We got Michael Irvin in the building.
What's happening, baby?
Looking good, man.
I appreciate that.
Yeah, I like when you were in studio, man.
I see everybody in the, every day.
They're just smiling when you're around, man.
You bring some good energy, man.
I appreciate that.
The camp, the camp, you got a great camp, man.
Oh, thank you, man.
It's all cool coming here, too.
Thank you, man.
And it is a cowboy.
over here in Vegas anyway.
Y'all, let's say, I know you're going to get to us that,
but ain't no use of us parlaying this thing, slowing it down.
It's a, did y'all see that stadium?
Was that not like all Cowboy fans?
I made it a home game.
I mean, yeah, that was a home game.
I mean, I just want y'all understand that.
That's the kind of power we bring.
That's kind of power that just sat down in your seat.
Okay, yeah.
All right, let's do this show now.
You know, y'all thought y'all will get me out here
after a cowboy lost or something like that.
Y'all had your knives, your blade.
They were ready to cut old brother up.
You were going to cut him up over here today.
That's crazy, man.
The whole thing is crazy.
The blinding is crazy.
You couldn't have writ the script any better, honestly.
No, no, no.
Listen, go ahead.
Go ahead.
Let's start.
Let's start.
Let's start it up.
So we're going to start with this game.
Cowboys Feeder the Raiders 33 to 16.
Pete, Mike, how did you feel about the performance
from the Cowboys side?
Now, there's so much in what I saw, you know.
And I've done it all the time.
I say it all the time.
And Cam, everybody gets on me.
I say this team has the talent.
They just don't have the collective will.
Play together, hard, tough together, be together, all the time.
Now, this was a tragic situation.
Marshaw need, their teammate, their great,
friend, but
Marshawn Neathen brings
them together and they bring this
game and bring this kind of game out of
them. Now,
I watched the pre-post game
and I saw
Doc talk afterwards and he was talking and
Scott asked him a question
he said, like, do you think you guys
can carry this the whole
season? You know,
can you honor your brother for
not just this one game but can you carry
this the whole season? And that's
the real question right there.
That's the whole question broken down.
That's why y'all got me up here,
because I'm the best dad, and I just gave y'all
the nitty to the gritty.
Can they do this next week in Philly?
I'm not jumping back on that bungy, on that horsey.
Like, let's go, let's go, we out.
I'm not just yet, but I am.
I got the horse in my hand and one foot on,
and if they could do this next week in Philly,
I'm back in the saddle again.
You see what I'm saying?
That's the way I see it.
I don't know how y'all see that thing,
because that was a thorough weapon, a gutwhiping.
That was one of them B-T-A's.
And everybody's going to tell us about, well, the Raiders,
they weren't doing this and they weren't doing that.
There were additives to the Cowboys like Quinn Williams
and Overshorn and all of those guys that made a huge difference.
Now it's just can they stay together, play together,
work together
and give them a backhand shot at the playoffs.
That's all.
And I think it's possible.
I think it's possible.
Now, next week they win, I'll tell you it's probable.
You know what I'm saying?
But it's possible.
So there's still hope.
Tell me y'all ain't see all of that.
Y'all saw all of that, right?
First of all, we definitely going to give
rest and peace and prayers out to Marshawn.
Yeah, absolutely.
But that's exactly what I'm going to tell you.
The Raiders ain't shit.
Yo, the Raiders ain't doing that big speech you gave.
The Raiders ain't doing that big speech you gave.
The Raiders ain't shit, bro.
Ashton Genti's the worst Russia in the NFL.
Gino Smith has the most interceptions.
The Raiders ain't shit.
And I'm a big P. Cal fan and Gino Smith fan
and the Ashton Jentzie fan when he was in college in Boise.
They ain't shit, Mike.
Listen, you know who I like?
You know who I like.
You say you've seen the post game.
You've seen the post game.
You know who I like?
Your teammate, your former teammate, Troy Eggman.
I love Troy Akeman.
Yeah, Troy, Troy, Troy.
You know why?
Because Scott Phent Peltz asked Troy Akeman.
He said, you think they might be one of these teams
that could sneak into the playoffs?
Troy says, no, no, no, no, Scott, calm down.
Calm the fuck down.
I do not think that they are one of them teams
that seem that they can sneak into the playoffs.
Absolutely not.
I've never seen somebody be so hype, Pete.
over being three and five.
You know, the Dallas Cowboys are three and five.
This nigga came in here and act like they're seven and three,
like they six and four, even if like they're 500.
The Dallas Cowboys are three and five.
What are three or five?
Okay, sorry.
They were three and five.
They still not five hundred.
Thank you, Stan.
Talk to me when they get 500, Mike.
Talk to me when they get five.
No, they're not making the playoffs.
Now, listen, what I will agree with you is this.
It's a possibility that they may be able to go to Philly and win this game,
especially with A.J. Brown complaining, the offense is not looking too good.
Philly defense is looking really good.
They might sneak one in.
But I'm not counting them in for the playoffs.
I'm not counting this game last night like it was really good game
because they beat the bullshit-ass raters.
Yeah, y'all cowboy fans, y'all travel.
everywhere. The terrible towns,
Pittsburgh, they travel everywhere.
So we're not surprised that y'all had a great crowd
in Las Vegas. Look, y'all travel.
We know that, quote, unquote, y'all America's team.
I really think the Patriots is American's team.
My personal opinion, if you ask me, they won more Super Bowls
this century, actually.
But it's the collective opinion that determines this
and not just the personal.
Let's just remember it.
In the world, no, Dallas has.
You get that in.
You get that in.
You're right.
But listen, Mike, when you win a Super Bowl this century, talk to me, all right?
When you win the NFC this century, talk to me.
You haven't even been to the NFC Championship this century.
You're from the 1900s.
The last time y'all thing you've been to the NFC Championship is in the last century, man.
All this shit, too, talking, Mike.
I love it because you're a diehard fan, like my man's sitting a die of Nick Finn.
And sometimes it makes you delusional.
It makes you delusional.
you.
What's your?
Oh, shit.
Go, hold on.
Come in here, get here.
Yo, let them in.
Yo, come in.
Come in.
Come in.
Come in.
I want to see it for shit.
I got to see something.
What they got to say.
No, no, I got to see something.
Oh, you're walking by, man.
Now, I want to let them in.
Let them in real quick.
Well, I'm in real, because I'm about to be mad.
I'm about to be mad.
You with the jersey.
You with the jersey.
Come in.
What's the back of that jersey?
Say, better not say, Erf.
Oh, all right.
I'll just check it.
I'll just check it.
I was just checking.
How are you doing, man?
You know, man, get your phone on out, man.
Oh, my God.
You're in here.
This couldn't have been worse time.
I totally, you're joking.
This is the worst time.
You're good.
Yeah, yeah.
We go with the Cowboy Tako about him, man.
They got to ride this out, man.
Yeah, this is the worst time, man.
This couldn't have been worse timing, man.
This is the worst timing, man.
This is the worst.
timing, man. I just said the Patriots was America's team.
