Starting point is 00:00:01 And welcome to Investigator. I'm your host, Chad, alongside my beautiful wife, Sherry, on tonight's podcast. We're going to be talking about the Trump-Hush Money trial. And more specifically, we're going to be talking about the complete meltdown by the left and the Democrats. They had a little get-together outside of the courthouse in New York. This was during the day to day where the. closing arguments were being had by both prosecution and defense. And they had a special guest at the press conference, none other than Robert De Niro.
Starting point is 00:01:09 And Robert De Niro was not very well received after he left the press conference. We're going to play the press conference for you guys. We have to break this down because let me tell you, I watched that today. Sherry was downstairs. I was upstairs. And I yelled down to Sherry's like, are you watching this shit that's going on right now? Like, are you listening to what they're saying? I was like, this is unbelievable.
Starting point is 00:01:30 It's crazy, man. So guys, welcome to the show. Sherry is back. It is May the 28, 2024. Hope everyone had a good Memorial Day weekend with your friends and family. We are very glad to be back. We got so much great stuff coming for you guys. Tomorrow night, we do have a live stream on X with Into Thin Air talking about the 2024 hurricane season.
Starting point is 00:01:53 If you guys don't want to watch it, can't watch it. We will definitely release it audio only as well here on. Spotify. So make sure you do that. Name of this song is Shadows in My Face by A-O. And listen, we had to do an episode on this because although right now is basically the verdict watch, we are seeing when the verdict is going to come in for Trump and what that really implies.
Starting point is 00:02:15 What is he actually facing? Is this even that serious? Because, you know, you hear it on media and social media. You hear about the Stormy Daniels Hush Money trial. And when you think about it, it's like. you don't think it's that big of a deal. No big deal, especially how Trump acts about it. And he comes out and says, you know, by the way, actually about an hour ago,
Starting point is 00:02:34 Trump was like his one word today was boring. That is what he said after today. He thought the case was boring. The whole trial was a scam, he believes. I think many people believe that as well. Many people believe that this is 100% political persecution by the deep state actors, but also the Biden administration. and, you know, obviously, once you hear this press conference, you're going to ask yourself, is this not, I mean, why is Trump's team not having a press conference like this?
Starting point is 00:03:04 Because the tyrants and the people that we believe are tyrants are currently in office right now. And I think these trials right now we are witnessing is going to go down in the history books. It's going to be a stain and a scar on America, no matter what you think of either side. When you weaponize the justice system, it never ends good. So welcome to the show, guys. I want to think Sam, by the way, Sam was on the last episode with us, the Joe Rogan, Terrence Howard, breakdown. And I actually had messaged Sam an hour before.
Starting point is 00:03:36 And I said, hey, is it the way you can come on and do this episode? Because Sherry was still feeling under the weather. And actually, no. First, I said, Sam, I'm going to do this. We're going to do this episode tonight. We're going to break down Joe Rogan and Terrence Howard because of how bat shit crazy that episode was. Right. And, you know, Sam basically said, good effing luck with that.
Starting point is 00:03:55 And then so an hour later, I said, hey, Sam, is there any way you can co-host tonight? And she's like, oh, my God. She's like, but I will do it. Not that I was trying to get out of it, but I was coughing every two seconds. No, you don't want to hear that. No, for sure. So thank you, Sam, for doing that. And I heard that you did a fabulous job.
Starting point is 00:04:11 She did. And by the way, Sam will be working with us soon. And so one of the things that we do with Sam a lot is she's heavily involved in the telegram group. She's heavily involved in our X spaces that we do. We did an X space last night. We also live streamed the Tim Poole and Donald Trump interview last night. So we did that. And so speaking of that, I encourage all of you guys to go follow us on X.
Starting point is 00:04:35 We're posting on X all the time. We do try to post periodically on Facebook, but I'm really just trying to move away from Facebook. Just knowing, obviously, that they are a massive censorship platform. They are heavily involved in censoring people that are speaking the truth. They did it all throughout COVID. And so it's just my thing is it's like, although yes, we know we have people over there and we love you guys. I really want to support the companies and the platforms that are going to support us and support free speech. And so I always tell everybody, even if you don't have X or if you don't have Rumble or if you don't have Telegram,
Starting point is 00:05:11 I would just suggest you get it because we don't know. You don't really know what you're seeing and not seeing. and I think especially for people that are typically on Facebook, they scroll their timeline, they look at their friends, they'll see a little tiny bit of news. And then once you get on X, man, a platform like that,
Starting point is 00:05:27 you're like, holy shit, this is what's actually going on in the world. So I encourage all of you guys to go check that out. Yeah, I was just thinking about that today as far as X is concerned because you're so right. On Facebook, it's only like your personal friends. And maybe some people that you don't know that are your friends,
Starting point is 00:05:45 that you've just added. or whatever. And it's just seeing people's lives in the pictures. And yeah, that's great. But you're not seeing what's going on in the entire world. When you go to X, it's like, holy cow, I'm not seeing any of this. And I'm not seeing any of it on regular TV or TV shows or news shows or anything. But when you see X, it's like you get the information before you do, before the news does.
Starting point is 00:06:07 Yeah. Yeah. X, I mean, there's always someone on X. Sometimes it's us. Sometimes it's Mario. Sometimes as many of these other creators out there or journalists, I guess, you used to see that break the news first. And it'll be an hour or two later that maybe mainstream media picks it up.
Starting point is 00:06:23 And so it's just you'd never know until you get on platforms like that. So guys, let's just break this down. We're cooking. We're going to play the press conference, which had everyone up in arms. There was people that were extremely pissed off about it. I was kind of disgusted by the press conference. And you'll understand why we're going to break the press conference down. I know there's probably people out there right now.
Starting point is 00:06:43 They're like, I don't want to hear this shit from these assholes. And I get it. I didn't want to do it either. but I want you to hear it with us so we can give you our thoughts, at least on this. So the Trump Hush Money trial in New York, it basically centers around allegations of a conspiracy and cover-up related to Hush Money paid to adult film star Stormy Daniels in the closing days of the 2016 presidential election. Now, the trial, which started on April 23rd, 2024, has seen both the prosecution and defense
Starting point is 00:07:12 presenting their arguments over the course of about 19 days. Now, the prosecution, led by assistant district attorney Joshua Steinglass, has argued that the case involves a conspiracy and cover-up, involving not only the hush money payment to Daniels, but also payments to suppress stories about other women who claimed to have had affairs with Trump. Now, the defense led by attorney Tom Blanche has countered that the prosecution has not met its burden improving Trump guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of falsifying business records related to the payments. Now, key witnesses in the trial have included Michael Cohen, which is Trump's former personal attorney, who testified that Trump directed him to pay Daniels and later approved the reimbursement payment. Cohen also admitted to lying to Congress about the number of dealings with Trump, or sorry, that Trump had with Russia. And David Pecker, the former publisher of the National Inquirer, testified about the tabloid's role in the catching kill scheme to bury negative stories about Trump during the election. Now, obviously, he was just being a pecker in there.
Starting point is 00:08:18 I'm sorry I had to. I know. Whenever I hear people talking about Mr. Pecker, I just think to myself, I bet they want to laugh. Yeah, I mean, I think they're, I think, I don't know, sometimes I think it's just God putting people in place just to make fun of them. I, you know, like Anthony Weiner, you know, this guy, pecker. I mean, gosh, I'm mighty. But anyways, the defense has attempted to discredit Cohen's testimony pointing to his previous lies to Congress and arguing that the jury cannot. send someone to prison based on his words alone.
Starting point is 00:08:48 And the prosecution, however, has argued that the evidence shows Trump, Cohen, and Pecker engaged in a scheme to corruptly hide damaging information about Trump and that this could have influenced the outcome of the 2016 election. Now, the trial has also seen Trump being fined for violating a gag order, barring public discussion of witnesses in the case or the jury. And Judge Juan Merchant fined Trump 1,000 for each of the nine violations. So now obviously as the trial enters this final phase, which is what we are in now. The jury is expected and they are right now hearing the closing arguments.
