Starting point is 00:00:00 Hold music. Not what you want to hear when a pipe dispersed in your basement is flooding. That's why Intact Insurance answers 2 million claim calls per year within 20 seconds. So instead of hearing this lovely track, you'll hear this in seconds. Hello, Intact Insurance. Welcome back to It Is What It Is. I'm Treasure Wilson, aka Stap Baby, along with your host, Mace and Cam. Killer, what's good, man? It's good, man. How you doing?
Starting point is 00:00:46 Chilling, man. Basketball last night, man. Yeah, a lot of basketball. Is that you excited? A lot of good basketball, y'all. It is exciting. It's the season. Tis the season.
Starting point is 00:00:59 That's what it is. Ready to get to it? Cool. So NBA opening night, the Sixers, beat the Knicks, 106 to 100 in Madison Square Garden. Mace, your initial reaction. What are your thoughts seeing both of these teams? I didn't like it. I didn't like it.
Starting point is 00:01:18 I got to be truthful, you know. I thought the Knicks would get this game. I thought they would have the ring ceremony. I thought they would come out with more firepower than that. You know, pause. I even thought that this would be the type of game that the Sixers will play. LeBron will play like in the first half. He's getting everybody involved.
Starting point is 00:01:44 And then in the second half, it started looking Miami-ish, right? You see Jailen Brown throwing the lob to LeBron. start getting really crazy at one point, but I'm not sure if this team can win, if the sixes that is, can win with maxi scoring 30 points a game or anywhere close to that. I think for them to win it, they're going to have to get more people involved, and it can't be maxi-driven, right? But I understand this concept. Same thing you had to do with D-Waid, get him going.
Starting point is 00:02:21 early. So, you know, the other big guards, which is Jalen Brown and then LeBron coming in as a small forward, can make this team move in a very good way. But when you think about the Nix, I expected this from Jalen Brunson. In fact, I thought he would go a little bit more crazier. I thought that Maxie would have the game that Jalen Brunson had and Jalen Brunson would have the game that Maxi had because those eight points, seven points would have made a difference in their box scores. So, you know, but shout out to even Andre Drummond. He did his thing, you know, a lot of people showed up. This is just poor shooting night, all the shooting night for everybody all the way around the board. Only person on the 76ers that shot at least 50% was Jalen
Starting point is 00:03:16 Brown, LeBron, 5 for 13, Jolam B, 4 for 15. Jalen Brown, like I said, 7 for 14, 50%, Tyrese Maxi, 9 for 19, edge cone 4 for 10. Same thing on the next side. You got OG Ananobley, 3 for 12. Carl Neatowne's not bad, 6 for 9. Josh Hart, not bad for these percent. 5 for 10. McHell Bridges, Mikkel Bridgeson, 4 points, 2 for 8 from the field.
Starting point is 00:03:44 That's the difference right there. When the Knicks won that championship last year, he was a big part of it. Right now, he's too streaky. And I'm not saying he's going to have the whole season like this, but that's what we got a lot from him last year. Streakiness. When he played good, the Knicks played good and the Knicks won. It's going to take him, that's the difference.
Starting point is 00:04:05 I'm not looking at anybody else outside of McKell Bridges and with this four points. It's not going to cut it for the Knicks to win. I think it's more about that than anything else. Only other stat that I see that really stands out to me, LeBron James on the floor, they're minus two, but LeBron came through and did what he had to do when he had to do it at the end. Jalen Brown plus 17 on the floor. Joel M.B. plus 17.
Starting point is 00:04:32 Tyrese Maxi plus 11. Really, really good. O.G. and Inobie, minus 20. Mekyll Bridges, minus 15. Even Jalen Brunson, minus 11. That's not going to get you another. championship, but I do think it was a very sloppy first game on both teams part. The ring ceremony was corny.
Starting point is 00:04:53 They could have did way better for the Knicks. And these are people calling me from New York saying they were mad about it. Me personally, I didn't mind it. But people from New York said it was pouring no new music playing in the background. It was dull and it wasn't enough excitement. That's what I add into that. But I think McKell Bridges was the key to the Knicks losing the game last night. But listen, it's the first game of the season.
Starting point is 00:05:14 But we've seen this last year. when he does not play good the nicks do not win they're going to need him to play good and you got 81 more games to do so yeah i think i think when it came to this game like there's just people that made a difference right i know we didn't mention them simmons anthony simmons he really made a difference he was 50% from the field he was three fate from three you know had 13 points off the bench and that's going to make a difference when a when this is this type of close game. And I think that's the reason they brought him in. He made a big difference. So he was the person that showed up that we didn't account for.
Starting point is 00:05:54 Yeah. And really quick, just because Cam talked about it, I'm just curious on your thought. Did you think the ring ceremony was corny or did you have a different feel about it? Yeah. I mean, this is New York, right? If you're having a ring ceremony for New York, I think have hold there. Go crazy. Let's hear it for New York. You know, it's. Everybody's supposed to be there. Every New York song you can think about was supposed to be there. Jaru. I'm from New York.
