And today, we are joined with our analyst, Michael Irvin.
Killer, what's good? Mike, what's going on?
How you doing?
Amazing, Mae.
Mike, what's up? Mike? I was like, you talking, Mike.
I didn't know if you was going to talk about. I don't want to cut you off,
like you'd be cutting me off and shit.
So, good morning. Good morning. How you doing, man?
You see what I'm saying.
They say each morning
It's supposed to be a brand new day
This is a brand new morning
We have to let yesterday be gone
Whoever cut anybody off yesterday
All that's gone
We're gonna deal with this
That's crazy
This is the man
This is the man who still won a billboard
On 34th street
This is the man who talk about
If you win number 88 in Dallas
is my number, but
you don't want to remember yesterday.
Come on, right.
Right. Right. I'm bringing
my yesterday into today.
That's why we're talking about AD,
because I know.
That's one thing I do, Cam, no joke.
Like, when you do autograph shows and everything,
like, you know, they put in the contract,
you can't be taking pictures and all of that
because it slows down the line.
And they don't want that.
Not mine. I said, listen.
I'm going to take pictures with every 12-and-under kid that comes up here.
And then I'm going to tell them to post it because they ain't never see Mike Irvin catch a touch down.
They got to see Mike Irving some kind of way.
You understand what I'm saying.
See, they still listen to you guys' music.
They can still hear your music, but ain't nobody just going to be still playing my grabs and my receptions.
So I got to make sure I get in their social media.
It's just small business that's always good.
I do it from the heart, but it's other things to it.
You know what I'm saying.
I don't know.
I just, Mike.
Go ahead, miss my back.
Go ahead, killer.
No, I'm just going to say it's funny he said that because just yesterday I've seen a bunch of your Miami highlights,
and I said, this is why Mike goes so hard.
This, nigga, you was out there bawling in Miami.
I've seen the 30 for 30 special, but they just have like three and a half minutes of your highlights in Miami.
Let's say, yeah, he got the right to do everything he wanted to do out there.
And my hand, you're a baller.
Oh, yeah.
You see how you bought, even at the game,
I got everybody coming at me because the coach.
You all saw the coach from Syracuse after the game.
Yeah, I'm like, man, listen, man,
I understand that right now we're in a,
we're in that time where, you know, you got social media and everything.
So coach comes up to me after the game.
You know, they're always after the game, I'm talking to my guys,
but team other kids come up to me also.
Every one of me, you take pictures and everything.
And I'm talking to kids and taking pictures.
And the coach comes over and just kind of say,
hey, you know, respect everything you've done, but congratulations,
but don't get used to this shit.
I'm sorry, you know.
It's 3810 is to score.
I mean, you know.
I don't know why he did you get all of that, man.
It was, it was crazy.
I didn't see that somebody was telling me about it,
and I didn't know what they had told him.
I'm glad to explain that.
Yeah, I didn't know what they were talking about.
And, man, I told him, I grabbed my kind of, you know,
at first I thought he was just, you know,
really being sincere, you know, I'm just dropping love
because that's what I was doing around the kid.
But then you can kind of tell he was kind of getting in that,
you know, like, you know,
on somebody bad.
So I kind of held
a little longer
just to let them feel
like you really don't want
to get to stop playing.
You know what I mean?
He's like,
and went on.
But I thought that was interesting,
man.
I thought it was interesting.
You know,
I get guys telling me,
man, you should have bushed that joke up.
I like, stop playing, dude.
Stop playing.
I'm way past that.
That's that young Michael.
That young Michael, you know.
That's that young Michael,
not his old Michael.
Mike, but when he walked up to you,
I thought that's what he should do, being that they lost by so much.
It's almost like a way to reboot his confidence because it got so low.
He's letting, you know, we'll be back.
I'm not taking this.
I'm not just accepting that with Syracuse, and we're just going to pause, lay down for Miami.
We'll be back.
If he had said that, if he would have said that, I would have taken that.
You know what I let his hand go the first time.
All right, dog.
Bam, you know, if he would have said that.
but you know coming off like don't get used to this
coming hard with all of that like
man come on it you know makes me
have to go and check the last time y'all did win
and it was 1959
what you mean
like damn don't tell me
how to get used to it I don't know how you
how can y'all you know
1959 you know
in the long time dog
right
Why, why don't you look at the camera and tell them we've been beating you since 1959?
Well, I'm not sick.
But they beat us.
Actually, they called us.
But they called us and had a good game.
But what I'm saying to him was what I'm saying to him, if he's telling me, don't get used to them, them not winning championships or them losing my, it's been here longer than I've been born.
I don't know what you're talking about.
see what I'm saying.
So it wasn't me.
That's the shit I don't like, though, real quick to chime in.
Is that, to me, it's not about that.
It was, they got smacked.
He could sit there and tell you that.
But, you know, if you don't have microphones there,
you don't have somebody like Michael Urban on the show,
explaining what happened.
That's for him and his niggas and media to be like,
I let that nigger know, don't play it.
That's what niggas do.
You know what I'm saying?
Try to act like, yeah, I told the nigger.
I ain't one of them niggas, man.
I let the nigger, no, no, nigger, you came over,
y'all got smacked, you was in your feelings.
