
Really?
You basically do.
I mean, the podcast is spread out to all these other platforms or whatever and what have you.
But we don't get a lot of listeners from them.
I mean, we do.
I mean, I say a lot, but yeah, I mean, nowhere close to Spotify numbers.
Right.
And if Spotify screws everybody, then everybody's,
screwed again. And then Spotify is going to be screwed too.
Yeah, I mean, they are.
Honestly. And I think, well, the
thing Spotify has to realize, and we're going to
go deeper into this and what they're saying
and all this, but the thing
Spotify has to realize is that, you know,
number one, you just paid this guy $100 million
which is Joe Rogan to come on
exclusively to Spotify.
And the thing that
Spotify is, you know,
they're going to be in a predicament with this because,
you know, well, not with this.
I mean, they literally just need to
ignore them.
Exactly.
Because...
Don't even be in a procurement.
Just say, you know what?
This is the way it is.
We're not doing...
You know, we believe in freedom of speech.
Bye-bye now.
Yeah.
And the thing about Spotify is that...
Screw Spotify.
The thing about Joe Rogan is,
is that Joe Rogan,
everything that he ever does
is always backed up.
I mean, he asked Jamie,
you know, if you guys watch Joe Rogan,
which, by the way,
I know you do,
investigate earth followers.
Some of you guys that follow us,
or I mean,
not investigate the earth followers,
but so many of you that follow us,
I'll check your followers.
You'll be following like seven people.
It'll be us.
Joe Rogan's always one of them.
Like the other person is always Joe Rogan.
But anyways,
the one thing about Joe Rogan is that,
you know,
he uses Jamie to fact check everything
that they're talking about,
to do this and do that.
And, you know,
and most...
He's very cautious.
And most of what Joe talks about
and most of what Joe has
to say about COVID and the vaccination and all that stuff,
number one, it's always backed up.
Live facts.
And number two, it's doctors that are coming on his podcast.
Doctors that are coming on the podcast that are speaking their mind.
And this is what the media hates.
Now, there's two things the media hates.
It's not just Joe Rogan talking about COVID.
It's not just doctors coming on Joe Rogan talking about this.
And by the way, doctors like Pierre Corey and, you know, Robert Malone and Peter McCullough.
And there's so many doctors.
that have come on there that are experts in their field.
Some of probably the top experts in the world in certain things.
Robert Malone is certainly an expert in MRNA technology and vaccines.
Robert Malone is extremely intelligent in the vaccine field.
And then you got Pierre Corey.
He is a, I believe he's a, if I'm not mistaken, I think Pierre Corey is an ICU doctor,
has worked in the ICU emergency department and also is a family physician and so on and so forth.
You know, Pierre Corey, Joe Rogan has had him on there.
Pierre Corey had talked to Joe Rogan about the Ivermectin thing.
And Dr. Corey also is the one that created frontline COVID care, frontline critical care COVID doctors, whatever the hell that is.
FLCC.
I think that's what it's called.
And so the media, number one, hates Joe Rogan because he is demolishing them on numbers.
Yep.
I mean, that is without a question.
Yeah.
And number two, and it's not just the, and when I say the media, I don't want you to think, you know, necessarily just CNN and MSNUC or even Fox.
I mean, Fox is probably the closest thing next to him as far as mainstream media.
But, but I'm talking about, you know, when we heard and saw this report tonight, it was on World News Tonight.
It was on, you know, the main news thing.
Yeah, even like entertainment, television, everything.
Yeah.
entertainment, yeah, entertainment tonight and all that stuff.
Yeah, tonight, whatever it's called.
So this is going mainstream.
And whoever the backers are behind this push right now,
they want it to be as big as possible.
Yep.
It is on, I mean, literally, I've always considered growing up,
like the biggest news, in my opinion,
was World News Tonight, NBC Nightly News, all this.
It's the news that comes on after your 6 o'clock local news.
Right.
That's how it is here in the United States anyway.
The national news.
Yeah.
And so this story is being pushed all over national news.
And it's also being pushed everywhere online.
Just look up Joe Rogan and you'll see.
It's everywhere.
So this is what the article says.
And as an infectious disease epidemiologist and research fellow at Boston Children's Hospital
who debunks health misinformation on Instagram, of course,
where she has more than 380,000 followers,
Jessica Melati Rivera regularly receives tips from her followers about viral content to debunk.
A few weeks ago, her followers started sending her a link to an episode of Joe Rogan experience,
the most popular podcast in the world.
The episode was an interview with Dr. Robert Malone, of course,
a virologist who touts himself as one of the architects of the MRNA technology.
Rivera was familiar with Rogan as well as Malone.
She knew that Malone had been banned from Twitter for,
promoting COVID-19 misinformation.
See, they're already starting to hit him and try to discredit Robert Malone in this article.
And that he had been making the rounds in conservative media circles undermining the efficacy of the vaccine.
When she watched the interview, she was horrified to see that he was espoused various conspiratorial and baseless beliefs from the idea that mass formation psychosis is responsible for people believing in the efficacy of vaccines to declares.
to the claim popular among anti-vaxxers
hospitals are financially
incentivized to falsely diagnose
COVID-19 deaths.
Now, first of all, there's two things right there
that are huge.
They're true and true?
Yeah, pretty much.
I mean, there's even psychiatrists.
We've done a podcast on mass formation psychosis.
There are psychology institutes around the world
that have said this is the thing.
Governments have used this.
And I'm pretty sure there were even,
our own government has actually kind of admitted
this was a thing.
So as far as the second thing goes,
that hospitals were incentivized to falsely diagnosed COVID-19 deaths.
Well, see, the reason that they're putting in falsely diagnosed COVID-19 deaths,
the fact is, and you guys can look this up if you just dig a little bit in research.
The fact is, is that it doesn't make a damn what you come into the hospital with,
if you're in a car wreck or a gunshot or whatever.
If you test positive for COVID-19,
there have been whistleblowers everywhere across the country that have said you will go down as a COVID death or at the very least you will be, it's called it's a medical code that they have to put in the system.
And that doesn't necessarily mean in the newspaper when they talk about your death, it's going to say COVID-19.
But it does mean on the medical code is going as COVID-19.
It's going to count towards statistics and it's going to count towards more money for them.
That is a fact.
And the reality is that, you know, that nurse in New York, that, and it wasn't just one, there were multiple nurses.
There were multiple nurses in New York City that came through and said that, you know, these hospitals in the very beginning of this pandemic were literally putting people on ventilators for when their, when their oxygen was like 94, 93.
I mean, they were putting them on ventilators, basically to kill them.
Number one, it was getting them in ICU, making more money,
and then number two, it was, you know, they were all dying
because, you know, I mean, when you get COVID-19,
when you have a lung infection,
the last thing you ever want to do is get on the ventilator.
I mean, literally, that is,
what people want to understand is,
it's like if you have a car accident and have a head injury
and you go into ICU and you get on a ventilator,
what typically kills them is some kind of infection
induced by the ventilator.
meaning pneumonia or whatever the case is, because your lungs cannot operate the same way as they do regardless.