Starting point is 00:06:23 They were supposed to make a splash. It was supposed to be electric in that building. But this is what normally happen when people get rings. Normally people don't win that first game when they get the rings because they're uncomfortable mode. But you've got to think about it. You're the champs now. Everybody is coming with their best game to play against you all year.
Starting point is 00:06:43 So New York fans, you got to get ready for this. Yeah, energy shift for sure. Okay, so this next game, the Celtics lost to the Pistons 121 to 113. So Mace, who shocked you the most? And it could be positively or negatively in this game. And what do we think? The goat. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:07:03 I can't feel about it, but the goat had 38. I can't wait to hear what killer thinks about this. The goat had 38, man. But I knew Detroit was going to want. win this game. I told y'all. I hope we're keeping the stats because I got that right when you gave me all of the information stat. I do well when you give me all of the information. So what can I do to get all of the information? Do I have to ask more questions? Because Cam said, I got to ask questions, but I thought the moderator was supposed to give me the question with the information.
Starting point is 00:07:38 Every day is something different, different problem. I'm not doing it. You actually doing it yourself. Okay. You told her you ain't know what she meant when the girl said, you said, what do you mean by general population? I said, wow. I said, I didn't know what Jim Pop was. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:59 You're doing it all by yourself, brother. I'm just asking the question. I'm just saying, I'm not turning anybody, it's anybody. I'm up here, I'm up here trying to be the best debate of analyst I can be and win when I can win, but I will say, I didn't want to cut you up, but you did say that Detroit will win. I didn't know if you were finished or not. No, I'm finished. Yeah, listen, Mace did call Detroit to win this game. I actually went with Boston to win this game because I thought Jason Tatum won this Leikskin spot back and I thought it'd be about the Leiskin niggas. Paul
Starting point is 00:08:32 George actually played really good, 38 points, over 50% for Phil, over 50% from 3. But the person who shocked me the most, your accent stat? It's Joe Missoula. Joe Missoula shocked me the most. Because we've seen a recipe for disaster last year when you just keep jacking up a bunch of threes, pause. And you're 17 for 42 from three-point land. Joe Manzula, you've been trying this formula for a couple years now
Starting point is 00:09:00 and it's not working. Me and Church was talking about this on the way here. It's not working. And it's getting corny and y'all are getting boring to watch. It's fun when you're making the threes. But when you're not making the threes, is boring. And it's like,
Starting point is 00:09:14 yo, would you stop shooting threes? And don't get me wrong. Like I said, I'm not sending you hating on the three-point shot and nothing like that. But when you're constantly missing season after season
Starting point is 00:09:23 and you start the season with this same recipe, I don't like it. I don't like it. I don't like it whatsoever, man. Let's talk over to Detroit. Kate Cudderham had a decent game. I would say subpar for him,
Starting point is 00:09:37 22 points, 8 for 18 from the field. Jalen Durenne actually played. really good. Nine rebounds, 22 points, eight from 13 from the field. Pardon me, Kay Cunningham was 8 from 18, and Jalen Durenne was 8 for 13. Dunger Robinson back in the starting lineup, 21.5 for 10 from the field. Detroit looked very formidable, but at the same time, Boston gave this game away. Boston was up, and then they came back trying to shoot threes. The difference in this game is the fourth quarter, 39 to 25.
Starting point is 00:10:12 That's where you lose this game at. So congratulations to the piston win the first game. Congratulations to Paul George, because we wasn't even talking about you coming into this game, but you didn't win. And Joe Missoula, you have to do something different. We need to see something different besides jacking up 800 threes a game. It hasn't got you a championship in a couple years.
Starting point is 00:10:35 Let's start running plays. Let's get people involved. Let's start playing basketball besides just shooting the three every chance you get. Yeah. I also want to give some credit on the Pistons to Duncan Robinson because in the fourth quarter, he had 15 points. And when he was hot, he was hot. It was back-to-back threes. And I think that that was a good game changer for them as well because they even ended up having an 18-0 run in the last three minutes of the quarter.
Starting point is 00:10:58 So it looked good. Like you guys said, Celtics kind of lost it themselves. Hopefully they pick back up and see some things because like we're seeing, we see Jaylen Brown win with the Sixers and we're seeing a Jason Tatum loss. And I know that that's how these comparisons are going to start to go as the season continues. But y'all know, opening night. So we have a lot more basketball to talk about going forward. Okay, y'all, we're going to go to break. When we come back, we will get into some NFL with Arabia.
Starting point is 00:11:25 Don't go anywhere. Welcome back. So obviously, we had a good NBA chat. But now on to some football, y'all. And today we are joined with our analysts, Arabia. Arabia, what's going on? Hey, Mace. How are you?
Starting point is 00:11:42 What's up, Kamenstad? How you doing? I'm doing great. Thank you. You know, I mentioned before being a fan of the show, and I watched a Monday show with Brandon Marshall. Great show, great addition to the show. And I'm glad y'all are who y'all are and didn't let him come up there in the studio and
Starting point is 00:11:59 say that y'all owe him an apology on the Texans take. Because I was like, ain't no way. As a matter of fact, he owe me an apology, talking about, oh, no, they're owing four, but they don't need to make any changes. and what happened the day after that conversation. D'emico Ryan became the defensive coordinator. So O'No reverse, Brandon Marshall. It'll be coming up here and talking about nobody.
