Could the Trump Indictment Lead to a Lifetime in Federal Prison? A significant number of individuals view these indictments as politically motivated, aimed at suppressing the opposing political factio...n and solidifying their dominance over the United States. Amidst assertions by Trump of election tampering in 2020, and his insistence on possessing corroborating evidence, the question remains: will this substantiate his claims adequately? Is there sometghing much more sinister at play? All of this and more on this episode of Trump Indictment Conspiracy Podcasts | Trump Faces LIFE In Prison

Starting point is 00:00:30 Welcome to Investigate Earth Podcast. I'm your host Chad alongside my beautiful wife, Sherry. What is up, Sherry? What is up? Hey, people. Welcome to the podcast. Well, welcome to the show. It's about 4.45 p.m. here on the East Coast of the United States.
Starting point is 00:00:45 And we hope all of you are doing amazingly well out there. It is Friday, by the way. Yay, it's Friday. Friday. Hope everyone is having an amazing Friday. Or whenever you're listening to this episode, we just hope you guys are having a fantastic day. So let's just start with, number one. We haven't done a podcast since Monday, which has been an entire week.
Starting point is 00:01:06 We've tried to do about five podcasts since Monday. But we have had a lot of audio issues. So we do apologize. We have been away. We have been desperately trying to figure out these audio issues. We finally did get them figured out mostly, but we still have some things here and there. So we do apologize. Hopefully, this episode sounds good to you guys, and we don't have any issues.
Starting point is 00:01:27 So just wanted to let you guys know what was going on. Yeah, because we're not on a holiday or vacation. It is the audio. Yeah, the audio has been a nightmare. But on this episode, guys, we're going to be talking about the Trump indictments, indictments, because there are many. And we're going to talk about what may come of the indictments, what the ramifications of this are not only for Trump and his family,
Starting point is 00:01:53 but also for America, for us going forward, for elections in 2024. And I'm going to go ahead and preface. this episode with this message to everyone that is listening to this episode. Now, obviously, a podcast like ours, we talk about conspiracies. We talk about everything, right? We talk about everything from JFK to Bigfoot to UFOs to wildfires for no reason that happened randomly. But we also have to talk about politics sometimes because whether people realize it or not, when you go out and search for a conspiracy podcast, if the people are not being truthful about the politics behind a lot of
Starting point is 00:02:30 lot of these conspiracies, which I hate to tell you guys, but most conspiracy theories revolve around, guess what, the government. And so when conspiracy theories revolve around the government, obviously there is heavy political influence that influences a lot of these organizations or that influences a lot of these intelligence agencies or whatever the case may be. So you have to talk about politics. You just have to. And there's no way around that. And not exactly sure what you guys' political leaning is. It doesn't really matter because the reality of this is is that we have to talk about the Trump indictment
Starting point is 00:03:06 because for us, as a conspiracy podcast, if we did not talk about this and talk about what's happening with us and we're also going to talk a little bit about the 2020 election, we wouldn't be doing our jobs, right? I mean, we could, yes, we could come on here and we could be entertaining for you guys. We could do something very scripted.
Starting point is 00:03:28 You know, we could sound as good as you would want it to sound it would sound like something from one of the major podcast networks to where it sounds like a voiceover of like something if you watched a murder show on discovery or whatever the case is um but oftentimes those podcasts like that the conspiracy podcasts like those they don't venture into waters that they should because they're afraid of backlash they're afraid of what people are going to say or think um you know you're not allowed to have an opinion one way or the other you just got to strictly so. This is a conspiracy and let's make it as entertaining as possible. And the reality is our podcast is not about making things entertaining. I mean, yes, we try to,
Starting point is 00:04:07 right? I mean, we try to be lively and whatever and fun and all that stuff. But the reality of this is is that we're trying to expose truth. We're trying to talk about the things that need to be talked about. We're trying to talk about the things that to this day, by the way, investigate Earth podcast on Twitter is still blacklist. 100%. There is absolutely zero question about that. You know, for a while, like right after Elon took over Twitter, we were getting, you know, we actually started getting some reach. You know, we get two and three, four, five, ten, 50,000 reach. And then it was about two or three weeks after that, we stopped getting reach whatsoever.
Starting point is 00:04:48 I also realized there's a lot of hashtags that are censored or blacklisted. So if you put that hashtag into certain things, so whether it be died suddenly, which has to do with the vaccine, especially a lot of vaccine stuff, big pharma, Pfizer, Moderna, all of these things, if you put that stuff into Twitter, you're not going to get reach. And it's hard for me to believe that someone like Elon Musk would not know this. But the reality is that I think there is a big facade of what is actually going on at Twitter. I think there is still heavy influence over at Twitter from government, big pharma, big elites, big tech, whatever. And so my point to that is this is our platform to where
Starting point is 00:05:30 we have to talk about the things that typically no one talks about. They don't give opinions. They don't want to say what they want to say. And that includes Joe Rogan. That includes all these people. So many people like to tow the line and go right in the middle.
