Former President Donald Trump was recently convicted on all 34 felony charges in the Stormy Daniels hush money case in New York. Many politicians and political commentators are calling the trial a "sh...ow trial." The case was initiated by New York prosecutor Alvin Bragg. This verdict raises significant questions about its impact on the 2024 presidential election and whether Judge Merchan might sentence Trump to a lengthy prison term. Starting point is 00:00:19 Am I the only one here in night shaking my head and thinking something ain't right? Is it just me? Am I losing my mind? Am I standing on the edge of the end of time? Am I the only one? Tell me I'm not. Who thinks are taking all the good we got and turn me back? Hell, I'll be down.
Starting point is 00:00:49 I think I'm turning into my old man for telling me. Yeah, are you telling me? Hello and welcome to Investigator of Podcasts. I'm your host, Chad, alongside my beautiful wife, Sherry, on tonight's episode. We're going to be talking about Trump found guilty on all 34 felony charges in a New York show trial. That's what I'm going to call it because that's what exactly it is. Very similar to a trial you may see in Russia or some other third world or communist nation. We saw that play out over the past six weeks where there were a jury of 12 that they brought in, heard all the evidence that the court wanted them to hear, did not allow President Trump or his defense to basically present any kind of evidence in his defense.
Starting point is 00:01:55 They also gagged President Trump to even talk about anything, although everyone else could talk about it, including some of the witnesses like Michael Cohen, prosecutors, you name anybody that wanted to talk about it. many political figures, everybody on the left. And so then here we are. Trump found guilty on 34 charges. Many people believed, hey, this is probably going to be a hung jury because there's no way based on this bullshit charge or these bullshit charges that 12 people possibly find him guilty. Although I did question that because I just thought about it. I was like, well, they're in New York City, though. And this is 12 people.
Starting point is 00:02:33 And they say, and they said, hey, well, we got two lawyers on the jury. I'm like, yeah, that doesn't mean, shit. Like, when is the last time you trust lawyers? I mean, there are some lawyers out there good, but... Well, I thought it was going to be a good thing that there was two lawyers that they could actually understand what the judge's instructions were. But come to find out, Trump tried to have this whole thing moved to another part because this is all a democratic area. Oh, absolutely. And, you know, you got to remember that Alvin Bragg and Leticia James and all these people that basically brought this suit, Latisha James is an attorney general.
Starting point is 00:03:07 Alvin Bragg is the prosecutor or one of the I guess the main prosecutor for the district you know this is what they campaigned on they campaigned on their promise to convict Donald Trump of something they did not know what it was when they started to campaign but they knew
Starting point is 00:03:22 they ran on the fact that hey we will if you elect us we will put Donald Trump in jail we will figure out some way to do this and that is exactly what they are doing right now so anyways guys if you probably can hear I sound like shit right now because I have been, like, deathly sick for the past week.
Starting point is 00:03:40 We have not had a podcast since last Tuesday. And so I mean, this is one of the worst sicknesses I've had. And it's been kind of depressing and pissing me off is putting us back so far. But we have to do this. It is hard to be sick for sure. Yeah. Sherry knows this most of the time. So I haven't been sick in like two years.
Starting point is 00:03:59 And then I got this. And I'm like, oh, my God, I hate this shit. I literally hate being sick. And whatever this was, Clear didn't stop. So sorry, Nathan. Whatever this was kicked everything's ass that I tried to throw at it. But I am slowly recovering, although I still do not feel great, but I knew we had to get this out. Now, what I will say, guys, is that, and by the way, I want to mention this as well.
Starting point is 00:04:24 I am the only one by Aaron Lewis. That is the song of the intro. It actually basically made me emotional. A couple of times we tried to record the intro. I don't know if I'm emotional because I'm either on my period. or because that's possible now, right? I'm a guy in 2024. I can definitely be on my period.
Starting point is 00:04:43 And or if it is maybe because, I don't know, I've been sick. The Trump verdict. And it's not even the fact that I'm a Trump lover loving whatever. It's the fact that Trump is a symbol right now in America. For many Americans, that is the last bastion of hope for our freedoms, for our constitution, for our liberty. And so a lot of people are starting to wake up. And, you know, some of you may feel like this is a very, you know, especially if you love Trump or you or or even just the fact that you see him as maybe the last bastion of, of hope for America. It was a pretty depressing day when you found out he was guilty of all 34 charges.
Starting point is 00:05:26 And by the way, in this episode, we're going to explain all of this. What does this mean? What was he convicted of technically? Yeah, because we didn't even know. We didn't not even know it. the 34 counts were what it meant or anything because everything was hushed, and he was gagged to even speak about it. And when we tell you it, you're going to be like, oh, my God, are you kidding me?
Starting point is 00:05:45 Yeah, it's pretty crazy. But yeah, so anyways, that song's a great song. Aaron Lewis did an amazing job with that song. And we'll probably play that out in the outro. I want you to hear the whole entire song because, you know, I think a lot of us feel like today in some ways, especially if you're on mainstream social media. And when I say mainstream, I'm talking about Facebook or Instagram, you often probably feel like that you are alone or that you are the outsider when it comes to loving your country or for loving the traditional values of America. You may feel like you're the only one today.
Starting point is 00:06:19 But the reality of that is, I think it's what we're seeing in New York. We're seeing this across big cities. And we're especially seeing this in the black community. We're seeing this in the Hispanic community. People are waking up. They're finally starting to see that what they've been told and lied about. and lied to all these years, they're starting to wake up to the reality of, holy shit. Okay, four years ago, you know, we were all for Democrats because they were putting it to Trump.
Starting point is 00:06:45 They were putting it to conservatives. You know, the racist Trump, the guy that's racist, that's what they all wanted to say. And now all these people are starting to wake up. They're starting to realize shit. They lied to us. And now they're not just after Trump or Republicans. They're after everybody. They're after all freedoms, all liberties.
