Mike was good.
What do you have on?
Mike, pause.
You got to chill out, Mike.
What is that?
Hey, God, the cowboy dashiki.
You back from the motherland of Dallas?
Come on, Mike.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Give it to me.
when I was in Las Vegas
from a brother
a good Mexican
American brother
whom I love so much
and you see
what this is
this is
what started our
great run that we are on
right now as the Dallas Cowboy
and I will witness to represent
this great run that we
are on right now
so as soon as
they gave this to you y'all
went on a run is that am i hearing you correctly yes yes yes so yeah this is the one i have to
keep it with me at all times now y'all see this and yeah man can't wait to see what what it comes
what comes with this thing um thursday yeah what it breaks with thursday but i've never seen
the man and it's so fitting though this so fitting this is this maiden makes you go
You know, Mike, how the fuck, you know that shit I'm made in Mexico?
Mike, that was not made in Mexico, Mike.
It was made in Nevada.
Man, it made in Mexico, man, they don't make it go.
It's made it's my people, man.
This is my, hey, y'all know.
He's my favorite people.
Mexican is my favorite people.
And I, and everyone will be in the McAllen Parade,
because I'm doing, I'm hosting the McAllen Parade in December.
And they're going to be there.
And I told them, I told him, this is the start of our run.
And look at us.
We're in the midst of a run.
So I told him, I'll keep this.
The guy gave it to me, man.
It was a beautiful gift.
I appreciated it.
And I told him, I'm going to give it back to him at the Super Bowl when we win the Super Bowl.
Oh, my goodness, Mike.
The delusion is magnified.
Wait, we just beat the champ now.
Y'all want to get him to that.
how y'all want to handle it you know come on y'all y'all want to talk why i take off my guy jic and get the swing here let's go how y'all want to talk of
mike you're a wilder right now yeah yeah how you said stat i love this for you
mike mike you got to chill out let's start bro yeah i don't even know how to react but let's get it to the game
I wasn't expecting you to do this, Mike,
because I came here prepared to tell Killer
where you get all your big words for.
From, there's an app that every day they put out a new word
and Mike been using these words on us.
So to everybody watching, the gig is up, Mike.
I got that to.
So again, again, they do this.
This is what the white folks have been doing all our lives.
They've been taking brothers, ideas,
knowledge and making money off it.
So somebody instilling words
that I use and then put it
to the rest of the world every day
like it's an app that they came up with.
I got it. I got it.
That's what I'm telling you, dog.
I'm a teacher, not the student. I'm a teacher.
Your app is stealing
like they did my people in Africa.
But we back to this.
I know his people in Africa.
Yeah, it's pretty good, yeah.
You know a wild boy.
Cowboy tribe.
Yeah.
Yeah, I don't even have it.
It's a good night, man.
Man, it's a good night.
But y'all know it's a good night.
Y'all saw this, man.
I'm just happy to game went down.
Everything went down to me and went down.
Mike, can we start an early Monday morning, Mike?
And you're still having a hangover from last night.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
That's what I'm saying.
Yeah, it's real early, but let's start with your team because we already knew you was going to come ready and you did.
So the Cowboys beat the Eagles 24 to 21.
So, Mike, how about them Cowboys?
How you feel it?
Well, I appreciate that beautiful intro in the past.
I was a Mike in that moment.
And you're right.
You stated the facts as you should do when you're hosting like this.
The Cowboys beat them.
But the other parts of it is how it went down.
You see, and that's the most important part because here we must declare some facts that it went down and happened.
There was a question about the Cowboys defense early on in this season, and they were all valid.
They were all going every bit of it.
But over these last few days here, these last, well, I'm going to call it,
a week and a half, you know, last couple games since
Quinny Williams got there, since the Mario Oversone
and came, come back.
Y'all see some serious things happening with that
defense. Now, now, now.
I've never seen a defense make that kind of improvement
within a season in the history of any football on any
level, any level, on any level.
So that's what won the game.
today. Yeah, we'll talk about
Dachnamaking the plays and all of that.
But after they had those bad mistakes
and gave the ball back
to Philadelphia, Philadelphia went up
21-0.
The reason you think there's no way
you can engineer the greatest
comeback in franchise history
is because you
had that defense that we
saw earlier in the year.
But that wasn't
the defense they had. The last
six drive, punt
punt, punt,
fumble,
Miss,
Miss field or something like that,
and punt.
They got nothing.
So I got to get love
to that defense
when I talk about Batman and
we have a toast for them.
Mike,
I really think
if you get down
210,
it's really not your defense,
Mike.
The reason they won is
because they scored more points
than the Philadelphia Eagles.
I would give more credit to Dak Prescott
than I would to the defense.
I also would give a lot of credit to pickings, you know?
And when you're watching this game,
you can help but think about
that play really well.
And I know I don't normally give him a lot of credit,
but I got to say, you know,
with 354 yards, he did exceptionally well.
And I would say that this type of defense,
if they could keep this up, Mike,
they may win a few more games.
I'm not ready to say they'll win the championship
or, you know, even go far in the playoffs
but they'll at least get there.
I'm like everybody here, everybody, you know, everybody.
I'm just sick of everybody on this show.
Mediocracy has been this season.
That's the word for this season.
That's the word for this season.
Everybody win.
I can't ever get a go on it.
this show, y'all. I can't ever get a go, ever, ever. I just want to show y'all something
real quick, how mediocrisy may stat, how mediocrisy is celebrated. Nick, can you show him how
mediocrisy is celebrated, please?
Oh my goodness.
Look at this. Look at this.
To be.
They can't be good for his sugar level.
It can't be murder.
This is to be 5 and 5.
Look at him.
I told Nick to play the whole thing so y'all can see how learned this.
Oh, my God.
B.
T.
BTA!
BTA!
BTA, Mike.
Oh my goodness.
This is a damn shame.
Come on, man.
You know.
That's you.
That was you.
That's you on the camera.
And that's the shit that I've been talking about about this season.
This nigga, Mike, is dis-excited to be five and five.
and still three games back.
I just don't get it.
I just don't get it, man.
Y'all won a good game.
The Eagles didn't play very well.
They didn't play, like, good at all in the second half.
It's a great comeback, and you're sitting here saying,
and you're right, you can't argue with history.
That's what you can't argue with.
