Welcome back to What It Is, what it is.
I'm Charger Wilson, aka Stab Baby, along with your host, Mace, and Cam.
Killer was good, man.
Oh.
You know, you know what happened time and time again.
We got this thing called the lie God, right?
If it feels like you're about to say something untrue or stat is about to say something true,
Stad was you about to say something untrue?
Because it just cut off.
Oh, I said.
I would say my name.
You know, that's the truth.
And I'm Mace.
And that's Kim.
So, Cam will be right back.
I think Nick was about to put the bubble up there with the thumbs up.
And they hated on Nick.
Nick, you got to cut it out.
Even the cameras are starting to catch you on to this.
But hey, Kim, welcome back.
It's good, everybody.
How ya?
Sorry about that.
Oh, you're all good.
We're great.
We've got to talk about these games, right?
And I think it's only fair we start with a prediction because,
Cam, the people want to know.
The people want to know.
Yeah, they want to know.
And now we've got these games coming up.
So tonight, the Spurs will play the Thunder,
and the Thunder leads the series three to two.
So tonight, May is going to let you go first.
Who do you think wins tonight's game?
Well, you know, I want to hear Cam's take first
because this is his team.
This is his team.
He said this is his team.
But I'm going to put a disclaimer out there.
He did say that this team is a younger team
and they need some time.
Maybe this is the year they need that time.
Or maybe it's the year, you know,
when we come back with his fist pumped, you know, pause.
It might be crazy.
I don't know.
If it goes game seven, I don't know.
know who wins it.
Well, the whole thing about I already told you who my second team is, so there's no losses
for me at all.
Who's your second team, Cam?
Who's your second team?
I said it a few weeks ago.
I already said who my second team is.
I'm going to walk off if you say who I think of.
It's okay.
Me and PT said the OKC in my second team.
We can go to the tape.
We go to the tape.
We go to the tape.
second team was.
The mediocrity.
The mediocrity.
It's crazy.
It's gotten crazy.
So, even way, it's okay with me.
I already claimed the second team.
I didn't have papers like stat or anything, but.
Maybe we need to bring back the papers for everybody because I can't keep track.
It's that.
It's that.
You know, Nick.
Killing the portal is crazy.
The next episode.
What are you going to do today?
The portal is crazy.
me it was me and pt because pt said that it was his second team since Dallas ain't making no noise
she said anybody else doing it pause i say yeah i'll go with okay c is my second team too how is your second
team the team that y'all playing because it was my team before they was playing okayc it was my team
since the first round the first round it was my team i ain't don't even end up playing
each other.
That's the same thing.
That's the same thing saying if Miami play
Golden State and the championship.
How is your teams playing each other?
No.
That's the same thing.
It's like I feel like
maybe I'm delusional.
I feel like it's fair in different
conferences, but the same one,
no. I don't know what to believe.
I don't know what to believe.
My team on the East Coast is the next.
All right.
All right.
I'm from New York.
Oh, my God.
Oh, my God.
I don't know what to believe no more.
I'm telling you the truth.
When it comes to this series, it looked like San Antonio is going to win one game.
It looks like SGA comes back to next game.
I really believe SGA was really, really, really upset that they broke that 20-point game winning streak.
And he had to come back and get his name back.
You got to get your name back, SGA.
And I'm going to say, I'm just going to go out on the limb pause.
I think SGA wins in six.
I don't even think it goes to seven.
I think he's filling the idea of him going back to back.
And if it ever was the time to do it, now is the time to do it.
I think if they end up going back for a game seven, is anybody serious.
And I know that's like, you know, anybody could say that,
but I don't think anybody have the advantage in the game seven
with this kind of series because it's been so back and forth.
And it's been like really, really like definitive wins on each side.
So you don't know which team is going to show up that day.
But, you know, this will be the time to get it done.
Okay.
So you're going with O.K.C.
You're going with O.K.C. Okay, got it. Cam.
I'm not sure. This is a good question, stat.
Everybody saying before this series started
that this series was going to go seven games
and a lot of people pick OKC
to win their seven games.
Watching last game, Wemby looked really fatigued.
He looked tired.
And I said this previously
that they are really, really lacking
a power for a position.
Like, I'm not saying this particular player,
but they're missing a Julius Randall type player.
They're really running four-garde offensive
because of Wemby's height.
They're depending on him to get a majority
the rebounds, but what's going on is hiring
is keeping them out the paint. The games
that they keep them out to paint are the games
that OKC wins. Shot 4 for 15,
ended up 20 points. You know, he ended up being a lot of points
from the free throw line, but that's not going to cut it
for them to be OKC. And what they're doing
is they're using the bodies against Wendy.
What really made me nervous for the Spurs
to be totally honest with you is that they
won in a decent fashion without J. Dub player
and without AJ playing, AJ Mitchell,
So at the end of the day,
without those two playing,
you're letting McCain go crazy,
fingernail, polish crazy,
and you got Wallace,
they got a lot of different bodies.
And it looked like
they pretty much got to figure out.
You know, you really can't say
because Shay's expression is the same
win or lose.
He has a poker face.
So if I had to pick
tonight's game,
only because I believe the seven-game series,
I'm going to say the Spurs.
But last game, they look really defeated, talking about the Spurs.
They look fatigued, especially Wembe, and it's looking like they're a little too big.