Starting point is 00:07:01 and I think that I couldn't be more proud of this. I think they're literally shooting theirself in the face by doing what they're doing right now. But does that matter? Do they even care? Because it almost seems so blatant right now that they just do not give a shit what they do. They do not care what the public perception is. And so you probably have to ask yourself, if they do not care at all about what the public perception is of what they're doing, what does that mean? Well, typically when people act, especially in public,
Starting point is 00:07:31 and especially as a public figure, as a politician, they act in accordance with what their base they believe will reelect them on. Or what is their best chances of their policy that is going to give them the best chance of getting back in office? And so when you see what's happening today where there is an obvious shift, there is an obvious awakening of the people. It's not just conservatives. It's not Republicans.
Starting point is 00:07:56 It's Democrats leaving a Democrat party. it's independence that are now saying, I don't give a shit what Trump is. We're going to probably vote for him. We're going to vote for a felon in 2024. You're starting to see this. And I think it's because people are finally realizing this is what they, this is what they're doing. And they do not care what you think because I think they believe that they are a now communist nation. I think they believe that we're going to tyrannize.
Starting point is 00:08:22 We are going to do whatever the hell we want to do. And they may have some things set up in a crooked way. that we just don't realize yet, although I think we've been talking about this for a while. And I think this New York trial shows exactly how corrupt and crooked the entire system is in whole. And you're so right, because we're talking about it, you know, when the verdict came out that day, when all 34 counts were guilty and we're all on telegram going like, what the heck? And I just came out and said, this is so scary to me because if they can do that to Trump, they can do that to me, they can do it to you, they can do it to everyone.
Starting point is 00:08:56 It doesn't matter if you're guilty of anything or not. They can put you away for nothing. Yeah. You know? And, you know, and the Biden coming on, and I'm sure we're going to play that later, just being blatant and saying that Trump is not above the law. Well, wonder what's going to happen to Hunter next week when he goes, because I guarantee he's going to get off. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, he used to get off a lot, apparently, according to his laptop.
Starting point is 00:09:21 So it will be no stranger to him. But guys, I also want to preface this before we get into this. Our Trump episodes do not do very well. I got to be honest, they just do not do very well on Spotify on anything. We could go talk about all kinds of conspiracy theories or anything in history all day long. Those episodes do great. And whereas I do understand that, I also understand that what we are facing right now with this justice system and what is going on in New York and what is happening in our government
Starting point is 00:09:51 and all the things that are happening in real time right now. and Trump is at the behest of what we're the biggest potential conspiracy of all times, which is the overtaking of the government by either a foreign or globalist power that has implanted their power and their system into our government, our politics, this is the biggest conspiracy of all. And so I want you guys to do me a favor, do us a favor, is by sharing this episode, you know, if someone doesn't understand what's going on with Trump or if they just want to understand, you know, kind of what the charge.
Starting point is 00:10:23 or I guess about. We're going to try to figure those out exactly what all the sentiment is out there on the streets. Please share this with your friends. Share it on your timeline on Facebook or Instagram or X, whatever it is. Make sure you share that because it obviously will help get reach. It'll help other people hear this episode because, guys, this Trump thing is not just going to stop with Trump.
Starting point is 00:10:46 We've already talked about it. Sherry just said that they're not just going to do it to Trump. They're going to do it to us. And we've already kind of seen some of that at January 6th. Now, I understand that there are, there were, obviously, it doesn't matter how you look at it. There was obviously probably violent protesters in the, in the protests on January 6th. There were people that did things they were not supposed to do. There were people that entered the Capitol knowingly and they weren't supposed to, whatever the case may be.
Starting point is 00:11:12 But the problem is that even January 6th, there were people that were not even ever in the Capitol. There were people that were in the Capitol and behaving peacefully, maybe a trespass in charge or whatever the case may have been. that are being held still to this day as political prisoners. They are literal political prisoners on behalf of the justice system that are being held without trial. There are still people to this day that are in maximum security prisons. I think there's a guy named Jake Lane, is that his name? He is one of the political prisoners. He has an ex-account.
Starting point is 00:11:42 I actually need to try to get him on here one day. I think one of his people reached out to us. But anyways, he has been transferred 13 times to different federal facilities. And in that 13 times, I think he only gets one hour out per day. So he's basically a maximum confinement, if I'm not mistaken. He gets one 15 minute phone call per day. And so this is something that is very worrisome. This is something that is potentially going to happen to us.
Starting point is 00:12:10 If you're a Trump supporter, you're American lover, you're a patriot, whatever, you're a domestic terrorist. They want to come after you. And I think that that needs to be heard by everybody. I think we need to understand that. Just today, we're seeing that Alex Jones. the government he's saying. The federal government is trying to shut him down. They're trying to seize his property and his assets as of today, which is June the 1st.
Starting point is 00:12:32 Because look, the lawsuit didn't work with Alex. You know, they basically sued him for a billion dollars. He filed bankruptcy and all this stuff. And then the people, his community are keeping him alive. His people are coming to his rescue. And those are the people that are going to keep him alive. But now the government says, oh, wait, if the law, also didn't work and we didn't and we sued you for a billion dollars but now that's not working
Starting point is 00:12:55 well we're just going to come and seize your assets that is what the government is going to start doing and so guys this is this is never more of an important time in our in our history of america to where you guys and i say this again support the people you like to listen to support the causes you like um support those people including Alex Jones including whoever else you listen to include us if you want to um you know and and right now the best way to support us is by sharing our episodes, doing all you can to kind of be out there as our grassroots people that are getting our message out there. We really appreciate that.
Starting point is 00:13:32 So from the epic times or epoch times, however you want to actually say it, a jury finds Trump guilty on all 34 charges. Former President Donald Trump was found guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records as a jury of 12 unanimously returned this verdict on May 30th after less than two days of deliberation. With this result, President Trump becomes the first ever American president to be convicted of a crime. As the verdict was read, President Trump was set still and looked straight ahead,
Starting point is 00:14:01 showing no emotion. President Trump's attorney had previously vowed to appeal a conviction expeditiously, which now they have also vowed to also do the same. New York Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchant set the sent sentencing hearing for 10 a.m. on July 11th or only four days before the Republican National Convention. I'm sorry. Where the former president is set to formally be formally designated as the GOP presidential nominee. President Trump is not barred from running for president as a convicted felon.