Hey, hey, you heard that?
You're trying to talk about the Patriots America.
Dude, come on, man.
We can't hear that mess, man.
Not no more.
Let me ask you a question.
Where you guys from?
California.
And y'all are Cowboys fans?
For sure.
Do y'all think y'all going to the playoffs this year?
No.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you for y'all.
Yeah.
The same was a playoff game for us.
Right.
Well, I appreciate your honesty and not your delusion.
Thank you very much, man.
We appreciate it.
Thank you, guys, for coming in, man.
But let me just say, let me just say, this is the difference between why there are fans and why there are gladiators.
See, the fans only have so much hope because they only can put in so much work.
But the gladiators on the field, you see, they see this a different way because they put in the collective work.
I'm just telling you, of course he's going to see.
But this is what I'm saying, Mike.
Okay, they're America safe.
But I like that analogy.
You know why I like that analogy?
Because those are fans and y'all don't have gladiators.
Y'all got some niggas who beat up on the Raiders.
That's who y'all got some niggas that beat up on the Raiders.
That's pretty good with it.
Y'all got the fans.
I don't know if you have the gladiators.
You know, somebody sent this to me the other day, and we've seen it already.
I love what you said, and I know we talked about on the show.
a few weeks ago, a month or two ago,
when it actually happened,
when you said you lived in the midst of pain
where these niggas can't get hit no more.
And even if you breathe on somebody hard now,
pause, it's a penalty.
I love that one of my favorite rants.
And y'all still can't win.
That's what I'm trying.
You still can't find a way to win.
I'm a Jerry Jones, friends.
I rule for Jerry Jones for him to get another championship
sooner than later.
But it doesn't look good.
It doesn't look good.
Mike, go ahead.
You can finish it.
But what I'm saying is, it's okay.
As an analyst, I take pieces to see if they're laughing at you, by the way,
and make some form of consistency out of it.
Here, let me tell you now.
Now, so for a moment, Dallas was going 40 points at home, 20 on the road.
You see, tonight they put together a game on the road.
And it took the tragedy and also something else we're not talking about
that we should have addressed also.
Before the game, something went down.
with C.D. Lamb in George Pickens.
So, because they did not get a chance to play in the first series.
So obviously, no one talked about it much after the game.
This was a disciplinary issue.
Something happened.
I myself don't care about what happened.
Not important to me.
What does matter to me is that they were together,
whatever they were doing.
That's the key.
They were together, whatever they were doing.
And it made them feel like they were in a pressure place.
They had to go and perform.
And they performed like that.
I don't know what you're doing, but as long as you're doing it together,
these are the things as an analyst, I must reach down inside.
That's cypher, discern, and then see if it can get us a December run.
You understand what I'm saying.
like that, I take.
No, Mike, this doesn't sound like an angel's like a preacher.
That's like serving a sermon on the Sunday.
I don't hear an analyst.
I hear, get down from within.
No, man, listen, Mike.
You told me, and listen, you told me that's why they won.
I want you all to pull this out, though, when it happened.
You know, keep the clip, keep the clip, Nick.
But what I'm saying is this, that is not why.
You know why Pete trusts that is because I haven't watched much of the Raiders this season.
But watching them and hearing.
the analysis from Troy
outstanding analysis
an analyst by the way
yeah Troy great
the Raiders offensive line
look crazy today
and he said this has been going on all season
if this been going on all season
then why do you think all this
good deep down digging and all
look man they got a
they was on Gino Smith
ass all day then they got a
fucking safety
on gently look they offensive line
is trashed look Mike
If this was the Philadelphia Eagles
and this was next week and you came here with that,
I would say maybe.
No, I'm not giving you no cool points or nothing
because y'all beat the Raiders.
Congratulations.
Whoopty-do.
Well, a win is a win.
A win is a win.
We'll see what happens next day.
I mean, we're both dealing with some receiver issues.
I mean, he is too aware of in Sissy.
Dealing with some receiver issues
with Jamar Chase and all of that.
But you know what I mean?
But we got a win.
in dealing with issues.
I mean, y'all got a loss in an issue.
Yeah, I mean, I hate you.
I hate you, bro.
And we'll get into that,
Jamar Jay's thing later too.
But hey, like I said,
O'Win is a win, but you are great with your words,
I will say, you're real good at that.
What do that mean, man?
I'm just analyzing the situation.
Very good.
It ain't our offense.
So I didn't play well yesterday,
but it's our defense.
We can't stop anything.
Yeah.
But what we're gonna do, man?
But you know, misery love company.
I dig it.
I dig it.
I dig it.
All right.
So let's look on the flip side.
That is a true statement.
That is a very true statement.
Yeah.
So we're gonna look on the flip.
We're gonna look at the Raiders,
because next the Raiders will play the Brown.
Shador is expected to make his first career start while Dylan Gabriel is under concussion protocol.
So Mike, how do you see this game going?
Then we didn't also get your analysis on his start from the last game.
What did you think about that?
Well, first of all, I kind of heard that it was the first snaps he'd have taken with the first team and all those kind of things.
I mean, that's just that's just, that's, that's, that's, you know.
That's almost criminal to know you were in that situation
and to not have given him any snaps.
I mean, any snaps?
Not in practice, not, hey, Dylan, tie your shoe,
should I take the snap and then throw him out there.
That's, yeah, that, I can't even fathom how difficult that would be.
And you're doing that as you're acclimating to a new level
and I've never given them opportunity to see the full speed.
at the level.
Everybody tells you how the game steps up from preseason and all of that stuff.
So don't say, oh, he played in preseason.
Trust me, it's nothing like playing in the regular season.
So, you know, I saw some good things, and certainly he said it is some things he would like to have done better.
And that's true.
And give him a chance now, let me see him get a whole full practice week, a whole week of practice
and see what he looks like when he starts.
That's the key right there.
now you're putting a game plan together
that's for his skill set
you know Dylan Gabriel is
probably a little quicker feat
maybe you put together a game plan
to move him out
move him around a lot
but but Shador you got to give him something
give him to quick give him something quick
give him opportunities to show off his arm
and show off his accuracy
that that's his thing so let's see what they do
when they put a game playing together
and he gets on the football field
Yeah, I think Mike hit the nail on the head, pause.
We talked about it yesterday, and Arabia brought to our attention how he didn't get any reps in practice and get out there.
You know, me and Mace got into it, but I felt, and I got into it, but I understood what Mace is coming from.
And he's like, they shouldn't have put him out there.
And I'm like, Mace, what else were they going to do if he's out there?
But to Mace's point, what you just said, it was almost criminal.
It's criminal.
What they did.
What they did.
Absolutely.
So, look, you got a full week to practice.
I think this is a great team to play against.
The bum-ass Raiders to at least have a decent game
after a decent practice all week,
so we'll see what happens next weekend.
You know I'm rooting for Neff, so we'll see what happens.
Honestly, Ken, when you're thinking about it and talking about it, makes me think.
Like, I was thinking about it, like, okay,
it's hard to say they're really doing something against an athlete,
even when it looks as bad.
