It is what it is.
I'm Treasure Wilson, aka Stapp, Baby, along with your host, Mace.
Kim will be back.
And y'all today, we are joining with our analysts, Arabia.
Hey.
Arabia, what's going on?
Oh, my goodness.
A highly flavor, favorite, feeling amazing.
Statt, you're the host of it is what it is, but tonight I'm hosting the winner's circle.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the winter circle.
It's ladies night.
That's what Mates me saying, right?
It's ladies night in the winter circle, okay, free before midnight.
Make sure you tip your bartender.
It's this lady's, hey, and the value.
Make sure you got me feeling them glasses, too.
I might have to be on with you on with these glasses.
I'm feeling good today.
Can't wait to get to these topics.
You know what I'm saying?
It's the winter circle.
So everybody have fun as ladies night in the winter circle.
Hey, I just need to know, Stata.
We're still collecting late fees.
That's all I need to.
I wouldn't even be tripping.
I wouldn't even be tripping.
I'm asking for a friend, Nick.
That's what I'm asking.
What friend?
Why do you ask?
And I know Cam is probably not feeling well, but are we still getting paid for people not making it?
I'm just asking for friends.
You know, people asking me these things.
I wouldn't even be tripping, but they're asking me.
So I'm asking you guys, you know.
I know I've missed plenty of people for legitimate reasons.
And so I personally don't know why Cam isn't here, but I hope all this well with him seriously
because, you know, life happens.
So hope everything is good with the boss.
Oh, no, I'm not talking about, I'm not talking about Cam.
I'm talking about collectively.
I'm just trying to get an understanding if it's okay, you know.
I definitely wouldn't say that about Cam.
That would be too callous.
But I'm just asking for a friend, you know.
You know, I would really like to know the answer to that too,
as some people in the production room
haven't been paid from last year
at lay fees, but you know what?
Hey man, new year, new us, I guess.
We'll just leave it at that.
It's a new year.
It's the new year?
Are we going to putty timing?
We can't be.
You can be.
I'm here to work and support my team.
That's it, you know.
Whatever I can do to make the team win, you know?
That's all we do.
team is supported. I do think Arabia set the tone. Mase you ask how we feel. And I think we're
feeling great. We have a lot to talk about. But first, we're going to start just with the Sunday
night, the latest game that happened, because a lot went down in a lot of the games. We're
going to start with the Broncos and the Rams. Broncos beat the Rams 30 to 26. Arabia,
what's your opinion on the outcome of this game? Wait, wait, wait, wait. Come on. Come on, baby.
You got to ask the experts first. And rewind, May.
I've been having an expert year, Nick.
This is what the people are saying.
But, I mean, just to sum it up, you got to pay, you got to play defense.
That boy, Bowdo Nix was looking like he could do whatever he want.
There was a lot of quarterbacks that had a great Sunday, you know,
but this is one of them, Bo Nix.
And Wider was just going like this.
Like, what is, what are they doing on defense?
Who's guarding me out here?
I thought that was amazing when he caught the touchdown.
He was going like this.
so disrespectful. It's like, can y'all get
somebody to guard me out
here because they're throwing the ball?
I see them catching it. I'm thinking
the defense, he got
to know that. They teach that in
Little League. What do they call it?
Pee-wee football. You got to keep your eyes
on the football. It's going to
cost you games in this national football
league. I'm excited about
what Broncos is doing. I'm not
ready to, they're not in
title town yet. But I'm going to
let Arabia give her take. But I'm
I'm loaded with information for tonight.
I'm in today, so I'm ready.
Yeah, I'm glad we got the expert on the panel because I got to agree with the expert.
Bow Nix looked very comfortable against this Rams defense, a good Rams defense.
And Matthew Stafford sometimes looked very rattled against, again, a really good Broncos defense.
There were times in this game where I felt like Matthew Stafford had an opportunity.
If you take, for example, in the fourth quarter, two minutes left, the opportunity for a walk-off touchdown, and he ends up throwing an interception.
There are certain times where I feel like Stafford.
could have had the first down, could have had the touchdown, could have, would or should have, and just didn't.
And to be fair, again, this Broncos defense is very good.
It's good enough to make sure that Bo Nix gets the ball back in his hands and Bo Nix delivered.
This very much felt like a Sean McVeigh versus Payton game and McVeigh was on the sideline, pissed.
Okay, you could just see it in his face.
You can see some of the calls from the reps.
You can see some of the plays that just worked or didn't work some of the interceptions.
And he was over there seething.
It was a very tough back and forth battle.
the Broncos ended up coming back from being down in this game.
But shout out to Bo Nick.
Shout out to the Broncos.
They had a really good game.
Offense looked really good.
Bo Nicks looked really good.
And defensively, they came up with some really crucial steps.
I'll also add to me at first, the game was boring, right?
I'm happy we were able to step it up because they came back from a 16 point deficit.
And it's just like the Rams shouldn't even have allowed that to happen.
That's why I'm like, this was the Rams game to lose.
because for the Broncos to not even score anything for the first half,
I'm at this point, like, do I ever want to keep watching this game?
Do I need to turn it off?
And then it got, then it got spicy.
Then it got interesting.
And I think that if the Broncos aren't going to be able to capitalize off of,
or if the Rams aren't going to be able to capitalize off of the Broncos,
really mistakes because, like we saw, it was moving very slow through the first half,
they're going to be struggling throughout the season.
So hopefully they have picked up because we've seen a lot of the teams that we thought
were going to be more so on top, kind of falling through a little bit of
cracks here. So hopefully we see some changes within them. And Nick, before you go, did you see
Homeboy? What's his name? Higby hit the Dougie when he got the touchdown? I think they're
watching our show to see who's the coolest white boy. But go ahead, Nick. I like that,
Mace. Yeah, man, listen, we don't be fool. We got some rhythm too, you know, even though we have
bad reputation out there.
But, yo, I got a, I got to push back, though.
I got a, I got to push back a little bit.
I think Bo Nix played awful.
He now, since he got drafted, has the most tip passes at the line of scrimmage of any
quarterback.
And sometimes when he plays, I forget that he's six, two, because he plays like he's
five, two.
Like, it's unbelievable the amount of those I get tipped at the line.
He just, it's.
still doesn't look like they're really opening up the offense because he's recovering from the ankle issues that he had when he missed the AFC title game.
To stats point, that game sucked until the second half.
And, you know, we always talk offense and defense.
We got to show some love to the Broncos punter and the special teams because I think one of the things that swung the momentum was Denver getting the ball at like the 50 on some of those returns as opposed to having to drive 90 plus yards.
And I think we got to show some love to the punters because he really put them in some good.
You know, they flipped the field position, as they like to say.
So, yeah, I don't know if I fully agree, Mace.
I know you got the expertise and you're feeling good this morning.
But I think Nick still, he did, but listen, to your point, he did deliver when he needed to.
But I think he kind of buried them early on.
And that's why they had to come back.
