Starting point is 00:00:52 Good, man. Happy holidays, man. Hello, what's up? What's up? Happy holidays, man. Why is Nick smiling like that? I don't know, man. This nigga's nigga is crazy, man.
Starting point is 00:01:03 Oh, that's a pin. I thought he just was happy. Oh. I thought the nigga just started smiling. Nick tried to throw his audio bio up right quick. Yeah, that's what I thought. The nigga just randomly was smiling just now. I said, what the fuck he started grinning like that for?
Starting point is 00:01:21 I don't like that picture, Nick, of you in the MMA and all that, man. Yeah. It's too jibber, Nick. It's too jibber that picture, Nick, of you in the MMA and all that, man. That picture's kinda too friendly. It's too jibber. Yeah, nigga, that picture of you, you smile like that, nigga, going elbow you right in your nose, my nigga. This is why you be coming in pores bruised up, man. Everybody respecting that smile, man.
Starting point is 00:01:42 That's crazy, man. Yeah, but happy holidays to everybody, man. Yeah, this holiday. You know, not to cut you off, this is how you know Nick take his shit serious, though. You take your shit serious when you got that kind of chair. When you got the gaming chair. You got the Ferrari chair.
Starting point is 00:02:00 Yeah, the joint. The Daytona 500 chair. You're a podcaster or you're a gamer. Oh, yeah. See, I knew he was a gamer. With your headset. You got it there, nigga. Oh, nigga, nigga.
Starting point is 00:02:15 I knew that chair was about some business, man. That's how I'm going to start doing my shows with it. Yeah. And prepared. Okay. So let's get into the NFL Christmas games this week. We know they were pretty spicy. The Ravens dominated the 49ers 33-19.
Starting point is 00:02:33 Brock Purdy had four interceptions. How do you feel about the 49ers' loss? And what do you think OJ would be saying right now? I'm so mad we couldn't get juice today. I could have got Juice. That's why the nigga ain't show up. No, I was calling you earlier to see if we could get Juice on the shit, man, when I ain't speaking to you.
Starting point is 00:02:56 Juice said he wanted to speak to us today. We could get him tomorrow, but we can wait until next week. Juice did not want to show up today. Yeah, that's a fact. Juice might have put this off on purpose. Yeah, Juice, I'm talking behind your back, nigga. I'm letting you know. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:13 I'm letting you know, Juice, you don't have a firm grasp on reality. Juice. Because I ain't going to lie. People were sending me in the DMs and in the comments. People were sending me in the DMs and in the comments people were sending me in the DM's and comments and they was like why would y'all end the season before y'all could get Uncle O back on with this nonsense
Starting point is 00:03:32 going on but see O got up we needed to talk to OJ right here I thought he had four interceptions he only had three no he had four yeah okay yeah you want to go first murder or interceptions. He only had three? No, he had four. He had four? Yeah. Okay, yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:49 You want to go first murder or you want me to go? Yeah, it's just horrible for OJ. I needed OJ here, though. Oh, I'm talking behind your back, O. Jet lag, blueberry juice, all of that. all of that.
Starting point is 00:04:05 Right now, we're talking your boy had four interceptions. And this is where I become a definite expert because I always tell people that it's the first quarterback to 225 yards. I was right again. So use cold camp. You know what I'm saying? That's how it is.
Starting point is 00:04:35 I'm going to let people be right where they're right. Listen, I have a firm grasp on the obvious. And the obvious is the first quarterback to 225. I didn't need to know any of the other stats. I am giving new introductions and new ways to view NFL football. You don't even have to watch the game. Just tell me who got to 225 yards first.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Fasten yards, and that's your champion. This is the champion. It's crazy, man. Tell me. This is what they telling me, Cam. I'm going to be honest. You've been pumping that all season.
Starting point is 00:05:24 Yeah. You've been pumping that all season yeah every time stat I can't make this up now you look at my Caffey he did alright but listen they can't win with four interceptions but that's
Starting point is 00:05:40 having the firm graphs on the obvious what would you like to say to this? Because it is obvious. What I'll say is this. Before we even entertain anything about the game, what I think is my personal opinion, and I'm not saying this the way it was planned,
Starting point is 00:06:01 but I think the Baltimore Ravens, led by Lamar Jackson walked in there and snatched the MVP trophy right away from Brock Purdy or Christian McCaffrey. He had the same amount of wins. The best team in the AFC versus the best
Starting point is 00:06:19 team in the NFC. He walked in there and said, give me that, nigga. That's mine. That's mine. That's what he went in there and did. he walked in there and said, give me that, nigga. That's mine. That's mine. That's what he went in there and did. He walked in there black with braids on and took his MVP. Took nigga's MVP. Because everybody
Starting point is 00:06:35 was assuming one of those two niggas was going to get it. And that nigga walked in there and stuck niggas up with no gun. That's what I really believe. I think it's Lamar Jackson's to lose right now. And, you know, he got Miami coming up, which is a tough game as well. He got to perform like he performed on Christmas Day. But I think it's his to lose.
Starting point is 00:06:57 But like you said, that nigga walked in there purple and black, braids, and took nigga's shit right out their hand and went back home with that. That's his right now to lose. For the game, Brock Purdy looks shook, man. Shout out to Baltimore's defense. I've never seen him rattled like that. He looked really rattled. He looked shook.
Starting point is 00:07:16 And this is the real test for Brock Purdy because he's never been through any adversity right now. I'm not going to sit here and bash him today, because that's what everybody wants to do the next day. But to be honest with you, it's on him now. You got to show us after a performance like that
Starting point is 00:07:35 what you're going to come back and do, because it's to the point where they even took you out the rest of the game, because you got a stinger. You was ready to come back. I'm not going to sit and act like you didn't want to come back. But they was concerned about you and your well-being out there and your football player.
Starting point is 00:07:54 This looks like that the Ravens may set a blueprint for other teams to get at the 49ers because we always say they never lost what everybody planned. He's playing. Debo's playing.
Starting point is 00:08:10 Debo, yeah. They never lose. And they got smacked. They didn't just lose. They got smacked. Don't let the score fool you. They scored a touchdown towards the end of the game. But the score had nothing to do with how they got beat.
Starting point is 00:08:23 For Baltimore, listen, the AFC is really tough and it's tight right now. You know, you got Miami. You got fucking Cleveland not looking bad. You got fucking Josh Allen and the Bills looking good. We'll talk about all that stuff I know coming up on the show. But the way that Baltimore looked against the 49ers is the way that we've been talking about the 49ers all year. And right now, they're still in the playoffs,
Starting point is 00:08:53 but their destiny depends on next week. And when I say their destiny depends on next week, it depends on how Brock Purdy responds to this four interception game and just looking terrible to the point we had to get pulled out for the rest of the game. So I'm so mad OJ's not here. But, see, the thing about it, y'all, with OJ is this.
Starting point is 00:09:15 This is what I will say. OJ would have Michael Jackson spun his way out this year because the Dolphins won and the Bills won. I mean, not the Dolphins, but the Bills won. He would have been all right. Week to week, I don't know who's worse between OJ or Mace on their disco DJ and spinning. Mate, if you've seen the clip that I put up on my Instagram page the other day,
Starting point is 00:09:38 you see how that boy Mace spin. He's still out here doing that without the basketball. So, Matt, OJ wasn't here today. I'm pretty sure we'll talk to him in the future about it. But the 49ers look shaky and they still
Starting point is 00:09:56 at the top of the NFC. We'll see what happens in the next couple weeks. But Baltimore may have set up a blueprint to figure out how to play against the 49ers. So stat, stat and killer right now. Are y'all ready to agree with me that the champs is coming out of AFC, like I said, in the beginning of the year? Can you see it now?
Starting point is 00:10:20 The thing about it is, Mace, is that the champs that you said were the Chiefs, and they are in the AFC. You did not say the champs were coming out of the AFC. I did, but now I'm glad we got Nick here because I said it's the AFC League. I did say it. That's why we got Nick here right now. Mace, has it been – I hope you've been saving your tape you know
Starting point is 00:10:45 at the end of the day the Patriots won 7 out of the first 20 Super Bowls in the first 20 years I know what you're saying Cameron but I'm just telling you what I said you know you said you want the Chiefs to title town
Starting point is 00:11:02 you don't want to throw this shit up man do you the heck of Baltimore I got a black ring Chiefs to title town. You don't want to throw this shit up, man, do you? The heck are both of them? I got a black ring. We out of title town. We can't even win a gold ring. I'm with them niggas, man. Get rid of them niggas. That's what Drake said.
