and welcome to Investigator's podcast.
I'm your host Chad alongside my beautiful wife, Sherry.
On tonight's episode, we're going to be talking about a fourth Trump assassination attempt,
or was this one big setup?
Vin Miller, the quote-unquote suspect in the case,
has come forward and released a video saying exactly what happened that day.
This comes after mainstream media, Riverside County Sheriff's Department,
all said that they stopped a fourth Trump assassination attempt.
And is this all a lie?
There are some conspiracies around this make notes.
mistake. We had Mindy Robinson, which is actually a partner with Vim Miller in AmericaHappens.com.
They actually have a network and they work in a lot of documentaries and other things.
Some of you might remember actually Mindy Robinson.
We used her content for the Las Vegas shooting.
She actually did an amazing job with the documentary of the Harvest Route 91 Music Festival
shooting.
And it was very surprising to me when I saw that she was connected to Vim Miller because I know,
Mindy Robertson and her take on politics and the fact that she is definitely America first,
for sure, pro-Trump.
And then I was like, she's a partner with the guy.
They're saying, tried to kill Trump.
And I'm just telling you, when I heard it was Ben Miller and he didn't have a middle name,
I knew there was no way.
Yeah, I know, right?
Yeah, exactly.
Because every assassinator always has a middle name.
Yeah, exactly.
I mean, there's always something, some cool name.
This guy looked too normal.
And of course, like I said, he has come out with a video, which we will go over.
on this show.
Welcome to the show, guys.
It is October 14th, 2024, just about 6 p.m.
here on the east coast of the United States.
And in case you didn't know, we're only 21 days away from the 2024 presidential
election that is going to be held on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024.
Things just keep getting weirder.
I'm telling you.
And listen, when I first heard about this, I was like, well, not a surprise.
I mean, we're like 21 days out.
How many more assassination?
attempts will there be between now and then?
I don't know, but there's a lot to talk about with this, guys.
There are definitely some conspiracies.
Some people have said, including Mindy herself, that Vim had broke a massive story leading up to
all of this.
And some people think that maybe they were trying to put him away to get him out of the limelight.
But you also have Biden coming out and threatening Iran saying, Iran, if you even think
about trying to kill Donald Trump before this election, then we will be at all out war with
you. Do you really think the Biden administration cares so much about Donald Trump's life? Or do you
think maybe they're going to kill two birds of one stolen being Iran and Trump? And Israel.
Because he said, don't do it. And they're doing it. Yeah, exactly. So, so guys, welcome to show.
It has been so hectic lately. I will say that. We have been back and forth from the mountains of
Western North Carolina. Obviously, if you guys have been listening to our show the past couple of weeks,
we have extensively talked about Hurricane Helene.
We were going to do an episode on Milton just because of all of the stuff that came
out about that politically.
But we have been up in the mountains of Western North Carolina, mostly helping my family
and my mom trying to get debris cleared.
They come back to their house after, you know, finally being able to leave their property.
After about five, six or seven days without power, they did make their way down to the coast
of South Carolina.
And then when they thought everything was good and they believe they had power,
They came back.
And when they came back, they had partial power.
There were appliances blown.
It was a nightmare.
And my mom is like 76 years old.
My stepdad is 84, I believe.
And so they're not obviously in the best health.
My mom's had cancer.
She has COPD.
There's a lot of stuff going on there.
But we have been just back and forth.
And it's just been extremely, I guess you can say, frustrating.
And there's just been a lot going on.
Well, we've been on it an emotional.
roller coaster with this whole thing. So I'm not going to lie. I have cried quite a bit in the last two days. And,
you know, I'm just trying to be upbeat because that's what we're supposed to do on this podcast.
I want to be a happy person. But I'm going to say deep down inside, I have a like a knot in my throat right now where I just want to cry.
Yeah. And, you know, sometimes it's just human. You just feel these feelings and you got to let them be and,
you know, go with it. Yeah. Yeah. It's very interesting. And there's a lot more that's been going on too that we've
kind of been working on involved with and just all of this stuff kind of in the background as
well that you guys don't know about but just what I will say is if you're a prayer if you are prayer
warriors or you're someone that prays for people please do pray for us and everyone affected by
helene and everyone that's still affected by the way there's western north klan has still devastated
there are so many people still missing and I think there's a lot of lies going on I think there's a lot
of politics going on potentially tomorrow we're going to talk about a new story that has
recently come out about militias that are hunting,
FEMA in the mountains of Western North Carolina, I believe it's all a complete lie and conspiracy.
And we'll talk about that probably tomorrow.
So stay tuned unless something crazy happens between now and then.
But before we get into the show, I do want to say, please go follow us over on X.
X is our main platform.
That is the freedom of speech platform.
That is what we trust the most.
We obviously do have a Facebook.
We do have an X.
But I mean, not an X, but on Instagram.
But both of those platforms, they shadow ban basically anything.
unless we post a picture of a puppy or a kitten or us, you're not probably going to see it.
And over on X, we constantly post there.
We literally were just talking yesterday about these nine earthquakes that happened in South Carolina over to past 24 hours.
And that post is blowing up right now.
And we're consistently posting there.
We are just as engaged over there as we are here.
And there will be many things that we discuss or talk about over on X that maybe never gets to the podcast.
So if you do not have an X account, I do suggest you go and get one.
Also, just another quick note.
If you want to email us, our email is Investigate Earth Podcast at protonmel.com.
I wanted to point that out because I believe the email that is still in our RSS feed for some reason is the old email address.
So this is USA Today.
This is 22 hours ago.
It says what we know about Vim Miller charged with gun possession near the Trump rally.
It says a Las Vegas man was arrested with loaded fire.
firearms, multiple passports bearing different names, and an unregistered vehicle at a checkpoint
ahead of a rally by former President Donald Trump in Southern California on Saturday.
Officials said, Vim Miller 49, was stopped by deputies assigned to Trump's rally at a checkpoint
in Coachella Valley and found to be carrying a shotgun, a loaded handgun, and a high-capacity
magazine authorities said.
Trump was never in danger, the Secret Service to FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office
said in a joint statement.
Now, the arrest comes after two assassination attempts against Trump and Republican presidential nominee,
and Ryan Wesley Ralph was charged in September with attempting to assassinate Trump after he was found with a high-powered rifle outside of Trump International Golf Club in Palm Beach.
Ralph has pleaded not guilty.
And Trump narrowly escaped death when he was shot in the ear by Thomas Matthew Crooks on July 13th at a rally near Butler, Pennsylvania.
one attendee Corey Comparatory was killed and two others were critically injured.
Secret Service counter-sniper agents killed crooks.
So that is the official story from USA Today.
Now, they say who has been Miller?
Well, Miller is a registered Republican who holds a master's degree from the University of California,
Los Angeles, according to Southern California News Group.
He ran for state assembly in Nevada in 2022, but lost his primary.
In 2022, Miller told the Las Vegas.
Vegas Review Journal that he was running for office because the country has been taken over
by tyranny.
Miller also said he would focus on alleged voter fraud, the review journal reported.
Miller, a film and TV industry professional, host a podcast called Blood Money on the
America Happens Network.
Miller is the founder of the network.
The podcast focuses on topics of corruption, controversy, and conspiracy.
Topics the mainstream media will not touch, the podcast webpage said.
Now, Riverside County Sheriff, Chad Bianco, on Sunday, said Miller's vehicle was unregistered and had a homemade license plate, a practice used by members of the far-right sovereign citizen movement.
So with that being said, I want to go ahead and get into the initial press conference from Chad Bianco of Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
He is the sheriff there.
And so I want you to hear what everyone started to hear as the reports were coming out about a potential, and I say fourth assassination, because it is.
is, we'll get in that later. But here is what Chad Bianco from Riverside County had to say
once the news came out.
Good afternoon. Thank you all for coming here today. I am Chad Bianco. I'm the sheriff of Riverside
County. And we are obviously here to talk about an incident that occurred yesterday at
the rally that former President Trump had in Coachella. Yesterday afternoon before
former President Trump arrived to the rally, we
made contact to an individual on the inner perimeter of our operation at the rally. As you can
imagine, this was a very large event in regard to previous attempts on the former president's
life. This was not something that we were taking lightly. We had a very detailed plan in place
on how we were going to keep not only the former president safe, but all of the participants
or the attendees of the rally safe.
In general terms, I will tell you that we had a larger outside perimeter and then an inside
perimeter that was completely controlled by us, by Riverside County Sheriff's deputies,
and both of them served different purposes.
Only people that were allowed with the inside the perimeter, the outside perimeter,
in a vehicle was if you lived there or if you had documentation that said you were going to this
rally. He approached the outside perimeter, gave all indications that he belonged there, that he
was a participant that was allowed to get into VIP and a press corps, and so he was allowed
through that outer perimeter. As he got to the inside perimeter where deputies were conducting
obviously a more thorough evaluation of the vehicles that were coming in.
There were many irregularities that popped up.
The deputy noticed that the interior of the vehicle was in quite disarray.
The vehicle had an obviously fake license plate, and that prompted further investigation
from our deputy into why the person was there and what he was doing.
During that investigation, the deputy of the deputy of the person,
eventually found multiple passports with multiple names, multiple driver's license with different
names.
The vehicle was unregistered, and the license plate was what we in law enforcement would recognize
as one that is homemade and indicative of a group of individuals that claim to be sovereign
citizens.
And assuming the deputy assumes that he was part of that idea.
identifying group. So during the investigation, obviously, those identification documents were found
in addition to a loaded handgun and a shotgun.
Obviously, this was before the former president arrived. The person was taken into custody.
He was eventually booked into jail on those charges, and eventually he was released.
he will have to further his court case in the future.
Right now, we are actively engaged in working with Secret Service and the FBI to ensure that
this person is followed up on and all of the information that they can gather.
I can tell you that from my perspective, from a state law enforcement agency's perspective,
the firearms charges is what we arrested him for and booked him on.
Anything further will come from the federal government.
And quite frankly, I don't know if we will be a part of that.
We will certainly be a part of that investigation and cooperating with them.
But those charges, if any, will come from them.
They will not come from us.
All right.
So that was Chad Bianco talking about what they witnessed when they approached Amendment Miller
and had contact with him.
Now, obviously, there's some weird things here.
I mean, there's just, it didn't make sense from the very outset of this.
This guy apparently had press credentials at least to get him to the second tier of the checkpoint.
Once they got to the second tier of the checkpoint, the sheriff says, hey, he had a fake license plate.
He had what many would refer to this as sovereign citizens.
And oftentimes sovereign citizens will, you know, basically make sure.
if they license plate or have no license plate at all by saying that they can travel unmolested
by any forces, including law enforcement.
That is something constitutionally that has been debated and speculated back and forth
for a very long time, especially if you kind of read the constitution, how all that works.
Nonetheless, it was just very interesting that whole situation.
Yeah, and it was just interesting too.
He said that he had multiple license, driver's licenses and passports.
and if he was really attempting to kill Donald Trump, why did they book him and release him
and only charge him for firearm charges?
Yeah.
Well, Mindy actually commented on this.
She said, I talked to Vim Miller last night.
The man falsely accused of being Trump's third assassination attempt, and my friend and business partner for America happens.
She said Vim had valid passes to get in that parts a total lie.
They were given to him by the head of Nevada GOP, who's a total douchebag.
but clearly someone capable of procuring them.
Vim's only crime was not understanding that the guns he legally purchased and carried where he lived in Nevada are all illegal in California for multiple stupid reasons, although the fact that the magazine needs to be transported separate from the physical gun itself, render it completely useless to ever defend yourself in a carjacking attempt or etc.
Thinking he was doing the right thing, he declared these weapons to authorities on arrival, which many people would not do, but he had.
had done dozens of other times in states that weren't comiformia, as she says, or
comifornia, that led to them wanting to check the serial numbers to make sure they ran back
to him.
And of course, everything is illegal in California.
So he ended up getting booked and given a ticket.
That's essentially what happened.
But why did mainstream media run so heavily with this theory that he was a potential
Trump assassin?
That's the question.
We don't know.
Sherry, did you have something else?