Right.
And so imagine putting someone that has COVID, that already has viral replication in their lungs, a ventilator,
and then it allows a million times more viral replication.
Right, because the lungs are not functioning on their own.
Yes.
They would literally paralyze people that were fully functioning people talking all this stuff,
little out of breath, sometimes 93% oxygen.
they would paralyze them to the point of they were gone and then ventilate them and then like 95% of them died.
And guys, right now, just so you know, I'm at 95.
So if I was 1% more, they could have put me on a ventilator right now.
They could have done at 95.
I mean, literally, I think what was happening in New York was I think it was a push to get COVID numbers up.
And I think it was a push on both sides.
Now, you know, look, we've seen what dumbass did in New York, whatever his name is.
Cuomo.
Cuomo.
You know, you know, by sending everybody back in a nursing home, essentially killing them probably to get numbers up.
And he never even got investigated or they let it go.
No, they did let it go.
Yeah, they let it go.
He murdered.
It was a mass murder.
Well, this whole thing is.
13 plus thousand people, I think.
But this whole thing is a mass murder if you think about it.
It is.
but then there's mass murders on lower scales
and I actually think there's mass murders
across the country
and I think there is in other parts of the country
I can't speak for other parts of the country
but what I do know is that just the fact of
he knew what he was doing
well that yes absolutely
and then and then the fact of the fact
the fact of the fact
the fact of the fact
the fact that early treatment
absolutely save lives
and everyone
the doctors that the same doctors
that are being banned have have you know
they've been banned for trying to keep people alive.
Yes, they've been banned by saying, look, we need to do anything to make them keep alive.
And they're like, no, no, no, no.
Put them on a ventilator so they can die so we can get money.
They really don't want people to save lives.
They want them to make their lives in so they get money.
Honestly, I swear to God they do.
Does it not make you think that like, I mean, think about this.
think about how much backlash, hatred, and everything else has come out about medicines that could potentially save people's lives.
I mean, think about ivermectin.
Think about even, I mean, there's hate campaigns now on fluvoxamine.
Fluvoxamine is that antidepressant, which, by the way, the fluvoxamine studies have come out, and it's like better than anything we have.
Even the stuff that Merck's coming out with and all this BS.
Well, the only thing I worry about that is like if you get on an antidepressant for a week or whatever
and then you automatically stop taking it.
Well, you're just going to have to, yeah, you got to make sure that you can have.
You're going to have some brain zaps going on there.
Yeah, and some other stuff.
But what I'm, you know, the thing about it is, is fluvoxamine is getting hate campaigns now because it works.
And, you know, and even with Omicron, they're still pushing all this bullshit about the vaccine.
You go get the vaccine.
It'll save you.
But look, I mean, the reality is that.
There's doctors everywhere saying, you know, this is an escape variant.
This is not a variant that is going to be even close to hindered or stopped by the vaccine.
But yet, guess what they're still pushing?
The vaccine.
And they're doing it with kids too.
They are.
It's on mainstream news and everything else.
So this Rivera, the one that supposedly, you know, figures out what's misinformation and what isn't.
Obviously, she's a Democrat.
The doctor.
Is she the main, like, head person out of all this stuff?
I don't know.
But she was made aware of the Joe Rogan Robert Malone podcast.
And, you know, keep in mind, she's apparently the one for Instagram that figures out what's misinformation or not.
And that he had been making rounds of conservative medium.
So she said that she was horrified to see his baseless beliefs.
And the episode feature Malone went viral and was shared widely in right-wing a media circle.
as well as on Facebook, where the link on Spotify has been shared nearly 25,000 times, according to crowd-tangled data.
So this says, yet Rivera was even more horrified to discover that people in her life, whom she considered to be quite wise and discerning,
were hoodwinked by Malone's patina of academic credibility, considering his views on the vaccine legitimate.
When I saw they were falling victims to this, I spoke to some colleagues and we said something has to be done at
this point. So what she's saying is even a lot of her probably doctors were saying, yeah,
this dude's legit. Yeah. Because obvious, I mean, he is legit. He has everything to back this up.
And she's like, look, no, fuck you. We got to figure out how to stop this. Exactly.
Because my overlords are telling me we have to stop this. Do you remember when the pandemic first started,
Chad? And like, they caught directors of hospitals saying, you know, we've got to make this like look
worse than it is and scarier than it is.
Project Raritas done it, yeah. Do you remember
and they had all these like, um... Yeah, we gotta make
the numbers look worse. Yeah. And we gotta make people think they're gonna die.
Yeah, and they had them on Zoom and they busted them. Yep. It's almost,
that's almost what she's doing to me. Well, I mean, she, you know, and it's not just her.
Trust me. This, this whole thing is a campaign behind the scenes. I mean, there's no question.
And do you feel like this is it paid for and funded? Is it paid for and funded by
the deep state people.
Well, yeah, I mean, yeah, because you got to think
the deep state, the Democrats, and
the legacy media, such as
CNN, MSNBC,
whatever, all of that left liberal
media, they all are together.
I mean, they're all funded together.
And they've got a lot of power behind them with that
money. And so they're going
after one company right now, which is Spotify.
Because Spotify is
a platform that
is, I love
Spotify personally. I mean, I do. I'm
glad that Spotify allows people to voice their opinions and her thoughts and beliefs.
Right.
And look, I'm not saying, look, you know, and I believe if Spotify came across podcast,
and they have, by the way, this has been done, even though even in that particular circumstance,
you know, these people had beliefs that I don't agree with, but it wasn't illegal beliefs.
They were, you know, beliefs that were based on, like, I can't even remember, I'm not going to say,
but it was something.
And so someone came to Spotify, they demanded they,
take it down and they did. But the reality is that what they were doing was nothing illegal. It was
free speech, even though whether you agree with it or not. Right. And they still took it down
even though it was free speech. Yeah, immediately. And that's so hard to regulate, you know.
Well, I mean, look, you can regulate very easily. You just don't take down free speech. Right. Period.
I mean, it doesn't make a damn about whether you don't like the fact that someone's being racist.
if you don't like the fact that someone hates children or I mean or or hates women or likes
children a lot no that's illegal though but that's illegal see that that's what I'm saying
you can't make things illegal be okay I mean you have to follow some kind of law somewhere
I mean you know for example like if we have a social media which we do but we haven't released
it because it's you know you know if you have something like that
that you basically like us we would follow just the U.S. Constitution.
And, you know, if it's, you know, if it's non-legal, you can be said.
I mean, and that's tough because it's like, you know, I don't want to see racist shit
everywhere.
No, nobody who does.
But I also can't say we have a free speech platform and then take down racist shit.
Because racism, even harassment, not harassment, but what was the terms?
Yeah, because that's illegal.
Harassment?
But there's terms of hate speech, which is technically not illegal.
There's all these terms like YouTube and these other companies use.
And they use these terms to make it very vague.
Right.
To where they can just take down anything they don't agree with.
But for us, it would be we're not taking down anything unless it's illegal.