To be honest with you, I would rather see, and as much as this is my team, I love the Spurs.
They have to go get a power for it.
They can't depend on Wemby to get all the rebounds, or they're going to have to start playing
the other sentences that they got with Kelly O'Lennick, Mason Plumley.
You know, do you have a few bodies?
I don't know what they're looking like because Mitch doesn't get.
give them any burn. They haven't been getting any burn in the playoffs. So just depending on
when he goes out, Cornett to be in there, it's not going to suffice. And especially to me, if you
end up playing the Knicks, it's too many bodies. You got Kat already. Then off the bench, you got
Mitchell Robertson. Not only that, it's really no answer for OG at the power four position. It's a lot
of big bodies that they have to deal with. And Wemby's not going to be able to get every rebair.
seems like he should.
This reminds me a lot of this Bulls team in the 90s.
They couldn't get over the hump with the pistons.
And Michael Joy had to do a lot of work in the offseason to overcome that.
I think that's what's going to happen with the Spurs.
Of course, I'm really rooting.
On jokes aside, I'm really rooting for the Spurs.
I want them to win.
I want them to go to championship.
I want them to win the championship.
But if I'm analyzing this from just looking at these games,
I can tell fatigue is starting to kick in.
they're a little bit younger and they need a power forward desperately.
It's been working for them all year with a foreguard offense.
So I understand it.
They're saying, listen, we won 30-7 games last year.
And now we won 62 games in one year.
So it's been working.
They're the second best record in the NBA.
So why are we questioning it?
We're questioning it because in the seven-game series,
we see teams like OKC making adjustments to your roster.
And it looks good.
You think about the first game, right?
this is three two series right but this series because of the models might have been over the first game you go in double overtime but look at all the miracles when we had to do it and double overtime he can't get 42 and 24 emails every game we would love them too but is it realistic you know he broke a lot of records you know I think him and will chamber chamber chamber chamber chamber somebody else can't remember who but that was a record breaking game and that even went into double overtime to get that win
So it's a toll task to ask.
If I ask if you ask for me who wins tonight, I'm going to go with Spurs
because I just think it's a seven-game series.
But if OKC did win, I wouldn't be surprised.
Okay.
Yeah, I'm surprised that, like, even when it comes to this Spurs team, like he said,
they got three other seven-footers, and none of them are really contributing.
That's really the difference.
You would think with those kind of guys that one of them would be able to give you
10 points or at least 10 rebounds, but they're not.
And I would also say that Fox.
They're not even getting the minutes to contribute.
That's the problem.
Not to cut you off, my apologies.
But yeah, they got to get the minutes.
Not getting no burn.
Yeah.
Sorry to cut you off.
No, that's true.
That's what I'm thinking.
Like, what is the coach thinking?
Because this is clearly the area that you're getting dominated in.
It's not the guard play.
I mean, even though Fox is only putting up single-digit points
after playing 33 minutes, he's definitely got to do better.
I think him and Wimby was 4 for 15.
But a guy like Deering Fox, I love his game some of the time.
But I think they really need to look in another direction.
They need a guard that could hit threes when you got somebody like Wembe.
You need somebody.
As soon as they double team Wemby, they need a person that could just hit threes.
You need that if you got somebody like him on the floor.
but, you know, when you got all slashes, this is what it looks like.
Yeah.
Okay, so.
I'm going to give my man a little bit.
I'm going to give my man a little bit of slack D. Aaron Fox.
He's playing hurt on two bad ankles.
He would see, and I'm not saying makes you wrong, but I'm just saying other niggas would tap out.
Yeah.
Other niggins.
We've seen them missed two games already in this series, a couple games last series,
and he's saying, fuck that.
I'm going to come play.
He didn't play the first two games of this series.
Heard his game.
hurt his ankle again in game three,
and I feel him he needs to be out there for the team.
The one thing that I will say about De Aaron Fox being out there,
and I know he's not producing like he should, like May said,
but they cut down the turnovers for Castle.
When Castle is the primary ball handler,
the first game he had 11 turnovers.
Next game, he had 10 turnovers.
De Aaron Fox comes back.
He has one turnover.
So I totally agree with Mace is saying,
but I got to give him a little credit,
a little bit of credit because he's playing on some flat.
tires right now, but it's the heart to go out there and play. We see
niggas, you know, not to bring him down to Mitchell, but we see him not play
last year in a closeout game, but he on the side line jumping up and down,
rooting. How are you jumping up and down, nigga? You hurt. Your legs are
hurt, but you jumping up and there and rooting? So I'll give him a little
benefit of the doubt because at least he's out there trying to get something
done for the team, and he's cutting the turn. Turnovers down a little bit, but
it does look bad at the moment.
Yeah.
Well, it seems we've got confirmation of your second team,
so we're going to roll the clip just so we can all be on the same accord
and see what was said.
Nick.
Nick, roll a clip.
What's the next?
Who are your second team, O KC?
I'm O KC down.
I'm getting down, man.
O KC down.
Yo, yeah, PT.
You.
Oh, KC, man.
Oh, man.
Shout out to Shane and the crew, man.
Oh, that's crazy.
You know what?
That's my second team, too, man.
Come on with me.
Shout out Shay and the crew, brine.
Shout out to Shay and the crew.
It's wow.
Is wow.
I act like y'all remember.
I didn't remember.
Thank you, Nick, for having that on standby.