Nick, I want to put a pen in that.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
We can't let Nick get away with these.
mediocre takes on an expert show.
It's about getting it done when it counts.
That's all we're watching.
But go ahead, Arabia.
I know you're going to slam dunk the alley-up.
Go ahead.
Give them all the same.
The alley-up is still in the air.
I know we're going to get back to it,
but I just want everybody to put a pen and what Nick just said,
and then we'll circle back once we get to that topic.
But just remember what you said about Bo Nix.
He becomes the quarterback that has the most.
tip passes at the line.
Sometimes he doesn't come up in the clutch,
but he did when he needed to.
We'll circle back to that in a few times.
Okay.
He said, okay, I'll allow it.
Okay.
Chargers lost the bills,
24 to 16, as we see now,
the chargers are 0 in 3.
Mace, this sense of urgency,
when does it need to happen?
What's going on?
It's never going to happen.
This whole idea of
of Philip Rivers, this whole team,
it's just been oversold from the beginning.
I remember years ago when I was talking about this team,
Cam would always bring up this guy.
I'm like, Cam, they don't ever win.
They don't ever get it done.
He's just always some good talent that never actually gets it done.
And I'm just over it.
I'm not wasting my energy on the charges today.
I just can't do it.
Right now, they're not the L.A. team
the California team to be focused on.
I just can't do it today.
I'm saving my energy for something better.
What about you, Arabia?
I'm just not doing it.
It's teams I'm not talking about.
The Cowboys is one of them.
I'm about to go there with the Cleveland Browns.
It's just certain things you don't talk about when you reach a certain level.
It's like certain exes, they can't bring up to you, huh?
Statt.
It's like certain people they can't just say, well, how about him?
You know, you're not going to talk about it.
That's where I am with these teams.
Yeah, we circle back.
You'll get to the ones I want to talk about.
Yeah, we circle back to that Boehnick's point quicker than I thought.
So in this game, the Chargers only school, well, let's start with the bills, actually.
The bills have five turnovers, three fumbles and two interceptions.
The Chargers only capitalized on two of those five turnovers.
If the bills were to play a team that were better at taking advantage,
of their opponent's mistakes, this may have been a loss.
But it wasn't because this offense stepped up when it needed to.
The defense has been getting a lot of slack over the last couple of weeks.
They don't look good.
They're allowing a lot of points.
But again, like I talked about last week, this defense is always in a two-minute drill
because the offense is scoring so quickly.
So when your defense is always in a two-minute drill, yeah, at some point they're going to falter.
But again, this game, they really stepped up.
Greg Rousseau is leading this defense very, very well.
We saw that today.
the bills weren't up until the fourth quarter.
They didn't take a lead into the fourth quarter.
Two things they did very well.
They were two for two on fourth downs,
and they were three for four in the red zone.
They showed up when it mattered.
Yes, they had five turnovers,
and you know how I am with a turnover battle.
If you win the turnover battle,
you're probably going to win the game.
But they did things that they needed to do on offense
when it mattered late in the game.
Red zone, fourth down,
ended up getting the job done.
So this kind of goes to your Bow,
Bollick's point, where yes,
Vaux-Nix sometimes looks sort of bad and he has this, he has that.
Lots of turnovers for this offense, but ultimately when they needed to get it done,
they got it done.
And shout out to the bills because they just, they know how to win and their three and no.
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, Arabia.
Cam never lets me get away with that, pause.
He always says that's just so obvious.
If you win the turnover battle, the person who win the turnover battle wins the game.
I say this all the time.
Nick, when they say it, Nick put a thumbs up today, he says nothing, he looks away about it.
It's crazy.
It's crazy, stat.
I can't believe it.
That's exactly what I say, and they say, I'm not really giving a take when I say that, Arabia.
I think you and I actually...
I like to know I'm in good company.
Oh, yeah.
We're right here with you.
You know, it's the expert circle.
It's the winner expert circle.
Nick thoughts.
No, to Arabia's point, like you can't, when you play teams like the Chargers, they allow you to stay in the game, even with those turnovers.
But when you run up to some of the other teams that you got in the AFC that you got to deal with, we know about the Bill's issues in the past with the Chiefs, especially when it matters.
Yeah, of course, Macy.
I don't want a line step, but the Chiefs, you know, you can put them in there.
Yeah, that's why I mentioned them, but it's cool with the line step. It's all good.
You know, with the Chargers, though, like, this is a team that was the third favorite coming into the year to win the AFC.
There was a lot of hype behind it.
I love the McDaniel move to the Chargers.
I thought that was the best move any teammate in the offseason that didn't have to do with players.
But they just keep, they forced the turnovers defensively.
But then there was a sequence where they got first and goal inside the 10 and then penalty, penalty.
And then they settle for a field goal.
And that's the difference when you play with these better teams.
You can't settle for three.
You've got to go for the six.
And when you don't get that, it's a rap.
You're going to end up losing.
Yeah, you might get away with it if you play a team like the Jets or the Titans or some of these bottom feeder teams.
But when you play the better teams and it matters and the other team has a Patrick Holmes, a Lamar Jackson, you're going to get punished.
And that's what you saw happen with the Chargers.
You know, they forced those turnovers on the.
bills, but the bills are like, oh, we're still down just a touchdown and we have a whole
second half. All right, bet. We'll take care of it in the second half. And that's what you saw.
So now on the flip, I want to go to the bills because the bills are three and no, and I know we
didn't talk about their Thursday night football win either. And just looking at the conversations
around them, I know like there's the Chiefs, there's the Raiders. Like, people are saying, like,
this is the team to be. This is the best team. Josh, Josh Allen is the guy. Mace, what's your
opinion on the bills right now?
Statt, this is my second team, Statt.
I said this earlier.
I had the blue glasses on.
I told Nick, I said, it's a New York thing.
I'm just really feeling New York this year.
I don't know for some reason.
I'm really feeling New Yorkish.
I can't wait for the ring ceremony.
But if Josh Allen, it depends.
If he's not hurt, then this is a real serious team to be reckoned with.
I mean, they'll come up short against the Chief.
but they'll get right there.
They'll get close enough to say they was close, you know.
But when it comes down to it,
it's going to be another hat trick.
Yeah,
I hope you guys got your hats ready
because I'm going to be coming in the playoffs,
different hats.
But for right now,
we could celebrate this Josh Allen 3 and all.
I'm filling it.
I'm going with it.
I'm buying it.
Second place is not that bad, you know?
We don't do hat.
What happened to?
We don't do hands.
We don't celebrate if you're not in the top spot.
Change of heart.
I'm saying this is my, this is first.
I got one and two.
I'm, you know, I'm doing really well this year.
I can't say the same for everybody else on this panel,
but I'm doing really good.
I'm one and two, you know.
Your second team being another top team in the same conference.
Conference.
It's going to create some conflict for you at some point.
We're going to see, I think, Chiefs' bills at some point.
And you're going to be in conflict, but that's okay.