Starting point is 00:09:24 And so we don't know the outcome of the trial so far. But we think that the jury will at least be able to go into deliberation probably tomorrow. I think it's probably too late today. I know that is Sherry, is the trial still going on right now at 7.14 p.m. No, I don't think so. They said they were going to go longer, but I don't think they're going to go past 5 p.m. No, absolutely. So I think they'll start deliberating tomorrow,
Starting point is 00:09:47 but which is really fantastic to me as far as the jury selection I thought was fantastic, is there's actually two attorneys on the jury. So I think that's really going to help because a lot of what the judge was saying to the jury, you know, you know how they always do that in the beginning before they even start the trial, what you have to listen to, what you can't listen to. I think it's really going to help having two attorneys telling the jury some things that they need to know that the judge didn't really tell them about. Yeah, for sure.
Starting point is 00:10:16 Well, I mean, and I guess obviously both sides, both the prosecution and defense, they're looking at the two attorneys. Obviously, both had to agree or, you know, allow them into the jury pool and then obviously allow them onto the jury itself. But obviously, both sides felt like that two attorneys would be good for them. And so the prosecution felt the same way. And obviously the Democrats, the defense also felt the same way as well. Now, what is this trial carry in a sentence of?
Starting point is 00:10:45 What did we look up just a minute ago? Well, he's facing 34 charges. And each charge, he could face up to four to five years and I think like $5,000 in fines. And these are felony charges, keep in mind. So if you think about 34 times five, what is that? That's a lot of years. Yeah. So it was basically whatever it was, whatever the actual time was.
Starting point is 00:11:06 34 felonies. 34 felonies. And then what does those felonies cover exactly? Four years. four years. And so that works out to about 136 years in prison. And listen, the judge could 100%. And we know that this judge hates Trump. He is obviously biased in this entire case. And so if you think about 34 felonies, four years each, that's 136 years. Well, guess who is in charge of sentencing? It is the judge. And it is the judge that Trump has been obviously critical of for obvious reasons. He feels like this judge is a, you know, basically working on behalf of the Biden administration. And Trump does not give a damn. He has violated the gag order, what, nine times.
Starting point is 00:11:50 He does not care. He's going to continue to violate the gag order. But unfortunately, he will be the one that will sentence Trump. And so if this happens, if a guilty verdict comes through, which we're going to talk about whether or not how possible that is in our opinions in just a little bit. But if a guilty verdict comes through, this guy is going to be the one that is sentenced seen Trump. And would he give a maximum? Probably so. Because they want to, they want to put him in prison to to never be seen or heard from again. This is their exact intention. And I think that guys,
Starting point is 00:12:22 what we're about to play to you and what you're about to hear, it'll probably shock you and discuss you as well. It should anyway. But imagine Trump going to jail 134 years for just this crazy show. And really, he could do anything from putting him on house rest to like you said, putting him in jail for a life sentence. But I just cannot imagine if they did. find Trump guilty and they sentence him to life in prison and they take him off, you know, in handcuffs. And then when he comes back, well, you know, first they're going to convict him guilty or not. And then they'll come back with a sentencing. But when he comes back to the sentencing, he's going to be in that orange jumpsuit. Could you imagine seeing Trump in an orange
Starting point is 00:12:59 jumpsuit? Yeah. I think that the world, or at least our world, America would go insane if that happened. Did you see all the people out there today that were protesting and distaste? And just standing there for Trump? Yeah, we're going to play some of those clips as well because, I mean, I think you guys will, you know, you'll understand why people were rightfully pissed off, it seems. Let's go ahead, I guess, and get into this press commerce because we need to get into the press commerce. We got to let you at least hear what we heard from the very beginning because, look, the reality of this is there was a lot of pissed off people out out there. And when social media came alive, after all this was happening, I essentially knew what was going to happen on social media.
Starting point is 00:13:40 I knew that people were going to react the way they did. There's a lot of pissed off people. They obviously see the justice system as rigged or as unjustified as an unjustified justice system, politically motivated and politically corrupt justice system. For example, Biden just put forth the 200th federal judge since he's been in office just the other day. And by the way, you know what this judge did? Well, one of the things she did in the confirmation hearing, and Ted Cruz actually grilled her on this, was that she allowed a, convicted rapist man to go to a woman's prison because he said he identified as a female. And so obviously this guy is going to go into a woman's prison and rape the hell out of these
Starting point is 00:14:21 women. And she said it's because he identified. So that's the law. He said he's a woman. And so we got to let him into prison. This is the type of shit. This is the world we're dealing with. And this is the administration we're dealing with, unfortunately.
Starting point is 00:14:33 So without further ado, this is the press conference. The first guy that comes up to the mic, I don't know who this guy is. He's some black dude that is on the Biden Harris team, some bald kind of short guy. And this guy was one of the ones he really wanted to put in people's faces, how horrible Trump is, and what you have to know about Trump and what you have to believe us on. But just listen to it and tell me what you guys think. This sounds like.
Starting point is 00:15:03 Here you go. Morning, everybody. Good to go. All right. Thank you so much for being. in here. First of all, let me say this first and foremost. We're not here today because of what's going on over there. We're here today because you all are here. And so we are proud, we're glad that you're all here this morning. We're here primarily because of the threat that Donald Trump poses
Starting point is 00:15:27 to the United States of America and to our democracy. We are, of course, grateful to have two brave officers, Michael Phenom. By the way, he's already starting to use the word threat to democracy. This is a big keyword to them. They love using this. He wants to make sure threat, threat, threat, democracy, democracy. And obviously, if you can hear in the background, there's a lot of pissed off people already back there. Let's continue. And Harry Dunn, who defended our democracy and our capital
Starting point is 00:15:55 against the violent mob that Trump incited on January 6th, 2021 here. By the way, let's play a drinking game real quick. Every time he says democracy, which by the way, I think is three times. Now you've got to take a shot. Here you go. And of course, We are happy to have Robert De Niro, a native New Yorker who can spot BS a mile away and isn't afraid to call it out. So the contrast here pretty much writes itself. As we speak, Donald Trump's somewhere fighting for himself, maybe taking a power nap.
Starting point is 00:16:25 And we've seen him for weeks and for months now. We've seen the ramblings of an unhinged, power-hungry, self-centered man, both here at Mar-a-Lago on true social, wherever he may be. But the thing is, this isn't new for Donald Trump. It's how he spent his four years in the White House. It's how he spent every moment since he lost the 2020 election. And in one month, Americans are going to have an opportunity to witness in prime time to clear a contrast between Donald Trump, who's a chaos agent, waging a self-obsessed campaign of revenge and retribution,
Starting point is 00:16:57 go up against Joe Biden. He's a leader who fights for Americans every single day. As the president said when he challenged Trump to debate, the president has a list of things he'd like to talk to. Trump about if Trump does in fact show up in Atlanta on June 27th. He wants to talk about why Donald Trump is the architect of the repeal of Roby Wade, why he wants to go even further in his second term, why he thinks the extreme state-level abortion bans are playing out brilliantly across the country.
Starting point is 00:17:24 He wants to talk about Trump's embrace of political violence and the core threat he poses to our democracy. Lastly, he wants to talk about Trump's economic plans and how they'd make Trump and his rich friends richer at the expense of working families, just like he has his entire life. So that's what this campaign is going to be focused on and talking about over the course of the next month. We're going to make sure that Trump has to answer for all of the above and for his extremism on the debate stage.
Starting point is 00:17:53 That started last week when we launched our new ad, narrated by Mr. De Niro, which underscores Trump's increasingly unhinged and dangerous quest for power, and we're not going to let our foot off the gas. You'll be hearing and seeing a lot from our campaign as we bring the states of the election directly to the voters who are going to decide it. It's simple.