Yes, I know you, y'all didn't want to remember.
It's all good.
Thank you, Nick for having that standby, man.
Oh, man.
I know New York is wishing they had that same energy from both of y'all now that they finally made it to the finals.
I know they wish that was them because I would love to see y'all out of game, but...
I'm going with the next.
Oh.
I'm jumping shit
I said the Knicks is my third team
Man
they don't want to be no sidekick
they want to be the first
They want to be the first
I'll let Nick's fans
Let us know how they feel
Why don't you make the timber
Big Bucking and your team
How about that?
They weren't I liked it when Brady
was there just with the theatrics
But I was not rolling with the bucks
Unfortunately
Have you seen the celebration
of the Knicks.
What they've been doing in the streets?
The fans.
Been seeing a lot of things.
It is wild, killing.
Now they got the girl playing basketball.
I saw that one.
That was funny.
She acting like she's going to the rack.
She pushed them off.
She shoot the shot.
The whole crowd goes crazy.
Yeah, that was funny.
Yeah, New York fans are going crazy,
but as they should.
You know, they're going to celebrate for now.
They're on top of the marquee,
and they didn't even win it yet.
It's crazy.
Imagine when they do, if they do.
You know, at this point, we don't know how it's going to be like Gotham City.
They don't need Batman.
Oh, for sure.
Okay, so the NBA has actually warned Wembe, because we got some information here,
for violating media access rules because Wemby bypassed media obligations after game five on Tuesday night.
So after hearing that, Mace, do you think Wembe should be fine or do you give him the benefit of the doubt?
Because, I mean, he just skipped out on speaking.
Here we go again, right?
This is what we was talking about before, right?
When, who was that, Jalen Brown?
He didn't do the interview.
He went and did it somewhere else.
At least Wimby didn't do a podcast.
He just had other obligations, you know?
What other obligations?
I know they pay you to do the interview,
but Wimby and him feel like talking that day.
Do you ever get a day off from interviews when you're in the NBA?
Or you got to do every interview.
That's part of the contract, right?
I don't think that that's a bad,
like, okay, we pay you this amount, you just got to do an interview.
I don't know.
Yeah, so if they paid him the money and he's supposed to do the interview,
Wimby, you got to go do the interview.
But I like this mean streak pause that Wimby is showing up with.
It's showing that he really has that element that it takes to be a great player
and to be the face of the league and to win a few championships.
So I'm for this, you know.
But I think he should do the interview as well.
But it's just one interview.
You remember when Iverson said, it's just practice.
I think that's what he was feeling like when he thought about the interview.
It's just the interview now.
But, you know, who else you want to talk to, though?
That's what sells the media.
And I try to get both sides of the coin.
That's what sells the media when Wimby talks.
They don't want to hear what somebody else is saying.
If they hear SGA on the other team, they want to hear Wemby from this team.
So Wimmy, you got to do the interview.
you.
Okay.
Cam.
I love it.
I love it.
I'll actually,
I actually,
um,
I was looking at how much you get fined.
It's $25,000 to $50,000
if you miss an interview.
Wouldn't be kind of afford that.
But what I will say is this.
I love it.
Find me if you got to find,
nigger.
I need to go, he's a Buddhist.
He knows who it's
best for him. You got to go meditate. You got to go get it right. I don't got time for y'all right now.
I'm one game from going home. Find me if y'all going to find me. I need to meditate, get us to pass a game six so we can get to a game seven. I love this. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it. I'm saying this because I'm a spurs friend. You know what I love even more?
is that they didn't find them
and they gave him a warning.
Goes to show they're going to make
Winby the face of the league.
He elbow a nigga in the face.
He don't miss the next game.
He don't do the interview.
They say,
nah, we just going to warn you.
Don't even worry about it.
It's all good.
I love favoritism when it's in my favor.
So,
I don't want to make sense.
That's what you're kidding.
Yeah, I don't want to make sense.
No, no, no, that makes sense.
See, the thing,
about that makes a hundred percent sense.
What you use that, you use
another way to say it and you say if you can get away
with it, get it. That's how you would choose to phrase it.
I choose to phrase it the way
I choose to phrase it. And it's
the same thing. You phrase it. If you could
get away with it, get away with it.
I say if favor, Tim is in my
favor, then I love it. It means
the same exact thing. And this
to me means that when he's about
to be the face of the league of a few years
because, you know,
you know how many people are going to cry
about him not getting fired.
Or if it was me,
the niggas would have fired me.
Yo, you know what I'm going to...
Yo, I don't...
I don't know.
I don't...
I don't know.
It's not you.
It's not you.
It's not you.
If it was me, I would have did this,
but it's not your goal.
Yeah.
It's not you, bro.
So don't worry about it
if it was me.
It's not you.
Sorry.
It's not.
And sorry that you not seven for.
Sorry that.
everybody's not coming to see you.
Sorry that you were not one of them niggas
or not one of them niggas still currently
playing. It's not you.
So we get elbow a nigger and don't miss
the next game. We could not do
media and say, it's okay,
just don't do it again.
I'm fine with it. Now, a lot
of people are going to be mad at it? Yeah, yeah, a lot
of people are going to be like, that ain't fair.
Life ain't fair.
Yeah.
See, Wembe, this might
be dangerous, so you know, when you
start getting away with too much.
He already the elbow, somebody in the head almost knocked him out.
