along with your host, Mace, and Cam.
Murder, what up?
What's going on, Marla?
I'm so sick of niggas.
Who are you sicker now?
What's going on?
Who are you sick of?
What's happening?
Where where Larry at?
Where's the chicken at?
I don't know.
Larry's sick, man.
Larry's sick.
He thinks we haul him hustling him, he said.
You ain't show up to his show.
And he said we haul him hustled him.
Now he's on the run.
Why didn't you go to Larry's show, bro?
They was waiting on you.
Oh, yeah, he said he wanted to talk about the aliens.
We had a discussion.
He didn't do his part, so I thought that was my cue not to come, you know?
What do?
What happened?
You know.
I don't know.
No, no, no, because he thinks we...
So I had a bet with Larry, so let's be clear out here.
We had a bet that Mace wouldn't show up.
I know Mace for years.
I know that he wasn't coming.
But Larry think...
I ain't going to say Lari, think that.
He bought it up.
He said we Harlem hustled him.
And I'm like, meaning that I told Mace, don't show up and I bust the money down.
And I didn't even have to speak to Mace.
I already know Mace.
He's not coming.
He's talking about he wanted to drive out to the place, the aliens be at.
I said, I don't know if I want to take that trip.
I got better things to do with my time and be chasing aliens.
No, I ain't going to lie to, Morton.
It's a really dope show.
It's interesting.
It is a good show.
Yeah, I like it.
I want to be on the show.
I want to be on the show, but I don't want to drive out.
You know, Killiv, I'm going to get in the truck with somebody and drive out to a remote place.
Nobody's there.
In Vegas, killer, come on.
That don't sound right.
Don't take some kind of chances.
He'll meet me in the desert.
You're going to shoot a podcast.
You know, I just don't take some kind of chances.
I understand how you move.
But I will say this, that the show Alienated is really, really dope.
It comes on every week since.
who's in the building of day is on their treasure,
which was actually on the last episode.
But it's very entertaining.
It's on the network.
Make sure y'all check it out, man.
It's a really, really funny show, man.
But I understand where you're coming for murder in the desert.
Yeah, you know, there's a lot going on these days.
A lot of people cleaning up their tracks, you know what I'm saying?
I don't need to be having no podcast in the desert.
I dig that.
Well, Treja, how'd you like being on the show?
It was fun. It was definitely different. Definitely fighting for my life at one point.
You just got to watch to see because I think what's funny to me is I think like people,
sometimes people think I might get like easily offended or my feelings be hurt. And just because
I'm a nice person doesn't mean that I don't stand my ground. That's what I will say. And I think
people get like nice, confused with like, oh, she's just going to sway anyway.
Like, no, I have thoughts, strong thoughts, and I'll relay those thoughts and make those
thoughts clear.
Like, I'm just a happy person.
So the way I presented might just look happy.
But I said what I said.
So make sure y'all go check it out because you will see what I'm talking about.
That's what I'm saying.
That's what I'll say.
Shout to the show early, mainly.
Yes.
Okay.
So let's get into football.
We got a lot to talk about today.
But first, we're going to start with the Super Bowl.
is this Sunday. We know it's the Seahawks versus the Patriots. Mace going to let you go first.
Final prediction time. Who do you think wins?
Man, this is really hard because Fawas, I want New England, I mean, I want Sam Donald to prove
everybody wrong, but it just seemed like Drake made them is going to get it done. So I'm going to
go with New England. I got to go with New England. You know, that was my team a while ago.
So, you know, I got to go back home for this game, for this game.
Mace, when was this your team?
You know, it's too early for this.
It is.
You're right, it is.
You know what?
You're actually right.
You're right.
You know what?
You're actually right.
It is too early for this.
When was this your team?
When was this your team?
I'm just curious.
When was this your team?
Who was playing?
What was happening?
Who was it?
Tim.
Cam, I didn't speak.
to you for like 15, 16 years.
There was other stuff I was doing.
Not all of my life, you know.
That's fair.
Yeah, so this is my team.
Let me ask you.
I think it was everybody's team with Tom Brady.
All right.
All right.
So let me ask you this.
When the Kansas City would come here,
and the Patriots stopped becoming your team.
And being that we wasn't speaking,
were there any other teams that were in your teams in between us.
Well, you know, the Giants was my team when he caught the pass on the helmet.
And then, you know.
I like winners.
And what can I say?
I like winners.
I got a winning spirit.
I got a winning spirit.
That's how I'll explain it.
I got a winning spirit.
It's not like wallow.
like, Walo jumps on a team when they win.
I'm like one of those people I can foresee it.
So, you know, like a year too early, I see where it's going.
Like San Antonio is going to win a championship.
So, you know, in the future, next year, that might be my team, you know.
Not this year, but next year, it might be my team.
They're growing into a championship fantasy.
I like winning.
We don't want you.
We don't want you.
And we don't need you.
you over there with us. I appreciate it
you'd say. I was a
San Antonio fan before you.
That's crazy. That's crazy, Marlon.
That's crazy. When did you, when was
this? When was this? Because I was
a San Antonio fan in junior high
school. Oh yeah,
I set you up for this, but probably not
junior high school, but
in junior high school, I was a Laker
fan when you was in junior high.
But I think
around when I did
the Harlem World album, if you look at
my hat, it's a San Antonio hat, killer.
What do you got to say about that?
You got a lot of team jerseys during that era,
murder.
You got in the Cincinnati hat right now.
Is that your team too for baseball?
Yeah, but I went on the cover.
This is for y'all.
This is for Ohio.
Yeah, I appreciate it.
Thank you.
We really do.
But you wore a lot of jerseys.
I thought you would say y'all don't want me there either,
but, you know, I try to show love here and there, you know?
All right, murder.
You're fast talking, man.
I dig it.
I'm not, we don't want you back with the Spurs.
I'm just going to make that clear.
But for the Super Bowl...
I told you I was a Spurr fan around, you know,
when I had my hat backwards with the San Antonio on it.
You could look this up, Killer.
This is public records.
Anyway, for the Super Bowl.
For the Super Bowl...
I don't know what to say.
Me and you, I have nothing to say.
For the Super Bowl, my pick...
I'm going with the Seahawks.
The thing about the Seahawks, look, if Seam Donald plays well, I believe it's a plus.
Their defense is really good.
Special teams is good, and their running game has been exceptional throughout the playoffs.
For New England to win, Drake May has to play good.
And he's been playing good.
You know, he didn't have the best game in their last game.
They still end up pulling it off maybe because of weather or anything else.
but for them to win decently or convincingly,
not just convincingly, the win period,
Drake May has to play good.
I don't think the Sam Donald has to play good
for the Seahawks to win.
We've seen when they play the Rams twice this year.
You know, one game he had four interceptions
and they still could almost win the game.