Starting point is 00:18:10 Trump poses a unique and growing threat to our fundamental rights and our freedoms, our very democracy and our economy. The threat is crystal clear today. It will remain crystal clear tomorrow. And it will be crystal clear on the debate stage in Atlanta on June 27th. So now we're going to pause. All right. So I just want to pause here for a second as this guy's pausing. And you guys have drank a few times probably.
Starting point is 00:18:35 But listen, here's the deal. I mean, he's talking about Trump being a existential threat to democracy. This is someone that we cannot allow in the White House because he's going to be a tyrant. He's going to dictate. He's going to make all of our lives horrible. He is going to be the next Putin or Kim Jong-un or whoever the case may be. But listen, guys, the reality of that is just complete bullshit. I mean, no matter how you see whatever you see, the three years that Trump was in office before the COVID-19 pandemic,
Starting point is 00:19:02 where they brought in all of these assholes into the administration, like Falschi and like whoever that older lady is. I can't even remember her name. But, you know, when they brought them in, it started really basically upending the administration. And they started infiltrating the administration even further than they already had before. This is when you started seeing, obviously, things go really bad for the country. And then it was essentially the Falschi era that led into the Biden era, which made things even
Starting point is 00:19:32 worse. It was that era, that team Democrats and the people that are now on. in office that are ones that are pro lockdown. They are pro vaccine mandates. They are pro, you know, basically everything that was once we loved about America, they are anti that. And so they're trying, these are the guys, these, this is the administration that's trying to destroy our constitution.
Starting point is 00:19:57 They are, they are, they want to spit on it. They want to burn it. They are in support of the people that burn the flag. They are in support of the people that try to pretend like that the, the Constitution of the United States doesn't matter. It's just a piece of paper by some random-ass people, which, by the way, are found in fathers. And so it is not Trump that wants to dictate.
Starting point is 00:20:16 It is not Trump that wants to tyrannize. It is Trump, by the way, that has been one of the most. And if not maybe the most, investigated people on the face of the planet. And yet this is all the shit they can come up with so far is Stormy Daniels Hush Money crap, which we're going to get into even the legidity of this entire case in a minute. But the most investigated person ever. And not only
Starting point is 00:20:43 that, you know, they kept telling him, tax money, or, you know, show your taxes. Show your taxes. He showed his taxes. They shut the hell up about that. But what about the Hunter Biden? What about Hunter Biden in Burisma in Ukraine? Which now we are funding billions and billions and billions and billions and billions and billions and billions and billions of dollars to. And then like just today,
Starting point is 00:21:03 or I guess it was yesterday or before, Hallie Biden, which is Joe Biden's son's widow. I think that's what is. But she is definitely like a key witness in the Hunter Biden gun trial, which is going to happen. I mean, Hunter Biden actually faces a long time in prison if he is convicted on this gun charge. And yet Biden and his team showed up at her house yesterday or the day before. For what reason? And then so Kim Kiyang, John, Pierre, whatever her name is.
Starting point is 00:21:34 was asked by Peter Ducey today. And she said, why did Biden and them take a trip to old Hallie Biden's house, especially since she is the key witness. Right. One of the very key witnesses in the Hunter Biden trial was to, oh, well, she, he, you know, because Bo's death thing is coming up and this memorial day and, you know, he just wanted to make sure that, you know, she was good and, you know, all that. And so Peter Ducey said, did you ask, did they talk at all about the case itself?
Starting point is 00:22:01 Oh, no. No, we did not do that. Of course not. like you didn't talk to any of the business partners that Hunter had. Yeah, exactly. So anyways, in a minute, there's a January 6 police officer that's going to come up here. And this guy is a POS as well, it seems, because this guy is. Well, there's actually two of them.
Starting point is 00:22:22 Two of them, yeah. Harry Dunn and Michael Thannone. Yeah, yeah. So both of these guys have testified. I think both these guys testified in front of Congress and the J6 committee. They essentially lied in Congress. multiple times. They're obviously a paid chill for the Democratic Party.
Starting point is 00:22:38 Absolutely. And so, but anyways, here's Robert De Niro's. Go ahead. Sorry, I was going to say, and not to mention they're going on the campaign trail with Biden on June 27th. They're going to all the battleground states. Oh, yeah. So these police officers.
Starting point is 00:22:54 Yeah. So they're using this January 6th thing still four years later. This is what they have to use against Trump. That's the only thing that they can come up with. Is there anything better you can? can come up with than the January 6th thing. Yes, Robert De Niro. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:23:08 Let's go to Robert De Niro. Robert De Niro. What are you talking about? Who's better than Robert De Niro? Let's listen to this. Turn it over to Robert De Niro. Thank you. I mean, this is really, even these people over here, kind of.
Starting point is 00:23:29 It's kind of crazy. That's so funny. It's really crazy. And this thing. Donald Trump has created this. He should be telling them not to do this. But he's just... Yeah, he should be telling them not to do this.
Starting point is 00:23:46 He should be telling them not to do this when he is politically persecuted in trial, facing 100 and what 30, 134, 136 years maximum. And he is the leading candidate as the Republican nominee or will be the Republican nominee of the 2024 presidential election. This dumb asses out here saying, oh, he should be telling him not to tell me, fuck you. because that's exactly what he was doing. So, yeah, anyways, let's continue. He wants to so total, he wants to show total chaos,
Starting point is 00:24:18 which he's succeeding in some areas and places to do. Anyway, beside all that, this is my neighborhood, downtown New York City. I grew up here and feel at home in these streets. I feel comfortable. The Twin Towers fell just over here, just over there. This part of the city was like a ghost town, but we vowed. We would not allow terrorists to change our way of life. And we started the Tribeca Festival to bring people back.
Starting point is 00:24:54 I love this city. I love this city. I don't want to destroy it. Donald Trump wants to destroy not only the city, but the country, and eventually he could destroy the world. But we vowed we would not allow terrorists. I owe this city a lot. And that's why it's so weird that Donald Trump is just across the street.
Starting point is 00:25:25 Because he doesn't belong in my city. I don't know where he belongs, but he surely doesn't belong here. We New Yorkers used to tolerate him when he was just another grubby real estate hustler masquerading as a big shot. A two-bit playboy lying his way into the tabloid. pretending to be a spokesman, a spokesperson for himself. He was calling it as himself for himself to fool the press and to inflating his net worth.
Starting point is 00:26:00 A clown. But this city is pretty accommodating. We make room for clowns. We have them all over the city. People who do crazy things in the street. We tolerate it. It's part of the city. It's part of the culture.
Starting point is 00:26:17 but not a person like Trump who will eventually run the country. That does not work, and we all know that. Anyway, we make room for clowns to each his own. But no one takes him or took him really seriously. They take him seriously now, of course. But around the country, people who didn't know him, as we did, started to support him. They bought into his bullshit. Trump bought their votes with outrageous lies.
Starting point is 00:26:52 and empty promises. He got the most religious evangelicals to applaud a sinner. Okay, so Robert De Niro here is saying that Trump is actually the one that had empty promises. And he's the one that made people by his bullshit.
Starting point is 00:27:08 I mean, listen, if there's been nothing more that Biden is in, Biden cannot even speak on the microphone. He is senile. He has got some type of major dementia issue. And you only tell you why that is the case? They love that because when someone is not capable of actually trying or actually having any thought in their mind, the deep state can take over at that point. They can completely take over.
Starting point is 00:27:36 He is a puppet. His administration is a puppet. And even Kamala Harris. I mean, if you look at her, you would think that she's on drugs most of the time. Now, I know that some people are going to, you know, I don't know, maybe we have some Biden supporters that listen to us. I hope not. but in the case, it doesn't matter.
Starting point is 00:27:52 We've had these conversations many times about, you know, yes, I understand people that Trump is not perfect on various things, right? And but the two choices we have outside of Robert F. Kennedy, which is a whole other conversation, who will Robert F. Kennedy pull from on the vote, many people believe it's actually going to be Biden he's going to pull from rather than Trump. But nonetheless, there are definitely still things about RFK.