So long as it's not liable, slanderous, or defamatory, I think is kind of the three things, something like that.
But that's here.
But we're working with a company that's in Sweden.
Yeah.
So I don't know really what their laws are.
Are their laws the same as ours?
Well, Sweden probably don't give a damn about what Spotify does over here.
You know what I mean?
I mean, they don't care.
So the U.S. would have to block Spotify from the United States.
Literally, that would be, I mean, the United States cannot come and say, I'm sure Spotify has a U.S. office.
I'm sure they do.
But even in that event, the United States government would have to come, which by the way would not surprise me.
But they would have to come and say, you know what, we got to put it into this.
We're blocking you from the United States and all that because they try to do that.
They try to do that with TikTok.
Yeah.
Trump did.
Yeah.
And that's because of the China influence, the China backing all that.
Well, everyone thought that if you're on TikTok, Chinese people are getting all your information through TikTok, the China, like government.
Yeah.
Right?
Yep.
And Trump didn't want them to have access to our people's information.
Yeah, which is a legitimate thing.
Yeah, I get that, but, you know.
So Rivera...
So the other thing is Rivera is one of 270 doctors and physicians and science educators, they say,
who signed an open letter calling on Spotify, which obtained exclusively streaming rights to Joe Rogan experience in a reported $100 million.
deal to take action against misinformation on the platform, such as that contained an interview
with Malone.
With an estimated 11 million listeners per episode, Geri Rogan Experience, which is hosted exclusively
on Spotify, is the world's largest podcast and has tremendous influence.
The letter reads, Spotify has a responsibility to mitigate the spread of misinformation
on this platform, though the company presently has no misinformation policy.
Because misinformation is bullshit.
That's why.
misinformation is literally classified as something that the government, deep state, or legacy media doesn't agree with.
They don't believe it.
No, no.
They don't believe.
It's not that they don't believe because most of the time they know it's facts.
They just don't want out there.
Right.
I get that.
Yeah.
Yeah, there was something that was said about like the misinformation versus actual.
Like, misinformation is not unfactual.
Like, they just say misinformation now, although most of what they say is factual.
Yeah, even if there's stuff backing it up, they're saying it's misinformation.
Like, how is that possible?
Because what is a fact?
A fact is something that has evidence, right?
Yes, but that's still considered misinformation if they don't agree with it.
Because, I mean, that's what you don't understand is the left and the liberal and the deep state and the New World Order and all these fucking crazy people in today's world, they don't care about facts anymore.
mean nothing anymore.
It doesn't matter about statistics.
It doesn't matter about any of that shit.
You know, it was very similar when we talked about Black Lives Matter movement,
when all that stuff was going on with the police killings and the media hyped up any
police killing they could find, even if they were freaking armed, which is most of them were,
by the way, to make it look like.
And the reason they did that, by the way, the reason they did that was because, and they did it
with Obama.
They did it under Obama and all that shit
And they made Obama come out and look like he was supported the blacks
And he supported the people in the inner cities and all this stuff
And we're not going to allow cops to kill black people, right?
They did that because they wanted another Democrat term, right?
Because they knew Democrats that come out and vote for Democrats here
Like, see, those are my people because they care about me
And then they made it to where
Republicans had to
not had to
Republicans have always
supported law enforcement
and law and order
and military
and all that shit right
so their obvious other side
is going to be
anti law enforcement
anti this
anti that
and they did the same thing
under Trump
it's the exact same thing
and they're going to do it again
trust me
there will be more
they will highlight cop killings
by the way
have you heard one story
about a cop killing
did all of those just stop
disappeared.
No, they didn't.
It's just not election time yet.
Yeah.
After around George Floyd time, it was happening every other week. Oh, every day. Yeah.
Well, yeah.
What was his, the mystery man?
The mystery man, Nick.
And the reason I say that, if you guys ever heard the episode with the mystery man.
And by the way, I know many of you have because you guys have referenced the mystery man in email to me.
I was like, hey, you remember the episode about the mystery man?
I was like, oh, yeah.
Yeah, and then Sherry just messed it up.
It's his name like four of my times.
But me and Nick, his name's Nick, me and Nick has talked about, we talked about it then.
and the reality is that number one,
there's more whites that are killed by cops and blacks.
Yes,
obviously there are more white people in this country,
but even still,
where you have to look at the Black Lives Matter thing,
and I'm getting a little bit off topic,
but I want to make a point to like how left does not care about facts.
Although the black community,
and by the way,
I want to preface what I'm saying here right now,
I love black people,
and we have many listeners that are black,
and we love all of you guys.
It's not about black people.
It's just about the facts.
When they were trying to say that black people are just being killed indiscriminately and indiscriminately,
look,
a lot of those black people are being killed because they're involved in either dangerous crimes,
felonies,
and are armed, right?
Number one.
And number two,
you know,
if you look at the crime statistics,
you know,
because they say,
well,
white people are killed more than black people.
Well,
there's more white people.
Yeah.
But if you look at what race makes up.
the majority of violent crime in the United States is heavily on the black side,
which means it takes the, there are more white people out of the equation.
Right.
There are a lot more violent encounters with police and blacks.
There are more than with white people.
And yet still, white people get killed more by police.
But you can't just go by race.
You got to go by social economic and how people are raised and all that stuff too.
Yeah, you got to go by the statistics.
And yeah, look, and the same thing with the white people thing.
You know, the fact there are more white people killed, even with, even with the fact that more black people are involved with police on a more dangerous felonious crime thing, that should tell you, too, there's a lot of fucked up white people.
There's more fucked up white people than black.
I mean, that's the thing.
It's not about race.
It's not.
It's about culture.
It's about how you grew up.
It's about what you're involved in.
It's all of that shit.
Black people have it.
White people have it.
I mean, I don't know too many agents.
It's not just have it, but a lot of people are forced into their lives.
They're not given that life.
They're forced into that life.
I mean, I don't.
I'm just saying to be protected.
Like, a lot of these kids that are like living it, like, I know for a fact because I was.
Well, I was one.
I was, I mean, I grew up in a bad household.
Yeah, but I'm just saying there's some kids that are forced into the get, you know,
they live in the ghetto.
And the only protection they have is joining a game.
Yeah, but that's not really the only protection you have
Because the reality is, I mean, but they don't know that
I mean, that's the thing
Yeah, they don't know, I mean, you're right
I mean, they feel like joining a gang is their protection
They don't know that if you don't join a gang
You're way better off, right?
I mean, but it's just that the problem is
That whole not having a father in a household thing
Which a lot of people just skip over with the black community
Yep
Which is heavily affected by that?
It's white community too
There's a lot of white baby mamas.
Yeah, but it's heavily predominant in black community.
And so that, you know what, then not having a dad in a household leads to?
It leads to wanting a male figure to look up to, which is gang members usually.
And it leaves a kid wanting attention and friendship and things that, you know, like he wants to feel like he's family or part of something.
And that's the problem with not having a father.
in the household. And it is more predominant
in inner cities, in ghettos, and
you know, whatever. I mean,
and similarly, you can
find that in trailer parks. You can find that
in white trailer parks and
hell, I mean. And white ghetto.