Starting point is 00:14:33 By the way, guys, if you hear like a clicking or whatever, I'm pausing as we're recording this because I'm trying not to die while we're recording this. So anyways, outside the courtroom, President Trump blasted the conviction, pledging to contest it. And he says, this was a disgrace. he said, we'll fight till the end and we will win because our country has gone to hell. I want to play you the clip right now of what President Trump had to say immediately following the verdict of guilty. This was him coming out and reacted to the jury convicting him. But before you go into that clip, I want to remind you that even before they went in to discuss, you know, what he was going to be guilty or whatever. He said, even Mother Teresa can't get out of this.
Starting point is 00:15:14 Yeah. So when he said that, I was like, oh, yeah, definitely they're going to. find him guilty because he already knows it before they went to deliberate. Yeah. And he knew how big of a sham trial this was. He knew that they could not present their own evidence, their own witnesses, essentially. It was a complete corrupt jury, not jury, but a complete corrupt court system, an entire trial.
Starting point is 00:15:37 And I don't even know what the deal was with the jury. Don't know. Can't tell you. But what I can tell you, I find it hard to believe that 12 jurors found complete guilty on all 34 charges, but whatever. Here's what Trump had to say immediately fall on the guilty verdict. This was a rigged trial by a conflicted judge who was corrupt. It's a rigged trial, a disgrace.
Starting point is 00:16:09 It wouldn't give us a venue change. We were at 5% or 6% in this district in this area. This was a rigged disgraceful trial. The real verdict is going to be November 5th by the people. and they know what happened here and everybody knows what happened here. You have a sore respect, DA, and the whole thing,
Starting point is 00:16:35 we didn't do a thing wrong. I'm a very innocent man and it's okay. I'm fighting for our country. I'm fighting for our Constitution. Our whole country is being rigged right now. This was done by the Biden administration in order to wound or hurt
Starting point is 00:16:53 an opponent, a political opponent. And I think it's just a disgrace. And we'll keep fighting. We'll fight till the end and we'll win. Because our country's gone to hell. We don't have the same country anymore. We have a divided mess. We're a nation in decline, serious decline.
Starting point is 00:17:10 Millions and millions of people pouring into our country right now from prisons and from mental institutions, terrorists. And they're taking over our country. We have a country that's in big trouble. But this was a rigged decision. right from day one with a conflicted judge who should have never been allowed to try this case, never. And we will fight for our Constitution. This is long from over.
Starting point is 00:17:36 Thank you very much. Why should others go for a conviction? So there you go. That is Trump's immediate remarks right after he found out that he was convicted on all 34 charges, felony charges. Now, just back, and he says, you know, the verdict comes after a six-week trial with 22 witnesses. testimonies. Closing arguments were made on May 28th, and then the jury began deliberations shortly before noon the next day. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg had charged President
Starting point is 00:18:05 Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree, which a classy felony. Prosecutors alleged that President Trump fraudently misclassified hush money payments to adult film actor Stephanie Clifford, which is also Stormy Daniels, as part of an attempt to interfere with the 2016 presidential election. Although, got to remember. what happened with Hunter Biden laptop, the FBI definitely hit that shit because they did not want that to interfere whatsoever with the 2020 presidential election, but the FBI did it. So tell me how that works. If President Biden is running for office and the FBI literally goes and hides a story like the Hunter Biden laptop, which, by the way, is about to be introduced next week
Starting point is 00:18:50 in the Hunter Biden trial, which we're going to cover that as well next week. But yeah, the FBI did this before President or before Joe Biden was even president. And so tell me how corrupt and how systematic this justice system is for one side. It is for the side that is going to fight for the globalists in a new world order and the Soros. Just like Trump said, the Soros backed DA. We know Soros has backed many DAs and judges throughout the country of the United States because they want to undermine democracy. They want to undermine the Constitution. And they want to undermine America and the way they can.
Starting point is 00:19:26 can do that as through legal warfare. We are fighting a war. People always talk about World War III. We are already there. We are in a world war with elitist that want to destroy America, and people do not understand this. What you're witnessing right now in America is World War III. We just don't quite understand it yet. And yet I'm sure China and Russia and all these other countries, North Korea, are sitting back laughing their ass off and so excited about this, because I'm sure they probably have something to do with this as well. Don't know exactly the extent of that. But we at the very least know that Soros does.
Starting point is 00:19:56 does. So prosecutors are alleged President Trump fraudulently misclassified hush money payments, and Trump repeatedly called the criminal case of political persecution as an act of election interference. He faces three other prosecutions in the District of Columbia, Georgia, and Florida over his efforts to contest the 2020 election results and his handling of classified documents. Now, the Biden campaign responded to the conviction, and so I want to go ahead and play you what the Biden campaign had to say following the conviction of Donald Trump. This is a short clip, but this is what this moron had to say about Trump's verdict. Here you go. I just want to say a few words about what happened yesterday in New York City. The American
Starting point is 00:20:42 principle that no one is above the law was reaffirmed. Donald Trump was given every opportunity to defend himself. It was a state case. not a federal case, and it was heard by a jury of 12 citizens, 12 Americans, 12 people like you, like millions of Americans who served on juries. This juror is chosen the same way every jury in America is chosen. It was a process that Donald Trump's attorney was part of. The jury heard five weeks of evidence, five weeks. And after careful deliberation, the jury reached a unanimous verdict. They found Donald Trump guilty on all 34 felony counts. Now he'll be given the opportunity as he should to appeal that decision just like everyone else has that opportunity. That's how the
Starting point is 00:21:38 American system of justice works. And it's reckless. It's dangerous. It's irresponsible for anyone to say this was rigged just because they don't like the verdict. Our justice is has endured for nearly 250 years. And it literally is the cornerstone of America, our justice system. The justice system should be respected. And we should never allow anyone to tear it down. It's as simple as that. It's as simple as that, Jack.
Starting point is 00:22:10 Yeah. How is it to be respected when they've changed the system and George Soros is bringing in his own people that he wants to be judges and district attorneys and prosecutors? They've changed the judicial system. Yeah, absolutely. By bringing in these corrupt people. Yeah. It hasn't always been like this for 250 years.