Starting point is 00:28:19 I would not vote for. personally, some of that stuff has to do with abortion, someone has to do with gun rights, so on and so forth. And maybe we could do an entire episode on that separately. But let's continue because in a minute, old De Niro is going to get interrupted by something. And it's probably God actually that did this. But let's hear this. I love it.
Starting point is 00:28:42 Who bragged about sexual assault. And in just a couple of blocks from here, a jury found him liable for sexual abuse. Somehow, he even got self-styled patriots to support a man who called for terminating the Constitution, and on January 6th rallied an angry mob to threaten democracy, leaving death and destruction in its wake. That's why I needed to be involved and wanted to be involved in the new Biden-Harris air, because it shows the violence of Trump and reminds us that he'll use violence, against anyone who stands in the way of his megalomania and greed. But it's a coward's violence.
Starting point is 00:29:35 You think Trump ever threw a punch himself or took one? This guy who ran and hid in the White House bunker when there were protesters outside? No way. He doesn't get blood on his hands. No, he doesn't. He directs the mob to do his dirty work for him by making a suggestion, an inference. and his gang grovels and follows
Starting point is 00:30:01 his obvious order. It's no surprise that the murder rate and other violent crimes peaked under Trump and are falling under Biden. And now he's promising to use our own military. Which, by the way, is complete horseshit. I mean, he's literally trying to say that crime rates are going down under Biden
Starting point is 00:30:20 and went up under Trump. Complete horse shit. And even if that was even possibly true in any way, shape, or form, which is not. If you actually look at crime stats and data, you know, you got to remember that during Trump's term is when the Democrats unleashed Black Lives Matter, that whole movement, summer of love, you name it.
Starting point is 00:30:39 They did every and anything they possibly could to make the country look like it was in complete unrest. And that's what they do. They create and cause havoc. They cause false flags. They do all these things to upend society and up in civilization, as we know. it. That's probably what is about to happen with this case right here that we're talking about. But isn't it just crazy that they are saying what Trump is doing is what they're actually doing.
Starting point is 00:31:08 It's like they're talking about themselves. I don't get how you can just like lie like that and people believe you. But I've also always said, Sherry, too, it's like, you know, if you're guilty of cheating, you accuse the other person. I mean, that's always been like the thing that people have always thought about. It's like, if you're accusing me, are you accusing me because you're the one actually doing it. Is it you're guilty conscious or is it because you're trying to, you know, what is it called? You're trying to, shit. I can't remember. Project. You're trying to project on a group
Starting point is 00:31:40 of people or a person what you're actually doing to make it appear as though you are the innocent one and they're the guilty one. It's kind of like when somebody is asked a question and they're lying and they shake their head yes as they're saying no. Yes, exactly. No, it's exactly like it is. And Sherry watches tons of like murder investigations, interrogations. And it is very interesting. That is something in, you know, in psychology and all that. Like if someone's lying and especially as police interrogate some of these people, they'll say no, but shake their head, yes.
Starting point is 00:32:09 Or vice versa. And it's actually just a weird habitual response because of something you've always known to do. And then when you're in a crisis or a situation where you feel like you have to lie to save your life, for example, your body still goes back to your body and your deep conscious knows that. that what you're saying is not true, but it knows what the truth is. So sometimes you will shake your head, yes. Sometimes you will shake your head and know, and that's usually the truth, even though you may be saying something differently.
Starting point is 00:32:36 But these assholes are just doing the exact, exactly what they're accusing Trump of. Well, and with Robert De Niro, him being a famous actor and going through all these roles, and, you know, I used to love Robert De Niro in some of his movies. And it's interesting, he always played like a gangster type guy. And he's out there calling Trump supporters. gangsters. Yeah. But for him not to even be able to read his script, I know people are yelling in the
Starting point is 00:33:02 background or whatever and we're getting to a really good point in a minute with him. But he was not even able to read his own script in front of him. Like he is washed out and old. He couldn't even do it. No, no wonder that he's supporting Biden. I mean, they speak the same language. So, yeah, I mean, Biden's just more advanced, senile language. But Robert Niro will be there before long.
Starting point is 00:33:24 Let's listen to a little bit more of what this shit had. to say. To attack U.S. citizens. That's the tyrant. That's the tyrant he's telling us he'll be. And believe me, he means it. When Trump ran in 2016, it was like a joke. Got to say something real quick.
Starting point is 00:33:48 He's talking about Trump is planning to attack U.S. citizens and so on and so forth. I don't know if this guy recognizes or realizes what the Biden Department of Justice has done throughout the course of Biden's administration. They have weaponized the Department of Justice. They have weaponized the FBI. They have called the people that believe in the Second Amendment or moms that do not want their kids to see transvestite sex strip shows at their schools or libraries or reading books about blow jobs or whatever the case may be.
Starting point is 00:34:18 These people are considered domestic terrorists. Those people are, if you buy more than two guns or if you say something in some ways against the administration in any way, possible, they can possibly twist it, you're going to have FBI show up at your house. And they're going to question you. And they're going to ask you why you said that. And why are you saying that? This is a Nazi Germany slash totalitarian government that is forming.
Starting point is 00:34:44 I think it's already formed, whether we like it or not. Not to even mention Biden has on several occasions talked to Trump supporters or MAGA group and said that, you know, you think you have your weapons? Well, I got nuclear weapons for you. Yeah. This is what he is saying to people. Yeah, nuclear F-15s, F-16s. He's threatened us with all of it.
Starting point is 00:35:09 And he said, oh, you think your little AR-15 is going to do shit against my military? That's literally he's threatening half of the population. Yeah, who's threatening who? Yeah, against weapons of war. I mean, that's what he's doing. He's done it before. And he's not afraid to do it again. And it's not just him that he's reading off of whatever he's got to read off of.
Starting point is 00:35:27 But guys, I'm telling you, it's. like we feel like, you know, you, and I think that's why so many people find it so hard to be patriots anymore. I'm still a patriot of this great America, which is going to be great again at some point in time. And that's not a pun or that's not a cliche. I'm saying this country will be great again at some point in time because I just feel like the people that are strong and steadfast and the people that really love this country and the people that are sick of this shit, you know, they're not going to just let the country crumble. And, you know, we talked about some of that on the space last night.
Starting point is 00:36:01 It's like that I think that's also a reason why I don't want to support companies like Facebook and YouTube or not X, sorry, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, companies like that that are literally just a part of the government. I don't want to support that. I want to support at the very least companies I think might be going in the right direction. And that's why we always encourage you guys to check us out on X. Let's listen a little more. This buffoon running for president.
Starting point is 00:36:29 No, never could happen. We'd forgotten the lessons of history that showed us other clowns who weren't taken seriously until they became vicious dictators. With Trump, we have a second chance. And no one is laughing now. This is the time to stop him by voting him out once and for all. We don't want to wake up after the election. saying, what again? My God, what the hell have we done? We can't have that happen again. Yesterday was Memorial Day. It's a good time to reflect on how Americans fought and died so that we may
Starting point is 00:37:12 enjoy the freedoms guaranteed to us by a democratic government. A government that, as President Lincoln said, of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth. under Trump, this kind of government will perish from the earth. I don't mean to scare you. No, no, wait, maybe I do mean to scare you. If Trump returns to the White House, you can kiss these freedoms goodbye that we all take for granted. And elections, forget about it. All propaganda.
Starting point is 00:37:45 That's done. If he gets in, I can tell you right now. This literally sounds to me. He will never leave. you know that he will never leave what does that mean
Starting point is 00:38:01 is that the country we want to live in do we want him running this country and saying I'm not leaving I'm dictator for life someone got tired of this shit I hope this new ad campaign reaches outside the bubble to remind supporters
Starting point is 00:38:19 of what a danger he is to our lives This is not a threat. All right, guys, I'm going to fast forward it real quick. So now he's about to call up. Okay, let me see this guy. Wait, actually, before we get to that. But while you're doing that, I just love the part when the car horn or the, excuse me, the alarm starts going off. Well, he's talking.