Well, I mean, just like the KKK thing where you're
watching another day. I mean, it's not, we weren't watching
it, but it's called Hate Thy Neighbor.
Yeah. It's a, it is
a documentary on, and it's
about this black guy, he's a comedian.
And, and, you know, honestly, I feel like
that was probably a propaganda.
type documentary to make it look like all white people hate blacks, I guess.
But, you know, he goes to Georgia, which is, you know, Georgia's right below us.
And he goes to Georgia and meets up with these KKK members and, you know, and he's this black dude, this comedian, but he was doing this documentary.
And, you know, I mean, if you just look at these people, though, these white people that are, I mean, they just look like a bunch of fucking idiots.
I mean, they're just dumbasses.
Yeah.
I mean, they really are.
Like backwood.
Well, they're just dumbasses.
I mean, and, you know, they're a piece of shit.
And I was looking at them like, okay, man, these guys are KKK members.
And like how they were like, oh, no, they were telling the documentary guy, the black guy, no, you can't go down there in that field or that bar.
Yeah, you.
And so the black guy's like, well, why not?
Black guys like, why not?
Like, what would happen to me?
And he's a British black guy, too.
So he's like a little.
I guess they're like, look, we're going to.
I'm gonna send a black guy in there.
He needs to be British.
I don't know what the hell that means, but
he's like, well, why could not go down in the field?
Yeah, I'm chocolate.
Yeah, because if you were sent Atlanta,
Atlanta black dude down, and I'm like, bitch, I'm going in that
motherfucking field.
Sorry.
He would, he would go down that field.
Like, what's up, bitch?
You know, but they had to send a dude from the UK
because they're not near as hard as the guys in.
Atlanta.
UK guys are cooler.
Yeah.
So he accepts that shit.
Because you know,
because you know if he sent a boy from Atlanta down there, man.
And you're trying to say, you can't go in that field.
There could be a damn war.
He's going to get all of his boys.
They're going to just be right back there.
Yeah.
But anyways.
That would be a good war.
So this dude.
So this guy's like, why can't I go in the field?
And so he's like, well, you just can't.
And he's like, well, what would happen to me if I went
in the field.
And he's like,
I don't even want to tell you
what happened maybe.
I just ain't even want to talk about it.
And I'm just like,
and these dudes are just sitting all down there
with the fucking suspenders on it.
I was just like, man,
I want to just go down there
and fucking knock all of them out.
I know.
And they really think,
and they really think there's something,
don't they?
It's just so stupid.
They think they're like these like superb people
and they're dumb asses.
So,
yeah,
so just to make it clear,
I fucking hate like KKK people
worse than.
I mean, I would say worse than probably even black people that hate whites in militias.
And the reason is because the white KKK members are my race.
And it pisses me off that there are assholes that do that shit.
And yeah.
Like I told Cheras, like, look, if you want to have a gang, if you want to have like a militia, you know, or whatever,
and you're after people that are just, you know, pieces of shit, like scums and demons of society,
I'm down with that shit.
If you're after,
if you're,
and by the way,
if you want to have a militia
or a group of people
that are after the sanctity
of the United States of America
and making sure that the United States
remains free,
I'm going to say amen.
But that does not have anything to do with color.
At all.
Like,
really,
it's so,
you know,
that's the people that need to be together.
And by the way,
there was another thing,
and I'm sorry,
we're getting way off topic guys.
I know,
we're doing it.
That was another thing
that said in documentaries.
Like,
so the black guy,
I asked the K camera, he's like, well, what would happen in the Civil War?
Because you've talked about the Civil War before.
And he's like, and he's like, well, he's like, if it's a race war, I got to fight for my fellow white, you know, and all this shit.
And I'm like, I'm like, dude.
First of all, there's going to be a lot of white people killing you because, like, do you know how many?
Damn, what the hell?
But do you know how many liberals there are that freaking think they're black?
Number one.
Yeah.
So you're going to be confused as shit.
You really are.
You really are.
You're going to be confused.
Yeah, I got to fight for my...
I'm sorry.
But anyways.
But my point is, but you know what?
The guys I want to be next to in Civil War,
I don't give a damn.
We've talked about us before,
black, white, whatever.
I want my black dudes,
my white dudes next to me.
The guys that are patriots and for this country
and love me as much as I love them.
Exactly.
The same way the military is.
The military is not about color.
Man, you make sure that the next person
beside you has your back and is going to protect
your life as much as you're going to protect their life
and it doesn't make a damn about what color you are.
That doesn't affect whether you can
defend my life or not.
Amen.
Period.
Yes.
And by the way, those motherfuckers in that documentary
ain't defending nobody's fucking life.
I'm sorry.
I mean, most of them, dude, are going to have a heart attack
in the first 100 yards.
Y'all just need to go watch it.
Yeah, it's called Hate Thy Neighbor.
It's freaking funny.
Sorry, we got a little off topic, guys.
Golly, babe.
You sound like you're out to damn.
damn have a lung stroke.
I don't know what that is.
It's just as funny that there's people like that still around.
It's funny, but it's, I mean, it's sad.
But you know what the reality is?
And this is the misguided information about what's going on in this world.
It's like the media has made it out like it's a black and white thing.
And it's not.
And so it's making a lot of dumb white people go towards like a white thing, right?
and it's even making dumb black people
go towards a black militia.
And a bunch of dumb white people go towards a white militia.
Instead of both militias.
The rednecks, their damn country bumpkins and the ghetto thugs.
And then that's regular people.
Imagine if you had them all together, man.
That'd be scary.
It'd be scary for it.
Oh, what if you had normal like white and black people
that function every day together anyways
and we don't have a problem with race?
And we come together and say, you know what?
They're not taking our country away.
No, but that is what's going to happen.
Yeah.
I mean, that's the reality.
It's going to be a team of people that believe in their freedom, regardless of the color of their
skin, are going to come together, and that's what's going to happen.
And that is what's going to happen.
And by the way, guys, I want to make this known now.
We are going to have a Black Lives Matter podcast coming up very soon.
We've never talked about, we've never done a podcast on it.
We're going to have a special guest on our podcast.
He is a college football player defensive back.
I'm not going to say what his name is.
Don't want to unless he wants to.
He said he don't care.
But I told him, I'm like, look, dude.
I'm just saying, you do not have to say your name.
But he's a really good friend of ours, and we really like him a lot.
And, you know, he wants to come talk to us about it.
So I think that's really cool.
We were supposed to do it this past weekend.
Yeah.
But Sherry got COVID.
We were sick, you know, the whole nine.
So we're going to hopefully do it this weekend.
All right.
So we're way off topic.
Yes, we are.
So anyway.
Let's get back to.
So,
so Joe Rogan is hosted
exclusively on Spotify.
And the letter reads,
Spotify has a responsibility
to mitigate the spread
of misinformation on this platform.