We'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
But I'm just going to say the obvious.
I think the bills look very good.
Against defensively, I understand why they've given up so many points.
So I'm not so hard on them.
It's not a talent issue.
It's not a scheme issue.
It's just the way that football works issue.
Josh Allen looks good.
And the times where he doesn't look good, he's able to dig himself out of a hole.
So I think this is a real team to be, to be, I think this is a contender.
So we'll see how they look as a team progresses.
It's only been three weeks.
But through these three weeks, they look very good.
I think it's the same thing with Buffalo year and year out.
Like how excited can we get?
They run into Kansas City in the playoffs and then they get balanced, right?
We know about this is the trend in Josh Allen's career.
Regular season, he beats Mahomes in the playoffs.
He doesn't.
And we got to just wait and see.
I think the biggest thing that I like about Buffalo this year and why I think it might be different is
Joe Brady now, he's been in that clubhouse for a couple of years now because he was the
offensive coordinator. And there's good chemistry between him and Josh Allen because he was the
OC. And I just feel like McDermott, they hit the ceiling with McDermott. It was an AFC title
game. Like that's the furthest they could go. And now with Brady there, it's, yeah, he's a first time
head coach, but he's also been with Josh Allen for the last three seasons. So I think to Mesa's
point, like you can't really get too excited about this because you kind of know how it's going
the end. You know, prior to this year, Mace, you always would tell me, Nick,
don't get excited about New York. Don't get excited. Well, maybe this year there's a good
omen in New York, right? We saw the Knicks come through and break the curse. Buffalo's never
won a Super Bowl. We know about the four in a row that they lost. And, you know, I got a pause.
I got a soft spot for Buffalo. I went to school up there. Shout out to the 716. I hope they do
well. He got a soft spot. I said pause. I said pause. I said pause.
I have to override that one.
You want to override the soft spot is cool.
The whole thing is crazy.
You just win a lot of different ways.
I don't know.
Nick started it.
We're just going to move on.
But I surprised.
Okay.
This next game.
So the Seahawks lost to the commanders, 33 to 31.
Seahawks get their first loss since November 16th of last year.
If y'all are not following Arabia on IG,
make sure you all do all 32 NFL
because she was up there
to go-go. She was lit.
But actually,
yeah, Arabia, I'm going to let you go first.
What do you think of the way the commander's
looked?
Yes, that's your brother Nick.
Where do I begin?
I mean, I'll start
with David Blow, who is our
offensive coordinator. Love the scheme that he
has these guys in. Marcus Marietta
comes from this Oregon
offense back in the day, back in his
heather. He's a Heisman winner, just like
Jade and Daniels used his legs a lot back in college and kind of early on in his career.
Age, of course, makes you slow down athletically.
But just in general, this is exactly why you want to have a backup that kind of closely
mirrors your starting quarterback so that if something happens, it's plug and play,
more easily plug and play.
When Jacoby Brissette was let go after we got rid of Sam Howell and all that kind of stuff,
I was like, oh, he was a great veteran in the locker room.
And then Marcus Marriota came.
And I was like, oh, this makes so much sense behind Jade and Daniels because it's more
love and play. So love this offense, love what I'm seeing. Stefan Diggs is a great guy in the
slot. He can just do so much for you. Terry McLaren is absolutely incredible with those contested
catches. And then we have these rookies that are trying to come up like Antonio William. Shout out to
Kay Madrano now switching over to the other side of the ball. Frankie Louva was out and injured.
Bobby Wagner departed. He's no longer with the team. And now we have Leo Chanel,
who unfortunately was injured in the game. So Kaye Madrano comes in and immediately starts making
plays. He's somebody who I had my eye on since he first came onto the team. So there are just so many
things about this offense that I like a lot. Our secondary leaves a lot to be desired. But honestly,
that's really the only position group that I'm super, super concerned about. Offensive line also is a
little banged up, but they did what they needed to do. The Seahawks is a good team. The Seahawks is a very
good team. They came in and it was a competitive game, but we were on top the whole time. And I just
loved what I saw from my offense, defense, special teams. And, you know, that's what we do.
That's how we do.
The commander's home opener gave the people a show.
There was probably really sad when Jaden Daniels was out.
It was a rainy day.
But we came out with a win, and we look really, really good.
So imagine what we're going to look like when we have Jaden Daniels back.
What can I say?
They let the commanders stay around too long.
That's how I see it.
They just let them stay around too long.
This is what happens when you're playing full.
football. Seattle defense did not look like the reigning champs. Can we go there? They really did not look like a reigning defending champs type of defense. And when you think about how quick they let them get the ball back, even Seattle. They let Seattle get the ball back after I remember Marriota pulled it off. He got this win for the commanders. But as soon as they got the ball back, it seemed like they scored so quickly. I was like, why is,
Sam, I'm not doing this over and over, but he just, for some reason, he just, he just
those a pick six, and I'm looking around like, who gets that close to throw a pick six?
It's like, it's just a brain fart. If you think about it, this, this team, they should have
beat them by at least six points, at least six or seven. And they'll, they'll think about
this at the end of the year. Y'all let the commanders come in here and get one. You let Mariotta
get this win. I don't even think
Jay the day usually would have got this win.
But, you know,
who am I? Who am I? You know,
I don't know everything. I don't know
everything.
Nick.
I don't know.
Yeah, so I loved what
Arabia said. And it's, it's the
biggest pep peeve I got with NFL
teams when they have a backup
that don't replicate what their
starter could do, right?
You all remember years ago when the Ravens
drafted Lamar and Joe Flacco was the starting quarterback.
And then they bench Flacco, Lamar comes in and Lamar looked lost.
And everyone's like, oh, he's a bust.
He should have played running back.
It's like, bro, the offense ain't built for him.
It was built for a statue back there, right?
Like Flacco and Lamar clearly a vast difference in athletic ability.
And then what happens in year two, they come out and Lamar has an offense catered around him.
And he wins MVP.
I say all that because like Daniels gets hurt.
and Marriota, they could still run the same offense that they have.
And they don't skip a beat.
Marietta is good for two to three starts to come in and keep you afloat, right?
Just slight pivot to the Giants.
I hate that they have a backup that don't resemble anything that Jackson Dark could do.
Right?
So you see now they can't run the same offense.
So you're seeing all these injuries happen time and time again.
Look, we're going to see what tonight is going to show for Chicago.
The backup is Case Keenum.
Case Keenum is playing.
He's not Caleb Williams.
And even Tyler Bejian, who he got hurt, who's really the number two, he can't play
like Caleb.
So I love what Arabia said because it's the biggest issue I have with teams.
And a lot of teams do that.
Obviously, you're not going to find another Jaden Daniels, but find a guy that can move
the pocket and be mobile with his legs.
So that's why you saw Washington.
And, you know, not for nothing.
They were desperate, right?
You can't drop the 0.N3.
