Welcome back to It Is What It is.
I'm Treasure Wilson, aka Stat Baby, along with your host, Cam.
Mace will be back.
Y'all got a special guest in the building.
Sin City, Sin, I know you're feeling great, but we, do we got to start?
Do we got to start there?
I don't think so.
Yeah, I think we should.
It's only right.
It's only right.
It's just been a great day.
We got to start there.
That's a greater day for you, though.
Is this the right side?
Hello.
How's everybody doing?
on this wonderful morning.
I'm all right.
Thank you for asking.
You're welcome.
Petty McPetty.
I don't know.
Look at the mood in here
when we win.
Look at the mood.
Talking about C.J.
is Kobe.
Who?
Who said that?
Well, y'all was comparing him to.
Oh, yeah, he's unstoppable.
Who said that?
Okay.
Yeah, you just went from here to here.
Well, I might have put a little gas on it.
I might put a little gas on, but sorry.
Okay.
Okay, well, let's start with that.
We weren't going to start with that.
But for you, you get it.
So the Knicks dominated the Hawks, 142-89, eliminating the Hawks from the playoffs.
So the Knicks will actually advance to the Eastern Conference semifinals,
where they will face the winner of the Celtics and the Sixers series,
since you are our guest, and you are the dedicated Nick fan.
That's the nickname that I gave you.
What's your opinion on the final score and the way that this game went?
I think we just got tired of niggas playing with our name.
That's what I really think.
I don't, you know, and, and, and,
people were second judging us and like kind of like Stephen A. went on a rant or whatever,
which we might have needed.
Yo, let's get up and let's fucking play basketball.
Why are we even playing with these niggas?
They just got CJ over here and the young redhead dude.
There's two people.
We don't need no help.
We're going to the finals like we said we are.
See, when we lose, you're judging us, you're talking about everybody else that's doing every other thing.
that that's not worth for what we doing.
We beat a team by 51 yesterday.
I don't think y'all understand.
We did that.
And there's no party.
I don't see no balloons.
I don't see no confetti.
You know, we're going to the next round.
Anybody else can say that?
You know, there's people that are still playing.
You know, we could go home and relax and wait.
But I'm real happy that, you know, Mike Brown got it together
because I was down with him too.
I was.
And Mikhail got it together.
there than 51 points.
That's something to talk about.
It's going into history books.
Yeah.
Martin Bennett Vance,
so a lot of people can say that
here they're going to the next round.
Welcome.
Welcome to the summer.
But this is what I'm talking about.
Snat.
He wants balloons for making it to the summer.
I love these New York fans,
man.
I really do.
It should be a party.
Don't party.
They made it to the same place.
They made it the last two years.
What I will say is this, though.
I was going to say that.
I think the Knicks actually got tired of the Knicks
playing with their name.
I was going to say that.
And the thing about it is, it isn't stat,
it isn't me, it isn't the media.
It's the New York fans.
That's the Knicks who playing with the New York Knicks name.
Sin was on the, he wanted niggas gone
four days ago, five days ago.
Stephen A is right.
Stephen A.
Steve N.A. Talk about Worldwide West, you're in trouble.
Leon Rose, you in trouble.
Listen, we don't know what we did for seven unprotected draft picks we gave from McEl Bridges.
I'm not saying you a scrub, but you damn near look like a scrub.
Call in detail.
What's up, man?
Where you at?
Where you were?
There's a Stephen A. Smith never day.
And they sent him about, yeah, yeah.
That's right.
Get him.
Get them.
And I was like, yo.
Y'all New York Nick Fins is a rational and a most,
I actually talk.
See, that's what I'm saying.
Niggas don't ever want to give credit credit to.
I talked you off the ledge.
I said, relax.
I said, bro, it is third game.
And when y'all lost that game by one, I said, yo, that was a hell of a game.
Oh, you only calling me because we lost.
I said, no, you actually, that was actually a great game.
Y'all came back, and showed a lot of character, it was a great game.
He won't argue with me.
And I'm trying to talk him off the ledge.
And I'm not, and the niggas is his team.
And I'm telling him.
him to relax. Listen, man, y'all next is, let y'all drive each other crazy. You're not going
to drive the rest of us crazy, man. Y'all will be on an emotional roller coaster and we watch y'all
from the outside looking in. But I will say this. The Knicks that we seen last night is the
Knicks that we've been looking forward to see all year long. The Knicks that's going to say,
stop playing with niggas, we spanking niggas, and we're going to the championship. That's the
Knicks did I seen last night.
Will this continue?
I'm not sure.
I hope it does for the sake of New York,
but I'm not sure about it.
The Knicks fans ain't sure about it.
They're sure about it this morning.
Yeah, make that thing.
You know, because three days ago,
four days ago, you went to fire Mike Brown,
you want it, niggins going, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, et
I enjoy watching y'all emotional road
because it's actually very entertaining
to be totally honest with you.
But this is the Knicks we've been waiting to see all season.
Yo, we don't need the Greek freak.
We don't need to make no trace.
Everybody steps up and does what they're supposed to do.
Shout to OG and a no bleep.
Because, you know, he's the one.
He's the one to me.
I'm not sure exactly what he does in the locker room, so on and so forth.
But he is the one player that has championship experience
and not just going to a championship, winning a championship.
So he looked like he came out and set the toll last night.
And look, you know, you didn't even have to get a bunch of points from a bunch of people.
They have 50 points.
I think I read something to where, you know, I was obligated when the game was going on.
But when I see the highlights, I think it was some crazy shit of 61-11 run.
How are you going to 61 to 11 run?
Hey, how do you do that?
You know, and, you know, we sat there and we did give a lot of praise to C.J. McCullough
throughout the series.
But the last two games, bro, we see.
He's only going to get him as far as he could get him.
And he disappeared.
He disappeared.
So the Hawks, you can sit there and be like, yeah, they got a bright future.
I don't know.
I don't know if they have a bright future or not.
Same thing.
Same way to Tristan and be like, no, I'm talking about Portland, man.
We don't have time to worry about that.
We have to worry about what's going on the rest of this season.
But the Nicks looked like a damn problem last night.
And I'm looking forward to the next round.
And that's how y'all should come steam rolling in next round.
Don't play with niggas and allow niggas to play with your name.
And the people playing with your name are actually your fans.
Come right into the series whether it be Boston or Philadelphia
and punch them niggas in the mouth and get busy.
Because if not, it leads for all type of speculation.
Because all this speculation that people had in this first round when they were there,
one or two, is the same speculation that I have.
Now, next round if you're there, whether you want to not, the speculations will start,
because honestly, even though this looked like a great victory, which it was, as soon as right,
this will go down in history books.
You're the same spot you've been after the last two years.
And that's what Bill's talk about once you start losing this series, if you start losing
this series.
So don't give people the opportunity to have that conversation.
Go in there, do what you've got to do, and feed off this energy.
Congratulations to the New York Knicks and the New York Knicks fans.