The greatest comeback ever in franchise history.
Are they one of the greatest teams?
I don't know, Mike.
You're part of some great teams.
You know what tells me when somebody says the greatest comeback?
That means you put yourself in a position, murder, to be damn.
Yeah.
You put yourself in that position to be paused to even be there.
So teams like Mike, you never had that opportunity to have that come back
because you never was in a lot of opportunities like that.
If ever, I know you probably lost by more than 20 before you played a long time,
but it's not very often you're in that position.
Look, y'all beat the champions.
It isn't like they're undefeated this season.
They lost a couple games this season.
What do you do?
won the game y'all was at home y'all should have won the game that played good to me cd has played
decent but um picking pickin seemed like he's the new number one you know especially with cd being out
pickings have made not just when you look at the box goal when you watch the game the catches that he made
not just last night throughout the season and that's what really separates wide receivers when you
could throw it to some mind they say okay it's a it's sometimes it don't even be a 50 50 50 ball so it's
a third. It's a 33% ball because he's catching
passes and double coverage. He's going to get it.
He's getting yards after catch. I want to give a big
shout to Pickens, man. He has an exceptional season this year.
But I'm not putting my stock
into this. I'm not going to get excited. I heard before
the, you know what's crazy murder stat?
Mike still think he's playing.
You know, I heard him talking to somebody
before the show came on and said, well, we can't
We ain't got that long to celebrate
because we got a short week this week.
Mike, yo, Mike, how on the fuck down, man?
Yo, Mike, calm down, nigga.
That's going to mean you got a short week this week, man.
You calm down, man.
Congratulations, y'all won and all that.
That was a great comeback.
Well-deserved victory.
You're still three games out.
You're not in the playoffs if it started today.
Whoopty-doo, you got some weak to add.
But I'm happy that you think that you're Dasiki
that's made Nevada
supposed to be from Mexico
is some spiritual shit
and it started your run.
Congratulations, man.
I'm happy for you.
We'll see what happens next week
on, well, this week,
Thanksgiving Day.
And Mike, when did the run start?
That niggas is 5 and 5.
They won two games in a row
since he got the dashie.
Oh, my goodness.
It's two games in a row.
Two games.
And remember now, it ties back to
what I talked about,
it's the creature game that ties them together.
It ties back to what ties them.
The Marsha kneeling tribute that they're doing for their fallen brotherhood
that brought them together.
And they fought through the midst of a hard time right there to come back.
Now, I have been down, Cam, 21-0.
We did that in a championship game, almost closed.
And that's the first thing I thought about when they did close the gap
and get back by 21.
But I'm glad you said I had on that, she can't punch show.
We can call it a robe in this analogy.
I'm about to give because I felt like Adam at the garden right here just then.
You know, if I let you talk to the Dallas Cowboys, if I let you talk to the Dallas Cowboys fan base
with what you just said right there, you see what you just did, you refused to give the Cowboys any credit for beating the champions.
The beating the champ
Nobody had the Cowboys winning
But you refused to give them any credit
Last week you just said hey all I know is they come up with winning
Right yeah yeah they did but they didn't come up with winning tonight
They didn't come up with winning
And then in a flick just like that
Since that thing didn't work when you didn't want to give credit
Then you're through darts
They try to tear us apart
All I know is Joyce Pickett should be number one
Now you won't C.D. Lamb to turn into A.J. Brown.
We ain't going to have that issue over here.
And I, like, Adam should have talked to that devil before he talked to Eve.
And we had all still been in the garden.
I'm talking to my people right now.
I ain't letting that devil talk to Calvarez nation.
And pick is, don't you go for this.
I'm standing in the gap with my robe on preaching the word.
Mike, that's wow.
Man, I'm gonna tell you like this, Mike.
I'll tell you one thing.
Where you're going for, Ken?
Listen, I'm just say you one thing, my brother.
I tell you this much.
George Picking is looking like number one
and I tell you number two.
Now, C.D. Lamb has been hurt,
but he's been back long enough.
I'm seeing a little A.J. Brown activity for him.
He dropped the pass
and going to be having an attitude with that
when he dropped the past.
You jinksning it because I wasn't going to bring it up.
But you're the one who bought A.J. Brown
in this situation.
because he's starting to get a little AJ Brownish.
Why the fuck he's getting an attitude?
The ball is dropped right in his stomach, pause,
and then he gets a little attitude talking about,
you drop the ball, nigga.
You drop the ball.
You see it.
That's why you want up that AJ Brown shit.
He's trying to protect this man.
Yeah, he's trying to tell him,
yo, this what they're gonna say this week.
Don't feel you into it.
We can see everybody, Mike.
Like, you can see him.
We can see him, and I see CD land
with a little bit of jealousy.
It seemed like to me.
Seemed like a little bit of jealousy.
That was a good one.
That's a good one.
We can move on now.
That was going.
Silence is that.
This ties to your team.
How do you know?
Well, one, Mike's silence is strong because everything that y'all said up here was
completely correct.
I have no notes because you guys are 1,000 percent.
Did you see the CD Lamb alone?
Yes.
Even the way that has been going, even then, like, even when the last game when they were in Vegas
and then Mike was like, well, at least they're on the sideline together.
But then one of them gets.
pot for something else in the other one.
It's just the way things are happening.
I'm just saying. Played making 88.
Wide receiver two.
And then you asked how I felt about it.
I mean, I always like George Pickens as our wide receiver.
I just think that at this point we see that he didn't really want to be in Pittsburgh
anymore and he does seem happy at Dallas.
So if he likes that, love that for him.
Me personally would have loved him to stay at Pittsburgh.
But if it doesn't work, we can't keep him there if he doesn't want to be there.
So that's what my two sons there will be.
But Mike, good win.
No, you're happy.
We love the fit.
Your explanations.
No, we don't love the fit.
Killer, you love the fit?
I hate it.
My thing is this,
if he would have just said
I bought it off the strip in Vegas
and I would have to put
nothing spiritual behind the shit.
Put a little Santa Maria on it.
Mike, you don't have to do all of that.
I would have respect it if he just said,
I've seen this on the strip and not caught.
I don't respect it now.
I have to be talking about
it's spiritual and all.
And he got to give it back after the Super Bowl.
Yeah, I ain't with all that.
Okay.
Next game.