Not only that, your players was coming up to Michael Irvin,
wanting all the grabs and pictures or whatever else.
My nigger, take that.
Yeah, I'm cool with that.
Yeah, and absolutely you should be cool with that.
I'm cool with it.
But, yeah, you're right.
You get right, Cam.
Yeah, they coached.
You got to dress that in the locker room.
It's, man, look, I feel, I feel.
feel the coach.
Yo, we ain't here to make friends and all that,
but that ain't the era.
We ain't the era of niggas trading jerse and taking pictures and all the type of shit.
If you're that type of coach, don't bring it to Michael Irvin.
Bring it to your fucking players when you get in the locker.
Yo, it's a new culture in town.
We ain't doing all that.
We ain't shaking at 11.
That ain't for everything else, my nigga.
It sounds like some jealousy.
It sounded like you fuck one of his bitches back in the days.
And he got an attitude.
That's what it sounds like.
Man, he ain't going on it.
I'm doing that.
I did it.
I'm doing it.
I'm doing it.
I'm doing it.
It's just another way.
You don't know what niggas
behaving on you, Mike?
You don't even know.
Right.
You're right.
He took at the Combine one time.
He was at the Combine
and this girl was like,
man, how fast you think
Michael Irvin be running?
All it takes is one question to a nigger.
And yeah.
And yeah.
And the real is,
the real is,
you better be glad that you were playing those guys,
that you were not playing Mike Herbert.
It would have been 68 to 5, not 38 to 10.
You understand what I'm saying.
If John Young Joker was on the field,
we'd have been playing a whole different game.
So come on, man.
I mean, I don't mind you.
I know you want to, like you guys say,
you want to show your team that we don't,
we stand up and fight everybody.
Just say that.
Say, you got me today.
but we will be back.
We will be bad.
And I promise you that.
And you know what I mean?
And then you can move on and step around and everything.
No, we're moving on now.
The nigger,
we caught you, nigger.
We're not spending the niggins getting too much time on the show.
I'm with it.
We caught you, you know, we heard what you said, Mike.
And we seen when he did you cloud chasing,
that's the end.
Has tag it.
I'm with it.
We don't got to get it.
No more brain equity.
That's moving from it.
That's what we hear.
Yeah, I'll hit that.
And that is that.
Well, let's move on and talk about some winners.
So the Thunder are 12 and 1 after beating the Lakers,
121 to 92.
They have now joined the Warriors, Bulls, and Lakers on the list of best starts by defending champs.
So, Mike, do you see anything stopping this run that they're on?
How are you feeling about OKC and then beating the Lakers?
Dude, you see that game?
Man, Nick, we were just talking about that game.
that was okay see look different
and not only look different right now
but got a million things coming
you know when first round draft picks
SG8 man he looks so great tonight
now let's be real let's be real
you watch the Lakers
and the Lakers have been playing very good basketball
but tonight the Lakers
dead off shooting threes
I think when I was watching the game
going into the fourth
Luca in
in Austin Reeves
like one for 12
on threes
you know what I mean
and then you don't have
that underneath game
so no
OKC is for real
OKC is for real
and like they were talking about tonight
I want to see what LeBron looks like
when he gets back to LeBron to give them some
inside presence
but right now
okay C is for real
I can't wait to see that class
forget the Lakers
between OKC and the Spurs.
That's going to be a class, right?
Yeah, that's what I'm going to be.
I think when it comes to the Lakers,
I'm going to give another interest in Tate.
I think this is something on JJ Redick part
trying to see if he can get DeAndre Jordan going,
I meant DeAndre Aiden going.
It's not working.
And Austin Reeves off to a great start.
So when they bring LeBron back, they will have three people that are used to scoring.
That would be my only logic to what they're doing right now.
I think that that's a great strategy to run with.
But right now, they're just not getting enough production from anywhere.
I think this team can only be better if DeAndre Aiton is better because everybody else on this team we've seen before.
We've seen Luca before.
we've seen Austin Reeves before and we've seen LeBron before.
The only new addition really to this team that could create some kind of force for them
on the inside as well as as well as in the outside on the pick and roll is going to be Ait
and so if he's a person that can get somewhere about 20 and 10, then they could do some damage.
Other than that, it's just a first round out team, first second round out team because
that West is stacked right now, even the way they're playing, if they're playing a little bit
better than this, they don't beat San Antonio. They do not beat when it comes to, I can't see
them beating OKC. And I don't even think they beat the Timberwolves at this point. So right
now, they're an easy first, I mean, an easy second round out.
I think the Lakers have been playing really good
They just ran into the Oklahoma City Thunder
That's just that Oklahoma City Thunder
Is just the Oklahoma City Thunder
These niggas got continuity
They've been playing together for a few years
Jay Duff is not even playing
He hasn't played the whole season
But you see Chet Holgram
You see Dork, you see Shade
Them niggas is a unit
And they got camaraderie and they got chemistry
Outside of this, you think Luca missed two, three games, Lakers still won them games.
A Lakers are eight and four with LeBron not even playing yet.
I'm a big DeAndre Aiton Hater.
I'm one of the most hating-ass niggas when they come to that nigger.