The next game he threw two interceptions
and they actually did win the game.
So it's been games, even though he played really, really well
in the conference finals.
I, pardon me, that's a conference by an NFC championship.
He played really, really well,
and that's why they dominated so well
because they play so well without him having to play well.
I think that this is the reason the Seahawks win this game
because they don't have to depend on Sam Darn to win.
Now, if he does play good, it's a bonus,
but I'm going to pick the Seahawks to win the game.
Okay, and then last prediction real quick,
Mace, who do you think will win?
win Super Bowl MVP?
Definitely, if New England wins it, we got to give the MVP to Drake May.
I don't think it'll go to Stefan Diggs, but I definitely think it'll go to Drake May
if in New England win it.
I mean, the MVP's, I think, are going to be pretty obvious.
Normally, it goes to a quarterback.
Very seldom do it go to anybody else?
So I would go and Drake May.
Yeah, that's a broad question because I just said how good that the Seahawks play without Sam
Donnell having to play good.
I don't have a prediction for that because I don't know what phase is in the game.
Seattle's going to dominate in or winning.
But, you know, Mesa is right about that.
Nine out of ten times, a lot of times, not all the time, but nine, I would say eight out of ten times.
The quarterback does get MVP.
but I think Seattle's so good that it doesn't have to necessarily be Sam Donald,
so I'm not sure exactly who's going to get MVP.
Okay.
So now we're going to get into our underdog picks of the day,
but we're going to do things just a little bit differently.
So we're going to look at the touchdown scores this time.
So I'll name a player, and y'all let me know if you think they'll score a rushing
or receiving touchdown or not by saying higher or lower.
So first player, Mace, we got Stefan Diggs.
Do you think he's going to score a touchdown?
Higher, yes, lower.
lower, no.
I got to say yes.
He's having a hell of a year off the field, you know.
This will be perfect for him to show up in the Super Bowl.
I'm going to go higher, even though I know he probably won't, but I'm going to go higher.
I think I have a good game, but I don't think necessarily a touchdown.
I'm going to go lower.
Okay.
Next player, we got Cooper Cup, Cam.
Yes, we're no, higher or lower.
I'm going to go higher.
Cooper doesn't get the yards that he used.
to get, but he's very effective and short yard pickup.
So in the red zone, I think if Seattle's in the red zone, that's what they're going to look for in the red zone.
So I'm going to go higher.
Okay.
Mace.
Yeah, I'm definitely going higher.
Okay.
Okay.
Now, last one, Mace.
Drake May.
What are we thinking?
I'm thinking he will have a touch zone.
I'm definitely believing he will.
And they got to be receiving or?
Rushing or receiving.
Yeah.
We'll brush it.
No, not rushing.
I didn't understand that question.
I'll go lower.
Yeah, look, Drake may have been a dog throughout the playoffs
and when he needed to run.
He needed to run.
Actually scored a touchdown.
Last game, I believe it was.
I'm going to go lower, though.
I don't think he'll have a rushing touchdown.
So if y'all agree with one of our picks,
make sure you'll go to the underdog app
and you guys can make the same pick as us.
Just make sure you choose the player, go higher or lower.
and you're all set.
Okay, so moving along from Super Bowl,
but just getting into the radio road
because we're seeing a lot of athletes answer questions,
discussing a lot of different topics and things like that.
So Kay Adams asked Eagles Cooper DeGine
about his alleged relationship with WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella.
So this has caused a lot of just talk
because Cooper is 22 and Nikki is 42, Mace.
Do you think any questions are off limits
for athletes or entertainers
when they're discussing these questions, these topics,
or do you think all is fair?
When it comes to people in personal life,
people want to know about it.
When you're a celebrity,
people want to know what's going on with you.
I think it's on you to tell them before the interview
what you would like to stay away from.
But if you don't do that, then all is fair.
You know, if you're a celebrity, your life is going to be public anyway.
You don't get to be like private.
I don't think you do.
Who is that?
Yeah, Cooper DeGine for the Eagles.
And then he's allegedly dating at WWE Hall of Famer.
He was being asked questions about his relationship,
looked visibly uncomfortable.
So the conversation now is kind of like,
are there certain questions that you think are off limits
for athletes or entertainers or you think all's fair?
You think she being there tackling that, nigga?
I'm not going to lie.
For a lot of boys, I feel like that's their dreams.
to get me put in the scissors for the WWE Hall of Fame to put the nigga in the scissors
one of them one thither the WWE champion what position he played pause uh what
let me let me actually let me oh yeah corner oh yeah they be in there practicing
Yo, this girl, right?
This girl sent me this video
of her bench pressing mad,
mad fucking weights and shit
doing like this afterwards.
Like that shit was going to turn me on.
I'm like, you know, like,
yo, why did you send me that?
He was bench pressing mad weights.
How much was it?
It wasn't. Don't to me wrong.
I wasn't crazy, but it was the 45s
and a little one under the 45.
I guess 10 pounds on under the 40s.
and then got up and did this.
And I'm like,
shout out to my sister, Cole.
Shout out to Cole.
Me and Cole was looking at him.
He was like, yo, what did she think
that's going to turn you on?
I'm like, I don't know.
Like, sure.
Was she a wrestler?
Might as well.
No, she wasn't even.
the wrestler. That's the whole shit about it.
That's what fuck me up. Murder is that she had a regular
day job. I don't know she was like that underneath
her clothes and shit. She was
bust out and I'm like, she had a nigga
with Hulkomania and all that shit. I'm like, yo,
what are we supposed to do with that?
You know what I'm saying?
That's crazy. I remember I was in the gym, right?
This girl was bad. She'd be lifting waste shit. She was
sexy and shit. She wasn't living them
Drayson, I walked up to, I said, you think you could beat me in a wrestling match?
That's just a random.
She was like, I beat most men in wrestling matches.
I ain't going to lie, I kind of turn me on, but I don't want the W.W.E. champ.
Imagine you come and she'll talk with a dresser like this.
Close line on the intro.
Yeah.
She gets carried away and hit you with a chair.
You never know.
Yeah, man.
It might be a real rumble.
I might actually bring her girlfriends in for the pajamas.
Party is a royal rumble.
This thing is wild.
Yo, oh shit.
Now, let me stop.
Yo, nah, shout out the real love.
Goodbye.
Yeah, that's crazy.
I was fine love out there.
That's how you find love.