Starting point is 00:38:44 And then you can't see it right now, but all of his little people behind him are looking back like, what the heck is going on? Somebody turned that alarm off. But you know somebody did that on perfect. Absolutely. I mean, he's a legend or she. Whoever that person was, legend. I love it. I'm so glad they thought about doing that.
Starting point is 00:39:00 Nobody wants to talk about that. But also, you might be wondering maybe why Robert De Niro even is campaigning for Biden so hard and completely against Trump. Well, Sherry, what is it that, you know, he wasn't he involved potentially, allegedly, Robert De Niro was involved in some kind of pedophore. Yes. In 1998, I have it pulled up right here that he was actually. arrested by the French vice squad at the British hotel in Paris in 1998 for this prostitution
Starting point is 00:39:32 ring that he was in when they were buying kids basically and having sex with them. Yeah. And you know who got him out? Who were some of the people that got them out? Oh, the Bidens. And so it's kind of like, you know, maybe was there some kind of deal at some point in time? It could be. Oh, I just lost my train.
Starting point is 00:39:51 I thought I was going to say something. I forgot. Sorry. No, it's all good. But I mean, yeah, so obviously there's this big rumor going around. And it's not a rumor, by the way. You can look this stuff up. This was an actual thing.
Starting point is 00:40:01 Oh, this is what I was going to say. Here he is calling Trump a rapist of this prostitute-type lady that does, you know, Yeah. Porn sir. It's porn for people to watch. He's calling him a rapist of this lady. And he's out there raping children, allegedly, allegedly raping children. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:22 I mean, so who's a rapist here? Yeah. And by the way, the whole Stormy Daniels thing, you know, there's an actual video. And I will get it if I can remember to get it for you in just a minute. But there's an actual video of Stormy Daniels going on Bill Maher's show. And when Bill Maher talked to Stormy Daniels, Stormy Daniels said a complete opposite story than she said later on as Trump got in the White House. And as the Biden administration came in, that's when Stormy Daniels entire story changed. So obviously the Biden administration got to Stormy Daniels, but the reality is that Bill Maher has it on video of what she exactly said about Trump.
Starting point is 00:41:02 And it is absolutely not at all what this case is about whatsoever. It basically exonerates Trump from this entire case. And I think that's what said. Let me see if the car alarm is still going off here because this old January 6 police officer is about to come up. Dude all tatted out. He's got his little gray hair. He's on like a little media tour. I was wondering who he was at first when he was first on there because he was standing back there.
Starting point is 00:41:27 I mean, his whole head is tatted. He's all of his arms. He looks like an ex-con, honestly. Yeah. And so he's, he's what he was apparently one of the January 6 police officers. I'll let Robert De Niro introduce. Hopefully the car alarm is off now, but we'll see. Six, while Republican lawmakers, the spikably tried to keep the loser Trump.
Starting point is 00:41:46 Okay, let's just fast forward here. There were other ones in there who probably were in with them a little bit. I came here today. to remind Americans of what Donald Trump is capable of. And the violence that he unleashed on all Americans on January 6, 2021. For two decades, I was a D.C. police officer serving the citizens of the District of Columbia, primarily working in narcotics. On January 6th, 2021, I heard distress calls coming from fellow police officers on the Capitol as thousands of Trump supporters rushed them and brutally assaulted
Starting point is 00:42:37 members of law enforcement. That day, I like many other, hundreds of other DC police officers, put on a uniform and responded to the Capitol to assist our brothers and sisters in law enforcement defending the Capitol from a violent armed mob of Trump's supporters. Lie. By the way, there was never any armed anybody at the freaking Capitol that day. As a matter of fact, you can go to one of our podcasts when we play the Capitol's main police guy saying that it was a complete chaos because they wouldn't tell them what was going on.
Starting point is 00:43:16 Yeah, it was the Capitol Police Chief. He was featured on Tucker. And this guy basically, I mean, if you listen to our. our podcast about that or Tucker's episode. I can't remember what episode it was on Tucker. I don't even know if it was Fox. I think it was one of Tucker Carlson Fox Nation episodes. But this guy basically said that he was left in the dark of everything.
Starting point is 00:43:35 He tried to get answers of this. He tried to call for this. He tried to do this. They prolonged this. They left him in a dark. They called him a liar. They did all this shit. And then, you know, essentially he was led to resign.
Starting point is 00:43:46 And it was because he knew something was up. He knew some shit was going on, some inside job of some sort of sort in some way or something that was off on January 6th. And so he went on Tucker to talk about this. He was the police chief, the Capitol Police Chief and had been there for quite a while. And so when he went on Tucker, I encourage everybody go listen to it. Or you can listen to our breakdown about it. We can just look up Capitol Police Chief on Spotify of Spotify or Spotify, wherever you listen to it.
Starting point is 00:44:16 Look it up under our podcast and you'll find that episode. Let's listen a little more of what this guy has say. These supporters were fueled by Trump's lies and the lies of his surrogates, lies that the 2020 election was stolen. Those same lies had been spewed by Donald Trump and his surrogates about what happened to me and so many other police officers on January 6, 2021. That day, I was brutally assaulted. I was pulled from the police line by a man named Albuquerque Head, a Trump supporter who later pled guilty to his violent assault on me. While being restrained by the violent mob, I was beaten. An individual named Kyle Young tried to...
Starting point is 00:45:15 That must be why he sounds so dumb now. Anyways... ...strict me of my firearm, while chance of kill him with his own gun were echoed by other members of the crowd. At that time, Thomas Sibbik, a man from Buffalo, New York, stripped me of my badge and my police radio, my lifeline to call for help from other officers. All the while, I continued to be beaten and then struck with a taser on my neck by Daniel Rodriguez, another Trump supporter, who also pled guilty to his violent assault on me. me. All four of these individuals are self-admitted Trump supporters. All four of them committed violent assault on law enforcement. I'm just one representative of the hundreds of police officers that were assaulted that day by Donald Trump supporters, inspired by his lives. The lives that
Starting point is 00:46:21 continue to this day to inspire my fellow Americans to turn against their fellow. Americans to turn against police officers. At the end of the day, this election is about Donald Trump and his vision for the office of the president of the United States, not as a public servant who answers to the elected, to the people who elected him, but as an authoritarian who answers to and serves only himself. Thank you. So there you go. So that was, I don't know what his name is.
Starting point is 00:47:09 Asshole. And by the way, if you want to look up the Tucker interview, Stephen Sun was the police chief at the time. Stephen Sunned. And keeping in mind, Tucker was fired right before he released the interview with Stephen's Sund. I was looking at up as well, Sherry. But yeah, Tucker released this massive January 6 interview with former Capitol Police Chief Stephen Sund.
Starting point is 00:47:33 And it wasn't long after that that he. was fired, or actually he had not released the interview, but he had the interview in his pocket, and then he was fired not long after this. I want to check on one, on just one thing real quick. All right, guys, so with that said, Stephen Sunday, when he was testifying in front of Congress in front of the House Administration Committee, his appearance has been largely ignored. I mean, no one, you'll never find a lot about this. but his appearance and and everything kind of shook Congress. And that's why Tucker brought him on.
Starting point is 00:48:12 I want you to hear just this very brief exchange about Nancy Pelosi lied about her communications with the National Guard. Here you go. A second set here in a press conference on January 7th, Speaker Pelosi called for your resignation on national television. Speaker Pelosi also stated that she had not talked to you since the initial breach of the captain. but according to your transcribed interview, you're on the phone with Speaker Pelosi a few times. Can you explain that discrepancy? Yeah, that is correct. I spoke to Speaker Pelosi three times that evening and she went on national TV and said I'd never spoken to her, but I spoke to her three times.
Starting point is 00:48:54 The three times were the first time when I went over to brief Vice President Pence at the secure location. I had called House Sergeant Arms Irving told him I was going over to brief the vice president. I was also going over to do a personal assessment of the Capitol. At that point, things were getting under control. Went over there, briefed him on when we can get them back into chambers with Mr. Irving being fully aware. He said he wanted to get Speaker Pelosi on the phone. He made a phone call from his cell phone at approximately 534 where I first briefed Speaker Pelosi. The second call was when I left that location as I was walking away.