Yeah, I was just going to say, it's so.
funny that they will book somebody with these firearm charges and yet they let people go
and rob CVS's and Walgreens and just watch them go in, go out, take your stuff.
That's it.
But why, I mean, this is what I was going to tell you.
If we went to a Trump rally, Chad, we always travel in our truck, SUV, cars, whatever, right?
What do we always travel with?
Well, we always have guns with us.
We always have guns.
And you always say, oh, if we're going through a border from a state to a state and the state laws are different.
You got to know those laws.
You got to know them.
And like one state says you can conceal carry.
And one says you have to have it out in the open.
Yeah.
Like North Carolina, South Carolina, you know, we have a constitutional carry amendment in South Carolina now to where you can carry the weapon, whether it be concealed or, you know, unconsilled or openly carry it.
that it just recently passed just this past year.
But in North Carolina, it has to be openly carried.
You cannot conceal it because if you make the mistake and you travel from South Carolina
where you can conceal it lawfully, even without a concealed weapons permit, and then travel
into North Carolina and it's concealed and you get pulled over and then you don't have a
concealed carry permit.
You're screwed.
You're probably going to jail.
And, you know, a lot of times we're like, oh, my gosh, we almost forgot.
We got to take it out of the glove compartment and put it out where people can see it.
Yeah.
You know, it's just things like that.
And I think about this Van Miller guy, it sounds like he travels with weapons wherever he goes.
He just maybe didn't know the law that you're not supposed to.
What it sounds like is he had the weapons ready to go, right?
For sure.
I mean, yeah.
But I mean, why would you travel with weapons that are not ready to go?
Right.
That makes almost no sense.
But if you're going into California, you should absolutely know that they are literally a communist state.
and they are anti-gun in all aspects, unless you're a criminal and then they're pro-gun
and pro-ro-robin and pro-looting and pro-everything else.
You are not allowed to be a lawful, law-abiding citizen and have weapons in California,
just like Chicago.
But if you are a criminal or in illegal or whatever, then you are absolutely allowed to do
whatever you want to do, and they will even protect you.
In some cases, they will even create bail funds to get you out.
and Kamala might even support those bell funds.
So I want to get to Vim Miller's response to this.
And we're going to break this down, talk about this.
And there is some conspiracy around this.
But we got to get to at the very least his response.
You've heard Chad Bianca from Riverside County, California.
And let's get to Vim Miller now.
And what he says about what really happened that day, which was just two days ago in Coachella.
Here you go.
All right, guys.
So this is Van Miller of the America Happens Network.
I'm releasing this statement because of the false information that is currently being released
by the police department, I believe, of Palm Desert, Indio, Coachella, and the Riverside County.
And I will state that what I'm about to tell you is 100% true and accurate.
The body cams and the surveillance footage in the police station.
as well as all the evidence at hand will reflect that indeed what I'm saying is 100% true and accurate.
I'm choosing to do it this way because, frankly, I've gotten, I don't know, 100 calls in the last two hours, hour and a half since these false and defamatory statements have been released by the police authorities in this region.
You know, let me start off by saying this.
So my name is Van Miller.
I am one of the partners at the America Happens Network, which is AmericaHappens.com.
I always knew we were going to go viral in a very big way.
And some of our stories and exposés have been going viral,
but I never thought that the most explosive story would involve myself
and the false statements that are currently circulating across the internet.
I'm currently in a cheap motel room, and I'll explain why I'm in the cheap motel room in a second.
So I run the America Happens Network with my partners, and as a part of that, we've been
integrally involved in our passion, which is protection of our constitutional rights, including
freedom of press, freedom of speech, second amendment, and while the constitution in its
entirety is near and dear to our heart, that is our primary agenda. While we are currently,
and we have been, for close to eight years, staunch supporters of President Donald's,
Donald Trump, we don't align ourselves with any political party, except for one that supports
our freedoms, our constitutional rights, our medical freedoms, and gets rid of the tyranny of corrupt
politicians that is plaguing our nation.
So to be very clear, that is our number one agenda.
In that, the president, President Donald Trump has been near and dear to our hearts, because
He's one of the only individuals that I've seen have the courage to actually stand up to this tyranny against we the people.
In 2022, I ran for office in Nevada as a Republican.
Since 2000, I've been involved in the Republican Party in Nevada.
I'm a Trump caucus captain.
I've collected votes for Donald Trump, and I'm also a Trump team leader.
It is with that that I decided to come to Coachella after receiving a special invitation from members of the Nevada Republican Party.
I was scheduled to drive from Los Angeles to Coachella, where I arrived at 3 p.m. on October 12, 2024.
At 3 p.m. once I arrived to Coachella, I was told to go towards a special entrance where there's parking.
Prior to entering the parking lot area, I did what I always do, which is that, and there's much evidence of this, if you ask around Nevada police officers, well, I will fully transparently let them know that in the trunk of my car, I carry two firearms.
One is a Glock, one is a shotgun.
And these two firearms that I carry with me are simply for protection.
Because what happened in 2022, which again is verifiable, is that once we started producing a lot of content for the America Happens Network, content that focuses on basically peeling back on this tyranny, returning power to we the people, returning our constitutional rights, and most dear to my heart, freedom of press, because I have.
I've been a member of the media since 1994.
I have a long history as a director, producer, executive producer.
That topic became very important to me because I got to see the inner workings of how the media works.
And after being in this industry for close to 30 years, I did not like what I was seeing.
I did not like the censorship.
I did not like the propaganda.
I did not like any of this nonsense.
And so first I had launched America Happens, and I like to give you guys a little bit of background history, all that is verifiable.
I first launched America Happens as a response, I guess you could say, of what I call cancel culture 1.0, even though I don't think it is 1.0 because cancel culture dates far further back than 2001, which is when I came up with the America Happens Network concept.
And essentially, it was very concerning to me, things like the Patriot Act, things like this, you know, the overseas wars, our soldiers going out there.
I interviewed a lot of soldiers that came back with PTSD.
Their lives and minds ruined because, like I've said, I've been producing content, documentaries, music videos, commercials, TV shows, you name it, since 1994.
And so in response to this cancel culture, in response to our oppression of speech, I first thought about this concept in 2001.
In 2007, our first piece went viral on MySpace.
And I was interviewed by the young Turks about it out of all these groups.
And I have to admit that earlier on, I was more of a Democrat having been raised in L.A. and Hollywood.
and frankly, I will admit that I simply was not well-educated at that juncture.
My eyes were not open to what was going on.
My reaction to the cancel culture 1.0 era of George W. Bush really caused me to think,
oh, the Democrats are, you know, the good guys.
They're the ones that are going to, you know, kind of not oppress our speech, you know,
and then Barack Obama came by with hope and all that stuff.
And at that time, I thought, you know, he might be somebody that's going to save us from these policies and cronyism of the George W. Bush administration.
I was also involved during the George W. Bush administration and going to a lot of the Iraq War peace rallies, marches, Occupy Wall Street.
And really, at that time, I was filming content, sharing it on platforms.
frankly that are no longer around.
But the evidence of that exists that as of 2007, the America Happens brand was officially
on record as having been coined.
And I was on the Young Church discussing one of our first episodes of content.
And from there came my political awakening around.
All right.
So we're going to pause this just for a second because I want to get into a couple of things.
Number one, he's talking about Second Amendment and what he stands for so heavily on.
And, you know, going back to where he's talking about originally, he was a Democrat.
And especially during the Bush administration, when you saw what was happening with the wars and the Patriot Act after 9-11.
And, you know, they said, hey, because of 9-11 and because this happened, then we have to create what is called the Patriot Act.
And for those that do not know what the Patriot Act is, it was supposedly to protect you from terror, the American citizens.
We're going to go after terror.
but because we're going to go after terror, we need to invade your lives even further.
We need to have the big brother aspect of government on everything you do.
And you guys should not rebuke this or go against this.
You should be open arms about us, you know, monitoring phone calls and emails and messages
and all these things.
And they got all these big tech companies involved with this.
They went to the big tech companies.
and I said, hey, look, you're all Democrats, right?
This is Silicon Valley.
And you guys don't want war or terror or any of that stuff.
And you don't want us in war.
So we need the Patriot Act.
And what the Patriot Act really did and what, in my opinion, I think the Patriot Act really
started setting up not just the spying from the government on American people, but it also
started setting up censorship in so many different ways.
Oh, yeah.
You're so right.
So if you were a Democrat back during the Bush administration and even, you know,
know, especially the Bush administration when you had the wars that was going on Iraq.
And then even the first Bush, Bush Sr., where it was the Iraq war that happened,
the Gulf War.
That was back in, what, 91?
And so you started seeing all these people.
And he's talking about, you know, we saw all these soldiers going over and fighting and
many died and many came home with PTSD and ruined their entire lives.
There are still so many soldiers out there today that are homeless.
There are soldiers that want to kill theirself every day.
there are many soldiers that do kill themselves every day.
And it seems like the government let them go to die.
They let them go into a pasture and say, we don't give a shit about you anymore.
Peace out.
But what we did get from your war that we have had over in Iraq and Afghanistan is we got this
Patriot Act, which we just want to protect you guys.
That's all it is.
Hey, we're the government.
We're here to help.
You know, it's just like the old phrase.
Don't ever believe that.
Yes.
And when Obama came around,
It was a breath of fresh air.
We're like, oh, this guy really cares about the people of America.
He really once was best for us, you know.
And you had Mitt Romney, which was kind of like his, his, you know, opposition.
And Mitt Romney looked like a POS, almost like another Gavin Newsom.
Exactly.
And I thought, you know, I'm going to be honest.
I voted for Obama his first term because I thought he was there.
He meant what he was saying.
He was there for the people.
And at the time, the Patriot Act was invading our privacy, which is our constitutional right.
Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah.
And I thought that was going to change when Obama came in.
But actually, it just went to crap.
Yeah.
And listen, this was all a system.
I mean, there's a reason guys and girls that we have people like Bush and all these Republicans and Obama and some of these others that are against Trump.
They want to either endorse Kamala Harris or this regime.
and I say regime in a very negative, condescending way.
I say regime like you would say regime that is in China or North Korea.
And this is all a system.
And that's why Vim Miller, I will give you credit for saying that, yes, although we have
been Stott's reporters of Donald Trump, we are not necessarily for a particular party.
And you can't be.
And that's something that I believe that, you know, although often times on this show,
it sounds like, hey, we're Republican, we're conservative.
But the reality of what it is is that we have to be pro-constitution.
We have to be pro-American rights, pro the rights of the people.
And unfortunately, every single day, every single election, we are getting those rights
stripped away.
And there's a reason why there are certain politicians or especially presidents that
come into power that go against that system.
They buck the system.
like JFK, like Donald Trump, like Reagan did.
And when you have these people that buck the system, which is a system of control,
power, manipulation, propaganda, this is why they want to weed those people out,
whether it be by executing them, by putting them in prison, whatever they can do,
they do the exact same thing.
They mirror the exact same thing that countries like North Korea and China do.
And so this guy talking about he was invited by the Nevada Republican Party.
he told police that he was carrying the firearms in his truck or in his trunk.
Yeah.
And so this is where we're at right now.
But one of the things that really, I guess, he's saying turned him away from the Democrat
party is when he started seeing that Democrats were starting to be pro-war,
you know, pro-censorship, pro-anti-rights, pro-anti-your rights.
That's when he started to say, hey, I got to do something a little different.
I got to switch my thinking.
Yeah, Chad, you talk so much that you take all.
my points away.
Oh, my bad.
I'm sorry.
Because I was going to say, I am guilty of saying I am a Republican.
I'm pro, you know, our First Amendment right or Second Amendment rights, all of our amendments,
the Constitution.
I'm pro all of that.
I want it to be for the people, by the people, not for the government.
That's how I believe.
And so whatever that means I am, that's what I am.
But you're right.
That's what he was, you know, when he was talking already, he's talking about freedom
of speech, Second Amendment rights, tyranny.
Those are important words to remember.
Yeah.
And that's what he's fighting against.
And used to Democrats used to be the ones fighting for that, I mean, not for it, but against
that, right?
The tyranny, fighting for your constitutional rights or their constitutional rights,
fighting against wars.
And now you have a Democratic Party and a movement that is basically fighting for all
the things they used to fight against.