Welcome back to the semifinals.
It's no balloons.
It's no street names.
It's no parties.
You've been here before.
Sin, you didn't like that.
No, I didn't.
Because he said, he called me one day.
He said, so you mean to tell me,
y'all going to win three straight games?
I said, yes.
I said yes.
But you notice that you give congratulations,
but it's always something on the end of the fishing hook.
It's always something.
It is not, nah, that shit was lit.
I can't wait to see what they do next round and blah, blah, blah.
Oh, you better not.
do this because when we when we lost oh you you got street names after y'all and court and look and this is
what the nicks do they lose because you can't depend on them blah blah blah blah blah blah now when we win
it's it's no excitement you're damn right i wanted balloons i wanted this desk to be either orange or blue
i don't trust nick anymore so i wanted this out talk all this k shit and jillum bruns i had 39 points
the other day i don't know if y'all addressed it but you had 39 points that man is six one
six two he's not athletic at all i think we should give him a little bit more praise his footwork is
phenomenal you know he's not he's not he don't yes he flops and i don't like that part about him
but he's not shay with referees wearing your sneakers and and every time you run past somebody
they're blowing the whistle get that man some more credit for for putting a whole city on his back
but just give us give us congratulations without without the tail and that's all i listen man i do give jaylin
Brunson, a lot of credit.
We say he's the best point guard in the East Coast.
He's just not the best point guard in the NBA.
Whether you like it or not, sorry, he's just not.
But I think that he's the best guard in the Eastern Conference.
Absolutely.
I'm not going to give him any more credit than I do give him.
No, you said James Hardin was.
See, this is what I'm saying about you.
No, no.
We said that they have the most talented back court in the East Coast.
That's what we said.
And they do have the most talented back court.
Is that going to equal out to wins?
You have to listen to what we said.
What I say, what you understand.
two different things.
Now I said,
the most talented back court
doesn't equal out to wins.
Should they win?
Yeah, but are they going to win?
I'm not sure.
Raptors are giving them problems.
But as far as the best
point going to East Coast,
it's not an argument.
Jaylen Brunson is absolutely
the best point in the East Coast.
Absolutely.
And he had 39 points
to the win.
And I know it's still
a game to go,
but Kaye Cutter had 45 points
than they won.
Because you brought up Kay.
That's what I thought you brought up.
Ready?
Okay, the reason why I, see, y'all do a lot of things, so y'all forget things.
Y'all been doing boxing, doing great, and doing the shows and doing other shows.
When the last time I was here, we had a debate, who was better, James Harder or Brunson.
Did I not ask you that?
Yeah, I was like, yeah, and they try, and they could, and they could, because y'all are the panel,
and y'all agree with each other.
Y'all, you're the great take.
I never hear great takes in.
We don't always agree with each other.
No, but I don't never hear great takes in.
But that was, you agreed, and they was like, Mace was like, you can't win with a small guard.
So I'd take James Harder.
So he actually didn't say, he actually didn't say that, you know, Jalen Brunson was the best.
He really didn't say that.
These girls are?
My best, and I ain't mean to cut you off.
No, no, you ain't cut me off, but you didn't say that James Hart,
Jalen Brunson was better than James Harden.
That's not what you said.
Because the last time I was here, you can't win with a small guard.
Listen, listen, listen.
I remember now as you brought that up,
May said that and I did agree with them,
very rarely that that happens.
And we talked about Isaiah Thomas
being the last person to do it.
But once again,
you are excited about some way you've been last year.
That's what I was saying.
Come on there.
Come on there.
Come here.
Can you give me a hug?
Are we live?
No, it's not a lot.
Free recording.
You look like you smell good.
I just want to look good.
I just want to smell you.
You smell you.
Oh, you must smell good too.
You rushing over here.
How are you doing?
What's your name?
Monica.
Monica, where y'all from?
Jersey originally, Northern California, both of us now.
What part of Jersey?
Jersey City.
Okay, yeah.
I live in Fort Lee.
Oh, nice.
Well, I'm from Fort Lee.
I'm from New York, but I lived in Fort Lee,
let's be clear about.
You still have that.
Yeah, how long have you been out here?
I've been in Cali 18 plus years.
What's y'all doing out here?
Her birthday.
Okay.
You're engaged, married?
She's married.
Oh man, that nigga love you.
That shit going off.
I ain't going to lie.
That's going off, man.
Y'all watch sports?
Y'all watch sports?
My husband does.
Does he?
Yes.
That's what's up, man.
Well, I just thought you ladies were beautiful.
Y'all more welcome to stick around if y'all want,
if y'all have somewhere to go.
I just wanted to sniff y'all.
What are you guys following?
We're talking about sports.
That's why I was asking me to talk about sports.
But we also do another talk show that does about
just what's going on in a society and stuff like that.
Maybe one day y'all guys could come and be a part of that show.
How often are y'all in Vegas?
Often.
Very often?
More often than we like she'd met.
She lived here.
Okay.
Ever since she's here.
Like half the time she here.
Look who pops in out of nowhere.
Wait, are you like talking to football?
Basketball right now.
Okay.
All right, cool.
What I'm going to do is when I get out of here, I'm going to give you a tech.
No, I'm quite sure she has a lot.
It's a pleasure of me.
It's a very, very pretty.
That's good.
And if you want, I'm more than what I'm sticking around,
but if not, I'll give you a text when I'm leaving out.
You know, you could tell some people up on the Instagram.
Hi.
It's nice.
Nice to meet you.
Bye.
Bye.
I ain't my lovelies.
Where the mother.
That was crazy.
It's my lovelies, killers, man.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah, that's crazy.
That's what I'm saying.
Man, they wanted to get sniffed on.
You say nothing wrong.
A little nibble.
I'm stressed.
They get, because they want to be touched.
You don't be touched the right way, man.
You see, as soon as I sniffed over girl, the other girl, man,
came right there.
Sniff me.
Can't wait to get sniffed out.
Like I'm saying, with the Knicks.
I'm Cameron.
I said, okay, game.
Hey.
You know, when you got this charisma like me,
you know what I mean?
It's not really hard to pause.
I turn it.
That's why I turn live girls down, man.
It's too much charisma.
It's too much charisma.
But that age of her ring was going off, yo.
Yeah, well, her friend.
She made it clear.
She said, yeah, my husband.
And she backed up and got her pictures.
Yeah, I ain't gonna lie, but if she married,
and I bought you her ring, niggas should not be sniffing you.
At all.
Comments, let us know, what do you think?
Yeah, yeah, let me know if I should have sniffed out.
Call me jealous or whatever.
I get you that, bitch.
Yeah, man, that shit was going on all.
But listen, man, females can't wait for me to sniff them out.
take it how you want them.
But we used to talk about the Knicks, right?
Listen, Matt.
Mace did say that I did agree with him about smaller guards.
And you're right, I'll give you that credit.