Starting point is 00:11:20 Get rid of them niggas. All right. Let's go. Let's pop it up, Mase, because we're going to talk about Titletown. The Raiders came through with the win against Titletown. The Kansas City Chiefs winning 20-14. Kansas City is not really Titletown. Titletown is just for the champs.
Starting point is 00:11:38 It's not specifically Kansas City. So I don't know whoever spun it into that, but Titletown is normally wherever the title lands. Right now, currently, the title is Kansas City currently. Right now, this is how we even got the
Starting point is 00:11:57 Titletown. When I asked you where Patrick Mahomes is from, you said Titletown. They're still the champs. They're still in the playoffs. You still may not want to play the Kansas City Chiefs. You're already throwing them out the window, and then I know what you're going to do. They make a run.
Starting point is 00:12:13 You're going to double back and be like, I never said anything about Kansas City not being title town. Title town is wherever the title lands, but right now the title is still in Kansas City, though. It's still there. It's on the move, though.
Starting point is 00:12:28 He said it's not there. So I will remember this one. No, no, no. I said it's on the move. It's on the move. It can land anywhere. So you got to understand how Titletown works. I got to give a whole disclaim on that because the title
Starting point is 00:12:46 moves now. Don't try to ask me if the title is on the move. If that's the case, once the season starts, the title is on the move. If that's the case. It would have been in Detroit. You never said Detroit.
Starting point is 00:13:06 See, the title moves. I would have been in Detroit. Like, you never said Detroit. Oh, see, the title moves. I'm going to have, I would need a whole hour. Explain to us. We got three minutes. Give us 90 seconds to have this work. All right. So the first thing you got to know is Titletown is not an address. It's not an address. It's not an address. That's the first thing I got to share with y'all.
Starting point is 00:13:27 So if you could write this on the screen, Nick, Titletown is not an address. It's not an address. That's the first thing. It's not an address. Okay. If it's not an address, that is not a state. You know, it's not a state, it's not a state, you know,
Starting point is 00:13:45 it's not a state, but it's a state of mind. Are you getting what I'm telling you? So as you follow title town, right? You're going to first acknowledge is not an address. It's not an address. If you can get that part, then you're close to where I'm going with this. So now as the season moves it begins to drift away from whoever had it they can still keep it but it is it'll take more time to explain it to you i think you ain't figuring it out yourself yet no it's no it really it's it's like it's like when neo it's like when Neo brought the other guy.
Starting point is 00:14:27 You know, have you ever seen The Matrix? That's where we're in right now. We're actually in The Matrix, all of us. You're putting us in it. We're actually in The Matrix. This is how much I can share with you because they told me to pull back from what I'm sharing Because I can't put it all out there Or they won't be able to go through cold cam that much
Starting point is 00:14:51 So I'm working with the team on this Titletown is not an address And we're going to leave it at that Until tomorrow Then I'll share with you more tomorrow Yeah, go figure that shit out tonight. It's not a natural. I got it figured out, but I got to listen to my sponsors.
Starting point is 00:15:10 You can ask the question. He never even let anybody ask the question. Yeah, we'll get back to that, Mace, because I'm sure everybody wants an explanation. Everybody's waiting for that. You know, we're waiting. Okay. Is this the era of
Starting point is 00:15:26 the chief's decline? Not actually. Not actually. I was thinking crazy. Now, let me tell you why. Let me tell you why. Let me tell you why. Now, this is great because you set me up to give you more information
Starting point is 00:15:42 about Titletown. Remember I told you if it's not an address, it's not a state. It's a state of mind. Now, with this state of mind, I got receivers that won't catch passes. It's not their skill because they play for the Chiefs. It's not their skill. They made it to the NFL. It's their state of mind that's causing them not to catch these passes.
Starting point is 00:16:04 Now, they catch these passes With 12 and 3 We're in title time It's not a state State of mind Killer So I can't really say It's over for them
Starting point is 00:16:20 But I'm leaving See I'm leaving see I'm leaving I can't stay there are you getting what I'm telling you when the trophy goes where I go the trophy don't go where Pat Mahone goes the trophy goes where I go you go where the trophy goes where I go, the trophy don't go where Pat Mahone goes. The trophy goes where I go. You go where the trophy goes. No, the trophy goes where I go.
Starting point is 00:16:49 That's what I was trying to tell you. It's not a state. You go where the trophy goes, man. The trophy goes where it goes. That's what it sounds like to me. Yeah. But I knew you was going to say that. That's why I proceeded with it's not a state.
Starting point is 00:17:05 Lace, you've been saying that for four minutes now, man. Everybody listening and me, Nick, and Statt, we know it's not a state. We know it's not an address. The trophy goes where I go, Cameron. If people want to win, they go to
Starting point is 00:17:19 Code Cam. Listen, the trophy goes where I go. I'm Titletown. Let me ask y'all something, Nick and Seth. How many times has he said that? Has this been going on repeatedly for three to four minutes? Did we get it? So let us ask you this for everybody who wants to know. Where are you going?
Starting point is 00:17:40 That's the question. For yourself as well. That's the main question. That's the question. For yourself as well. That's the main question. That's the question for yourself as well. That's the underdog fantasy question of the year. Where is Mace going? Because where I go, the trophy goes. We get that.
Starting point is 00:17:58 So where are you going? Are you going to tell us the question? I got several places I can go. I'm going to tell you when I make a call. Because I don't say things that I don't know. I got to speak today. And they is going to let me know where we're going. Sounds good, man.
Starting point is 00:18:19 I don't buy it. Listen, when people are watching the game, they're the last to know where the title is going. I know where the title is going, but I want to know if they want to let me let y'all know where the title is going. Anyway, Chiefs seem like they're unraveling it right before our eyes, man. I'll never count the
Starting point is 00:18:45 Chiefs out as long as Patrick Mahomes is healthy, but one thing that makes this say outside of all the other nonsense because you don't want to stick with the Chiefs is that niggas is dropping passes, yo. These niggas,
Starting point is 00:19:01 this has been going on since it hit the nigga's shoulder like this. Like, I can't say that. I just can't. This been going on since week one when we had Antonio Brown on the show, and he called the nigga
Starting point is 00:19:17 Butterfingers, and the nigga got mad and DM'd him and all that other shit. Niggas have been dropping Patrick Mahomes passes all season long. I'm not sure, but I remember maybe like week 10 or 11, Kansas City had the most drops in the league. I don't know where it's at today. But this is nothing to do with Patrick Mahomes.
Starting point is 00:19:39 But we all see it from Patrick Mahomes. It's him getting frustrated, yelling at people on the sideline. He's usually a cool, calm, collected customer. But we can see the frustration even when it comes to Kelsey throwing his helmet. Andy Reid grabs Kelsey's helmet, runs up on him and bumps him. Andy
Starting point is 00:19:57 Reid, about 71 years old, and was static. He was trying to get static. When you see Andy Reid, Travis Kelsey, and Patrick Mahomes bugging on the sidelines, they're not used to it. They don't like it,
Starting point is 00:20:14 and they have a problem with it. And let me tell you this much. I like that. As much people like, oh, we're watching Kansas City. And I started my statement off like this, that they're unraveling in front of our eyes. Let me change that. They may not be unraveling because they're still in the playoffs or going to be in the playoffs and you don't want to play Kansas City. But what I do like is people getting
Starting point is 00:20:36 mad and not complacent with losing. Those are three gentlemen that are used to winning and they got a problem if you're not used to winning to where they even confront each other because they're that frustrated. I'm looking for that in the NBA to be totally honest, not to jump from one sport to another, but this is what I'm talking about. This is the shit we was talking about a few
Starting point is 00:20:57 days ago. And we were saying, when is somebody going to get mad? Who wants to leave? Who has an attitude because they lost? Who's going to get mad? Who wants to leave? Who has an attitude because they lost? Who's going to be mad and not like seeing that? Are they going to be able to pull it together, talking about the Kansas City Chiefs? I'm not sure.