We've seen only seven teams since 1990 make the playoffs after starting 0.
three. So Washington had their back against the ropes with a backup quarterback. Nobody was picking
them. No one was betting on them. And a couple turnovers here and there that swings the game.
And, you know, Mace, it's really interesting. Arabia mentioned all these linebackers,
but she didn't mention a Buckeye who really stole the show today defensively in Sunny Stiles.
You see how that goes? It's a Michigan thing. I'm catching on, man. I'm catching on.
My subconscious might have did that. But shout out to Sunny Styles.
I love Sonny Stout.
People gave him so much, so much flack in the off season.
But this is only Sunny Sal's third year playing linebacker.
Only his third year playing linebacker.
That's a safety.
So he's able to get you those run stops,
but he's also able to do something that we haven't had in a long time,
which is drop back in coverage.
We saw him get some past breakups.
We saw him defending wide receivers.
And that kind of versatility is exactly what you're looking for in that
linebacker room.
So absolutely love Sonny Stiles.
Thank you so much Ohio State.
And you're absolutely right.
My Michigan brain just kind of cut that off, but love Sunny Stiles.
She didn't even look right saying that.
That hurt.
It heard of the same.
Yeah, she was like, Ohio State.
And last thing real quick on just not only Sunny Stiles,
but using him as like the case study for this example,
Arabia mentioned it.
He had a pretty rough preseason and people were losing their mind.
And then again, going to the Giants, they draft another Buckeye and Arval Reese.
He had a great preseason.
And it's like, oh, did they reach?
How come who was the better player?
And it's like, now you're looking at it.
And it's a complete 180.
So, you know, we talked about this on the show a couple of weeks ago.
Like, how much time do you give quarterbacks?
I think one thing we also got to remember just across the board.
We got to give players some time, especially if they have flashes, right?
Like if you're just going to be trashed throughout, then, all right, maybe that's who.
you are. But if you show the flashes,
I think we got to be patient with them.
So, yeah, I was really impressive by Washington.
Superfire and good win for the commanders.
Okay, next game, Steelers beat the Bengals 30 to
27. I'm going to go first.
Y'all are not going first because let me show you what we did, right?
Mace, let me show you what we did.
What am I doing?
We woke up, y'all.
We woke up.
Oh, my God.
Y'all are so lucky Kim was not here because when he comes back, I got something for him.
Everybody counted us out.
They've been counting us out.
And I know it's just a division game.
I do not care.
This was the win that I knew we needed because y'all were talking crazy about Aaron Rogers.
I won't lie.
I was talking a little crazy about him too.
But this was the wake-up call that we needed to say that he is still back and at it.
Okay.
We gave the Bengals their first loss.
He was 19 for 34 and had three.
three touchdowns.
Everybody's talking crap about D.K. Metcalfe.
I said, don't let them talk about you like that.
What does D.K. Metcalf do?
Gets a touchdown.
I say Aaron Rogers.
Don't let them say you're washed up.
Don't let them say you're not about it.
What did he do?
He performed.
Jalen Warren.
He showed up in the running game.
We even had Roman Wilson.
He had a beautiful catch.
We looked great.
And I don't need anybody telling me
that this was a sorry game because it wasn't
because on the Bengals side,
they looked great too.
Because people always want to be like,
well, y'all only won because the other team wasn't having a good day.
They had a great day, okay, until Joe Burrow decided to fumble in the last couple minutes.
And that's all, okay?
Cam said he's the best quarterback, this and that.
And actually, Cam and Arabia went back and forth about that too, okay?
I'm just, I'm just in the facts.
I'm just quoting things.
I'm just quoting things.
I'm noticing things.
And what I noticed-
You noticing things?
I mean, I noticed, yes, I'm noticing things.
And what I noticed were on top.
We're on top.
That's all I care about.
So yes, I'm feeling great.
I'm not even going to say sorry to the Bengals, because I don't care.
We got another game on Thursday.
So it's go time on to the next.
And a little fun, interesting fact.
So Joe Burroughs actually won and 34 when trailing in the last eight minutes in the NFL.
So he's a great quarterback.
We're not dissing him, but there's clearly some polls there.
We don't have to figure out along the way.
But until then, yes, ladies' night, I will.
I don't care.
It's a pink turbot towel.
And it's real, okay?
It's legit.
It's from the actual officially licensed.
Yes, don't play with me.
Do not play with me.
Let me see the tag again.
I see you keep moving the tag.
They say you're covering the bottom.
Well, I'm not.
There's no price on it.
You don't need to know the price.
Mace, I learned from y'all.
We don't do no Fugazi.
It's real, okay?
Mace, I look like it's from.
canal street.
Thank you.
But it's not.
You saw a cover in it.
She was covering it.
You can search it up on the website.
It's real.
Let me see the tag.
Let me see the tag again.
Let me see the tag again.
A visually licensed.
Okay.
And you got the price.
Well, not the price, but bar code.
That's all I'm saying.
That's all I'm saying.
And I'm talking crazy all week to everybody.
What's that that place called Tebow,
Tino?
Timu?
Timu.
Timu.
Timo.
No, we don't do team.
We don't do team.
I'm a picture.
I was Papa's that.
I got witnesses.
Oh.
Oh.
Let's go, Arabia.
I'm going to let y'all gang up on, I'm going to let y'all gang up on them.
You know, I can't even do anything too crazy because I had the Bengals winning this game.
I came into this game thinking that Joe Burrow on all,
and then this new revitalized new look bangles defense
would give the Steelers offense more trouble
given their performance over the first two weeks.
I thought that this Bengals defense was also going to give them
a third week of trouble.
But that's just not what happened.
I kind of mentioned that this was a division game.
So it was potential that this could have gone that way.
But that's exactly what happened.
Looks like the Steelers have 411 yards on this defense,
this Bengals defense.
And Jalen Warren had 176 total yards.
The AFC North,
play each other very hard.
So I'm not surprised in that regard that the Steelers came out with the win.
The Bengals made mistakes.
And that's really what it came down to.
The Bengals made a lot of mistakes forced by the Steelers.
And the Steelers took advantage of their opportunities.
So right now, everybody in the AOC North is two and one.
And this was a very important win in that division.
Everybody top to bottom is two and one.
And I think this is going to be one of those years where it's really close.
It's going to come down to one or two plays as far as this.
division and I really mean one or two plays as far as deciding games and then deciding the division.
So very, very good win for the Steelers all around. They needed it on the season and they needed
it in this division as well. Mace, anything you'd like to add since you said Aaron Rogers might
be one of the worst quarterbacks might be the worst quarterback in the division. And I quote,
just curious.
They said a broke clock is right at least two times a day. But celebrate on. But celebrate on.
You know, celebrate on. This is this is probably the second time that day. I mean, shout out the Aaron Rogers,
DeCath. Everybody did what they were supposed to do, but this is what we're expecting that. Here in
title town, we expect McCaff and Aaron Rogers to be that way every day. We're used to that. That is a norm. That is a
growing norm for the quarterbacks that I stand by. But I'm glad you can get a day of it.