Right.
And, you know, it's nothing you can point.
to and say, you see, that's what I'm talking about.
But this is like that.
This is the one thing that you say, oh, my God.
You mean not one rep?
Right.
What are the possible after you, you know, that's just amazing to me.
So, yeah, it's just amazing to me.
Yeah.
Yeah, I'm definitely rooting for him too, especially because I just don't like, we've already
talked about, like, some of the media's takes.
And then I heard that, like, his home got robbed or something recently.
Like this, I.
While he was playing.
I hate this.
That is aggravating.
Like, y'all.
I'm rooting for him.
And the young joker is doing it, they know what they know what they're going to get, you know, yeah, yeah.
Okay, so we're going to encourage that.
Yeah.
So we're going to revisit the Cowboys real quick again because you were talking about your dynamic duel between C.D. Lamb and George Pickin.
So in an interview, C.D. Lamb says he spends $1.3 million on his body to play every year.
He said he spends about 50K every other week on recovery, which includes ice bass, cold therapy, hot tubs, and et cetera.
So, Mike, especially from you being an athlete,
do you think that there should be a limit on what's spent on the body
or do you feel like that's a priceless thing that's like it doesn't matter?
Well, yeah, well, that's your greatest asset, you know what I mean?
That's your greatest asset for this game anyway.
So absolutely.
I don't, you know, you need to do everything you can,
especially with the numbers you're pulling in now
to play as long as you can.
I'm okay with that.
I just think that, you know, they need to,
you know, maybe check some of these numbers
the Negroes giving them on these charges
of the whole training.
Like, ice ain't called.
I mean, we got on Ditty about his baby oil.
I don't know that ice cost that much.
You see what I'm saying.
That's a whole other number.
But, hey, but yeah, and you think about it,
you're making $35, $40 million a year,
spending a million dollars, that's, yeah,
that's possible, especially when they're charging you
for what they know you're making instead of really what it should be charged.
I can believe that.
Yeah, and then, Kim, what's your opinion on this?
Just the amount being spent.
Yeah, I don't think it's a, I think it's a drop in the bucket compared to what they're getting.
You know what I'm saying?
You know, we talk about, even LeBron said he went when he had,
did his interview, I think he was on Pat McAfee.
He said his rumors when they said he spent two, three million dollars on his body.
But I'm pretty sure for him to be playing this long.
spending something on his body.
I would say the only tragedy in C.D. Lambs case is that he's not a top five receiver
and he's doing all this.
And I don't know why I was spending this much, whatever.
Whatever, whatever.
What, what, spend all this money, you're not top five receiver.
Now we're going to go to that route.
CD has been top three. You're right, he's not top five, six, he's top three.
Mike, you're not top five, six, he's top three.
Mike, you want me to read you to top three?
And it's, yeah, and it's, you want me to read it to you.
I'm talking about receiving, I'll read you the top three.
He's not top three right now.
I got it right here because I knew you would debate me on this, so.
Well, there are categories that I can pull out where C is the top three.
It says NFL player receiving top, top receivers, 2025.
He's not in the top five.
So then if you want to go to receiving stats, I have all the stats laid out.
So you're spending that much money.
and they're not top five, you know,
just looks bad, you know, Drake London.
You know, now it's a cowboy that's top five, Pickens, it's there.
I don't know, because C.D. missed the games, possibly.
Jamar Chase is number two.
Pooka Nuka is up there, Le Cooa.
So to spend that much money and not be top of up,
that's really a tragedy.
To me, C.D. Lamb's best highlight ever is
when he was getting drafted,
by the Cowboys and his girlfriend tried to take his phone
and he snatched it back.
That was my, that's the best highlight of your whole career.
I said, that's one of my niggas right there.
I like that.
His girlfriend tried to take his phone, he snatched it right back.
He doesn't have a highlight better than that one.
So he's spending the money and hopefully you'll be a top three
receivers soon.
That was his greatest catch.
I'm just putting words on what he said.
I didn't say that.
You know what I'm talking about.
I'm talking about, though.
You know what I'm talking about?
Yes.
That was funny.
Yeah, that was hilarious.
Yeah.
Whatever happened to her.
Oh, I don't know.
That's what happened when you get caught reach her too early.
Literally.
You get Correcha too early, man.
That's what happens, man.
Get your arm cut off, man.
Literally.
Well, shout out to CD Lamb, and wherever that girl is, shout out to her as well.
So moving along.
But we can all agree, though, y'all.
There's some of these numbers, you guys.
get back, like, all right, how much you charge for that ice, I can find somebody can bring
me some ice from that number.
Absolutely.
But I agree with you, Mike, the monies, on a serious note, the money that they're getting
is, let's think, let's think, what do you say, you're getting, $40 million a year, $35 million
a year?
Yeah, $40 million a year.
If you do taxes, it's $20 million, a little over $20 million a year.
And then if you're spending a million and a half, it's like, it's not even 5% of what you make.
So for the most important asset to keep you on the field,
I'm not mad to spending 5% to keep you on the field
and play as long as you can.
Yeah.
Well, when y'all put it that way,
it sounds more sensible,
but from the outside looking in,
it just sounds like how are you spending that much?
But at the same time, your body is the investment.
So anybody in any of their craft
should be making an investment into what they're doing,
especially if they're doing it every single day.
So but to Cam's point.
You do a forensic audit over there really go through something.
I'm sure there's a lot of ice you can cut out.
You know what I'm saying.
Right.
Just go through there, you know, how many of my boys.
Yeah, and then at the end of the day, some of it probably is a tax rate off.
That's what I was thinking.
Because I'm like, ain't no deal.
There's got to be a tax right off because it's, it's his career.
Okay, so we're going to revisit this Jaguars versus Chargers game because we didn't get to talk about it.
So they defeated the Chargers 35 to 6.
Mike, how do you feel about the Chargers low scoring performance?
This is the game of all the games.
that went on this weekend that shocked me and that I didn't that I that I was the farthest off I thought
also I'll say I thought Detroit would win the game against philly because
Jared golf was playing so well but he didn't play well but this game this game
hardball and how he has this team playing I was shocked that they that they play the way they
played and then put up points how how great how how how how how
Harbaugh is and controlling the game with Justin Herbert.
And then we were ready that we talked about it,
was this one of the top teams in the AFC and,
and it would try, okay, it's possibly it could be one of the top teams.
And then you play this kind of game that's a bit surprising.
So, yeah, it puts your back in.
And now, now Denver's that top team over there and at West.
Yeah, listen, I'm, same thing as Mike,
just shocked the shit out of me.
Big Jim Harbaugh fan.
I'm a big Justin
Palmer me, Herbert fan.
I remember when Pac-Man was on the show
and he was arguing me about how Gino Smith
is better than Justin Herbert
and I was like, Pac, listen, I want to go
with the black nigger too.
I do.
Trust me.
But I just can't do it.
As good as they were playing,
I don't really have too much to say
it was just a total shock.
They didn't play good.