Jalen Brunson is so far in the playoffs
is going back to being the best point guard in the East Coast,
which we shouldn't have probably taken from
before we see what happened with Donovan Mitchell and James Harton.
But you want more credit for something that's already been accomplished
from Jalen Brunson.
Look, boom, credit, there you go.
Take all the credit you want.
Hey, man, he's going to be passing.
Credit, there you go, my niggins.
I'll take it.
I'll say, yo, it's the same thing you've been doing.
But congratulations, New York Knicks fans.
I will say take this energy into the next round.
Yeah, I will add, like this was a great game for the mix
and that, like Cam was saying earlier,
That's the dominance that we've been expecting from them throughout the series.
Because when I first gave my predictions, I was like, at this point, I'm going to go for the Hawks.
It's a young energy.
Like, I know people are like, they don't have a center.
How is this actually going to play out?
And from what we saw from the beginning games, it started getting a little tricky because all the conversations were, the Knicks are in trouble.
What are they going to do to figure it out?
But this game, I would say, mainly everybody stepped up how they needed to.
Of course, OG had a great game.
Cat also recorded his second triple double of the series
and then McHale Bridges was playing like that 150 mil.
Like that's what we've been waiting for
because then past games,
I don't know what he had going on,
but it wasn't looking too hot.
It wasn't exciting.
So I think everybody played their part.
It's just can they continue this on
as they go on to the semifinals?
And then on the other end,
looking at the Hawks,
it is disappointing for them
and Hawks fans as a whole
because they started off on such a high.
Like the only person who performed, in my opinion,
how they needed to was Jaylon Johnson.
And I think going into this game, people knew that we kind of have to put our guards up for C.J. McCollum,
and that's kind of what they did even in the last game.
But there are some issues there that they're going to have to work out.
I'm not going to say I'm off the Hawks train because I think this alone shows you that there is potential there.
They're still just missing a couple pieces because even down to like Dyson Daniels.
Dyson gets a lot of minutes.
And defensively, he does do pretty good, especially against Jalen Brunson from what we've seen in prior games.
But he can't put a shot up.
That's why they would leave him open because they knew he wasn't going to make them three.
So if they work on things like that just with particular players, I think they'll be all right further down the line.
But it doesn't matter what's going on further down the line because we're looking at what's going on right now.
So I will give you your credit.
Shout to the mix.
It is exciting for y'all.
I am just curious to know, though, for the people who are actually in the arena, like,
what do you all think was going on in Hawks fans' heads to be there and then even just see that gap that we saw?
the Knicks had the largest half-time lead in NBA playoff history, which at the time was 83 to 36.
If you're a Hawks fan, like a diehard fan, are you staying and watch until the end?
Are you leaving?
I think Atlanta is so, so, have so much culture.
Niggas about to figure out what Magic City?
What we're at?
I think they already started playing out what they is about to do after the game.
I bet you it's still a party going on in Atlanta, no matter if they lost or not.
Lou Williams left the bubble to get wings, nigger.
She's like, Atlanta's always going to have something going on.
But as a fan, you typed out, you know.
For Atlanta, you got thinking about this, too, football-wise, right?
They were up at halftime thinking you're about to beat the Patriots.
That's another city that gets let down a lot when it comes to sports.
So I don't think that stops the entertainment during Atlanta.
I think it is wings and titties right now as we speak in the early morning.
It went through last night to this morning.
And they probably stumbling out the club.
But they probably tried to figure out what they're going to do by the end of the first
quarter, not even half time.
Yeah, what will we do next?
But shout out to the next because they got it done.
As they should have, though.
As they should have.
I know.
I don't want to be like that, but like, yeah.
I knew you were.
Yeah.
You couldn't go into the next segment without.
I always say, y'all always leave something at the end.
But I do tell you, this is why I tell you, do not live in a moment.
I'm not talking yourself that.
I knew what you.
You line stepping.
stomping on my rights.
Once again, I'm talking to stuff.
Stopping on your rights.
You're dramatic.
Yeah, it's in the Constitution.
I have a freedom of speech.
I tell you, don't live in the moment.
I said, just wait and see.
That's what I tell you.
Y'all talk about caca and all this
because of the hawks and all.
I say, yo, just calm.
Dasty of somebody not to live in the moment.
I have a right to be mad at my team.
The audacity.
I like what Stephen A did because he put the fire underneath.
The audacity of somebody not to live in a moment.
You got to put the fire underneath him.
World West,
Everybody, y'all make a call.
Wow.
Y'all make the call and tell them,
niggas, stop playing with these niggas.
And let's show them who we are.
The audacity.
Don't live in.
I don't mind the fire.
I know you can't scream at people and tell them what to do anymore.
Everybody gets mad and all that.
Oh, he shouldn't be telling me what to do.
No, nigger, you're doing wrong.
Do it right, the way you normally do it.
And then we're going to win.
That's what I had.
I'm sorry.
No, don't know.
Hey, you here?
This is your team.
You're on the next.
in a moment, stat.
Tell yourself, don't live in the moment, bro.
Okay.
The audacity of don't live in the moment.
That's crazy.
We'll see if not living in the moment remains consistent for these next games,
because this next one, Celtics and Sixers.
It's now tied three to three after the Sixers beat the Celtics 106 to 93.
I know the question is, how did we get here?
So, sin, if the Sixers win this series, I'm just going to go up a little bit before we get to the game,
does your opinion on the Celtics change?
Yes.
Number one, I hate the way the Celtics play.
Okay.
I think they got talent over there.
I'm not going to put Jalen Brown in that.
I'm not going to do that.
But I hate the way they play.
Everything is shoot three, shoot threes,
fast break, they shoot threes.
I mean, I know that the whole league kind of does that,
but it's really ridiculous with them.
And they're not playing ball and they're getting outplayed from that.
Because sixes don't shoot as many threes, I don't think.
I don't really watch them.
play like that, but I know they do got Edgecombe and Tyrese, and now I see M. B.
This back, and they got the guy from Golden State.
I can't think of his name right now.
But, yeah, I hate the way the Celtics play ball.
I don't think that's basketball.
And I think the coach is just sitting up there getting all the flowers, and you're not
really doing nothing.
You're not telling them to go mid-range.
You're not telling them to cut to the basket, make layups.
And, you know, like Jaylen Brown, I exclude him from that.
But all they do is shoot threes and I hate it
and they deserve what they get in.
Stop shooting so many threes.
As far as this is concerned,
further of all, before we even talk about,
shout to the Sixers for coming back
and even in this series up first and foremost.
We've seen Joe L&B come back the other day
and even myself, I'm sitting there saying
I don't know what's going to happen.
I don't think they should have started him
because they lost that game, maybe bring him off the bench
because I thought the Sixes offense was actually flowing without him.
And then they played game five.
And I was like, okay, Joe Hull was warming up.
And he came in there and bust their ass.
And the game last night, you know, I'm looking at, sitting there looking at the numbers.
