to help J.J. Redick or are you assuming it'll be a rough year or you think it'll go pretty smoothly? You don't know who Nate McMillan is? I do. I just butchered the last name. I was about to say,

that's the, that's the supersonics, Nate McMillan. This is actually a great, a great two people to add. When you think of

Scott Brooks, right? Mm-hmm. He did a phenomenal job out there in OKC when Russell Westbrook was young. James Harden coming off the bench. And even with KD,

he did a lot with grooming him into stars. So he definitely has the understanding of how to deal with young talent and how to get young talent to win. So he definitely had that cachet. And when you think of Nate McMillan, and there's so many other things I could say about Scott Brooks, he also did well in D.C. when he was coaching the Wizards and John Wall and them getting them to make it to the postseason several years back to back.

So he's definitely a guy that can get a lot of things out of players. And when you ask somebody like Nate McMillan, I remember because I was living in Atlanta when he came down to Atlanta and he took over that team. He took Atlanta to the playoffs. I think they beat Milwaukee or something like that. We was thinking Trey Young was the next something. We didn't know what it was, but he had that team looking alive. And then the very next year, he ran into some player problems with one of the players, and he had to get released.

So he's always been a good player, player, coach, enable. Even though that went bad, he's able to get the maximum out of the talent. And I think when you bring that kind of history and put that with J.J. Redick, it give him a lot of different eyes and a lot of different optics for him to see things from different views, because the way he may think is one way and having them around, I have them, you know, very balanced and that's what he's going to need as a young coach. Not that I would know, but that's what I would assume.

It's like he knew them. So to me, that's the number one situation.