So in an overtime win, the Chiefs beat the Colts 23 to 20.
Mike, how impressed were you with this Chiefs?
I was impressed because I picked the coach to win this game.
And they had this game.
But I knew it would come down to the pressure plays.
And in those pressure moments, Daniel, John,
Jones just couldn't come through.
And, of course, Patrick Mal Jones got back to playing some pretty good football.
And defense made some great plays, man.
I was really impressed.
I even tweeted when I was watching the game.
Like, that one drive, I say, this is a do-a-die drive right here for the chief.
I mean, for this playoff life.
And then they made that drive.
It seemed like everything turned right after that.
They played championship ball.
And no matter how great you play in the regular season,
season, if you're the coach, or you're these teams, the Broncos, the teams, the
Patriots, that we thought, oh, okay, you guys are doing well, you're still going to have to
play in that pressure moment.
And Daniel Jones and the coach, they failed in that pressure moment.
They were three and out, three and out, three and out.
They couldn't move the ball.
And that was the number one offense in the national football league.
That's what is always going to come down to.
how those guys perform in the pressure moment
and now it's a lot of pressure
because the race will get tight
as we get closer to the end
and Thursday is Thanksgiving
everybody gets tight after that
so yeah yeah that was a great win
for Kansas City and now
they get to come up in here
you see what I'm saying so we got two
monsters on a head on course
and we'll see them right here on Thanksgiving
so it worked out
It worked out well.
I went in that first, Kate, I was like, man, I don't know.
I want them to lose.
They were losing.
I picked them to lose, so I want to be right.
But then I started thinking about it, you know, if they win and come in here and the
Cowboys beat them, then that's how you get credit.
If they lose, we can come in the Cowboys, then we don't get in there.
So then I flip.
And we pulled it out.
So I was happy for you, buddy.
Who are you happy for the champs, Mike?
For the Chiefs, for the Chiefs.
Go ahead, do your move.
Do your pause, do your move.
Well, actually, we just dismantle the champ today.
Y'all are not the champ.
But y'all want to play the champ in the Super Bowl,
and we have to see y'all third.
Mike, Mike, I told you this weekend, things get serious.
This is normally when it gets serious.
Poor little Daniel Jones, you know, poor little Daniel.
This is what happens when you think a nigga is like that
and he get against somebody that's really like that.
Do you know Patrick Mones is really like that?
I just got to go on the record, Mike.
When we're talking about champs,
I like the way you keep bringing up champs
when you talk about us
because that's the pedigree you're dealing with.
These are big dogs out here, Mike.
I told you once we got a healthy, worthy back
when we get rice back,
it's going to be a problem, Mike.
And this is, we're going in that direction.
And remember I told you when we lost that game
a couple weeks ago,
I said, I'm not, I'm really not nervous.
I'm really not nervous.
And this lets me know that there's still gas in the tank, Mike.
Look forward to us steam rolling over Dallas.
And now all of a sudden, the tide is turning.
And we'll be in the playoffs, Mike.
I feel sorry for the haters who thought we wouldn't be there.
Sorry, Statt.
Sorry, killer.
We will be at the big dance.
Just, just.
Nobody was hating.
Just for the record, you know.
We see things.
We have to report on what we see.
That's it.
Nobody was hating on the chief.
That's it.
Okay.
Because you keep, you know, the thing is,
you keep referring to them as the champs
because mentally you're not paying attention to them.
They're not the champs.
Mike is 100% correct that they beat the champs actually yesterday.
Cam, I wasn't finished.
You're stepping over my line.
I'm a last step.
I like, I can't know.
I'm stepping.
Definitely.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
I took, I took this excerpt from Muhammad
Ali, you know, Muhammad Ali always referred to itself as the champ, you know?
It didn't matter who lost or who won.
He saw himself as the champ, so he always ended up the champ.
I'm just going with the Ali Creed.
Let me tell you something about that, right?
Yeah.
So, and I don't mean no disrespect what I say to him, because he was younger when this
happened, and this is my brother, too, but he was younger when this situation happened.
And this goes to, before I get to the thing,
this goes to what you were saying.
I remember going to Massa Square Garden
and seeing Zab Judah fight Miguel Koto.
And Zab didn't fight well that day.
I won't get into the fight,
because I said Zab is my brother.
And he lost that day.
Pretty bad.
He lost pretty, I'll say convincingly.
And I believe it was for the WBC belt.
I don't remember if it was well to wait.
or Super Bowl 2A.
Whatever it was
is for a belt.
WBC belt,
if I'm not mistaken.
And we went to the club later that night
and Zab came in the club that night
and he got on the mic and he said,
the people's champ is here.
You know who the people's champion is.
Niggins said, yeah,
but we want to see the WBC champ.
So no disrespect to Muhammad Ali
because Muhammad Ali is a different.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha that was a good
yeah so I'm not disinzac
that's my brother but you can't establish you know
used to smoke and all that stuff and you know
so niggins didn't want to see the people chair
we would we want to party with the WBC chair
but the reason why that
That gets credited, what you said, Mace,
is because Muhammad Ali did so much more outside of boxing.
Yeah.
Muhammad Ali stood up not to go to the war.
Muhammad Ali stood up for civil rights.
Mahon and Ali stood up for black Americans.
So he's definitely referred to champ,
no matter whether he has a belt or not.
That don't go for every time.
We can't do that for everybody.
But I will say this about, back to the
the game, I'll say this. Look, this game right here was really important for me to watch
moving forward in the AFC because I said, listen, if the Colts pulled this off, they won
of them ones, man, you know, they're one of the ones. And I said to myself, if Kansas City
wins this game convincingly, maybe they're back. But even though they didn't win convincingly,
it just went to show me the strength of the Kansas City Chiefs. And I said, listen, man,
Thank you, Cam.
Mace, you're not an owner.
You're not a GM.
You're not part of the coach and staff.
I don't know why.
I don't think you know anybody on the Kansas City Chiefs.
You didn't know Alex Smith was a quarterback.
Listen, mate, you have been promoting them.
But I'm not telling you, you're welcome.
Thank you.