Starting point is 00:05:45 They don't want to actually express what's really going on. And so that's what we're going to try to do today. It doesn't matter if you hate or love Trump. If you are one of those people that listen to conspiracy theories to find truth, to try to find the biggest of all conspiracies. Well, then you have to ask yourself, before we get into this,
Starting point is 00:06:01 what if these charges on former president Donald Trump are all a giant conspiracy by the deep state globalist agenda to make sure that they, number one, keep him out of office, put him in prison because he is a threat to the globalist. He is a threat to the New World Order. He is a threat to the agenda that they are pushing so hard. That should be so obvious to everyone. that sees what this administration has been doing since they've been in office, and even before office, the multiple impeachments that have been proven faults.
Starting point is 00:06:33 There's so many things. And listen, before we go any deeper, I do want to say, I am one of those people that I do like Trump. I think he did a lot of good things for our country. But there are things I do not agree with him on. There are things I still don't agree with him on, the vaccine for one. And there's some other things. And Sherry, you can kind of say, you know, what your thoughts are too. Well, I like Trump as well.
Starting point is 00:06:56 I just wish that sometimes he was not as vulgar or just spoke his mind so much and said things to piss people off because while he was president, we were in a great position. We were the leaders of the world. We had China under us. We had Russia under us. There's no way Russia would have even started a war when Trump was president. China wouldn't do the things they're doing. They wouldn't be buying up all our land right now because he wouldn't. it happened and our economy was amazing we didn't have trucks that cost almost a hundred thousand
Starting point is 00:07:30 dollars when trump was in you know office yeah so a lot of things have changed for the worse since biden's been put in and i'm not going to sugarcoat it or lie about it i'm just saying when trump was president for the last four years we were way better off even going to the grocery store you cannot leave the grocery store for probably less than 75 bucks 100 bucks for one meal. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, it's funny because everybody's like, oh, you should go to the store and buy your food because it's cheaper and going out.
Starting point is 00:08:00 It's really not, actually. It's not anymore. I mean, if you go and try to buy a meal, you know, unless you're getting like suddenly salad or, you know, hamburger helper. Yeah, but that's still 384 when it's not on sale. Yeah. I mean, it's just everything is so expensive now since all the table's been turned. And, you know, as soon as Biden came in office, I'll never forget that day.
Starting point is 00:08:19 He had those stacks of papers that he were signing. and the orders. Yeah, the orders to reverse everything. And then the whole time he was like, what is this I'm signing? I mean, he literally said that as he's signing these things. He didn't even know what they were. No, they don't. I mean, and most presidents do not, especially if you're senile, and you're literally on the edge of Alzheimer's, right?
Starting point is 00:08:44 That's who we have in office because you want someone like this in office. When you have a globalist elite, you know, I guess umbrella. that is over you, right? And you have all these elites pulling all the strings. It's much harder to have or to go forward with a New World Order or a globalist satanic agenda, which is what we're seeing around the world. This is taking place all over the world. Christians are being persecuted, whereas devil worship and Satanism is being highlighted. It's being put on a pedestal. This is the stuff we're seeing. And it takes people like Joe Biden and his administration to really just turn the blind eye, sign whatever they want him to sign. And, you know, they get paid off in the end.
Starting point is 00:09:29 That's the reason why so many presidents leave office richer than, yeah, richer than he ever were before. And that's the main difference with Trump. He came into office rich. He didn't even get paid a dime to be the president of the United States because that's not what he wanted to be there for. He wanted to be there to make America great again. And I really think he did a fabulous job with that. He did for three years until the, you know, of course, until COVID came on. But I'm just saying that he did a fabulous job. I just wish that his tweets weren't so stupid sometimes. Listen, I don't give a damn about Trump's tweets because let's be honest, Trump was funny. He is funny.
Starting point is 00:10:07 He's hilarious. A lot of times I would laugh at the tweets. But some people would be like, oh, my God, can you believe what he said, blah, blah, blah. You know, they take offense to it. Well, that's, but it's BS because people take offense to anything. The same people that'll take offense to something Trump says on a tweet, those same people are probably going to try to self-mutilate their children into being another gender, right? You know, I'd literally just seen a meme the other day that had, that had what's her name, Fox, Machine Gun Kelly's girlfriend, Jennifer Fox, whatever her name is. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:39 Megan Fox. Megan Fox. Yeah. Yeah, I saw a meme just the other day and it had Megan Fox walking out of her house or whatever, I guess a reporter. had captured her along with their three kids, which by the way are all boys, but they're all looked like they're transitioning to females. And the meme was, wow, and these kids are like, you know, seven, eight, somewhere around there. And someone said, wow, coincidence that all three of Megan Fox's kids just happen to know
Starting point is 00:11:08 that they are not males at seven or eight years old. You know what I mean? Meaning it's not the freaking kids as to parents. But anyways. Absolutely. And so all of that mental stuff, which I do think. I think it's child abuse.