Starting point is 00:21:15 Look, Eric Benhamy not being there is obviously a key factor. Tyreek Hill not being there is not a key factor, even though he won the Super Bowl after Tyreek Hill left, he's still a weapon no matter what. You would love to have him. But, you know, they tried to get cute on offense, run some trick plays, and I love when Kansas City did that, but it just wasn't in sync. It just wasn't working out for them yesterday.
Starting point is 00:21:39 And we've been seeing little signs of that all year long. This is going to be the first year if Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs do go to the playoffs, which I'm not sure if they locked in, but they pretty sure should be locked in. They're not going to host a game. And this is new territory for them, Patrick Mahomes anyway. He hasn't played a road playoff game yet. So we'll see what the Chiefs are made of the rest of the season.
Starting point is 00:22:04 It doesn't look good, but I don't count any team Patrick Mahomes is on out. playoff game yet. So we'll see what the Chiefs are made of the rest of the season. It doesn't look good, but I don't count any team Patrick Mahomes is on out. I'm not going to do anything. I know you left out one factor. Are we ready to say that Taylor Swift is a distraction to the team? To me, I never said she was or wasn't um i just believe that the nfl sees money and they see ratings they show the taylor swift before they show anybody's parents anymore uh she's there and if this is done purposely not by taylor swift by the nfl to draw ratings and to gain money um i said it before that travis kel Travis Kelsey and Taylor Swift should find a way
Starting point is 00:22:47 to leverage some of that money, some of that extra millions that the NFL is making into their pocket. But to answer your question, Mace, I think there's still over 500 when she's there. When she's there, I think there are like 5-1 or 5-2. I ain't never seen this many passes. I ain't ready to blame
Starting point is 00:23:12 Taylor Swift, but she's somewhere in the equation. She's in there. I ain't going to put her first, but she's in there. The thing about that, though, with taylor swift it's just like the timing is so off because we haven't really seen the chiefs have moments like this
Starting point is 00:23:30 and obviously we're all quick to find somebody to blame so we're not blaming the players we're just like now all of a sudden taylor swift pop up and all this is happening with the chiefs that we haven't seen happen before so it's just like she just happened to be there during this time satire slash the truth somewhere in there i don't know where it's in there but pause she's in there because it's like it's becoming more about her than them winning the game like bro listen we don't care about Taylor Swift if you're not winning, bro. I don't. I just want to say one thing, Murda. And I'm super dope on women empowerment.
Starting point is 00:24:15 Like, you know, Stat knows that's what I'm all about, empowering women at any level I get a chance to. But, Stat, you got to stop this shit, man. Like, yo, you got to stop this shit, man. Like, yo, you got to cut this shit out. Because you know why? No, because you know why? Because you know why? When we say that Russell ain't playing good and they blame it on
Starting point is 00:24:36 Sierra, that is like, oh, his skills are just diminishing. Oh, you know, we can't blame it on Sierra. His skills are diminishing. Then, now that Travis Kelsey's not playing well, or not saying Travis Kelsey, he's scoring nine times. I mean, he's playing good, but the Chiefs aren't doing well. Well, we can't just blame it on Taylor Swift like that
Starting point is 00:24:58 because it's a lot of factors that go into it. But, Stat, we know you for the women. But, come on, let's call it crazy. That's crazy. This is crazy, man. Let me clarify. Let me clarify. No.
Starting point is 00:25:11 This is crazy, stat. It's the timing. I promise it's the timing. And you can't tell me nothing about Russell Wilson because the fact that the Broncos just lost to the Patriots, I'm running with that. What about them losing to the Raiders? Is the timing your title town? I'm not title town. I'm not reverse racism. Double up. What about the timing? I'm just saying the timing of Taylor Swift is just bad. Like, that's why I'm just like, I'm not going to put all the blame on her.
Starting point is 00:25:47 Well, I don't want to turn on the TV and see it. So the timing for Sierra wasn't bad? No. But for Taylor Swift, yes. I think so. You're respecting Taylor more.
Starting point is 00:26:03 Well, no, because I did say I think that well it's because Taylor Swift Is a different caliber but they are like milking It like on every social channel like we don't Have to turn on the TV and turn on Instagram and see Taylor Swift But I'm just saying that's the reason to be like okay Now Taylor Swift's in the stadium now We know we're looking at her instead of paying attention to the game
Starting point is 00:26:21 And we can't let the Chiefs Fly with that but they're letting it fly a little bit because it's theirs. I don't usually agree with Mace a lot, man. I love Taylor Swift. I don't agree with – I love Taylor Swift. I don't – Hold on, Mace.
Starting point is 00:26:34 Hold on, Murdoch. Hold on, hold on. I don't agree with Mace a lot, but this is reverse racism. How is it reverse if I'm saying Sierra is okay and Taylor's timing is bad? Yeah, because you're putting it on. You're saying that the black man isn't doing good and it's a black woman,
Starting point is 00:27:01 but you're basically saying that when the white man's team isn't doing good, it isn't the white woman's fault. It's just bad timing. Yeah. I didn't know. Because I didn't blame Sierra at all. I didn't blame Sierra or Taylor.
Starting point is 00:27:20 I just said Taylor's timing is bad. You haven't seen the Chiefs perform like this. And now that Taylor's in the picture, she's getting the blame. Stat, get out. Oh, gosh. We're going to the next question. Because this is one of those we agree to disagree. Stat, get out.
Starting point is 00:27:42 Stat, get out. Stat, yeah. Okay. Okay. We moving on to the bills. We beat the chargers 24 to 22 thoughts on the game. And do you think the bills can clinch a playoff spot? thoughts on the game and do you think the Bills can clinch a playoff spot? You know what? Hold on. Let me look because let me see who they play next week
Starting point is 00:28:12 because I know they have a pretty rough well shit the Bills they play the Patriots next week. They're good on that. Yeah. Let me see week 18. What's their record stat last game of the season
Starting point is 00:28:31 they played the Dolphins though so right now they potentially a 1-1 or 2-0 the Bills are 9-6 and then the Bengals Steelers or Jaguars have to lose their game and then the Bills have to defeat the Patriots.
Starting point is 00:28:49 I could see that. So you know the problem is and I don't know all the breakdown of like stats said I'm pretty sure it's a bunch of what us and with us and this that
Starting point is 00:29:06 and the third who wins loses etc but it's fucked up when you don't control your own destiny and right now i'm not saying they don't because i don't know if they win these next two games see you know it's one thing if you just win your next two games and it don't matter who else wins uh that's that's that that way you know your destiny's in your hands and i'm not saying that's not the case i have to dive into it you know i've been holidaying over here so i have to see what it is but i would say i'm fucked up if you if certain teams have to lose for them to get in it back to the question as far as, I won't say if they can make the playoffs because, I don't know, like I said,
Starting point is 00:29:48 that broke it down to us, if their team loses or that team wins, et cetera, et cetera. But what I will say is, right underneath the Chiefs, the Bills are dangerous in the playoffs as well. Those are two teams that I may not want to play in the playoffs if I'm in the
Starting point is 00:30:06 AFC. And especially with my nigga who's the chief and Bill's killer, Joe Burrow not being there, you know, they might be safe. You know what I'm saying? So, Lamar Jackson as much as
Starting point is 00:30:21 Baltimore looks great and Lamar Jackson is looking like the frontrunner for the MVP, I think up until this point, we kind of seen this movie before where Baltimore looks spectacular. Lamar Jackson won his MVP. He already has an MVP trophy. And they get to the playoffs and they stink it up. You think Lamar can get get to the playoffs and they stink it up. So I'm sold.
Starting point is 00:30:49 You think Lamar didn't get up in the playoffs? He hasn't done it before. He's terrible in the playoffs. It doesn't translate in the playoffs for them. Even the year he won MVP and then Baltimore went crazy the whole season. I can't remember the record off the top of my head. He got to the playoffs and stunk it up. And last year he was hurt.