But to be honest with you, he's not even playing bad.
He's averaging 17 points.
What is it?
I just stats pulled up a little while ago.
17 points.
He need to do much better when it comes to rebound and eight rebounds.
But he's shooting 68%.
from the field.
A nigger who got his hair dyed the same
color of his skin.
I mean, like, I can't even knock him too much
with him. The nigger looks stupid
with them brazen. I, you know, he really
bothers me. You know what I'm saying?
But, okay,
Oklahoma and the City Thunder. Look, to be
honest with you in the West, let's just be realistic
if you're being realistic. The Spurs
can emerge, and
you got Denver and San Antonio
outside of OKC.
Houston, you could, you could,
You could throw Houston in there.
Outside of that, it's not going to look at it for anybody.
Stuff Curry and them last night, they ended up beating San Antonio.
But he had to have a 22.3rd quarter.
Stuff Curry finished with 46 points.
But stuff Curry can do that every night in and out.
And San Antonio has a legit big three.
They haven't played together, but they have a potential big three
when we come to Fox, Aiton, and Castle.
We'll see what happens.
But I just think right now, nobody's on.
okay C's level just because of how they plan and the continuity.
Shea Gildre's just to add one more thing to it.
Had this is and people don't even realize this.
I didn't realize it till I seen the stat because we sit back and go and
look at this, right?
30 school.
You think about this, they gave the house up for Paul George and nobody really
knew about, I didn't, I knew about Shay when he played with the clippers.
But for this man, the second most 30-point
games in franchise history is crazy he has 189 30 or more point games that's how smooth
to me is you don't even recognize shit like that you got to think of all the great players
we play the okay c for him to have that record sure I do real quick want to give you the staff
for eight and so he's averaging 16 and a half point seven point eight rebounds and point nine
assists and I do agree with you Kim I don't even think that the Lakers have been playing
like, I'm not going to say it's horrible or bad.
Like, I think that they have some upside there.
It's just a little bit of complications in between
and, of course, had some injuries, things like that.
But on the opposite end, just for OKC, especially with them being a younger team,
I think that they have officially instilled that fear.
I think a lot of people last season were seeing how OKC we're playing.
They're like, you know, they're playing really well.
There's something that can stop them.
But I don't know if we fear OKC.
It was always like Denver.
We fear Denver because we're seeing Yoke.
but I think that that has finally reigned with OKC to the point
where even the Warriors are also playing them
and they're starting to kind of second guess
the way that they play, which is crazy
because we haven't seen that from people like vets
playing against younger players.
And then also to Cam's point,
just all the injuries that they've had for them to not even have everybody
fully healthy, but them still being able to smack people
the way that they have, it's kind of scary.
And I don't want to keep bringing up new hotness,
but it is this new era that we're seeing kind of emerge.
And it's kind of happening right before eyes.
It's kind of like, oh, shoot, like, yes, we've seen SGA,
but then to see like a J. Dub, and then, of course,
Ludoort being out, and then Aaron Wiggins being out,
and then even just the way that they've drafted,
they just have a very complete, solid team.
So it kind of takes a lot to be able to break them down.
So shout out to them, and I'm excited to see that this run
that they're about to go on.
And one last thing, as we keep talking about the Lakers
in the mix of all of this, because they played them tonight,
You know, in Dallas, here in Dallas, they're talking about now,
and I don't know if this will make a difference
for what you guys are thinking for the Lakers.
Clay Thompson is trying to get to Lakerville, to Laker land, you know,
and possibly making a trade here.
Now, now, now, that's what I talked to you earlier about the lawn
when I was watching the game going into the fourth,
one or 12 or something like that, from three-point land.
Now, because you've got guys that like the don't.
dominate the ball and carry the ball and Luca.
And when Austin Reed goes to the point,
you need a good spot-up shooter.
That's what they can be spot-up shooters.
And Clay can't move like he can used to,
but he can still out-shootshoot some people.
So, you know, it's just some of the things I know
I've been hearing whirling around.
Well, Mike, he's not shooting good this year.
He hasn't been shooting good.
Just not in Dallas.
Yeah.
And everybody trying to say that's what they told him.
Megan is too much for him to bite off.
That's too much for him to chew and all of this stuff.
You don't even messing with the man.
I mean, now, it may just be she's telling them we need to be in a big city like L.A.
The same thing Sierra must have been telling Russell Wilson.
You know what I'm saying?
You know how that thing stop.
Like Megan is 2-0 against light-skinned niggers, you know?
She's 2-and-O against light-skinned niggers.
her former CEO was light skin he was into baseball and now she got another light skin niggins she's
two and o against light skin niggins i'm gonna leave that long so i want to further discuss that
but give the exact numbers so it was reported the lakers and clay discussed a four-year
$80 million deal in free agency that if the warriors cooperated in the sign and trade would
have dwarfed the three-year $50 million deal that the Mavs eventually would have gave him.