You know, the half a day of it is it got to be remarkable, you know.
Days.
You got to be remarkable.
And I like the stillers.
Let everybody see the outfit that you're wearing.
I'm just it up.
In the next coming weeks, in the next coming weeks, we're going to need you to wear that again.
I remember what's his name?
Michael Irving used to wear his poncho.
Then we get out here week seven, week eight, and they talk about the poncho.
and then they burnt the poncho.
So what do we call that outfit?
Because I want to remember this jacket or this vest or this.
What is it called?
I tried so this is more so like a coach jacket.
It's starter.
It's like a hoodie.
But because you like to watch patterns and like see if that determines things,
I will definitely switch it up.
So yeah, like you will not see this again.
You don't see a different variation.
I will not mind no control.
I got to switch it up because no.
Don't need that.
I'm glad you noticed that.
Noticing.
Yeah.
You noticing things.
So you're saying things because you're noticing things.
I love what's going on here with the Steelers.
What are you guys?
Two and two now or three and two?
No, two and one.
Two and one?
But everybody in the beach is a bloodbath.
Yeah.
Not good for you.
That's nice.
I like this for you.
I like two and one for you.
Yeah, I think, I'm going to stay with the theme about special teams because Cincinnati roughed the punter to extend the drive for the Steelers.
And then they muff the punt.
And, you know, we get so excited because it's kind of lame, right?
Like, I was, I don't know if you knew this.
I don't know if y'all knew this.
I was a division three kicker.
I grew up a soccer kid,
and then I played at Buffalo State.
I was a kicker.
Yeah, yeah, I was a kicker.
Shit is lame, bro.
Like, you off to the side.
No one really fuck with you.
I mean, that was cool.
Everybody, like, kind of like me
because, you know, my personality and shit.
But, like, most of, like, the punters I wasn't cool with,
like the whole, like, it's a lame thing.
You're on the other field, right?
And we always forget about special teams.
It's always offense defense.
It's Joe Burrow.
It's Dexter Lawrence now, right?
We love sunny styles.
We love Jaden Daniels.
You know, those is what swings legacies, right?
I remember Cam last year or the year before was talking about like, yo, kickers.
Y'all are like fucking up cities when you're missing some of these kicks.
And I think with that Steelers game, you saw those two turnovers.
They let the 10 points in the second half of the Steelers and a lot of momentum switched there.
So I think that's something we need to monitor.
Statt, that point you made about Joe Burrow, the 1 in 34, that's crazy.
That almost seems fake.
But I saw that floating around.
And I think a lot of that has to do with, you know,
he's had a bad offensive line.
And when you are trailing in the fourth quarter,
the defense knows that they're going to pin their ears back
and they're going to rush the passer.
And that's pretty alarming because you would never,
we hold him to such a high standard.
One in 34.
That's what I'm saying.
Mesa seems fake.
But like so many people were like showing that statistic today.
And when Stapp brought it up too, you know,
it's just.
It's just such a wild thing.
You would expect that to be someone like a Ryan Tannahill.
I know he just caught a stray out of nowhere.
But like in the status that we got Joe Burrow,
he's been in everyone's consensus top five for four years now.
And the fact that he's 1 in 34, it was nuts.
And then the last thing about Aaron Rogers,
yeah, when he has time,
he could still make every throw he was making in Green Bay.
Because there's some throws that he still makes without dropping back.
Just like, no,
it's true because like when he gets roughed up pause when he gets roughed up it looks it looks like
he's 42 years old but he has some time today to make some plays and that's what you saw in
arabia hold on roman wilson is bowling shout out to michigan roman wilson definitely is balling
shout out to michigan yeah it's going to him you know everyone likes metcalf and i know they
signed pitman too but roman wilson i think erin rogers has been so difficult with him
and yelling at him on the sideline
because he sees what a lot of people see too.
Like, dude gets open a lot.
And, you know, he has six targets in this game
and the two that he didn't complete,
they were also third down.
He's going to him on third down.
And that's really when you know a quarterback
really likes a receiver or a target in the past field.
So, Statt, you should feel happy.
Everybody's healthy right now.
You guys are good.
Thank you.
I'll take it.
We love to hear that.
We love the positivity.
Now, not so positive for the Cowboys,
and we will discuss their loss after the break.
Welcome back.
So the Ravens got a good win versus the Cowboys 34 to 31 in Rio Mace.
Are you shocked the Ravens were able to take it away?
Is this the outcome you were expecting thinking?
Stad, I'm never shocked when the Cowboys loses.
I said this with a team I wasn't going to talk about,
but you still forcing me to do it, Statt.
People don't like to hear me talk.
about losers. They pay me to talk about winners, right? So what are we talking about here?
Can we leave the Cowboys totally out? They're in Rio, but what are they there doing? You know,
we didn't think they were going to win. We knew we knew exactly what it was going to happen.
The Ravens are too good for the Cowboys. Ray, Beard, go ahead. This is your team. I'll let you
go first. I mean, hold on. Let me just put this on first because like I said last week, I'm not
impressed. The international games are kind of like division games as far as you really can't.
They get weird. It's a twilight zone. Weird stuff happens in these international games and
division games. So the weird thing that happened was that they were as close as they were in this
fight with the Ravens. It really came down to Lamar Jackson with that throw over the middle to
Zay Flowers, time out with one second left, and then Luke made the field goal. So I really don't
think the game should have been or would have been that close had it been here, had it actually
been a Cowboys home game or had it been in Baltimore.
But look, like I said before, I'm not impressed.
Well, I already know how the Cowboys offense gets down.
And shout out to them.
Dak does move the ball very well.
And I knew that that was going to present some trouble for the Ravens coming down the stretch.
When I saw it was that close.
But at the end of the day, this Cowboys defense doesn't really impress me.
They did make some pretty impressive stops.
I will say this.
One good thing about Cowboys defense.
They made some really good stops in the Red Zone, particularly Quinn and Williams,
who I really have a ton of respect for.
in that defensive interior.
Otherwise, the Ravens handled our light work.
Appreciate that.
And we really needed the Cowboys to lose.
Giants won.
The Eagles play tonight.
But at the end of the day, it's a great morning.
Commanders won, Dallas lost.
It's a great morning.
What you got to say about it, Nick?
No, you know, I love it anytime Dallas loses.
So I echo that same sentiment as you as Arabia.
But, you know, I don't know, man.
Yeah, you know, I don't know.
What did you guys think of that timeout call?
Because that seemed rather suspicious.
Like, I don't know if they had enough time.
Like, he had just caught the ball and then everyone's calling time out.
Usually they let it run a little bit.
That just seemed very sketchy to me.
And look, shout out to, you know, I've been showing love to the special teams.
Loop, who, you know, two years ago, he took over for Justin Tucker.
And he's like an iconic kicker for the, for the Baltimore Ravens in their history.
He hit a bomb.