Nobody had over, you know,
not saying that Treval Lawrence had a great outstanding game quarterbacking,
but Justin Herbert didn't have 100 yards.
The backup had 37 yards.
They didn't have more than a touchdown, two-fields.
Look, it wasn't a good game, and I was very shocked by it.
I don't really have much more to say besides that.
The one thing that, because I know-
Basically, you can't even break it down.
Yeah, yeah, it doesn't even make sense.
But I will say, because I know we're not going to visit this game
today, but I do want to bring this up.
And I hate to say Macy's right.
I really hate it. And we knew it, but I hate it.
I hate it. I hate agreeing with this,
I really do.
But it's so crazy
how the New York game ended on an interception
from James Winston.
It ended the whole game
on the interception that Mesa's take was
we all know that James Winston's going to throw an interception
to lose the game.
And when I seen that shit, I said, fuck.
I was deal with this shit tomorrow morning.
But Statt didn't put it on the topic,
so we just skit right over, and he's not here today.
So I don't mind bringing it up,
because, you know, that'll turn into an eight-minute thing.
Yeah, Kim, you gotta realize when I'm telling you something.
It's like the word from God is spoken.
Just take my word.
Y'all think I'm bugging when I'm saying.
So, Mr. to give you your credit when you're not here,
and I kind of knew, I knew he was gonna do an interception.
and not to lose the game, but I'm a Gino, I mean, pardon me, James Winston fan.
And I hated that for him. I really did.
Shout out Mace.
Okay, Jamar Chase suspended for a game.
We will discuss after the break.
You can't get paid in the earth this big, you worthless kids.
You know the rest of that's life, nigger.
That's life, nigg.
Welcome back. Now let's get into our underdog picks of the day. We're going to talk
basketball real quick. So tonight, the Spurs will play the Grizzlies. Underdog has
Deer and Fox at 25 and a half points. Do you have them higher or lower camp?
Wimby's out.
I'm going to go higher.
Okay.
Jeremy Sohan is at 14 and a half points,
rebounds and assist.
You have higher or lower.
You're going to higher.
Okay.
And Jaron Jackson, Jr., the real Triple J is at 23 and a half points.
Do you have higher and lower?
If you know, you know.
Yo, you switch teams to Golden State now the real Triple J is in Memphis.
No, but Triple J's been bawling, though.
That's wild.
He's been bawling.
Loyalty's at an all-time low.
Yo, P, it's just loyalty at this, on this particular set,
outside of myself and Mike Orvin, Mike's not here every day,
so he doesn't know what I have to deal with.
I don't know if you know this, Mike.
Answer the question.
What's the number five, answer the question on Triple J?
Or the real Triple J?
23 and a half points.
No, no, just points?
Yeah.
Lower.
Okay.
Cool.
Do your little underdoor.
I'm not trying to belittle, y'all.
No, I love y'all.
She has to say, you have to read the.
So y'all gonna make sure y'all bet on the old coat for gold can.
Make sure y'all download the Underdog app and you can make your picks too.
Anyway, Mike, so what I was about to tell you is this.
I don't know if you've seen the show yesterday, probably not.
Mace, because you asked what you have to do.
Mace, we all know Kansas City Fair, he came up here
with Chicago's beers, Philadelphia, Indiana Colts,
hats lined up in front of his desk.
So about, yeah, talking about, you know, I can't
you know, I got to go where
where the winners is at
and all this other shit because Kansas City
lost. And then Statt, she actually
bought a form. I don't know if you've seen
that episode. She bought a whole
form because she traded on the Miami Heat
so my stuff. Curry's been her
hope, her best
my favorite player since
we've been doing this show for two and a half years.
I've never heard that. I've never
heard that ever. Now that in Miami
oh no, what Jimmy Butler left.
She actually bought a form and gave it
me amaze like a permission slip almost to say she's in a church for a portal to go
to Golden State. I appreciate your loyalty to your team and I just want to tell you I deal
with a bunch of Swissiders and flip floppers and Waffle is over here at this show in particular.
So, delusional, not delusional, your loyalty means a lot because there's nothing up here.
So you can't like two teams.
That's a hell of a compliment.
Yeah, yeah, man.
Teams?
Yes, you can.
Yeah, yeah, you can.
But you can't like two teams is number one.
Your number one got to be your number one.
You know what I mean?
Yeah, make it make sense.
Yeah, you're number one got to be your number one.
So let me ask you this, right?
Well, let me ask you this.
No, I want you to finish.
I don't mean to cut you off.
No, you're good.
Mind you, Mike.
Two years and a half years, never heard this.
And secondly, if you really felt that way,
why would you have to bring a transfer paper
to prove yourself against that.
I'm not going to interrupt you again.
Yes, the transfer paper is to make it clear.
I like to be clear, I like to be concise.
I like people to be able to follow what I'm saying.
So the transfer paper helps with that.
My question to you is, do you have a favorite,
do you have a favorite basketball player?
In the league, right now, playing?
Yeah.
Man, yeah, I told you, Luca.
But you're still, you're still a Mavs fan.
I'm a Mavs fan.
But you don't support.
Right, but I like Blake.
Lakers.
You don't think that's the same thing?
But the Lakers your team?
But the Lakers ain't my number one team.
But you strong.
But you still are the best thing.
But you still really like them, though.
Right, right, right.
But, you know, the Mavericks.
Is that not the same thing?
That's what I'm trying to say.
No, it's not.
Mike ain't bringing no paperwork up here, trying to prove.
Right, right, right, right.
First of all, Mike, listen to the reason.
And it's when you move, too.
You can't just move on my team doing.
On my team.
going bad over here.
Right.
Right.
You see what I mean?
Right.
And you know what she tried to do?
No, because Jimmy Butler left and now that he learned to go to state, he's teaming up with
my favorite player that of all time.
Right.
I heard it.
But my thing is this.
And I understand that part.
I don't.
Because Jimmy Butler is not a lifetime Miami heat nigger.
Played Minnesota, play for Philly, play Chicago.
Then he went to the heat.
Played for the Sixers, actually as well.
Went to the heat for a couple years.
couple years, now you're going to use him as a stepping stone to get the Golden State.
You feel me, Pete?
That goes, oh, this is a good one.
Yeah.
Jimmy Butler leaving, I intertwine that with Steph being my favorite player, and then I'll bring paperwork in to shoot me.
I'm holding them up.
Why?
Yo, you know, you didn't even have to go to Forensic Files for this, that this case has been solved right here, man, period.
I'll let the comments decide.
It makes a lot of sense to me, but let us know what y'all think, for sure.
Okay, so back to football.
So the NFL is actually suspending Jamar Chase one game for unsportsman-like conduct
after he was caught on videos spitting on Steelers, Jalen Ramsey.
So there's also video footage of Jamar Chase saying he did not spit on that guy.
He didn't spit on nobody.
He denied, denied, denied.
So he will miss their next game versus the Patriots.
So first, Mike, after seeing one.
One, the interaction, and then two, seeing what Jamar Chase had to say.
What did you think of the whole thing?