I was just joking around, seriously.
because I don't know the relationship
but congratulations if y'all are in love
but Mace is right I agree with Mace
where people don't realize
when you do interviews right
and it's simple
but I think people don't understand it
that they think they're trapped there
when you do an interview
like Mace said before the interview
you can say
look this is why I want to stay away from
I don't want to talk about this
talk about this talk about this
when I've interviewed people
they've told me things they don't want to talk about
and I said and I said
cool. Even if you don't say that before the interview, if somebody brings this up, brings up
something that you're not comfortable talking with, I think the people don't understand they can be
like, I'm not talking about that, let's move on. And then if they press you again, you'd be like,
if you ask me again, I think I'm going to get up and lead. They don't get that. I think that
they're trapped in the interview, I have to answer every and every, any and every question
that's presented to them. It is very simple. If somebody asks you something that you don't
to be bothered with, say, I'm not talking about that,
let's move on. And if they don't get that, then walk away.
You're not obligated to answer anything in an interview,
and I think a lot of people don't get that.
But you can tell them before the interview,
you don't have to do it, and you don't have to answer anything.
Even in the interrogation room, you don't have to answer.
It's the shit called the fifth.
You don't have to answer, no questions.
Never, my nigga.
What I was supposed to do?
Yeah.
There's nothing, nigger.
Right.
I think people don't understand that.
So just advice to those that don't know doing interviews, man.
You don't have to answer anything ever.
Yeah.
Good little masterclass.
Only thing I will say to this is like I could,
it's like when you see his body language,
I could tell he didn't think it was going to go where.
And who knows?
Because that's kind of been like a Dodge question a lot.
Maybe it was said.
But you know a lot of times when people do interviews,
they're going to try to push for an answer anyways.
So him also just trying to like probably, like I'm trying to think of like the other side
of it.
He's probably like maybe she'll stop asking me about it.
But then it is kind of like a big like flag like that everybody's kind of been discussing.
So it's like I also feel like if you know that there's potentially somebody going to ask
that, you can also skip interviews altogether.
But just depends kind of how you want to work around it because I just feel like people are
going to push if they feel like they can't get an answer.
so I could see both sides on that.
Okay, so bat-tracking into the regular season.
So if you guys remember, there was an altercation between Alliance fan and D.K. Metcalf,
which they're saying allegedly D.K. Metcalf hit the fan.
So the fan has actually filed a $100 million lawsuit against Metcalf,
Chad Johnson, and Shannon Sharp claiming he was not only physically harmed,
but was also accused of making racial rights.
remarks. So he said the alleged assault by Metcalf was just the beginning and that Kennedy was
embarrassed, which is the guy's name, nationally in the days that followed on a podcast hosted by
Johnson, he said, being publicly labeled a racist based on something I did not say has caused
serious damage to my family business reputation has put my personal safety at risk. So just,
you know, we saw the clip, we saw what happened. He actually held a press conference.
Mase, what do you think of the incident at his whole? Because $100 million is big.
cash. A hundred million is a lot, you know. But I think people got to start watching what they say.
Like, you're seeing things that could affect people's days, seeing things that could affect people's
lifestyle. And sometimes, you know, what you're saying could go, it could cross barriers. It could
cross business. It could cross social culture, just everything. I think people got to start watching
what they say. So I think the $100 million is kind of steep, but who knows what a person got going on?
You don't know if a person has business behind a scene that this is costing them a million-dollar deal
or, I mean, a multimillion-dollar deal that they have on the table or some stock offers.
There's a lot of things that people are doing outside of what you see people doing.
So that got to be considered when people are making statements.
A lot of times people sue for a amount
that they know they're not going to get
so they could get a decent amount.
So if it's 100, right, I'm pretty sure.
I'm not saying him.
Because I ain't saying shit about him.
I ain't got time.
You my nigger.
But if somebody sues for $100 million,
then they be like, here go 10,
they'd be like, all right, I can love with you.
10 because they act like they took 90 off.
So you go for a wild number to get a number that's realistic.
And I'm not saying 10 is realistic.
I don't know.
Like May I say, we don't know what's going on in his life.
But when these numbers come out, what they're actually going for.
And like I said, I'm not talking about him just in general.
They go with another number because they really might have wanted five or 10 or something
like that.
So like I said, that's all I got to say about that.
Okay. And speaking of $100 million, because that's just the topic of the conversation as of lately.
So Terrence Crawford explains why even $100 million wouldn't bring him back to boxing.
He was asked if there was a number that could get him back in the ring. And he said, nah, because now you're selling your soul.
Channing Crowder said, $100 million, you could have my soul. So then Crawford replied, that's you. Now we know your character.
So, Mace, what's your take on that? And there's also a second part that we'll follow up and discuss too.
but I just want to focus on that clip
because it did go viral.
What did you think about what Terrence Crawford had to say?
I think when it comes to Terrence Crawford,
he said a lot of interesting things.
I think he's an amazing talent.
I think he, I like the fact that he prioritizes character
and he's one of those upstanding people
when they come to the sport of boxing.
He never cheats us in performances when it comes to boxing.
And I like the fact that he called the guy out.
I like that.
I like when people are really true to who they are
and what they believe and don't sway
when it comes to somebody else that have a major platform.
So I do like that fact.
Yeah, I mean, you got to take him for what his word is.
Terrence Crawford, when it comes to him,
he has a very straight-on-tunneled personality.
It isn't like he kikis with everybody is.
and like he's friends with everybody.
He has a circle that he fucks with.
And he lives in Nebraska to where he doesn't want to live in New York.
You ask him about, he'll ask him like, why you don't live in a big city?
He'll say New York is dirty or L.A. is this or this place is that.
He likes where he's from and he probably knows how to budget his money to where it's going to last him.
The rest of his life or investments or anything else that he's doing.
Maybe he'll be a trainer, so on and so forth.
But I don't think you get any side personalities.
with Terrence Crawford.
Like, you don't see him being one way in one interview
and being somebody else somewhere else.
So you got to take him at face value for what he's saying.
Kind of sad because I definitely would love to see him fight again.
I think he did a great job against Canelo.
But there's been fighters who kept to their word.
You know, it's times when I wanted to see motherfucking Lennox Lewis come back.
And Lennox Lewis stuck to his word.
He really didn't come back.
It's probably somebody else that I'm not thinking of.
But when they tell you, certain people, when they tell you they're retiring, they're retiring.
Then you got other fighters to say they're retiring and the money and bring them back.
And I'm not knocking them neither.
Because if you're saying you're retiring and for the right price, everybody's not financially stable.
Like he may be financially stable.
Some people might be like, look, $100 million can help me to fuck out.
And some people, I believe, use that as marketing, right?
So when I say marketing, you're like, yo, this nigga retired, but we'll bring him back out.
I think they never was going to retire.
I'm not saying Terrence Crawford, I'm just saying people in general.
We use it for music, right?
Jay-Z was supposed to retire after his first album, me on like this 19th album.
All the, you know, people use that as marketing, my personal opinion.
Floyd then retired.
Then Marquez called him out.
And so now Marquez, whoever calls him out, he'd be like, all right, cool, I grab him,
have a ready million.
I'm not saying that's their bad character
for anything like that.