So like Cam said, Luca was one of the major pools, but he also was attracted to Kyrie being
in the back court. So given Clay's decision now, seeing how that's played out and how he's played
for the Mavs, and also seeing how Luke is doing over there for the Lakers, how do you think things
could have played out? Like, do you think Luca and Clay on the same team would have been a good
thing or you just think now this is worked out i like luke going to the i i i think it'll be a good
pick up for the acres who you're giving up i don't know i don't know what you give up i don't know
what you're giving up and that's the whole thing i don't know what you're giving up um and i don't
know if you just take what would the mavericks take if it's not going so well here maybe
the mavericks just takes some draft capital i don't know i don't know but i'm just talking about
from the Lakers sport standpoint, a shooter, a shooter that's not Donald Dominic would be good.
You're not talking about a shooting, giving up off the reins?
Right, right.
I know he's not the same shooting he used to be.
What I'm saying is, what I'm saying is, like, this whole make-believe shit,
yet Clay is not going to the Lakers for nothing.
So that means the Lakers will have to give up something.
If I'm the Lakers' DM, Rob Polenka, I don't, I'm not giving them none.
of these niggins for this nigga
they used to shoot over for 40%
who shoot 20% percent from three men.
So we can sit there and be like, yo,
I like him with the Lakers
because you like the idea of him
leaving Dallas and being in with all the Lakers
you see on the floor right now,
which all the Lakers you see on the floor right now
were not being with the Lakers
because you have to trade them.
They're not giving up just no draft picks.
Come on, we all stop playing imaginary
on this joint, man.
Come on. We just, me just playing him.
Yo, imagine this.
Yo, let's just imagine
if K.B. and LeB. and LeB. and LeB. and LeB. and LeB. and LeB. And what we doing? What the fuck
do we do we do? But, wait, there's a fine line between it. Now, first of all, first of all, we're not, we're not imagining or pulling these out of thin air as Stats just so eloquently and beautifully told you, this is talk that they are having.
These are conversations. Mike, Mike, I'm going to give it on it. I would never, I would never, I would never discredit.
I would never disrespect their credibility on what you know.
Like Stats say, this shit going on in the Dallas bars, man.
There ain't nobody outside of Dallas here this shit, man.
It's Fort Worth.
This is all the Texas talk.
The guy ain't here this shit outside Dallas, man.
This is it the restaurant and all that shit.
Yo, I heard Craig going, nobody else heard this, man.
I'm not discrediting you, but this all got to be in Dallas.
I got to be no else.
I got it.
I got you. I'm telling you. I hear you, man.
Staddy did a hell of a job bringing it up. I'm just let that go right.
It's just a conversation. People are saying like even with down to Niko,
that's when there's so many different parts, people are saying down to Nico,
we didn't allow him to let the process figure out. So I'm just like,
I know it should have, could have, and it's like cool, imaginary.
But at the same time, it's like, we don't know. Now what we're seeing,
we don't like it for them definitely don't like it for clay we wanted to see more probably not
but maybe in first on people they would have played out differently i'm not saying this kid
happened not to not to cut you on michael i'm not saying it's going to happen but clay is not going
to be there with the same players this now if that was to happen they got to give some players up
that's what i'm saying fair fair either way lakers got a lot of a better situation unfortunately
then the MAZ, we know that.
Sorry, Mike.
Let's move on.
This is the truth.
Let's move on.
And the NBA,
and the NBA was going to help to try to help the Lakers because they don't want
OKC all the time.
They had the lowest rated finals.
See, you guys are swimming in the three feet water.
I'm trying to help you all learn how to swim in 11 feet water.
That's all I'm telling you look ahead of the game.
not just staying with the game.
That's all I'm telling you.
Go ahead.
Mike, see, I can't let that slide.
Mike, San Antonio was boring.
Do you think they was happy San Antonio was in the championship?
San Antonio was a very boring team
and no disrespect in the city of San Antonio.
It's not a lot to do there, but it's a very, very cultural city.
I love the city of San Antonio.
But if you think David Stern was happy with San Antonio in the beginning,
just being in the championship,
They wasn't.
They had to get used to it.
They had to make Tim Duncan.
Let's all right.
Let's start posting this Tim Duncan, nigga,
because it seemed like he's not going to lose.
Yo, let's post Tony Parker.
The nigger man, Genovi, got a little splash.
Matter of fact, Bruce Bowen is a defensive specialist.
Yo, it wasn't just, like, understand it's a small market.
We get it.
That's why niggas want the Knicks to win.
That's why you want Boston and Lakers to win,
so you got have these ratings.
But if you were born in a city from not me
Oklahoma City. If I come there, Mike is basically, that's what he tried to say about
y'all, without saying it.
Well, I'm just telling you what they're doing. I'm telling you what the ratings said.
It's not what I said. It's what I read and what I'm assessing.
You're correct. I didn't say this. I didn't make those ratings.
They're correct. I didn't make those ratings. Right.
Let me make that clear. I didn't. I call OKC. Boring.
I'm going to say it.
Very, very clear.
We're all clear here.
Okay.
So we're going to get into our underdog picks
and then we're going to go to break.
So tonight, the Raptors will play the Cavs.
Underdog has Donovan Mitchell at 27 and a half points.
Do you have them higher or lower Mace?
I'm going to go higher.
Yeah, I agree with Mace and more high.
Okay, Brandon Ingram is at 20 and a half points.
Do you have them higher or lower Cam?
He ain't been able to look happy.