Starting point is 00:49:32 I met up with Mr. Stinger, and we started walking over to the Senate to go brief the Senate when Jennifer Hemingway, I believe it was Jennifer Hemingway, handed me and hit the cell phone, and it was Emily Barrett's cell phone calling her, and it was Speaker Pelosi on the other line. This is my second call with Speaker Pelosi, questioning the information I've given to Vice President Pence about when we can get back into chambers. I assured her that information was correct. I could get them back into chambers by 7 p.m., and the call ended. That was call number two.
Starting point is 00:49:59 Call number three was 625 p.m. I was over at the Senate from the secure location, I mean from where the Senate had been sequestered. And on a cell phone using Robert Karam's cell phone, they dialed leadership, who was over offsite at a secure location. And I briefed all of the leadership of the plans to get them back into chambers. That would have been call number three with Speaker Pelosi. So you didn't have one call, you didn't have two calls. You didn't have two calls. So Speaker Pelosi's comments that she didn't speak to you are inaccurate.
Starting point is 00:50:25 That is correct, sir. Okay, so there you go. My bad. And I want to, I want to rephrase that. it was not the comments about Pelosi and National Guard. Now, it was technically Pelosi's job to call in a National Guard. She tried to say it was Trump's. That's a lie.
Starting point is 00:50:39 Also, she tried to say that she did not speak to Stephen's son, the Capitol police chief at the time. But then General Millie seems to always pop up. Did he have specific intelligence before January 6 and only shared it with select members of Congress? Chief of the U.S. Capitol Stephen Sund also had something to say about that. I just got to play this because just since we're on the January 6th thing, I want you to hear this. Check this out. You begin to wonder why, and especially when you look at things like something that I recently came across when you talk about the military. General Millie, you know, we're now finding out.
Starting point is 00:51:12 And it's not, not for me. This is from Carol Lenning, you know, investigative reporter with The Washington Post, has found that he was using data miner on his own coming across intelligence. Tell us what data miner is. So data miner is an intelligence platform. It's not something your average citizen would have on their computer. I guess it goes in and does crawling across webs. I'm not really sure how it works. Yes.
Starting point is 00:51:33 But it's not your, it's an intelligence platform. He's picking up intelligence talking about killing members of Congress and attacking the United States Capitol. And he's not telling me. He's telling select members of Congress. I mean, Karen Lennon writes about it in her book. That's concerning as hell. Because as the chief of police, you know, there's a duty to warn there. And I should be told so I can take the necessary action.
Starting point is 00:51:54 I don't know who else he was telling, but he sure wasn't telling me. There you go. And that was General Millie that had an intelligence platform software that he said that he was picking up data saying that people wanted to kill or commit murder on members of Congress or other people in our government, yet never even mention it to Stephen's son, at the time U.S. Capitol Police Chief. Obviously, he is a very big guy when it comes to this entire law enforcement operation around the Capitol. He knows the capital. His officers know the capital far better than even some of the federal agents, FBI, you name it. And in a lot of cases, the Capitol police have ultimate authority in, depending on the situation, but they have a lot of authority around the Capitol.
Starting point is 00:52:40 And so I just found it very interesting. The whole Stevenson thing, he talks about a lot more stuff that if you listen to the entire interview, nothing adds up. And you can obviously see there are some coordinated thing to happen on January. sex is all I'm saying. And it's just interesting when I look up these two Capitol Police that are on the campaign trail basically for Biden. Well, one of them actually was on his own campaign trail for Congress earlier this month.
Starting point is 00:53:06 And he was, he did not get, you know, he was not elected. Sorry. But anyways, what I was looking up where we were listening to that as I looked up, is there any photos of these guys being attacked? Are there any pictures of their bruises or there are. arms or their shoulders or anything. I can't find anything on the internet. Can you guys find anything?
Starting point is 00:53:28 No, or hardly videos. Nothing. Google will be the very first people. They would blast that on everything. And I'm on Google. I'm just saying images, anything for their injuries. I see nothing.
Starting point is 00:53:40 Yeah. I mean, isn't that kind of weird? And then also, you remember the pipe bomb incident? They said that someone brought a pipe bomb and all of this. Well, if you look, there's a video on the internet. We talked about this on another podcast. There's a video where the bomb squad.
Starting point is 00:53:53 shows up. They show up even before I believe the pipe bomb was ever even called in. They casually stroll over to, quote, unquote, where the pipe bomb was. And this security camera footage came from a location that I don't guess they realized there was security camera footage that someone pulled, got on the internet. And they're just casually walking up to supposedly this pipe bomb. Yeah, right. They're like, yeah, hey, what's up, guys?
Starting point is 00:54:13 Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then they're just hanging out, laughing. You can just see them doing this shit. And then casually stroll away with supposedly the pipe bomb that the Trump support is brought. Yeah. And you know that's not the way it works. Whenever there's a bomb or a bomb threat called in or they think there's a bomb, they have the bomb squad come out with these trucks and these robots and all kinds of things.
Starting point is 00:54:33 They make a huge deal out of things like that. They're not going to just walk up and casually pick it up. No, you're 100% correct. So I want to go over just for a minute a little bit about, you know, which I hope that I actually still have this. Let's see here. I do. Okay. So the hush money trial has been a subject, obviously, of, I mean, how fair is it, how, you know, is it fair, is it not? Here's some of the things. Number one, selective prosecution. Critics argue that the trial represents selective prosecution suggesting that Donald Trump is obviously being singled out for political reasons.
Starting point is 00:55:12 And they point out that the hush money payments are not uncommon in politics and that the focus on this case is obviously disproportionate. or disproportionate. Obviously, also unfair media coverage. Some have criticized the media coverage of the trial, claiming it is biased and sensationalized, which could potentially influence the jury and even the public perception, which would also then be, in my opinion, election interference. I think you're doing two things at once. You are influencing a jury and you are interfering in a presidential election, at the very least. think about this when the FBI and X, or not X, but it was a Twitter at the time,
Starting point is 00:55:51 when they decided to hide the Hunter Biden laptop story and Twitter banned any and everything about the Hunter Biden laptop and its validity that was technically considered 100% election interference because of the fact that no one knew about the Hunter Biden laptop and which also, by the way, could have led to Hunter Biden's involvement with Burisma and Ukraine and all this other crap. And then Biden said, no, I had no, I had no involvement in any money between Hunter and Burisma and Ukraine, although we know that's all bullshit is on video. It reminds me of, no, I never had sex with that woman.
Starting point is 00:56:28 Exactly. The Democrats get away that shit all the time. Witness credibility. The defense has attempted to discredit the key witness, which is Michael Cohen, obviously, by highlighting his previous lies to Congress. And this raises questions about reliability of testimony. This guy has perjured himself multiple. times. He is absolutely not a credible witness. And at this point, Michael Cohen, which has been in prison, I believe, is he still in prison?
Starting point is 00:56:51 Look that up. I can't even remember if he's actually in prison right now or is, or I know he got charged and he got prosecuted. But you got to think about, are they offering him a deal to come and testify against Trump? And they say, hey, if you testify, then we will just, you know, we'll forget everything. We'll wipe a record clean, whatever the case may be. Once you figured it out, Sherry, let me know. Also, legal grounds. The defense has argued that the prosecution has not met its burden of proven Trump's guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of false spying business records related to the hush money
Starting point is 00:57:25 payment. Political motivations, obviously, as critics argue that the trial is politically motivated, aiming to discredit Trump and potentially impact his political future, which we also see. Jury bias. There has been concerns about the potential. for jury bias, given the high-profile nature of the case and extensive media coverage. So we don't know what this jury is going to be, but this is the one-time president of the United States.