Now he's not showing up to this.
Who knows what the next thing is going to be?
I think if he went and spoke to the Buddhist monks,
he got to do that and he got to shave all his hair off.
When he came back like the monk, he was going crazy.
So we need that wimby that walked up to the top of the stairs in Korea,
wherever that was.
Yeah, they'll bring it back.
It was in Texas.
It was actually in Texas.
it just looked like it was out of town.
There was in the suburbs or whatever part of Texas it was.
But at the end of the day, I ain't complaining.
Now, if I was somebody else, if I was a fan over another team,
like, yo, come on, man.
If my nigga did it, he wouldn't.
Fuck, I don't complain about me.
Me, Cameron, I'm talking about.
Life ain't fair, nigga.
I mean, certain niggins get certain shit, man.
It'd be like that.
I'm pretty sure.
I'm pretty sure all of us, and I know Mace can attest to it,
and I'm pretty sure stat, you as a recent the last couple years,
you get to do a lot of shit that other people don't get to do.
It's just part of the game.
Get invited places people don't get invited to.
And they be like, oh, how do they get invited there?
How do they get to go there?
Could you part of dope shit?
Oh, wow.
You know what many people would be like, yo, I've been covering the NFL
for 15 years and I never got invited.
You skipped the line.
Do you want to say, yo, I don't want to do the NFL.
I want to give it up to somebody else who've been putting their work in because they've
been doing this a little longer.
You're not going to say that.
You're not going to say that.
Yeah.
Yeah, we skipped the line.
You really can't be bad.
Do you like, do you like favoritism when it's in your favor?
Yes, we do.
Now it makes sense.
No, I wasn't saying.
you weren't making sense, but we do have three running quotes.
Quotes, do you like favoritism?
That's now added.
Do you like favoritism if it's in your favor?
Yeah.
If you can get away with it and I don't want to make sense.
Those are three very valid.
I'm not mad.
That's why I threw it in there.
I was like, dang, that's one of those that's going to be added.
And guess what?
Three things can be right at the same time.
Yes.
Yeah, because listen, you can sit there and be like, yo.
Now, y'all showing that.
a favoriteism, they might be.
You don't like it when you're showing
somebody else favoritism with something you're involved in.
Yeah.
So that's why I said when it's in your favor,
you love it.
When it's not and you're a part of it on the opposite end of that,
you hate it.
Yeah, very, very true.
But so far, you know, he bypassed a fine.
So, like, that's what we add if you could get away with it.
And he did.
So shout out with me.
We'll see what happens for tonight's game.
Okay, so Boston Celtics, Joe Missoula has won the 2025-to-2020s
NBA Coach of the Year Award.
This is actually after months ago, he actually called the award stupid.
And he would also be the youngest winner of the award since Phil Johnson in 1975.
Mace, do you think Joe Missoula was the right choice for this award?
I think Joe has done a great job with the Boston Celtics.
I mean, having this season, not having Tatum there, figuring it out, switching the lineup up, I mean, because he had to.
And finding a way to get that team to play on that level, I think that was a remarkable job.
But when I saw how they lost in the playoffs, sometime, like we was talking about yesterday,
because people end up losing in the playoffs and they give the award so late, it does something to the psyche of the people watching them win the award.
But if you're going on just a regular season, I think he did a phenomenal job.
The only person I think was right there with him was the coach of the Detroit Pistons, right?
Because a year ago, they're selling tickets for a dollar.
This year they were like the number one-seated team.
I think that was a great thing as well.
So I think – but when it's all said and done, Joe definitely deserved the trophy.
Yeah, I'm going to go with the Pistons.
coach, bigger style.
Watching their roster and watching what he did with that team, not only that, they led
the East the majority of the year.
You got Cade cut in hand with a collapse lung.
And like I said, I know, like, we talked about it yesterday, but he reiterated today
and made a great point.
It fucks with your psyche when you're watching these teams get eliminated and
players, but let's keep in mind some regular season awards.
So I just wanted to put that in the context before I finish saying what I'm saying.
but at the end of the day
with that, you know,
I looked at this roster
and I watched him play in the playoffs.
There's really no real help for Kate.
Jay and Durham's okay.
He's,
you know,
Tobias Harris had a good run.
You know what I'm saying?
Like,
you know,
for him to come in first place and leave
the majority of the season in the East
and then like we talked about Kaye going down
with a collapse lung for two,
three weeks,
and him maintaining that lead,
even though they were,
were in first place when Kay left.
They were in first play when Kaye back.
The Knicks couldn't make a run at it.
Who was right?
Boston couldn't make a run at it.
Cleveland,
he maintained that lead to get them to the number one scene.
So I think I would give it to bigger staff
based on how he coached this team in the regular season.
That would be my go-to.
When we talk about Boston,
of course we know Tatum isn't there,
but you got the Olympic gold medalists on the team
with Derek White.
It doesn't like he didn't have help.
To me, I think that, and I'm not sitting there saying
Darren isn't good, but I really believe he made
the All-Star game because of the Pistons record.
They like, nah, I'm a niggins is good.
You got to put two niggas in there.
So I'll be when you lead, when the All-Star break comes.
Nah, you can't just get one, you throw another nigga in there.
I think he has a lot of upside during
when it comes to his career moving forward.
I think Kay carried this team,
and I think Bigger staff,
have led them to this record even when Kay went down.