I'm saying they know out of market
to make more money for fights.
So congratulations to Terence Crawford.
It was a hell of a career.
I really wish I would see him fight again
because I think he's kind of at his peak right now.
Not saying he hasn't been good this whole career,
but, you know, after that Canelo fight
was a real, real good fight.
But congratulations to you, Chair, and best wishes.
Okay.
Hold on, sends a boxing fan.
What do you have to think?
What do you have to say about this, sir?
I think what he said was completely grounded and it was right.
And, I mean, I cringed a little moment for the other host because I watched the show.
I know it's Ryan Clark and what's the other guy's name?
Yeah, Jake Crowder.
I crouched for him a little bit because he was trying to be funny and Crawford wasn't.
The mark did not hit.
Yeah, yeah.
It was like, damn.
But I understood where he was coming from.
And there was Andre Ward who stayed retired, who, who you.
You wanted to come back, right?
Who did I?
I wanted to come back.
Andre Ward?
What about him?
You're saying that it was boxes that stay, retire,
who you, who you wanted to come back and they never came back.
Was Andre Ward?
Never?
No, we was talking about me and you, so me and Sin was talking about
boxers who retired who never came back for possibly being money.
And I'm not dissing Andre Ward.
I like Andre Ward too.
But I remember when they was trying to find a fight for Jake Paul,
and he was like,
well you know I'm around
and
you're like if we really want an opponent
you know I'll fuck around and come back for that
and it's not for legacy for Jake Paul
for Andre Ward it would have been for chicken
and I'm not knocking Andre Ward for that
and sparring match for 40, 50 million dollars
I ain't knocking it but that's what we was talking about
we was talking about
people who would have came back for money
and that's no slight Andre Ward at all.
Yeah, Andre Ward.
Andre Ward definitely wasn't coming back for the money.
He was basically saying because Jake Paul was beating up a lot of the famous black people that we know.
So he was like if they're trying to get somebody older, it wasn't just for the money.
I don't think.
I think he was basically seeing how he was putting niggas to sleep and bragging about it.
Like he was beating so many black fighters.
Yeah, I remember that.
It was after Mike Tyson.
He got mad at that.
Yeah.
And the thing about it, yeah, thing about it is just fight them for freedom.
That's what it's about, right?
What?
He's doing that.
If it's black power.
I'm not saying if it's all about that, just fight for free.
It's about black power.
Yeah, if it's about blackness, just do it for free.
Right or wrong.
That's the second thing you said today was like, what?
What?
How that's like what?
Because murder is basically saying it ain't about the money
and you're agreeing with it.
I didn't know this.
I'm not telling y'all wrong.
But if it's about what he did to Mike Tyson
and what he's doing to black people,
just do it for the culture.
That's what I'm saying.
I'll beat him up hold of fist.
Yeah.
I get what you saying.
Yeah.
If you just unraveling everything,
then unravel what Terrance said too.
Then if that's where you're going,
he's not just retiring because he didn't want to fight.
He was in a weight club.
ass with Benavides. He's not going to fight Benavides. Best
thing to do is retire. Yeah, that don't make sense.
See? So there's a second part of the quote. And I get where you guys are saying,
but it's like he's fighting for the legacy. Like I get what you're saying also like fight for free.
People still got to pay the bills. That's part of it.
These niggas say black power. I said the niggins for that chicken. I didn't say that.
They, they don't want like it wasn't all about.
that care.
If it wasn't,
a guy in the fight for free.
Do you know what they go through?
Like, boxing?
Like, you got to pay for
belts that you don't want.
You know what I mean?
It's a whole lot.
That's why he says sell your soul.
You got to train, hurt your body.
You got to do this.
I mean, it's part of their career.
But when he says sell your soul,
that's not what I want to do anymore.
So I'm selling my soul.
That's what he's saying.
Y'all are what Thomas Crawford?
I want Andre Ward.
Yeah, so are you selling your soul
when you're doing it?
Well, once you accomplish what he's accomplished,
if I don't want to do it no more,
and they got the briefcase in my face,
and I'm like, oh, you know what?
All right, yeah, that is kind of selling your soul.
What Terrence Crawford said this, too,
sorry to cut you off, he said he got in the game to be a champion.
And that was a statement.
I don't know how many weight classes,
but he's undisputed twice, I think,
and I think that I don't know how many weight classes,
but he's a champion over and over and over again.
But that's what he said.
That's the one quote that he did say that I liked.
He's like, he never really got in it for money.
Money is helped, of course.
But he got into it to be a champion.
I think everything he said, integrity-wise, was spot on, bro.
Like, he looked really, really grounded.
And like you said, Statt Ensign,
he made the other nigga feel like shit.
Yeah.
He made that nigga feel like shit.
Because it makes you look at yourself.
Like a lot of people are quick to do anything for a check.
And I understand money pays bills.
That's important.
But like you really have to understand what's important to you at the core of everything that you do.
Like, let me ask you this.
Like, because money is important.
Yes.
And people like to live a better life.
What do you think about females who go get shot on, shit on in Dubai?
They don't have any morals.
They don't.
A lot of, not even girls who do stuff in Dubai.
A lot of girls who do their everyday thing do not have any morals.
Yeah, man.
Because people at this point, it's like a line between like, like, there's a line between
survival and like luxury.
A lot more people are like.
I like that.
No, because it's like a big thing.
It's like some women are at the point where it's like they're not just trying to survive.
They're trying to portray a life that they cannot afford.
Like, like if you have a job already, you are blessed, right?
if you are making your own money, you're blessed.
People want beyond that.
People are like, okay, I make money,
but I want to go first class to Dubai.
I want a Chanel bag.
I want to fly this.
I want to, like, that is not realistic for the everyday person.
Like, that's why social media to me makes no sense right now
because people have these unrealistic expectations of life.
That is not what the everyday person is doing.
I know social media glorifies everything and we're seeing rappers and athletes and actors and stuff.
And that's great.
But they've also worked really hard to get to those points.
And some people on the other side have gotten real lucky.
But it's like you cannot expect like a luxury lifestyle.
If you can't provide that.
And then I understand some people are just going to do anything for a check.
But like that's when you lose like who you are.
Like just for what?
A bag.
A first class flight.
Really.
Really.
Yeah.
I think honestly it's time to define that statement because it's get it gets stated so much.
about what does it mean to sell your soul?
All you're really saying is money make your decisions.
If that definition is the real definition,
then even the people that think they're not selling their soul
or selling their soul,
because they made decisions just for money.
All around deep conversation.
I just want to say something to Cam,
when you're talking about the girl's shit in Dubai.
They also got to eat the shit as well.
And it's just not for that night.
It's for the week.
It's a contract.
Yeah, it's a contract.
You got to eat the shit as well.
Shit, eat it.