Y'all see, I n'naker threw a water bottle over there and hit her like the towelboy in the face with the water bottle.
I'm going to go lower.
I'm going to go higher.
He's dating Glorella, so he should be ready to turn off.
Let it cook.
Okay, R.J. Barrett is at 19.5 points.
Do you have him higher, lower Mace?
Who?
R.J. Barrett.
R.J. Barrett.
Man, what happened?
RJ Barry. How many
you said again? 19 and
a half points.
Oh man. He home.
He should. He should do
higher. I'm going to give him higher.
I'm going to lower.
Okay. Make sure you all download the Underdog

We're going to go to break. We return.
We will discuss this new NBA
All-Star format. Don't go anywhere.
What's up, Big Dog?
What's up, big dogs?
Martin Luther King Jr. will be alive today if Tua was the shooter.
Tua's passer rating can barely go to the club and get a bottle.
24.1 passerated against the Brown.
Marlon Humphrey is online saying that he wants to go on a glizzy tour.
He wants to go to 50 states and try 50 glocks.
It's going to be challenging for A.J. Brown.
He typically stands outside the numbers a lot, and that's where PS2 thrives.
C.D. Lamb said this is one of the best offenses.
he's been a part of.
And as much as I hate to say it,
I can see why it says that.
I just said all these positive things
about the Cowboys makes me want to throw up.
So I know it's taboo to put your hands on your kids.
I know.
But I had to whip your son the other day.
When I evaluate rookies,
the best thing I can always say about
the ones that are doing the best,
they understand past protection.
Pass Pro is where you see some rookie struggle.
He's not doing that.
I'm liking what I'm seeing so far.
Welcome back. So the new NBA All-Star format was announced,
and it's a round-robin tournament featuring two U.S. teams and one international
national world team. With each team playing a minimum of eight players, two teams with the best
records will advance to a championship game, and all games will consist of four, 12-minute
quarters. Players will be selected from the two conferences, but positional requirements have
been removed. So the 24 players will be grouped into three teams based on their country.
Origin, I know that's a lot to follow, but main things, two U.S. and one world team.
Mike, do you like this? Or do you not like this?
I don't know.
You know, in theory, it sounds like something,
but it also sounds like you just said,
even explaining it, very confusing,
and how are you going to get all of this in?
And in that amount of span of that time,
I don't know, it's just, that sounds like a lot, you know.
That's, wait, they're doing all of this in one night?
It ain't four games
niggas is playing 40s
whoever won the 4 minutes each
Right, right, right, right
All in one night
That's just
That's too much
That's too much
To call, it's just
Yeah, it's too much for me to follow
It's too much
I like the idea
There's all the different countries
And everything
You better help
But it's just a lot
To free to follow
Okay, nice
This is plagiarism at its best
You know
When I look at
the NBA. It's like people that bring you in and write a song for them and then you write the
song and they try to change a few lyrics of it and make it what they wrote. This is what they're
doing. They heard Kill and I talk about how they changed the All-Star Weekend. We told them it should
be the NBA versus the European players. And now they just remix what we said. They took the idea
and try to finagle it,
try to spin it into something
that looked like they were being creative.
But we're watching y'all niggas, man.
We're watching you.
David Stern would have never did this to me.
David Stern would have never did this to me.
He was the least beat me, you know what I'm saying?
Maybe he's crazy.
David Stern would have did this to me, man.
I could take that.
What do you think, killer?
thing niggas is pussy, bro.
Word.
Straight like that.
Niggas is pussy, bro.
I can take what y'all did.
Mike, here you go again.
It's my dog, Mike.
No, no, I'm just saying, I'm giving you a compliment.
I like y'all idea.
I like y'all idea.
Mike, all the lines in your sweater and you still line.
What's going on is this, what's going on is this, bro.
And like Mike said, we've been alluding to this for a couple weeks.
Since the show started, it said it should be the U.S. versus other countries.
Now, look, the United States just proved that we're the best country in the world currently, as far as the Olympus concern.
There's no one other country better than the United States.
But if you add in all the players that's not from the United States,
being that the NBA is a United States league,
I think they're scared.
Like, bro, what are we doing?
What do you mean three teams mixed up in the origins?
Like Mike said, you're totally right, Mike.
You're trying to confuse us.
You're trying to confuse us.
What do you mean three teams, this, that?
Yeah, yada, y'all, yeah.
Yeah, listen, man, United States versus niggas,
who's not from the United States.
And when you look at the lineup, it's scary.
That's what it is.
You just go like this.
You sit there and say,
Luca, Shea, Wemby, Joker, Janus.
Now, we can't do that.
Think of a Rand Robin or some shit.
That's all they're doing, trying to confuse,
niggas, because it's too scary for the lineup
that the players from out of the country would happen.
I'm with that.
I can watch that.
See, I can watch that.
and it would be intense, and it will be some pride in that.
But this other thing, that's the Olympics.
I don't want to see the NBA on one night turn into the Olympics.
Leave the Olympics for that.
That's why these guys' idea was great, but this is not.
Yeah, I think actually, I think it wouldn't even be a good game.
I think it would be a complete blowout.