And that field, like, I don't know if you guys saw some of the photos throughout the week leading up to it.
Everyone was complaining about the field.
And I'm a big soccer fan.
That's, like, the main stadium in Brazil.
There's, like, five games a week being played there, soccer games.
And then when the Brazilian national team, they play their games, like qualifying for Copa Americas and World Cubs, that's their, like, home stadium.
So the wear and tear on that field was awful.
And you saw there was a couple plays where, like, C.D. Land catches like a third.
third and eight, and he slips like four yards short, and then it leads to a punt. And then there was
another play with Derek Henry. He takes the ball around the side, and he's, you know, if they're
playing in Baltimore, like Arabia said, if this game was in Dallas, you'd feel different. They're
slipping and falling, Zay Flowers, Mark Andrews. So the field conditions were really rough. But
Derek Henry, I think we need to have a combo about Derek Henry. Like, dude is top 10 in every rushing
stat. And I think because he played in Tennessee all those years, he was like, they had that one run
when they lost to your chiefs, Mace, in the AFC title game in 2019, where he carried them and he's
had 2,000 yards. He's one offensive player at a year. And I don't know if it sounds crazy,
but we might be looking at a potential goat. And no one really is talking about that. No one's
ever been built like him, right? Mace, he's 32 years old and he's still racking up 1,500 years.
yards a year.
Dudes are out the league in their 30s at running back.
And he's just such an anomaly.
A goat, mate.
A ram, pause, but not a goat now.
Nick, you're going too far with this, Nick.
A gold?
I'm not going to lie.
I don't think there's no one that I have spoken to who has Derek Henry, like,
underrated.
Like, the conversations I think are for sure being had about Derek Henry and future
gold jacket and what he's doing for the game and just all these things.
So, I mean, if anybody out there is underestimating or thinking Derek Henry is on the decline
or whatever that looks like, just, no, he's still very much him.
And I think we see it week to week season this season.
He's now, he.
No, no, wait, wait, wait, a goal, though?
A goal?
Yeah, Mace, he's, so right, so right now, right, Derek Henry, he's, he's 32 years old.
he's third all time in rushing touchdowns and he's top 10 in rushing and I'm telling you it sounds
crazy because one he's still playing and we know about ms smith and Barry sanders and all these guys right
but all these guys were done in their like at this age now they're getting like 700 yards a year
this dude had 1400 yards last year there's no there's never been but there's never been
anyone like him I appreciate that but if you're saying a goat is
is a goat mean the greatest, right?
In your time, do the goat mean one of the greats?
Because sometimes people mean different things when they're saying it.
That's why I jumped out there.
If you're saying great, of course he's great,
but if you're saying great tis,
I'm just a word smith.
So are y'all saying greatest or you're saying one of the goats?
You know how people say one of the ghosts.
It's only one goat, but I need to understand.
What are y'all saying, Arabia?
Are y'all saying great tists or you're saying a great?
I'm saying, I'm saying, yeah, I'm saying one of the greatest.
I think at the end of the day we have to wait into the career is all said and done.
But my projection is that when it is all said and done, they will be having conversations about Derek Henry as is he the goat?
Who are we comparing him to all time throughout NFL history?
Oh, I agree with that.
I thought Nick was putting him there now, you know, or seeing that.
because I was looking at the game.
I saw him.
He was doing what he does every game.
He's breaking out of the back field.
He's getting it.
He's receiving a ball like he's the quarterback
because he knows he's a guaranteed touchdown
anywhere close to the red zone.
I like the way they're playing.
I think they're off to a better start
than the last couple of years.
We've seen them.
Even when you see flowers running around,
now he's wearing his gold chain out.
They're really filling it down there, pause.
in Baltimore.
So, you know, for them to go across the water
and still take that swag over there, says a lot.
And I can't wait till they get back across seas
to see what they could do with the mighty, mighty, mighty, mighty chiefs,
you know, but, you know, it's still room to grow, you know,
pause, you know.
But I think when it's all said and done,
I think he'll probably end right there.
Number two, he won't end up the greatest.
I'm a stickler for the 90s.
What can I say?
I'm on.
Who would you have as the greatest if it's not Derek Henry?
Because I'm, well, if who is your goat, you're running back goat?
Come on, man.
You serious?
Yeah.
For me, it's probably going to be Emmett.
Mm.
You know, I'm a, I'm a classic man.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm a classic man.
I go with the classics, man.
I like Diana Ross, Michael Jackson.
I go with the classics.
You don't have to wonder what I like.
I like Louis Vuitton.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm a classic guy.
Okay.
I think also like...
I'm a Michael Coors type of guy.
I think it's an interesting combo, right?
Because when he, when Derek Henry turned 30, he had 1,900 yards.
Emma Smith had 1,300 yards.
And I'm just saying that he's continuing.
Like he's, I wouldn't say he's ascending, but he's still in his peak.
And he's going to be 33 this season, right?
We're like, you just see, we know about this, right?
That's why a lot of running backs, they don't get a second contract, right?
Most famously, stat, I know you saw it were your team.
Levyam Bell, they were giving him the ball 350 times a year.
And then when his rookie contract ended up, you know what they said?
Yeah, yeah, go to the Jets.
I think he dropped the mixtape also, took a year.
off from football, right? Like the Steelers, they're not going to pay you a second contract.
Look at Najee Harris. They got rid of him too and they were giving him 350 carries a year.
I just think it's really interesting with Derek Henry because Super Paul's the size of him.
He's 6.3, 250, continuing to ascend and play at the level where he is all pro.
I just think it's an interesting conversation, Mace. I think it's something we should consider
like it's not as crazy. He reminds me a lot of, I mean, he's a better,
version pause, but like the bus, you know what I'm saying?
With Stats Steelers, what was his name?
Jerome Bettis.
Yeah, man.
And then just one injury in that one injury as a running back could change everything
we're talking about.
So we don't wish that for him, but that's why I'm saying I can't go there
because anything could happen when it comes to a running back.
That is a position where he's constantly running into contact and running through people.
people pause. So it's like, you know, I just, I just can't say that, you know. I just can't people,
people value my opinion, Nick. I can't go out there and just say something halfway, you know.
No, for sure. And then stat, just just the last thing real quick, right? Like I think, because you said
you're a stickler for the 90s, right? You got to remember in the 90s, it was so much more you needed
a running back, right? Like the running back carried everything. Now the game has changed so much that
there's not many running backs that get the ball 25, 30 carries.
You know, you need a running back that could catch, you know, like Jalen Warren.
He's really their third downback, right?
Like, he's a guy that they throw out the backfield.
And Derek Henry, he's at 2,700 total rushes in his career.
Emmett Smith had 4,400.
And he's only 5,500 yards behind them.
Like, like, he goes stat.
The stats.
This is our generation.
This is what they do.
And I knew you were going to say that.
Arabia.
You knew it was, I knew the poll, pause.
I knew the goal post was going to be moved.
It just can't stay where it's at.