And it's not that so many of these Democrats have moved so far right.
There's a lot of Democrats that have stayed exactly where they were.
It's just the left has moved so far left.
And don't get me wrong, there are definitely people on the right that have moved far right.
And there are people on the right for sure that our POS is just like people on the left.
I think we have witnessed that time and time again over the past couple years.
But let's get into some more of what he has to say.
2015, 2016, I started becoming very fond of our former President Trump because I saw him as somebody that was tough and willing to stand up against this nonsense.
And I'll be honest with you, I paid a very, very steep price for that, very steep price because I left Hollywood where I was making a six-figure salary to essentially produce.
content on a dime that exposes what is happening in our country, how our officials abuse their power
for their own financial gain of how they want to oppress speech and other freedoms in order
to enrich themselves. And so, you know, I would say that by 2018, I was all in with Trump.
what he was doing and the direction he was taking this country.
That man inspired me to have the courage.
And I thanked our former president and hopefully future president
for being man enough to stand up and show what courage looks like.
And so in 2020, I relaunched the America Happens Network,
which was docile pretty much since 2008 because I had foolishly drank the Barack Obama
Kool-Aid and thought that his words of hope and change meant, you know, hope for a non-military
industrial complex dominated world.
And I thought change meant changing those policies that had resulted in our natural and financial
resources being depleted, inflation, things like Occupy Wall Street.
And unfortunately, I was wrong about Mr. Barack Obama because his presidency proved that the
hope and change he was talking about is not the hope and change we're talking about.
And the specificity of somebody like Trump, as opposed to using these like esoteric words or
whatever you call it, you know, these kind of blanket statements that, you know, hope and change
could mean a lot of things, and apparently change meant change to divisiveness under Obama,
I believe that President Donald Trump would take us out of this nonsense. One second, I've got to get
water. And so, and so, in 2022, inspired by the work of President Trump and his courage,
I ran for office in Nevada.
And funny enough, you know, as a candidate that really was an unknown entity,
I went and knocked on doors nonstop.
I think if people look at my campaign sidekick and also campaign 360,
both apps that I use, it will be verifiable that I knocked on close to anywhere between 60.
thousand plus doors, I would say, up to 10,000. I haven't looked at the statistics, but I made
quite a name for myself for my perseverance and dedication. And lo and behold, I was running against
two well-known candidates. One was supported by the who was at that point the incumbent leaving
office because he had served his last term. And another individual that ran for office, both that
had much deeper pockets and much more name recognition than myself. I was successful in garnering
about 22% of the vote in an area when 31% was a winning margin. I did not win, but I think I ran
a very respectful and credible campaign, because as an unknown entity going up against these
two much, much better known candidates, I should have not gone 22% of the vote.
vote. That was actually a very surprising amount and had me within striking range of the win.
And I believe that really it was my lack of finances. You know, now I've understood the importance
of postcards and how important they are to, you know, getting to the elderly who do not necessarily
do the social media thing, do not do the digital thing. And frankly, I just didn't, I had great
supporters and I thank these supporters who I'm sure are going to see this. You know who you are.
I don't know if you want your name mentioned in this, at this juncture, but I thank you for your support.
And frankly, it was just because I hadn't raised enough money to do three, four cycles of postcards, which I believe would have secured eight to nine percent of the elderly vote and got me within winning that, you know?
Purely the work that I did was knocking on doors.
And so after this running for office, I put all my energies to the America Happens Network,
for which I was already producing content at that juncture, most primarily my blood money podcast,
which I believe we started in 21 and the America Happens documentary series,
which started around the mid-2000s, dating back to 2005, verifiable from the interview I did with the young church
talking about the America Happens Network and our first episode of content, which went viral on MySpace
at the time. And so after running for office, I put all my energies to the America Happens Network.
And the goal of the America Happens Network was to create essentially a network that would be
the 2.0 to the 1.0 version that I felt was deeply flawed for the reasons that I've already stated.
And so in putting all our energies in this, and I speak about my partners in the company as well,
who have been nothing but an inspiration to me, who have provided me with support I just never had in terms of being a truth teller,
being a truth seeker while I was working as a Hollywood producer.
And so we started putting all our energies in this.
America Happens Network.
We've launched thus far 14 shows.
Really the goal of the America Happens Network is to redefine
what a network can be in what I call America 2.0.
And America 2.0 is the restoration of our constitutional rights,
freedom oppressed, true freedom oppressed,
not propaganda machine freedom of press, but true freedom of press.
And so in putting all our energies, we've produced 14 different shows,
and I will get to the controversy that currently exists.
I need to get this background story, so you understand where I'm coming from.
And again, everything that I've stated is verifiable.
In launching, you know, or relaunching this America Happens Network,
We started creating essentially a big puzzle board, I guess you could say, where every piece of the puzzle presents a different approach to media.
This includes my Blood Money podcast.
This includes the America Happens documentary series where every episode we expose what is really happening out there.
We give voices to people that have been voiceless that have been ignored by the mainstream media.
This includes the conspiracy truths, documentary series that Mindy Robinson does, my business partner.
She did the Route 91 documentary, which exposes the cover-up of the Las Vegas mass shooting.
A story that is still alive, and I heard two weeks ago that Ron DeSantis made a statement that, you know,
we never figured out what happened in Las Vegas with that shooting.
And that's why he wanted to research and investigate the Trump assassination attempt because he didn't trust the given authorities to do it properly.
And I credit the amazing, talented and wonderful Mindy Robinson for keeping that story alive.
And a little bit of background on, you know, why I think Mindy's so great as a Hollywood producer
and knowing how much money content takes to produce and knowing the ungodly amounts of money that they spent.
And by the way, if you research me again, you will find that I was a music video director between,
well, professional music video director between 2001 and 2008, having directed music videos for people like DMX,
where the hood at, John Mayors say, you know, about 100 music videos.
Work with John, you know, what do you call it, Trey Songs, worked with, believe it
or not Jerry Seinfeld for the B-movie music video.
Work with individuals like Chris Brown.
Did live shows with rock bands like Guns and Roses.
Then I started in 2008 creating and selling TV shows.
for networks like A&E, History Channel Discovery, True TV, MTV, Netflix.
And again, I have contracts and paperwork to verify everything I've said is accurate and true.
And that's more or less my background.
But now in 2022, we start producing all these different shows, including another show,
A&N News Live, Uncensored News, which Corinne Clifford heads.
including H&M Music, which is a top five Tiara-like countdown for music videos having to do with not negative things, you know,
and it's not necessarily Christian-based music videos, but music videos that are essentially thoughtful and my version of what I call, you know,
there's the social justice word has been bastardized, and it's my version.
That's what we're doing with age and music top five countdown.
is to simply present these uplifting voices,
some of it's wholesome, some of it's more about just talking about what's really happening out there.
And really avoiding all the promiscuous drugs and nonsense for music videos
that I had to really torture myself writing concepts to,
hearing these foul lyrics, hearing these poisonous lyrics that poison our children,
put bad thoughts in their heads about drugs and, you know,
drinking pharmaceuticals and getting hot,
I mean, I know which artists, you know, that I'm referring to.
And so that's been the agenda with the H& Music.
So, and beyond that, you know, we've had multiple different shows.
We've had a show called Medicine Cabinet.
We've had a show called Meet the Frontline Doctors.
Both those shows are geared towards showing really the truth that the medical industrial complex tries to hide.
You know, and for example, on those shows, we've had episodes on Ivermectin,
hydroxychloroquine, things that were hidden from us during the COVID, so-called pandemic,
and things that could have been very helpful for our populations,
that unfortunately were given things like remdesivir and, you know, ventilators
that seem to cause nothing but death and carnage.
And interviewing people, like, for example, Scott Schara,
whose daughter was medically murdered, interviewing people like Dr. Peter McCullough, who had the
stats to show that what was happening was destructive to this nation.
And again, you just have to delve into AmericaHappens.com.
Check out the 800 plus pieces of content that we've done, and you will see over and over again
that our agenda was nothing but exposing, revealing, and covering the things that the mainstream
media does not cover.
Right?
So in the spirit of that, I became more involved after 2022 after I ran for office in using documentary, content, and other forms of content and entertainment to really follow this agenda of building the network 2.0 for America 2.0, which is really what I'm hoping, our former president and hopefully future president,
are we're going to pause here just for a second to discuss some of this is what he's saying now
some of you might be thinking why do we need to hear all this right why do we got to hear what he's
done and where he's been and all this stuff we already talked about that he once was a democrat
and basically left the what many called the democrat plantation but you think about this he was
involved in music videos a big time executive producer producer producer director i guess on some
of these things as well also did live shows for many of the rap artists and
the biggest names in the game.
And as we've talked about in the show as well, you know, when you have the, we just recently
did a Diddy series.
We've done what three episodes on that now.
And thinking about who is actually involved in creating the rap music that we hear today.
And we definitely heard during the 90s and early 2000s and still today as far as the gangster
rap, the CIA that many people believe created that industry.
And, you know, so he was a part of that system and CNA.
I got to figure out ways to produce.
this and and show what they're actually speaking about.
And obviously, if you're in that game, that's a tough game to be in.
If you're one of those people that are not necessarily for all of that.
Yeah.
And I think in the beginning, he was in that game and he was producing music for big names,
like big names.
He said all the names.
But then he started doing HN music, which was more uplifting.
He said it wasn't necessarily Christian, but it was uplifting music.
And he was promoting music.
that means something to what's going on in today's society.
Yeah,
you know,
I almost think,
yeah,
Tom McDonald or people like that are,
what's his name?
Loza.
Loza.
People like that that sing about what's going on in today's world.
This is the kind of music he was promoting.
And it all goes back to,
you know,
what he stands by,
seeking the truth,
finding the truth,
not getting censored.
freedom of speech, all of it.
Yeah, he kind of converted, right.
Like I said, he kind of got off the Democrat plantation, as many people call it.
He drank the Obama Kool-Aid.
Yeah, I love that because I did too.
Yeah, and, you know, he thought that maybe Obama by saying, hey, we're going to have change,
is a change in away from military-industrial complex from what we have seen for so many years.
And he believed that.
And yet, I did too.
If you know anything about Obama, Obama during his term, killed more people with drones alone than I believe any present history.
This guy, if you want to actually prosecute people for genocidal crimes, more than likely, you can start with Obama.
I'm definitely sure you can probably also go to Bush and many other presidents.
Right.
So that was overseas, but I think he was talking about more in America.
That's when America really started dividing is during the Obama term.
Yeah.
And so what he envisioned was America 2.0, the true freedom of expression, the true freedom of press, the take back of.
our rights movement.
That was something he was heavily in.
And then as he starts talking about Mindy Robinson and how she has kept the story of the
Las Vegas Route 91 Harvest Music Festival, shootings alive, which we did use her documentary
on our series.
And we discussed and talked about it deeply.
Mindy did an amazing job on that.
And, you know, I believe there's been others that have talked about the Route 91
music festival.
But there's still more unanswered questions.
I would say 90% of the things, we don't know.
know about what happened in Las Vegas, then we do.
And so if you started thinking about kind of Vim Miller, who he's involved with,
some of the documentaries they have done and exposed truth on some of these things,
especially Las Vegas shooting.
Even as he talked about, you know, Ron DeSantis even mentioned Las Vegas.
We don't really know what happened in that shooting.
This was after the second Trump assassination attempt with this guy that was in a Florida
golf course.
even, you know, governors such as DeSantis is starting to wake up and realize it's not just people like us that listen to shows like this that are waking up to see just how corrupt things are.
And I'm not saying maybe DeSantis isn't corrupt in some way or shape or form.
I don't know.
Don't haven't seen it.
But I'm just saying there are people out there.
There's a great awakening right now.
And there's also a war against people that are awakening others to the knowledge.
Yeah.
And so a war against them.
because they don't want people to be awakened.
But especially when he was talking about them, medical, industrial complex, we've had Dr.
Peter McCola on our podcast several times.
He obviously had him on too.
So his values, his seeking the truth is the same as what we're going after.
And this is what scares me so much.
He's pretty much doing the same thing that we're doing right now, Chad.
Yeah, well, we've been doing.