I'm talking about Philadelphia.
And it looked like it was a well-rounded effort from everybody.
This is the Sixers that the organization thought that they would get,
Just in this one game, I'm not talking about what they done in the playoffs or this series,
but this is a game of what they thought that they were getting when you're the GM.
Shout to my nigga out in Brandon and everybody else.
This is what they invention.
When I say that, you see it, Paul George with 23 points.
You see Joe L.N.B. with 19 points.
Kelly Ubrey with 14 points.
Tyrese Maxie with 30 points.
And the newcomer Edgecombe with 14 points.
A well-balanced attack ended up winning the game by 13 points.
And now you forced the game seven.
To me, the momentum right now is with the Sixers.
They actually won in Boston other nights,
so we know they could go in there and get it.
So we'll see what happens with that.
The big concern is if Jason Tatum was down playing the injury that he said he has.
He said it's not an injury, is just leg stiffness, left the game.
We see him on the bicycle.
He's saying he just did that because the game was a little out of reach,
so on and so forth.
But we know that he came back particularly fast off this.
injury, and we didn't see him actually running anybody collision, anything.
He's having leg stiffness.
I hope it's out praying.
It has nothing to do with his Achilles, and he didn't rush back.
But this would be a severe problem, not even if they went moving forward.
Hopefully he'll be okay.
But I would say this to Joe Missoula, right?
And I'll say this to a lot of coaches who try to say, oh, he played this amount of minutes,
that amount of minutes.
and be like, we got to keep him under the limits restriction, right?
We look at Jason Tatum, we'll say 29 minutes.
Okay, fine, but Jalen Brown, to play 28 minutes, 18 points he had, which isn't bad,
but we know what Jaylon Brown can do, right?
And then we look at Joelle and B, who just had, what he had, appendicitis?
What the fuck he had?
Yeah, his appendix.
He's pregnant.
Nicking, fuck, some shit the fuck, this guy had a baby.
He played 34 minutes.
He just came back after delivering a baby.
and had 34 minutes on niggins.
Why is niggins get,
why is Joe L&B where every injury known to mankind?
Every, I can't even think of an injury he didn't have.
Have more minutes than Jalen Brer.
When the game, when your playoff life is on the line,
even though it was a close-out game for the Celtics
and not necessarily for the 76s,
oh, we need to wrestle.
Why are you wrestling them for next?
season, nigga?
Keep playing with
niggas minutes.
Keep talking about,
oh, the analytics say
if we keep them under this
minute, we're going to save them for it.
Yo, bro, y'all think his
playoff life is on the line.
Jalen Brown
28 minutes,
Joel NB, 34 minutes.
Let's see who else
on the Celtics?
They're playing minute games with.
You're playing minute games,
motherfucking with.
29 minutes.
Derek White, 32 minutes.
Listen, nobody on your
starting five
played
now Pritcher got
36 minutes
off the bench
but nobody on
your team
played more minutes
than Joelle and B
nigger
if y'all lose
y'all deserve it
stop trying to be
so coachy
coachy
let niggas get busy
that's what
Joe alumni
they're getting busy
Nick Nurse
know that his
playoff life is on the line
yo Joelle you all right
bet
let's go
and now y'all
back is against the
wall and not only
against the wall
you're back
against the wall at home.
So we'll see what happens.
The real thing we need to look out for
in this situation is Jason Tatum.
See, damn playing his quote unquote, pardon me,
leg stiffness, or is this a significant injury
that he doesn't want anybody to know about?
Yeah, it's looking real, real scary
for the Celtics right now, in my opinion,
because this is another situation
is like these, from what we're seeing
in the playoffs as a whole,
I don't think I could have expected anything that is happening, right?
Like even just to see M. B to return and then erupt the way that he has and then even down to
Jason Tatum potentially, we don't know what happens next because he had a little bit of the flow
and then we don't see him playing the fourth quarter.
And without Jason Tatum, it's like before you're thinking that they're fine, but are they
fine now that we're in this situation where it does really count?
And then Jalen Brown, he had five turnovers and four fouls.
We're really going to have to see these other guys be able to step it up.
because again, we know it doesn't really work for the teams the best when it falls on the main players.
And I know Mace had this conversation when we're talking about we want to see some stuff from the stars.
But we need people other than the stars to put a little, to put forth a little bit more effort.
Because again, this is when it counts.
And then we're even seeing that the Sixers totally outscored the Celtics,
which is something that I wouldn't even have expected to see.
I know, you're bringing up to Celtics shooting all these threes.
And it's like, does that game, does that style of play work at this point for,
some teams it does. For some teams it doesn't, but we're seeing that they've kind of had that
blockage, especially in this game. So I don't know. It's like you want to see the best for the
Celtics, but at the same time, may the best team win. And right now, the sixes, the sixers are
looking smooth because it's not just coming from Embed or Maxi. Like you're seeing Edgecom,
you're seeing Kelly Ubre, you're seeing Paul George. So they're just looking a lot more complete right
now. So hopefully the Celtics can figure it out. But we'll see game seven.
and game sevens like y'all say it shouldn't even get to a game seven so we'll see do you have a point
because you put your finger up and you make a faces sure do sad story it seems like we need violence
because this is the same team oh what place are they in they number two oh they're looking like the
celts it's crazy without even jacet 10 what place y'all in number three i said yo the playoffs is a
different animal i don't care about that who's in first place because it looked like um
I don't even know how to say his name,
but it looked like somebody from Orlando,
I say Bain.
It's about to do,
yeah,
it's about to do the Matumbo thing
when he fell in.
That's what it looked like
is about to happen.
Number one seed,
MVP,
you're going on about in Boston.
I had to hear that.
Why is Boston in front of y'all?
And now it seems like a counseling session.
It's like y'all feel sorry for him.
That's what I always tell you all,
just wait.
Just wait and see.
Stop going with the new.
hotness. We play
ball when it's time to play
ball. Now they're having problems with Philly.
Philly's a good team. Not gonna
lie. But y'all wasn't
talking about Philly. You know why? You disregarded
them. And now y'all
it seems like y'all coaching Boston
to make them better. And
it's counseling and I love it.
Because I told y'all to wait.
That's all I'm saying.
Y'all just one last night.
I feel like y'all
swept niggas and y'all been
winning. Secondly, Philly
You ain't been talking about Philly.
You act like you've been like,
no, I'm telling you, keep an eye out for Philly.
You act like you've been like,
no, I'm telling you, Orlando's on the rise.
Nobody was giving these people a big story.
Secondly, start acting like you ain't want to come in first place.
Talking about, you know, that first place,
the second place don't mean like.
You kept calling me talking about, yeah, how many games left?
Yeah, seven, we're going to catch Boston.
Why do you want to catch Boston if it doesn't matter to see?
I don't get it.
If first or second place don't matter,
why wasn't you keeping that same energy?
when it was like 15 games left
and you was trying to catch Boston.