Starting point is 00:12:19 Oh, you know, apology, good brother. But like I said, great addition to this show. It was a great episode. But I'm feeling good. Happy to be here. Good. Yay. Love to hear that.
Starting point is 00:12:27 Okay. So we're going to do the Chiefs now. I only just start with the 49ers and them niggas. And the Commodore. Yeah, you said you watched the episode. Did you see what he called y'all, though? The Commodore. I was saying he called them the pigeons, the little people.
Starting point is 00:12:43 I've seen everything he had to say. Yeah, let's start with the Commodores and the 49ers. Yeah, well, yes, the commanders lost 23 to 17 to the 49ers Arabia. Sorry to do it to you, but thoughts on this game. I hate, you know, if the game ended 3 to 20, I would have liked that so much better than them. And I'm invested now. I'm watching the game intently. Before I caught it would have been just scrolling doing something.
Starting point is 00:13:10 some other stuff, but I hate when they get me invested in the game, all that just to lose. There have been several times in this game where I'm like, Jaden, you can't take that sack. Jada, you can't do this, and you can't that. Maybe I'm being over critical. Maybe no receivers are open. But yeah, awesome. But you know, it was a very frustrating game to watch because it got closer and closer and closer. We were getting a lot of calls our way.
Starting point is 00:13:32 You know, we got some guys who went down, but we competed and we ended up losing to a really, really good team. So frustrating to get that close and to lose. but congrats to the 49ers. That's all you want to say. And you know what? As a matter of fact, no, it's not, Cameron, because I think they're gonna get Dan Quinn fired, and I hate that.
Starting point is 00:13:56 Dan Quinn is now on the hot seat, and I really like Dan Quinn as a coach. I don't think he deserves to be on some type of hot seat. Jaden Dang is gonna go on the press conference and be nonchalant and be like, oh, it all starts with me and some generic PR type of answer, which also frustrates me because, frustrates me because they go what happened.
Starting point is 00:14:10 We're asking you questions about why are you taking that set? Why are you not being aware of what the game clock is? Why are you not aware of situational football? You're just like, oh, it all starts to me. I'm getting a little bit frustrated with JD Daniels as well. They were being completely honest, but I don't think DQ deserves to be on the hot seat. So I think they're going to cost this man his job ultimately and whoever they bring in after that. I don't know because who else would you want if it's not DQ in my opinion?
Starting point is 00:14:31 I know a lot of people are on the DQ hate train. But that's all I'm going to say about it for now. Very close game with a very good team on the road. I mean, how upset can you be at Jaden Daniels? When he stay in the pocket and he throws his passes, he does very well. It's only when he scrambles outside of that pocket. Does he normally get hurt? He need to just stay there and guys got to protect him.
Starting point is 00:14:56 But he made some really good plays. I mean, he had 300 yards. What else you want from a player? Arabia, what else you want from him at this point? They wasn't really supposed to beat San Francisco. San Francisco is running is running on on jet fuel right now. There's no way they're going to stop Purdy and everybody over there. So, I mean, what do you expect from the young quarterback?
Starting point is 00:15:21 He did as much as he could do. You had 300 yards. Oh, Smago, I ain't want to lie stuff. Cam, did you want to go? I didn't know if you want to respond to that. Yeah, what else? I mean, I got something to say, but I didn't know if you want to respond. Yeah, well, go to Cam.
Starting point is 00:15:38 What else you want him to do? The young boy had 300 yards. now, come on, man. He's not playing with much. Stefan Diggs, Cotter. Yeah, but to Amman's point, man, that you can't take that sack, bro. It's three niggers rushing.
Starting point is 00:15:55 It's six seconds left. It's six seconds left. And the nigger, you just throw the hell, Mary. It was another game on Sunday that I was like, yo, why is niggas with four or five seconds left taking sacks to end the game? Pause. sports, sports, poor, pox, so it was old pause.
Starting point is 00:16:13 But it's another play me and Nick were discussing as well. And you're saying, and I'm going to refer to you as Iman the rest of the season since I'm Cameron. I'm going to give you imam to me for the rest of the season. I heard that the first. I wasn't sure if that's what I heard, but that's okay. She's Iman, y'all. I didn't know if y'all knew that her name was Imon as well.
Starting point is 00:16:34 But, yeah, I know, I did some homework on the Eamon as well. But, well, you're talking about Dan Quinn Shinvi on the high seat. They show the nigger, calling the play. And I forgot, Nick, was it third down or fourth down where he forgets the downs? And you see the nigger like, damn it, it was fourth down. What are you doing? You the head coach, how do you don't know what damn it is?
Starting point is 00:16:59 This nigga, he's fried, bro. Because he's probably thinking about my job is on the line. And listen, it might should be. You know, I don't know who you go to Arabia would know better than I would, but one in four, they're at the bottom of division. You know, I don't really have much to say.