Starting point is 00:11:21 When you push this on kids, all of that stuff is being pushed and highlighted, especially with this administration. You had Trump, which is a pro-American president. And listen, there are others out there. I like the new guy that's kind of coming into the scene.
Starting point is 00:11:36 Why can I not remember his name, Ramnessy or whatever his name is? Yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, but he's just so young is what the problem is with a lot of people. like I don't know if I'm sure if I want a 37 year old running the country like well I mean what look I mean come on though I mean old people have effed this country up for I don't know how for how long I mean so you know young is not always bad I mean we do need younger people in but the you know if you look at
Starting point is 00:12:03 our generation you look at the generation that's coming through college coming through high school right now or have graduated high school in the past five or 10 years you know it's very worrisome to see the mindset of these kids that are going to someday be running our country. Like, I think, and that's the sad thing. And like I said, I don't want to be depressing, but, you know, I think the glory days of America are over unless someone does something to stop the indoctrination of kids in high school and, and especially college. You know, so the whole thing about, oh, everyone should go to college, I don't necessarily agree with that, because really all college is now is a is basically a cult for indoctrination yeah indoctrinating the kids into all this
Starting point is 00:12:50 crazy belief anti-america you know anti-police anti all these things um so i think today not sending your kid to college is probably more important than ever i mean and just because and getting a trade yeah i don't think you need college i don't think you you have to have it for certain things you do i mean obviously if you want to be a doctor or lawyer whatever but it's just you know hopefully your parenting of your kids, you know, keeps them, even if they have to go to a liberal university, which is basically 95% of them, you know, they won't be skewed or start believing some craziness. Because literally, there is a sickness in this country that is, it's like a cancer cell that's in this country. And it's growing. It's stage four right now. And, you know, if somebody doesn't do something about it,
Starting point is 00:13:36 America will be dead. And that's the way America really is. And by the way, guys, this is not just America. This is Canada. This is you. This is you, Australia. This is many places in the UK. I mean, UK has their own massive set of issues. I mean, you know, they have very similar issues as to the United States. But if you look at many of the countries that are in NATO, for example, you know, that participate in NATO, participate in UN, all these things, these are the countries that also have all the sick problems. And it's not coincidence. It is coordinated. And that's what I always say. Not always. Actually, I just started saying that.
Starting point is 00:14:14 But it's not coincidence. It's coordinated. But what I always say is there's no such thing as a coincidence. But anyway, so let's get into what Trump is actually being charged with. Now, we're going to talk about what he's being charged with, what he faces, and what is the likelihood of what will happen in 2024 election and this country. Could it be a civil war? Or are the American people really just so controlled? now that it was not possible.
Starting point is 00:14:42 And obviously we don't want Civil War. Civil War is not what anybody would want in a country, but also you don't want complete tyranny and communism. So, you know, there's a fine line with what should happen in the future. You don't obviously want another 1776 to be fought in this country again to declare your independence from your own country, right? I mean, in 1776, in that whole war, we were declaring our independence from not our country. I mean, you know, it's from the Brits.
Starting point is 00:15:10 It was from a foreign hostile adversary, although, you know, now it's like people are worried. We're not worried about China or Russia sent a nuclear warhead. That's what's crazy. More people are worried about their own country now. But Donald Trump's legal issues and indictment charges, lawsuits, you name it. So the Georgia election tampering, and we'll talk about this, this is the latest of the charges he has been charged with. So Trump was hit with a sweeping force. set of criminal charges on Monday when a Georgia grand jury issued an indictment accusing him of
Starting point is 00:15:44 efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss to Democrat Joe Biden. Now, one thing I want to make very clear about this Georgia election grand jury, if you want to know how set up this is, well, the grand jury accidentally released, not the grand jury, but whoever is over the grand jury there in a court or whatever, it was leaked. The actual indictment was already handed down and put out into public before the grand jury. jury ever even voted to indict or not. So they already knew, without a shadow of a doubt, so they already had the indictment, they already posted publicly before the grand jury even convened and actually voted on this
Starting point is 00:16:24 indictment, to actually look at evidence, probable cause, all these things, right? Now, we always know, obviously, when federal prosecutors bring a grand jury in, I think they have like a 95% conviction or not conviction indictment rate right right so if you're ever up for indictment in a federal grand jury you might as well just go ahead and plan on being indicted because that's what's going to happen and maybe that's why it got leaked then i don't know i don't know but still especially with such a high profile case like this you just don't do that in a case against a former president no absolutely not so the sprawling indictment lists 19 defendants and 41 3,000. felony counts in all.
Starting point is 00:17:08 And all were charged with racketeering, which is used to target members of organized crime groups and carries a penalty for up to 20 years in prison. So, the court, or counts against Trump include, hold on one second, include violation of the state's racketeer influence and corrupt organization act, solicitation of violation of oath by public officer, conspiracy to commit a violation, Sorry. Conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer, and conspiracy to commit filing Fox documents. Other defendants include Mark Meadows, Trump's former White House Chief of Staff, and lawyers Rudy Giuliani, and John Eastman. Now, he's also been charged with the January 6th in the U.S. Capitol attack.