And it says the letter was initially
appended with a lengthy fact check
of all the claims presented
in Malone's interview with Rogan,
from the mass formation psychosis
supposition to Malone's claim
that Biden administration
has suppressed an evidence supporting the efficacy
of Ivermectin as COVID-19 treatment.
Well, come on, guys.
I mean, we all know that there was a hate...
There was a hate campaign on Ivermectin.
We know that.
Mainstream media did it.
We all know that.
Well, and the campaign came from
that Ivermectin was, like, gone everywhere.
Like, people are even calling animal supply stores
and trying to get it.
Remember?
Yeah, but I'm just saying...
But what they're saying is that...
It doesn't work, but it does work.
Yes.
But what I'm saying...
What this is saying, though,
Sherry is that the doctors are saying that
Joe Rogan is saying that
the Biden administration went on a campaign
to discredit Ivermectin.
And they did. The government did.
Every freaking body did.
The media is just as much a part of the government
as everybody else.
So anyways, it goes
on to say people who don't have the
scientific or medical background to recognize
the things he's saying are not true
are unable to distinguish
fact from fiction, are going
to believe what Malone is saying, and this is the biggest podcast in the world, what Malone
is saying is true.
And that's terrifying, says Dr. Ben Ryan, a neuroscientist at Stanford University, who co-authored
the letter with Rivera and other doctors and educators.
I love that.
The reason to say that is because they should have just put the Stanford University in bold
letters.
Give me that Stanford University.
I mean, give me a damn break, man.
I mean, like, look, here, look, the reason that sentence is even there is because they know Joe Rogan has a lot of smart, smart-ass people on his show.
I'm talking about some of the top doctors in the world, some of the top freaking vaccine.
By the way, Robert Malone has been pushed into ground by media.
But Robert Malone is literally one of the leading vaccine experts in the world.
For the past 20 years.
I mean, it's not like this dude is a dumbass.
It's not like he is whatever the media is making.
I just want you to understand.
Look up Robert Malone's credentials.
He has been a part of most all vaccine pushes.
Oh, before they strip them like they did Bob Lazar.
But listen.
But listen.
And Robert Malone's, a big point of Robert Malone on Joe Rogan was, listen, I am not anti-vaccine, obviously.
That is my life.
This is what I've done.
He took the vaccine.
He did.
He's done both doses.
Yeah. But what he's saying is that I'm not anti-vax.
I have literally been responsible for programs for like 20 vaccines.
Like this is my life.
But when I see something that is not right, I'm going to say it.
I'm going to call it out.
And he is being hated.
But he's not the only one.
There are doctors and scientists around the world and know this shit.
And epidemiologists.
They have all been saying this and they have all been silenced.
And do you remember like even at the beginning of the pandemic when those like California doctors
came out.
Do you remember them?
Oh, they got hella hate.
Oh, yeah.
I can't remember what their name was.
Well, but they were like.
One of them was Arnie's somebody.
I don't know.
He's still, I still follow him on Facebook, though.
But anyways, so the Malone segment is far from the first time Rogan has been accused
of platforming misinformation on his podcast.
In April 23rd, 2021 episode, for instance, Rogan actively discouraged young people from getting
the vaccine.
Absolutely.
I fucking 100% agree.
Don't get your kids back.
Saying in a conversation with comedian Dave Smith,
if you're like 21 years old and you say to me,
should I get vaccinated?
I'll go, no.
Rogan has also promoted taking ivermectin.
And by the way, let me clear this up.
The reason that Joe Rogan said about
and talked about young people not getting vaccination,
they literally pulled up on not just that episode,
four or five episodes,
the stats and facts on the likelihood of an adverse event
on from COVID in young people versus the vaccine and you were more likely by like 25% or 30%
it might even been more than that to get an adverse event from the vaccine over COVID yeah like
you have a worse chance of taking the vaccine than taking your chances of getting COVID yes if you're a
young person with no like whatever they're called a bit or whatever those what is it called what
you know without any like other stuff go morbidities yeah sorry so rogan has also promoted
taking ivermectin to treat COVID-19 symptoms despite the fact there is no evidence to support
ivermectin's efficacy as a treatment and the ingesting it can lead to such side effects as
dizziness and uncontrolled vomiting i'm sorry i'm literally just trying to like this is how i read
this dumb shit this is like how dumb does this sound
to you what I'm what I'm literally saying to you
right now. Oh my god
you could fucking vomit. Do you
want to vomit? Joe Rogan
Can you
fucking believe that you
he would rather vomit than die of COVID?
I mean can you believe this shit?
God and money
look guys I know that it's going to save you
from fucking COVID but you're going to vomit
dude like you don't want to do that
you do not want to do that. You do not want to do that.
You should just go ahead and dive COVID.
I'm just saying.
Like, what the hell is this dumbass article?
The Roland Stone are a bunch of morons.
And so is everyone else that's probably writing about this.
Like, who the hell are these people?
Anyways.
This doctor was saying Ivermectin is 99% effective in treating COVID,
but you don't hear about it because you can't fund vaccines when it's an effective treatment, he said.
On the same April episode of his podcast as Roland Storm previously,
reported, I don't know if this guy is right or wrong.
I'm just asking questions.
Rogen has also platformed many discredited physicians.
Discredited, okay?
As academics who have spoken out against the vaccine such as Dr. Peter McCola.
Yeah, Dr. Peter McCullough is a very smart dude, by the way.
A cardiologist who inaccurately claim that COVID-19 vaccines are experimental.
And that the pandemic was planned.
Oh, my God.
So are you seriously fucking telling me that the vaccine is not experimental?
And it wasn't planned?
Well, yeah.
Either of those.
Yeah.
Like, is this vaccine experimental?
Yes.
Was it planned?
Yes.
I mean, yeah, because they did invent it.
They fucking made it in a lab.
And I'm pretty sure they freaking released it on purpose.
So next.
Like, I don't even understand.
So Katrina Wallace, PhD.
And epidemiologist at the University of Illinois, Chicago.
Chicago School of Public Health.
Sorry.
Says that she considers Rogan a menace to public health for continuously platforming anti-vaccine
ideology to his enormous audience.
I had to say it like that because he does have enormous audience.
Yeah, he does.
Having things like this on Joe Rogan podcast gives a platform to these people and makes it a false balance.
This is what really bothers me as a left as liberal.
Sorry, the left-as liberal part was not in there.
I love the way you're reading.
So anyways
She tells Rolling Stone
These are fringe ideas
Not backed in science
And having it on a huge platform
Makes it seem like there are two sides of this issue
And they're only fucking what
So it ended up
There are two sides of this issue
But
I just
You know
I mean
This is literally how she's writing this shit
Do you need a tissue lady
This is how she's writing this
I feel it.
I'm literally getting her energy.
I'm interdimensional with her right now.
God, I'm out of it.
Oh, my gosh.
She needs a tissue.
Okay.
So yeah.
And there are really not.
The overwhelming evidence is the vaccine works and it's safe besides all the people are dying from it.
Just don't even think about those people.
Yeah.
Although many have criticized Spotify for hosting Rogan on this platform,
the open letter to Spotify does not request that Rogan's show be taken off Spotify.