Starting point is 00:17:21 Mace made a good point. You shouldn't have won the game anyway. You're playing on the road. We see how good the 49ers are playing. Brock Purdy, like, you know, like I said, if Josh, what's my nigga, Joshy up there, when Buffalo wasn't playing. so good. We have a block party, but
Starting point is 00:17:39 if you're saying Brock Party for MVP right now, I wouldn't be mad at you either. But I do agree with you, Arabia. They turned it into an entertaining game. We're actually recording you watching the end of the game when you was watching it. We just like, look at her. We were stressed. We was like,
Starting point is 00:17:55 look at her. She thinks they got a chance. Yeah. Yeah, but we knew you didn't have a chance. We were sitting there laughing. But just to see your intensity, and listen, you're handling this like a trooper because y'all stink to how I happen.
Starting point is 00:18:11 You're all going to be the Commodores and you're going to be a modern rest of the season. So congratulations. I'm glad. I've seen them. I'll transition to something else real quick. I should have known it was going to be something like this is going to sound so crazy. And I'm sorry if I'm crossing up.
Starting point is 00:18:25 I had a dream about you last night. I had a dream about you last night. Well, listen, let's the thing, Arabia, not to cut you up. And I'm not lying stuff in. I mean, a lot of girls' dreams every night. You know what I'm saying? I can't hope it's more.
Starting point is 00:18:39 I can't. I'm the man of a lot of women's dreams every night. And I'm not saying you. I'm just saying, I'm just saying, though. You said your stuff up for that, right? I didn't mean to cut you up, but, yeah, man. Sorry about that. It's okay.
Starting point is 00:18:56 I mean, it gets wilder because not only were you in my dream, it's in my dream. And she called me like 20 times, and it was a whole thing. It's insane. So I was like, I woke up like, what that mean? And me and you was going to be up to some shit today. So I should have known it was going to be sick. What do you know from?
Starting point is 00:19:15 No, do you all speak? Talk with Lee. No, I've never spoken. You got some other girls, the girl who I sent you the other day, you were like, oh, people look crazy. She in my DMs, but not spoken. That's a beautiful lady. But I just saw her from talk about me.
Starting point is 00:19:28 Fuck that bitch. No, no, no, no. Yeah, no, no. No, it's not beautiful lady. Okay, not for me. Just be clear. That was my favorite talk with me episode. So that's how I know.
Starting point is 00:19:44 Because you seen the bitch was crazy that episode. No, I didn't see that. Would you see that episode? She's standing for women today. I like this. Yeah, I would love to hear her opinion on that. What did you see that episode? That episode, I saw that you had two of your friends on your side.
Starting point is 00:20:02 You had sin and you had, um, They know of them. A PT. Okay, and that's fine too, but they seem very much on your side because your counsel was PT and sin was on low-key laughing. Maintainte her composure against somebody who she had very deep history with and it seems like, you know, it was some history there and y'all was ganging up on her.
Starting point is 00:20:22 So she should have brought somebody with her too. Next time she could bring me. Ganging up. Talk with Fleet Season 2, y'all lock it. That's what I'm saying. So what was she saying to you when it's calling the dream? And the dream, I don't even know if I should say this. I'll call you and I'll talk you.
Starting point is 00:20:44 Watch out for that nigga. Then she goes on the whole social run, made doing interviews, wrote a single about me and everything. Wrote a single. Wrote a single. It was crazy. Yo, it was crazy, man. But Arabia actually asked somebody else. She sent to me.
Starting point is 00:21:01 I don't know this female at all talking about. Arabia is the reason me and I ain't together I don't know this lady though she's she know you she act like she know you because she'd be in them DM she'd be in them comments she I was like what girl yeah basically Arabia is stopping me and this lady's relationship apparently now you have a conversation we've strayed so far from the plot let let's get yeah come on there's some warnings we're gonna bring you back on talk with me man that's what we do okay so now on to tidal town the chiefs are 5 and 0 after being the Chargers 22 to 6.
Starting point is 00:21:35 So Mace, how do you feel about the cheese being 5? No, do you think anybody can really stop them? And let's come from a lens of being that being your team. Can somebody do it? Bird man. That's how I'm feeling right now. Bird man, all trail, y'all. Need to put some respect on our name.
Starting point is 00:21:57 Now, this is a beautiful year. I feel good. I feel a refresh pause. you know, we're running the ball well. The wide receivers are catching well. You know, Paul's, it's just looking like a beautiful team. It's looking like a championship in the making. I don't want to speak too early.
Starting point is 00:22:15 But I knew we was going to beat the charges. Everybody know he was going to beat the charges. It seemed like, what's his name? Coach Harborough, is that his name? He's at a place where he's on his third time in a row, starting out, Owen, is it 0.05? This is like his third time in history. He did it in 1975. He did it in 2000. Now he find himself back here in 2026. You know, it seemed like every 25 years, he just take a year off.