Starting point is 00:31:09 But when he's been in the playoffs, no, he has not been in a regular season, Lamar Jackson. Right now I have Baltimore looking like the best team in the AFC, possibly football. But when the playoffs come, I would like to play Lamar Jackson before I play Patrick Mahomes or Josh Allen, just because of their playoff experience. Those are two teams that I would be very, very careful of in the playoffs. It seems like both divisions, both sides got a team in there that don't show up in the
Starting point is 00:31:42 playoffs, so I don't even know where they're going. But go ahead, Scott. Yeah, I'm just, I'm gonna go to the next one because we will see what happens. Another close game. The Cowboys lost to the Dolphins 22-20. Even with the loss, do you think the Cowboys can still win the
Starting point is 00:31:59 NFC East? Because we know first is the Eagles. I'm not gonna lie, I'm starting to like the is Eagles. I'm not going to lie. I'm starting to like the Cowboys. I'm not going to lie. These last two games, I mean Prescott been really
Starting point is 00:32:15 playing well. Even though they haven't won, I'm starting to see why the niggas be rooting for them even though they don't get it done. He had a really good game. I mean, this is the kind of mind state I'm going through when niggas on my team not catching passes.
Starting point is 00:32:37 So I'm like, you know, Prescott had one of those games where he should have won that game. He really should have won that game. But what can I say? It's a Florida thing. I don't know how you turn everything into some type of way
Starting point is 00:32:54 benefiting you. No matter what goes on, no matter what team it is, no matter what sport we're talking about, no matter what player we're talking about, some type of way you benefit from every topic, no matter what sport we're talking about. No matter what player we're talking about. Some type of way you benefit from every topic. Every topic you find a way to benefit from. I don't know how you do it.
Starting point is 00:33:13 It's amazing. But now it's a Florida thing. Title Town's on the move. It's not a city address. It's a state of mind. The title goes where you go, but you don't know where you're going. It's kind of wild, bro. It's on the move. Pause. It's on the move.
Starting point is 00:33:30 I'm on the move. Dak made an impressive drive going back to the game, the Dolphins and the Cowboys. Dak made an impressive drive, but the defense didn't hold up. And they came back and went again. The Dolphins, that is, came back and kicked the game on the field goal.
Starting point is 00:33:48 To me, that was a big game for the Dolphins because a lot of people have said the Dolphins haven't won against any winning team with a winning record. So that was a big win for the Dolphins, and they went to show them. But to me, it's not about that alone. It's about you shouldn't have put yourself in that position throughout the first three and a half
Starting point is 00:34:12 quarters to have to go down the field and make a potentially game-winning drive only to lose by a field goal. It's the team around and what happened is year after year after year after year, the Dallas Cowboys are the hype train. They're the best.
Starting point is 00:34:27 Oh, they recruited this person. Or Zeke is gone and now they got the – look. We always – yeah, C.D. Lamb and Tony Pollard as well. I was talking about running back position. But year after year, the media, the crazy Dallas Cowboy fans, the surrounding people that's, what do you call it, casual Dallas Cowboy fans because they don't watch football all the time. They just want to root for Dallas.
Starting point is 00:34:55 This is the shit y'all build yourself up for this time of year to let yourself down for the last 30 years. Y'all have not won a fucking Super Bowl this century. You want to sound like you know, like we talking about colonial days in the 1800s almost. You have not won a Super Bowl since the 1900s, my nigga.
Starting point is 00:35:15 And this is what happens. But I will say, this is what I will say, is that if anything There's a state. Kill it in the title town is a state. It's a state. Kill it in the title town. There's a state. It's a state of mind. It's on the move. I'm not frozen.
Starting point is 00:35:42 I'm not frozen. I just can't believe it. I can't believe you won't stop. I just can't believe it. I can't believe you won't stop. I don't know what you're drinking. Christmas punch or what? Blueberry juice. Blueberry juice. Anyway,
Starting point is 00:36:05 what I will say about the Cowboys is this. I think that losing these two games, I won't say good for their team, but it lets them know that shit is about to get serious. I would, if I was the Cowboys, I'd rather take these two losses towards the end of the season, knowing they're guaranteed to go to the playoffs and say, we know what we need to do because we know what could potentially happen. It happens year after year. I still don't believe that they're going to get to the Super Bowl,
Starting point is 00:36:33 let alone win the Super Bowl. If they do, then we'll see what happens. But if they don't, you can't fault me or anybody else who's thinking like I am. This is based off history. This happens year after year after year. But as far as the Dolphins, the Dolphins, that was a great win. They gutted that out.
Starting point is 00:36:54 The reason I like the Dolphins a lot and the AFC as well is because they had every type of win. They just had a game-winning field goal kick against the Cowboys on Christmas Day. Early in the year, I believe, they put up 72 points, 74 points. They know how to win in any situation, close games, blowout games, intermediate games. And they had a couple tough losses as well. They're not undefeated. But I think that they know how to win and have a strategy if things are close or if it's a blow, either way.
Starting point is 00:37:27 And I like their coach a lot. You know, he's different. He's quirky. And he doesn't try to fit in with the rest of the NFL coaches, or at least the way he's perceived to me isn't. And I like the way he goes about doing things. So I think more than the Cowboys, this is really going to be a great playoff.
Starting point is 00:37:49 It's going to be the playoffs this year, pardon me, are really going to be great because it's teams in the NFC. Now look, we got the 49ers who just lost. We got the Cowboys who just lost. Philly just got a close win against the Giants.
Starting point is 00:38:04 We'll talk about in a minute these are all really close games by the top scenes whether you know whether it's whether it's the 49ers the Eagles who else I just said we got the Lions we haven't
Starting point is 00:38:20 even talked about yet and I think that we're going to see what happens to the AFC. Look, the AFC is fucking loaded top to bottom. You know, we're sitting here talking about Tua. Then you got fucking Lamar Jackson. After Lamar Jackson, we got my nigga Joe off the couch, Placo. Fucking, it's loaded top to bottom.
Starting point is 00:38:44 It's top to bottom on both sides. And I can't wait to see what happens when the playoffs start. But both teams, if I had to pick a better team, even though they're not in the division, I'm going to go with Miami. And I think Miami deserve to win this game. Good analysis.
Starting point is 00:39:02 We're going to go to a break. And when we return, we will talk about the jaguars versus the bucks she called this thing about toxic Four years and counting Got you feeling like an option Maybe I'm my own problem, babe She tired of hearing, I don't know What's happening, me won't fall Dealing with this thing called trust But she really thinking about
Starting point is 00:39:48 She wanna be free Why am I in this one? She wanna be free Welcome back. So let's get into our Underdog Fantasy picks of the day. On Sunday, the Lions will play the Cowboys. Underdog Fantasy has Jared Goff at 261 and a half passing yards do you have him higher or lower mace 260 lower okay i'm gonna go lower as well okay jamir gib Gibbs is at 56 and a half rushing yards.
Starting point is 00:40:26 Do you have him higher or lower? Cam? Higher. Yeah, higher. Cam's on the killer. Starting to. Okay. And Macy, your favorite team, Dak Prescott is at
Starting point is 00:40:41 278 and a half passing yards. Do you have him higher or lower? Higher. Dak going to go higher. If not, I'm going to go with a cowboy hat. I'm going to go with a cowboy hat. We don't go higher. I'm going lower, but I'll tell you one thing.
Starting point is 00:41:02 This is a very, very important game with implications in the NFC as far as the playoffs are concerned and see them as concerned between the Cowboys and the Lions. That'll probably be my favorite game to watch coming up this week. And if he doesn't, Jerry Jones getting him out of there. I'm telling you this. Jerry can make out. Jerry's saying he got his clothes,
Starting point is 00:41:32 but we can't keep doing this, Dak. We'll see. Download the Underdog Fantasy app and you can make your picks too. The Jaguars lost their game to the Bucs 30-12. Trevor Lawrence has a sprained right shoulder and is uncertain to play their next game against
Starting point is 00:41:48 the Panthers even without Trevor Lawrence if he doesn't play do you think they can still win who they playing the Panthers yeah they never won you never know nowadays
Starting point is 00:42:03 we can be the Pan. We can be the Panthers right now. Yeah, all four of us are offense and defense. We don't even need 11 niggas. This nigga is respecting y'all right now. We can beat the Panthers right now.