Starting point is 00:17:56 Now, Trump pleaded not guilty on charges in Washington federal court that he conspired to defraud the U.S. by Peruvial. preventing Congress from certified in Biden's victory over Trump and to deprive voters of their right to a fair election. On January 6, 2021, Trump supporters attacked the U.S. Capitol in a failed bid to prevent certification of Biden's victory, which is I don't believe that. But this is Reuters. So, you know, prosecutor said Trump exploited the attack, refused an advice that he send a message directing rioters to leave, which he did, by the way. Trump and his allies advanced claims to a fraud that they knew. to be untrue, prosecutor said. The indictment says close advisors, including senior intelligence officials, told Trump repeatedly
Starting point is 00:18:41 that the election results were legitimate. Trump and others organized fraudulent slates of electors in seven U.S. states, all of which he lost to submit votes to be counted and certified as official by Congress on January 60, indictment said. Now, also, he's been charged with illegal retention of classified documents. Trump pleaded not guilty in federal. Court on June 13th in Miami of charges he unlawfully kept classified national security documents when he left office in 2021 and lied to officials who sought to recover them. That trial was scheduled
Starting point is 00:19:17 for May 20th, 2024. And by the way, every president takes documents. Oh, yeah, absolutely. When they leave at the office. Yeah. So, I mean, obviously, most all presidents, Joe Biden did it when he was vice president and he had documents everywhere, thousands of documents. And they weren't even secure. there by his Corvette in the garage. Yeah, and he had no secret service protection at a time, none of this stuff. There were so many, I mean, almost every single president, Mike Pence had documents, Joe Biden's had documents, almost every single president has taken documents with them that had to do or had anything to do with their presidency.
Starting point is 00:19:52 The difference is that they wanted to go after Trump. This was the first big, massive news propaganda release that they wanted to show the FBI, raiding Mar-a-Lago of the former president's office. They wanted to make this big grand gesture that President Trump is a felon. He is a criminal. He doesn't deserve to ever be president again. And look, there are clips of Chuck Schumer, right? And when Chuck Schumer was asked about, hey, you know, what do you think about, you know, Donald Trump and these charges and all that?
Starting point is 00:20:27 Chuck Schumer himself said, well, you know, that's why you don't make enemies with the intelligence. departments. Literally. So he kind of told on themselves. Yeah, I mean, he said this in an interview. Because it's crazy that the way they went after Trump, they raided his house. They didn't raid any other politician. I guess they went after the other politicians kind of lightly to say, oh, no, we're not just seeking Trump.
Starting point is 00:20:52 We're going to go after, you know, all these other people. But they didn't raid their homes. They didn't have 100 FBI agents at their home going through stuff. It was nothing like even close. No. So special counsel in the illegal retention of classified documents case, Jack Smith, accuses Trump of risking national secrets by taking thousands of sensitive papers with him when he left the White House in January 2021 and storing them in a haphazard manner at Mar-Lago, Florida State and his New Jersey Golf Club, according to the indictment. Now, when you say haphazardly storing documents,
Starting point is 00:21:30 what we have to remember too is that Trump is under constant secret service protection by the United States government. So not only that, most of these documents were in a secure and closed area in Marlago. There was even secret service members that have testified or not testified, but come out and said this. All the pictures that FBI agents took of these files is after the fact they thrown tons of files on the floor, took pictures, sent it to media. Because this is how this happened.
Starting point is 00:22:02 FBI takes the pictures, blast it to media, and they want you to believe, this is, well, look at how we found all these documents, just laying all over to floor and all this stuff. Yeah, but they put them out there. But it's funny because the FBI sends these images, right, to media. Media gets these images. They are blasted all over all the mainstream media.
Starting point is 00:22:24 But yet we still do not have a manifesto. released of the killer, the national school shooter that was a transvestite that killed Christian kids. We still do not have that manifesto released. It's because who has it? The FBI has the manifesto and they say that it's too dangerous to release. Well, why would that be? It's funny because as soon as that happened, which is obviously you would want something happened, you know, a manifesto of a shooter on Christian kids in a Christian school to be released.
Starting point is 00:22:55 The entirety of the United States wants to know what's in the manifesto. But yet, no, did the FBI send this to media and blast all over the place? No, they didn't. You know why? Because it doesn't fit the narrative. It does not fit the agenda of what they want to push. It is anti-democracy, anti-American. That is what they're going after.