Nor does it demand that.
the Spotify and move them alone episode in particular.
Rather, it is calling on Spotify to develop a comprehensive policy prohibiting misinformation.
Any podcast of platforms dangerous people, people spreading dangerous ideas, and misinformation
should not be allowed to go unchecked on the Spotify platform.
Says Abby Richards, a researcher specializing in misinformation.
Holy shit.
Who is a researcher special?
Hey, what are you going to college for?
I'm about to go to college from misinformation.
Abby Richards, can I ask you one question?
after people have had two vaccinations and they're still getting the shit.
And after a booster, they're still getting COVID and still getting COVID.
You just still get a COVID vaccine.
You should still get it.
That's exactly what you would say.
And no.
When is it really a vaccination system?
But the reality is that if you tell Abby Richards that I have COVID and you've been double vaccinated,
she's like, you're spreading misinformation.
Because I don't agree with that.
Even though your test obviously says you're fucking.
Yeah. I mean, what else do I mean to do?
Oh, my God.
Anyways. I'm just
saying, I mean, a lot
of Americans have been double vaccinated
and boistered and still
getting this stuff. When are
you going to say it's not a
vaccination anymore? You're the one
that's spreading misinformation.
It's not a vaccination.
It does not work.
Period.
Yeah, so what they're saying is we're not focused on something as small
as just one episode on Rogan. They need to implement a
policy and carry it out.
Though Spotify does not appear to have a clear policy regarding misinformation in its terms
of service.
In the past, the platform has removed episodes containing misinformation regarding vaccines.
Spotify prohibits content on this platform which promotes dangerous, fault,
deceptive, or misleading content about COVID-19 that may cause offline harm or pose a
threat to the public.
When content that violates the standard is identified, it is removed from this platform.
It's said in a statement to the verge last April.
But it has been released.
to take action against Rogan's podcast,
which reaches an estimated 11 million people per episode.
Nor does it include a warning label regarding potential misinformation on any podcast episode.
Spotify did not immediately return Rolling Stone's request for comment yet because you're fucking idiots.
That's why.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry I'm cussing.
By the way,
whoever once emailed us and said that you listen to it in your customer's homes,
you might not want to listen to this one.
I probably should have prefaced this if I would have known.
Sorry,
I should maybe put a disclaimer on the beginning of this one.
So considering the size of Rogan's audience as well as the staggering reported value of his contract with the platform,
not everyone involved with this open letter is convinced that Spotify will ever be willing to take a stand on his content.
And I hope they don't ever because these people are trying to cancel actual information.
It's not misinformation.
They're trying to cancel the facts.
Well, I think they're having a problem with their funding their money for their vaccine.
Yeah.
They need more money.
Exactly.
And I think they're the ones that are spreading misinformation.
Oh, absolutely there.
I mean, they're saying the vaccination is safe and you should take it and it's going to help you and it's going to do this.
And it's going to prevent you from getting COVID. You get the two shots. You're not getting COVID.
Well, guess what? That didn't happen. Look, they've lied about all of it. In the beginning, they said that the vaccine is a vaccine and you're never going to get COVID again.
Then they said, well, okay, you're not going to spread it to people. Oh, that's a lie to. Yeah. And then they said, well, you're not going to die from neither. Well, that's been a lie too because people have still died with the vaccine.
Oh, it's not going to be as severe.
Bull crap.
It is severe.
And they have said, look, if you want to talk about misinformation in any, like on in, no, but on any level, when you, when all you hear about this vaccine is safe and effective.
Yeah, it's bold.
It's not safe and effective.
There are shit tons of people that their lives are either ruined or gone because of the vaccine.
Regardless of whatever you want to say.
If you want to say that, that preliminary numbers based on many different studies,
Many different, even the VIR system, even the VIR system, which is one percent of what, I mean, has always been one percent of reported cases.
Say that their data, which is like 28,000 people has lost their lives.
But say that 90 percent of people that have ever, 90 percent of doctors have ever worked, the ones that are willing to talk that have ever worked with Veers, say that VIRs only reports one percent of symptoms.
Okay, well, that's fine.
So you're looking at like 150,000 people that probably died from this, potentially.
And so you're saying that that's not misinformation by saying that a vaccine is safe and effective.
By the way, this is a experimental vaccine.
This is you, everyone has done this vaccine, including Sherry, including everyone, are a test subject.
They are.
Yeah.
Regardless of what you want to.
There is a reason that they used it for emergency use authorization.
The reason they did that was to prevent these companies from being able to be sued because there was not, it was not approved by FDA.
It still is not approved by FDA.
Pfizer is like.
Yeah. And then they want to keep it from us for like 99 years or whatever.
And that went to court. And I think that finally a judge said that it's not going to happen.
No, that's one judge. But then look, Pfizer and so let me explain them when you're talking about, which we talked about this for him.
Pfizer and I believe Moderna have went to a federal court and said we don't want to release any of this vaccine data on the safety data or like who's dying or any of that shit.
We don't release any of it for 99 years.
99 years.
And so the judge granted it.
And then another federal judge said, oh, hell no.
You're going to release it this month.
But all they're going to do is just go to another federal judge that is on their side and then they're going to get it.
Look, they have big pharma is the government.
I mean, they essentially are.
Well, they own everything.
We had a podcast about that.
Yeah, they own.
They own part of our government.
They do right now.
Yeah.
Well, they do because they're in, if the government doesn't pay up.
Yeah.
We're in debt with them.
Yeah.
And so, you know, if they're not paid and on whatever, they can take over actual military bases and all that shit.
I mean, that's not a conspiracy.
That's serious.
You guys can look it up.
So anyways, so Joe Rogan is being attacked.
And that is the reality of what, I mean, we had some fun with that.
But the reality is that we knew he was going to be attacked.
We knew they were going to do anything they could do to take him down.
They've done it before.
And now they're going to try to use the best they can, COVID.
and they're saying that Joe Rogan is risking people's lives.
And so they're really going to try to push us hard to get him off air.
And I swear to God, man, if Spotify backs down to these assholes, they better not.
And the only thing, like I said, the only thing that is good about this is Joe Rogan has a contract with them saying, I am able to do this.
So they're either going to listen to these assholes that have baseless claims or Joe Rogan can sue the shit,
out of them and take over Spotify.
Because everything that's been on his podcast, he's able to fact.
Fact checked it,
checked it and backed it up.
Yeah.
There is no ifs ands and what's about it.
Everything is fact checked.
I mean, even when Joe got COVID, I mean, they were after him.
I mean, they were after Joe Rogan on COVID.
They literally, I don't know if you saw this.
You probably have a share it.
Oh, about his, his Monte, the, um,
no, no, no, I'm saying when he posted a video on his
Instagram saying he had COVID on this shit.
CNN took that video and they color graded it to make him look green.
This is something Joe Rogan has been raising hell about on his podcast again.
He's literally put him side by side.
CNN literally color graded him to make him look green and sick.
They made him look sickly.
And he wasn't.
They literally color graded this to make him look worse.