And they know that they sat down and thought about it
with strategists and said this would be actually bad for the NBA because if they come on that
on that floor pause and blow the rest of the NBA players out pause then that whole that whole
concept of all-star weekend will be ruined unless we're going to be having the all-star game
in the Philippines or something like that then it becomes like the pro bowl you got to do it
in Hawaii or somewhere like that because you can no longer do it like in a popular states.
You know, I'll say I respect them for trying to be innovative, but I agree with all of y'all.
I think it's too much.
The format that y'all said, even it just being two teams, even going to three teams,
it is a lot.
sometimes we don't need all that
but I do think
they're going to reach the numbers that they're
expecting because people are
confused about it and need to see how it's going to play
out. So if that's
the mission, mission's probably going to
be accomplished, but everything else, they're going to
have to figure that out because like Cam said, yeah,
let's throw it around Robin.
Couldn't
tell you. That's my
take on that. Okay.
Moving along. So the
Nuggets beat Clippers
130 to 116, Yokets dropped 55 points.
The Nuggets are now nine and two.
Mike, how are you feeling about them?
And then for the Clippers, another loss.
Well, listen, the Nuggets are end up and being in the race in it all because of that
beast they got in Yokits.
Now, before I say anything else to go to the father and two, Cam, I just want to let you
know, too, that I know.
you were talking about me and the O.KC.
But the Spurs, you mentioned.
Every time the Spurs played in a final,
they were playing another big market.
I'm just saying,
now, they're a small market,
but they were playing in a big market.
Denver, when they played the Celtic,
that's small market,
playing in big markets.
That's sweet.
Yeah, we didn't get that.
OKC and some other big market,
that's different.
I agree with you.
I totally agree with you.
Listen, a lot of people didn't want to watch a rate and smoke.
I totally agree with you when it comes to that.
But you got to win.
Yeah.
You got to win.
Yeah, you got to win.
And I'm talking about that's on the court,
but I'm also talking about the business of the business,
the business of the business.
And they'll try to help, I think the league will try to help people get to places like L.A.,
places like New York, to make sure those big cities are in it.
because it's the business of the business.
You know what I'm saying?
And Denver, as they dominated for quite a while,
think about those finals when they be,
those big teams, L.A. Lakers and the Celtics and all that.
It's just great business.
So that's all I said.
I then went back here, and I went and researched all of that in the break,
because my mind won't let me have peace on it.
They play the Knicks, the Nets, the Pistons,
all LeBron, James, and the Cavs in the Heat.
Oh, you know, I'm going to let it go now.
I'll let it go now.
Mike, you're coming back on a whole other topic just to prove you was right about some shit.
I couldn't go to sleep with it.
Did you go to sleep with it?
Every time.
I couldn't go to sneak with it.
Look, I wouldn't research at all.
Yes, I thought I was petty.
You tried to come with the receipt.
I told you, I was trying to beat a receipt.
I was trying to beat a receipt.
But, hey, Mike, you got, you know what?
You got it.
You got it.
I went to research.
I got laid over here talking about lines on my lines and all that.
I went to research there.
You got it.
Okay.
You got it.
I'm better.
I'm better.
I'm better.
Now I know I kill a Phil when he say this.
What I'm about to say next.
Stack, can you read the question again?
Yeah.
So basically, yeah, you're totally fine because he might go improve his point every time.
So Yolkidge dropped 55 points, nuggets are 90.
How are you feeling about them?
And then another flipper's loss.
Well, well, to stick with the question, Mike, she's asking how I feel about Yolk is getting 55.
I'm really excited to see what this team is able to accomplish now that they don't have Michael Porter Jr.
at the three. It seemed like for many years, they've been waiting for Michael Porter Jr. to show
up and make this team back, that formable opponent of a championship caliber team. And it seemed
like without him there, they're on their way to doing that. They don't have to focus on that
inconsistency. Needs a great player. Should have been a great player, was touted to be a great
player and just never formed into it.
And with them beating the Clippers, I think this is, this is, this is a great sign,
you know, this is a great sign of what's to come.
I think the Clippers got to figure out their point guard situation.
They're still trying to play Chris Dunn.
And I understand that just to put James Harden at the two, but if he was going to do that,
you could have kept Wessel Rush Ruff.
I mean, if that's where you're going with this at that point, they got to find somebody
that I could play that one if they're not going to have James Harden at the one
because this, this, this, this, this, this, this clip of team got to stop underperforming.
They got too much, um, talent on that team and they're paying too much money.
I feel for the, um, the owner, this is a, come on, my nigga.
How much I got to pay for it to win?
Well, I'm, I switched the uni's killer.
I switched the logo.
I bought these niggas.
They own arena.
So they don't have to be the B team.
in L.A.
Come on, my
nigger, when do I
get some wins?
So I feel the coach,
I'm in, I mean,
I feel the owner on this.
Pause.
This is definitely,
come on my nigger time.
So if you're in the Clippers land,
we're letting you know
from it is what it is.
You niggas are in,
come on my nigger land right now.
I even made a way to give,
he even made a way to give
Kauai some money on its side.
Right, right.
That's what's what to do for these nays.
man.
I'm like,
you got to do for these
niggins shit.
It's just true.
Allegedly.