Because like I'm saying, this was one of those situations where they
win and you be and I looked at this schedule now let me go back to it because I had it
pulled up so I'm sitting there saying when I'm looking at this schedule what the hell did I have
I just had it pulled up and I'm sitting there saying to myself okay you have you beat the
Colts okay I think they beat in the Cowboys I think they're going to walk right up in there
in Jerry's whirl and beat the Cowboys my parents of course me and Mike to argue about that
I think they beat you guys shiki and oh yeah Dasheki yeah Dasheki is
That she didn't, I think they beat the Texans,
especially with the, even though they've been playing really well,
I think they won the six out of the last eight games,
even though they play with a backup.
Look, they've been playing really well the last,
I think they win that game.
The one game that I am concerned about is the charges,
because the charges are iffy.
They look good one week, and then they get blown out the next week.
So I'm going to give them that game.
I'm going to give them the Titans.
And we'll see what happens with the Broncos.
So that's the only game that I think, when I'm looking at it,
because after that it's the Raiders,
they can win five out of six games to sneak into a wild card position, pause.
And I think that's what's going to happen.
Just like the way I know we'll probably get to it,
the same way I said,
maybe Nick, we could pull the table four or five weeks ago,
when I said, if Lamar Jackson comes back,
when everybody thought I was crazy,
I said when Lamar Jackson comes back
that they're going to win that division
and who's currently in the lead right now in that division
the Baltimore Ravens, sorry, stat.
But with all that be it said, murder.
Oh my gosh.
Yeah, Kansas City, man.
Oh, my goodness.
Sorry, yeah.
First of all, that had his fire, I'm not going to lie.
Like, it is what it is when the side is fired.
But I'm still mad.
I'm still mad.
So, thank, thank the other.
Mike, help, lag on the plane, like nothing?
I'm just saying, man.
We're going to look at all the team.
I'm just saying, man.
I see, I see some light for the Chiefs, man.
I got on the court like I see it, man.
Yeah, it's been that kind of year.
Yeah, I see it too.
I love that color on you.
It looks good on Cam.
Thank you, brother.
I appreciate that.
Thank you, man.
You got a little,
there's what it is in a little morning.
Yeah, knock, I do the custom.
I do my shit custom, man.
Yeah.
You're only.
You're okay with that?
I'm not a Kansas City Chief.
I'm okay with it.
I don't have any transformed.
portal papers.
I'm not a Kansas City Chiefs there,
but I just got to call it like I
see it, man.
Don't say I didn't say this in week 12.
I'm not in the portal.
My team is out.
Listen, we can't do nothing right in Cincinnati.
We're just out, man.
So we get the defense from somewhere.
I don't even, you know, Joe Burroughs
talking about coming back.
Come back for what?
Sit down and get healthy.
We'll see you next year.
But Kansas City will make the playoffs.
I'm telling you all that right now.
And the words of Cam Ron last week, I like you speaking this honest, Cam.
I speak honest.
Every week I speak honesty.
Some people just don't.
Last week, you had three hats on the table.
Neither one of them, neither three of them were the Kansas City Chiefs.
You had the courts up there, the Eagles and the Bears, I believe, man.
So this is why I wore the hat because Mace really abandoned y'all.
No, I didn't.
I didn't put one of them hats on.
I just put them there for the show.
I never put the hat on.
You know, it's like college day, right, Mike?
The team that you pick is the hat you put on, right?
Is that correct?
Or I'm making this up?
You let me know.
All you high schoolers out there that's picking a school.
So you're saying you didn't put it on your heads?
Yeah, it doesn't count.
The whole thing about it is if you still can leave,
If you still collegiate, you, I'm professional already, I don't, I've been out to collegiate
situation.
So if you still in high school doing collegiate, pardon me, my bad, I ain't know what you
was trying to do.
Welcome to the pros, baby.
So, so many questions.
In the comments down below, let's know what you all think since everybody is, you like
this.
Okay, the hat is fire.
Like, that's like, the thing about it, like it's custom, it's blinging, it says what
it is what it is, like that gives you points, but I'm still mad at the
principle.
Yes.
You're not, though.
You like this.
The whole shit is the way it blend off my complexion.
I'm that note, y'all.
Y'all not seeing the big picture.
You guys are like what?
What are you talking about?
What are you talking about?
What big picture?
Oh.
Wait, let them right.
Let them cook.
Here's the big picture again.
cam understand
what the chief
have in the next two days
to play again
so now he's trying to play again
jumping on that wagon
while he kicks the cowboys again
right in the head
so now all my cowboy fans
are supposed to lose hope
because Cam just put on the chief
head like he riding with the teeth
come on man let's get you right
I'm gonna keep it a honey
I'm so mad you know what Mike
Wednesday is our last show
pardon me, not Wednesday, I'm bugging.
We actually do a show
Thanksgiving morning
before things. I'm going to have my chiefs dashiki
to fuck on on Thanksgiving. I'll tell you that much. How about that?
Let me go get that shit fucking made tomorrow morning.
Since we, that's how we got to do, we're going to get spiritual.
From the same Mexican guy that made is yours,
Yeah, man.
You come up being with that owner, if you want, but.
Nah, you're hilarious.
Dasheki for dishik.
Okay, y'all.
We're going to go to break.
We return.
We will discuss Shador's first start,
and the Steelers losing to the Bears.
Don't go anywhere.
Esot Pitbull Cruz.
Ferocious, fierce.
Ball bite.
Get out of great.
The Reaper Roche, patient, precise, deadly.
This isn't a battle, it's a war.
This is war!
Plus, champions collide as Laura faces Johnny back in a battle for all the belts.
This is war, war, war.
Pitbull versus Roach, Saturday, December 6 live on PBC pay-per-view on Prime Video.
Welcome back.
Now let's get into our underdog picks of the day.
Tonight, the Panthers will play the 49ers.
Underdog has Christian McCaffrey at half a rushing and receiving touchdown.
Do you have him higher or lower Mace?
Christian.
Yeah, I'm going higher.
Hi.
Okay.
Brock Purdy's at one and a half passing touchdown.
you have them higher, lower cam.
Higher.
Higher.
Okay, and Bryce Young is at 204 and a half passing yards.
You have a higher, lower Mace.
$204.
I'm going, I'm going to go higher.
You know, it seemed like North Carolina is on the road right now,
so I ain't going to rain on the parade.
I'm going higher.
I'm going to rain on that shit.
I'm going to low.
He's all right.
Time to time, game manager.