Starting point is 00:23:11 And they do not at all want anyone back in office that is going to be a barrier between the globalist agenda and them. I mean, that's it. And talking about the manifesto, too, I think that they are delaying, letting it come out because she was a transvest. I don't think that they're ever going to let it come out. And that is their agenda. Yeah, and they may let it come out, you know, five years from now, 10 years from now. Who knows, maybe not ever. But the reality of it is, is that people have questioned where this, where's the manifesto at? We want to see why a trans person goes into a Christian school and kills Christian kids. I mean, why would we not want to know that? Everyone wants to know that and they need to release it as soon as possible. And that is definitely a hate crime. No, absolutely. But that's, that's, that's, that's. the entire thing. They don't want it to look bad on the trans community. They don't want it to look bad on what they're pushing. And I mean, this is their agenda that are pushing all over. They're pushing it to your kids. They're pushing into every single gollable mind in the country and not just this country in Canada and you name it. Look, and we've always said this. I don't care what
Starting point is 00:24:17 you do with your life. If you want to be trans or you want to be gay or lesbian or whatever, I don't care, right? But the reality is that when you start pushing it on our kids, in many ways, right? And you're really trying to push this narrative and music videos and everything our kids consume on a daily basis. There should be laws against that. I mean, just period, plain and simple,
Starting point is 00:24:40 there should against pushing things like that on kids. There should be laws about music that has horrific language in it that should ever be seen or heard by kids as well. But a lot of this has to do with parenting and a lot of these parents are the generation that we're going to suffer from when they actually start leading the country.
Starting point is 00:24:59 Isn't there a law about showing yourself nudity in public? Isn't there a law about that? It's kind of funny. In some places, actually, there's a video, and I don't know where this was, I don't know if it's Seattle or Portland or whatever. There was a video of this trans guy
Starting point is 00:25:15 that went up to this cop and he said, can I have my penis out or whatever? It was a trans. And cops like, yeah, you can have your penis out as long as you don't masturbate or whatever. in some places, yeah, you can do that. And they're doing this. These dumb-ass parents are showing up and bringing their kids to these events.
Starting point is 00:25:34 Yeah, bringing kids to these parades where they are parading their private parts to children. And, yeah, I mean, twerking, doing nasty, you know, like sexual acts on other people in front of kids. But you know what the reality is that, sadly, this should be considered child abuse. And it's the same thing as if there are straight people doing this. It doesn't matter if you're trans or not. The fact you're doing this in a lewd way in front of kids, those parents should be put in jail for child abuse. But either way, the government's never going to do that
Starting point is 00:26:09 because they consider those parents parent of the year. But yet the parents that are actually fighting for their kids, fighting against the indoctrination in school board meetings, the FBI is classifying them as terrorist or domestic terrorist or potential domestic terrorists. don't forget that. So photos included, the indictment shows boxes of documents at Marlago stored on a ballroom stage in a bathroom and strewn across a storage room floor. Those records included information about secretive U.S. nuclear programs and potential vulnerabilities in the event of an attack, the indictment said.
Starting point is 00:26:44 Now, Trump faces charges that include violation of the Espionage Act, which criminalizes unauthorized possession of defense information and conspiracy to obstruct justice, also charged. are Trump's aide Walt Nauta and another Trump employee, Carlos D. Olivera. The latter with attempting to delete security camera footage at Marlago after a grand jury subpoenaed the videos in June of 2022. Prosecutors alleged D. Olivera told another employee that the boss wanted a server containing the security footage to be deleted. He has yet to enter a plea. Nauti pleaded not guilty. There's also a New York hush money criminal case. New York grand jury indicted Trump for a legend, falsifying business records in connection with a money payment to a porn star in 2016, but the reality is, is that we know that's all complete
Starting point is 00:27:29 BS. That's been proven BS, and yet the Rooters is still reporting on this. Actually, the lawyer in that case has went to jail. The lawyer for Stormy Daniels is in prison. Not only that, all the Stormy Daniels stuff has been debunked and proven just complete bullshit anyway as far as the money goes. So, you know, there's so many things with this. and what the media wants their very best to do
Starting point is 00:27:57 is they want to try to skew his name, skew Republicans, and they want to try to trash just the conservative movement. And the reality is that conservatives don't really have a great movement right now. The left is very organized because the left, they don't, most people on the left today are, they don't care about things that normal, average people should care about, right? I mean, which is decency and normalcy to some degree.
Starting point is 00:28:29 It doesn't matter if you're gay or lesbian. It doesn't matter. I mean, the political things that we all fight about, like abortion or, you know, the LGBTQ thing and all these things. That's one thing. But they've taken it to a far, to an extreme. And look, there are definitely some Republicans that have done the same, which is why I always say I'm libertarian over anything. I would vote for RFK Jr. potentially. There are certain things that don't agree with about what, you know, what RFK Jr. talks about. But there's a lot of damn good things that RFK Jr. would do for this country. He's been through hell with the government, with his family. Obviously, I mean, he believes, as do we, that his family has been basically executed by the government, which is his dad and his uncle.