Who I said
allegedly.
Allegedly.
Allegedly.
Allegedly.
I don't know.
Rulums has it.
You know?
The streets are saying
he threw the boys
some more bread
and they still ain't
getting no wins.
What do you do?
Pull up to a nigga
when he's with his kids
at the soccer game.
My nigga,
let me talk to you.
for a minute. My child is plan.
I know your child is playing. Let me talk
for you for a minute.
We need some more wins.
This is L.A. nigga.
I spent a billion dollars on y'all.
I gave you, man.
All y'all got corn rolls.
I need one of y'all niggas to be tough.
It's time for y'all to be tough.
As far as the Nuggets are concerned, you know, it's really sad that what Joker does
doesn't even impress niggas because he's been doing this for a half a decade.
You sit there and say Joker 55, 25 in the first court, he's like, what's new?
You're like, that's fucked up that I'm not impressed at the Joker had 55 last night.
And that's a big stat to have, but I didn't seem the nigger do mad, amazing shit.
the last four or five years.
You get what I'm saying?
Mace made a great point.
Michael Porter, Jr., to me,
been kind of hinder on this team
as far as not being productive.
They moved Braun to the starting lineup.
But a key piece that they get back,
that they did get back that was part of their championship team
was Bruce Brown.
Bruce Brown was an important element
when they won that championship.
A few, pause, man.
A few, a few, a few,
Hey, hey, sorry about that.
Bruce Brown was very important, key element when they won that championship a few years ago.
He went missing for a couple years, and now he's back.
He didn't have a big night last night, but he's a key component.
He knows the city.
He knows the system.
He knows the team.
Even though it's a new coach.
He knows Jamal Murray and Yokes, and he knows what he takes on the championship.
So I think that's going to help them this season a lot, especially in playoff time.
Nice.
I know we're saying, I'm not going to say we're all not impressed,
but we are used to Yokic dropping 50 plus points.
But this is the first time in his career.
The Nuggets won a game in which he had 50 plus points.
So he was on the floor before this.
So at least that's a little bit of a different stat,
even though we're used to the 50 balls from Yokic.
But shout out to them.
Okay.
So on the opposite end, right, looking at the Clippers.
The Clippers are on a six game losing streak.
And then now we know that Bradley Bill is out for the season.
fractured hips.
So first is like when reflecting on his career timeline, Mike,
what do you think is next for Bradley Bill?
Because we can't tell him what to do,
but how do we see this going?
Well, Bradville was hoping to land in a good spot.
And, you know,
and start kind of getting his run.
He had all the issues getting out of the last place.
He signed a two-year, $10 million deal with the Clippers,
and now he's hurt.
Macea just talking about the kind of help they need.
And now they don't have him anymore.
But he only played in like six games this whole year.
So, you know what I mean?
It's not like it was, it was, yeah, it just didn't work out.
Now, dude, Braddibill had a toe injuries, right?
I had a leg injury that went to a back injury.
And then a hip injury.
What does that tell you?
when the foot was bad, he went out of the line, man, that messed up his back.
He kept trying to play through it, and now his hip is gone.
You know, so, yeah.
But Mace has talked about the Clippers.
You know, Kauai, James, all great, great, great, great players, man.
And they'll get you there.
But what's going to happen in the playoffs is going to determine everything.
and neither of them, well,
two out of them,
used to be known to play well in the playoffs,
but we just can't keep him healthy right now.
But James Harder, that's going to be the same issue.
It's the same issue.
You do what you got to do all the way you get there.
Everybody's going to be looking at when you get there.
And I still don't understand how can you go from what you do regular
to what you do in the playoff if you talk about James Hard.
But that's a confusing thing to me.
Yeah, the clip was a three and eight, Mike.
So it's like they're beyond underperforming.
Paul, this team is like in blowupville.
This is, you got to just, you just got to figure out what you're going to do with these pieces,
pause, because you can't keep this.
You can't keep saying Kauai is coming back.
You cannot keep just banking on James Hardin to turn it on.
in the West Coast finals.
You just can't keep doing that year after year.
This is becoming New York.
You know, I expect this from New York teams
where they're like, well, you know, next year,
why are going to be healthy next year?
You know, we just got Bradley Bill.
This is the mindset of a New York team
and it's sad that it's made it all the way to L.A.
I didn't never think L.A. would put up with this.
But now, you know, and I feel sorry for Tileu.
Tyloos deserves the win.
He brought all the players there to win,
and it just seemed like something is going on.
I don't know what it is.
It might still be stern.
What was the guy Sterling?
Sterling might still got to think from it.
It didn't matter.
You switch the old owner.
Yeah, you switch the arena.
You switch the Unis.
You switch the logo.
but it just feels like somewhere in there
it's something the black hat is still there
the black cat is still in the locker room
niggis still getting hurt
you got what's the chances of getting Bradley bill
to L.A. and now he's hurt.
I don't know too much to say they the clip is
they ain't been winning. I'm good.
I don't know last time the clip is won. I don't even know.
Like you get it.
excited when they got Lobb City.
You get excited.
They get Coral, London, Paul, George.
They don't win.
That's my take.
That is that.
Well, another little fun fact.
It's not so fun because it's actually not helping them.