They just kind of blacked out.
I mean, you know, because I saw him right after the game, say, you know, I know, I didn't spit.
I've been spitting.
And it was right there in 4K.
You know what I'm saying?
So, yeah.
This is, I understand the league coming down very hard on this.
There's absolutely no place to be spitting.
on guys out here.
Now, I understand Jamar's battle.
You know, you're losing games.
That's your team as a team.
And then you're going up against this personal battle.
This is Jamar Chase and Jalen Ramsey.
These are the Michael Irving and Dion Sanders of yesterday.
These are real battles, man.
You get heated in these battles.
And things get crazy.
But you try not to spit on each other
as you're trying to beat each other up, basically.
Yeah, and I'm going to tell you, I looked at it.
I was like, a game seems like, oh, that's just to me.
I say you find them $100,000, you know,
and you let them play a game.
Now, you spend, suspend them a game.
And he's appealing, he's appealing to suspension.
and he should appeal to suspension.
A whole game?
Yeah, I think a good $100,000 is a stiff deterrent
to tell the next joker, who ain't making $35 million,
don't spit on anybody.
But a whole game, if you're making $40 million a year,
is about $2.5 million, that's a, that's a hell of a price to pay to spit.
I think, and listen, you know,
Cincinnati's my team, I think one game ain't enough.
That shit is the most disrespectful shit
in the fucking world to spin on somebody, bro.
In the game, on the street, in a club,
at the library, in a car from one car to another car.
Listen, that shit is wild disrespectful.
Smacking somebody, spin on somebody,
something crazy.
Let me tell you something like,
this guy named Michael Irvin told me.
We were talking about it was another spinning situation
earlier this season.
I can't remember who it was.
Yeah, you're big boy.
Your man, Spin on that.
Right.
Spin on that.
Right.
Kick them out the game.
Right.
Jaylen Carter.
Right.
So I remember when Pack was on the show one day
and he said that he spent on somebody
to get him off sides.
And I asked Mike about it, and Mike said,
a motherfucker would have got me off sides.
Yeah, we got my mom side.
He said, he said, like he got Jay Lambsie.
Yeah, he said, you would have caught me off sides
because it's wild, disrespectful.
I rather you punched me in my face.
Then spit on me, so.
Got me too.
Yeah, so at the end of the day,
I understand 100,000 is a fine,
and I can't dispute what Mike is saying
because he knows, um,
football way better than me and pricing and so on
and what it means to somebody.
But sometimes it ain't about the money,
sometimes about the principal.
And that's principalities.
You get me kicked out the game, whatever.
You know, it's been a lot of rivalries.
I don't consider you and Deion.
I'm talking about y'all with top tier.
I don't consider y'all, like, enemies.
Y'all, unless I didn't know about it, you know.
Right.
Even when Deion had beef with my nigger,
Strat receiver, um...
Rizing.
Yeah, Atlanta, Andre Risen.
You know, they smacking each other in the helmet.
They're not speaking on each other.
We see, we've seen Richard Sherman and Crabtree go out.
You know what I'm saying?
You know, I'm spinning is something totally different.
And listen, I'm just more...
Bats tree, yeah, Sherman's nasty necklace.
Yeah, exactly.
That's another one now.
Yeah.
That's another one close to speak.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know.
That's like that.
That's a little.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I get it, but me, I just, I just think that's the highest level of disrespect.
And I think one game might not even be sufficient enough.
And Cameron's personal opinion, I can't say as a football player, somebody who's been on the field.
I'm just saying, like you say, that shit was in 4K and it looked nasty from the television.
Yeah, so just a quick follow-up question, because I'm curious on you guys' opinion on this,
because we obviously clearly saw what happened.
And then a lot of people were upset about Jemar's response about basically denying it.
So, Mike, I'm just curious, what do you think the proper response from Jemar Chase should have been?
And that's why I started out with saying he blacked out.
And I'm serious.
Like, you know, you know by now everything is on camera.
Everything is on camera.
So especially everything in a football game.
So he blacked out, because when I looked at it,
he, it wasn't like, oh, like you could tell
when a joker just lying or trying to hide it.
Right.
You know, I ain't been nobody.
You can just tell.
He really looked like he really believed he didn't do that.
Like, dude, you must have blocked out.
Right.
Because you really did that.
And it wasn't a little bit that we could barely miss.
It was a lot that you could clearly see.
Right.
You know.
When he's looking at the camera, like, oh, shit, I really did that.
After he goes to look at the video.
Like, dude, you got to say, oh, man, oh, man, yeah.
Right.
Yeah, yeah, obviously, that's what I'm saying.
He must have blacked out.
I don't know why would you do that.
Right.
And then what do you think the proper response should have been?
Was asked the question one more time?
Yeah, so basically we saw Jamar Chase in the video say,
I did not spin on that guy.
Right after the game.
I didn't spin on nobody.
It's the proper response.
Yeah.
Two things, even what Mike said, or.
But like you said, I mean, I just, like, Mike has the most reasonable explanation
because everybody sees it.
You know it's one of them jokes, like, you know we can see you, right, nigga?
Right.
Come on, man.
Yeah, well.
Like, it was a time, right?
It was a time.
I don't know if y'all remember this.
Ray John Rondo and Chris Paul was arguing.
And they was arguing, and all of a sudden,
Chris Paul went to, like, swing on Ray John Rondo.
And everybody like, yo, why is Chris Paul?
What the fuck is he doing?
He's bugging out.
Chris Paul, like, he spit on me, he spit on me.
And everybody, like, he did not spit on you.
But Rajan and Rondo had that shit down packed
to where they had to super slow more.
He know how to talk and do little split spurt.
At the same time, when they slowed that shit down,
you see all the stick.
He's like, I said, this thing, in the middle of conversation,
lightly spitting on this nigger on purpose.
Because everybody thought that Chris Paul
was losing this fucking.
mind like, you know, Chris, we think ain't spent on you?
No, you got to go that video whenever you get a chance, yeah.
You go to that video, you didn't see it in real time.
You saw this in real time.
So, only explanation is what Mike said because everybody's seen it.
Yeah, that was crazy.
So, yes, we see that he's suspended for a game.
He's going to lose out in about half a million dollars.
Yeah, if it's, you know, but usually the best part for him, I would say, is usually with your
average is not usually your base and you take your base over 17 weeks so you know if if you're doing
17 million on a base salary then it'll be a million dollars so so i don't know it's base yeah okay
moving along so we're going to talk about the falcons we don't talk about them too too much but michael
pennix is expected to miss the rest of the season for a knee injury during sundays loss to
the panther so mike how do you feel about the way the falcons season
and has been kind of going so far.
Well, and this is it now,
because the Falcons have talent.
I mean, that young talent, boy,
and I thought when they got Kirk Cousin,
they were going to take off, you know.
And then I wanted it to be a smooth transition
from a, you know, a vet like Kurt Cousin to Michael Pinnix.
But he's gotten hurt, and Kurt took some steps back.