Starting point is 00:29:13 Exactly. But I think the difference between the two political groups, naming Republican and liberals, liberals are more organized because they have the top 10% of elites guiding them to where they want them to go and they listen and do as they say where Republicans don't have
Starting point is 00:29:35 anyone on top of them like that guiding them and telling them what to do or say and I think the reason why they're so organized is because of that. Now you're right. Now I want to go through some things here just to kind of show you guys the just complete asinine,
Starting point is 00:29:53 I guess the asinon way of what this government is doing and the complete hypocrisy is what it is. So they claim that the 2020 election was the most secure election in U.S. election history. That's what they claim. And one of the main things, much like COVID, when COVID came out and everybody started questioning, you know, where did the, where did COVID come from? And they were trying to basically cover that up.
Starting point is 00:30:25 You know, they didn't want you to know whether it was lab leak or not. We never really understood why. If this was a lab leak from China, why are you hiding this shit so much, right? But I think the more we've learned about COVID, the more we understand that there was a lot of U.S. involvement, including some of our big time leaders like Dr. Fauci, Ralph Barrett, so many other ones that really worked on this virus before it ever got to China. Right. Before even left America. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:52 It came from America. Yeah. So, you know, there's a reason why they didn't want you to know where this thing came from because they wanted to not introduce a paper trail or a money trail, right, or any of this stuff. Because there's a lot of people that could potentially go to jail over this. I mean, even though that will never happen. As long as this powerhouse administration, this almighty powerful globalist
Starting point is 00:31:16 communist administration still in power, no one's going to go to jail for anything. That includes COVID. That includes anything they've done throughout this past three years and even before. But the thing about it is is that so many people have been banned and censored and got their bank accounts taken and all of this thing. And not only for COVID, but also election deniers. So the election deniers key phrase has been almost like they want you to believe that election deniers are domestic terrorist. They want you to believe that election deniers are people that are trying to go against democracy. They don't believe in democracy and they are going to attack the capital and they frame the whole January 6th thing with all the people that showed up January 6th as election
Starting point is 00:32:04 deniers. And these people are a threat to our democracy. That's all they ever say. And they don't want you to even possibly question an election. But I I just want, you know, before we go forward, I want to play something real quick. This was Kamala Harris, and this was in 2018 talking about elections. I want you to hear what Kamala Harris had to say about elections. Here you go. ...systems to audit, but also what they can do around best practices and best machinery. We are talking with them about the fact that it is probably best that you do not have your election system connected to the Internet,
Starting point is 00:32:40 because that will create greater vulnerabilities. And then look at where we are now in this year of our lower... 2018, we're talking about paper ballots, but that actually might be one of the smartest systems. Going back to, you know, a day when we could have something tangible that we can hold on to because Russia cannot hack a piece of paper like they can a computer system connected to the internet. Oh, really, Kamala Harris. That's interesting. Russia can't hack a piece of paper. That's why we don't need these ballot boosts that are connected to the internet, although they say that there's no way that none of their ballot booths were connected to the internet in 2020.
Starting point is 00:33:17 Look, here's the reality. Kamala Harris says it right here. And she says it just like they did with the COVID vaccine. Before, when Trump was over America and he was the president, they said that they refused to take the COVID vaccine because there's no way they're going to take anything that Trump had anything to do with. Right. Talking about Kamala Harris and all of them, any Democrat, they're like, nope. And then, of course, as soon as they go in, well, now all of a sudden, oh, they've, they've, Vaccine is the best thing ever made.
Starting point is 00:33:45 We got to get everyone vaccinated. And it's because they started getting paid, right? They started getting all this money. But as she said here, and by the way, this is just further proof. Now, look, there are voting machine companies that are suing these shit, and they already did. Fox News got sued for $700-something million. Part of that agreement and that lawsuit was to Fire Tucker and others that even mentioned the potential of voter fraud that had anything to do with their ballot machines.
Starting point is 00:34:13 but there has been proof from what many people have you know kind of prove that these machines were at times connected to the internet right and the only thing kamala got wrong here as far as russia because you remember when trump one collision well no but whatever yeah you remember when trump won they said it was russia that got him elected they're the ones that probably hacked the ballot machines and all this shit they said but the reality is there was never any proof of that whatsoever they actually proved all of the russia shit to just be completely lies. But the one thing she got right here is that these things were connected to internet
Starting point is 00:34:51 and they can connect to the internet 100%. And yet no one wants to talk about it. But now if you say anything that has to do with, well, what about the 2020 election? This guy that is seen out, didn't campaign, had no one showing up for his events, somehow was the most voted for president in American history. The next day. And you're not allowed to question it. And that's a huge question too because, you know, everyone is watching the election night and the votes that are coming in. That night, Trump was winning everything. Then all of a sudden you wake up the next morning and Biden's winning everything. And they said, oh, we just started counting the ballot, the ballots now.