Because if it stay where it's at,
you got to go with what it's exactly there.
But I love this generation.
Nobody moves the pulse,
the goalposts more than this generation.
I knew Mason was going to say that.
And I knew he was going to stick to it because when we have these conversations
regarding different players.
He's always like, my era, I saw what the goat was, right?
So he's like, when you guys named these players now, he's like, you can't compare it to.
Like, I know he said Emmett.
And like, I didn't grow up watching Jim Brown.
I didn't grow up watching OJ.
Like, I know based off of what I've seen through history, but it's not who I was actively
watching.
So the way we rank goats, Mace has been clear about that.
Like, he ranks it on a different level.
Then I also understand what you guys are saying, because from what we're seeing from
Derek Henry is things that we're not seeing.
Even if you look at his stat sheet,
he's doing stuff that hasn't been broke
since the 60s, the 70s, the 80s, like, you know,
it's a whole different era.
So, yeah, I know I move my hands.
Sorry, but it's an interesting conversation
I'll have because we do rank it differently.
No, I love the way you guys rank it.
I just don't think you stick with your rankings, right?
So it's cool that you rank.
it the way you want. I think Derek
Henry is a phenomenal running back.
I think if everything
goes where it's going now,
he will be the goal. But I just
don't, I don't pay
people before the work is done.
Pause. I just don't do
that. Are you getting what I'm
saying? I don't pay in advance.
Yeah, but
aren't like all
contracts
paid on what you're
projecting? Yeah.
Right? So like, I just think, I just think from what we've seen.
That's why they get ripped off a lot. This is why you're paying guys 22 million today that gets three points and two rebounds. This is why that happens, you know?
There's that. There's that too. That's a good point.
You need people that could properly assess where this is going. Like, I forgot what they call it, but I'll get back to it.
But I think if he stays on this trajectory, he definitely ends up the goal.
But right now, I can't give him that because I don't, anything can happen.
That's football.
This is not basketball.
This is football.
We were already talking about 13 and 4, Nick.
One thing happened.
And now we don't have blankets.
We don't have mugs.
There's no, there's no excitement.
There's no jerseys that, you know, just a week ago,
Statt was, was ready to wear Raiders stuff.
You know, now she's back wearing skill or stuff.
I can't make this up.
Just a week ago, just a week ago, you know.
Just a week ago she was talking about her second team, her second team.
And now, now they get breakout week.
This is what happens, Nick.
This is why I can't go with it, especially with this crowd of people.
I can't trust it.
I can't trust it.
I can't trust it.
But I can't trust it.
I can't trust it.
We're up here with two and three teams.
So I definitely can't listen to a goat conversation from people with two or three teams, you know.
I just can't do it.
Wait, you have two teams.
That was for them.
I was joining in with the mediocrity, you know.
I was being a team sport, you know.
Okay, okay.
This is something they came up with, Arabia.
Team, are you being a sport for?
Yeah, yeah.
Talk about goalpost moving.
Winning Rome, do as the Romans, you know.
I'm here with the Romans.
I know I'm going to probably, that last thing.
I know I'm going to probably get cooked for that take.
I get it.
I just think based on what we've seen and where it's headed,
I think it's just something interesting I wanted to put out there first
because I don't know many people having that combo.
And Nick, now that you're saying this,
we need to see your video or when you was kicking.
There's all kind of people in the chat right now
and just putting up cap.
I don't believe you're capping,
but they're putting this in the chat.
I'm just saying it to keep this show integral.
But I believe you, Nick.
You never lied to me.
Yeah, Mace, if you want to put any rappers in the armbar,
if you want to hustle any rappers and be like,
Yo, white boy over here can hit a 40-yarder.
Shuffle up.
Let's play.
I got you.
I won't let you down.
Okay.
Statt.
What's going on?
We'll be waiting for the footage.
We'll be waiting for the footage to say what's going on.
We're going to talk about what's going on with Drake, man, because I don't know.
Things aren't looking too hot.
Messed around a got bench for Mr.
DeVito after getting cooked by the Jags, 35-2-6.
And he was seeing getting emotional.
Mace.
He was crying.
What's the issue?
What's up with the crying?
How do we feel?
I don't know how to feel about if he's crying.
I'm just thinking about this.
He's on the sideline because he's turning the ball over.
Is that the game we're talking about?
And he's on the sideline crying.
Man, I'm thinking about this game and how much Lawrence was just able to
stay in the pocket.
He was waiting there like he was waiting on a bus.
that defensive line
I mean the offensive line was doing their job
he was threading needles
I see why he was crying
he was watching Lawrence do
everything he's supposed to do
I think it got so good
a Puerto Rican got the touchdown man
what was his name?
Rodriguez he ran
for 15 yards
it was
then Cameron
coming with a big carry
to get a touchdown.
It just was looking too crazy out there.
I mean, when it comes to Drake Mase,
he should be crying.
He was turning the ball off with crazy.
Just from the beginning of the game,
it just started off while.
You just knew it was going to be a long day.
And pause, sometime you have these days,
and this is why Stapp, I don't champion young players.
I just don't because just a year ago,
this was that guy.
Now he's crying on the sideline.
I didn't get this title of Titletown overnight.
I got to stick with what I know.
Arabia could fill me.
You guys, I'm going to work with you.
You know, summer school is going to be open stat.
Please enroll back to Title Town.
Because these takes you're giving to the day.
I'm unsure of where you stand with football.
Arabia.
Look, seven turnovers through three games.
I don't know why he's crying.
Why are you crying?
You have seven turnovers through three games.
Patriots fans should be crying.
Everybody else should be crying.
Why are you crying?
And this kind of adds to the narrative that the Patriots only got as far as they did last year
because of a cake candy schedule.
I mean, he's not helping that narrative.
If you look at their schedule last year, great against bad teams.
and when they came up against competition, granted is the NFL,
but when they came up against really good teams,
they didn't perform as well.
He's not helping that narrative that they're trying to get away from.
I mean, if AJ Brown was upset, reading books
and causing all this tension in the locker room with Jalen Hertz,
he won't be sad when he comes back.
Drake May is still playing like this
and realize that the grass really wasn't greener, pun intended,
on the other side.
So I'm curious to see how AJ Brown is going to really react
when Drake May comes.
back and he's playing not at a high level at all, wishing he was back with Hurts,
wishing he was back in Philly, would a better quarterback situation say what you want,
but Jalen Hurts is playing better than Drake May.
He's not turning the ball over seven times in three games.
He's not on the sideline crying when everybody else should be crying.
So I really don't know what to say about Drake May crying.
I don't feel bad for him.
Football is an emotional game, and there are times where I understand crying.
You put your heart and your soul into this game and sometimes things don't work
out, really tough losses, or even happy cries.
I'm not saying a man can't cry.
I think it's really mature for an man to cry.
But this, when you are the source of the problem, he can really keep the tears.
Keep the tears, figure out how to adjust for week four moving forward.