Talking about the New York Knicks everybody
for some keeping up.
And the Boston Celtics.
Now, I agree with you.
Seating does matter
because it depends on who you play.
But the playoffs,
everybody's pretty much even.
But don't act like you didn't want to come in first.
Don't act like you didn't want to win
the Atlantic Division.
Because Boston is still
the Atlantic Division champions.
They get a band up there.
You're band-a-less.
And they've got a cup.
Go have a drink.
Oh, yeah, we got the cup.
Yeah, go have a drink.
We got the cup.
But it just seems your conversation is just totally different.
Now it went from, you know, Boston, them niggas, even without Tatum, to now, it's like
therapy.
I'm looking for candles.
It's like y'all feel sorry for them, like, you're counseling them.
It's a whole different conversation.
That's all.
It ain't therapeutics about this.
It's just when we know what Achilles is.
Go ahead out here and pop your Achilles again.
No, no, no.
No, no.
With Hazel.
Hold on with Hazel.
I didn't say none of us is.
You get out here.
That's what you do.
So why are you talking about Valenz?
We said that a nigger who had an Achilles tear
rushed back to play and we like, let's keep an eye on this.
Rush.
Yeah, he took 10 months.
Other niggas take the year, took him to rent.
Took a year and a half.
Like nobody else that had the injury is playing.
Even though I hit out the different injury,
niggas don't be coming back that fast playing,
but you talk about Valence, bro.
I don't want to know why he was with Achilles
because Achilles is a serious joint.
We see.
with Achilles, dishing somebody with Achilles.
I did.
But I'm not dissing nobody.
And what I will say...
Next time, you know what?
We'll bring out the valence for you.
Go ahead.
My back.
For the people that don't know about Achilles' injury, when you tell your Achilles,
and I didn't get surgery, it healed back on its own.
But when it heals back on its own, it's...
Your Achilles' band is twice a stick.
So the doctor tells you, you can never pop it again.
Now, the other side is what you got to worry about now.
So I don't know, I'm assuming that his calf
tightness, you have to loosen your calves.
So I'm just letting y'all know through the,
and they got the best doctors.
Who was your doctor?
He was a doctor in New York.
Well, like, what athletes he dealt with?
Nobody.
Exactly.
We ain't going off your doctor.
We got to go off the doctors who'll be dealing with Tyree's Halliburton
and these niggas.
He went to something in Staten Island
who told you how he wanted to hear, my niggas.
He said the doctor.
I said, what's his name?
The doctor.
Yeah, we got to deal with the...
I don't want to hear with you.
You went to see.
Same thing for the same injury.
I could give my point in it.
No, you could.
But the thing about is,
see, because you was walking
in all this for six months,
you're like, yeah, I'm walking.
Like that, you're not running up
to full speed.
You're not cutting.
You're not jumping around.
You're just outside walking around.
And you jog, too,
but this is full-time cutting,
spreading everything else.
We asked Jamgard about this, man.
So I'm not going to argue with you,
but it's not very.
our lens, we're saying let's
keep an eye on what's going on
with Jason Taylor. That's just
that. If they lose, they lose.
And if Joe L.M.B.,
I think y'all might want to play Boston than
a healthy Joe L&B.
You said the beginning of the season, the Knicks
was supposed to be number one
and all this. And that's all.
And I was telling you that that really doesn't matter.
And I might be lying a little bit. I might
have wanted to make second place, just to prove
a point. But we did win more games than we did
last season. So, you
No, it don't matter what place you are in the summer conference finals, man.
Sad, let's move on this.
Fetty time.
He's thinking wants a, this nigger wants a parade.
This is what I'm talking about New York.
They want parades.
Ready to, ready to sell them.
For the second round, man.
Yes, I'm sorry.
I was going to say, before we go to break, because you bring up a good point,
and now I'm curious, who would y'all rather play?
Would you guys rather play the Celtics or the Sixers, in your opinion?
It don't matter.
It don't matter.
It don't matter, though.
No, whoever they put in front of us, it don't matter.
Now, if we want to chase niggers.
around shooting threes i don't i'm not in the move for that but if we want to play basketball you know
uh tyrese and and edge cone they the niggas play ball paul george everybody they they got a good
team over there i for for the competition i want to play philly i don't want to chase niggas around
watch niggas shoot threes all day that's not what i want you want the competition or you want to
win i mean we're going to do either we're going to do either okay now you're all worried about
Boston and the D-12.
I'm not sure who you're worried about.
This is crazy.
Everybody.
You're worried about them losing is what I'm saying.
My team is dispersed.
We have a job to do them.
We'll be watching, we watch it.
But let me tell you something, as much as you dissing them,
they're not out neither.
So keep it up.
Keep it up.
We ain't worried.
Okay.
And I said what we did to them last season.
Oh, it's the name and date on the trophy for a reason.
That's their new shit now.
It's the name and the date and the trophy for a reason.
All right, bro.
Y'all didn't get no trophy.
No, we got the cut.
Yeah, exactly.
Last year.
Okay.
You got the name and a day.
Y'all niggas lost to Indiana.
Right where you said, Tyrese Halliburton.
Packed y'all up.
Good player.
Choked y'all out.
Better than Jalen?
He can say he is.
No, no, no, I'm asking you.
My opinion?
I'm going to say Jalen Brunson is the best point guard on the East Coast.
But Tyreys Haller,
Halliburton isn't playing this year on the East Coast.
He's hurt.
I knew this.
I knew this is going to happen.
Now, I asked you.
It's not.
I said, yo, when we go to the finals,
is that the excuse you're going to use?
Yes.
Okay?
Yes.
Yeah, you did say, yeah.
I used that for the whole year.
Boston,
Boston, even though they're looking good,
Jason Tatum didn't play,
and then come back to about February, end of February.
Tyrese Halliburton's out.
Semesa Milwaukee.
Paul George's on steroids.
Joel Embed is hurt.
a lot of times.
What, he is on steroids?
He's not on steroids?
You know, I feel...
You know, I feel...
You know, I feel...
You know, see,
and that's why I be mad at people.
He's just be mad at me
because they get caught on steroids
and then start talking about
mental health and then be like,
why can't do that?
You know what I'm saying?
Mental health.
That's what he did.
He got caught...
I don't know if you know that.
He got caught...
He got caught...
He got suspended 25 games
and he said mental health is a real thing.
What did I got to do with anything?
Jesus.
Did you know that?
No, I did.
That's a fact.
You got caught on steroids.
This season, I don't know if you just thought he was hurt or whatever.
He got suspended 25 games because he got caught using steroids.
Improper medication.
Yeah, Conno got caught with a steroid state.
You know, what's niggas is on steroids for me?
You know how I feel about you.
Your whole shit is tainted because how many times you didn't.
can get caught. How many times you did take improper medication and then get caught. You just got
caught this particular time. So me, you know, podcast P was on steroids. Joel and B is always hurt.