So my vote would have went to bigger stuff.
Yeah, I think also to add to this conversation,
when it comes to the coach of the year,
I think they should change the name of this award
to the coach of regular season.
Remember we was talking about they put a date on the trophy?
This is not coach of the year.
It's coach of the regular season.
I think they need to simplify that
and then make a coach of the year,
meaning the whole year,
because the year is not over.
until the playoffs is over to everybody playing in the league.
So I think that's a modification they should make since they're making all these other modifications.
And then stat can make up these rules and these stats that people are the first person to get to be the best coach in December.
You know, all of the little interesting things, stats that y'all come up with.
If it involves stat, I just came up with it and made it, huh?
I'm just reading what the league put out, bro.
That's just what they do.
And I'm here to report that.
They find a way to give people awards that don't deserve them.
Like, this is coach of the regular season.
This is not coach of the year because both of the people we name Joe and Bickerstaff are both out.
You know, they both were out, second, you know, first and second round.
This is crazy.
So to his point,
saying it should be more specific.
Joe Mazzul did call it a stupid award.
Do you think it's a stupid award or do you disagree?
Joe, I agree with Joe.
Joe says a stupid award.
It's because of the name, not because of the award.
It's because it says for the year, but it's not for the year.
You know, and that doesn't make sense.
Okay.
And Cam, do you think the award's stupid?
I don't think it's stupid.
I don't think he think he was going to win it.
That's what you do.
That's what Mace did when we was nominated for
awards he's played the sidelines just in case we didn't win he wasn't sitting in the crowd
that yeah that's a defense mechanism just in case you don't win it it's a stupid award i
want to be there anyway yeah shit is dumb that's what joe mazula did he's like i don't think
i'm gonna get it i'm gonna call it stupid so is he i bet you you happy he got it yeah past the award
if you don't want it. Won't he give it to Bernie?
He definitely going to keep that award.
Shout out Joe Mazzula, whether he likes it or not.
I mean, I still think it's a good accomplishment.
Okay, so we're going to go to break when we return.
We will discuss Jackson Darts'Recent appearances
and Aaron Rogers making his return.
Don't go anywhere.
Welcome back.
So before we continue, y'all, we are on the road to a millie.
We are literally just right there.
So if you are watching this episode and I've continued,
to support us throughout these years.
Make sure y'all hit that subscribe button
because we're almost there.
We're almost there.
Okay, so we're gonna get into football.
We're gonna start with Jackson Dart.
So Jackson Dart actually introduced President Trump
at a political rally in New York
and his teammate Abdul Carter called him out
and tweeted, thought this shit was AI,
what we doing, man.
So Mace, after hearing this,
do you have more of an issue
with a teammate calling out their teammate publicly
or athletes getting involved in a political space?
This is a loaded question.
Yes.
But let me deal with a portion of this question.
The portion that makes sense, right,
to me initially hearing this question,
that was multi-layered.
When you think of Jackson Dart,
he should be out there with Trump, right?
He's not from the ghetto.
Why are people mad at him for being with Trump?
He's supposed to be with Trump.
It would be different if we saw Odell Beckham or we saw what's the other guy named,
the running back that's there with the Giants.
That would have been different.
But if you're talking about-
Scataboo?
Not Scataboo.
Not Scataboo.
Somebody else, the other wide receiver.
Oh, not running back.
Yeah, my bad.
When it comes, if it was a black person, right?
But if you're thinking of somebody that's Caucasian, why wouldn't he be up there with Trump?
Why would he not?
If Scatterbu was up there, I wouldn't think anything of that.
He's supposed to be up there.
And not, because he don't share those same sentiments, right?
And I'm not saying that they do, but I wouldn't be surprised.
I don't know why he's so surprised about this.
It sounds kind of crazy that he is.
Okay, so that was your first part.
And then how do you feel about basically his teammate calling him out?
Like, do you have an issue with that?
Or do you feel like he has the right to,
What's your opinion?
I think as grown men, grown men have to be able to make their own decisions.
Like, no grown man owes another grown man an explanation for what he did.
I just don't believe that.
I believe at the end of the day, as grown men, you have all these men taking care of their families,
working hard to do good for their family.
So however, they have to do good for their family, as long as it's legal, they should be able to do it.
I don't think that's left up to how people feel about it.
Okay.
Cam.
Mace, I heard you say if he was black people should be upset.
Are you mad at Shep G when he was supporting Trump?
No, because he was trying to get his time cut.
If you're trying to get your time cut.
I feel that one.
I'm still from where I'm from, Cam.
Like, Chef G up there.
He need to do a break, you know, he's going to court.
Shout out to 45, man.
I don't really feel no way about it.
You got to go with that.
Got the chef.
Chef my man, that's what, Chef, my man.
That's what, Chef, my man.
That's what, Hala, Sleepy Hollow.
You ain't going to say shout out of 45, Kim?
I'm talking about my personal friends.
Chef G and Sleepy Hollow is my personal friend.
So that's why I wanted to see where you is at.
I'm just checking in.
Before y'all cancel me, I live in America.
The president of America is Trump.
That's who's the president.
It's not who you love or who you hate.
He's the president, you know?
I don't disagree.
I would just act because I did watch something, G.J.
I totally understand that.