I ain't going to get that on the $49.
Make sure you out download the underdog app,
and you can make your picks, too.
just because you brought that up.
Mike, real quick,
we're going to keep it real quick
before you go into the game.
Do you see Bryce Young
as more as a game manager
or do you, like,
you're starting to feel
how he's been playing?
Well, I like what I'm seeing in Bryce Young.
I think he's coming along real well.
You know, at first,
I remember first saying
him as first start of Alabama
when they played Miami
and I thought,
man, this is a small kid.
I don't know how he's going
to make it at that next level.
But he's developed real well
these next, those last few years, really coming into his own.
Right now, right now, and there's nothing wrong with being a game manager.
That means he's managing the game in ways that he's not turning the ball over and costing
themselves and costing their team a lot of losses right now.
You know what I mean?
And then you go into, and after you go into the moment where you're taking over games
and winning games from the quarterback position.
That's the same growth process, even a great time.
Brady went through, you know, they were winning with great defense and Tom just making sure
they didn't make mistakes. And then he grew into being a great quarterback. So, yeah, I like what
I'm seeing with Bryce Young. He's still a young kid, kid, but we're still a young player,
but we still put a lot on players young to perform and produce right now. Mike, you didn't answer
the question. She asked you one question. Is he a game manager or not?
Yeah, but what I'm saying is all good quarterback. So all great quarterback got to
to manage the game.
And in a developmental state, yes or no.
Yes or no.
Right now is he a game in?
We heard your explanation, but you never said yes.
And that's the best part of a quarterback,
having the ability to manage a game.
I'm saying we get caught up in the guy
that knows how to throw the bomb like the guy
that knows how to shoot a three-poena.
But it's the guy that manages the game
that wins the game and quarterbacks get the losses.
Yes, he's a game manager.
And I'm saying that's a compliment.
Who nobody ever said that it wasn't.
He just said that he's a game manager, Mike.
No, that question was asked like it's not a compliment.
Don't try to back your track.
You made it not a compliment.
By saying everything you said, you made it not a compliment.
Yeah, Mike, you're playing into the media personality.
That's what they meant.
That's not what we meant.
Yeah.
You're right, though.
You're right.
So no, dude.
No, no, really got.
think about this, and this, just the thing that messes with your mind,
no dude wants to be called just a gay manager.
You want to be that bus out dude.
Why not?
Why not if all great players will managers?
Right.
So, if you go to, if you're sleeping with your lady and she's a baby, you should baby,
am I great in bed, well, you're a good manager.
She's a good manager.
You manage.
You're a good manager.
You know, you don't be a bed manager.
You want to be, hey, you want to be that joker with the bomb.
Yeah, what I'm saying.
Boom, the big bomb, the big ball.
So, yeah, you know, we just take it with a negative connotation.
But, you know.
I mean, that's that mediocrisy that some of us, I guess,
according to others, hyped up, which I disagree.
But, you know, everybody's standards are different, you know?
Okay.
So let's talk about a quarterback that is getting a lot of hype right now.
So Caleb Williams, Steelers lose to the Bears, 31 to 20.
Mike how do you feel about the eight and three bears now this we got to give credit to
and his development and look at how fast he's coming because that's the part that we
needed to see in him it's so great that's a great segue too the game managing part
Taylor Williams that's what you were looking for remember coming to USC he was running
around throwing balls and throwing them everywhere and he's like it's not going to
work at this level. It's the NFL that works in college, but you can't do that here. So you have to
learn how to be a game manager and then add on those special talents and that special gift
of running around making plays. That's how you become a great quarterback. And he has done that.
He's adding on the game managing part, you know, and then he adds in all the things that he can do.
So he, yeah, Ben Johnson is doing a great job bringing him alone in the short span of time that they've been working together.
And that was a great way to help Mike and bring back the importance of game manager,
already just bring it into the next conversation.
I think it's great that he's almost at 3,000 yards right now at this point in the season.
As well as his turnover ratio has diminished greatly.
And I think that's the biggest turnaround for, how do you say his name, Caleb Williams?
Yeah, Caleb Williams.
That he definitely, you know, last year, I think he was probably, he was turning the ball over too much.
And now it seemed like you call it game manager, but when you're getting four touchdowns for every turnover, that's always going to win in this league.
And I look forward to them doing well as he continued.
It looked like he figured it out.
Who called gay man to me?
You were talking about Mike, no?
Mike, Mike, Mike.
Oh, yeah.
Right, right.
Stag, you could take my take because your team lost.
I know, I love that, right?
And you've been bragging how your team been in first place.
Yeah.
All these weeks and now, just like I predicted, five weeks ago,
I knew this day was coming.
Go ahead, take my take.
I mean, it's a couple things.
So first of all, you got to love circumstances.
is because I think that this was the best.
No, I'm being honest and I'm being fair, okay?
Like, great win for the Bears.
Proud of them.
They're eight and three.
Caleb Williams is finally showing out, like, this is good.
Like, this is what we wanted for him.
But on the flip side, it's like, if we were going to win a game versus the Bears,
this was the game for us to win because they also had a lot of key defensive players out.
But then also at the same time, I'm not making excuses.
I'm just stating the facts.
We also didn't have Aaron.
Rogers we had mason rudolph what about what about the four weeks that boltimore didn't have
that's what i'm saying i can't make excuses but it's part of the game that's what happens like i'm
stating it i'm not saying it's an excuse because the ravens had to do what they could do with him
out but at the same time i felt like this was the best possible game for us to win and then
they made that other touchdown towards because we didn't score anything in the third quarter
then mason rudolph tried to throw a deep ball that got tipped off so at that point the bears
won the game and it was like
the Bears are a good
team. It's not like they're not. So it's like
shout out to them and unfortunately now
we're tied with the Ravens in the division.
And actually
behind the Ravens.
Pause.
Well,
sorry. It's fine.
Because you know what? You sound salty.
You sound salty. You sound
really salty.
I don't know what it is.
Look, y'all, I...
Dad, it's not bad, I'm just talking...
No, no, no, it's my mannerism.
Can I call a line-stepping this time?
Because, dang!
Yeah, you're right, you're right, my bad.
Look, we lost this game.
I'm not happy about it.
This would have been a great game to have George Pickens,
but of course, we shipped him off to Dallas,
so you're welcome, Mike, because I love that for y'all.