Starting point is 00:22:34 At one time, I think that our system was pretty fair, but I don't think it's ever, ever been totally fair for all people. But now it's blatant right in front of our eyes, and we know that it's corrupt and rigged, and that is not irresponsible to say. Yeah. And, you know, just so you know, the FEC vendor records revealed Judge Merchant's daughter,
Starting point is 00:22:55 ranked in $9.7 million from Biden and Kamala during their 2020 campaigns for president, raising fresh conflict issues. This is what Cash Patel had to say about this. I want to play this quick clip about the Juan Merchant of the judge in this case. Check this out. You in Congress to go out back Donald J. Trump with an investigatory subpoena to expose the corruption of the Judge Merchant proceedings. and expose how it was directly tied to the Biden White House and how they all financially monetarily benefited from that.
Starting point is 00:23:29 These guys could issue these subpoenas overnight. So, yeah. So it looks like potentially Judge Merchant, his daughter, and others, they were both, you know, benefiting off of this entire trial monetarily. So that's what, I mean, that's what is so crazy about this. And so let me get this straight. You want to force Judge Alito and Thomas to recuse themselves from cases. You know, they talked about the Supreme Court with a judge.
Starting point is 00:23:53 Judge Alito and Thomas to recuse themselves from cases because of political activities of their wives. And this is Supreme Court now. Now, one of the wives, I think it was Alito, apparently his wife put, or yeah, his wife put a upside down flag in their house. And he said, look, I don't know. She was protesting whatever. So, but now they're saying, hey, he's got to recuse himself of this. But you want to give merchant a pass over the political activities of his daughter, which, has obviously been raising shit tons of money off this thing.
Starting point is 00:24:27 Apparently, they have also contributed to the Democratic Party. The judge himself. It's a complete sham. I mean, it's a complete effing sham. What has happened here? I want to play another clip real quick. And we're going to get into some more of what we're going to talk about and what this all really means.
Starting point is 00:24:44 If I can actually get to the freaking clip. And I'm trying here, guys. Just bear with me. It's kind of hard to talk. also Dan Bongino had a thought on this and I want to play you what his thought was and he was pretty fiery on this. Here you go. The energy's different.
Starting point is 00:25:02 You know it. You feel it. Folks, listen to me, man. They know they fucked up yesterday. The smart ones. The moron dumb, commie fuck wild liberals. They're out there in the streets banging pots and pans.
Starting point is 00:25:15 They have no idea what they let loose yesterday. They have no idea because they're fucking stupid. That's why they're liberals. The smart ones, did you notice a slightly muted response? Slightly muted. Why? Because the smart, tactical liberals, the institutional commies, they know damn well that they stuck that stick right in the bear's eyes and they're like,
Starting point is 00:25:46 shit, what do we do now? You think they're dumb? Trump raised $35 million. from small donors alone. No one even knows what the super PAC numbers are yet. You don't think they see what's going on on Twitter? You don't think they see all the people calling in the urban radio going they did Trump 30?
Starting point is 00:26:12 You don't think they're hearing this? Celebrate now, you liberal commie fuck wads. Celebrate all you want. Enjoy this moment. Enjoy it. It's like I told the YouTube scumbags when they do me have to enjoy every second of it. I turn around and build something new to bury you dipshits. Enjoy this now.
Starting point is 00:26:34 You have no idea what's coming because we are going to be licking up your delicious tears. And by the way, so that was Dan Bongino. And listen, you know, to talk about this, yes, there are people that have never commented on politics. I mean, even No Jumper, the No Jumper podcast, which is a YouTube podcast. they are, it is Adam 22 is who host the podcast. He's a white guy, tatted up and all this stuff. But he mostly only host rappers. He is a big rap game podcast.
Starting point is 00:27:09 I mean, he's probably the biggest in the rap game. And even he posted something that said Donald Trump fans donate 52 million. By the way, does it's 52 million or 55? Yeah, it's 55 million, I think. Okay, 55 million now. Yeah, 55 million to his campaign following his guilty verdict. And it's very interesting if you look in the comments Because obviously most everybody
Starting point is 00:27:28 Follow him follows him as the black community Or the rapper community or the hip hop community And just reading through some of these comments I gotta say It's crazy There's this guy that says sold my house And donated my life savings To this man to save America
Starting point is 00:27:43 It's a black guy This is crazy motion in jail Whatever that means. Not gonna lie I mean they got completely Whatever so I don't know Okay. Yeah, someone said, Adam after he posted this, it shows him punching a pillow because Adam, I think, is a Democrat. This person says, I'm going to vote a convicted felon into the highest office in this country. No other in-word this lit, someone said. Yeah, Joe Biden ain't doing that,
Starting point is 00:28:15 laughing my ass off. Most felons wish they could get $5 from moms. He's him, is what somebody said, meaning Trump. Sold my Tesla GTR in stocks to help the cause. Bros still winning by being guilty. Respect. This is one quick way to be elected. Donated all of my only fans money for him. This black girl says.
Starting point is 00:28:44 Literally. I mean, these are the comments, man. And it's like people don't understand that this, you know, and someone does say America loves a villain. And so whatever. And especially if you think that someone is making you the villain unjustly. And so there's a lot of people that are starting to relate to Trump even more so because they're starting. Look, obviously, most people cannot relate to Trump in a lot of ways as far as how rich he is.
Starting point is 00:29:11 You know, his Mar-a-Lago estate, which some real estate investors say that is potentially worth $200 million or more. You know, the amount of money that Trump has, his lifestyle he's always had. there's a lot of people that, you know, always wish that they could have a lifestyle like that, right? But now it's like you take, you take his billionaire status. You take his elite status. And you now, what is it called? Standard class him by the government doing the same shit to him as they do to you on a daily basis. And now you're starting to get these people who are like, yeah, you know what?
Starting point is 00:29:47 This is why I say fuck the government because they do this shit to us all the time. and now this fool is fighting them, and he's saying he's fighting for us, they're starting to relate. And what you screwed up on Democrats and the globalist is that you literally made more ways for people to relate to this guy. That's all you did. Oh, absolutely. And this is the new saying I like to say, the more you indict, the more we unite. Yeah, that's including Republicans and everyone else that sees him, like you said, and he's gone from this, you know, former president to. a felon. And it's just so interesting that this is backfiring on the Democrats so bad.