But they're actually the oldest team in NBA history.
So they have an average age of 33 years old.
So that does play a part.
And we have seen that.
But I'm hoping everybody has a safe recovery,
but they're going to have to figure a lot of things out.
Okay.
Let me tell you yourself
too.
Let me tell you something before we go here.
But I was doing another appearance today, yesterday, yesterday,
at the golf course.
And I don't play golf,
but, you know, I'll ride around
and just hang out and sit there and take pictures.
And I was saying something.
I was like, man, I'd get out here
and go through all these holes or something.
And the little white dude,
after I said, the little white dude said,
pause.
I said, what, what do you mean, Paul?
What the hell do you know about Paul?
I swear.
Produce it.
Oh, yeah, playmaker, I listen to y'all.
They begin you with that pause.
I said, Junker, don't bring that out here and white people will go see that over there.
Don't do that.
Yo, you're not real.
Mike, you said don't bring it out here in this world.
Don't break that.
Did you have your classic polo on?
Oh man, I laughed so hard, man.
That was crazy, man.
That was funny, man. That was funny.
You guys, I'm telling you, somebody, everybody watches.
You won't even think the people that watch this show would be watching.
I was like, Joker, you don't look like a watcher.
You don't look like you would be watching this show, but he did.
So I just wanted to throw that out.
That was funny, man.
man.
You'll be.
Mike, did you
have your classic polo on
with the scarf with the
own, with the sweater?
No, no, I have, it's all black.
You know, I went all black.
I don't know, I don't know golf a tire.
I don't know golf attire.
But if you pay me enough money,
I'll ride around and take pictures
with everybody at each hole.
It's that, I don't know what I'm saying?
Mike, you're supposed to
wear your, the, um,
The Macy's look.
That's how you go.
I walk out.
I should have put that on when you're right.
Well, I didn't do it.
That is funny.
You're talking about going to get to their road.
I will say, I know the show is urban, but it's like there is a huge range.
I'll tell you that.
Everybody might be acting like it, but they for sure know what it is.
That's what I will say.
Okay.
So last thing.
before we wrap, going to get to football,
and we got an update on the Giants.
So James Winston is to start Sunday versus the Packers
with Jackson Dart in Concussion Protocol.
So, Mike, how do you see this going?
Well, so Brian Foote for his first shot is James.
You know, James, hey, man, James got an incredible quarterback
that can throw any throw on the football field.
And if you gave Jamison Scatterboot and Malik Neighbors and all of them,
I said, boy, you got a shot to do something, you know,
because he has that great talent.
And when Jameson gives a guy like Malik neighbors an opportunity,
he can go and get that ball and everything.
But without those guys and Jameson getting out there,
and I know he has all the courage in the world,
world, which is a great asset and a great liability.
That's why you throw 30 touchdown, about 30 interception day.
I believe Green Bay will probably be real, real happy that this, you know, that DART is not playing.
You know, they didn't get Russ or James, and as long as it's not DART, I think they'll be pretty happy with it.
I think this will help Green Bay.
Oh, man, Mike, I know you want to give a good take, but James and Winston Winston is not
going to do anything for this team. I mean, with an arm and all, pause. We know he's going to turn
over the ball. Everybody on his panel right now knows that turnovers are coming. It's going to be
a great speech and we're looking forward to the day he become an analyst or football analyst
and get on the sideline he's going to be MVP he might be Hall of Fame on the sideline
the way the way he covers the game and the way he motivates people and and his innate ability
to be able to bring out good things in people and good spirits in people is great but right now
And when you talk about the risk he'd take,
the New York is the worst place for that,
for him to be trying to take a risk and get a pick six.
And we were just this close to winning until he did that.
This is the New York Post.
This is the Daily News.
This is the New York Times.
They're going to have a field day.
Remember I said this, they're going to have a field day.
with a Jameson Winston Winston.
When he wins, they will love him, and when he loses, they will hate him
because his mistakes will be that blatant.
He's just a risk taker, you know?
Yeah.
I don't even look at it, none of that, what Charles said.
And I'm not saying even when both y'all are right.
I think this is more about damn niggas done kick Russell Wilson really, really to
pass the back burner.
It is over for Russell Wilson
In New York, my nigga
I think this went to James and say
Now Rush, you're 0 and 3
We're going to go with James
That's what I take from this
Yeah
Yeah, and I'm with you on that
That's his last
That's his last for Rock
The next team takes Russell
As you can come on and try to be a backup
But nobody
Loud's gonna be a start anymore
When was the last time in football?
football, a QB1 became QB3 this fast.
We need a stat on to that, because that's a good thing to think about.
It was just QB1, just about eight weeks ago, or at least six weeks ago, and everybody in New York, look how high they was on, on, on QB2.
And now look at that.
Now they offer that, and now they're on the QB3.
So I mean QB3 is now QB1
So it's just been
That's how New York is
They love you today
They hate you this afternoon
You won't even make it to the night
Always shipping
Unfortunately that's just how it goes
But y'all
That is all the time that we have for today
Mike you know it's always a pleasure to have you on the show
Always good to see you guys
Good seeing you Mike
Thank you for watching
And as always, it is what it is.