And we could be in his shoes.
anytime. Yeah. Well, and it may not just be in this particular case, right? I mean,
they are going to come after everyone that is against what they're trying to propagandize to the
public. And we've seen it. We saw it with Alex Jones. Alex Jones, you know, he had an opinion
on Sandy Hook. You guys can believe or disbelieve anything. But he was not the only one that
had the opinion. He was actually talking about somebody else's opinion. He was. But unfortunately for
Alex Jones, he was the one that has been around predicted so many things for so many years.
He was the fall guy.
And it was almost as if it was a message to anyone that was ever going to try to give an opinion
adversarial to what mainstream media is putting out to say that if you ever go beyond
those boundaries or you ever give your opinion or ever speak out against what the official
story is, then we're going to come after your ass.
We're going to sue you for a billion plus dollars.
we're going to take everything from you.
Alex is still right now facing that with Info Wars.
They're about to shut that down.
Again, they're trying to figure out ways people can buy Info Wars or whatever.
They're doing everything they can to take everyone out of the equation.
And just like there was something that Vim says here in this video where he says, you know,
there's been so many social media platforms we were big on at one point in time.
None of those exist anymore.
And likely that is because people were able to get.
get out messaging on those platforms and the government came along and said, sorry, you're not allowed
to speak about that.
You're not allowed to have this narrative.
You're not allowed to say this story.
And that's why they take away any platform that does not conform with what they're trying
to propagandize people.
And so that's why I say, go to X, go to X, go to X.
At the very least, Elon Musk is a billionaire.
Until they figure out ways to completely destroy everything that Elon Musk has, and they will.
I'm just waiting on it.
I hope not.
They will figure it out.
They're already trying to do it with FCC.
They're trying to do with various other federal regulatory programs to where they're
taking away contracts or they're or they're trying to basically bastardize who Elon Musk is as far
as, you know, talking about.
Elon Musk is just a far right leaning crazy conspiracy theorist that's a moron.
I mean, I used to be a Democrat.
Yeah.
And he's literally one of the small.
artist guys we have in the world today.
Yeah, I think the narrow link is in his brain, actually.
It could be.
I mean, dude has neural link, which I don't necessarily agree with.
But, you know, he has the neuralink thing.
He has Tesla.
He has SpaceX.
He has X.
He has the AI program.
Now he has freaking robots.
There's a lot of things.
There's some things that don't agree with that he's actually part of.
But at the very least, he does have a platform that is trying to offer freedom of speech.
And he paid billions of dollars for this.
And don't you think Mr. Miller is trying to do the same thing?
He's trying to promote freedom of speech.
Yeah.
But I'm still waiting to hear if he responds to the allegations about multiple passports and so on and so forth.
Right.
I want to hear this.
Let's listen to some more of what he has to say.
We'll do is restore America.
Bring back our 2.0 or you could call it 3.0 depending upon how you look on history.
But the idea being that this nonsense and propaganda that's been so destructive to the people, America happens.
The America Happens Network is dedicated to forming the new paradigm for the future of media and what a network could be.
And so throughout this time, I would say in the last four years, I've been to a countless number of Trump rallies and Trump events.
I have been, and this is again verifiable, pretty much this far away from the former president to a point that I could touch him.
I've talked to Don Jr.
I've talked to Eric Trump.
I know a lot of people within the Trump family and the extended family.
And I have been integrally involved.
And again, America happens not a political entity.
I mean, Mindy and I describe ourselves as libertarians to be frank with you.
Much more libertarian than anything else.
But when an individual like President Trump is out there talking
about we the people in protecting our rights.
And sorry, I'm looking at the window, by the way,
because to be honest with you, as you'll find out,
I am worried about my safety right now
and for multiple reasons
because the people that screwed up screwed up hard,
and I'm sure they'd want nothing else
but for me to disappear,
because as you'll find out,
they put themselves in a bit of a pickle, I guess you could say.
So,
full force with America happens,
going to Trump rallies,
covering Trump rallies, being very close with individuals in the Trump extended family, multiple
individuals.
And if I was to guesstimate, and this is again verifiable, I'm sure the Trump campaign has
records of all the guest passes they've issued me, the special passes they've issued me.
I mean, we're talking about potentially, I don't know, 20, 20 something more.
I don't even remember.
All I know is there's been so many occasions where I could literally do.
this and touch the president, he's been so close to me. And the people close to him, pictures
with the people close to him. I mean, you could go on my Instagram, Vem Miller. You could go on my
Twitter, not Vem Miller, called not Vem Miller, because I still haven't had my Vem Miller account
back because apparently I was posting too much medical misinformation and misinformation about the
press. Anybody that wants to watch America Happen series, which there's 10 episodes of,
will find a long history of that dating back to 2007.
Okay?
When I first started doing that.
And then future episodes, you will find that my leanings went from thinking,
oh, the Democrats are the good guys, the Republicans are the bad guys,
because of my experiences under the George W. Bush administration,
to then becoming an adamant and passionate supporter of our former and hopefully future President Donald Trump.
who, by the way, I should note that I met the president on multiple occasions.
First time I met him was the Blade Premier.
I believe it was Blade 2 or Blade 3 in New York City, spoke with him.
He was definitely very cool.
Later on, I worked with a gentleman who was making the president's aircraft an interior company.
and in order to show you that this is also true,
I know that that company is located in a wrong concoma.
I have multiple phone conversations with the individual that runs that company.
I have multiple pieces of evidence that show that I was in business with that gentleman creating a TV show
while he was working on Donald Trump's aircraft.
So, incidentally beyond the presidency cycle,
and interacting with Donald Trump
due to going these events
and interacting with his sons
and his family,
prior to him even running for president,
dating back to 1998,
I've had physical interactions
with President Donald Trump,
which frankly helped me
to have a positive impression of him,
his determination as an individual,
and his talents as a businessman,
especially when you see somebody building
a 740,
or the interior of a 747, and being that close to the former president, who he had to run for office at that time, this was around 2012 or 2011, and which, by the way, I also have a sizzle reel for that show.
It was called Superfly, and it was basically Pimp My Jet.
That was the concept of that, which I shopped around, and frankly, was one of the few TV shows I wasn't able to sell purely because producing a TV show like that would take too long and cost.
too much money. But it was a Cisoril that was looked at very favorably. There was a lot of interest
in that. And again, I could name the individuals that were involved in the interior design
information that I would not have locations that I would not have had I not been
integrally involved in the process of making that TV show called Superfly. And so after going to
multiple Trump rallies. Whenever I'm in a place where there's a Trump rally, I tend to go. This is why I'm
pretty sure that I might even be low-balling the number, you know? I think it's around 20 that I've
been to. It's probably more. Also, I've been to private events involving the president,
involving the president's team like RFK Jr. And so I became a Trump caucus captain as well,
and that's also verifiable.
I went out and got votes for Donald Trump in the primary,
and I'm talking about the primary of 2024,
which is also verifiable.
I became a Trump leader
and got my beautiful Trump team leader t-shirt
just a week ago for the work I've been doing
and supporting our former president.
And so I've been very involved,
and this is why,
now leading to the events of October 12th, 2024.
And I apologize to me 27 minutes to get to this,
but I figure this is the one thing people are actually going to watch
because they don't want to hear my story.
So I felt that since I have your attention,
might as well tell the story as a whole.
And so in 2024, October 12, yeah,
2024 October 12th,
I had a special invite to go.
to the Trump Coachella rally.
As somebody who, due to the content I've produced, around 2022, I started getting multiple
death threats.
Okay?
Until this point, I had never owned a firearm, and these death threats were either
emailed to me with what I would call heinous pictures depicting violence.
Scrabble pieces were mailed to me.
One by one, spelling the word dead.
And so I became concerned.
And many people that are aware that I was getting death threats had seen these
gravel pieces, had knowledge of these death threats.
So in 2022, I went and bought two firearms.
I bought a Glock.
I bought a shotgun.
Until today, it is verifiable and true.
that these guns have never been fired.
I have never been to a shooting range.
That is literal.
I've never been to a shooting range,
and I haven't shot these guns.
But purely for protection, I bought these guns.
And not only am I a novice when it comes to guns,
I guess Ignoramus would be a good way to describe it,
since I've never shot a gun.
I mean, doesn't seem that hard to point and shoot, but I am not a, any, I don't have any experience
working with guns.
And purely for protection, I purchased both these guns.
And so prior to October 12, every time I would go to a Trump rally, and most of these
were in Nevada or states that are certainly not California.
California, I would tell the police officers out of courtesy that, hey, you know, my name is Vam Miller.
I work closely with the Trump campaign and individuals within the Trump campaign.
By the way, Vim Miller, I got to pause just for a second.
I know you have two weapons, which is a Glock and a shotgun, but I just want you to understand that, and I want everybody to understand.
If you buy weapons, please go and shoot them at a range or something because that's a double.
how much crap I've ever seen.
You don't buy a gun and never practice or shoot with it.
You have to know because I'm telling you when we first bought my gun, I had a hard time
doing the shaft.
It's hard.
Yeah, the slide.
The slide.
Yeah, you've got to practice so you know what you're doing.
Yeah, you definitely have to do that for sure.
And, you know, he's like, I didn't figure it would be that hard point.
And shoot.
Now, that may be the case, right?
if you are, you know, using this weapon and it's a very close range type situation.
But even in this case, you know, he had these weapons in his trunk.
If in a carjack in situation or anything that is a right then life and death situation,
you need to have that weapon in your actual readily available space in your vicinity.
And even people that, you know, travel with non, I mean, not even just nonloaded, but one in the chamber.
You know how long it takes you in a life and death situation to actually chamber around in the chamber?
It could be the difference in life and death, right?
So there are some people that still walk around.
There's not one in a chamber.
They feel like they will have time if they need to.
But the reality of that situation, as you never know.
And so I know it probably gives him some peace of mind carrying weapons in the trunk.
To have these weapons in the trunk, but that's not going to help them.
And now the death threat person knows this.
Yeah.
And listen, we've received death threats on this podcast many, many, many times.
We keep them on our person or around our person where we can grab it and go.
Yeah, we've received.
We have stages, right?
If we talk about something very controversial, there will be people that send us messages, emails.
We still have that.
I mean, I usually block them and they'll still try to send us messages even though they're blocked
or emails or whatever the case is.
But guys, if you have a firearm, go learn to shoot it.
And that's going to make you even more comfortable.
And if you have these weapons, you're like, oh, shit, I don't know.
if I actually even know how to fire these weapons.
So he had said he had never had weapons until the 22 death threats.
And then that's when he went out and bought the firearms.
But let's listen to what happened that day.
Just letting you know that in trunk of my car, I have two firearms.
I'm certainly not going to take these firearms into the actual rally location.
And by the way, there's metal detectors and stuff like that.
So it's not like that is even possible.
But I would clearly tell him that I got in the back of the truck.
And the reason I would tell him this is because, God forbid, somebody broke into my truck or something.
I want him to be aware of what was in there.
And it was simply a common courtesy of the police.
Furthermore, for anybody that does research on my 2022 campaign, they will see that I was a staunch supporter of the police.
And I thought all this defund the police nonsense was that, purely that.
It was nonsense, you know?
and my point of you on the topic is it's not a matter of defunding the police, but it's a matter of getting rid of the corrupt police officers, just like it's a matter of getting rid of the corrupt government officials that have played this nation as opposed to defunding anything.
I'm not one for defunding government. I'm not anti-government. I'm not one for defunding the police, but I am definitely one for introducing a much better quality of officials and police officers.
then currently exist.
And this, what happened on October 12th is a prime example of that.
And probably the reason that God put me in that situation
in order to be able to expose really what's going on.
And so every time I've gone to Nevada rally and notified the police,
it's been a non-issue.
They've thanked me for the courtesy of notifying them.
They've said, obviously, you can't take your firearms.
I wouldn't even think of doing such a stupid thing.
and they've been fine.
They've been fine.
And the critical mistake I made is, I guess,
forgetting the location that I was in,
that I was in California.
So I drive up with my special entry pass,
and by the way, they're saying I had a counterfeit pass.
That's a bunch of nonsense.