But at the end of the day, the Knicks should be doing what they're doing, like Stats said. Yeah.
Congratulations. Sorry. Yeah. Well, was Paul on steroids? I guess we'll never know. But one thing we do know,
the nuggets have been eliminated from the playoffs.
We will discuss this game after the break.
She called this thing about toxic.
Four years and counting.
Got you feeling like a option.
Maybe I'm my own problem, baby.
She's tired of hearing I don't know.
My stubborn in me won't fall.
Oh, oh.
dealing with this thing called trust but she really thinking about she want to be free
Welcome back so the Minnesota Timberwolves eliminated the Denver Nuggets with a 110 to 98 game six win no ant man no di Vincenzo sin how did we get here and what are your thoughts
Well my thoughts are listen let me tell you something how much I had I had to hear about jokish and people compare jokers to shunuchs to
Shack and saying they would take
he's the best center ever
and he does this. Yes, he
has a lot of triple doubles.
He has this, he has that.
But he doesn't have the
grit that I like to see.
I don't see, he got
a little bit of footwork, but I don't see
like no Tim Duncan. I don't see the
footwork that I need to see.
Nobody will ever be a keen,
but I don't see that. And once again,
they're putting him
against the greats.
And we just saw last night he's not great as we think he is.
He's probably good for now, but he's not as great as we thought.
And like I said, I just want people to just slow down sometime and stop living in the moment
with the new hotness and look at what's around.
And let's not get too excited.
But them losing without Ant Man is crazy to me.
I didn't expect that.
I really didn't.
him.
Who's the best
center in the league today
in your opinion?
It might be
jokish,
but what I'm saying
is I wouldn't compare him to grace.
I didn't ask you nothing.
I didn't ask you.
You always give your take
after after you say.
It's my no, I asked you a question.
We heard you say
don't compare him to the great.
So I already got that.
I just asked you who's the best today.
Off top of the head,
Jokic.
Take a second to think.
You said,
I'll give you a second
to the pond.
on it?
I mean,
I mean,
listen,
when Cat play jokes
is,
all right,
now we got us just
talking about.
He ain't scared.
Like in B.
Anyway,
let's just forget it.
I try to have a reason
for this.
I try to have a reasonable
conversation with him.
We can't have a
reasonable conversation,
man.
That makes sense.
You actually
picked Denver to go
to the championship
before the season started.
This is one of the teams
that you actually picked
to go to the finals.
So I'm not even
going to argue
with you about it.
I just want to see
with your, a new cat would come in to this.
You didn't pick them.
I said Denver, the Spurs or Orlando and the Knicks.
Those are the teams I said.
And you're right.
I didn't pick them and look where they're out.
So thank you.
Thank you for confirming.
This is sad.
This is really sad to be totally honest with you.
It comes back down to coach Mike Malone gets fired right after he wins a championship
the year after.
I think the Joker took over this team as far as,
coaching is concerned, got the coach that he wanted to wave, and the coach is scared.
You know, I said this take already, but the coach doesn't want to combat Joker, and I don't
think that the Joker is Bill Russell, where he could coach the team, because we've seen
him do it.
We seen him in the huddle telling Nick is we going to run his play.
Did you actually see Nick, let's play it if you could find it.
A clip of this nigger grabbing the clipboard without the coach's hand and actually drawing up
the play in the middle of a huddle.
How do you take the clipboard from the coach and draw the player?
And I think this is resulting in what we've seen the last couple of years.
Of course, Michael Porter Jr. isn't there.
I think Mace made a great point the other day.
CCP isn't there.
You got Bruce Brown back, but I do believe KCP was a key component to that championship team.
We get Aaron Gordon then play last night.
But you got to think about this.
I think Aaron Gordon's great.
I think he was a key component as well, that championship team.
but you don't have Devenzo
and you don't have Ant Man
and you don't have A. Yo.
A.O. had a calf injury
and we just discovered me personally,
I'm going to say we,
had discovered how he's been busting ass in the playoffs.
27 one game and they come back with 45
and I'm sitting there saying,
okay, they got somebody we know can put up a 30 ball
and he doesn't play.
And you still lose.
I don't know what's going to happen with Denver.
You get the most production,
two-man production.
We're talking about point-wise.
with Jamal Murray and the Joker,
if we're talking about statistics and analytics,
but it is not equaling into playoff wins,
and it's starting to be concerning.
I think that the Joker, whether he likes it or not,
he's going to have to have a coach
that he respects and listens to a little bit,
and then they're going to have to get some better pieces around them.
Right now, what's going on?
This should not have been a first-round exit,
possibly with Ant-Man and Devinchenzo.
But without Ant-Man, DeVincenzo, and AEO,
I don't say his last name
because I don't want to mispronounce.
God damn, man.
Congratulations to the Minnesota Timber Wars.
We seen a blast from the past, my nigga Mike Connolly,
who said always counted his pockets and hating on,
but hating on Mike Connolly the last 10 years that I know of,
maybe longer.
Julius Randall, Reed, them boys came through,
and you know what they came and you know what they said?
I know y'all love it, man.
I know y'all niggas love deep.
Listen, we know how to play basketball too.
We NBA players.
We know how to play basketball too.
What?
Julius Randall.
Yeah.
You know where he's from.
Yeah.
Well, if that's the case, give cat back.
You can't talk about Julius Randall and have cat.
Just the way you know where he's from.
He's from Texas.
That's where he's actually from.
He's from Texas.
Okay.
Anyway, he didn't start there.
He played the Lakers.
You act like, he's like, listen, me, nobody on the Knicks is from the Knicks.
So let's just leave that alone.
Let's leave it somewhere else.
Anyway, like I was saying, I think you guys did a incredible job
and it's sensational
to come get eliminated
and five against us.
Congratulations.
Welcome to the Terridome, nigga.
We're going to bust your ass.
And man, you better hurry up.
You better hurry up, man.
You better do something
because we ain't having it.
We ain't having that crazy shit.
So congratulations.
But I smelled a Western conference
finals on the
I'm rising, my nigga.
Salute, congrats, bro.
I can't wait.
Even better.
Even better.
I was wishing me it was the Joker so we could look like we actually pass in the torch to the best center.
But you got to have a seat.
We'll take care of business with the Ant Man list, Devin Chandler list, Minnesota Timberwolves.
Spurs and five, nigger.
I also want to say Rudy Gobert's stockwit.
Shh.
Because we've all had a lot of things to say about Rudy Gaubert,
but now it's like this stamped as really one of the best defenders in the league right now
because he took down Yokic.
And I know your face, I see it, but you have to give credit where credit is due.
And I know you're always like, don't live in the moment.
We have to literally state the facts and see what we're seeing.
I'm not saying.
He's a three, he doesn't want to pay attention to him, but to add on not line stuff.
And to add on what you said.
He's a three-time defensive player to years, that guy.
I'm sorry.
No, and he made that clear because Yokic was always a problem,
and in this series, they literally solved it without having all of their players.