I don't need to see tears from Drake May.
I need to see him hold on to the ball.
I couldn't agree with you more.
I think, like, it's just everybody that was shitting on the Patriots last year for the easy
schedule, everybody's being validated. This guy finished second and MVP. And the only reason why
Matthew Stafford won MVP is because somebody voted for Justin Herbert to win MVP. So then the tiebreaker
was second place votes that went to Stafford. So one vote determined the MVP last year between
Stafford and Drake May. This would have been the reigning MVP. And it looks bad. And I think the one thing
Bill Belichick used to always talk about this, like the Patriot way, the Patriot way. And one of the
things that made them so successful, it makes a lot of teams successful. They call it the last
four or first four, right? It's the last four minutes in the first half, and then it's the first
four minutes in the second half. He throws an interception in the red zone with like a minute
left in the half, and it's 14-3 there. You settle for a chip shot field going, look, I know
kickers be missing PATs, but it was a 37-year-off field all the time. He hits that. You go
with a half, it's 14-6.
it's a way different game than being down 14-3.
Now you still need the ball two more times to win.
And then to Arabia's point, like,
you know, Jalen Hertz outperforms all his peers.
Like everybody that he's grouped with, Herbert, Borough, Allen,
well, I would say Lamar regular season,
but he's outperformed him in the playoffs.
But it's just not as flashy, right?
It's not cool.
The wide receivers call them out.
But I'm bringing this up because Arabia is bringing it up because, you know,
A.J. Brown leaves and he says what every wide receiver does when they leave one team to go to another.
This guy throws the best pass I've ever seen.
I love the chemistry with him.
That honeymoon phase, that's going to end too.
You're going to see the books coming out on the sideline with A.J. Brown when he comes back.
And even with him not being out there, I don't think A.J. Brown not being out there is leading to Drake May's bad plays.
This was something that a lot of people were calling.
out all of last season.
And again, just to put a bow on this conversation,
everybody that was dumping on the paths last year
and shitting on them for the easy schedule,
you're taking victory laps because they're one and two,
but it don't look good at all.
They're being dominated in these losses too.
Like, this game was not close.
And that's a do with the dude crying on the sideline.
And I do also want to mention about Jacksonville
because they did win this game.
So I want to shine a little bit of light on the Jaguars.
and say that I wish that we would have seen more man coverage from the Patriots.
They have the personnel to do it.
They have the talent to do it.
The only thing I'm thinking is maybe they didn't do it because the Jaguars play a lot of condensed formations.
And in those condensed formations, you do want to play zone.
But even with the zone that the Patriots were in, Trevor Lawrence was carving that up.
So shout out the Trevor Lawrence in that offense, getting it done against his Patriots defense,
who sometimes does have an answer for certain things that they can throw at them.
But I think schematically, it just wasn't there.
and shout out to the Jaguars.
I think they're on the up and up in a division
that people automatically assume Houston is going to win.
They end up winning the division last year.
I think 13 wins on the season last year.
A team that people kind of just shoe off to the wayside,
but on the up and up.
So shout out to Jacksonville.
Statt, Statt was doing that.
And shout out to my Puerto Rican brother, Rodriguez.
I didn't mean that in the wrong way.
Shout out to my brother Rodriguez.
but a touchdown.
I got Spanish brothers and Jacksonville staff.
You didn't know that.
I didn't say anything that about the Jags.
We love the Jags.
Shout out Duvall for sure.
I know they're real hype over there.
But I do want to add one more point just to next point
just because we're seeing what's going on with the Patriots
and looking at their schedule.
Next is literally the Bills, then the Raiders,
who are also 3 and O, them the Jets, then the Bear.
It's going to get sticky.
It's been to get real sticky.
And I want to, yeah, no, for sure, Sadd, I think that's really important.
And then two quick things, right?
Shout out to Travis Hunter, got his first interception.
I think that dude, it sucks because last year, we got to remember,
they traded a bunch of assets to trade up to draft him.
And I'm not of a believer that you trade future draft picks unless you're going to get a quarterback.
So they tried to have him play receiver and corner.
I think they saw that they have enough receivers.
And there's a, there's a hole at.
secondary for them.
And he got his first interception.
That was a hell of a play by him.
Because he got a lot of pressure on him because they didn't have a first round
pick this year because they got him.
And then Arabia,
you know,
I like to dabble a little bit in the degenerate field of sports betting.
I cannot shout out Trevor Lawrence because it's 28 to 6th.
And he's running in Mace for a walk-in touchdown and just takes a knee at the one-yard line
with eight minutes.
And I'm watching it and I'm laughing.
because, you know, when you bet, as long as I've been betting, you've seen it all, right?
And he just turns around after the game and he says, well, I wanted to get Tooting a running back for all the fantasy owners.
It's like, bro, what?
The fantasy owners, with all these people being investigated with like the betting stuff.
We've talked about this many, many times, right?
I'm not saying, I'm not saying things are rigged.
I'm not a believer that things are rigged at all.
But boy, oh boy, do they make that shit?
difficult to defend sometimes when you see actions like that because that was crazy because you know
you do you do see that a lot like at the end of games right like i remember there's been times like
todd girlie runs out of bounds right before nick chubb has done it oh super throwback amad brantchall
when they played the patriots in the in the super bowl he like turned his back and fell into the end zone
because everyone was telling him not to score not to score but it's the super bowl he won't score it
so you see that all the time you don't see that when it's a three-tri-time you don't see that when it's a three-tri-time
touchdown blowout and there's eight minutes left.
You see that at the end of games to completely ice it.
It's just sketchy, man.
So Arabia, you know, we've been bonding.
I know we started off on the wrong foot with this Giants and Commander stuff,
but I can't get behind.
We was doing well.
I got triggered with this Trevor Lawrence stuff because they're at the pockets,
Mace.
Yeah, I saw it.
I also was like, went in the word out.
Do you think, do you really think that it was rigged, though?
Do you think, just your opinion?
My opinion. No, I don't think it's rigged. I don't think sports are rigged. I think now with the betting influence, anytime someone has a $50 bet like I did, you think your $50 bet is altering the case of history in sports, right? Because we're all idiots. We like the bet. And this is how we think, right? We think that my $50 made him take a knee at the one yard line. No, I don't think, I don't think it's rigged. What I do think is the people that do believe.
it's rigged, they see shit like
this and they're like, yo, bro, how are you going to tell me it's not
rigged? So it's
just, it makes it hard to defend
for me to defend it to someone that thinks it's rigged
when they're like, yo, look what he did there.
Does that make sense?
I think it's rigged.
Yeah, that's fair. That's fair. A lot of people
do. A lot of people do.
When I saw that, when I saw him take a need,
that's the first thing I thought. Maybe I'm a casual
though, you know.
No, I think a lot of people
feel the way you do, bro, especially with the betting influence like I was talking about.
Yeah. Anything can happen on any given Sunday. We see this week after week. We all, that is all