Starting point is 00:57:51 He is the leading candidate for presidency in 2024 right now. He is dominating Biden on pretty much every poll or pre-poll, although I don't necessarily always agree with polls or not. But at the very least, he is the leading candidate in the presidency right now. I'm sure. Did you find it? Yeah, he was sentenced to 13 months in 2008. 18 and he got out for good behavior and he wasn't even there for 13 months.
Starting point is 00:58:14 Good behavior. But you're thinking about him, he was the main star witness for this whole case. Yeah. Say, you know, and he's been sentenced to 13 months in jail in prison and they're saying, okay, you got to trust what he's saying now. Don't trust what he did before, but trust him now. Yeah, he's lied. Because he's our key witness. Yeah, he's lied multiple times.
Starting point is 00:58:34 So when do you trust somebody like that? Yeah. So sequestering in the jury, Trump's legal spokeswoman. argue that a jury should have been sequestered. I mean, absolutely. I mean, at the very least, if any jury should be sequestered, this jury 100% should be because if they're not, then you're going home and watching or listening to a podcast like this or doing something that you are being influenced by all of this stuff.
Starting point is 00:58:58 And you cannot get away from it. Unless you literally are not on television, not on your phone, not on anything, you're not going to get away from what's actually going on. Now, that could actually help Trump in some ways. It depends on what social media platform you're on, though. Because if you're only on Facebook, you're only on X or whatever the case is or YouTube, they're not going to make sure right now you're not seeing any of the things that you're going to see on X of the actual public sentiment of what the hell is going on. People know what's going on.
Starting point is 00:59:25 They see right through it. And I think that's very interesting. The trial's outcome could potentially be influenced by public opinion and political pressure. That's obviously another thing. Now, I did also want to point out, too, as we're talking about this, that, you know, we have Dennis Quaid, an actor I love. I've always liked Dennis Quaid. I've liked a lot of the movies he's been in. He went on Pierce Morgan recently, and this is only about a 50-second clip, but he said that, hey, I'm voting for Trump.
Starting point is 00:59:58 And Dennis Quaid being such a huge person in Hollywood, here's why he said he's voting for Trump. What do you think of Trump? I think I'm going to vote for him. Really? Yeah, in the next election. Yes, I am. Are you ready for the blowback? Well, yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:13 If it inevitably comes to Trump. Well, you know, I think this election, everybody's got to, I think they're going to take a side or whatever. But it's, it just seems to me, it just makes sense. I was ready not to vote for Trump until what I saw is more than politics. I see a weaponization of our justice. system. Yeah. And a challenge to our Constitution by us as Americans that I don't think we're going to have. And, you know, Trump is the most investigated person, probably in the history of the world. And they haven't been able to really get him. People might call him an asshole,
Starting point is 01:00:57 but he's my asshole. He's Dennis Quaid's asshole. But that's the thing about Trump. Just because he's not politically correct doesn't mean he's not a great president. And some people just got to get off their little, you know, their little sad stories because he says something to hurt their feelings. You got to think about what he does for the country and what he did for the country in 2016 during his presidency. We were in the best place we could possibly be then. Look at us now.
Starting point is 01:01:25 Just look at us now and where we're at. Yeah. Yeah, right. And listen, here's the thing. Is Trump going to solve all the problems? It depends. it depends on how he goes into if he gets office again. Are you going to be able to get rid the bureaucrats?
Starting point is 01:01:37 Are you going to be able to get rid of all this stuff? And, you know, and I've said before, there's things about Trump that, you know, the vaccine, for one, and his continued support for the vaccine, I do not agree with. You guys also have to remember that Trump essentially used to be a Democrat. I mean, he was. And everybody loved Trump. All the rappers loved him. All the big time Democrats loved him. until he became president and something changed and they knew that he was in the way of something.
Starting point is 01:02:09 And I think that if anyone is listening to this podcast or any podcast about the globalist, the New World Order, the push for a one world government, one world health system. They want to get rid of your food. They want to get rid of everything that you can be independent on. They want to take total control by way of government. and so you cannot have a pro-America loving president in office. And listen, whatever you want to say about Trump, I 100% believe he loves America. I 100% believes he wants to do the best for America.
Starting point is 01:02:41 And to be honest with you, if I was Trump and a billionaire and, you know, this shit was going on, I don't know that I would probably run again. I mean, honestly, it's a lot of, a lot of stuff he's going through. And I've heard rumors and not rumors. There's some sources have told us that said, you know, Trump has been offered a way out of some of this stuff where people have come to him and said, you get out of this shit, we will quit coming after you, essentially. And I heard that about a year ago.
Starting point is 01:03:12 And Trump was like, F you, we're going. Like, I'm not getting out of this. And so what people don't understand is that the system is after not just Trump, they're after you. If you love America or you want America to be good, if you want America to be foundational, and you want America to be just normal at the very least. And I'm not saying, look, if you have your, you know, if you have, if you have viewpoints on the Democrat side, right? That doesn't mean that, and this is what I think. I don't think that means that Trump should be against you or Republicans should be against you because you have views on Democrat side.
Starting point is 01:03:48 But it seems like the Democrat Party is extremists now. They're not Democrats anymore. I mean, we have so many friends that have been Democrats. or registered Democrats that, you know, if talking to them even today, they're like, I am a Democrat technically, but I don't even know how to call myself that anymore because I'm embarrassed to say that anymore. I can't call myself that anymore. Maybe some of our friends said, hey, you know what?
Starting point is 01:04:14 I agree with abortion or I agree with this or this or this. But nowadays, it's like how far that side has taken it. it's not Democrats anymore. That party has 100% been hijacked by a what I believe, a globalist agenda. They want to tyrannize. They want to they want to completely destroy America as we know it. And I know that I think most people will, if you just look at the writing on the wall, that's happening, guys.
Starting point is 01:04:46 I 100% believe that's happening. And listen, I've never really been political. I really haven't. I mean, you know, until Trump kind of came along, I saw what was going on. even with, you know, you've got to think about the spying on Trump's campaign and the Russia collusion, which was all fake, and just everything they've tried to go against him. I wasn't really political until then. I mean, I was just kind of like, yeah, Bush is president or I didn't even necessarily mind Clinton that much. Well, I think we really started getting involved with politics when Obama was president is when we started seeing, like, changes in our country.
Starting point is 01:05:20 Yeah, we thought there were going to be changes for the better, but they weren't. You know, because I, the first term, I voted for Obama. I thought he was a great speaker. He had great things. I thought he was going to do great things for America. And it was against Mitt Romney. Yes. And that's another reason why we had to go against, you know, Republican.
Starting point is 01:05:37 Because I wasn't really Republican or Democrat then. But, you know, I thought Obama was going to do great things for us. Well, it turns out he didn't. And that's when I started seeing really bad changes going on in America. And I think that's when we really started getting political. think a lot of other people started as well. Yeah. Well, I mean, especially when you see the president.
Starting point is 01:05:57 I remember that was the first initial phase of Black Lives Matter in Ferguson. And that was kind of what I believe is when they started to politicize and weaponize social issues. I think that's what Obama did. I remember I'll never forget Obama came out and basically in support of the riots. He came out in support of anti-police movements. And that's when the foundation of America in a lot of ways. started to crumble.
Starting point is 01:06:24 And then as that has progressed over the years, it's gotten worse and worse. You remember defund the police. You remember all this stuff, which, by the way, worked very well for a lot of places because now there are more shitholes, more crime and more bad things happening across our big cities, not just in our big cities, but it's literally it has discouraged good people to become police because they do not want to deal with the bullshit they have to deal with nowadays. one of our good friends is actually in the academy now, and he's about my age. He was military, and I'm very proud.
Starting point is 01:06:59 I'm proud of people right now that want to say, hey, you know what? I'm going to step in. I'm going to do this shit, and I'm going to go put my life on a line because who else is going to do that. And so I'm very proud of people like that. I'm proud of people that serve and obviously our military and our law enforcement. Unfortunately, you know, that's another reason I want Trump to be in office. He's very supportive of the military. Right now, no one wants to go and join the military under the Biden administration.