Starting point is 00:30:29 Oh, yeah. And I don't know if they realized that was going to happen. I doubt it. But everyone's seeing what's going on is just open people's eyes more. Yeah, no, no, you're 100% right. Now, here's the New York fraud law, guys. Manhattan prosecutors charge President Trump with felony-level business record falsification, which requires, which requires the fraud to be carried out to commit or conceal another crime. Now, prosecutors allege that the secondary crime is a New York election law that criminalizes conspiracy to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means. So the unlawful means identified by prosecutors were a violation of the Federal Election Campaign Act, which is the falsification of other business records or violations of tax laws. Judge Merchant ruled that the jury did not have to unanimously agree on what the unlawful even means.
Starting point is 00:31:20 the prosecution also did not have to prove that the secondary crime was actually even committed. So that's how they got him on the felony. So the jury was instructed on the concept of accessitorial liability, which states that President Trump did not have to commit the crimes himself to be held criminally liable. Now, get that. And so what that means is Michael Cohen, which could have wrote the checks to Stormy Daniels. Obviously, if you are a presidential candidate and you have a president, presidential campaign team and you are going in and say that everyone's handling this shit. Michael Cohen could have been even put in place to do some crazy shit like this to try to further
Starting point is 00:32:00 and at one point screw him over because you're going to think Michael Cohen is the least trustworthy damn piece of shit on the planet. He got convicted himself, even though a very soft, I guess conviction. I think what did he spend 13 months in prison, although I think they probably worked out a deal with him to say, hey, if you come and testify in this in this, Trump trial we're about to have, we'll let you off with 13 months and you're good. But, you know, also, you have to understand that presidential campaigns, they do everything to hide anything that might hurt them.
Starting point is 00:32:32 Now, did Trump give hush money or did Trump have sex with Stormy Daniels? Yeah, he did. That's pretty obvious. And Stormy Daniels herself went on the Bill Maher show in 2018 and said there was nothing wrong about it. I was not bribed. Nothing was wrong about it. And then later on, once the difference.
Starting point is 00:32:50 Democrats and once the liberals got a hold of her, then they say, or then she said, oh, yeah, he was, he was standing in the way of the door and I was threatened and I felt, I felt scared and I wasn't sure if this and that. I mean, it's all bullshit because they got to her and probably paid her money. But the big thing is, did he do anything illegal? Did he try to cover up this sexual one-night stand with Stormy to, so that, voters didn't know that he had sex with this girl in 2006. That was basically what they were trying to get him on. They couldn't get him on just having sex with her. So they have spent three years trying to figure out how they can indict him. Three years trying to figure it out. And this is way past, you know, the limit.
Starting point is 00:33:36 Why didn't they go after him in 2016? Why didn't they go after him into 2020 about all this stuff? Yeah, it's past statutory limitations. Yeah, this is all, they couldn't get him on just having sex with her in 2006. And I do get, you know, I'm sure he didn't want his wife to know and he's, you know, trying to cover it up. But was he covering it up because of his wife or was he covering it up for elections? I think that it was because of his wife more than anything. And why does she come out right when the elections were coming up?
Starting point is 00:34:04 Because she knew she was going to get paid. Yeah. And this is the whole thing. He did pay, I think it was $130,000 for the hush money. He gave it to Cohen. And then Cohen got his little baby feelings hurt because he didn't get a bonus at the end of the year. So they tacked on another portion of money. And I think it was another $60,000
Starting point is 00:34:23 in bonus money. The total that Trump had to pay out was $420,000. The indictments, the 34 indictments were the payments. He paid one lump son to Cohen, and Cohen was paying Stormy. And then each of these indictments was
Starting point is 00:34:40 every payment that he paid Cohen in 2017. Yeah, so every payment came to 34 felonies because he paid him. That It is ridiculous. Yeah, and by the way, just so you know, I don't actually think I'm pretty positive. It's not illegal to pay anybody a hush money. That is not illegal.
Starting point is 00:34:58 To pay Stormy Daniels is not illegal in a hush money anything. That is not illegal in any shape, form, or fashion. Somehow they got them on this other bullshit. You know, how they, yeah, but how they, you know, how they technically classified it or whatever the hell. I don't know. It's a bunch of bullshit is what it is. But I was wondering the whole time during the trial. I'm like, what is 34 felon?
Starting point is 00:35:20 What are, what is this? Oh, it's actually like payments to Cohen. And can they really prove that he gave those, those payments to Cohen to pay off stormy? No, because Cohen got his feelings hurt and he had a $60,000 bonus. And Trump decided he was going to pay him in installments for his work. Yeah. No, I agree. And so to that point, you know, the competing narratives, and here's, here's kind of what happened on that as well.
Starting point is 00:35:47 So during the closing arguments, defense attorney spent two and a half hours trying to convince the jury that the government had failed to prove its case. Defense attorney Todd Blanche reminded jurors that key elements of the case, which was President Trump's knowledge and involvement and the method for the allegedly misclassified payments. And keep in mind, this is all about misclassified payments. The actual money and the hush money is not illegal. What they were getting him on was how supposedly he misclassified the payments. hinged on ex-lawyer and witness Michael Cohen, who shared personal reasons for wanting to see his former boss punished. And it quotes, he lied to Congress. He lied to prosecutors.
Starting point is 00:36:26 He lied to his family and business associates. Mr. Blanche said of Mr. Cohen calling him the MVP of liars. He asked jurors to question whether Mr. Cohen truly seemed the type to do work for President Trump for no pay in 2017 and 18. after receiving $525,000 salary during his decade at the Trump Organization. Prosecutors spent five hours twice the time the defense took to recap their case and try to convince a jury that there was overwhelming evidence. And Prosecuting Attorney Joshua Steinglass acknowledged that their flawed witness arguing that the government didn't choose Mr. Cohen to be their key witness, but the President Trump chose him to be his fixer. He claimed that Mr. Cohen was the only alleged co-conspirator to have paid for his role. in a scheme to influence the election, and that his animosity toward the former president was only to be expected.