Oh, my goodness.
I'm just saying, I'm salty about a lot of things.
There are just some things that need to be reworked.
You just said that you were happy for him.
I'm happy for him.
I'm not happy for me.
You can hear that in her tone she's not happy about it.
Like, why would you want to see?
Because to me, I thought he was great.
One of your really good players on your team go having a ball with somebody else.
Why would you want to see that?
You know when y'all got Metcalfe, you thought y'all would be eyes, man.
I actually was not super excited about that move.
But it's one of those things.
No.
Right?
So he wasn't excited about Aaron Rogers, but you complaining that he wasn't playing that he wasn't
playing yesterday. Yes, because he's still better than Mason Rudolph.
But as a backup, I'm not mad because
that's kind of the expectation that I had.
You are, because you're banging at table. No, I just react
very expressively. You know what that doesn't mean like when she
brings pictures up? Is when, when, when, when, when a
female boyfriend get a new girl and he's like, if that's who he's
happy with, yeah, they just happy with.
You know, they can just be happy, but if that's the type of thing he likes,
yeah, I wasn't willing to do all that.
I can't even disagree because that is exactly how I feel.
But it is what it is, okay?
Love that for y'all.
For us, it's unfortunate.
This is not good.
It's okay.
Because they could see you.
For now, for right now, I know they can see me because other Steelers fans know where
my head is at.
They know how I'm feeling because we all understand.
It's an understanding that we all.
get it's still home it's still home okay you're not in the portal no that can never ever ever ever
happen you know what they're going to do to you stat when when when the ravens fly past you now
now they're just right above you but when they fly past you i think we just need to put up the pitch
of stat in the raven's jersey oh no she's in the portal no i'm not in the portal my team is still my team
But it's a loss.
A loss that I don't like, but it happens.
That's all I'm going to say there.
Okay, moving along, because I loved that topic so much.
Shador made his first NFL start beating the Raiders 24 to 10.
Mike, how do you think things were looking for the Browns?
I think for his first NFL start.
And we started talking about it at his first reps with the first team.
getting the first opportunity.
That was an incredible performance.
You can say what you will.
That means you have this much time,
that much time truly to prepare.
Not like you prepare all season going up against
and going up against and going with the first unit.
That was incredible.
Because I got to say that's the worst that he'll be.
He is literally an infant.
playing. That's the worst he's going to be. So I thought, yeah, as big as that game, the moment
in that game, all that was around that game, and the little work and opportunities he had
to put in work, I thought it was phenomenal performance. Yeah, he made, some said he made some mistakes
and everything was not perfect, but when you start talking distance travel, that amount of time
and to look at his performance, I thought it was phenomenal.
man
and they got the win
and they got the victory
I think when
if somebody would have told us
was this week 12 that we're at
week 12
yeah
week 12 that
should do it will be starting
and they will win by 14 points
so I think I think
everybody should be happy
because it looked like
at the top of this season that he was
never going to play.
And it looked like they did everything for Shudor not to play.
So every stride that he gets is going to be monumental.
It's going to be history breaking.
And I'm looking forward to him getting like phenomenally better every single game.
I'm thinking that by the end of this season that they'll be secure that he's the
quarterback of the future.
And if that's all that we take away from this season, I think is well worth it.
You know, that he'll be the QB1 going forward for the Cleveland Browns.
Yeah, listen, I went to the game.
It was beautiful to watch, man.
Shout to Coach Prong.
Me and Coach Prong, seeing each other.
It was a beautiful thing to watch, man.
And like Mike said, that week makes a difference.
Even though it's only a week, you can see a difference from last week to this week.
It was really good.
I think he would have a way better game.
even though he played exceptional.
Stat-wise, you know, when he first got that first open pass,
53-yard pass down the field,
the receiver got tripped up at the one-yard line.
So, you know, that may have been another touchdown.
Then he got another probably 40-yard, 45-yard pass down the field.
Then Jared Judy wanted to do some studded step shit
and fucking fumble the football,
which could have put them probably on the 20-yard line from the 50-yard line.
So it was some other mistakes from other players
that wasn't necessarily his fault
that made his numbers look good.
But when you're watching the game,
like I got to watch the game,
this kid checked all the boxes on the eye test.
Everything.
He looked phenomenal, man.
So congratulations to him.
Congratulations to the Sanders family.
I know they've been waiting for this for a long time.
Secondly, Cleveland fucking defense, bro.
Yo, yo, my nigga.
The dumb niggas, yo.
Yo, they were scaring me.
me from my seat.
Tell them motherfuckers.
Miles Gabbard, them niggas is not no joke.
They had 10 sacks.
Pause.
Ten sacks on Gino Smith.
Ten.
Them niggas are scary.
If this continues, and we know
that it was the Raiders, so we're not putting
my stock into it. But if they
could get at least
half of what the defense puts
out on offense, then Cleveland
will be all right, man. If Shadour
plays as good as he played yesterday,
And that defense from Cleveland, they will be all right
because that defense is scary.
That's first and foremost, secondly, rather.
Lastly, I don't know exactly the surrounding players
that were in Seattle when Pete Carroll was there
and Gino Smith was there, but they didn't look half bad.
This looks terrible, man.
This looks really terrible for Pete Carroll and Gino Smith.
Listen, like I said, we was there, man.
Shout to church, shout out to Nick.
We, cousin bang, we went up there, but shout out to Coach Brown.
The stadium was booing so loud for Gino Smith.
The booze was crazy.
Every time it was three and out,
they didn't necessarily even have to be three and out.
Every time they didn't convert on third down,
the booze were out of control.
I'm like, God damn.
That got to feel so bad.
When you're at home and you're getting me,
booed to that capacity.
I don't know what happens moving forward,
but it can't be good.
That was right, very bad.
And I'm a big fan of Pete Carroll,
one of the few coaches who won professionally
and on the collegiate level,
it's only two other coaches that did that.
And I thought Gino was on to something in Seattle.
This does not look good for either one of them whatsoever.