This is another game that I'm pretty sure all of us predictions-wise,
we knew it was going to be a good series.
Everybody had the Nuggets is winning.
So the fact that they were even able to turn this around
without key players and other players being able to step up
and then really being able to contain the Joker,
which is what we saw, and which is why we saw all these frustrations
and him picking fights, all the things that we don't expect.
from The Joker happened.
Even Jamal Murray didn't even play
one of his best games.
So it's like they found out a way
to make a solution to the problem
so you gotta give them their credit.
And you're shaking your head about Rudy Gobert
you could say whatever you want about him.
Like he played phenomenal
and so he deserves his credit.
And that's that sin.
If you have anything to add, you can add it.
And that's that certain.
You have anything that you can add.
And also Jada McDaniels too
because he really became the villain
of this series as well.
Like he put up a lot of points.
Everybody's been playing really well.
Shout out to them for figuring out that chemistry
because now you have all of us as fans
questioning the nuggets.
And that was never a question.
It's like what do they do next?
And I don't have an answer for you.
I really don't.
Do you send?
I want to go back to just one thing on the Denver.
He said, Joker's grabbing the clipboard
like he, Bill Russell.
See, this is what I'm saying.
Before Jokers was Krim Della Crem.
There's no Shaq, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, Wilts Chamber.
He's just the best.
Now he's like, you're grabbing the clipboard like you build Russell.
Back to your point, Rudy Gobert, the whole team.
Ant Man had to step up and be like, I don't care what y'all say about him.
That's my, that's my boy, that's my teammate, to where he had to take up for him
because he know everybody says the same thing.
That nigger is garbage.
You're just tall.
I don't hear nothing about no defensive player.
And maybe he did get, how many times he wanted?
You said three?
If you're tall, how could you not?
No, you can't brush over that.
You can't.
Hyde or not, you can't.
That's not fair what y'all do.
No, it is.
We've been having fun disson.
Defensive player of the year.
Is he tall as Rudy Gobert?
Or when Tony Allen is nominated first team,
is he a tall person?
No, he's not.
Is he going to be a skillful?
Yes or no.
Is he skillful?
It's a skill blocking shots and your rebounds.
It's a skill.
You keep a job like that.
Do you need to score 30 points?
No, he doesn't.
You know, I see Austin Reeves say this.
Not Austin Reeves, Austin Rivers, Dr. Rivers.
He said, when you get to the NBA, you know, he's talking about Patrick Beverly and everybody.
You know, everybody was elite scorers when they get to the NBA.
I actually see him say, when you get to the NBA, you figure out how you get on a team and keep your job.
You got average 45 points when you was in college, high school, whatever.
We need you to get seven points and 10 assists.
Not Rudy O'Ber, just people.
He was saying this, and he's like, that's what you try to do when you get to an NBA.
Not prove what you did in high school because everybody in the NBA was good in high school.
It's about keeping a job.
And that's what Rudy O'Ber is doing.
He's keeping a job.
I also want to add, when I say this, again, giving credit where credit is due.
I'm not saying he's the best.
I'm not saying we got to love it because we also can't forget the past and from what we've seen.
We have eyes.
but in this series, you have to give him credit for winning.
And the thing about it is to add on what you said.
You want all the credit, but don't give credit when credit is do to somebody.
It ain't like Minnesota's our team.
Like, yo, you want mad credit for Diggas winning against the Atlanta Hawks by 50,
which you should get the credit, but you don't want to give.
But you don't want to give Rudy Goldberg credit.
And he sent the Joker home without Edmund and everything else.
So is Joker still the best center you ever seen?
It's the best center right now.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
It's not even a question.
Yeah, he was one assist side from a triple double last night.
And back to what you're saying about the clipboard and everything else,
I'm going to acknowledge what's working until it's not working.
It's not working.
So you go along with what's working and what's hot until they don't work no more.
Then it didn't it.
Let me tell you something.
I have a team.
I stick to my team.
If I'm not, if somebody's not my team, I'm going to analyze what they're doing.
and say it's working and then it's not working.
It's like if we come in here and, for instance,
it's no furniture and we stand up and do the show and be like,
I'm gonna be used to be furnishing here, man.
We can't get a crate to sit down and nothing.
I'm about supposed to act like it used to be furniture here.
We talk about what's going along and wanting at this,
or not wanting what's happening at the same time,
and if it's working, it's working.
You act like we got stopped.
in something that was working and not working.
Even if it's my team, I'm not biased.
So you're supposed to forget about the furniture?
I ain't supposed to sit up here and tell you,
you know I had a $50,000 desk right here, right?
I know you see crates now, but you see you're not at the desk right
I'm not supposed to talk about it or remember?
Absolutely talk about it but then remember when you say something
and it happened when you used to have furniture and then you don't want to do
that up with yourself.
You don't take accountability, you just ignore it, you just bring it out with other
the people do it. Like saying when you was just a ratting about the Nick thing, you want to ignore
that and skip over it, but you want to talk about what Mia May said a three, four, a month ago
or whatever. But I have a right. What's your right? It's my team. I have a right to get upset
at them and tell them, put the fire under them. It was no fire. I have a right as a sports
analyst to say what I have going on and give you my educated opinion, whether it's right,
wrong, and different. I don't know anybody who's 100%. I don't know anybody who's 100%.
sent right at any time. Nobody. Who's always right? Oh, that's true.
I mean, Mace would disagree. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There you were.
There's something there. Yeah. Yeah. Just got to give credit where it's due. Great conversation,
y'all. Before we wrap, I would love to talk on the PBC opening bell that me and Cam hosted yesterday
for Premier Boxing for the Benavitas versus Zerto Fight. It was a great panel. We were up there with
Mexican boxing legends. We had Oscar de la Hoya and Julio, Cesar Chavez.
that was fire.
That was super fire.
But I wanted to know your thoughts on the panel.
And then just for the audience,
a little insight into this Cinco de Mayo weekend
for this fight, who you got,
and just a little about what we did.
It was really great.
I want to say thank you to PBC,
Ken Kelly, Sins for coordinating everything,
stat for you being a part of it.
It was just really dope, you know,
growing up watching Julio Cesar Chavez fight
and Oscar Delahoeia,
even more recently in my life,
you know, Julio Cesar Chavez
when I was real young.
And then Oscar, when I was like maybe, you know, becoming an adult watching him,
become the golden boy and people loving them, champion, so on and so forth.
And I was talking to, like, I can't even remember the referee name that was the Kenny.
Kenny Bayless.
And I was, we was talking for him, man, shout to Kenny Bayliss.
I mean, we just talked about how fighters don't want to fight each other anymore.
And we just talked about Oscar had a trilogy with Shane.