Starting point is 00:37:17 And he quotes, he made his bed, but you can hardly blame him for making money from the one thing he has left, which is his knowledge of the inner workings of the Trump organization, Mr. Steinless argued. And he pointed to a secret recording of Mr. Cohen made of his boss, capturing a truncated conversation, and the contract Mr. Cohen signed the secure a story that he believed to a damaged Trump campaign arguing that this showed a cavalier witness a willingness to hide his payoff of the intent to defraud. So the 34 records in question include 11 checks issued to Mr. Cohen, formerly a personal attorney to President Trump, totaling $420,000 over 11 months in 2017, along with their correspondent
Starting point is 00:37:57 invoices and vouchers. The additional single record is due to a loss check that necessitated the creation of a replacement to pay Mr. Cohen. Mr. Cohen testified that he paid $130,000. thousand dollars of Stephanie Clifford, also known as Stormy Daniels, in a non-disclosure settlement agreement to prevent the publication of a story that then candidate Trump believed would hurt his campaign. Ms. Clifford claimed that she had a story about a sexual encounter in Mr. Trump in 2006 and
Starting point is 00:38:24 the media outlets were interested in this story after Access Hollywood tape of Mr. Trump recorded via hot mic was released. At trial, Stormy Daniels testified that this alleged sexual encounter, which President Trump has denied. Mr. Cohen testified that he made this payment in 2016 with the understanding that his employer, then candidate Trump, would reimburse him. The deal was closed less than a month before the election, and Mr. Cohen testified that he originally intended to delay payment until after the election, after which he claimed that his boss said it would not matter if the story was published, and thus the $130,000 would no longer need to be paid. Michael Cohen also testified to being intensely angry later that year when he discovered that his bonus had been cut by two-thirds from what he typically received.
Starting point is 00:39:09 It prompted discussions from the former Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer Alan Weisselberg, who reportedly drew up plans to reimburse Mr. Cohen $130,000 for payment to Ms. Clifford and $50,000 for an earlier payment to Red Finch, which he said he still had not been reimbursed for. Now, the sum was then doubled to $360,000 to account for taxes. and Mr. Weissenberger added $60,000 to supplement Mr. Cohen's bonus. Now, the prosecutors had claimed that Mr. Weisselberger's grossing up the figures for tax purposes was evidence that he intended to camera flogged reimbursement as income. So the $420,000 was then paid to Mr. Cohen via monthly checks throughout 2017. And at trial, prosecutors sought to show that the President Trump had caused false records to be entered when Mr. Weisselberger, acting as a co-conspirator, directed his come, comptroller Jeffrey McConaughnley, a bookkeeper and bookkeeper Deb Terrace off to process these payments. Now, President Trump was not directly charged with conspiracy and prosecutors had no
Starting point is 00:40:09 burden to proof either the goal or the state of mind behind the alleged conspiracy. All right, guys. So with all that said, we got to get into what is it, what would happen if Trump does actually get sentenced to prison. Now, there are obviously various things that can happen with this. He could get probation. He could get house arrest, right, to where he can cannot leave his house, meaning he could not campaign. Obviously, the sentencing is July 12th. Now, there are potential appeals that may be put in place. I'm not 100% sure that if he is sentenced on July 12th and the pill happens,
Starting point is 00:40:42 does he still have to go to prison at that point? We don't know. Typically, it seems like to me, if you were sentenced on the day of sentencing, you go to prison and then you can appeal from prison. So I think, and I could be wrong, correct me if I'm wrong, if he gets sentenced on July 12th to prison, he would have to immediately be putting handcuffs and go to prison. And let me remind you, this is a lot of years he's up to.
Starting point is 00:41:08 We're talking about 34 counts of four years each. That's a lot of years. Over 100 years. So, right? So, I mean, like I said, and so the maximum can be over 100 years in prison. We got to remember this, guys. So I want to play you a quick clip of Dr. Phil's analysis of what happens
Starting point is 00:41:27 if he is not convicted, if he is sentenced to prison, what would happen as far as his presidency, and how would that go? Let's let you hear what Dr. Phil has to say. What are these. If he were to win the election, and that could happen because you can be convicted of a felony and still be elected president and serve as president. You can't necessarily vote if you're a convicted felon from prison,
Starting point is 00:41:55 but you can serve as president from prison. The inauguration would have to happen from prison. He would have to entertain heads of state from prison. He would have to have staff meetings in prison. He would have to actually do his job as president, maybe from Rikers Island in the beginning, then from some prison in New York. So there's a scenario, guys.
Starting point is 00:42:21 They're literally saying, and this is mainstream media. I've heard mainstream media also talk about this. that if President Trump is sentenced on July 12th and he goes to prison and then say he gets elected and he is behind bars. Well, number one, he has afforded secret service protection behind bars no matter what. He has afforded that right now. Even if he goes to prison before, potentially he becomes president in November, he could still go, or he would still have the affordability of protection of a secret service.
Starting point is 00:42:47 But this is where it goes south really fast because you've got to think about this. mainstream media is already trying to almost, it's almost as if they're trying to prep the nation for the event that he gets elected and he's in prison. But you have to remember that the president is the head of state. He is the commander-in-chief of the military. And whereas there are definitely a lot of woke-ass leaders in military right now, and listen, if I was president and I came in as president, if I came in as Trump, and I looked at, I would have to find every single appointee that the Biden administration put in.
Starting point is 00:43:25 I'm talking about every single one of them. And I would take every one of them out of there. Yeah. I would appoint them with everybody that I would have to make sure that we were good, right? Because that's what Biden did when he came in his presidency. He took away everything that Trump established. Yeah. Which was great for our nation, by the way.
Starting point is 00:43:43 What Biden has established is terrible for our nation. Exactly. So I would definitely have to be like you're saying, Trump has got to get rid of all these people. Yeah, you're right. And so where this goes south, though, is that you have the president come in and he puts these people in place that he needs to put in place. But there's going to be a fight.
Starting point is 00:44:02 There's going to be a huge fight because they're going to try to keep him in prison or they're going to try to put him in prison. And Trump's going to say, I'm the damn president. This is not happening. There's going to be potentially agencies or military or someone that comes to his side as the president of the United States and says, you're not putting our president and keeping or president behind bars. That's not happening.