Starting point is 00:22:49 That got to be good. When you're a coach, when you can get paid, just take a year off, you know, and get paid. So the charges are, I meant the chiefs are unstoppable right now. I'll take us against anybody any day. Pause. Yeah, Chiefs are supposed to be charges. You made a great point. Whipty do? The charges, they're only six.
Starting point is 00:23:16 But it does look like the charges are taking a step back. I think this whole Mike McDaniel, McDaniel, McDaniel is if I'm not mistaken, pronouncing his name. As the offense coordinator shit, this shit then push them back a generation. Like, of course, like I said, I had to get off to Justin Herbert bandwagon a couple weeks ago. And you know, I'm a Jim Harbaugh fan as well. But this shit right here is just looking atrocious.
Starting point is 00:23:46 This is just to look like Justin Herbert doesn't know how to play fucking football. I'm looking at some of the power. I'm like, what the fuck is going on? This experiment is, and look, Jim Harbaugh, listen, for your job, you got to get rid of this nigga McDiangelo's immediate. for your safety. Sometimes you need to look out for you. This is for your safety.
Starting point is 00:24:07 Get rid of that nigger immediately, man. Because next they're going to be looking at you. Somebody got to take the blame for this shit and let's put the blame on him now while it's early. I'm telling you this right now. This looks terrible. And right now we can blame it on that thing.
Starting point is 00:24:21 I'm saying we because I like Justin Herbert and I like Jim Harbour. Pause. But yeah, the Chiefs look really good. you know I'm looking at the and I'm looking at the landscape looking at the 49ers looking at the chiefs Buffalo you know they lost that one game they're looking really good as well it's looking like Patriots even though they're in the same division
Starting point is 00:24:45 they're fighting their ribbon but we're talking about the crem della crem man and the potential motherfucking Super Bowl matchup man 49ers and chiefs I wouldn't be mad at that man I wouldn't be mad at that at all I have to look at the schedule. I don't have it in front of me, but I have to pick a week, and I have to see what game the Chiefs could potentially lose. We know we're not going to finish the season undefeated.
Starting point is 00:25:09 They're probably going to lose a game that they shouldn't lose, but I have to look at schedule. But right now they're looking really good, looking really good. I don't know what else to say. I think this is more about what the Chargers need to do than what the Chiefs did. Yeah, Project Pat is back, and the Chief's looking real unstoppable.
Starting point is 00:25:25 Again, like I said before, this Kenneth Walker trade was one of the worst offseason trades in a long time that I've seen. But as far as the Chargers, the Chargers aren't good because they don't have anything to build around. I mean, the last two seasons, they were 11 and 6, but it wasn't because of Justin Herbert. It was because of their defense. Jesse Mentor had them boys flying around, particularly 2024. But last year at 2025, too, it was the Chargers defense. That was super impressive that they should have built around. But then Jesse Minter left and becomes the head coach of Baltimore.
Starting point is 00:25:56 And then before that, I'm looking back at their record mid, mid, mid, skip, skip. I mean, 2022 was cool. But again, Justin Herbert needs to be a piece of this team and not the main thing. He can't be the main chick. He has to be the side. And that's okay. Seattle won the Super Bowl. They didn't build around Sam Darnold.
Starting point is 00:26:12 They built around a really dominant defense in the dark side and a run game. There's a reason why Kenneth Walker got Super Bowl MVP because he was the heart and soul of that office. They didn't build around Jaylon Hertz when the evening. Eagles just won the Super Bowl. They built around having a really good defense and a run game. And that's okay. I think they're trying to build around Herbert. And he's just very unimpressive.
Starting point is 00:26:32 They got to hold on to something season to season that's really going to push them through. And they're not doing that. And as far as the chiefs, again, they're looking real unstoppable. I think they're probably going to get a random division loss. Maybe the Raiders will catch them at some time in this in the season, something like that. But I think they're going to make at least a very deep playoff run. So shout out to. project, Pat and the Chiefs.
Starting point is 00:26:54 Let me ask you, Saudi Arabia. We're talking about Josh Allen. We're talking about Patrick Mahomes. We're talking about Brock Purdy. Do you think that Kenneth Walker needs to be in this MVP conversation as well? Because we're always giving it to the quarterback. But what he's done this season so far for Kansas City has opened it up for Patrick Mahomes as well.
Starting point is 00:27:17 Do you think that he may need to be in this MVP conversation for what he's doing for the first five game? I absolutely 100% think that he needs to be part of that conversation because again, complimentary football, the run game and the past game really help each other out. And the way that he's been able to set the chiefs up for success has been the reason why one of the reasons why the chiefs have been so successful. So yeah, if they were able to put Jonathan Taylor in the MVP conversation last year when the cults were 10 and 2, then I think Kenneth Walker at least needs to be in the conversation 100%. Yeah, because Pacheco got mad at me.
Starting point is 00:27:53 And when I said, bye, because, you know, he left the chiefs, and then he got on social media, he got mad at me. And then they get Kenneth Walker, and I'm like, just the shit, but check on, it wasn't personal. I don't want this. This is an MVP from the Super Bowl. Now we're talking about he needs to be in the conversation for league MVP. And they ain't mean, nigger.