And now, again, Michael Pinnis is her.
shirt. The issue is you got to get a quarterback and get him ready because you got ready
talent right now. Drake London, Kyle Pitts, the boy BJ and Robinson. I'm telling you at each of
those positions, or Kyle Pitts got to pick it up a little bit more. But those other two positions,
those boys, they're working towards some of the best players in the league. So they got to find
the quarterback. And Michael Pennix.
you got to find some health.
Or if we're doing this again next year,
they'll be talking about somebody else.
Because they don't give you one year, you heard to you.
Okay, now we got to start looking at somebody else.
So hopefully, hopefully he can get healthy and stay healthy.
But if he can't get healthy and stay healthy,
yeah, Atlanta has some young talent.
They just need that quarterback position solidified.
Right.
First of all, speeding recovery, Mike Pennix.
But the only reason to me this is even a topic, to be totally honest,
which, like they said, receiving talent on Atlanta's tremendous.
I'm a big, I became a big Drake London fan this season.
Yeah, I think he's top five quarterback.
Pardon me, wide receiver right now, definitely.
But the reason why this is interesting is because this is the only division
where the Saints still could fuck around
and win the division.
This division has to suck for years.
It don't matter.
Like, these niggas is two and eight still.
I've seen niggas win this division
with less than 500 winning record
and still have a chance to win the playoffs.
And we thought the Tampa Bay would run away
with this division.
And now you're looking like, damn,
the Carolina Panthers are a game and a half
right behind these motherfuckers.
And then you got Atlanta,
there's two and a half, three games right behind them
and we still have eight, nine games left.
So it's a chance.
We'll see what Kirk Cousins does when he get in there.
He didn't look good this season for the times he's been in there.
But I don't think it's too much to talk about with Atlanta
unless they make a quick three, four game run in Tampa and North Carolina
lose some games.
Then it becomes interested.
But right now is Twitter.
Tampa won that division.
They should.
They should.
Okay.
Now we're going to shift back to basketball.
We've got to talk about Wembe, some unfortunate news.
So he has a left cap strain.
and is expected to be sidelined for a few weeks.
So Mike, how do you feel about this injury on Wimby
and then how do you think this kind of affects,
not even just this season, but just his career
and chances at award, such as like defensive player
of the year because we've seen how his injuries
have kind of taken a toll?
And we know it, we see it.
It's something new to even see a guy this big move like this.
And yeah, I'm like,
Man, when I saw him getting, I said, oh, God, not again.
You know, because then you start, like, like, that's again.
You start worrying about, oh, is this chronic?
Is this all the time?
Are we not going to be able to see that on the floor all the time?
Because that is something special.
That really is something special.
Now, I was happy that they're saying, okay, it's just a minor calf spring.
but then I get worried
when you show a minor cap spring
you put minor on the word
and then a few weeks after that
that's oxymie running
minor but a few weeks
so yeah you start worried about that
but boy
you just see some of the things
I saw a clip
you started a clip with him
and Draymar Green
on the bathroom
dude
Drayma looks like a little boy
yeah
don't he looks like a little boy
trying to fight off
a real man.
I mean, he's down there.
Drey, my head is down there.
Pause.
You understand what I'm saying?
And that two just took the ball.
So I hope we don't get cheated.
And that's what it would be.
It would be us all getting cheated if he continues
and his health fail him.
Because this dude is, this dude is
could be he's the most unique thing we've ever seen
on a basketball.
court. Period.
Yeah. Listen, the spurs
of my team and people have been calling me
Cam, you hype, you hype. And I promise you,
we talked about it on the show here.
I actually haven't been hyped because of this
situation right here.
Big men, or, you know, outside of people
like Shaq and
maybe Patrick Ewan, I can remember.
David Robinson, them say, they didn't get hurt
that much. Rick Smith, David Robinson.
Right, what? Yeah, it's, you know,
American big men don't
tend to get hurt. When you have
Yao Ming, chronic injuries, and when you look at somebody like Wembe, people over seven feet,
you know, I have seven foot, six 11, seven one, over seven feet.
When you start getting seven, seven, three, Yomang, with six, seven, six, it seems like something's not right.
And Mace alluded to it, and we allude to it as well, to where, damn, I hope this, I hope this do stays healthy.
Because last year, he didn't get hurt.
He had a blood clot.
Then you couldn't play.
So now you're saying, okay, now you got a blood clot.
Now you're with a calf injury.
When you think about calf injury and you keep them out this long,
is it Achilles?
You know, they start with a calf and, that was, you know,
and they sit there and be like, you're right.
Now it's just a calf injury.
It's a calf injury.
Now if you got an Achilles injury, that's a whole year.
So like Mike said, and that's how it all happened with rent,
all of it.
Yep, exactly.
With their calves and then went to their achilles.
So I think that's why they're keeping them out
to make sure a precaution of where if it's an
Achilles, you done until next year, basically.
So just sad to see that he's not going to be able to play
because he was the biggest thing moving this season.
You know, we all came in to his NBA season thinking,
Cooper Flag, Cooper Flag,
sorry, Mike, Cooper Flag, Cooper Flag,
that shit got dumbed down quick with Wimmy came back.
That shit, nobody even talking about Cooper Flag no more.
Nobody can fuck what Cooper Flag is doing.
Now I think Cooper Flag got more success
when Kyrie gets back, you know, who else gets hurt,
your AD
yeah
yep
so you know
you don't have
AD there
you don't have
Kyrie Irvin
I don't know
what I'm a big
Jason kid
fan as a player
and a coach
but I don't know
what the fuck
he's doing
trying to make
Cooper
flag play
point guard
first time
ever
first time ever
playing point guard
you do it
in NBA
right
I don't
I just don't
get that
um
big J kid Finn
but I just
don't get that
but
um
yeah sad to see
when we go down
like this, hopefully he'll be back sooner and later,
but I wouldn't rush at Neville with a 21-year-old generational talent.
But I do think Jason Kears do.
I like him putting the ball in Cooper Flags in.
Because when Kyrie comes back,
Kyrie, remember now, Kyrie loves to play the two also.
Kyri, a shooter.
I want him to have some experience prior to Kyrie getting back.
So when Kyrie comes back, I get in a change that some.
I suppose it being brand new for Cooper Flagg and, you know, when he gets back.
Because Kyrie sometimes you sit on that two and drop that, drop that three.
Plac's like him two. He's the three.
Clay Thompson is the two.
So you take her from a three to a point guard?
Right.
But think about it.
You're honest.
You're honest.
You got to handle the ball if you're going to be that the superstar player for that one team.
Unless you're going to be a Yokic who the big man handling everything.
No, everybody, listen, you got Joe L.M.B. bringing the ball up when you were talking.
You know, you have LeBron James being a point four.
You got Anthony Davis.
I totally agree with you, but to run an offense, like you have him running the offense as a point guard.
It's one thing bringing the ball up.
It's another thing we're in the offense.
I think Draymond is great at that because you have shooters.
You got Steph Curry coming off all these different picks and everything else.
You could be anybody, a lot of people could be great at it.
Right, exactly.