Starting point is 00:42:23 And we will be at that protest. If our dates permit and we're not doing nothing, we'll be at the protest. As far as the Jaguars are concerned, I think Trevor Lawrence has been hurt the last couple weeks. He hasn't been playing well since he got slightly hurt probably two or three weeks ago. He forced himself back the next week.
Starting point is 00:42:46 Then yesterday, pardon me, Christmas Day, he forced himself again. I think the Jaguars are trying to make sure they stay in the playoffs and they forced him out there on the field. But if they do make the playoffs, he's going to be a need. He needs to be a key part of that. So I think he's very smart. Excuse me. On the Jaguars part saying, look, we should still be able to get this W without Trevor Lawrence.
Starting point is 00:43:15 And that way moving forward, if they go to the playoffs, that he at least he has a week to heal up. And hopefully this week I helped them out. But a spring throwing shoulder. If, if it is a throwing shoulder, you said his right shoulder? Yeah, I don't know if that's going to heal up in a week. But he's a tough guy. He'll try and make it happen.
Starting point is 00:43:35 But this is the best week of any week. Jaguars really lucked the fuck up playing the Panthers. And like Steph said, anything can happen. But this is the week that y'all supposed to let y'all franchise quarterback get some rest and try and lead y'all into the playoffs if possible. Well, the Eagles went against the Giants 33-25. Jalen Hurts had one touchdown and one interception. How do you feel about the Eagles' win?
Starting point is 00:44:07 It was too close. Go ahead, Marla. Yeah, yeah. This is the Giants. There's not much to talk about here. I mean, you know they're supposed to win. We know that Philly is supposed to win. The game like Keller was about to say is way too close.
Starting point is 00:44:25 The game shouldn't be that close. I mean, and definitely as you get to the end of the season, Philly should be playing much better football than getting to the place where you're barely beating a team like the Giants because, I mean, they need every position, Pauls. They need every position. Yeah. I mean, they need every position, Paul. They need every position. Yeah, that's where I was going to start with what Myrta just said. All year long, and look, I just gave the Dolphins credit
Starting point is 00:44:55 for winning close games, but the Eagles' victories all year long, even though they have an outstanding record, has just been beating teams. You know, I think maybe one game, maybe two, I'll give them two off the top of my brain where they dominated the team. Every game has been really close. And, look, it doesn't matter if you win by 100 points or one point in the NFL or win is a win, but we haven't seen them dominate.
Starting point is 00:45:21 And a team like the Giants, this was a game for them to dominate, get ready to get ready for the playoffs. And they didn them dominate. And a team like the Giants, this was a game for them to dominate, get ready to get ready for the playoffs. They didn't dominate. What they did do was they won the Cowboys' loss. So right now they're in a great position to be at the top of the NFC when it's all said and done.
Starting point is 00:45:40 Also, with the 49ers losing, we'll see how this goes the last two weeks. But Philadelphia, I can't say anything bad about them because a win's a win. But as far as seeing them dominate, that just hasn't happened yet. And maybe they got a trick for the playoffs, and we'll see then. But I just can't sit there and say they're going to go to the Super Bowl again
Starting point is 00:46:03 because the way they've been playing has been so-so. And it's been so-so enough. It's almost like when me and Mace do deals, it's almost like a 52-48. You're just winning by the 4%. You're not really
Starting point is 00:46:20 winning by a lot, but a win is still a win. And we'll see next week. Next couple of weeks is going to be really, really good to see where people land in the playoffs. Let me ask you a question, Stat. Where was DeVito at? I didn't say I was a Giants fan.
Starting point is 00:46:39 I just had to shout him out because he was doing his thing. Okay. Yeah, they took his ass out. The mob couldn't help him yesterday. Or whatever day that was. The mob couldn't help him out, man. You wanted to shout him out. Why you shout him out today?
Starting point is 00:46:57 No shout. When it's due. When it's due. It's not due. I ain't about to say no more. You got to be fair in all aspects. Okay. Next, the Steelers got a much-needed win over the Bengals 34-11.
Starting point is 00:47:13 Do you think the Bengals season is over? Yeah, that shit was over when Joe Burrow had left out, man. They should have tried to get Flacco, man. Listen, they put up a little fight as much as they can. Look, we'll say this. They're not eliminated. Technically, they're not eliminated. They're still in it. But
Starting point is 00:47:33 as far as, even if they luck up and get the last wild card spot, are they in it? No, they're not in it. When niggas say in it, do they have a chance to win the Super Bowl? No, they don't have a chance to win the Super Bowl. Not at all. Can they sneak into the playoffs?
Starting point is 00:47:47 We'll see what happens next couple weeks. But their season was technically over. I'm talking about Super Bowl contention season when Joe Burrow got hurt. Yeah. Them niggas is on a retreat with, what's his name, Belichick. Yeah. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Well, I'm going to add my two cents.
Starting point is 00:48:14 Shout out the Steelers. I just feel like any time Mike Tomlin's winning record is on the line, he's like, y'all better tighten up. And they did. Shout out to them. I know Kenny Pickett is injured, but Mason Rudolph got the job done. And so that's all that matters for us.
Starting point is 00:48:30 I think he should continue to play for the next game rather than Kenny Pickett coming back in from an ankle sprain because it doesn't make sense. And then Rudolph being in, I think it gave our receivers a lot more confidence because George Pickens is the wide receiver I was talking about last time who seemed really discouraged by the game he did get two touchdowns this game because
Starting point is 00:48:50 they had a good connection so I'm not gonna say I have the highest hopes but a win is a win and I like the win yeah and you can't oh my gosh because I've been very consistent Y'all saw the hat, Nick. This is wild, man. You give shout-outs whenever they do. No, when they do, and it was due. It was due. It was very much due. Shout-out niggas out.
Starting point is 00:49:18 When it's due. And it's mad random. It's like the Giants this week. Now see, yo, y'all too from Florida, for real. Yo. Yo. And it's mad random. It's like the Giants this week. Now, yo, me, I'm on. Yo, y'all two from Florida for real. Yo. Now it's due.
Starting point is 00:49:31 It wasn't due last week or two weeks ago, but it's due now. Look, what I will do is say is this. I agree with Stad on this particular situation, on this particular topic. Mike Tomlinson doesn't have a losing record as a coach in the NFL, whether he makes it to the playoffs or not. And for me, more than the Steelers going to the playoffs or more than the Steelers winning, I am paying attention to see if Mike Tomlinson leaves with a winning record because I don't want him to have a losing record as far as him being a coach.
Starting point is 00:50:05 This is the first season where it's going to be an odd amount of games. If it was 16 games like normal, he would at least finish at 500, which he's done before. But he has to win at least one more game not to be under 500. So that's what I am rooting for as far as the Steelers are concerned. More than the Steelers, Mike Tomlinson will have a winning record this season. And that's good that he has a type of rapport with the players that whenever it's needed, they get it done for him.
Starting point is 00:50:40 Yeah. They should say that at the beginning. Why don't you win the Super Bowl for me, nigga? If you really got my back. If you really fuck with me. Yeah, go get the Super Bowl. Nice. Moving along,
Starting point is 00:51:03 Tyreek Hill is facing some baby mama drama he followed his child in a span of four months mind you he just got married and two of the women have reportedly filed maternity suits thoughts on the situation how long he been married? A couple. Maybe this is like second or third month. It's not too long. Yeah, so maybe this happened before the marriage. It had to happen before the marriage if the paternity suits are showing up. But this is crazy.
Starting point is 00:51:38 What are we talking about? Four babies? Or three babies? Three in the span of four months. How many from his wife? I don't think any are from the wife. See, that's my thing right there. That's one of them situations, and I don't know this situation,
Starting point is 00:51:57 but that's one of them situations like, fuck it, I'll marry you then. That's one of them situations like, all right, fine, i'll show you i love you i'll marry you because that's whoever he married he really wanted her and she might have been out of here like now this is starting to get wild after the second and a half baby it was three different women in the span of four months how many kids um um what what okay so two of them two baby mamas so that's two kids to file paternity suits and he reportedly has seven children yeah so then they went they want any of them from his wife. No.
Starting point is 00:52:46 None of the kids. No. That's what I'm trying to tell you. He liked. It's hard to say. It was his long fiance, but he had a fiance before that fiance. The thing about it is, sometimes when you're younger, you don't realize what you like.