I did it.
but I heard you use black
that's why I was just checking
to make sure you're still on the same page
yeah like I mean
when you see them free Kodak
or you see them free different people
I wouldn't
I wouldn't say I'm on that side
but I definitely
I'm not a Republican or a Democrat
but I just think that
if you're a person about to go to jail
you're black
He's black, man.
I'm independent, Cam.
I'm independent.
There's a new lane.
It's called an independent.
I'm an independent.
That's not new, actually.
Independence's not new.
It's not?
I'm just saying, no, I'm independent.
I've been around a long time.
I've just been around.
You can't be an independent.
Absolutely.
Yeah, so before they say I'm a Trump supporter,
I'm not really labeled a Trump supporter.
I'm just for whatever is right.
Whatever is right, that's what I'm for.
Whoever is on the side of right.
You answered my question.
You understood why chef did it.
Yeah, I understand that.
So if chef had to get his time cut,
if Kodak had to go to the White House,
that's what he got to do, you know?
Whatever he got to do to stay out of jail,
that's what he should do.
That's what I was asking.
I wasn't taking your political stance
I was just acting because I'm not political
either. I just was acting that you
understand it.
You know because people get really mad
if they think we were with Trump and you don't like
New York, that would be too much to handle
pause. So we're not
independent and we want the Nix to win.
We just need them to win before you can do that.
That's the thing that's the thing.
I'm not going to keep it.
explain the people who's stupid because people
are just really, really, I'm not talking about political, I'm talking about
people are really delusional to not even pay attention to what we be saying
when we say that we've been let down too many times.
They ignore that.
They don't understand that we're saying that we don't, it's not that we don't want
the next one, we don't trust them.
And I still don't trust them.
Game four, got to go down, that buzzer got to say zero with the ones
victory and they shit.
And then I'll be right.
So when people don't say, oh, dude, you know, shut up, shut up, and listen, you talk about shit, stat niggins don't want to make sense.
That's the niggins that don't want to make sense.
Niggins is not paying attention.
So I'll throw that out there first.
Better answer the question.
Listen, I think people are more upset because to me, even though Jackson's daughter is white, he reacted black.
He fucking doing the ducky after he gets a touchdown for.
That's black shit.
He's doing the ducky and all that.
So, niggum, like, yo, niggum, be black.
and black and all this shit, man,
then he up there with trouble.
I'm not talking about me.
I'm just talking about people.
Yo, man, fucking leave doing.
Don't do the doggie no more.
That's ours.
That's how they be free.
We own the doggie.
Do some white boys should do it.
Do one of them and all that.
Do you know what I'm saying?
Yeah, dabble.
Yeah, damn.
Yeah.
With inton, it's biracial and all that, man.
We literally only, that's how people feel.
That's how people feel.
That's how I'm taking it.
That's how I think people feel about that situation.
So they're making a big deal about the situation.
So as far as him support Trump, I have no opinion on that.
I really don't like me.
So I'm not really political.
I'm not a Republican or a Democrat.
To me, to me personally, and I'm not disrespecting either,
I just never was one of them who was going to join a gang.
They're gangs.
they even got the same colors.
They even got the same colors, gangs.
Red and blue.
I just never was a person that's going to join the gang.
And no disrespect to gang culture and everybody's a part of gang.
It just wasn't for me.
Well, my thought.
I mean, you started with saying like, oh, like, what did you expect?
Like, Jackson Darts, not this, not that.
I mean, you could support who you want to support,
but I don't necessarily,
I don't even necessarily even think it's a black and white thing, like at all.
Like, I just think.
So you don't see race?
I done, did not say that.
I'm saying this in particular is not a black and white thing.
So I wouldn't go to say, oh, because Jackson Darts not ghetto,
where else would he be?
because there are also people who aren't, who don't support Trump.
So I don't think that that's aligned.
And that's also not where I was going with the question.
I was just more so asking, how do you feel about,
one, his teammate calling him out and then athletes being involved in political situations.
So when I bring it there, just because Trump as a whole is such a polarizing topic
because it directly affects a lot of people for numerous reasons,
for some people positively, for some people negatively.
I am just, I'm big on support what you want to support,
stand on what you stand on, but at the same time,
be, what's the word?
Like, I think you should have a sort of awareness
to know that once you start putting yourself in those spaces,
obviously there are going to be people who are offended,
especially because football has a range of fans.
and so you being the leader of a team,
I think you have to be mindful of that
and know that people are going to feel some type of way.
And so for specifically, Abdul Carter,
even though it's like, dang, like, let's not show,
you know, personal issues publicly,
which I would think that this is something
that he didn't necessarily fully think about.
I think his raw reaction was like,
damn, that's my man, I'm not really talking with that.
Because, I mean, given what I know of Abdul Carter,
him being a Muslim black man, at least from what I know, I don't know a lot of Muslim black men
that typically like Trump, just because of like Muslim man and just a range of things. So I also
see why he felt strongly about that, but just in general, in sports, just to keep the peace,
most things should remain contained, and especially when a quarterback decides to make that
decision and introduce somebody president or not, I mean, because,
since I've been alive.
I've only been alive for a few presidents.
I haven't seen it where it's been such a stay on that side
and stay on that side type of conversation.
So just knowing that it could bring about any sort of hostility,
I personally, as a quarterback, would probably stay away from that.
I would.
You know, it's a lot.
That's my opinion on that.