Starting point is 00:28:15 It ain't me to World Watch. The World Watch. You know what else, too? You know what Kenneth Walker does as well? And it's something that, again, on Monday's episode was kind of mentioned as far as passing yards with C.J. Stroud. If you look at Patrick Mahomes, Trevor Lawrence, Josh Allen, they don't have a bunch of passing yards. And passing yards isn't this like magic quarterback stat. You know who leads the league in passing yards right now? Matthew Stafford. The Rams are two and four and struggling. You know who's after that? CJ Stroud. The Texans are two and four and struggling. After that is Jordan Love. Packers are pretty good. After that is Dak Prescott. The cowboys are two and four and struggling. So passing. yards a lot of times means that your team is in trouble and you got to pass the ball because you got to race against the clock. So I don't see passing yards always being this magic stat to be like, oh, look at how many passing yards he has because actually some of the best quarterbacks in the league don't have to pass the ball that much because they're very efficient with the ball and being able to score early and often. I just wanted to point that out too.
Starting point is 00:29:11 Yeah, and then I'm looking now at the chief schedule. Thanks for sending it over Nick. So this is the chief's next few games. Next they have the Seahawks. after that they have the Jets they have the Cardinals the Broncos falcons and then the Bills their next six games so we'll see what happens see the Chiefs that end up beating everybody and lose to the motherfucking Cardinals that's how that shit be you know what I'm saying so um it looks pretty good can't wait for that bill's chief's game though I could just because you said that I could see that being an edit right now
Starting point is 00:29:46 so I'd be like yeah they would lose to the Cardinals and they lose to the carlans can you all imagine that like don't saying things and it's happening I'm 13 and 4 right now this season you know my record is my record is crazy right now yeah let's actually let's read this record so Kim you're you are
Starting point is 00:30:03 13 and 4 Mace you're 7 and 11 Arabia you're 10 and 5 any thoughts to you guys's predictions who's keeping this record I'm 7 in a while no we know they can see you right you know you on camera That's what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:30:19 Who's keeping this record? You know, you got to be shuffling the cards, man. That's crazy. 7 and 11 is, wow. We love 7 and 11. 7 and 11. No.
Starting point is 00:30:32 This is white. That's not title tale. I don't know what that is. That's way under 50%. That's common doors. That's little people. That's all of them. That's propeller, the New York propellers.
Starting point is 00:30:46 New York Pate. Yeah. Helicopters. The New York helicopters. You know, we are all enough to all NFL 32 loser. I'm just, okay. I'm 10 and 5, you're what, 11 and 4? Don't do that because we, we, we right there.
Starting point is 00:31:02 And I feel like a lot. 13. I'm 13 and 4. What are they counting? 13 and 4 and I'm 10. What are they counting? A lot of. What do they count?
Starting point is 00:31:14 What do you mean? When you say 7 and 11? So when I've, asked you guys which game are you going with your picks or then some people might have said like i don't know about this game but like on record the ones that you said this would be your score right now it could change though no there's somebody making that up there's no way yeah it's the ones on for for thursday so okay i'm gonna pay more attention to it i'm gonna pay more attention to it oh now it what you're looking at me for what you're like you're gonna be for anyway right we have something
Starting point is 00:31:47 to say, I seen you grab your pen just now. What did you have to say, because I'm 13 and 4 in your 10.5? Guy, what was you about to say? I'll see you grabbed your pen. What was that? Guy? A lot of times, you do this thing, and I think it makes you really great at your job, and Mace does it too, makes him great at his job. Y'all say things.
Starting point is 00:32:03 If everybody else in the room picks one team and y'all the last person to go, you'll pick the other team to be a contrarian, and just in case everybody else is wrong, you can be the one that's right. So if me and Mace and stat pick one team, you'll be like, I don't know. Oh, man. I'm going with the Raiders because,
Starting point is 00:32:19 just to be different. And sometimes you bank, you bank in a shot on a couple of those. So that's the only reason why am I thinking you a little. And then you on the show every day. I'm only on. Thank you, Arabia. It ain't going to be up more than I am.
Starting point is 00:32:32 You got more opportunities than I do. I'm going here twice a week. And I'm still at 10 and 5. So as a matter of fact, if you consider the fact that I'm only on less than 50%, I'm statistically, I think, doing better than you. The thing about Arabia, we do the picks when you're on. We don't do football all week.
Starting point is 00:32:47 It's not a football show 100%. So it isn't like you have an advantage. Secondly, let me tell you, right? If you and Mace, if the charges are playing, the Kansas City Chiefs, and you two say, I'm picking the Chiefs, I'm not picking the charges to be a contrarian. I'm not doing that.