Starting point is 01:07:25 They absolutely do not want to do that. They know that they're even making the military woke. It's not about your actual credential. It's not about how talented or how many years of service. It's about are you trans or are you this or are you whatever it is? Then you can come into leadership. And we're going to run the country, run our military in those leadership positions. You know, you see videos in North Korea and China and all the stuff of their military breaking boards over the six-pack abs and doing all the kinds of crazy shit.
Starting point is 01:08:00 And then you have, you have LGBTQ plus trans movement literal commercials for our Army and Navy and Marines. Can you say that five times fast? No. But that's the difference. We look like a bunch of betas in this world. And we got to change that. And we cannot keep going the way we are. So guys, we're going to keep you forever.
Starting point is 01:08:27 What I do want to say, though, is that we are on verdict watch. We do have a show tomorrow night. But if something crazy happens, if for some reason that Trump is found guilty, obviously we might have to push that episode tomorrow. I don't know. It depends on what happens. But we'll see Into Thin Air is going to be on the show tomorrow. X and Rumble Live.
Starting point is 01:08:50 We're also going to push it to audio that night as well. So you guys will be able to get that episode fresh off the press. We're going to be talking about the 2024 hurricane season, which is going to be one of the record books, according to NOAA National Weather Service. So let's talk about what we think is going to happen with this trial, right? So I think, or Sherer, do you want to go first? Like, how do you think the jury is going to decide this? Guilty versus innocent verdict. Well, since there are two attorneys on the jury makes me feel better unless they've been paid off somehow, some way.
Starting point is 01:09:30 You know, I don't know if there's even a way for him to have a fair trial. But if it's not a fair trial and they do find him guilty, I think my prediction is he's definitely going to become president. Yeah, unless, unless. Because that's going to infuriate a lot of people. Yeah. But unless there's there's some type of bullshit that they put in a place that says if someone's in prison, you can't become president. Oh, right. Because you can't even vote if you have a felony.
Starting point is 01:09:57 Exactly. So I would assume. So how would he become president? I would assume they'll find a way to disqualify him in the presidency. And that'll be it. And I just think these are total bogus charges. These 34 charges. And it, you know, I wish that they would have let us watch the court case live on TV.
Starting point is 01:10:15 Yeah. especially on something this important. Yes, because I'm, you know, I'm not, I'm unsure of a lot of things that have been said in the courtroom. But from what I understand, Cohen gave this money to the Stormy Daniels lady. And because he, he was the one who offered it to her. And he said, Trump, look, I don't want your wife embarrassed by this. Let's give her some hush money and shut her up. Even if I know you didn't do this, but let's just shut her up.
Starting point is 01:10:42 So this was Cohen's whole idea in the beginning. Yeah. Not to mention, he stole millions, not millions. I don't know how much money. He stole a bunch of money from Trump. Yeah, by the way, you have to go to the Bill Maher episode. Let me see. Oh, God.
Starting point is 01:10:58 How the hell do I even spell his name? Is it Mar? Stormy Daniels. I need to see if I can find that clip. Shit. Let me hold on one second. I got to see if I can. All right, guys.
Starting point is 01:11:13 I found the clip. So Bill Maher essentially. right here blows up the Manhattan case against Trump with Stormy Daniels. Listen to what I'm going to say, which by the way is a definite liberal, although he's not as crazy as some liberals. And I say liberals isn't like extremists that we're seeing today. Check this out. I mean, the Democrats have had four years to put Trump on trial and it is all just going
Starting point is 01:11:39 away. They blew it at every term. Here's what's happened this week. Georgia. That one, okay. They're going to take up Trump's argument about Fannie Willis. Now, she's the prosecutor. She's having an affair with the guy she hired.
Starting point is 01:11:53 I mean, it's not really relevant to the case, but they left an opening. And now that one's going to be delayed. The stolen documents won. That's never going to happen because that's a Trumpy judge down there. So it's stormy or bust. I saw what you did there. It just comes out. I'm not trying.
Starting point is 01:12:16 if this one doesn't work, and she's a bad witness. Because, let me show you a little video. This is when I had Stormy on in 2018, and first I asked her why she had sex with Trump. Listen to that. And then listen to what she says after that. And then we're going to talk about the trial because it's quite a variance of what she said to me in 2018.
Starting point is 01:12:39 Why did you fuck Donald Trump? Okay. But you say it's not a Me Too case. It is not a Me Too case. I mean, I wasn't assaulted. I wasn't attacked or raped or coerced or blackmailed. They tried to shove me in the Me Too box to further their own agenda. And first of all, I didn't want any part of that because it's not the truth, and I'm not a victim in that regard.
Starting point is 01:13:04 That's not what she's saying now. She's talking about he was bigger and blocking the way. It's all the Me Too buzzwords. She said there was a power imbalance of power for sure. my hands were shaking so hard. She said she blacked out. Blacked out? She's a porn star.
Starting point is 01:13:27 I don't think sex... That doesn't mean she's been subjected to the likes of Donald Trump. I might black out too. Do you really think she blacked out? I mean, a porn star is used to having sex with people. She does not know. That's the job.
Starting point is 01:13:46 It's kind of like Stormy Bob. Bob Stormy. Fuck. Action. And let's go. And we're losing the last. life. So I just think this is, I just think she's not a good witness and this is. No, obviously not because let me tell you guys something right now. She literally in that 2018 interview with Bill Maher was not
Starting point is 01:14:07 under pressure, not under her Biden administration, nothing. And she blew this entire effing case up right here, right then. And Stormy Daniels was on the stand during this entire thing. And you hear her say, There was no blackmail. There was no nothing. This is a bunch of bullshit. If they're trying to say that, it's all horse shit. And now all of a sudden, oh, he blocked the way for me not to get out and all this crazy shit. My hands were shaking.
Starting point is 01:14:34 I hope they played this in the trial. Of course they didn't. Of course they did. Why can't they use that as evidence? Because they don't want real evidence and evidence. No, I'm saying as the defense attorneys, why couldn't they use this in the trial? I don't know. Because she admitted that she was not raped.
Starting point is 01:14:49 She was not coerced. That she effed him. And she did not, and she was not blackmailed. Yeah. So why couldn't that be evidence in the trial? Yeah. And she went on a, this was in 2018. This is far after the election when she came on the billmore.
Starting point is 01:15:04 Yeah. Because she didn't want to be a part of the Me Too movement. Yeah. She was like, they're trying to use me for this woke Me Too movement bullshit. And that didn't happen. And then I guess they had to be like, we got to get to her like hardcore. I'm just, but I, what blows my mind is the fact that they know that a clip like that is out there.
Starting point is 01:15:21 And yet they see. still go forward with this case, which is the only case they possibly have. As you heard Bill Maher, Benny Willis case, bullshit. That's horseshit. The document case, the classified document case in Florida, it's not because a Trump-loving judge is over that. It's because there is new evidence just as of last week that the FBI not only was authorized for deadly force in that raid, which is crazy of a former U.S. president, especially when you have secret services around his house. But also, it is proven that they set up and choreographed those documents would classify. The numbers were missing and different.
Starting point is 01:16:01 I mean, it was all a show. It was all bullshit. And it was all leading up to however we can do this to get rid of this freaking guy that is getting in our way of our agenda to tyrannize the people. That's what they want to do to people. And I'm telling you. Yes, for our globalist movement. I hope that you guys understand what is going on right now. Yes.
Starting point is 01:16:20 But I'm sure glad that they're not going to do a gag order. this one, even though Trump doesn't really follow gag orders. Yeah, absolutely. But guys, that's going to do it for us. We love you. We'll see you on X. We got a lot of great content coming. Sherry is officially no longer a teacher, by the way.
Starting point is 01:16:35 Yay. So now we can officially say it because Chad would never let me say it before. Well, I was a first grade teacher. But guys, until next time, we love you. Peace out. Peace out, guys.