So when the female rappers go to Dubai, they have to eat it.
If they want to get shit on, that's part of the contract.
You got to eat some of the shit, too.
You got some of you book somebody over there?
Came back with stomach problems.
Came back with stomach problems and a Chanel back.
What are we doing?
What are we doing?
I don't care.
It's wrong.
It's wrong.
It's wrong.
The Chanel gag is crazy.
Oh, that's what it's Chanel.
I look at Chanel differently now.
That's crazy.
I don't want to see nobody with a Chanel bag.
So what do you got to do for a Birkin?
Different story.
That's why I will always say I respect all the women that are grinding,
chasing their goals, keeping their morals,
and doing what they got to do.
And say to the men who are,
You know, just grind, just grind.
That's all I'm saying.
That's all I'm saying.
Yeah, but that's what I'm saying, right?
And I'm on your side.
I'm not talking against you.
I'm definitely on your side.
But some girls will be like,
I'm telling you conversations I hear with chicks argue.
Yeah.
I was in my house, right?
And I had some girls arguing with each other.
And this girl was like,
yo, I'm a wife,
arguing with this other girl.
One girl was a bartender.
One girl was a stripper, which they argue about shit like that.
And this girl's like, I'm a wife.
I'm a wife.
And she's like, you don't really have nothing.
You're a wife.
And I have a G-wagon, and I have an apartment, this and now,
you and your husband live here and so.
So she's like, yeah, but I'm a wife.
She's like, yeah, and you suck dicks.
She said, yeah, I suck four or five dicks a week.
And I make what you make in a year.
And I'm like, this conversation's kind of wow.
So, it's just, for real, I couldn't believe it.
It's in my kitchen.
And I was like, I was just looking.
So sometimes, and I'm like, I'm totally on the wife.
side and yes side what you're saying.
But some girls have the attitude like you could be moraled out because your morals are different
from my morals.
I'd rather be financially secure while you're working a nine to five breaking your back and
all I do is X, Y, Z.
So some girls don't even have the mentality of that.
And I'm totally agreeing with what you guys are saying, but I'm just telling you some
female's mentality.
It's not even that.
They look past the morals.
Now there are.
Or what their morals should be.
Now I will add to that, there are a lot of women.
who like started that way or in that because they're like, look, I just got to make some money.
And then I'm going to figure out what I got to do after that don't want to do that.
And I also think that's fine too.
Because also like I want to make it clear too.
I am not dissing strippers.
Like do what you got to do because if you're going to get that bag and that works for you,
go get that bag because that's going to work for you.
But just always remember what your morals are and what you're willing to do and don't
let people push you past things that you don't want to do just for a check.
That's what I'm going to say.
If you're comfortable, go do what you, go do what you got to do.
If that pays the pills and your family and it happens for a lot of people, go do it.
Because finding jobs nowadays is also real hard too.
So let's not act like that's just an easy thing that everybody can just get nowadays.
So I also respect that.
But I just think trying to act as if, like, I don't think we should be in positions where it's like, well, I'm a bartender and you're a stripper.
Like, my job is better than you're.
Like, if you make that money, you good, you good.
That's a big difference when them girls be auger.
you seat it into pledge.
You said this is a lot.
Because they're all in the same building.
Yeah.
Okay.
So our conversation always goes different ways.
But it'd be good conversations, good perspectives.
Okay.
So we got one more quote from Terrence Crawford that I think would be interesting to
talk about before we go to break.
So he also spoke on his perspective of Muhammad Ali's legacy.
So he said we all look up to Ali as the most iconic boxer ever.
and to see him deteriorate as he did,
we don't want to be like that.
You're the greatest fighter of all time,
but you can't even take care of yourself.
You can't even wash your own ass.
Is it worth it?
No, it's not.
And then basically he said,
I gave my awe to boxing,
but I'm not going to give my health to boxing.
So, Mace, what do you make of this comment from Terrence Crawford?
I like this, I like this comment.
I think some boxers, like when it comes to Terrence Crawford,
because he did take, you know,
he took punches to give punches.
So his style of fight made him susceptible to have to look at this health.
Then there's people like Floyd Mayweathers that is completely healthy because he took no
damage.
His whole career, I don't ever think of a time where Floyd got really damaged.
Somebody like Muhammad Ali, he was taking a lot of shots to just prove whatever he was trying
to prove.
And though it was very entertaining, I can see how that will come back and be a problem.
problem to his health. So I think when it come to boxers, different boxes will have to think about
their health. But there are some boxes that have never really taken any major damage no matter
how long they fought. So if you're going to take a lot of damage, then you definitely need to
retire early to make sure you have all your faculties there. And some fight has never been knocked
out. Like I heard killer, he was talking about Lennox Lewis earlier, but I remember
and rockin on just hit him one time and knocked him out right and then he came back and got the
knockout back but then there was a lot of time that he did take punishment so you know that the brain
is is very fragile and once that brain has been altered it could come back to be major damage
years to come so your health is first and it doesn't matter how much money you have if you don't
have health health is first y'all just answered the question what you just asked a little while
ago, what do you mean by selling your soul?
Was you doing that before?
That's another way of what he's saying,
I don't want to sell my soul.
I could potentially die in the ring.
I know he's Terrence Crawford,
but I mean, shit,
can you beat everybody in the world?
Well, maybe he can.
But that's what he means
when he'd be like, I don't want to sell myself.
I don't want to put myself through each level of boxing
to, you know, do that again.
You can keep you 100 million.
I got, I'm good.
I don't want to sell my soul again for that $100 million.
That's what he meant.
That's another thing.
Yeah, so when you say he wouldn't sell his soul for that money,
what I think I'm trying to convey is every time he fought for less money,
the same danger was on the table.
Right.
It wasn't a different danger on the table.
So now that you've accomplished your goals, you don't want to sell your soul,
that's how it sounds to my ears.
And I respect Terrence on every level when it comes.
the boxing, but I think it's just the wrong choice of words.
Because if you're talking about selling your soul under the pretense of when I sell my soul,
money is making my decision.
Well, then if you say, then why did you fight the other fights?
Why did you hold out for certain fights if money wasn't making the decision?
Like me, I'm not one of those guys.
You can tell anything because I'm a word smith.
I got to pay attention to the words.
So when you told Turkey Alice Sheik that you needed more money, was that selling your soul?
These are questions that you got to answer when you say certain things like Killer always tell me.
Like, it's the internet out here.
Niggins know what you last said, right?
So all I'm doing is we're playing back something he may have said before that he's probably forgotten about.
And it's just a question.
Was that selling your soul back there when you said you needed more?
money to fight, because that would contradict the other two statements.
He probably wish he used the different words, probably.
Now that you put it like that, because it's like, but if I don't want to do something anymore
and money's making me do that, then I feel like I'm not selling my soul.