Starting point is 00:33:08 I'm not going to be like, well, you know what? I want to be different. I think the charge is going to win. Look, listen, I get it. I've been going through this my whole life. It's like, there ain't nothing new. It ain't nothing new, man It's all right, y'all
Starting point is 00:33:21 It's just ain't nothing new, man It's all good And let me tell you my other complaint I mean Go ahead, man, yeah Yeah Tell them why you man Tell them why you're mad
Starting point is 00:33:37 Tell them why you man And another thing Okay No, because see this is This is why Statt you got to do better that because you're unclear with the way you share it with me and then after you share it with me you share it correctly with Cam which gives him a better way to answer it then I'm actually
Starting point is 00:34:00 going first as the lab rat you know to just to see if this is correct and if you notice any of you you could just go back through the series and see of every episode how Kim come right behind me and says, hey, yo, I'm paused and say, how, what is the question again? Because that is not clear to me. I feel like I, I, I, um, I feel like it's so good. No, no, no, no, no, no. I feel like, I'm just making an observation. I feel like this is gas-lining because you could just ask.
Starting point is 00:34:34 What's gas-writing? That's when you're trying to make it seem like what I'm saying, does it make sense when you could also just ask, you could ask again. Or you can repeat again. That's called gaslighting. I think you're gaslighting me by saying, well, it's not me and my picks are wrong. You're just reading the question wrong.
Starting point is 00:34:53 I'm not able to give an educated answer if I'm not giving all the information. I'm having to make an hypothesis. I'm always having to make an hypothesis. I have a few things for you. Listen, that's fair that I do that, but I don't understand two things. I do say, I do be like,
Starting point is 00:35:16 could you ask me a question again? But not when you're saying, I don't understand what you don't understand when somebody says, who do you got, the Philadelphia Eagles or the Washington Redskins? What part don't you understand?
Starting point is 00:35:28 Okay, I hear what you're saying. You're asking me. Right. I'm talking extra, extra slow. What? I'm talking about. What are you talking about? I can get that on other questions,
Starting point is 00:35:48 but you're asking. This question is simple. The Seattle Seahawks or the Los Angeles Rams, what part of that, don't you understand? That would be clear if that was the way it's acts. But normally the way it's asked to me, from my vantage point, is that she's asking it to me in a way like,
Starting point is 00:36:10 what she'll ask it one way but then change the answer or the question slightly for you so it's a different question so about time i you take my answer you're placing it on something without giving me all the information and then you'll say stat where are they playing at or where where you can match that i still say the same thing like if he same way if he went first and you went second it would still be the same question because even he said it and then you came back Are you gaslighting me? No, you're gaslighting me because you're saying I'm saying the question wrong when you can, you have free will to ask whatever question you want when I state the question. Okay.
Starting point is 00:36:48 I'll do that for every question you ask. That's fine. Be sure. You could ask me five, ten questions. I feel like now you're gas license. Secondly, I'll say this as well. Mace is saying that he goes first and we use them as a lad right to send third. Contractually, Mace has to be first.
Starting point is 00:37:09 I don't even know. And another thing. And tragically, Mace has to be first, period. So I don't understand. Now he's a lab ratting when he has to be first. And I don't have a problem with that. I have no problem with that. I don't get it, man.
Starting point is 00:37:26 We can't win up here. There's no one. Amon. Amon. Can I speak to Amon? I understand now what the green dot means. Exactly. The green guy, nothing is safe with him.
Starting point is 00:37:43 No, nothing. No sympathy, no secrecy. No, nothing with him. No, I like it like that. I liked him up in his first voice. I'm just saying, but now they can throw it into lab rat. It's crazy.
Starting point is 00:37:55 That's wild, man. I just need the right information stat. That's, no, that's talking to me. I would like the right information. That's completely clear and fair. We will discuss. I need another dictionary term from you, but I don't got one. You know, you got this term.
Starting point is 00:38:14 Or yesterday. Yesterday. That's what I was saying. I need another dictionary term. I don't have it. I don't have it. If I have questions, I'll ask. This one, I don't have further questions.
Starting point is 00:38:24 But I, what do you say? I hear you. That's how you started. I hear you. So I hear you. You know, and that's that. Dispensation. Okay.
Starting point is 00:38:32 So this last one before we wrap, because I do want to go back to the charters like we discussed. They are 0 and 6. obviously having a lot of trouble right now. A lot of people are pointing fingers, specifically at Justin Herbert's fiance, Madison Beer. So we saw they announced their engagement July 28, 2026, and you know it's like, who's the cause for this?
Starting point is 00:38:52 Because why are we seeing all these issues now? So I'm going to ask you this, Mace, how much of his distraction do you think basically, like, the engagement could really be? Because a former NFL player, he basically said, you know, when you see guys over there past, this past NFL season getting married, It seems like his love was holding him back.
Starting point is 00:39:11 Right now, I don't know what Miss Madison is doing to this young man. So what's your opinion on that? And was my question clear? I can add any more things that you'd like if you'd want me to. I mean, he says Arabia is here. Let her go first. Arabia. I mean, wow.
Starting point is 00:39:29 What a thing it is to be white. I mean, every single year they come up with a new excuse for Justin Herbert. It's his fiance. He don't have a defense. He don't have no weapons. He just got a new coach. He this, he this, he this every single year. Why can't we just chalk it up to?