I could prove that I had a special entry pass
directed to me, sent directly to me
by officials within the Republican Party of Nevada.
I was an actual invitee to that event.
So as I'm driving, there's an area where you enter the parking lot after you pass a sheriff.
I pull up to the sheriff, I say, you know, well, actually, I should take that back.
I'm not 100% sure he was a sheriff.
He was wearing a sheriff vest, but a lot of those individuals were.
And my assumption is that not everybody there was a sheriff.
They were just trying to indicate that they work with the sheriff's department.
And so I drive up to this sheriff and I tell him that, you know, in full transparency, I just want to let you know in the back of my truck.
I got, you know, two lawful firearms, purchased lawfully, registered lawfully.
And I'm just letting you know that that's back there as a courtesy, which is a courtesy that I always do.
That police officer asks me to pull over.
So I pull over and just so everybody's clear out there.
It's not like they found that I had firearms or did an investigation, blah, blah, blah, no.
The body cams and the evidence will expose and reveal that I myself drove up to the sheriff
and gave him the common courtesy and respect of letting him know about the firearms I had in the back of my truck.
At this point, they make me pull over.
A police officer comes to my window.
And what I have to say about this particular moment is that knowing how some police officers
behave, and I'm indicating that they behave in a fashion where they seem to not understand the laws
and the Constitution, I'm usually more armed and alert. But when I was arriving there, I wasn't
feeling well. I was, I have certain health demands, I guess you could say, that require me to
regulate my blood sugar level and also require me to have,
basically my water bottle, which I'll put a couple of different supplements in there,
that whenever I'm having issues and I feel like my blood sugar is all over the place,
I drink some of that stuff and it helps me to regulate it, right?
At this moment, I certainly wasn't feeling great.
I wasn't at my sharpest.
And when this police officer came to my window, I rolled the window down,
and he asked me to get out of my car.
I got out of my car.
He asked me to turn around, put my hands behind my back, which is what I did.
He handcuffed me at that juncture.
I said, why are you handcuffing me?
He said he's doing it for his own protection, which, I mean, we could talk about that topic
as well, because I don't know ever in the history of humankind where there's been an
individual like me that's rolled up and said, I have two firearms in my trunk, clearly
indicating that I'm not there to cause any problems.
I'm not there for anything nefarious, but nonetheless, this police officer felt threatened when he's the one with a firearm right then and there.
But I complied with him.
I complied with him because my impression of most Trump rallies was that the police officers there were respectful of the Constitution and appreciated that I was up front about the lawful firearms within my car.
at this point
they put me in the back
of a police car which is scorching
hot and
frankly I'm feeling faint at this
point and I'm
having difficulty speaking
I've been driving for hours
and frankly I have to go to the bathroom
very badly to a point where it was giving me
a headache and my blood sugar
being off, me being in the back
of that truck or police car
in the scorching heat which was akin to
sauna
was really causing me health problems,
causing me heart palpitations,
causing me breathing issues,
and they just stuck me back there,
closed the door in this sauna-like police car,
and it came to a point where I had to start, like, knocking on,
you know, well, I should say knocking.
I was hitting the door with my feet
because my hands were handcuffed behind my back,
and I'm just like trying to make noise
so that I could get their attention
because I've been inside there for an hour
and if you could imagine with your blood sugar
all over the place, hard palpitating,
being in a sauna-like environment
is not the healthiest situation to be in.
I actually felt like I might faint and be hospitalized
and finally the police officers come there.
I pretty much begged them to get my water
which has two supplements in there
that could have helped my health.
They refuse to because they're like,
what if there's something in there?
and I know what they're trying to indicate is that like they're cyanide or something in there and I'm going to drink some of it and off myself because they were onto this insane theory that I was there to cause harm.
And so they refused me what I needed, which was my medication.
They kept me in the car.
They did turn on the AC after what was hour.
I don't even know.
And it's hard for me to know the exact time.
It could have been an hour.
It could have been an hour and a half.
of this torturous experience, I don't know because frankly I was too lightheaded and I was almost fainting.
When I explained to them what was going on, they said, we could take you to the hospital.
I'm like, rather than take me to hospital, what if you just get me my water?
And they refused to do so.
And they gave me one of the police officers put water in front of my mouth and poured it in there and stuff.
Eventually, they did give me my water bottle, but that was hours later.
So at this juncture, I'm in the back of the truck and I'm demanding from this arresting police officer that I get my one phone call, which he refuses.
He also refuses to tell me what's going on.
He does ask me, well, he does come up to me and say that, and this is again reflected by the body cameras, which we're going to be doing a FOIA request on, where I should say if FOIA demand, there was another.
avenue to this, which is internal affairs report that I was told it was a way to go and
attain those body cam recordings. So what this body cam will expose is that this police officer
came up to me and he basically said that, look, we're not, we just want to make sure your law
firms are properly registered that they're lawfully purchased, you know? I say, sure, I tell them the
exact locations of the firearms. I tell them they're welcome to grab the firearms and I have nothing
to hide. And this was done under the guise of they just need to run cereals to make sure that
this is part of the National Registry and that it is indeed my firearm. Firearms.
Well, next thing these guys do is that they completely ransack everything in my car.
And when I say ransack, I had three suitcases in there, including clothes, including crucial
medication and supplements, including my laptop computer and iPad, camera equipment,
tripods, recording equipment, basically all the equipment I would need in order to produce
content.
And to be very clear, I wasn't there under media.
I was there as a special guest, and I wasn't taking any of that equipment in there
because I was not there as media.
But I had been in Los Angeles prior, and that evidence will show that I had gone from Nevada
to Los Angeles for the purpose of attaining content,
and then I went to Coachella.
So I just happened to have this stuff in my car,
which is all my equipment, hard drives,
and all the things that I've stated.
And so at this juncture,
they go into such forensic detail with tearing my car apart.
There's bomb sniffing dogs.
there. They're looking at the serial numbers. They're opening up everything in my car. I mean,
they're checking the mufflers. They're checking underneath it because obviously they were on this
frankly idiotic notion that I was there to cause harm. And mind you, the right thing I believe to
have been done is when I asked the police officer, hey, I have firearms. And I actually said, like,
when I first drove up there, I said, look, if it's an issue, I could do a U-turn and go away because,
you know, I understand, you know, because I could tell from his reaction that he was,
he wasn't reacting the way our Nevada police would have reacted to, to that sort of comment.
And I said, look, man, I could just turn around and go ahead, man, I don't even need to go to this rally,
you know, but they chose to have me apprehended and arrested, right?
So they ransacked the crap out of my car, and lo and behold, they find absolutely nothing.
I think it was clear that this was an attempt to find incriminating information or evidence upon myself
because carrying a firearm is protected by our Constitution and say they found other, you know, something nefarious in there.
That would clearly be a way to justify what they're doing.
But there was no justification.
During this time, I hear this arresting officer call me a maggot and one of those don't.
Trump people to a female officer, and he didn't know that I had overheard what he said.
And at this point, it becomes very clear that this arresting officers' goal was to make an
example of a Trump supporter, was to persecute a Trump supporter having nothing to do with the law.
That was very clear by his behavior, by how he spoke with me.
and so they tear my car apart and clearly they find nothing.
Then this arresting police officer comes back and says that they're going to throw me in jail
and that they're going to impound my car.
To a truck comes eventually, takes my car with all my equipment, my clothes, my medication.
And this clothes that you're seeing me wear, the jeans that I'm wearing,
I've been wearing for now it's the third day.
After spending half a day or sorry, four hours in a car, at least one to one and a half
hours of which was a sauna.
So you could imagine Coachella, I'm standing outside sweating, I'm inside a car, I'm sweating,
so right now I feel gross to be very clear.
And so they take every.
everything, they impound it.
Okay?
Now, this arresting officer comes up to me and says,
the Secret Service and the FBI want to speak with you.
Okay?
And this is when his narrative started, I guess, falling apart.
Because he told me that, you know, there's a serious situation.
There's been assassination attempts on Trump, blah, blah, blah, blah,
and they're going to investigate this.
They're going to interrogate you, blah, blah, blah, right?
and so now we're about three and a half hours into this ordeal I would approximate.
And this arresting officer drives me to an RV where the feds and the Secret Service are stationed.
Now, what occurs to me is that the fulcrum in all this event is this one arresting officer.
He's the one passing information to the feds, to the Secret Service, and he's the one coming back.
to me and relaying this information, although it was very clear that he was skewing this information.
So, and I will explain why.
So we go to this RV, he steps out of the car, and at this point, as hot as it was before now, it's freezing inside the car.
Just a little detail I'm talking like, and by the way, I'm in sandals and a shirt, because I showed up for desert weather, and I'm in this freezing cold car.
I would approximate now at 6.30-ish or so p.m.
He walks out of the car.
He has a conversation with individuals that are Secret Service and Feds.
And he's in this conversation, which I'm watching through this kind of grid that they have in the back of the trucks, you know, that kind of prison grid looking thing.
I could tell from the reaction of the Secret Service and Feds that they're just, they're just,
just not kind of buying his story. They seem very disinterested. And what I would also assume,
and, you know, all of our research, the foias, the body cams, all that stuff's going to reveal this
because this is going to turn into a major lawsuit. And I'll tell you how major this lawsuit is in a
moment. So in this interaction, they seem very disinterested, right? And I could tell that they're not
buying his bullshit. I could tell that, you know, these are, you know, you have smart officers,
you have smart authorities, and then you have not very smart ones. And I could tell that these guys
were a lot sharper than this arresting, you know, fool, I would say. And then he comes in the
car and he says, well, they're going to come to the police station and interview you, okay?
By the way, at this point, we're, you know, now four hours into it. And I've been asking to speak
with a lawyer get my one phone call and he's refused to do so.
He's refused to do so, which by the way, I never got my one phone call.
They did not allow it.
Okay?
So I then am taken to the police station and I'm taken into a room where essentially it's a six-foot glass barrier between this holding area and where all the police are seated in front of their computers, right?
and I'm reading the penal code over there.
There's a penal code on the wall that says that immediately upon request by the person that's
being detained, they're supposed to give my one phone call.
But again, over and over again, this officer refuses.
And at this point, since I told you they let me have my water with my supplements in there,
now I'm feeling a little bit better, okay?
Now I'm feeling the savage come out because I know that.
I know what this guy's doing, okay?
And so I stand up, and by the way, I'm chained to a bench.
So when I say I stand up, I mean, I pretty much stand up in place.
And I say, listen, man, this penal code right here, and I read him the penal code,
how immediately upon a request, I'm supposed to get to speak to get my one phone call,
which I was going to call my lawyer, right?
And I say it over and over again.
and the FOIA requests and the body cameras will reflect that while I was in that holding cell,
I'd approximate an hour and a half, maybe two hours.
I was repeatedly asking for my one phone call, and this so-called officer was refusing to give it to me,
making every single excuse.
And so then I turned to the other police officers and I said, listen, guys, because now my brain's coming back, okay?
And I understand law much better than most documentary makers and content creators because I've actually studied law.
And in fact, that morning I was listening to law classes, which are available on my computer and verifiable, before I even drove out, which is like what I do on my spare time.
And the reason why I do this stuff is because through doing a lot of content, I've realized that, you know, this officer who I believe is a corrupt and criminal individual who's operating under the color of law,
a lot of them exist out there.
And after having seen multiple aspects of corruption,
some that affected my life deeply.
And there's a story to that too,
because one of the reasons I even got into this
is because of immense court corruption
by a woke Canadian judge.
I won't get into the details of what happened there.
But at this point, I'm going to be sharing all these stories
because I want you to know where I'm coming from
and why I chose a certain direction of my life and gave up a very healthy and rising six-figure
salary in Hollywood to do this stuff where it's very difficult to make anywhere close to the
funds that I'd be making if I decided to dedicate my life to making TV shows and reality shows.
And again, verifiable in contracts, verifiable in emails, all verifiable, right?
So this officer is refusing to have me speak with a lawyer, but nonetheless keeping me detained.
And at this juncture, I see a federal officer and a secret service officer come, and this arresting officer takes them into the room in the corner.
They have a private conversation, which I approximate lasted about 15, 20, maybe 25 minutes.
then the arresting officer comes out with the Secret Service agent and the federal agent.