I mean, this is the media and this is the assholes we're dealing with in this world.
So before we get gone, we,
Because, I mean, this has been kind of a crazy one.
We start off slow, but I think we're doing, I think we're doing all right towards the end.
Towards the middle to end.
I'm glad to laugh, finally.
I've not laughed in like a week.
Well, look, I mean, yeah, I mean, you know, you got to laugh.
So the Supreme Court, let's talk about the Supreme Court.
So the Supreme Court today blocked Biden's COVID vaccine mandate for businesses.
But they are, it's basically kind of like a split decision.
They're going to allow health care workers rule to maintain,
which is bullshit too.
I mean, health care workers,
so many of them have already had COVID multiple times,
and now you're mandating the people that have held out
that have devoted their entire fucking lives to this profession,
saving your life.
And you didn't give a damn about,
you didn't care how many of those people died
when they were a vaccine.
You made them go in.
You expected them to go in.
You held these people as heroes by saying,
these are the frontline workers. These are heroes.
And now all of a sudden, oh, the unvaccin people, they've already had COVID.
They risked their fucking lives to go to work to save your life because you had COVID.
They risked their lives. They got COVID.
I mean, dude, I'll be honest with, no, listen, I'll be honest with you.
Like when all that shit was going on, and especially in the beginning, and I was like,
there ain't no way in hell I'd be a nurse right now.
Like, there ain't no way in hell I'd be a doctor.
Have you heard what they're doing to nurses now?
But listen. No, but listen.
there's no way in hell it would have been a nurse.
These people were held as heroes.
And now they're being demonized
the ones that are unvaccinated
because they've already had freaking immunity.
Yeah, and it's bull crap.
But listen to the, so they fire
the ones that are not going to get vaccinated, right?
So that makes their staff short.
So what do they do?
Military.
No, not the military.
They go and tell the nurses
that are actively in quarantine
because they have COVID
and said,
oh by the way you can come back to work today because you're going to work with the COVID patients you're already positive they're positive so you can go back to work they're putting them back to work in the COVID units when they're still sick it's ridiculous that's what they're doing to the nurses down that doesn't surprise me though that does that's what they're doing to the nurses it does not surprise me they give them like five days and if they're not better too bad you got to come back to work because we fired
everybody that wouldn't take our vaccination.
So now the nurses that stayed,
you got COVID, sorry.
You're going to go work on the COVID floors
where you're working with COVID people
because you're positive.
Yeah.
Yeah, you're exactly right.
Like, what the hell?
And, you know, one of the things about this whole
Supreme Court thing is one of the justices,
I don't even remember what her name is,
but, you know, she tried to say there was 100,000 kids
in the hospital in the United States.
She literally just kept saying shit that was just completely false.
And it was literally, God, I got to quit saying literally.
It was as if right before she went on the stand or the whatever the hell you call it, where the judge goes.
It was like Biden administration was back there saying, look, this is what you're going to say.
You're going to say there's 100,000 kids in the hospital.
You're going to say how many people die of this, Omicron variant.
You're going to say how the vaccine is a safe and effective.
And it really does protect you from Omicron, even though it doesn't, but we're just going to say that.
I mean, I've never heard a Supreme Court justice or a judge in general just completely baseless lie bullshit.
It was all political bullshit.
She knows for a damn fact there ain't 100,000 people or kids and not.
There's just not.
Oh, yeah.
I remember what you're talking about now.
It was like complete freaking lies.
Yeah.
But listen.
So here's the issue, though.
So Joe Biden said in a statement said
Supreme Court chose the block requirements that are life-saving for workers, is what he says.
Biden called on states and businesses to step up and voluntarily institute vaccination requirements to protect workers, customers, and broader community.
Now, number one, let me just explain something, Biden.
When businesses step up and require vaccinations, I just want you to understand this.
At that point, they can be sued to hell and back with any adverse event from that vaccine.
If you are going, if you as a business are requiring a worker to get a medical procedure, because that is what this is.
And something happens to them, they can sue you for everything that you have ever done as that business.
Say that you're at BMW, for example, and you're a worker.
And BMW says, look, you know what?
Biden said you don't have to do it, but we're going to mandate you to do this shit or you lose your job.
Okay?
Well, number one, you could probably just sue them for that, possibly.
but either way, if you get the vaccine, you have an adverse event.
You could say anything, really.
I mean, you could be like, man, you know,
ever since I got that because they made me my left two toes, man,
I ain't moving the right way anymore.
And you could sue their ass because maybe you don't walk the same.
Maybe you wanted to be a sprinter in Olympics one day.
I mean, seriously.
And you could sue the shit of them for $100 million
because you lost all of your contracts from McDonald's and Coca-Cola.
I'm just saying you could do that and they freaking know it.
So I'm just saying don't mandate vaccines for people, period, in businesses.
Because you will get your ass suit and that can very well happen.
And Chad's really giving some good advice for you business owners. Don't do it.
Yeah, because I mean, honestly, like you can't sue the vaccine manufacturers,
but you can damn sure sue someone that mandates you to get a vaccine.
Yeah, absolutely.
Because that's a medical procedure.
And that would be the next big case to go to Supreme Court.
And by the way, when it gets to Supreme Court, which is, by the way, conservative leaning,
and you get in that Supreme Court and they say, okay, well, what happened?
Well, this is what happened.
I was supposed to go to Olympics and I couldn't because my two toes because I got the vaccine.
And I know this is from the vaccine and this is why I know.
And so, yeah, that's why I'm here.
And they're going to like, yep, I agree.
$100 million or $100 billion.
And by the way, you own BMW.
you know.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
That's basically, I mean, that's the best way to sum this whole thing up.
Yeah.
So, but for the healthcare workers, it sucks.
You know what it's going to do?
It's going to lead to more.
This is, this will now officially lead to a crisis in the health care system.
Yeah.
Well, what you were saying when I was getting into the topic of they're making nurses work sick with COVID,
they are also bringing in the National Guard to help in the hospitals.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, yeah.
I mean, and they are.
Because that's what blows my mind about the Supreme Court is like, why would you still allow?
I mean, that literally blows my mind.
You're going to allow the mandate for health care workers, knowing that you are already short-staffed.
They are already overrun.
Like kicked out a lot of people because they're not going to do it.
And there's as high as numbers as like 30% of health care workers not vaccinated.
What if you lose those?
And by the way, you probably are.
You're going to lose a lot of them.
No, I think they've already lost a lot of people.
No, not not there was no I'm saying what I'm saying is I've read reports that the health care workers are 30% unvaccinated somewhere on there and that includes all health care workers across the bill. That they're unvaccinated? Yeah, across the well they've already fired a bunch of them. No, I'm saying current health care workers. I'm saying the the because of this mandate who will be affected will be 30% of health care workers. If you lose 30% you won't lose all 30% there will be health care workers like shit I guess I got to do it even though that's crazy. I thought this already happened. No. A lot of.
You're not listening.
No, it hasn't.
There has been some hospitals.
You're talking about like a hospital level.
Yeah.
But there were a lot of hospital systems that waited or didn't do it.