Maybe, I don't know a word for that.
You could be bought.
Is that what you're trying to say?
I don't know.
I'm just trying to figure out the words for you.
No, if I don't want to...
We're not saying that Terrance can be bought 100%,
but we're just saying that his former statements
don't go with this statement today.
Because I retire, I don't want to do it anymore.
That's it. I'm done.
That's the part I'm stuck on.
You know what I mean?
I'm done.
Oh, I got to do it again.
Why?
Because of money, I'll do it again.
But I don't want to.
But before I wanted to, and I did what I came to do.
So once I stop and, you know, I would think that can't be boy.
It's just that, yeah.
I was just trying to find a word for you.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I didn't say that.
That was a good conversation.
Yeah, that was great.
Let us know what you guys think in the comments down below.
Okay, so we're going to go to break.
We return.
We will discuss the NBA trade deadline.
Don't go anywhere.
You can't get paid.
Now earth this big, you worthless kids.
You know the rest.
That's like.
Life, nigger.
That's life, nigg, life, nigger.
Welcome back.
So the NBA trade deadline is officially done.
So let's review the trades that did and didn't happen, starting with Jha.
So Jha, as well now, staying with the Grizzlies.
Multiple teens were intrigued by his talent, but none were willing to make a serious offer.
So there's actually a quote here from Kekjik Perkins that I want you guys' opinion on.
And then just him being on the Grizzlies as a whole.
So Kendra Perkins said, John Morant better wake the hell up because in two years after this contract, he could find himself out the league.
Mace, do you even see that as a possibility?
What do you think is going on here?
And how do you feel about John Morant not getting traded?
I'm really, I'm really concerned about this because when you think of John Morant, he's a phenomenal talent.
Even though his latter years haven't been as productive due to a lot of off-court stuff,
he's one of those people that is like a diamond in a rough,
but it seemed like he's just focused on the rough instead of being a diamond, right?
Because his dad, though I love his dad for him,
he got to get people around him that could take him to the next level right now.
This is when Keep It Real goes wrong, you know?
Like when he gets to another team, this is a concern and this is a serious concern.
We watched how the league did Overson at the end of his career, right?
Going from Denver and then going to the Pistons, then coming off the bench for Robert Stucky.
I still remember that.
Like, I can't bring no Overson off the bench.
But this is what happens if the personnel and your lifestyle off of the court is that.
much a detriment to the team.
And even when he's on the court, you know, when he's not playing, fighting people, getting
into, you know, different things with players, and he's not even playing that game.
He's just been a terrible distraction to the Memphis Grizzies.
And it seemed like a few years ago, he was such a Sean and Bright start to that team.
So I would love to see Jock get back to where he was before, but I got to hold him accountable.
This is looking really concerned, especially when there's a trade deadline and nobody puts a real offering for him.
Nobody put a real offer in for John.
Everybody was just waiting on Janus.
And other pieces were moving.
And Josh stayed right there.
That's crazy.
Because you're not going to tell me Jared Jackson and everybody else was the problem and not Jai.
You know what I'm saying?
They got Bain out of there.
It's looking crazy for him right now.
This is when that was a, man,
that was one of your best takes to add on to what you said.
I see Michael Beasley talking about and he was like,
this is his pops too.
This is Michael Beasley where it's not mine.
He's like, yo, his pops is living through him
and not treating him like a son more like a brother.
And that's cool to have that type of relationship with your father as well.
But there's no guidance.
And we always talk about how when you're winning,
you can get away with a lot when you're good.
When you're good and you're winning, they'll figure it out.
When you're good and you're not winning and you're a headache,
sometimes the problems are not going to outweigh the talent.
And right now that's exactly what's going on.
John Moran is great, phenomenal player,
but your problems off the court is not outweighing your talent, bro.
And they're not winning.
If you was winning, they'll figure it out.
But every week it's a new gun celebration.
You got a pistol.
Somebody grabbed it.
You put it in and there.
You got a grenade.
You throw the grenade off the ultra mount.
Look, it's not conducive to winning.
If you were winning, they would figure it out.
But I think everything that Mace just said is actually spot on.
Now on to Janus.
We know that he's still with the bugs.
He posted the caption,
Legends don't chase.
They attract with the clip of Leonardo DeCateau.
I'm not leaving speech from the Wolf of Wall Street.
So, Mays, how do you feel about Yan is not being traded?
And then how do you feel about these little posts he got going on?
He switch up is crazy.
And then Yannis might be from Harlem.
He said he put up the Wolf of Wall Street.
I ain't going nowhere.
I said, yeah, yeah.
Just the other day you was talking about.
that he might have come to the end of his road at Milwaukee.
So it's just crazy how he switched up.
That was really fast.
That might be faster than I would switch up, Yonis.
We might have to put you up there with Wallow right now.
You're up there.
What do you think, killer?
Because that was crazy.
He ain't going nowhere.
He could have put that caption up three, four days ago.
You're going to wait until 501 when the two.
trade deadline is over.
I think the nigga was on the phone
with his age and at 455.
Like, what do we got six minutes,
nigga? What's going to happen?
Nothing happened.
You got to realize this, right?
That's the best thing for him.
You said this so, killer.
Yeah, I actually did say this.
Spot on. I actually did.
I'm not here for a told you so moment.
You know, I'm just actually just saying
that's your thing.
I'm not here for that.
I'm just here to do the right thing
like Spike Lee, man.
But in all seriousness, right?
What else is he going to say, right?
I think, like, we all see that that's some bullshit
I think that he's saying.
But if you're not going nowhere,
you don't want to be a Milwaukee walking around
and things like, like,
oh, you stuck with them?
us, right? You don't want to be here, but you stuck with us. You don't want to be booed when
they announce you to come out the huddle and they're announcing the team name and they're like
6-11 from Athens, Greece, da-da-da-da-da-da, boo in your own home court. You know what I'm
saying? You don't want that. So to fix this problem and you don't get traded, that's what you're
trying to do to clean it up because you're not going nowhere at least for, at least to the
off season and you might not be going anywhere in the off season.
So that was the right thing to do.
I don't even think that that's what he wanted to say.
I think publicity told him, look, let's clean this up.
Post this, post a little bit of that, make a statement because you're not going anywhere
and you don't want to get the criticism being in Milwaukee acting like you didn't want to
be in Milwaukee.
So I think that's all it's about PR move.
You guys, you guys let us say sit.
It's too late before it's going to go.
it's too late at the steakhouse and the valet places
that people used to do extra stuff for you
because they thought you loved the city
all that's out the door
niggins might break in the car now
you know
so you keep feeling in us
so wait
so wait we don't believe them
at all
no no
Now, hold on, you know why?
Because he's not a, he's not a, like I said yesterday, he's not a fantasy team joiner.