And we just went deep in our cause.
to be sharing the stage with Oscar Delahoya
and Julio Cesar Chavez
talking about Cinco de Mayo
weekend for boxing was just
you know I didn't have that on my bingo
card the last five years
but it's definitely something
to be proud of and happy to be a part
of it so thank you, Sen, thank you
Kenny, thank you Kelly, thank you
you Al, thank you Sam Watson
Bruce, Bruce
Tom
Tom Brown, everybody who
had let me and stat be a part of it.
It was just really, really dope.
My thoughts on the fight
is going to be a really good fight.
It's a stack car.
But we're talking about Zordo and Benavides.
I'm going to go with Benavides.
But they pointed out a lot of different things.
He's going up 25 pounds, which is fucking crazy.
Which is really ridiculous.
And we know he hits hard.
But let's see what happens.
You know, Oscar said it only takes one punch for Zordo.
But Zoto hasn't been knocking anybody out.
So I see both.
Hopefully these fighters trying to make a point,
especially on single-to-mayo weekend
and Mexican proud on the lot,
but I am going to go with David Benavides.
Yeah, we'll see what happens in it.
Overall was just a great conversation,
even just seeing, like, Julio and Oscar up there,
like, obviously knowing their past
and seeing the great fights that they've had and even be able,
because, like, Cam had asked them,
he was kind of like, so when did it happen
where y'all are actually cool with each other?
Like, when did that gap happen?
Because even being able to see that just in real time
is really dope to even just see the relationship that they have.
But it seemed like they were both kind of on the Zerto train,
basically talking about just his punch being a lot more impactful
and slower and intentional.
But then we know how Benefit his fights, and he's undefeated.
So it's hard.
It's going to be a good one.
And like Cam also said, Cinco de Mayo weekend,
it's more than just a fight.
It's the culture, it's the festivities.
It's everything that goes along with it.
So we're super excited to tune in Saturday, May 2nd.
Make sure y'all do two.
Yeah, also too.
with that interview, right?
It looked like to me,
and, you know,
it's like,
Julio still don't want to give Oscar the credit.
For real.
Or like,
whatever.
He was taller.
He was like,
you know.
He was like, you know,
it's funny.
He said,
when did y'all be cool?
Oscar whispered,
never.
He's like,
he's never going to fuck with me ever.
You know what I'm saying?
And when you ask,
we asked him the questions,
he was giving Oscar credit,
but he had to,
I don't think he was,
I was older and all that time.
I was always a natural 141 pound of my whole life.
I had to go up to, yo, bro, it looked like these very respectful,
but Julio Cesar Chavez still looked like he had the
I'm the real Mexican attitude on that stage.
And I think the reason why, even though Zorro is Oscar's fighter,
the reason that I believe Julio Cesar Chavez's girl was saying that Zorro,
even though he didn't give a definitive, definitive answer.
is because the same way with Benavita,
some people say he's more American, Mexican,
and Zordos from down there in Mexico.
So I think Julio Cesar Chavez takes that more to heart.
So that's why I think he was leaning towards Zotto.
How about you, Sen, what do you think?
I wanted to give you out so much props.
Like, it just looks so dope to me.
And, you know, you've been famous in rapping for a while,
but just to see you up there with a different.
and this is what puzzles,
not puzzles me,
but amazes me the most.
Statt, I know you do journalism,
that's your job and you went to school for it
or whatever.
So you kind of fit there,
but this nigger, he wore hoodies.
And we stood on the corner
and split haji sandwiches
and all type of shit
and he wrapped and smoked blunts all day.
So to see this nigga up there
with a suit on.
Right, right.
I was going to look at the dog.
To see this nigga up there
with a suit on was crazy
and talking to
Caesar Chavez and Oscar
Delaware, I just thought it was
I thought it was mind blowing, like for real.
I was sitting there and then back just
excited for y'all, like, I thought
y'all did a great job and y'all really some
professional-ass niggas, man, like for real, for real,
like both of y'all. Y'all really,
now I see something.
I didn't see nothing until now.
You know what I'm saying? Like, now I kind of see
something. Like I said, he wore hoodies.
You know what I mean? We wore all black, and black ears
and all that shit. You know what they said about niggas
weird black ears. And he played basketball.
And he hung out with crack dealers.
So to see the nigger out there was suit on,
I just thought that was super dope.
And I'm not just saying that because I know y'all,
but I was, I was in awe.
Like, I was like, wow, this is crazy.
Because Chavez and Oscar Delahua, like, you know,
they're famous, but it just mean much more
because we grew up around the black
where all the Mexicans used to get drunk
and watch Chavez or Oscar fight.
So I thought it was dope.
No, that's super dope.
I also...
Just real quick.
Thank you everybody,
because even, like, y'all have a good team
to do this.
SIN helps me out with questions and can as well.
And I don't add my own stuff in there.
But nobody does this without a good team.
So thank you to the whole team for helping us out.
Yeah.
I also want to add too.
I would love to give you your flowers for real, for real.
And I always say this, but like I will say it as many times as I need to.
Because I know you guys have your past.
I know you guys have known each other forever.
And I know for me, I'm a piece at like a different part of you guys's life.
But it's so dope because we've created this thing.
and it really is truly a takeover and for the audience.
Like, I know it's always fun for us
because we're doing what we love to do
and we're enjoying with talking these sports takes
and stuff like that, but there is real work
that goes behind this every single day.
We put on a show for you guys five times a week
in addition to the different endeavors that we have,
whether it is the boxing stuff.
And then Cam has talked with Flea and Mace has his church
and I'm doing different activations with the NFL.
Like, we're all always working.
And it is cool to just kind of have this,
unified agreements that like we see that we're really not to curse but we're really doing our shit
like we really are like we come up here every day we come prepared we watch everything that we're
supposed to do like we come up with our own takes in addition to all these other things and then just
life and then the internet so like it does take a village and even shout out to like people in the
studio nix it like just everybody who makes this what it is because we enjoy it and it's a blessing
to be able to do this, but even just seeing how like even Mason Cam, like how they've had the
history that they've had and even be able to come up here and then have these conversations
that we do every day.
Like, it's still a business.
Like it's fun, but it's a lot of things that go into it.
And I know you guys just see, you know, the hour episodes that we put up, but it's a lot.
And it's fun.
And it's dope.
And it's cool to see us do different angles.
So it was really cool for me.
And I know people get on me about my age and like, do you know the history?
Maybe I wasn't there to see what my eyes.
But that's what the internet is for.
And I do do my research.
And I totally understand the stakes
and everything that is up here.
And it's just a really dope, beautiful thing.
So.
Thank you too.
We appreciate you.
Yeah.
Super, super, super cool.
But y'all, in the comments down below,
let us know what y'all thought
about our game takes and this fight coming up.
Like I said, Cinco de Mayo weekend.
It's going to be a must-see TV.
But that is all the time that we have for today.
Sin, thanks for joining us.
You're welcome.
Shout us to the next.
It's cool.
It's cool.
Pop it now.
We'll see what happens.
semifinals we'll we'll circle that but thank y'all for watching and as always it is what it is