I got you.
But now the government's saying for all the hospitals that didn't mandate their employees, now they have to.
Now they have to.
Yes.
But businesses don't have to.
No, businesses no longer have to.
But hospitals still do.
Yes.
Now, so any hospital that did not mandate them because they're not crazy, now they have to.
Yeah.
So you know what?
So they're about to lose a shit.
Maybe Biden and his wife and all of his staff, maybe they go to a hospital and, like, help out.
Maybe they deliver food to people.
Well, they can't because they're unvaccinated.
They are unvaccinated.
I guarantee you they're unvaccinated.
Yep.
They need to shoot something in that dude's freaking brain, like a damn, not shoot something, but you know what I'm saying?
Like a damn vaccine of...
Oh, no.
You know what he needs?
What the hell is it called?
a, they need like a anti,
like a cocktail,
anti-dumass
shot in his brain.
He's just a moron, dude.
Oh, Lord.
Oh, God, he's a moron.
He needs like a, like, regenification.
What is it called?
I don't know.
Junification.
I don't know.
Oh, by the way.
So this is a new thing,
and this is the last thing we're going to talk about,
but man, you know who they are starting to really talk about?
Who is probably going to be the,
and by the way,
Oh, yeah.
Who's going to be the Democratic nominee probably for 2024?
Clinton.
Not Bill.
Hillary.
Of course, he can't.
Why can't he?
Well, he was impeached.
Oh, yeah, that's right.
I don't think he can.
All right, yeah.
Hillary.
Yeah, Hillary Clinton.
She's like, if she does that, she's like.
But the media is starting to really push that shit.
Even Fox, they keep talking about it.
I'm like, why would Fox talk about that?
But I don't know.
Maybe Fox is doing it because they're like, you know, I don't think, look, I'll be honest
with you.
At this point, it would be tough for me between Trump and DeSantis.
Yeah, me too.
I mean, it would be really tough for me.
Me too.
I have to say.
You know, I...
You know, I'm not just like a Trump follower.
No.
I want what's best for the country.
Yeah, absolutely.
And there's things about Trump that I don't agree with right now.
Well, it's like you don't like how he's going with this vaccination shit.
It's not working.
Well, no.
he just balls the wall on the vaccination because he's still trying to just take credit for it.
He doesn't give a damn about any of the side effects or any of the other shit.
And that just makes me feel – I mean, look, look, I'll be honest with you guys.
I've been a Trump supporter.
I have been a Trump supporter because he has done good for our country.
Like, I mean, he was really getting our country back on track in three years.
I don't believe he's racist.
Don't believe none of that shit.
Is he an asshole probably?
Yes.
In reality, yes.
is he someone that you would probably like, you know, if you really knew him,
you like would, you know, probably think he's an awesome person.
No.
Probably not.
But DeSantis is one of those people.
I'm like, man, this dude has been one of the biggest, like, if anyone in this country
has stood up to anybody, it is him.
And if you really look at the two, if I'm going to put someone in office in 2024,
if I'm going to put anyone in office, that I'm going to make sure they're going to be like,
no, F you, Mother of course.
You ain't doing this shit and I'm doing this and we're doing this.
He's going to stand strong over Trump.
He will stand stronger over Trump than Trump.
But it's got to be somebody that can bring Republicans and Democrats together somehow.
That's never going to happen.
I guess.
Ever again.
Ever again.
It's funny.
I saw an article the other day.
It was like, it was some liberal article and I said, oh, there's going to be a, someone predicted.
there's going to be a right-wing dictatorship by 20-something, 20-whatever.
No wonder.
And I was like, shit, yeah, because you know that you keep fucking around.
I mean, which I don't agree with dictatorships, but damn.
I mean, democracy is dead in the United States anyway.
And by the way, the ones that killed democracy was the Democrats, not Republicans.
And by the way, any of you that are playing the drinking game, you probably should have been drinking a lot.
For what?
Isn't it by the way?
I don't know.
It's not by the way.
What is the way?
I don't remember what it is.
I have no idea.
Guys, this one's been a little bit of a shit show, but we just want to come on and kind of give you guys up.
I'm still getting better.
So we just got to like, you know, pain.
I still have this pain in my left chest.
I don't know what the hell is, but I go to the doctor in the morning.
I don't go to the doctor.
I go on Zoom.
I got to Zoom.
Chad, for some reason.
And by the way, you know what I'm going to do?
What's going to be funny is, uh, I told Mom, she's like, well, you better
wear a mask because mom's like all about mask.
I don't know why. And she's like,
you better wear a mask a doctor. And I was like, mom.
And she just kept talking. I was like, mom, I'm going
on Zoom because they
they've canceled all their doctors.
And she's like, you better wear a mask.
I'm like, mom, did you hear what I said? I'm going
on Zoom. She's like, oh, okay.
I was like, but you know what? I might actually still wear a mask
because that shit would be fucking hilarious.
Would it not?
Yes.
Because look.
I dare eat, Chad.
Especially with him.
With that doctor?
Yeah, I dare you.
Dude, I sort of God I will.
I don't even know where a mask is.
I got to find one.
Well, you know, they have, like, on YouTube, you can make them out of panties and stuff.
Well, I'm going to wear, like, a whole Hesbalah thing.
Oh, damn.
You know, the whole deal.
Oh, my gosh.
I'm dying.
I'm going to wear a mask on Zoom.
This is making me tired laughing.
By the way, if you guys don't believe me, I'm going to figure out how to record my screen tomorrow.
Well, I know how to record it, but...
You can't record our doctor.
Well, we can blur his face.
face. That would be funny though.
Because I will do it.
I will freaking do it.
Damn it. Yeah, I'm going to do that.
So I'm going to, I'm going to record it.
I'm going to record our, uh, our Zoom call.
Are you going to go to mask?
Are you going to start with mine?
I'm going to go to mask.
Oh shit. Yeah, you got it. Yeah, you got, yeah, you got.
Yeah, I'm before you. Yeah. So.
Sherry's an eight and I'm 830.
Yeah.
We're going to be like off into bed with mask and shit.
Yeah, doctor, look, we're doing really good.
Hey, we sleep with masks.
Oh, my God. You remember, like, on Facebook, that little baby, like.
Remember when you're like that little baby?
Oh, the baby, yeah, yeah, yeah.
The baby. Oh, yeah, yeah, I know what you're saying.
Yeah.
Yeah. It was the filter, the filter thing.
Yeah.
With the potato chips.
Yeah.
Yeah, the damn.
There's a filter on Facebook, man, that has like a, if you can put yourself in a baby.
It's not in there anymore.
Baby hoodie.
Yeah.
It looks like a baby hoodie and you're under a blanket and has potato chips randomly.
Like, what the fucking baby has potato chips in a bed?
I just don't get it.
But it was so funny.
It was a fat baby, though.
Because eating potato chips like six months old.
If you're already giving your baby potato chips a six months old and leave a bed on the,
or leave a bag on the bed, then you got some of your issues.
A bag on the bed.
Guys, we're going to leave it here.