Yeah, I'll just say that the Raiders are in just a real weird position
just to begin with,
because I know I was at the game too,
were booing Gino but it's also like they don't have another option like they have
Kenny Pickett now which I didn't even realize when I thought about it that trade that had
happened and they have Aiden O'Connell and he has an injury as well so it's just like they are just
put in bad circumstances and it's unfortunate because it also just goes down to the players
in somebody like Gino Smith so I can't even say hope they figure it out because I don't even know
what their solution would be so I'm gonna say is good luck to them that's what I
will say. Okay. Now you've got to get to James Winston and the Giants. They couldn't beat the
Lions losing 34 to 27 in overtime. Mike, what did you think of that game? Well, I love watching
James Winston go get his touchdown. You can see athleticism and all that and watch them have
some success in playing and throwing football. But now, the reality was, reality is that game really
was about Detroit.
And are they going to fight back
and come back and get that
win? And they did.
And now you're starting to hear, you know,
when you
hear around this time of the year, the teams
that get ready to go on those runs.
You start hearing about teams that are
picking up like
either running well or from the running back position
like what Gibbs are doing.
Now they're starting to say, oh, you're putting up
Barry Sanders like numbers,
you know. Or like what Indy was
doing with Jonathan Taylor, you know, with Indies.
But yeah, at Detroit, Detroit needed to get back on track, and they did.
And that was a great game.
I thought New York played a great game.
They played, they did a lot of tricking stuff, a lot of funny stuff,
everybody had a far, even James winning got a touchdown.
But Detroit did what they needed to do in the end and found a way to win,
like a tough dad gentleman to him.
Cam
I love James Winston
man I do
that boy
can say the boy
talks good
um
I'm just trying to think
like
why the fuck you can't
take a catch a fucking break man
that niggas stole them crab legs
in Publix
yeah
fucking crab legs man
can still man
what they say
say murder, if you steal, you're wrong,
if you lie, you steal.
If you steal, you're robbed.
If you rob, you'll murder.
You kill.
And then you'll kill.
You remember what I'll coach you to say?
I'll coach out a remix on it.
I'll coach say, if you lie, you steal, if you steal, you're robbed.
If you rob, you kill.
And if you kill, you suck dick.
Like, what?
Where did that go from?
Where did that go?
Where did that come from?
Oh, oh.
Yeah, it's super poor.
Oh, I just called it.
I just called it.
Yo, soup, super super soups.
I just called.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, what, what comes meant was?
When you go to jail, bro, you're going to be doing some days.
Don't be messing around.
I just called what coach was talking about.
Okay, bro.
Okay, bro.
Yeah.
Our coach was wild, man.
That's pretty funny.
That's pretty good.
He gave you real life and real time.
That's a fact.
But, um, look, I thought the Giants play really well.
Like Mike said, you know, the nigga James Winston had a receiving touchdown.
And look good as a receiver.
They fought a nigga over him.
They tried to attack.
Get the fuck off me, nigga.
stepped up in the end zone
and you know it was cool
but the real thing I looked at was
I think I'm not sure
if Malik neighbors said it I'm not sure
but one of the players for the Giants said
something that made me look that
it may start a fucking investigation
in the NFL behind the shit that he said
these niggas had it to
where they could have kicked the field goal
where it was like about 35 seconds left
something something crazy
it was like on the 20 15 year
There's in the right zone.
And there's a fourth down and fourth and goal.
With like 35, 40 seconds and they tried to score a touchdown.
And I get it.
You don't want to give the team the ball back to try and get up the field
and tie it with a field goal.
But at least they would have been an opportunity
because it wouldn't the overtime anyway.
And then they made some really wild decisions.
And neighbors was like, yo, are we trying to lose games
on purpose, he deleted his tweet.
He tweeted the shit and they
ain't deleted it. But I was looking at the shit
like, so I'm not bugging.
You know, I know it's an intern coach. He's like, let's take
a chance. It don't really matter. I probably won't be the
head coach next year. But you got to win
games. And you're not
Dan Campbell to be taking these chances
like that. Dan Campbell is
a nigga who takes a lot, a lot of chances.
And he pays. I think they last
week, they was 0.5 on 4th down.
Look, my nigga, your intern
coach, try and keep the fucking
job, my nigger. At least
they don't know exactly who's coming in next year
unless they do and they're not telling us
yet. But they made some
really bad decisions
coaching-wise, my opinion, to where
the Giants lost this game.
Lions, I don't know, week to
week it is what it is with them niggas. You know,
they look really dominant last year, the year before
last year, the year before last year was like
next year, they could win the Super Bowl.
Then when the season started, you're like, yo, the
Lions are going to the Super Bowl. Then
they didn't go to the Super Bowl.
We know they have some injuries to start the season
or so on and so forth,
but a lot of stuff that Dan Campbell tried to pull off,
well not tried, pulled off last year the last couple of years,
hasn't necessarily worked this year.
So Lions looked decent.
Yesterday coming back against the Giants.
But it's the Giants.
That is that.
You don't want to put no credit on the Giants?
No, I feel they two in ten.
That's that.
I do want to ask you about this Malik Neighbors tweet because it was a tweet.
Yeah, yeah, I want to read it, though.
Yeah, because I'm like, I'm curious on more of y'all's thoughts on it.
So he said, yeah, he said sometimes I think they'd be making us lose on purpose because it's no way, bro.
You throw the ball instead of running it to make them burn two timeouts that you don't kick the field goal.
Then they have to go down and score football common sense.
So I do want all of you all to elaborate on that tweet a little bit more.
And then what are your thoughts on him tweeting it and then deleting it actively on a football team?
roster playing like how'd you feel about that mic
i'm glad you brought it back up because i wanted to tap in
when cam brought it when cam talked about it because
i was honest
it's these analytics and all of this junk
was going forward a lot on four down
and and going forward in those positions
i'm not going to lie to you
tonight i'm sitting in that box
when Brian Shondheim
we didn't kick their field goal
four down
the same thing
score tied
you know
you know came back
211 201 they could
they could have kicked the field goal
24 they went for four down
and didn't get it
before Philly started
so I'm saying the same thing
stop reading
and stop telling me
what analytics says
and tell me what you're seeing
on a field you know
and just for this case
like if you've been down
21, the option to see yourself in the front.
That's over. That's bigger than analytics to me.
I needed the team and, you know, to see that stuff like that.
And they make these decisions that, that I don't know how even analytics they do that.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, you kick the field goal.
Kick the field, go kick the ball off and play defense.
Stop trying to outthink yourself.