And they come there and they come up to me.
And they say, you know, one of them says, sir, you know, do you mind answering some questions?
And I say, look, I'll be, and this is, by the way, again, 100% reflected by the cameras within that station.
I say to them, you know, I'm perfectly fine answering.
question, but could we do it like this? I haven't had my phone call yet, and now we're six hours
into this ordeal or more, and these are all approximations. And, um, you know, I'd like to tell you
everything, but let's kill two birds of one stone. This is a very traumatic experience that I've had
due to this so-called police officer. And what I like to do is I like to have you guys sit down
and I want to call my attorney. And to my attorney, and to my attorney,
I'm going to recite the point by point story, just like I'm reciting to you guys right now.
And you'll hear that whole story and we'll kill two birds of one stone because I won't have to go through telling that traumatic story twice.
And then you could ask me any question you want and I will be perfectly willing to answer any question that you have.
And that includes for the press members that have contacted me, I've actually put my phone on airplane mode because I've gotten in the thousand.
thousand phone calls. I mean, that's a bit of an exaggeration, but like my phone's literally been
ringing off the hook since this story went viral due to whoever out here decided to make that
viral and dig themselves a very, very deep hole, right? And so I tell that to the Secret Service
and the feds, and they look at me and then they look at the officer.
and they walk away.
They walk away, they go inside the room,
and then the arresting officer comes out.
He tells me, we're taking you to the jail.
He's taking me to the jail.
I say, wait a minute, man,
you told me the Secret Service wanted to talk with me
and the feds wanted to talk with me,
which from the point that they apprehended me,
I was looking forward to that
because I was looking at the feds and the Secret Service as being higher IQ individuals
and not driven by some sort of agenda of this incredibly corrupt police officer.
And so I wanted to speak with them because I knew that if I speak with them,
they're going to realize that there's nothing nefarious that I'm here for
and that this knucklehead over here, this so-called police officer,
is really doing this to make a political point, to damage me, to cause me.
me harm for his agenda or the agenda of whoever else was involved in these crimes against me.
And I will say that clearly.
These were crimes against me by police officers operating under the color of law.
And so when this arresting police officer returns, he says, you know, they don't want to speak
with you anymore.
They're all good.
They said it's fine.
But I'm still taking you to jail.
Again, this is reflected in the body cameras.
which is very interesting that what I'm being called is the third potential assassin of President Donald Trump
and Secret Service and the feds don't want to interview me that they don't see any value in interviewing me.
I mean, think about that.
Think about that.
And understand the degree of flat-out bullshit that's involved in that.
Because if I was a serious threat, you think the third.
Feds and the Secret Service would just be like, no, we don't want to interview him. It's all good with us.
No, because these feds and the Secret Service realized that this knucklehead over here, this arresting police officer, is digging himself a deep hole.
And they didn't want to get the federal government involved in that.
And you know what? They did the right thing because they left this as a state issue.
Because, you know, they knew that this guy was making a mistake.
I mean, this is an assumption, but it's a very apparent and clear assumption because they would not behave that way and just let me be if even 1% of what this arresting police officer was insinuating.
At this juncture, there's arresting police officer takes me to jail.
I get fingerprinted, I get my mugshot taken, which honestly I was like, kind of like part of me as distraught as I was,
I'm like, cool, I got my own mugshot now, you know what I mean? It's like, I'm in great company,
you know? Apparently, when you try to do the right thing in this country, mugshots are what happens,
you know? So I was, I'm thinking the back of my head, I'm like, I wonder how my mugshot's going to look against, you know,
next to President Trump's mugshot, you know?
And they put me in a prison cell where I was for about six hours.
I was placed next to or a few doors down from what seemed like a mentally ill individual
who was banging on the walls and doors for the entirety of the time I was there,
or almost the entirety of the time I was there.
And by the way, I still haven't gotten my phone call.
I still haven't got my phone call. There was a phone in the room, but when I tried to call, and this is also evidence, by the way, my friend Steve, who will say that I tried to call him and the phone wasn't working. He couldn't even hear me. Then I walked to this buzzer thing and I buzzed them to let him know, hey, guys, the phone's not working. I still haven't had my phone call. We're eight hours into this nonsense now, and that's ignored completely. They don't even, I never got my phone call, right?
They bring another gentleman, you know, tattoos all over himself look like, you know,
MS-13 type of gangster guy, you know, and I'm wondering like, what the hell am I doing here
amongst these individuals, you know?
All right.
So we're going to stop there just for a second because obviously you have Vin Miller talking
about his ordeal and what he went through here.
And even the refusal of a phone call.
Now, he first said that they refused his phone call while he was in police custody.
This is before he ever actually got to the jail or any of the.
that stuff. Now, from my understanding, in most states, you do not have a right to a phone call
in police custody. When you were in police custody, before you get to a jail, you do not have a right,
I don't believe, to a phone call in that situation. The unfortunate thing for him is that it seems,
you know, it sounds like he has medical issues. He was put in the back of a very hot car, a sauna.
You can imagine in Coachella, California was pretty hot that day. And you had a situation where
he was in the back of a police car for an hour to an hour and a half with no air conditioning,
which is another thing they're going to put on a lawsuit, especially with his medical conditions.
This is going to be a massive lawsuit.
It might be, but they did ask him, does he need to go to the hospital?
And he said, no.
No, he just said, I need my water with my supplements or whatever he has in there, right?
But nonetheless, he should have probably went to the hospital.
But obviously, if you're thinking about this from a lawsuit perspective, he should have went to the hospital because then that would have further, you know,
At the very least, it would have got him out of the hot car a lot faster.
And so if he would have, you know, if he would have requested emergency personnel or fire
department, EMS, whatever the case is, they would have got him right out of the vehicle.
Maybe.
It sounds like obviously this officer had a agenda.
And we don't know that for sure.
But as Ben is saying here, you know, he heard that, hey, this is a maggot, aka a MAGA supporter.
Right.
And any, I don't know if you guys have heard this, but a lot of the left.
calls MAGA supporters maggots.
And so when they realized that actually this guy is a MAGA supporter and he just so happens
to have firearms in the back of his vehicle, oh, what do we have here?
Maybe we can utilize this situation.
Maybe we can, you know, do something in whatever.
Now, you might want to get into the realm of could this be a conspiracy theory to try
to say or at least downplay the assassination attempts on Trump?
This is one of my first thoughts.
right? It's like, could they use a MAGA supporter that had firearms that was going to a Trump
rally in California and to where they could twist it and say, see, Trump is putting a MAGA supporter
or MAGA supporters are trying to be put into a position to make it appear that Trump is maybe
going to be assassinated again or assassination attempt? I've thought about this because I'm trying
to think about all the things, right? This could be nothing. It could be a complete F of
of the Sheriff's Department, Riverside County, California.
But was it an F up?
Well, I don't know.
But at the very least, if this guy actually did hear the officer say maggot.
Yeah, I get that.
Which, by the way, we'll see.
Once they FOIA request all video, body cam, dash cam, you name it, hopefully we would
be able to hear that unless they did not have their body cams on at the time.
But.
Because it sounds like when he came into the reserved VIP.
section. He said, listen, I got guns in my
trunk, blah, blah, blah. Yeah. And that's when they
detained him. Yeah. Secret Service and
FBI wanted to speak with him. They drove him to an
RV with feds. They got into
this when he
oh, sorry, he got into this entire
thing where America happens when he
experienced a corruption
on a level from a judge, I guess,
in a lawsuit or something that he
was involved in, right? And so,
So if you go back to why we started our podcast over seven years ago now, I believe it is,
we did the exact same thing.
I always tell people that you don't always know how deep the corruption runs until you
get involved in it in some way, shape, or form.
And for us, and the reason why we started this podcast is because we were involved in
corruption.
And corruption in a very, very deep level, this involved, I'll just put it this way.
the corruption we got into unexpectedly involved court systems, judges, mafia,
American politics in some way.
There were all kinds of things that happened that unfortunately for us, we did not have any
money necessarily at the time.
Yeah, we were poor, poor.
Yeah, I mean, well, we were definitely poor in comparison.
And when you get involved in this and they feel like they can take advantage of you,
and by the way, I believe that that happened for us.
us because they felt or thought we knew something that we didn't that we didn't even though
did but kind of didn't know about what was the operation that was going on right that's when
they went after us i i want to someday explain all of that we've talked about it many times but
what i'm saying is i've asked many other people as well i mean even nathan jones for example and
others that have you know come on to the i guess conspiracy train because of what happened
to them. And until it happens to you, you're never going to truly understand how deep corruption
runs, how deep that, um, that just the agendas of the people in power right now,
what they really want to do to America, what they really want to do to you. This is not about
and this is, this is not about the government working for us anymore. It's about us working for
the government. And if we do not comply, we will end up in handcuffs. It's just like you said,
when you try to do the right things in this country, you get mugshots.
When you do the wrong things, you get released, you get bail, you get bail funds,
you get free me, you get all these hashtags and t-shirts and political candidates
coming to your rescue, especially on the left.
That's what you get if you're a criminal.
But if you're an American patriot, you're someone that actually is trying to do the very
best for your country, you get mugshots, you get arrested, you get criminal charges,
you get sued, you get whatever it is.
is to try to shut you the hell up.
And this is just the beginning.
But he went on and on about the one phone call.
I get what you're saying when he's in the police car.
He doesn't get that.
But once he gets to jail, he should be able to have a phone call.
And they want to interrogate him.
And he says, I'm fine with you interrogating me.
But I want my lawyer on the phone.
And I'll tell you everything.
And they still would not let him have a phone call to a lawyer.
That's where I think.
that the law was broken on the police side.
Well, yeah, absolutely.
The right to a phone call, you definitely get that right.
Now, I do not know all of the actual stipulations on that and how they can possibly.
He asked over and over and over.
And it was eight plus hours.
But then you're going to think about when he, this is what the federal government and this sheriff's department wanted to do.
When he brought in the FBI, I assume, and Secret Service along with the arrest and officer into this interrogation room or whatever it was.
and they say, hey, these guys want to talk to you.
When he mentioned to them that, hey, we can kill two birds and one stone.
Let me call my attorney.
Yeah, I want a lawyer.
Yeah, we'll put him on the phone.
He can hear the exact story that I'm going to tell you guys.
And to them, they're going to say, oh, he's requesting an attorney.
Yeah, so we're not going to talk to anymore.
We're done.
And we're going to put them in jail.
Yep.
And that's probably what happened.
Exactly.
Because he requested a lawyer.
Once you request a lawyer, they're done talking to you.
Because they have to.
I mean, that is.
Yeah.
that's the law. So, I mean, I kind of think that the police weren't in the right.
Well, and well, the reality of this is, is that were they in the right as far as the phone call goes or not?
We don't know. Probably not. It sounds like he definitely should have been a lot of phone call.
But anytime you have Secret Service, FBI, get involved in stuff like this, federal government in any way, shape, or form, it's like once the government gets involved, especially if they're going to try to claim that you were a potential assassin of a presidential candidate of the United States.
United States. Let me just say something about how they classify people like that. They classify you
the same way they would classify ISIS terrorist or whatever the case may be to where you no longer
have rights afforded to you under the United States Constitution. So more than likely, that's where
we're like, well, we don't really care about the phone call because technically he is a terrorist at this
point. That's what we're technically holding him for, even though they only arrest them for the firearm,
for the legal firearm possession. And I want to get into that for a second as well. I understand.
that if he is so naive about firearms and operating firearms and...
But it sounds like he lives in California and was...
No, he lives in Nevada.
Okay, he lives in Nevada and went to California.
Yeah.
He lives in Nevada, lives in Las Vegas area.
He went to California.
And this goes back to, you know, if you have a firearm, learn to shoot it, but also
learn the laws.
Now, that does not necessarily mean that California is not a communist freaking state because
they are.
I mean, if California was a country, they would be extremely close to a China or a North Korea.
And so just because you're like, hey, this is what our Constitution affords us to have the right to bear arms,
the Second Amendment and all the stuff.
Yes, constitutionally, you could fight that as far as the laws that prohibit you from firearms and such in California.
But that would have to go to the Supreme Court.