He's not a, he don't even play ball with niggas at the summit during the summer.
Like, he don't want to be around, niggas.
So I don't, I don't look at him as a person that wanted to go join forces with somebody.
So that's why I'm kind of, I'm thinking about it.
I'm confused now.
Who says joining forces?
He didn't want to be a Milwaukee.
anymore. Yeah, but you know, they would have sent him somewhere
where either is popping. Like you said, they're not sending him to Sacramento,
which I thought would have been a good place for it and be.
Miami. Miami don't have a lot of pieces, but he could have went there.
Let me ask you a question this. Why wait until after the trade deadline to do this?
Why not just say this two weeks ago? Like, I don't want to be traded. I want to be here.
I want to figure this out. I want to make sure that we try and bring another
championship in Milwaukee. And if they try to bring.
trade me, they trade me, but I want to be, I want to die Milwaukee buck.
I'm trying to, I'm trying to think of his, if his marketing, because like you just said,
certain people retire and then not really retired just to come back to make the fight bigger.
Like Jordan, well, I don't think Jordan did that on purpose, so we're going to take it,
stay off Jordan, but like Floyd used to do that.
Oh, I'm retiring.
No, I'm not.
I come back, fight Marquez, get a bigger bag.
Oh, I'm retiring again.
No, I'm not.
I'll come back.
So, I don't know.
maybe Milwaukee and Greek Freak
might have been like,
yo, let's just drive the NBA crazy for a minute.
I don't know.
Could have been some marketing shit.
No, I've really tried to hear you out.
Like, retiring is so different for being like,
I want to go to a different team
and flicking off cameras and I'm injured.
I'm hoping, you know, he feels better.
But like, that's...
What if that was a cry for help?
Maybe...
To who?
Maybe...
Like a good player could come
to that team.
Like, yo, you know what?
Let me go help him.
No, but he's, it wasn't like a, I need help or I'm doing everything on my own
like add to the roster.
It was very much I want to go somewhere else.
I don't know.
See, you never know where all these games people play today.
That's what I'm trying to say.
You never know.
Marketing is a motherfucker.
Attention is a motherfucker.
Let me ask you this.
What kind of marketing is this?
I just said, now say like, um, you had somebody else that was coming out their contract.
He'd be like, yo, you know what?
Let me go.
Let me go fuck with this nigga Greek freak, man.
So you think somebody would come to Milwaukee for pity?
That's what you're saying.
I mean, to come help and see, like, you know what I mean?
Like, if we could do something, we could be the new niggas.
Not if you got one foot out the door.
The nigger was on the floor going like this boo to the crowd the other day.
And I don't know if you seen when he got hurt.
Nobody was looking next to the nigger.
The nigger just fell and grabbed his ankle and said,
yo, I'm out for four to six.
I don't know if you've seen all that
But hey man, maybe it's all marketing
Of course, he's marketing
For help
So somebody can stop doing what they're doing
No, let's just think about it, you know
Walking.
I mean, Statt, I don't know if you see what he's talking about
I mean, I try to hear his perspective
Because I sound so nice
I try to hear his perspective because it's
Usually I say like, oh, it's not far off
Like it is far off
But like maybe somebody's thinking
exactly what you're thinking and they're like
ah yes like I'm so happy
what a perk say
because Burke been on fire
these past two days what a perk said about it?
I haven't had his take for Giannis I'll search
that in the meantime this headphone is really
pissing me off
but yeah I doubt he said it was marketing
hmm
because he right about
Johnson just got waved by the Brooklyn
Ness and that nigga is nice
The whole thing about it is this, like,
Perk is my man, like, he's supposed to be on the show,
that's my nigga Perk.
But you really just like what Perk said
because he likes the Knicks.
So now, what did the big Perk say?
What did Perk say about this?
Big Body Buns?
He's sensible.
So now everything.
I know here we don't like the Knicks.
The last two, three weeks, everything is what did Perk say.
And like I said, Perk is great analyst.
That's my bro.
Shout to Perk in what you're doing,
tremendous job.
But don't act like everything Perk says you agree with.
Because if he was dissing the,
Knicks, you would disperk because you dissed Charles Barkley because he dissed the
Knicks. So now you don't want to listen to Charles Barks and you said. I'm just, I don't
hate the Knicks. Okay. Okay. Okay. Is the hate? You're just giving honest commentary.
Yeah, man. When the cup is like, okay, great, y'all won the cup. But if we did,
but the year before we did it, oh, y'all, let's call a nigga trade dice. He was
rolling Cilo on your logo. Then when we win the cup, it's, you talk about a thumb.
Yo, it's hate, man.
It's not hate, listen.
It was rolling dice.
Yeah, so we're not supposed to say that.
We're not supposed to watch the nigger Trey Young beat the nicks in the guard and go to half court and go like this on the logo.
So we just ignore it.
Then we're supposed to ignore when Josh Hartstick a thumb and the guy.
I don't understand why we got to ignore certain shit.
Why are you promoting that anyway?
Why are you promoting that anyway?
Why are you promoting niggas that do that anyway?
I don't understand.
We're not supposed to say nothing.
Yo, no, no, I really want to answer for this.
You answer this.
I was talking about the cup.
That's all I was talking about, the cup.
And y'all keep talking about the other thing.
We couldn't promote it because he put his thumb.
We can't even.
we can't even hang our accomplishments
up and you're like,
yeah, that's good because don't do it because y'all don't win nothing.
So when we do win something, we can't even celebrate.
Nobody took you.
Josh Hart took that away from y'all.
Josh Hart took that away from us because y'all focused on that.
But why you act like we're the only ones who said something about the niggas?
They said it and kept it moving.
Y'all put a whole thumb as an emoji on the cover art on the show.
Yeah.
But killer, he never answered the question.
Why are you support niggas who thumb niggas?
Are you going to answer the question?
No, not, man.
I think we want to know.
That's the million-dollar question.
I would just say no comment.
I ain't going to suggest to people like what Kim just did.
I just get up and walk out the interview.
You walk out on Oprah, my nigga.
If she asks you something, if she keeps asking you something,
you can't walk out on Oprah.
Was it Oprah?
It don't matter.
That was bad advice.
Just walk out?
You can't know.
How are you going to say it and say the person interviewing doesn't matter.
That's crazy to even say that.
That's your brand.
So you're just walking out.
What are you talking about?
You look like you're just a quitter.
What are you talking about?
When you said if somebody keep asking you something, I just told murder.
I said, no comment.
And that's it.
I said, I would never do something that Kim said, just walk out.
If they keep asking you the question.
Okay.
Let me ask you a minute.
Hold on real quick.
Hold on real quick, murder.
I like what the nigger French Montana did.
A girl, I forget the girl doing the interview.
I can't remember her name.
Yeah.