Starting point is 00:53:08 It's just what you want to keep. And this sounds like something he may want to keep and not realizing he liked somebody else before. Let me tell you, let me give you a great example. He's on the move. Let me give you a great example. Yeah, he was in Play-Doh town one time. I'll give you a great example of what happened to me, right? And I thought, I'm talking about because I was young and I wasn't facing reality.
Starting point is 00:53:39 I was just, nobody schooled me on it. And what happened was I tried to make sure that when I got on, I wanted to make sure that my childhood sweetheart, so to speak, I kept it real with her. But I wasn't happy. And I was like, damn, I'm trying to keep it real. I want to just, she was there when I was down. I didn't have nothing. But does that mean be miserable the rest of my life, trying to keep it
Starting point is 00:54:06 real? And I remember I was cheating on her and I had another, a side joint and she was cool as shit. I liked her. We had fun. We hung out, just standing third. It was a great time.
Starting point is 00:54:22 And one day me and her got into an argument. Talking about my side joint. We got into an argument. And I said, you know what? I ain't got a deal. You know how you just regular. It wasn't nothing big.
Starting point is 00:54:34 I said, yo, I ain't even got a deal with none of this shit. I go home to my girl. And she said, you stupid motherfucker. I am your girl. You just don't know it. You over here all the time. You go everywhere with me. You have the most fun. I make your girl. You just don't know it. You over here all the time. You go everywhere with me. You have the most fun. I make
Starting point is 00:54:48 you laugh. All you do is talk about how miserable you are over there. You'll barely be there, you stupid motherfucker. You don't even realize I'm your girlfriend. I was like, the mom fucked me. I was like, oh, shit. She was in Titletown.
Starting point is 00:55:07 Yeah, but the point is, I got another nigga like that now, and they be like, no, that's not my, that's my wife. And I'm like, you with, if that's your wife and this your girl, you with your girl more than your wife. So her brain, you really,
Starting point is 00:55:21 she's really your wife, and I would drink your girl. But niggas put titles on shit instead of paying attention to what's going on. So I'm not sure if that's where Tyreek Hill is, but to me, it sounds like this. You're going to have baby after baby after baby with chick after chick after chick,
Starting point is 00:55:39 but your wife, now that's your wife, you have no kids with her, and that's your wife. You just randomly get married to her, and you you have no kids with her and that's your wife you just randomly get married to her and you just have four kids that ain't right baby you know you gotta realize where you want to be he got three he got three children with his former fiancee he got um three different women chasing him for allegedly for paternity suits and stuff like that. One of the girls just said,
Starting point is 00:56:13 I can't take $2,500 a month. You just signed for $30 million. Massing, massing. Yeah, pocket watch. Pocket watch. Lovely pocket watch. Yeah, pocket watch. Pocket watch. Lovely pocket watch. Yeah, excellent.
Starting point is 00:56:29 It does backstab. She's that way big at 2,500. This nigga try to hold me 30 racks. Yeah. I ain't going for 30 racks. Yeah. Is she wrong? Is she wrong?
Starting point is 00:56:50 If he made 30 million, should she take 30,000? I have my own thoughts about that stuff anyways. He can't do his baby bubble. That's why he asked you. I know. That's me he asked you. I know.
Starting point is 00:57:05 I know. And that's me giving my little OJ answer. You know, people can take whatever they like to take. I'm not for taking people's money for certain stuff, but that's just me. I like Tyreek Hill, but he can't give a walkthrough money for a baby now. Can't give a walkthrough. Let's do the math on it. You're saying that's 30,000.
Starting point is 00:57:26 You do that times 18. You do that times eight. Not even 18, it go to 20 now. So let's do 21. You round it off. That's 600,000 about, less than a million. So then you do that times seven.
Starting point is 00:57:42 Yeah. It's only 3.5. It's over. Yeah. No good. Listen, man, you made a great point over there and I did some homework on it. Not a lot of homework, but and I don't
Starting point is 00:58:03 I was speaking very loosely here when you said that about otani the other day why he's taking 60 million in like eight or nine years i was like varg may say some shit about child support so i was like let me see what's going on what happened with that was and it's a different situation, it's something to do with California state tax going down in the next few years. And he may benefit from the state tax going down in the next six, seven years to where the majority, you know, California state tax is brutal. And if it goes down in the next six, seven years, he's going to keep a chunk of that money towards the end.
Starting point is 00:58:45 So that was part of the reason that he could potentially not take all the money up front in the first few years. That's crazy though. But yo, do you think that's good? Like 600,000 out of the 30 million for a child? It depends on, I'm sorry. No, Cam, you don't go ahead and answer What I was going to say is this And we'll get back to you See Stat don't want to say the wrong thing
Starting point is 00:59:14 So her fans get mad at her and shit She be like oh You what Stat say she got emotional And all her fans get mad So she don't want to say Right That's like she got motion and all her fans get mad. I'm done. Right. You said something about Russell.
Starting point is 00:59:30 You said something about Russell. A man, it's misconstrued, so I'm good over here. Like, it's like... Take Tyreek out of it. Take Tyreek out of it. If it's $30 million, how much should a kid get I genuinely just
Starting point is 00:59:47 feel like that's pocket watching like I don't need to be equating a child to how much money and funds is in your account like I just feel like that's OD but that's my opinion but somebody else is gonna say oh stat you don't really think that because you like dudes with motion you want like I'm that's just that's really what i think i don't want to equate somebody's funds to how much a child i should be gaining for my child like i just feel like that's none of my business whatever they can do to survive is what's needed i'm gonna work my money and provide for them as much as i can that's how i think but somebody gonna twist that and make it something that is not so that's my answer.
Starting point is 01:00:27 My thing is this though, Steph. I'm not saying you be pocket watching. But if you're not pocket watching watching how you know a nigga got motion it's not about how much no it is having motion is not about how much money you make you have to have your own thing going on
Starting point is 01:00:59 it's a state of mind it's a state of mind it's a state of mind. It's a state of mind. It's a state of mind. It's a state of mind. It literally is. It literally is. Yo, but I asked you specifically, right? Yes. I asked you specifically. I said the nigga got motion, killer.
Starting point is 01:01:10 And that's what we said. That's why Mase was like, does it matter what job they work? I asked you specifically, Stat and Mase and Nick was there as well. I said if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out.
Starting point is 01:01:18 I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said, if the nigga don't got motion, he's out. I said specifically stat and Mace and Nick was there as well. I said, if the nigga don't
Starting point is 01:01:29 got his own section, could you go to the club with him like that? And having your own section means you have to have money. You can't... Your own section comes with status or it comes with money.
Starting point is 01:01:46 One or the other. You don't just go in there and get your own section when I ask you, you have to have your own section. You say, yes, he does have to have his own section. Money and status get you your own section. We don't got to go to the club, though. We don't got to go to the club.
Starting point is 01:02:04 That's just a conversation. That's what you club, though. We don't got to go to the club. That's just a type of situation. That's what you said, though. A section in Carbone? What are you talking about? Is that a section in Oceanfront? I said, you can't be in the section like this? You were like, no.
Starting point is 01:02:21 That's exactly what you said. Then don't take me we could go for a walk i don't know leave that out the equation oh that's the section you was talking about yeah that's what i was talking about now we could go to a picnic wow i said stat and I said stat. And Nick, please pull the tape up for this part. I said, why not stat?
Starting point is 01:02:51 You said, because that's what I deserve. Yes, stat. I deserve a name with motion, not my own section. And that's crazy. Then why would you say he has to have his own section? You should have said the picnic shit that day. You know what? Wait, wait, wait.
Starting point is 01:03:11 We can do better than this. Nick, go back to the tape. Yeah, let's do that. Dad, you like them lights here, niggas? I like good men. Good men with motion good men with motion
Starting point is 01:03:33 yes you like the 1% then good niggas is good good men with motion with motion. That's crazy.
Starting point is 01:03:46 Got emotion. That was... Not for me, for you. Okay, y'all ready? Motion. What's your definition of motion? Like, they got their own shit going on. Like, if we go to a club, like, that's your shit. You wasn't the one that put in at the end.