That you play Clay Thompson all these years.
you know, a lot of people don't know as many great players
that Golden State had over the years.
Draymond Green is the leading
player for triple doubles on Golden State.
And somebody's arguing, my man, Sin was arguing,
my man, Sin was arguing, you know, man, this time and the third year.
Because he's not a big Draymond fan.
I'm like, Draymond is good, man.
You would want him on your team.
Every team needs a dog like Draymond.
And he's a big Carmelo fan, so I was telling him,
and I'm a Carmelo fan too.
Shout to Carmelo, that's my dude.
But Carmello, over his career,
people probably don't even notice.
He had two triple doubles his entire career.
The grade's like scorer he is.
He only had two triple doubles, so we got to a big argument.
Sometimes what Draymond does gets undervalue because he doesn't have that many points.
And there's no stat for what he does on the floor.
But I just think, like I said, Mike, you're going to stick up for Dallas no matter what.
I think trying to make a nigga a point guard in the NBA, not even on the offseason, in the season.
You're fucking, you run the point.
Game one, fuck.
And that's his team, too.
That's my man.
He's a Dallas Maverick fan.
Yo, you know what?
Watch how it works out.
Watch how it plays out when Chari gets back.
He's going to be more.
He'll be more.
To handling everything with Charii,
and then they can run a more flow offense.
The reason they got rid of Luca
and they said they can win a championship
is because the ball sticks too much.
much to Luca. So now you're asking him, okay, we're going to stop sticking the ball to Luca
and now you're going to stick it with Kyrie. They want movement. That's the whole reason.
They want movement. They want defense. So if I'm going to not play Luca, not play Cooper and give
him the ball right now, and then Kyrie comes back, I got it then start introducing him to
all the movement. I want him to get in it now because that's how they think they're going to
win moving that ball around.
Everybody can play kind of point in point forward.
Well, two things I'll say to that.
When Cooper Flagg is in high school,
the reason why we know Cooper Flagg's name originally,
at least a person like myself,
is when he practiced with the Olympic team,
he was the best player in the Olympics
before the Olympic team went to play at the Olympics.
They're like, Cooper Flagg killed today.
He was the best player on the floor.
You're thinking about all these Olympians,
Steph Curry,
LeBron James, Kevin Durant,
in Kawhi Landa ended up going, not going,
but Joe Lombie, they're saying Cooper Flagg.
So now people are keeping the eye on Cooper Flag.
And he's excelling because you're around people
who could get him to play in the position that he plays.
That's first and foremost.
So secondly, yeah, right.
And then when you say not movement-wise,
as far as Luke is concerned,
I do think that Luca holds the ball a little bit more than he should.
But let's think about this at the same time.
Lucas, 26 years old, five-time, first, all-MBA.
ever, first team, all NBA at 26 years old, five times.
Secondly, in scoring and playoff average after Michael joined.
Now, let's keep in mind to this.
They're like, oh, we're going to change thing around, change thing around.
Carrey Irving gets hurt last year, and they don't go that far in the playoffs.
Who was in the championship for the Western Conference the year before that?
Who's your mind?
Who was in the West.
The Mavericks.
Okay.
With Carrey.
With Carrie?
So you can't, so to me, that was a mistake on Dallas's part, even though they hate to say Lucas.
Get rid of Lugar?
Yeah.
Oh, that's a hard.
I don't even go back in that.
No, no, but what I'm saying is this.
No, listen to what I'm trying to move forward.
See what I'm saying?
We'll never move on.
So you're right about that.
No, but what I'm saying is this, the debates, what you're saying is, though, they need more movement.
They need to do more this.
You're two games from winning the championship when Kyrie Erfrey Irving is healthy.
So you're sitting there saying, well, they're not enough movement.
Well, whatever the fuck, y'all, the Western Conference Championships,
movement and not movement, you got a first-team all-N-B-A point guard
to a two-guard, brother, when Kyrie Irvin is there.
Carrey Irvin was not there last year, and now you get rid of Luke up because y'all didn't
go far in the championship, but I think if everybody's healthy, y'all are the Western
Conference champions.
So whether he holds the ball or not, y'all are only the loss to the Celtics.
You beat everybody else.
So whatever, hold the ball or not hold the ball.
I'm trying to get back to the championship.
I'm with you on that.
You and I do not have discourse in that manner.
You want to make sure you understand.
I'm with you on that board.
Right.
But I'm just saying since they say they want to move, they want to move.
All right.
Y'all again.
They said this.
I'm telling you what they said I was with you.
Like, wait a minute.
We had moved.
We had enough to get us to the championship.
Y'all don't want to come from the champions.
Hey, I'm with you on that, bro.
Hey, I'm with you on that.
They messed that up.
So last thing before we wrap.
some way, somehow, a quote from Paul Pierce is always going to make it every couple of months.
Oh, my little PLP.
Yes.
So he has...
That's your co-host.
Paul is my true.
Yeah, that's my...
He been up in, too.
That's my man.
Well, is my guy.
So he got the latest relationship advice.
He said, if you want to see if your girl really loves you, cheat on her.
If she stays, then you know it's real.
So, Mike, you're going to go first.
What are your thoughts on that logic?
And then how can you tell if you...
So a girl really loves you.
That's a hell of a, that's a hell of a thought right there.
You know, I don't see how any rational man can give that kind of advice.
See anyone.
You know what I'm saying.
I'm really.
And play off Paul is my two.
You know, and I think in some distorted way, what he's trying to find out is
men looks for things like loyalty and respect over what women are probably just maybe looking
for an emotion like love.
You see what I'm saying?
And he's trying to tie something to that.
But I don't know that I can subscribe to those lyrics.
You know.
Nice way to put it.
I'm just saying.
That just sounds like, you know, some kid stuff.
So then real quick, before Can go, so how do you,
how can you tell if a girl really loves,
or like, because there's, I'm sure there's a list of things,
but what's one thing that's like, okay, she loves me?
Well, it, your, your heart speaks to you.
If you, if your heart tells you, this person loves you,
you can feel that.
We wanna, we want emotions, emotions are something you feel.
You know what I'm saying?
You know, you, the little thing somebody does.
or the way they do things,
that'll tell you some things.
Now, you can't go off of what?
That person did, or what the last girl did,
or how the last girl handled, the last person handled it?
Because everybody handled things differently,
and everybody's dealing with everything
coming from their past.
Whatever that past is, they're assessing these situations.
So, yeah, you're hard to tell you
if that person cares for you and feels for you
by some of the little things that she does.
that you don't even maybe even mention.
Right advice.
Yeah.
Um, first off, and Paul, you my nigger.
I just want to put that as a disclaimer.
But this is probably why you was in divorce court.
This is probably what your ex-wife bought up.
You know, he thought it was cool to go cheat on me
to see if I've really loved it.
if I really love the nigger.
This is the type of shit that you cannot say publicly
and then be, even if you're thinking it.
Even if you're thinking it,
some things you just can't be saying, you know what I'm saying?
And you have a very public divorce, so keep some shit to yourself, Pete.