Starting point is 00:39:45 He's cool. But again, mid, mid, mid, skip, skip. He's not this great quarterback that everybody wants him to be. He looks great in the pocket. He's all whatever, whatever, whatever, but it's not the fiancee. Herbert just either needs more development. Maybe he needs to marry with a different coach because we've seen plenty of quarterbacks go to a different program and end up thriving and instead of surviving. But right now, it's just, we just got to call it.
Starting point is 00:40:08 what it is and Herbert isn't this generational quarterback that he was hyped up to be and the fall from grace that everybody's just still giving him excuses so no it's not his fiancee it's him yeah i'm afraid i'll have to not even afraid i'm going to have to agree with you i know he come from the the strong alumni of the mighty duck bucks but he he's just not panning out you know when you think of a quarterback six six you automatically think he's going to be oh something like this patent manning that we or anybody like that. But, you know, exactly what you said is just not panning out. And we keep making an excuse, not me.
Starting point is 00:40:46 You guys. You guys are part of the reason. Cam every year talks about, is it him and Philip Rivers? And I'm just over it. I'm totally over it. I'm going to be real stellar with the decisions I give you from now on because I've got to get my numbers up. Where Philip Rivers come from?
Starting point is 00:41:05 Philip Rivers. Is it Philip Rivers? You're going with Phillip Rivers. You see a quarterback? Philo Rivers. Yeah, so was Joe Montana. What did we talk about Philo River? Where did Phillip Rivers come from?
Starting point is 00:41:18 It was one of them, guys. Who is the other rivers? They used to be a quarterback. Philip Rivers was a quarterback. They bought them in last year for, like, a few games when the nigga got hurt the nigga. Oh, yeah, that's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:41:35 I'm over all of that, Given the quarterback's chances. I'm over all of that. It's time to be for real. Phillip Rivers is wild. Phila has been out of football for a while, but okay, I'm over Philharov, too. You know, Stan?
Starting point is 00:41:53 I'm over him, too. Could you respect the crust, so I'm just standing clearly, please? Yeah, basically, they're pointing fingers at his engagement in relationship with Madison Beer. How much of a distraction do you think that could really be? Arabia is basically saying they're making excuses for him. He's just not like that this year, this season, or in general.
Starting point is 00:42:11 I'm going to keep it a hundred. I heard Arabia that is now to understand a question. And she says that he's white. And I'm not jacking that. Because I'm not jacking that because I know Arabia, I like what Arabia used to say. She said, look, it's all gossip. You put a football, basketball in front of it and it's gossip. But that's what we do up here a little bit.
Starting point is 00:42:34 We do a little bit of gossip. And we do that with black niggas too. We talk about Zion and his bitches. We talk about who is it, Engham with Glovilla. We talk about Clay Thompson with Megan Nostalian. And we'd be like, yo, is this the reason that he's not playing good? And so I'm not going to blame it on the white factor. But it may be the girl factor.
Starting point is 00:42:59 It may be. I don't know much about his girlfriend or what's going on. But, you know, we talk about Russell Wilson, Sierra. For us, I get where rabies coming, but for this show, it's not race-related.
Starting point is 00:43:13 If you start declining, then we see you in hugging up and kissing and all that. We're like, hey-o, my nigga. You was 0-4-7 last night, my nigga. What was going on? But you got, you know, you're buying Birkins and flowers
Starting point is 00:43:27 and fucking hot tubs with the bitch and fucking bitch feeding your face and all that. When are you going to score 30 again? So I'm not going to go at the racial point, I don't have enough information about his girlfriend to blame it on her.
Starting point is 00:43:41 She's a singer. She's a singer? She's a singer? She's getting money? Yeah, I would say so. Yeah, well, see, that's what comes with winning, right? When you winning, you don't have these problems. Because let me tell you something, if the Chiefs wasn't
Starting point is 00:43:56 winning and they wasn't doing good and all this other and everything, like, maybe Taylor Swift need to stay home. Or maybe Patrick McGorm's girlfriend shouldn't be there. You got to win if you, going to flaunt your joint. You're going to flort your joints, you gotta win, my nigger. If you want them niggas, some niggas don't, they don't care who your girlfriend is,
Starting point is 00:44:12 because you're not that important. So they're gonna find reasons when you're being paid attention to why you're not playing good, my opinion. Yeah. We'll see you. You know what I think the difference is with, I can't speak to basketball, but the difference between that with Russell Wilson and Sierra
Starting point is 00:44:28 is I remember that episode, y'all was comparing, like, oh, when he was with Seattle, he was good, and comparing like, okay, well, when he got with Sierra, When did he start the decline? The difference between that is Herbert was never that. Herbert never won a Super Bowl. Herbert was never at this top tier elite player.
Starting point is 00:44:43 And then when he got with somebody, he declined. It's just every year is a difference. There's just a continuation of the white privilege. That's been happening since he got into the league. So it's just another excuse for another year. That's why I said. Good point. Very good point.
Starting point is 00:44:56 Well, great conversation, y'all. Y'all, today was a good day. It was a great day, actually. But y'all, that is all the time. Now we have for today. Arabia, you know, it's always a pleasure to have you on the show. Thank you so much for having me. It's a pleasure to be here.