Starting point is 00:35:35 Yeah. Well, and the reality is that, yes, Trump was doing amazingly well the night of the election. And then the next day, of course, oh, all of a sudden Biden was up in all these places because all these votes came in and what they wanted you to believe it was from Democrat heavy counties, right? So, okay, well, why was Democrat heavy counties? Why were they having to come in overnight? But the Republican stuff all came in the night of election, right? And then you had all these recounts and you had all these states and counties that were not getting in for a week later. all these things. It was just all
Starting point is 00:36:14 complete BS. Now, go ahead. I was just going to say in past any kind of elections, it's never even taken more than a day to count, even recount. But now elections are going a week longer or whatever. And there's just something up with that. Yeah. No, I agree. And guys, so what we're going to do here is I want to
Starting point is 00:36:38 play that one of the things that Trump is saying is going to be part of his defense in this case is going to be the documentary called 2000 Mules. He's saying it will be used as evidence in his upcoming criminal trial to show that the election was, in fact,
Starting point is 00:36:54 stolen from him. Now, before we get into this clip, I want you to hear what Trump himself has to say, and then we're going to explain that just for a minute and kind of give you our thoughts on 2000 Mules. Here you go. The FBI Twitter files of DOJ, Facebook, and all of the
Starting point is 00:37:10 rest. All of the rest. Look at 2,000 mules. Look at what they did with that. Thousands and thousands and thousands of votes. On tape, on camera. All of this will come up during this trial. That's all of this will come up. Because we won the election by a lot.
Starting point is 00:37:31 Then they have this crap going on. I never even thought of this one. Trump didn't really believe he won the election. Let me tell you. People that nobody say, that's one thing. I'll tell you, there was never a second of any day that I didn't believe that that election was rigged. It was a rigged election.
Starting point is 00:37:48 It was a rigged election and it was a stolen, disgusting election. All right, so there you go. So that's Trump saying that the documentary 2000 Meals will be used in court. Now listen, let's get into the conspiracy thing of this, the conspiracy podcast, right? Say you guys are out there and you hate Trump, right? You hate Trump's guts. You never wanted to vote for him or whatever. This shouldn't matter.
Starting point is 00:38:11 what if Trump is right what if the documentary which had experts and many experts and by the way this wasn't just 2,000 mules they've done this there have been other groups you know is in in particular tech
Starting point is 00:38:27 forensic auditors and all these people there have been other groups that have looked at this stuff as well in the past and they are bipartisan and they're bipartisan absolutely because I mean the group that did 2,000 mules they helped the Clinton campaign They helped, I believe even the Obamas.
Starting point is 00:38:44 They make sure that they look through as much stuff as they can from the election. And then they will tell each campaign or whatever what they need to do to improve security of elections. There has never been a 100% safe and secure election. Period. There never has. There will always be voter fraud in every election. There is no perfect system. I mean, think about the Florida hanging chads.
Starting point is 00:39:07 You remember that back in the day. That was what Bush, I think it was during Bush time. that was a whole ordeal as well. But as a conspiracy theorist or someone that believes in conspiracies, you have to ask yourself, you know, what if it's true? I mean, let's think about us. We don't know for sure. But what I can tell you is, what if the election in 2020 was stolen?
Starting point is 00:39:31 What if it was? What if it was 100% a complete operated system, a rigged system? And what, I mean, what if, what if we were, we had proof right now and we said, okay, here's our proof. Here's the proof, 100%. The problem with today's society is that even if you had 100 irrefutable evidence that that election was stolen, which in my opinion, by the way, 2,000 mules is very close to that. But what if you had that? I mean, that's one of the biggest conspiracies to not only overturn an election. Yeah, not even not even just to overturn election but but also to um you know they always want to say
Starting point is 00:40:18 undermine democracy but the reality is is that it is completely destroys democracy it destroys sovereignty it destroys nationalism it destroys everything that america is supposed to stand for them and it is one of the biggest conspiracies to ever happen in america if it's true And part of the problem with the 2000 mules out there, which was a movie that kind of, it's not a movie, but a documentary, I guess, that proves that the election was stolen. Half of America, or even probably three quarters of America doesn't even know what this is or who it's about or anything about it. Because it was not allowed to be played anywhere. You had to go and pay for it at a private source to even see it. Yeah, you're right.
Starting point is 00:41:04 It wasn't just a documentary on Netflix or. or discovery or places where most people watch shows. This show could not be anywhere. No, they would not allow it. They would not allow this show to be anywhere on the internet that anyone could actually watch. You had to go pay for it, which, by the way, people should have paid for it.