I call that stuff smart dummy.
There's a little smart dummies.
You're outsmarting yourself and you end up losing games more often than not.
That's what I say to do it.
Mike, when it comes to football common sense, right, when you hear somebody make that term,
do you think this is one of those statements that can end up in an investigation?
Because that's what I'm thinking.
If somebody on a team is saying this,
this could very well turn real sour really fast balls for that entire organization
especially where sports are now with betting and things like this when i'm hearing these
statements it is a real alarming statement what you mean what you mean the statement when he said
when when his tweet is that yeah basically basically says when he say when he say they're
making us on purpose do you think this could turn into an investigation to be
Yeah, somebody's saying, they're making us lose on purpose.
Who's making you lose on purpose?
That's a loaded statement.
Right.
And I'm sure that's why they made him take it down right away.
Now you're not now you're disparaging the lead.
And you got inside information and people start believing, yeah, that's a dangerous.
That's a dangerous tweet.
But I'm sure he's talking about just decisions.
I don't know, like, like, I wasn't talking about a grand scheme.
I'm talking about just decisions because somebody tells you the odds are better this way over that way.
But the person that's purely doing the odds are just going by what happens with the numbers.
And you have to read the scene in those situations, you know.
if your team
that's fighting from behind
and you want your team now
to see at least okay
you go up
and you know what I mean
stuff like that
that matters mentally
that I think
overrised
the analytics
or what people
always try to come up with
well
you know
I brought the statement out
but
to me
murder
because of the NBA
was going on now,
that maybe they'll start looking in the stuff,
but tanking ain't new.
This is,
so when Monique neighbor says something like this,
he's like, yo, is this how they be tanking?
We got the fucking wall in the red zone
with 30 seconds left and we're not going to fucking kick a field go
or we're not going to run the ball twice them,
even though if we don't get a first damn,
they're going to have to burn two timeouts,
we're not doing that.
Then if you look at it right now,
out of all the teams in the NFL,
the Giants are the only team that's eliminated.
The Giants are officially eliminated right now
as we speak from the playoffs.
This shit got tanking written all over it,
if you ask me.
Now it would be investigation, I don't know.
You know, just the good old boy sport.
You know what I'm saying?
Things might be like,
Jerry Jones and them niggas, no disrespect.
Yo, take this shit and chill out, man.
Grabba, gab with everybody else.
We ain't got time for that shit to be.
But we've seen Tankin done before,
and this smells like Tangin.
If you win, you look like a superhero.
If you don't, we get closer to getting
the number one pick in the draft.
It's fair.
What he said is, it's not like he's wrong.
It's just the post and delete is crazy.
Like, I'm just surprised.
Well, Mike made a good point.
You know, that's public relations.
Oh, for sure.
For the team, take that shit down,
you know, take that shit down, nigga.
But even posting it, like, you're just pissed
and you're like, duh.
And it was like, wait.
A lot of shit.
My team don't.
I don't think it was his choice to take it down.
I think Mike is right.
I think they told him, you know, take that shit down.
This is why niggas playing football
don't need their phone on them
while they're playing football.
Is it all your phone on the bench?
Well, we're absolutely in that generation,
murder courts.
You're thinking about this, right?
I think part of reason.
in my personal opinion,
and this is probably no validity,
validity behind it,
but no evidence behind the validity.
This is part of the reason
Antonio Brown,
I know it seems like a trillion years ago,
it's not part of Pittsburgh Steelers.
The nigga went live at halftime.
It went to Mike Tomlin.
It's different the fucking half-time
speech the nigga on live
about the game plan for the second half.
What the shit?
A.B., you know, it's my nigga,
but yo, what the fuck?
Fuck, how are you going live?
And we got to go in the second half
and you're giving the game plan out.
We're in that era where niggas can't put their phone there.
I forget what coach it was.
I don't remember what coach it was.
Damn, I forgot what coach.
There was a new coach coming to a new organization in the NFL
maybe about two, three years ago.
And he said he's going to give players 15 minutes of phone time per hour
because he knows that they can't control their self.
Right, right.
Instead of them going to sneak off and do it,
Look, you could go to your phone at 1.15 for 15 minutes.
I don't know if you remember that, Mike, but I can't remember what you said.
I think Cliff Kingsbury was doing it when he first got to Arizona.
Okay.
It was one of those new coaches.
Right.
You were right.
You're absolutely right.
And I thought that was brilliant.
Yes, me too.
It's a waste of time to keep them in here an hour at a time.
Because in 35 minutes or 45 minutes.
They're going to be so worried about who takes them and what.
He said, so I give him a break every 40 minutes or whatever.
Go sick your phone.
I thought that was brilliant.
Me too.
I did.
Absolutely.
I did.
Right.
Because, you know, he's right.
You can't, you can't get anything done.
Well, I know that restaurant trying to get them to put that phone down so they can serve.
Boy, it's a whole stuff like that.
This lets you know that wealth and nutrition did a number on us.
Yeah.
I'll just add.
Same situation, kind of not the same, but kind of similar.
Lamar Jackson went off on one of his teammates because after the Ravens won the game,
he was on the plane on live, like literally close to camp situation.
And Lamar told him you did not play today, turn that shit off.
So even with Malik, I mean, we know he's out for the season.
Same similar type of situation.
If you're not playing in the game, but even supporting your team, you should not make those cons.
But I get also what you're saying.
You're like PR, he probably felt like it was okay.
But like, I don't think it's ever okay to be talking about your team on social media.
Yeah.
That's just...
Right, right.
But stat, the jokes that ain't played and ain't got...
Man, hey, man, they got to try to get some clout out here with them girls, too.
Hey, I told me, going live.
She don't even really believe I'm on the team.
What you talk about, Joe?
I gotta go live, please.
You know, I'm just telling you.
I used to have to talk to them jokes, hey, man, you know.
no you're right
I'm not even mad at that
well that is all the time
that we have for today y'all Mike
you know it's always a pleasure to have you on the show
Mike
it's always true Mike
no no no no no
I can't not in the midst of this great run
we are all right this all week
the niggas say
the niggas on a two game
winning street
the very beginning of a run
called me home
It's a main cause.
May I appreciate it.
Good seeing you, Mike.
I see y'all next week.
All right.
Thank y'all for watching.
And as always, it is what it is.