Starting point is 01:04:09 Like, you have your own thing going on. What you mean put up at the end? Like, I hate, this just brings me back to Miles. Like, don't invite me out if you didn't plan that shit. Like, you have to be the one in charge of the shit. You're trying to say you can't fuck with the help. No, I can't. That's crazy. You have to have the one in charge of the shit. You're trying to say you can't fuck with the help. No. I can't.
Starting point is 01:04:27 That's crazy. You have to have the motion yourself. Like, you have to be the one making, like, doing shit. Like, I don't know how to put it. No, it's not crazy. It's what I deserve. I'm not saying you deserve it. Everybody deserve it. So who deserves a regular nigga?
Starting point is 01:04:42 Girls who like regular. So if a young nigga didn't buy the section, you can't fuck with him. No, he can put in. He can put in, but it's like, yo, you gotta be the one like
Starting point is 01:04:57 starting the shit. Welcome back. It's rolling. So I don't understand that if the dude didn't chip in or if he didn't if yo my man
Starting point is 01:05:10 got the section and then y'all get there and y'all kind of tight and y'all kind of tight yeah I don't like like all the plans are based off of your homeboy
Starting point is 01:05:20 or like there's like the main homeboys and you're the one on the side that's like yeah like you can pull up but like you can only bring one friend like what like I'm just gonna go do my own thing like killer said you don't deal with the hell because if it were me if it were me I have the motion like okay you you asked me what's up like
Starting point is 01:05:39 you're good like it shouldn't be no from Jackson no you didn't always have motion I actually always did have motion though that's the thing it might have been slight it might have been a little nerdy if I had motion that's crazy what is nerd motion
Starting point is 01:05:59 the whole shit is she went she went Frank wife. Yeah. Scarface. Yeah, you went straight Frank wife. Guys. I know you probably
Starting point is 01:06:12 ain't seen Scarface. What about the regular niggas though? Regular is fine. You can be regular in how motion. Like you have your, like you. What, he got like a Walmart motion? What's a regular motion?
Starting point is 01:06:23 You can have, like if you just have like a regular, like that's fine if you do like regular things. You can have, like, if you just have like a regular, like, that's fine. If you do like regular things, that's like, honestly, you can take you to eat a corn dog out of the,
Starting point is 01:06:32 um, I don't like corn dogs, but like, then cool. I'm just trying to get your definition of regular. Regular is like a dude that has a regular job Like nothing flashy Not a social media dude
Starting point is 01:06:48 Like just does his own thing But that's fine because you do your own thing Oh, okay And that's motion Like you have your own motion You do your own thing I thought you was digging for gold You're not digging for gold
Starting point is 01:06:58 No, no, no, no, no Okay Because I just I really just want a nice man I don't Like that can Everything But they got to match me, so You hear that, fellas? She want a nice guy. I don't like that can everything, but they got to match me.
Starting point is 01:07:05 So yeah, that fella, she was, I was about to let it go. I was about to let it go, but they got to match you. So if you're making more than him, if he doesn't have a problem with that,
Starting point is 01:07:16 that's cool. Okay. That's what, cause he was like, he got a regular job, but he got to match me. You make more than the average person makes. I make more than most men that I know unless they're
Starting point is 01:07:27 doing things, which I talk to all walks of life. You switched up, Stat. No, that's not switched up. You switched up. That's not switched up. Let's get back to the show because you switched up. Let's say she acted different now because I'm the same. Okay.
Starting point is 01:07:47 We're back. You want to take. But I never got to clarify. But I'm going to just let them think what they think. Like, I don't know what to tell y'all. Y'all Floridians, boy. Y'all a different breed, boy.
Starting point is 01:08:04 Y'all Flor different breed boy you know got it boy I have motion and this is what I deserve yeah that don't sound like a that definitely don't sound like a picnic if you see me in a picnic in the next couple weeks
Starting point is 01:08:19 don't say nothing that's all I gotta say I wish I had the hat. For the fellas out there, let us know if you're able to taste that out. Good sandwich, Krispy Kremes, a Pepsi. Yeah, and a blanket for some grass. I swear to God. I wish I could find this picnic.
Starting point is 01:08:39 I'll find all them hats y'all threw at me and pull up to the picnic with them joints. them hats y'all threw at me and pull up to the picnic with them joints. Okay, we move on to the last one before we end the show. Before we end, let's talk a little bit of basketball. What was your biggest takeaway from
Starting point is 01:08:58 the NBA Christmas games? My God. You want to start with the lakers i mean i'll just give my takeaway from whatever game um biggest takeaways is that nuggets look good i mean it was a big disparity on free throws. The Joker had like three field goals and had like 18 points on free throws. The Nuggets looked good. The Lakers still can't get it together. Not counting on Boston to do anything without Porzingis. You see how they look with Porzingis on the floor. They look great.
Starting point is 01:09:41 LeBron, he didn't have the best game, but he's still out there sprinting up the floor, blocking Jason Tatum's dunks. It look great. LeBron, he didn't have the best game, but he's still out there spreading up the floor, blocking Jason Tatum's dunks. It was sensational. I'll leave Miami for stat. And the Knicks. Shout out to Jalen Brunson and the Knicks. I've been getting a lot of
Starting point is 01:09:57 Knicks shit in my DMs and comments the last couple days. Y'all niggas always shitting on the Knicks. Y'all niggas always shitting on the Knicks. Y'all niggas ain't never giving the Knicks no props. Y'all want to be back. Shout out to the Knicks, man. They look really good Christmas Day.
Starting point is 01:10:14 They beat the Bucs. It was finally some, you know, balance between Damian Lillard and Giannis. They both had 32 points apiece, if I'm not mistaken, but it wasn't enough to get the victory. Finn City, I hope you're happy. I'll shout the Knicks out. He wanted to bet me, and I asked you this, Mace. I asked you this Tuesday. He said he wanted to bet me.
Starting point is 01:10:34 I didn't want to take the bet because I'm not sure about this bet. But he said that Jalen Brunson will be starting in the All-Star game this year. And I know it's about votes, and you still got Trey Young and everybody over there, but do you think that Jalen Brunson starting at point guard for the East this year would be suitable?
Starting point is 01:10:56 Hmm. I mean, right now... Jalen Brunson? Right now, I don't see why not. He's definitely doing his thing but you think they're going to put him over Damian Lillard that's what I was saying to myself
Starting point is 01:11:11 you know it goes by the record and also it goes by yeah it goes by the record and it also goes by uh your status Damian Lillard been having motion for years Jalen Brunson just get in motion The status stat, Damian Lillard been having motion for years.
Starting point is 01:11:28 Jalen Brunson just get in motion. So, you know, the starting five on each team is voted for by the fans and the players are voted for by the coaches. I think the coaches will definitely vote for Jalen Brunson. Will he get the votes to start though? That's the question. And I don't know if I'm going to start him over Damian Lillard. Yeah, that's what I would be thinking. So I'm glad I was able to catch everybody before they get on that train.
Starting point is 01:11:57 Yeah, but, you know, even if we're going off votes, I'm not sure because, Lillard, to me, is doing great. Like I said, they haven't really got the chemistry to get there yet with Milwaukee, but I would say this. Jalen Brunson, playing-wise,
Starting point is 01:12:18 I think he has an argument there. I'm not mad at him for starting as an argument, but as far as status is concerned also, and not status, that's the word I've been looking for, popularity, you still got Trey Young as popular. So we'll see how these votes go. What did you take away from Christmas?
Starting point is 01:12:38 Sorry about that, Mason. Everybody hitting us up about AD. They said, make sure Cam speak about AD 40 points. What you want me to tell them? What, in the loss? Yeah, he said against a big man he had 40. Let's see if they bring this up. Are we talking about against the Nuggets?
Starting point is 01:13:01 No, against Boston. Yeah, against the Nuggets, though. That's when I want to see him really perform. That's my thing. Because we can sit there and say that Porzingis is a big man, but he's not really. We know that Porzingis is not a traditional big man. He's not Joel Embiid.
Starting point is 01:13:26 He's not Rudy Gobert. He's not he's not Joel Embiid. He's not Rudy Gobert. He's not the Joker. He's more of a 3-4 and they'll put him, same thing with Wimby, they'll have him labeled a center, but he's not a traditional center. It's the same thing like to me, where you got Kevin Garnett,
Starting point is 01:13:40 you got Kevin Durant at 6'10", 6'11", but he's a three. And he's 40. No, I don't count that again. And they didn't win. No, no, no. Stop with the A.D. shit, man. Not you, Murda.