Starting point is 00:41:23 They worked their ass off on the documentary. Whether you believe it or not, you should definitely watch it. I've always said this. I want to play for a minute. One of the actual creators of... Well, they're actually not the creators of... 2000 mules. They are the organization that helps campaigns, both Democrat and Republicans,
Starting point is 00:41:42 find election fraud and figure out how to make it safer or more secure. This is her on Tucker Carlson, where they're highlighting the 2020 election fraud and showing the 2000 mule clips. But listen to what she has to say here. Catherine Engelberg, thanks so much for coming on. So this is a very in-depth topic. I hope we can talk at much greater length at some point in a different venue. But give us the highlights of what you found. Sure. Well, I mean, you laid it out. There was so much inconsistency in 2020, and we saw it coming in, checks and balances being removed left and right. You couldn't help but wonder why. And then when you had this infusion of private money that put these dropboxes in
Starting point is 00:42:20 place that were largely unregulated, you know, that's just a recipe for fraud. You have inaccurate voter rolls catalyzed by this crush of mail-in ballots being deposited in drop boxes that are not being monitored. So what we thought was, what is a way that we can test a theory? Is there abuse or not? And we invested in a tremendous amount, 10 trillion cell phone pings, geospatial data, that allowed us to monitor the device movements around drop boxes, to develop patterns of life to determine whether or not unique devices were going repeatedly to drop boxes. Over time, that became a pattern that included not just drop boxes,
Starting point is 00:43:03 but also far-left organizations. And we noticed a pattern consistent with the nexus between both the organizations and the drop boxes. So over time, when we did this now in five states and five jurisdictions, as I sit here tonight, I can tell you there was rampant abuse of those drop boxes, and the data that we have is immutable and proves it now buttressed increasingly by video. So can you be a little more specific for those of us who were too old to understand what a drop box is, and what role it might play in an election. Why would you have a drop box?
Starting point is 00:43:35 Just go to the polls if you want to vote, but that's a separate topic. How exactly might this have worked? If there was fraud, as you think these Pings suggest, what does that mean exactly? Sure. So in the 2020 election, there were drop boxes put in place at a scale that had never before been seen. There were a lot of promises made about surveillance video being attached to all the drop boxes and standards being enforced, but none of that really happened on scale. And so what we, right, so what we decided to do was basically geofense.
Starting point is 00:44:09 It's sort of a digital way to put a net around each drop box. And then wanted to find out if a phone, if individual devices crossed through that net, really what turned out to be an extraordinary number of times. Over the five states and the five jurisdictions that we studied, in order to make the level of study, the average number of Dropbox visits was 38, 38 Dropbox visits into the, you know, and, by the way, also including the visits to the nonprofit organizations. So there's definitely a pattern here, and then increasingly now, as we're seeing video come out,
Starting point is 00:44:51 we're able to match the Dropbox pings with the video, and you see it for yourself. When you can match those, in the states that had video, you see people, stuff and in ballots. And nobody was watching this. Why even have surveillance video if no one's going to check it? Why would you have a partisan organization, these left-wing nonprofits you described,
Starting point is 00:45:14 have any role whatsoever in the mechanics of voting? That just seems prima facie insane to me. Well, this is what we've been trying to to gain ground on for over a year. Investigate this. Why are these patterns here?
Starting point is 00:45:31 And really all it would take is is the beginnings. I mean, this is the same type of data that was used in the January 6th event. They were certainly very good about rushing to de-anonymize those pings and track all of that. Let's see some parity on the side of elections. There was wanton abuse in this cycle, and we've got to get to the bottom of it, because if we don't fix this in 2020, which was outrageous. When you look at the way the numbers add up, outrageous. And if we don't get a handle on this, we are destined to repeat it in 22 and 24. Can I ask you a really simple question? So why wouldn't Congress just pass a law that says elections are run by the government that we all pay for and we hope and civil service rules,
Starting point is 00:46:19 we hope keep it nonpartisan? Why don't we just ban any involvement from any politically oriented nonprofit in the mechanics of voting? Like left or right, why is that hard? Why should Mark Zuckerberg get to control the mechanics of an election? What is that? That's crazy. Well, it is. And you're seeing states now push back and say no more private money into elections. They're removing drop boxes.
Starting point is 00:46:45 There are some positive steps being made. But many of these temporary changes that were put in place because of the pandemic, those are now codified. So it's the new normal unless you're still. state is pushing back. And, you know, states need to run elections. No question about it. But they need to run those elections constitutionally. And that's the missing link that began to emerge in 2020. So what, you know, no matter what the Constitution says, they're going to do what they want to do through lawfare and through consent decrees and through fiat. So if Americans don't wake up and recognize that this is what's happening, that there is an abuse of process, I mean, we are
Starting point is 00:47:28 we are careening to a really ugly place. I mean, it was 2020. Based upon our data, 2020 is beyond question. That outcome would have been different. Last question. I haven't heard a single Republican office holder, certainly in the Senate,
Starting point is 00:47:46 say we cannot allow left-wing billionaires to control the mechanics of voting. That doesn't seem like a controversial statement to me. That just seems like something that I think would surprise most people that it's even possible to be true. Why hasn't any senators said that? Are they so intimidated by insurrectionist claims that they can't say that out loud? You know, there needs to be a lot more being said about a lot of things.
Starting point is 00:48:11 I don't know. What I do know is that America's instinct was right. And even though a lot of the puzzle pieces weren't in place early on in 2020, coming now into 2021 and into 2022, the picture is becoming clearer. The subversion was in fact real. And we've got to take it seriously because it's not going to correct itself.