But, yeah, I don't, at the same time,
I mean, now if he wants people to know that that's,
what he likes,
the people who also like that can support that.
That's my opinion on that.
I think my opinion is this,
from what you're saying, right?
And I'm not saying right or wrong,
no, I like it being.
My opinion is,
nigga, come to work.
I'm going to hang out with you out to work,
nigga, let's come to work, man.
Don't be friends.
Look, you got something to do, I got something to do.
He's coming to work, man.
Yeah, I went over there.
had that conversation with somebody.
It's not as personal as people be taking everything.
Everything's not personal, man.
It's a job.
You do the job.
That's what you're supposed to do.
Yeah.
But some things make it personal.
And that's why I'm just like, I don't really know.
I don't know if I would have.
But also, like, I can't tell him not to do that
because if that's how he feels, that's what I'm saying,
go do that.
You know, if that's important to you.
I mean, at the same time, freedom of speech,
You should be able to...
Where was he introducing?
It was some rally where he basically just introduced the president in New York.
So in his brain, he's also probably like,
if he's somebody that, you know, supports and likes Trump and it's in New York,
I'm going to have a presence there as a quarterback.
But at the same time, if you publicly support somebody,
you're also going to publicly have backlash.
So I just think you have to be ready for whatever way it goes,
whether you think it's positive or negative.
But, I mean, if you stand on that, you can't be mad because that's what you stand on.
That's what I think.
Okay, moving along, we've had this discussion.
She's been rolling, but now we have a confirmation.
Aaron Rogers has agreed to a one-year contract that includes $22 million guaranteed to return to the Steelers.
He also nonchalantly revealed that he will retire after this season.
So, Mace, do you think this was all around a good decision for Aaron Rogers and the Steelers?
I think Aaron Rogers, whatever, whatever, they need to get all of his.
decisions in advance. I'm tired of Aaron Rogers holding up the team, right? He's a wonderful
player, but I just think it's too much for what it produces. Like, I think it was a great,
a great businessman out of New York that said when the cat get bigger than the poop, you got
get rid of the cat. What? I've never heard that. Not to cut you go out, I've never heard that ever. I've never heard that ever.
when the cat gets bigger than the poop
I mean the poop
gets bigger than the cat
you gotta get rid of the cat
Kim you never heard of that before
I heard of that yeah
see the reason why
may say it may say in it because he doesn't curse
it says when the shit gets bigger than the cat
you got to get rid of the cat
that's the slogan
that's how I know yeah I heard that
absolutely
yeah it's like
well we're dealing with
where Aaron Rogers is bigger than the moments he produces.
So that's what we're basically saying.
For the audience listening,
when your demands become bigger than the moments you produce,
we got to get rid of some of these demands
or get rid of the person because it's too many demands.
And I think for what he does there,
it shouldn't take all of this, you know.
That niggas is a drama queen, bro.
No, that's the best way to put it, my nigga.
This nigga, he makes everything dramatic.
And I don't really, I don't know if it's his fault or not his fault or whatever it is.
But everything's so dramatic when it comes to this nigga.
Is he coming back or not coming back?
This is done and third.
How much money is going to get?
Whatever, man.
You know, this is your team's stat.
Y'all been going through quarterback problems since Rothera Berger left.
Rothenberger stayed probably two, three years longer than he should have stayed.
and what happens is, and what happens is,
because the Roonies let them stay longer,
y'all been in the quarterback drought for a long time.
Fucking all type of niggins, Mason, Mason, Roodle.
What these niggins?
I don't even remember any gins.
Niggins are going to hit your helmet,
their quarterback over the head with a helmet when you.
It's been a mess in Pittsburgh at the quarterback position.
Is that where I just give them best chance to win this year?
I don't know.
I don't know who else y'all got a quarterback.
But maybe y'all should start developing.
Another problem is this, because Mike Tomlin record being a winning record,
y'all don't really get a good draft pick to get a good young quarterback to bring up.
But Tom Y'all draft becomes the best two, three quarterbacks are already gone by that time.
So this has been a reoccurring problem with the Steelers.
Lastly, I'll say with this particular topic,
him and Mike McCarthy won a Super Bowl 100 years ago with the Green Bay Packers.
It didn't end good.
I think Aaron Rogers actually got Mike McCarthy fired from the Green Bay Packers.
Now they kumbaya.
You never forget when the nigger get you fired.
You know what I'm saying?
Now, do they going to get on the same accord to try and do the best that they can do?
Absolutely.
But you got to remember do the vigilant.
You know, we don't know what's going to happen with Cleveland.
You know, the quarterback dispute going over there.
They're saying that Deshawn Watson looked like he number one.
My nigger Joe Barrow talking about they got everything they need right now as far as Cincinnati's concerned.
We know it in the regular season, at least we know what Baltimore brings to the table.
I'm not invested in Arroyo.
I'm really sick of the drama, to be totally honest with you.
And he's always talked about a lot, and I think that he's one of the best quarter.
I haven't been one of the best quarterbacks ever four or five years ago.
But with all this nonsense, May I said it before.
sometimes shit that happens off the field or off the quarter
fuck with your legacy because you start remembering them for other shit
you don't remember all the good things that they did
and you start remembering all the bullshit that happens
and that's the way it goes you know what I'm saying
so whatever you gotta go stat with you things
your team I don't really give a fucking bad or I don't know I was just too much
too much to talk about every season I mean at least you're honest
and like shoot I mean regardless
The Steelers are going to be talked about every year.