Starting point is 00:44:21 This is where shit could go bad really fast. You want to talk about some type of civil war type scenario or some shit like this? I don't even know they'll be civil necessarily as much as it would be intergovernmental war. I mean, we're talking about almost like a north and south thing. And unfortunately, the way politics are going right now, I mean, we look at how bad politics are. How do we ever get past what is going on right now? I don't think that most people realize the stain we are putting on our nation, but not just sustain the animosity.
Starting point is 00:44:51 I mean, it's like, it's like if you went, like, it's like if your wife caught you cheating with a girl, right? And she walked in on you in a bedroom and you were having sex with this girl. And then for some reason, uh, y'all were like, hey, you know what? Let's just agree, um, that we're going to, we're just going to, you know, we're going to move past this, you know, whatever. That's not going to happen. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:09 I mean, and some people, by the way, some people can do that. But the majority of people, it is going to be a shit show and a war and everything from there on. And especially the. more times you do it, obviously, it's going to get worse. And then some point in time, that's how people end up on the show snapped and, you know, all these other murder shows sharing watches. And so what happens in the event?
Starting point is 00:45:30 It's like a husband and wife right now, although they're not husband and wife. They're like, they're like. They're like Cinderella and the stepsisters is what it is. Or it's like the Democrat and Republicans or the Americans and the globalist are essentially enemies. I mean, they are. We have two different enemies in our country right now. And, you know, you think of North and South Korea.
Starting point is 00:45:49 I think about this. North Korea or North Korea hate South Korea. South Korea has North Korea. Even though South Korea just wants to live peacefully. They want to just live freaking peacefully. North Korea is dictators. They are pieces of shit. You know, whatever.
Starting point is 00:46:00 But that's essentially where we are starting to get to. We are getting to a point where it's non-reversible. It is not going to be able to be corrected. And so what happens in that scenario? And listen, this trial, this Trump thing with him being convicted as a felon, potentially maybe even going to prison, this is going to go back. fast. And I don't even think we realized, I knew that 2024 was going to be bad. We talked about, you know, the potential of a, of an election that was maybe not going to be, you know, fair.
Starting point is 00:46:31 But I think that we're looking at something far worse that could happen. And I think you're so right, that divide is getting so huge, just like mountains away from each other now. And how can we ever come together to agree? Well, I think, in my opinion, one way that maybe the Democrats could help out their position is to somehow pardon Trump if he does getting a sentence to jail. That would be my first defense as
Starting point is 00:46:58 Biden seeing how everyone's an uproar now and seeing how he's losing normal people that usually vote for him. He's already losing these people because everything's backfiring on him. If I were Biden, I'd be like, okay, how can I win some of these votes back to me?
Starting point is 00:47:15 I would have to get someone to pardon Trump from the actual jail sentence. That would be the smart thing. But Biden is along with like, I don't know, nine other really ruthless leaders, people that are pretty much communists. He's among all them now. And these other guys have also put political opponents in jail. Now he's among the list. And I'm talking about people like Hitler, Stalin, Stalin, Pasadour, Putin, all these people. now he's among the list. Biden is officially on the list of these corrupt presidents. Yeah. I mean, you got to think about Putin. That just happened not long ago. One of his primary
Starting point is 00:47:57 candidates that was leading, you know, very popular among the people. He ended up dead. And that's happened many times in Russia. So, you know, it's like people that say, oh, Russia is this great place and all this stuff. It's not. I mean, they're dictators. It's a communist nation. No matter how you look at it, they may have some values that are, you know, good, I guess, or that maybe America envis. Hold on one second. Sorry. But yeah, there are some values that Russia has that, I guess, America, MBs, because we don't have those anymore. But nonetheless, it's still a dictatorship. There are still countries all around the world that they are over their people. They are communist nations. And so I think the problem here is, The scary part is, is that when Americans look at Russia as like a better place in some ways than America, that's when you know that shit is really bad.
Starting point is 00:48:52 We're in trouble. But anyways, guys, there's so much to be said here. And we've had a couple little things we had to cut. We actually just a minute, not cut, but a minute ago we thought we were recording and we weren't. And so sorry about that. Hopefully we did not play this video already. I want to play a video. This is a guy that went out in the streets in New York after Trump was convicted, talking to the black community and just saying,
Starting point is 00:49:13 Hey, what is your thoughts on Trump? Will you still vote for him? Here's what they had to say. Check this out. How do you feel about Trump being convicted in New York City? I vote for on 2012. You think people are still supporting them? Of course they're supporting him.
Starting point is 00:49:32 Why? Because he's Trump. They made me three things Biden and they did for us for real. I couldn't tell you. And I'm a wait. Shout out to my boy Trump, though. My boy, Trump. I can't wait until you come home, boy.
Starting point is 00:49:42 You're going to be the real one, boy. Are you still voting for Trump? Hell yeah. Who? Who ain't going to vote for? My boy is going to be the president locked up. On game. That's it. Hey, man.
Starting point is 00:49:53 Free Trump. Free Trump. But anyways, guys, listen, this is, it's obviously something that we are leading towards very fast. I don't know what the result of this is going to be, but I think it's probably going to be maybe even worse than we thought. I don't know. But here's the hope, right? And here's the thing that you guys can cling on to and hang on to. is that people are waking up.
Starting point is 00:50:19 People are seeing what's going on. Now, you might look at this and say, well, yeah, but our system's corrupt. Everything's corrupt. But the reality is that the people are a powerful force. The more people that are awake, the more people that start to see what is actually happening, which is why there is this massive push to silence information. They want to stop discourse. They want to stop platforms like X and Rumble, which, by the way, we are on both of those.
Starting point is 00:50:45 and we're going to have a live stream over there tomorrow. Yeah, well, tomorrow night we're with Alien Addict. That'll be Sunday, June 2nd. And then also, I think Monday, which we also were released that episode Monday on here as well on audio. But they're rushing to try to stop these platforms because they're seeing the downfall of what their system and what our discourse is doing. Our discourse is going to win. We're going to wake more people up to true and real information. information. And so when you only have, and I told someone this the other day, I was like, when I go on Facebook and Instagram now, I feel like I'm going back to the Stone Age. I mean, like what I see people talking about on there is not shit in comparison to X. If you want real news, real things that's going on, real people, real people talking about real shit, go to X, go to Rumble, go somewhere else other than Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are the absolute worst. And I used to hate Twitter. I freaking hated it. I would never go on Twitter.