She kept asking the nigger about Drake beef and Rick Ross beef,
and he told her don't do it.
And she kept doing it.
And niggas said, hey, hold this and do it to her.
And they said, good catch.
And walked out.
I thought that was smooth.
I told you don't ask me the question.
Cool.
You didn't tell, nobody, you didn't tell Mace don't ask me.
why I support not thumbing niggas.
No, I just said no comment.
Because he said, no, I really want to answer.
I said no comment.
And I said you can say that, but for you to say nothing, we are cool.
So if you want to walk out, it's been times I walked out on them on the show.
And it's our show.
That's all right.
Whatever, that's how you handle it.
There's been plenty of time I just got up and left.
My bad, Mason, I know you got something to say, my bad, bro.
No, that's real.
So if you see the nigger,
Are you daffing them?
Are you daffing them on the same hand?
That's my...
With the thumbhead.
Come on, man.
Are you...
You're going to tell my thumbs up.
Yeah.
Yeah, man.
You can't get the elbow or stuff.
I don't know, man.
I'm a Josh Hart fan, too, man.
It's not Dennis Robin.
Listen, let me tell you something, man.
You're murder, right?
And fuck it.
It was a nigger in our hood, right?
And I'm cool, and this is my bro, so I don't want to see
line coming off doing this. This is my, like, my real, real brother
and shit.
But somebody has shit in his car one time.
I know he is.
Yeah, and this is my bro. I'm not trying to dissing anything like that.
I'm just telling you the environment we grew up there.
Somebody who started smoking dust and shit.
Another nigga we know started smoking dust.
and when the nigger wasn't looking
he just pulled his pants down
and shit in his car
and my bro beat the shit out the niggas
who's shit in this car
him and his man beat the shit out of him
but when he was driving around
he's like you need a ride
and he's like not in the shitmobile
and he had to get a new car
and he got a new car
because he didn't want to be labeled as the shitmobile.
And like I said, my bro fucked them nigga out for doing it.
And he got a new car on top of that.
Yeah.
He can't get a new thumb.
That's the point.
Can I say one thing?
Yeah, absolutely.
I want to apologize.
What I said about the Greek freak was very stupid.
I just thought about it, and it was stupid.
I was just thinking on a higher level, like, yo, NBA is a hell of a business, man.
Should you do this?
Should you do that?
And that was stupid.
Yeah, that was stupid.
You thought about it.
Yeah, I did think about it.
I mean, I can admit when I'm wrong.
You know what it is?
You know what it is?
You know what it is?
Seriously, though?
He just wants to argue against anything anybody says
that sometimes he's not even thinking about the shit that he says,
I just want to go against something.
No, no, no.
Seriously.
He has over $300 million in his bank account.
Why does he need to appease anybody's attitude when you think about it?
So why would he be he?
do that if he didn't feel that way.
I'm not fucking leaving.
300 million.
You have all the money in the world
and you got, let's say I had to walk through this shit every night
and they'd be like, yeah man, fuck this nigga.
You don't want to be here anyway.
And you just got to eat that walking through
where we're at right now.
You don't really want to deal with that.
So they can still say it.
But at the end of the day, nobody really wants to do it.
Everybody doesn't have tough skin because they got money.
I agree with it.
I don't be.
giving the fuck.
Yeah, I don't.
But Mace just made a great point.
Gotta leave your car with the valet.
They're going to break in your car, no less.
Yeah.
Yeah, they're mysteriously, yo.
Niggas breaking your house.
All type of shit.
You don't want to be here no more.
All right, cool.
Yeah, you don't realize.
You don't realize they've been holding you down the whole time.
And then real quick,
saying to get back to you,
Kendrick Perk, he basically,
said somebody actually needs to call the police because they're holding him hostage.
That was his take.
So, like, I don't know.
Everything's all overplace.
This whole trade deadline, I don't even know if people are really satisfied for real, maybe
except.
I agree with Kendrick Perkins take.
Actually, I think that I think that whatever office Milwaukee was given, it was never going to
be good enough to me, my personal opinion, because you got to think about what you're
going to get back.
If we're in the front office in Milwaukee, we're saying,
we can get some good players,
but Janus is a worldwide superstar.
You got to sell tickets, man.
You got to want to fill that arena up, man.
And just because you got some good players,
that doesn't mean necessarily that you're going to sell tickets.
You got to win as well.
And the recovery from not having Janus may be a long road back
to getting where they're at.
Not saying they're at the top of the east or anything like that,
but they won a championship a couple years ago.
I don't think nobody, whatever they was being offered,
wasn't, wasn't going to be good enough for whatever Milwaukee had.
Like I said, Murdo, I really believe they're going to put some shit together
for this nigger in the offseason to try making and resign.
Not saying he will or won't, because you got to come back next year,
but they may offer the nigger 26% of the city.
Oh, shoot.
Yeah, they might.
allegedly, Kauai got a deal outside of the NBA, so they got to figure it out.
Yeah, all I can do is wait to see what that offer will be.
They make the Nassas mayor.
Now, well, I'll be lit.
Like a lot.
Yeah.
That's funny.
Okay, y'all, well, that is all the time.
Oh, go ahead, Mace.
Yeah, they definitely got to find more money.
They got to find more money.
I'm not sure where they find it,
but they got to find more money.
We'll see it.
I don't even think it's about the money
because his contract is up.
And for him staying there,
he may be the first nigga to get $500 million
for his next deal.
Because he's not, you know,
once you leave, you can't get the max max.
But if he stay,
he may be the first nigga $5 million,
but he know he's not going to win.
I think he won't win.
It's like James Harden.
James Harden,
I'm not saying today, but when they didn't want him to leave Houston,
I remember he was going to get the $103 million for two years.
He turned it down at that particular time.
That was unprecedented.
But he wanted to win, and now he's chasing rings.
One last comments, then, before we move.
He just said he's about to get half of the city.
I know you're making fun, but $500 million.
Why do I care what people say?
If I want to post Leonardo DeCabre's saying,
I'm not fucking leaving, it's because I want.
want to. I don't care where
anybody else. I have $500 million. I might
get more. You know what I mean?
So I don't, that's why I was thinking before.
Like, you don't think he got so much money, you won't give
a fuck. So that's what I was saying. That might
have been all thought out in plan.
Marketing.
Now you're back to the word.
Yeah, you're rebooting. Your brain is rebooting.
That's what I was thinking before.
That's what I was thinking before. I don't
think that no more. I don't think that. I apologize.
That's what I was thinking before. That's why I said what I said.
That's what I said.
Sir.
Huh.
Siggity.
Yeah, that's how you hit that, May.
Yep, perfect timing, maze.
Okay, well, on that note, in the comments down below,
let us know what y'all think about Jha and Janus.
But that is all the time that we have for today.
Thank you all for watching.
And as always, it is what it is.