I think, I mean, every time, see, every time I do this and I give my prediction and I say what I think,
and then the season comes around, and it's just either like pure frustration,
and y'all be quoting when I said here.
So let me be clear on how I say this.
I think that this is, like, probably the best situation right now that we would have,
because, I mean, in our quarterback room, we have Will Howard, and they're still trying to, I mean,
they're trying to develop him more, but they're also not really giving him much reps to be able to do so.
I also think just the whole, you know, Aaron Rogers, Mike McCarthy experiment, like, we're going to win games because we knew that they've won prior.
But still for me personally, I'm also cool with starting fresh, like the whole, like, let's just reminisce on what we had in the past and try to bring it to, like, a new system.
I just don't think that necessarily always works, but I'm trying to.
to be open-minded and think like, okay, like, you know, our defense is still good.
We still have a little bit more pieces on our offense.
Like, we picked up another wide receiver from the Colts and Michael Pittman, Jr.
So I would say I'm optimistic.
I don't think it's going to be a bad situation.
Of course, I miss, you know, what we had with Mike Tomlin,
but you also have to know when it's time to move on and make those changes just because
we kind of keep hitting a wall.
So I'm, like I said, I'm optimistic as far as Aaron Rogers.
I mean, he is a drama queen.
And honestly, he's allowed to be that way.
That's never going to change.
I mean, he gets what he wants.
I mean, he's still a great quarterback.
Is he, you know, getting older?
Yes.
But as long as he can continue to play and have the energy
and be able to complete passes and throws and keep it up,
I think that this is just good, I would say, like, maintaining.
This is kind of that period that we're in.
It's just like maintaining, keep winning games
until we figure out what those pieces are.
Now, I wish we could figure out those pieces now,
but that's not how it works.
So that's just kind of my opinion on it.
But shout out to the Steelers.
We back.
That's all I'm going to say.
Oh, my goodness.
And that's just that.
You'll be in the portal by December.
No, I've never been in the portal,
and that won't change because, I mean,
I don't know what the Bengals got going on.
I don't know what the Ravens got going on,
and I don't know what the Browns got going on.
So at this point,
I'm riding with my team until the wheels fall off.
literally.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Now retirement, it is about time.
So I also think that if Aaron Rogers didn't think that we had a real shot, he wouldn't
have returned.
I feel like you would have just, what is it?
There's a quote you said the other day.
Like, you leave when you're up or whatever the, yeah.
So they can miss you.
If he's not, it's time for Drake to just give Aaron Rogers the glitter glove because this is
it.
This has got to be the last year for him.
Well, it is his last year.
That's what I'm like, he's retiring.
For sure?
Yeah, he's very nonchalantly, but he was asked by Mark Cbole at a press conference,
and he literally said like, this is it.
Bitter sweet, though, because it's like, dang, all the people that we used to love,
you know, watching play, like they're basketball and football.
They're getting to that.
They got $35 million next year for Amer Rogers is coming to get it.
You said it's a shmoney.
Honestly, I ain't mad.
If I could still play, I would do it too.
I would do it too.
But hopefully, you know,
I really believe my opinion is Aaron Rogers.
And I don't know this for a fact.
My real opinion is that he's shopping himself around
for other teams that could be better contenders
and niggins is like, nah, we're good.
So we're just the sidekick.
Yeah.
So the Stillers is like that girlfriend you go back to
when everybody else get married.
You got to think about this, right?
You got to think about this.
And anything that gets to the NFL,
anything happened week to week.
But if this is your last year,
and I don't believe,
I have to see it to prove it.
He always alludes to retirement.
So I have to see it for them to happen.
But if you're winding down in your career,
you don't go back to a team that's probably not going to win it.
You're trying to find somebody.
You'd be like, damn,
just need a quarterback and they can be all right.
You know, the cults for your niggas.
Y'all niggas good?
Yeah, we're good on you, man.
We all right.
Yeah, we're rolling the ties with Danny.
Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
Like, yo, I'm pretty sure he shocked
yourself around to go somewhere
where he could probably win.
You don't just come back and be like,
I know he's going to win.
Fuck that.
Give me $22 million.
Cool.
Not saying $22 million.
and it ain't good, but at the end of the day.
Hey, Rodgers, I think he fucking made mad money.
He's an end for the money, and you know you're not going to win.
So what's the reason?
You still like to play football, nigga.
We know that.
Now, if he can be somewhere that was a contender, he would rather be there.
You don't want to be there?
He just still won't play football.
Sorry.
I'm just going to tell myself we're a first option.
Because I think the organization is great.
Yeah, I don't want to make sense, Cam.
I don't want to make sense.
I don't.
Hey, shout out Aaron Rogers.
Shout out to the Steelers.
We're going all the way next year.
I don't care where anybody has to say.
I'll argue about it all day.
I don't want to hear nothing.
I don't want to hear Nick.
I don't want to hear you.
I don't want to hear Mace.
I don't want to hear Arabia.
I don't want to hear Trista.
I don't hear Marys.
I don't want to hear nobody.
And that's all.
You know, but in the comments down below,
let us know what y'all think about Aaron Rogers
announcing his.
retirement you think it's true or think he's bluffing let us know but y'all that is all the time
that we have for today thank y'all for watching and as always it is what it is