Regardless, you're going to be put in jail when you violate these laws, especially if,
you're not a criminal as I go back to, you know, if you're someone that's going to go and loot and rob all
these stores that crime has taken over many places, there is a mass exodus from California,
especially around the big city, San Francisco, Los Angeles.
Exactly.
And the reason is is because the criminals are allowed to just be let loose.
Get away with anything.
Yeah, get away with murder.
Get away with robbing.
Get away wherever they want.
By the way, that's where Harris is from.
Yeah, for sure.
San Francisco district, I believe.
But, you know, if you are just a citizen that wants to pretend.
yourself, that's when you're going to jail. And especially if you're in some way, shape, or form
connected to the right or conservative or Trump, they're going to make damn good and sure you go to
jail. This is, wait, this is a political war. That's what I'm saying. We are in a political war.
And I want everyone to understand that, yes, we absolutely have our constitutional rights.
We for sure do. And we should have those rights state to state to state from a federal level.
our constitutional rights to bear arms, our constitutional rights to freedom of speech,
and to have, you know, the Fifth Amendment to where I do not incriminate myself on behalf of
whatever I say.
I don't have to say anything.
Right.
Because you, the government, have to prove that I am guilty.
Right.
And unfortunately, in the United States of America, you know, for example, that's actually not
the case.
So many people believe that you are innocent until proven guilty.
But it's not true.
That's not true because they can hold you without bond.
in some cases and have not proven anything.
Now, they can say probable cause.
Well, we have probable cause to believe that you were that.
But what if you sit in prison for two years on a murder charge or, you know, just name it,
two or three years before it ever goes to trial, never have been people that have done that for.
And then you're found innocent.
What happens?
What happens to the three years that they wasted?
Nothing.
They don't give a shit.
They don't care.
There's been many people that go to prison for years, 20, 30 years.
and then all of a sudden new evidence comes out that they're innocent.
And these are people that have literally lost their entire lives.
So, you know, as he goes back to also what he talks about here is like, I have never been for defund the police.
I have always been for reform the police or just make sure that we do not have corrupt people,
just like we don't want corrupt people in politics.
We don't certainly want them in law enforcement.
And the unfortunate thing about it is is that,
Especially like sheriff's departments and so on, whoever runs those departments are completely, I guess, to blame in some cases for how the officers act and what they're allowed to get away with.
And unfortunately for that is that you could end up sitting in jail or be completely screwed in certain cases because of corruption, even at local levels.
Well, and I think it depends on sheriff and city departments.
way different.
They can all both be corrupt.
Well, they can, but I'm thinking more county sheriff.
That's when it's more political than it is city police.
Yes.
When you have a political party in charge of police, it's going to get you into trouble
because you have to go one way and that's it.
No, that's not.
But even with city departments, I mean, it's like, you know, for example, that, I don't
even know what city it was.
Maybe it was Florida or whatever it was.
They had the LGBTQ flag that was painted.
in the street and there were kids on bicycles that supposedly was damaging the flag.
That was a city.
They arrested them for felony charges on vandalism and all this other defacing monuments or
whatever the case is.
And yet, and yet the people on the left can spray paint shit in our capital, do whatever
they want to and no charges.
Black Lives Matter stuff downtowns where we live.
Yes.
We still have that.
But I'm also saying it's deeper than that, Chad.
It's deeper.
corruption goes way deeper, especially when it's political like that.
Yeah.
I'm just saying.
Listen, we're like I said, 21 days away from the election.
Everything is at stake.
Our country is at stake.
Our constitution is at stake.
Our right to even say what we want to say is at stake.
Our ability to own firearms and to protect ourselves from the criminals that they are letting
run wild is at stake.
Our ability to defend ourselves to have a right to actually be innocent until proven
guilty is at stake.
There's so many things.
I think even the innocent until proven guilty, we saw that during the Trump
charges, which...
Oh, absolutely.
By the way, there's a lot about to come out about that as well.
Definitely.
But also, too, when he was talking about defunding the police, he said he wants to
refund the police.
I think that what we need to do is retrain police.
I think that we've taken away all the funding that there is no funding to train
police properly anymore.
Well, it just goes back to...
even military, you think of police.
I mean, hell, I have a very good friend that was in a military, multiple tours in Afghanistan
and Iraq and got denied by law enforcement for some stupid test.
And this guy would have been literally the best person in that position as a law enforcement
officer.
He would not have overabuse his power.
He would have been a leader.
He would have been all those things that you want to cop.
But he did not get that opportunity.
And all because of a dumb ass test.
But yet you're now putting in people that really probably shouldn't be in these positions because all of the good guys that have witnessed all the defund police movements, all of the craziness and the bullshit that they have been handed to them because of politics, a lot of those guys have left.
A lot of the people that wanted to be cops no longer want to be police anymore that would have been good police officers.
Same things happen in their military.
Right.
Well, I think the police that stay are the ones that are tenure, the ones that are way.
for retirement.
The ones that can't get out and they want to just get there until retirement.
But I'm saying, you know, they're recruiting right now is awful.
Nobody wants to be a cop anymore.
And you wonder why.
Yeah.
So I'm just wondering, you know, with Vim here, Miller, if they were trying to make a MAGA point or a MAGA conspiracy.
Because, you know, we've been seeing, number one, that they've been desperately trying to say that the Trump assassination attempts have been his.
his own conspiracy theory, like something that he has set up or tried to set up.
Or people that are Republicans.
That's what I'm saying.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And that's what they've been trying to say.
And was this potentially another, I guess, attempt to make it look like it was a MAGA
conservative that actually was trying to betray another Trump assassination attempt to
where then the media runs with it.
And then it comes to find out, oh, my God, it's a MAGA supporter.
Although they couldn't pin it exactly like they wanted to.
I don't know if that's the conspiracy.
here. All I do know is that if this guy has decent attorneys that a lot of people are going to
be sued, especially the Sheriff Department in Riverside County, you know, you have this sheriff
that has went back and forth on the things he said. And I found this interesting, very, very short,
short clip about Chad Bianco, unmasking the infiltrator, Chad Bianco, very, very short clip,
but I thought it was kind of important to play this just real quick. Listen to this.
guy right here.
I know Chad Bianco.
He also turned against oathkeepers.
He actually became a member of oathkeepers.
I would say probably as an infiltrator
because when it was discovered
that he was a member of oathkeepers, what did he do?
He denounced their violence.
This guy is a closet leftist
militant,
okay?
Leading the river. And his spewage
right here against, and I hope,
and I will do everything
possible to document every single word for the lawsuit that Van Miller is going to have against
this guy.
So what he's saying here is that apparently the sheriff supposedly just recently came out
in support of Donald Trump all of a sudden.
And it sounds like he's been a leftist for quite some time over the years of his tenure.
And it is very interesting to where they come out.
There was, I believe, a statement that he did say at some point in time to where they
believe that they had thwarted another assassination attempt on Donald Trump's life.
And, uh, and then they started to bring out some details about Ben Miller trying to point him
to right wing extremist. And so where is that going? I think it's going to go into a more in-depth
detailed, um, probably podcast we're going to do tomorrow, even about this FEMA situation that's
going on where all the mainstream media right now are running with the story that FEMA,
is being ran out of Western North Carolina by violent and armed militias in West North Carolina.
They're trying to, number one, maybe they're trying to downplay the assassination attempts on Trump
by using stories like this.
They're also probably also in the FEMA story.
They're probably trying to downplay the horrible response from the federal government by now just creating a narrative that, look, guys, you got violent militias in Western North Carolina.
and we can't even do our work now.
Yeah, I can't wait to investigate that.
But I'm still looking to them explaining why he would have multiple driver's license
and multiple passports in his car because that's what the main sheriff came out and said.
Yeah, absolutely.
So we're going to get into a little more of this video.
It's almost over, but we've got to play the rest of it.
I'm just curious if he talks about this.
Yeah, I want to see if he talks about that.
Yeah, here you go.
You know, MS-13 type of gangster guy, you know,
and I'm wondering like, what the hell am I doing here amongst these individuals, you know?
Like, I'm well into my 40s and I don't even have a misdemeanor.
I don't mean, there's never been a history of any crime that I've done or even been accused of.
And I'm sitting here in a jail cell because I'm a Trump supporter, because I'm a lawful carrier of firearms.
now in California, in a jail cell with what seems like one incredibly mentally ill individual,
a few doors down, and a guy across from me that looks like is an MS-13 gangster
and was, you know, doing things like shadow boxing and, you know, took his shirt off and all that kind of stuff, right?
I'm released around 1.15 a.m. They give me some papers to sign, and they say if I have
don't sign these papers, then I can't be released. So I actually have this in front of me. And if you look at it,
here, right there, I sign it my signature under duress. I sign everything under duress because they
told me that unless I signed these papers, then I would not be released. So I signed it under duress,
which is a nifty little trick I've learned as well as other things, just being an avid
studier of law and really trying to have a protection mechanism against these monsters like the
arresting officer who try to violate your rights. They give me a ticket. That's what I just showed you
over here. They give me a ticket from the sheriff's county, okay, which is interesting because
they usually don't give you a ticket if they're accusing you of some kind of felony.
What they ticketed me for, and this is where my...
my ignorance about guns, I guess, you know, caused damage here, is that they ticket me for
here loaded firearm. So just to explain that, the two guns that I have, one's a shotgun,
one's a Glock. The shotgun's never been loaded. And yes, that is verifiable. That has never had a
cartridge put in there, right? The Glock is loaded. And, you know, frankly, it's loaded. And
In Nevada, that's not been an issue.
I did not know that in California, you have to separate the mag from the gun.
I learned that lesson, I guess, now.
And then the other thing that I had no idea about, and again, the Glock has never been shot, which is verifiable.
I've owned this since 2022 and never been fired once.
Because, frankly, I am like, I mean, I'm like a kindergarten student when it comes to guns.
I just have never shot a gun.
I've never gone to the, you know, shooting range.
The only time we're due to a knee-jerk reaction because of death threats that were sent to my house that I had ever interacted with guns was buying the gun.
And then I open carry in Nevada sometimes for safety reasons, but the gun's never been shot.
When I purchased the gun, and this is another fact I found out that I didn't know about,
I guess the mag was a double mag or something.
I had no idea what's a double mag or a single mac.
All I know is when I went to the gun store, which I remember specifically guys selling
me of a gun, had a shirt that said, do not California, Kate, Nevada.
That's what they were all wearing, which I thought was funny, you know, having moved from
California at that point.
And, you know, looking like a California guy, looking like I just rolled out of Hollywood and stuff,
I had to tell them, you know, I'm not one of those California guys.
You know, I'm actually a hardcore patriot.
I don't believe in this woke nonsense.
And he recommended that I get this particular kind of mag
because it held two lines of bullets, I guess.
I remember specifically calling a friend of mine who's a gunsmith.
I asked him about it.
He said, yeah, man, you know, get the one with the double instead of the single.
And that was a last, I remember any distinction between double and single.
So the thing that they cited me on was basically that.
Here's the ticket. If you guys want to take a snapshot right there. And what they cited me on
was those two things that I had a loaded firearm, which is the Glock. And I guess one of the mags was
double mag instead of a single mag. And I had no idea that in California that's a bad thing.
Certainly in Nevada, that's never been a bad thing. Certainly in Nevada, I've told countless
numbers of cops or something close to a dozen because not only when I go to Trump rallies,
about a few times I've been pulled over.
The cops asked me, hey, you know, do you have any firearms?
I've told them things like, yeah, you know, if I have it in the glove box or I have it in the
back, they've thanked me for telling it.
Is it loaded, sir?
Yes, it's loaded.
But, you know, most smart cops could realize that I'm not of the ilk to, you know, cause harm,
especially when cops pull me over and the first thing I do is put my hands out the window
because I've learned from experience that gives them a sense of comfort.
they know that, you know, they could see your hands clearly, your hands aren't concealed somewhere,
and, you know, it's all about, you know, behaving in a way that gives them a sense of security
because there's all sorts of bad people out there that would cause harm to a police officer, you know.
And so they give me a ticket.
I leave the police station, you know, long and short, an adventure begins where I came to find a room.
This guy's Ubering me around.