Starting point is 01:13:57 Y'all people out there, look, you think we don't want to root for A.D.? As hard as LeBron James is playing out there, busting his ass, I would hope that this team would rally around the shit that, As hard as LeBron James is playing out there, busting his ass, I would hope that this team would rally around the shit that, not just LeBron's play. And I know I be on my Ohio shit and everything else. Fuck that. I'm from Harlem.
Starting point is 01:14:20 Watching LeBron's effort, fuck the numbers, fuck the 40 points, fuck the block dunks, fuck the sprinting up and down the court for plays that may not matter towards the game. His effort is more than all the other non-players on the court, and that matters. If you see a guy that old who has championships, MVPs,
Starting point is 01:14:38 the most points in NBA history, putting that much effort in, you should want to match that. It's kind of like what we said and it's not the same scenario, but it's like what we said, Mace, when we were talking about Jordan Poole going to Washington.
Starting point is 01:14:53 You're not taking any of that championship experience to Washington. You're just another nigga over there. You're just another nigga in D.C. DMing bitches. You're not taking the work ethic you see from Steph. You're not taking the work ethic that you see from Steph. You're not taking none of the advice you may have got from Steve Kerr.
Starting point is 01:15:10 You may not have seen anything that you've seen during that championship where it doesn't seem like you've took it over there for the Wizards. And I know it's two different scenarios, but if I see a champion, an MVP, the all-time leading scorer in NBA history putting his effort in.
Starting point is 01:15:26 The least I can do is put in 75% to 80% of the effort that he's putting in. So it's missed me with the AV shit, man. Yeah, one of the arguments is that when he plays that well, they don't win. That's why he doesn't need to play that way. He needs to let LeBron be out front in order for don't win. That's why he doesn't need to play that way. He needs to let LeBron be out front in order for them to win. Because when he's the lead scorer, they don't win.
Starting point is 01:15:56 That's my Christmas Day takeaway. Nace, your biggest takeaway? Yeah, I really think that you want me to talk about the sixes in the heat. I can't bring up your Triple J's stat. I'm not going to do that. No sense, but okay.
Starting point is 01:16:16 Yeah, you're not trying to get Triple J on the docket right now. I see you, Lelou. I see you trying to get that as far as it shows. But one of my takeaways was that when I look at the Nuggets and the Warriors, that was the game that really showed me a lot about what's to come. The Warriors
Starting point is 01:16:40 are just not going to be there at the end of the season. We kind of knew this. We knew it was going to be Denver. But I think it's official right now. There's nobody but the Nuggets coming out of the West. That's what I took from Christmas. Nobody but the Nuggets is coming out. It's not going to be on the Suns if they get Bill, Bradley Bill, everybody playing.
Starting point is 01:17:03 No, the West, everybody playing. No. The West is officially Denver. There's nobody else coming out there. LeBron, whatever. Let me ask you a question before we get out of here. Who are you more... And I agree with you as far as Denver's
Starting point is 01:17:20 concerned. To me, even when the season started, we was all trying to figure out who would be second best. I know we said Phoenix, but let me ask you this before we get out of here. Who are you more concerned for moving forward, getting into the playoff picture?
Starting point is 01:17:36 The Suns or the Golden State Warriors? Actually, the Suns. I'm not going to lie. And that's sad. I'm more concerned about the Suns. I'm not going to lie. And that's sad. I'm more concerned about the Suns because it looks like a recipe for somebody to start acting
Starting point is 01:17:54 like they want out. You know one of those things where you got this team together and everybody on this team is nice and you know this should work? But it goes back to what I said in the beginning of the season. These are all players that need the rock. They can't play without the rock.
Starting point is 01:18:15 So it's not like you brought somebody that can get theirs, pause off the rebound, or somebody that can be inside. These are all perimeter players. They all need the ball to score. They're not really people who move a lot without the ball. I mean, Bill is, but that's what makes me so concerned with them because you almost would have to do what you did with the Clippers where one of them come off the bench and get 40 points off the bench,
Starting point is 01:18:45 but neither one of them want to come off the bench and get 40 points off the bench, but neither one of them want to come off the bench. But in order to have the motion, like Stat says, somebody's going to have to make the sacrifice so they can have motion, because right now they're all used to being the person who go like this and get it and do whatever they wanted to do. Right now, so basically what you're saying is Kevin Durant, Bradley Bill, or Devin
Starting point is 01:19:10 Booker can't take that to the club. No, they can't. They got no motion. I mean, the only thing that can really... One thing that can save this team, they will have to go back to that old triangle motion.
Starting point is 01:19:30 That will allow all of them to touch the ball and really be dominant. I think they will be super dominant if they will implement the triangle because then they will be able to all get the ball in scoring position. It will force each of them to move, and they can all be in striking distance when all get the ball in scoring position. It will force each of them to move, and they can all be in striking distance when they get the ball.
Starting point is 01:19:50 It will help. To me, I think the triangle, the reason it hasn't been this effective in the last 10 years or so is because you can play zone there. The triangle is almost unstoppable if you execute it right years or so is because you could play zone there on the triangle. This suit is almost unstoppable if you execute it right. When it's a man to man defense, but now you could cheat, you know, Phil Jackson had a lot of success with that,
Starting point is 01:20:17 with the Bulls and with the Lakers. And then maybe 10 to 12 years ago, maybe 13 now he was able to play zone to where now defense can help and cheat. But when it's a man-to-man defense, I totally agree with you. Yeah. I mean, the only thing that helped, what will really help the Suns right now is if they switch their offense, they would definitely have to bring in Bo Ball, and they will have to let KD bring the
Starting point is 01:20:47 ball up. Because if you put KD at the top, then even if they're playing zone, he would get easier shots. And then when they come to double him, he'll be throwing it to two different players that could slash faster than he can, and they will they'll be a much better team like that it's almost like when when golden state put kate let kd start bringing it up against lebron that's when he was at his best he's not going to be his best at waiting for the ball with those kind of players because they don't give the ball up until they can't shoot. Well, I'm just going to give my quick little takeaways. At the beginning of our second
Starting point is 01:21:31 season, I did kind of... Who is our... What do you mean? We had our little picks for the East and the West. I had the Celtics in the East, and I had Denver in the West, and they're both dominating, so I just wanted to recognize that right now. I didn't Celtics in the East, and I had Denver in the West, and they're both dominating. So I just wanted to recognize that right now.
Starting point is 01:21:47 I didn't know if you were talking about Miami. I am. I just have to preface that first because if you look back, I said that. I said I don't like the Celtics, but I have them at the top of the East. And so shout out to them. But scratch all of that because you have Mace. You want to roll over a high me, Hawkins Jr. Triple J. And he had a career night. He scored 31 points. I don't care who was in the game. I don't care who was and wasn't. He still played
Starting point is 01:22:15 well. And that's what you got. You need a blueberry. No, you need some blueberry juice because you want to act like he didn't play super well, and he did. So, yes. So are you Miami or the Celtics now? Which one are you? Oh, now I got to choose two teams. I never thought it would work. It doesn't.
Starting point is 01:22:42 It doesn't work, Mace. It doesn't work, Mace. It doesn't work. Stat. My title town team is the Celtics. My team is the Heat. And I play well. Thank you. You get it now.
Starting point is 01:23:00 Stat is not an address. You just proved my point. It's not an address. They won't my point. It's not an address. They won't switch. They will not switch. That's crazy. It's not an address. You said you're a title town team? Did I just
Starting point is 01:23:16 hear you say you're a title town team? My title town team is the Celtics, but my team is the Heat. Let me ask you this. Well, listen, let me ask you this now that we're back here. Lace, you're
Starting point is 01:23:31 saying that the Nuggets are going to win it again. So is the title on the move or is it not on the move? To be continued he who knows don't talk and those who talk don't know oh there we go it looks like that's our time. That's all the time we have for today. I really know who to talk to.
Starting point is 01:24:09 I don't know. Thank you all for watching. And as always, it is what it is. Thanks, son. You did good. You did good.