That's just me.
Secondly, what do you do, what, what,
for a girl to know that she really love you?
For me?
Yeah.
Excuse my language.
You soak my dick and cooked fried chicken.
I was dying bustin nut.
That's enough love for me.
Run my feet.
Yeah, by the head, man.
Yeah, about a head.
Yo, listen, man.
Let me tell you something.
Let me tell you something.
I broke out with a girlfriend of mine one time.
I was young.
You know, God realized we started, we started our career really young, man.
You know, we started our career, May's got his deal 20 years old, 21 years old.
Thank God we've been doing this.
Thank God the Lord we've been doing this a long time.
I got a crib.
I first moved to Jersey, and this girl was living with me and shit.
And I asked, I was like, y'all, I want to fuck real quick.
She's like, you bugging, I got to get ready to go to work when I come back.
I'm like, yeah, I got to get ready to go to work when I come back.
You're out of it.
Yeah, I'm paying everything on the bill.
A little quickie, like, you got mad time.
Look, look, when niggins pay the bills,
he pay you take you everything, look, that ain't asking for a lot,
you asked me.
A little head on the side of the road sometime,
cook a little chicken rubbed my feet, I don't ask for a lot.
If I'm paying for everything, I don't really understand
what the problem is, that's love, that's love.
And don't get mad when they're going to get mad.
I cut them in your face.
So you feel in love with a whole lot of women
in what you said?
No, no, that's not true.
So, oh.
The thing about it is the ones, so you got to be,
you know what I know I like somebody?
Like, this is the real thing for me.
If I bust in that and I still won't hang out
with you afterwards.
Okay.
Yeah, like, yo, man.
Usually I'd be like, I got to get the fuck out of it.
I think it's called my phone.
Your sales is a fight and a shootout.
You understand, right.
Yeah, especially if you've been two, you're both too nuts
and you still want them around, that's the one.
That's, yeah.
You're cool.
I still want to hang out with you, man.
That's my nigga right there.
You can go out, hang out, go out there.
Yeah, man.
Yeah.
If you're busy, you want somebody that's not going to harass you.
That's another thing.
Like if you're, sometimes it's hard to get with somebody
who doesn't understand your schedule
because they don't have the same schedule as you
and they're like calling every minute
or seeing what you're doing,
because they're not as busy as you.
busy as you. I see Chris Rock say this joke one time, and this is all seriousness now.
He said his parents last 50 years of marriage are longer than that because it was no technology.
You see his mom, his dad to see his mom for a leader of work and you work 12 hours shift.
Can't call him at work. You see him when you come home. Now, what are you doing? Where you
at? FaceTime me. Here's a busy. Let me see who you with.
Yo, my nigga, give a nigga some time who's busy to stay busy and bring pay the bills.
But to me, that's the real key.
If after sex they want to hang out with you
and still want to be with you, you gotta want to.
Two very completely different perspective.
What about you, Statt?
What's love for you?
How do I know?
Love.
I feel like my biggest thing is like,
that's a good question.
You don't know, huh?
No, no, I do.
I just like, sometimes on the spot, like,
I'm like, wait, what is it?
Right, right.
My thing is like, I'm a quality time person.
quality time person, I am really busy. So like I like somebody who can meet me where I'm at
and I meet them where they're at because I also like to have my space sometimes. But if I find
myself wanting to be around you all the time to me, that's how I know because I really am so
good at just being on my own and do my own. You're young too, so you got a lot of time.
Yeah. But that's like my biggest thing. It sounds like if I summed y'all up,
y'all only deal with people, y'all can stand. I just want to be with somebody. I can stand
being around, you know, it's just, so, you know what I'm saying?
I mean, there's more to that.
He added fried chicken, you said a good heart.
Everybody got different names.
My thing is this.
My thing is, Mike, you're not a genius.
You're not the love doctor saying that.
Who want to be around somebody that can't stand?
Right, right, right, exactly.
That's what I'm saying.
Yeah, yeah.
That's what I'm saying.
You want to be around.
We all put eloquent words around it,
but that's the basics when you break it down.
I need to be around a nigga, I can't, you know.
And my thing is, too, and I'm not sending for everybody,
This is a deep question stuff.
I mean, I got layers for it.
But real quick, I think, especially somebody in my predicament
or the situation I'm in, like I said, thank God,
I'm mature late.
Like, it's a few females that I used to deal with.
I'm like, she might have been right today.
Like today, not 10 years ago when I was still wowing
and doing what I was doing.
But like, you know what?
I wasn't ready for what she was ready to give back then.
But I'm ready.
If she was there now, I would be ready for that now.
And it's just timing, you know what I'm saying?
It's, you know, sometimes you're just not ready for that.
I remember, like, 10 years ago, I would go to sleep and wake up
and this, like, I would be mad this girl did my feet.
And I'm like, don't be fucking doing my feet without asking me about doing my feet.
But now I would appreciate that.
Like, yeah, a chick did my feet while I was sleep, man, a little petty.
You grow.
You go to it.
You go to it.
You learn things.
Right.
You learn, you grow.
My mom, when I first met somebody, I would bring them home and say, my mom, it's nice,
but I think she just wants somebody with some money.
Oh, I was like, well, you know, what's wrong with that?
Right.
What's wrong with somebody with some money?
I never thought about it, but from my mom's perspective, she probably wanted somebody with some money.
Right.
You know what I'm saying?
So I said, oh, okay.
She said, why would you want anybody that doesn't want anybody that doesn't.
that doesn't want somebody that has something, you know.
But a young dude, that sounds like a gold digger.
I ain't messing with nothing like that.
But as you learn a little bit, maybe,
maybe I do need somebody with some goals
that'll help me do some things.
Right. So it's perspective.
Yeah.
And that's another thing, last thing for me,
helping me do the things that I need to do at this age.
Like, right, yo, wake up for work.
Yo, your doctor's appointment is in two weeks.
Make sure, yo, I'm like, two weeks,
what the fuck you tell me for today?
I gotta go take another.
next week. Yo, you forgot you had disappointment.
Yo, I wake up, like, you know, you wake up.
Yo, where you was at?
Yo, your car had to go get service today.
Oh, like a lot of that's important to me now as well.
Good take, y'all.
In the comments down below, let us know the tell-tale signs
that tell y'all if somebody's in love with you or not,
or if you're in love.
But y'all, that is all the time that we have for today.
Mike, was a pleasure to have you up in the studio.
We appreciate it, man.
I appreciate it, man.
I've been, I told you, you guys don't.
going through something at home, man.
But Sleece, we won out here.
And now I'm gonna go out here and celebrate
with all the Cowboy fans.
And we're gonna talk about what it's gonna be like
when we get in the playoffs.
When they get in the playoffs.
Yeah, we'll talk about that next couple years.
Yeah, 2000, 29.
This is on win.
Mike, we appreciate you.
Thank you, Mike, for coming in the day, man.
We appreciate you, I love y'all, man.
Love you.
Thank you so much. Thank y'all for watching. And as always, it is what it is.