Starting point is 00:51:43 It's just a hard platform to learn. But once you learn it, yeah, once you learn it, I mean, I'm just talking about people that are coming over there now. It is way different than Facebook. Yeah, but it's way better. It is way better because you have discourse with people all around the world. You're not just having discourse with your friends. Yeah, and it's so much easier to find factual and real information. The algorithm, I think is working out very well over there.
Starting point is 00:52:04 But this is what they're trying to ban. This is what they're trying to push to ban because they know that the more information people get, the more screwed the government is going to be. and especially the more of a fight they're going to have to have at some point in time, potentially because, listen, they only have this many people in government and they have multi, well, they have billions of people around the world. They got to control. And the only way they can do that is by control. They can only control by control and control of information, number one, primarily.
Starting point is 00:52:34 Control of, you know, even during COVID, control of movement, control of whether or not you can go to work or you can't, depending on your vaccine. status or if you say the wrong thing on social media, you will get put in Facebook jail or Instagram jail, which is basically just putting a, putting wires on your mouth because, you know, they say, oh yeah, well, that's not public square. That's a private company. But what they did was they made these social media companies the public squares. This is where people discourse and discuss things back and forth. And so, and the government utilizes these things to get out of their propaganda to the
Starting point is 00:53:09 masses. So I think the law should always be that. If government is going to use social media and all these platforms to propagandize people, then the people always, you should never be able to censor people's opinions or thoughts or beliefs, especially if the government are using these platforms for their speeches or for their political opinions or any of the other shit. Because when you do that, then you basically stop free speech. And I've never agreed with these platforms are private entities. Okay, well, then don't allow the government to ever post on them.
Starting point is 00:53:40 and do not ever take government money, do not ever take government funding, do not ever allow anyone from government to ever say what can and cannot be said on this platform, because that is when the line between free speech and private entity completely fails, and that argument is gone. Yeah, absolutely. And don't forget the way to destroy companies countries is within. And this is the only way they can do it is they have to come in the country to destroy them in order for them to have this new world government, this global. one world government.
Starting point is 00:54:12 And that's what they're doing to every country. It's not just America, but we're seeing what's happening in America. And we see this all around the world. Yeah. And they're doing it through legal warfare. You know, and like I said earlier, we're already in World War III. We're in World War III because we have a, we have a war on political opponents. We have a war on political candidates.
Starting point is 00:54:36 And we have a war on you. you, the people are who they're after. There is a reason the Constitution of the United States was written by our founding fathers, and they knew that one day this day would come. They knew this. They knew that the more government got big, the more government got powerful, the more that they would utilize and abuse their power on the people. The government already knew this way back in a day,
Starting point is 00:55:01 because they were already seeing signs of this even then, far before a government was ever as big as it is today. they knew this. That's why they literally wrote the First Amendment for your speech. The Second Amendment for your guns. And by the way, the guns was to say a Second Amendment is not just for enemies for an enemy. I mean, it is for to protect you against a tyrannical government that wants to overthrow your freedoms and your Constitution and your rights. Although, obviously, never call it for violence on anything. But I'm just telling you, the Second Amendment was written for that.
Starting point is 00:55:34 And then they also, throughout the Constitution, protect your rights as a people. And that's what this government is trying to throw out right now. All right. Just a corny little joke. The Constitution was found on our forefathers, not our fondling fathers. Fondling fathers. Yeah, which is who we have in office right now, potentially. I just had to put out there.
Starting point is 00:55:55 Fondling fathers. But anyways, guys, we just wanted to update you on what our thoughts were on this Trump guilty verdict. There's probably so much more we could say. Like I said, I feel like not very good still. feel better than I did, I guess I could say. And we do appreciate everyone reaching out in telling you that you, they help you feel better. Yeah, yeah, for sure. Yeah, we do.
Starting point is 00:56:16 And I'm sorry, I gave you the sickness. I still have it too, but I don't feel bad like Chad does. No. No, it's been pretty harsh for me, but it's all good. I'll get over it. As long as it's not the bird flu, because that's coming, I guess, for what I hear. And I've been eating a lot of chicken as possible. Maybe I didn't cook chicken enough one day or whatever the case would be.
Starting point is 00:56:37 I don't know, but regardless, guys, we got a lot of great stuff coming for you. We have been on a hiatus this week, but, man, we got a lot to talk about. We got Russia and Ukraine to talk about World War III. I'm telling you guys, we're never closer to World War III and we've been right now. That episode will probably come out, probably Wednesday, but we got to break that whole thing down. There is a lot to worry about there, but also we just got to, we have to, this all goes even back to the Trump thing and why they're trying to prosecute him. put him behind bars because this administration wants a war. And I don't even think it's necessarily the administration.
Starting point is 00:57:13 It's the globalist. They know that if we can get a massive war going on, then we have a lot to go on. We have a lot to infiltrate. And it's a scary time to be alive, but also we are an awakened people. We are an awakened people out there. I cannot be more proud of that. And we're going to end this episode with, am I the only one by Aaron Lewis from Stained? And we hope that you guys have an amazing rest of the weekend.
Starting point is 00:57:42 And until we'll see, Monday, until Monday, see you again. Peace out. Peace out, guys. Am I the only one here tonight shaking my head and thinking something ain't right? Is it just me? Am I losing my mind? Am I standing on the edge of the end of time? the only one
Starting point is 00:58:10 tell me I'm not who thinks they're taking all the good we got and turn me back hell I'll be dead I think I'm turning into my old man him I'll take them by TV
Starting point is 00:58:40 for telling me yeah are you telling me that I'm willing to burn in a town you're watching the things. threads of old glory come up am I the only one
Starting point is 00:59:12 not brainwashed making my way through the land of the loss who sees it as it is and worries about his kids as they try to undo all the things he if you don't like
Starting point is 00:59:37 this ain't something more you're not the only one they springs to ones who paid with the lives they Yeah.