I'm trying to find where my, you know, truck is because I'm trying to retrieve it.
They don't even give me the address of the truck company.
They don't even give me a phone number.
They say, oh, the name of the truck company is so-and-so.
And so a tow truck company.
So I have to now research that.
I can't get a hold of the person.
We actually show up to the lot with the Uber.
Again, all evidenced across my Uber history, also evidenced by the guy that drove me.
I'm sure he could be tracked down.
He'll tell the whole story about how it was pretty distraught by this whole experience and told him exactly what was going on.
We had a, you know, nice little laugh about corrupt cops and the history of hip hop.
And he filmed that whole interaction, by the way.
So he has actually a camera in his car where I tell him this whole story.
As he's driving me around from the tow truck yard to a 7-Eleven where I had to get food because I hadn't eaten over at that point.
I don't know.
Noon was the last time I ate.
So we're talking about 13 hours in now where I'm pretty much running on coffee, you know, burning a hole in my stomach.
And go to motel to motel to all over the place until we actually find a vacant room.
I end up in this place that, I mean, what I would describe as a bottom barrel, like one of those like two-hour joints.
Honestly, I spent half the night hearing sounds of intercourse coming from next door, loud.
You know, I almost want to give that guy an award and stuff because, I mean, damn, you know.
It was like this was a marathon, you know, but that's been my experience.
And I can't get my truck back.
I can't get my equipment back.
There's at least $250,000 worth of my equipment and an intellectual property in my car.
I can't get my medication back, which, you know, I can't say I'm feeling great right now because every day I take supplements to, you know,
help my health and stuff, and I haven't had access to that.
They refuse to give it to me.
They're unlawfully holding all my equipment because fine, you know, you impound the truck.
And by the way, I can't even approach getting my truck back until Tuesday.
Tuesday, because we're in a long weekend.
Hence, I'm stuck in this area until Tuesday, although I must say I am seriously considering
grabbing an Uber and getting the hell out of here because I don't feel safe with the kind of things
that these guys have said.
You know, I don't feel safe.
I don't feel safe with the mistakes they've made.
I think they understand the liability that they put themselves under.
And I believe that this nonsense article that they put out is part of probably mitigating their
liability, although the lawyers I have spoken with, the authorities I've spoken with have told me the following.
So while I was at the police station, I want to know one thing and how that ties into the lawyer
aspect.
I'm one for instinct.
I feel like my instinct has served me right.
When my blood sugar was better regulated and I entered, I guess, what you call Savage Mode,
I told this officer specifically, based upon the information I had at that moment,
I said, this is going to cost your badge, and this is on the security camera of the police department.
I said, this is going to cost your badge, and this is going to cost you your police department
at least $2 million.
This is what I told him, right?
Now that they've done this and gone viral with it,
that represents me as the third potential assassination attempt
of Donald Trump, I mean, we're talking in the hundreds of millions right now.
We're talking about investigations.
And what I want to investigate is multiple things.
First of all, this arresting police officer,
I believe it is my hunch that he has a deal with the total
truck company where they're splitting the proceeds of unlawfully impounding my truck, all my equipment,
my medication, my clothing.
So I believe there's a little paola there.
What makes me think that way?
Well, again, if you've researched my history, once you've done, I don't know, 800-something
interviews, produced something like $200 million with the content, interacted with so many individuals
and the know of what's happening on the streets, what happens with corrupt cops, this is.
All right, guys.
So we're going to wrap that up with that piece as just his response.
I know this was very long.
So we do apologize that his response was so long.
Yeah.
And we did not find out about the license and the passports.
Yeah, it does not sound like he responded to that because as you read some of these comments below the video, they're talking about why would he have fake license place on a car?
Why would he have three passports?
Why would he even, I believe they said in the interview that he had multiple passports and I.
IDs. That doesn't make a lot of sense if he did not respond to that.
To me, that's one of the most important questions in this entire thing is why would you have
multiple passports with different names and IDs? Now, if that's true, right? If that's true,
was the police department accurate when they said that? And especially if you listen to the
press conference. And if I'm Van Miller here, that's one of the very first things I'm going to call
out and say, that's wrong. That's a lie. And he didn't call it out in his whole like our video.
Yeah.
That would be the first thing I say, listen, I didn't have, I had my driver's license, my ID, my passport, and my license plate.
And that was it.
Yeah.
But he never mentioned that.
And another thing that he keeps bishing about is his supplements.
Supplements don't mean shit.
Medication subscribed.
But he did say that they confiscated his medications.
No, but there are supplements.
No, no, no.
But there is a difference between supplements and medications, Chad.
if you have a medication, you are by law should have those medications.
But if it's a supplement to help you with your diabetes, your sugar or whatever, that is not diagnosed and it's not prescribed by a doctor.
Well, I know that he said supplements and he's also said medications.
Now, you're right.
If it's medications, that's different.
If it's supplements, obviously that's also different.
But he has said both.
Supplements.
No, he did not.
He's calling them medications, but it's supplements.
Well, we don't know that, Sherry.
We do not know if in his vehicle there is medications.
If he has medications in his vehicle, which he had said many, many times.
And then he also said they did allow me to have supplements or my supplements, but I do not have my medications that was in the vehicle.
So if that's the case, that's obviously a whole other realm that he can go down with legal course and whatever.
That's not for us to decide.
And what he was talking about here, by the way, with some of the charges is when you think about the magazine, what he specifically
saying here is single stack magazine versus a double stack magazine where you have um where where is
essentially um two bullets versus one bullet in a single stack or a double stack side by side and i
believe california considers that high capacity magazines and so high capacity magazines in california
i believe are banned so that is a law in california you're not allowed to have that but look here
here's some of my thoughts i although i do not know the entirety of
what is actually going on here, right?
I don't know who is completely in the right or who is completely in the wrong.
What I do know is that if you get a firearm, you obtain a firearm, please learn to shoot it,
learn how to manipulate the firearm, learn the laws and regulations and states and whatever.
That's the main thing.
Learn the laws of the state you're in.
But whether you're a 100% pro-2A supporter, you believe in the Constitution in the United States,
you also have to understand that if you go and violate state laws in other states, you will be arrested and you will be charged.
There is no question about that.
You can argue to the depths of the sea about your constitutional rights, but the reality of it is every state has different firearms laws, and that's just the way it is.
If you don't like the firearms laws, the state that the state that you live in, move to another state.
And obviously, California is one of the worst states for firearm laws.
Also is heavy on gun violence.
thinking about also Chicago, one of the strictest firearm cities in the United States.
But yeah, they have some of the heart, the craziest, the craziest murders and gun violence.
I mean, just understand and know what you're dealing with.
Understand and know that if you buy a firearm, learn to use it, learn the laws of your state.
There are some things.
It sounds like he did here that he could have potentially prevented, you know, prevented himself from.
And in my opinion here, this is my opinion.
But if I'm going to a Trump rally, knowing.
I'm not going to bring you.
He has potentially been or not, well, there was two assassination attempts.
And I say three, by the way, because there has been other, I guess you can say plots that have been thwarted from what we understand prior to even July or the last one in Florida.
Right.
There's been other ones.
And at least one other significant one, supposedly, according to this administration talking about Iran.
But why bring firearms to a Trump rally?
like that when you're actually yeah when you have some type of VIP access and you're entering the grounds of the actual Trump rally in California and you bring firearms here now I'm not saying that it's against the law well no it is I guess it is yeah it is I mean it is against the law yeah I mean in California it's against the law period with how he was carrying the firearms and so on but especially like if you're going to show up to a Trump rally with firearms right and you're you know especially that if you're cuss yeah if you're
vehicle is going through this stage and this stage and you have some type of special access pass.
But there's also obviously the other side of this to where law enforcement come out and said
fake fake VIP credentials.
He's saying that's completely alive.
That was issued to him by Nevada Republican Party.
But my question is, is the multiple IDs and the passports.
Why have those?
That's all I'm asking.
And I just want to point out, too, can he get them if he,
is like completely seen rank can he get them for defaming him because defaming yeah defamatory yeah
defamation defamation of character well it's not even this that he's going to it'll be pain
and suffering and this and unlawful this and i mean that's what lawyers do they're going to find ways to sue
the hell out of the county uh should they be sued i don't know um it depends on the exact story of how it
actually played out.
Like I said, I go back to this.
If you're going to a Trump rally and you're bringing firearms in California,
when it's already illegal to begin with, that automatically looks suspect.
But, you know, number two, if it is true that you have multiple passports or different names
and IDs, is that true or is it not?
I'm just surprised he did not answer to those questions.
I am surprised by that.
Yeah, and I would like, like, local law enforcement to view these videos and see,
was the cop right or was he wrong?
Yeah, and I'm sure those will all be released at some point in time.
You know, they're going to FOIA request the videos, the body cams, the dash cams,
they're probably the jailhouse cameras, all of that stuff.
But this is a story that we'll probably hear a lot more about going forward.
We're just going to have to see how this plays out.
And I know this was a long one.
This was two hours and five minutes.
We wanted to get through his response.
And obviously, there are people up in arms about this on X.
where Chuck Colesto breaking report, you know, not even in relation 100% to this, but he talks
about President Biden warns Iran that any attempts on Donald Trump's life would be considered
an act of war.
And I commented back, I said, man, that would be interesting that, you know, somehow either
Trump gets assassinated or attempted assassination.
They blame it on Iran.
They go to war with Iran, which is what they want to do anyways.
I mean, and are they going to try to suspend the election because of a World War III situation?
We've been calling that for so long.
We got 21 days until the election.
We are in a very, very scary time the next 21 days.
It's really scary, guys.
Be ready to vote.
Make sure you're registered to vote so that you can vote.
People in North Carolina that, you know, you're destroyed, your area is destroyed.
Figure out where and when and how you can vote because your vote still matters, especially in North Carolina.
Yeah, Nick Soder also said Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco just.
said he doesn't remember saying that they probably thwarted a third assassination attempt,
but he later said he probably did have deputies that prevented the third assassination
attempt based on what he knows.
And so what the hell is going on?
What many people were saying on X, there are people up in arms about this.
We do not know the full story about this, but what I can say is this entire situation is
very strange.
Now, tomorrow, we're going to be back to regularly scheduled programming.
We had to talk about this only because we have covered all of the.
other assassination attempts on Trump.
And this story is very interesting.
If you guys have theories or thoughts on all of this, please let us know, investigate Earth
podcast at Protonmel.com.
And listen, if we can get him on the podcast to ask him directly, I think he was on with
Alex Jones a couple hours ago.
So I'm curious if Alex Jones asked him those questions.
I don't know that he did.
Yeah, I want to know about the passports and the driver's licenses.
Yeah.
Is that a lie from the Sheriff's Department or did he have them?
And if so, why?
You know, yeah, I mean, why?
Because obviously law enforcement is going to look at that as suspicious.
Right.
To say the least.
And especially with firearms and you're in California and you're at a jump rally.
There are some things that kind of lead to this whole thing.
So we'll be curious to see what happens with this entire thing, guys.
But we're going to end it here.
This has been kind of a long one.
We do apologize that.
We don't apologize.
Well, it was so long.
You guys love being with us.
And I enjoyed listening to him.
It's like reading a book online.
Kind of, yeah.
Yeah, it is.
It was interesting to kind of hear.
But we'll see.
Will this be a massive lawsuit or will there be some things come out about this that still
doesn't make sense?
Like a couple of things don't make sense to us.
But I want him to answer to those things.
I think he should.
I think he needs to because that's what everybody's asking on all these posts.
Why did he have multiple passports and IDs according to the press conference?
Anyway, until next time, guys,
we love you. Peace out. Peace out, guys.
Realize I'm in the middle of the time of my life.
I want to live like I'm trying to get grip, but it don't make sense.
Because you can lose life on this fast route.
Yeah.
Turn thoughts to the cash cap.
I don't need the accolades.
I'm in love with the chase.
I just want to eat.
Save us a couple nights at the finish.
See the ass.
And he gets for the long rash.
Got snakes in the grass.
No brakes on the ad.
But it sits here.
I'm a curb of Mar 12 missed cause.
And I still made a curtain tighten up.
Everything that I came for I left with.
