Starting point is 00:02:25 All right. You got my video. You know, I would get that. I would have a lot. Okay. Out my fucking list. It's here just to go. Yeah, this the Talk of New York.
Starting point is 00:02:36 And this the boy Uncle murder, aka Led JetLitt. And this The Real Report Show. Make sure y'all like, share, and subscribe. And we got one of the biggest artists out of Memphis. Make some noise for Key Glock. Yeah. Whoa. Let's go.
Starting point is 00:02:50 Yo, Glock, appreciate you coming on the show. Definitely, man. I see that. I see the earrings, man. You look real good over there. Straight up. Stevie Wonder could see you with you. God damn.
Starting point is 00:03:04 What's good with you, man? No, just life, life, life. You got the album coming, Project X. Yeah. Project X. June 19th, Project X coming. It's really, it's like a, it's like an outside tape. It's a fun tape.
Starting point is 00:03:19 It's like a party tape. Oh, I know what you're feeling to do, man. I mean, you know, you know how to make hit records. You know, your last one was Let's Go, right? Then you got the one with sexy red right now. Yeah, that's a bad bitch. And I said to you, I was like, yo, did you pick that beat? I know, because I was like, yo, that, I'm loving that record.
Starting point is 00:03:38 Yeah. No. You know? Sure. I had the beat, but it's crazy. When me and Sexy Link, she played the song and I was like, the beat sounds so damn familiar. And she just, you know what I'm saying? She wanted me get on it.
Starting point is 00:03:53 It just felt good. It just went right along with it. Definitely. So you ready to take over the summer, huh? Oh, yeah, it's I already took. That's right. That's right. What made you call it Project Project X?
Starting point is 00:04:09 I ain't going to lie, bro. Like I said, it's a fun tape. It was a party tape, so basically it's somewhere of, like, how the movie was. You know what I'm saying? But instead of one night, this shit was going on for, like, probably a good 20 to 30 days. Okay. I ain't recorded the whole, like the entire tape during this span, but half of the songs, like,
Starting point is 00:04:38 you know what I'm saying, inspired the tape Project X because, you know, I was I was I was X-in. Gotcha. Got you know the X-Cos vibe. Yeah, got you. Got you. So when you're in the studio, what's your, how you find the beats? Because I feel like I'm from New York and I'm like a.
Starting point is 00:04:57 big fan of your music and I like, I fuck with your beats and the flow and everything. Like how do you, like who's your producer? Like what's the process? Like, the process, like, I don't really like for people to like send me beats. I'd rather have them in the room with me. So I can, I'd rather go through the shit with them because if I'm not with them, they'll send me something that they think they can hear me on. Like, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:05:23 So I just be like, Aver, like, mood, switch up, energy. changed. I'm like, bro, you just gotta send the shit you don't think I'd drop on. Right. And it'd be like that and then shit just come out. Or sometimes just sit back and just play beats and I just watch the room. I just look at everybody's reaction and energy out the beat if they, like my homeboys in the room with me and I'm just going through beats and they start like trying to have their own rap battle, I know it's one of the, it's good beat. You know what I'm saying? If it makes the next motherfucker want to rap, they don't rap. Yeah, starting to motivate niggas to rap. Yeah. Exactly. They're like, okay.
Starting point is 00:05:57 It's one of them beats. Gotcha. I was like growing up in Memphis, man. Bank, Bank City out there. Man, that shit, I ain't a lot. Whatever you see in here about Memphis, like, that shit true. Like, ain't nothing really changed. Like, it's, it's fucked up.
Starting point is 00:06:16 I had to say how I fucked up it is, but I'm glad I'm from there because it made me, it made me built for anything. Like, anything. Like, I don't care where it is. Where I'm in on earth is like, by me being from Memphis, the mentality I got, like, I don't be, I ain't, I ain't too much worried about shit. Right, right.
Starting point is 00:06:36 And plus I know God got my back though, so. Got you. I really ain't worried, you know? Definitely. Yeah. Yeah. And you're musically inclined out there too, because it's a lot of good music coming out of Memphis for show.
Starting point is 00:06:46 And I know you are a fan of Three Six Mafia, everybody was saying, I am too. For sure. For sure. I remember Buck bringing them around back in the days. Back. Screwed up. You know?
Starting point is 00:06:54 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's your favorite group out of Memphis? Well, you wanted to- Other, other, yeah, other than me and Dobb, yeah. Of course, 36, they set the way for us. They set the way for it.
Starting point is 00:07:07 Basically, yeah, that's the fact. Yeah, that's a fact. Yeah, that'd be set that way about it. When you started doing music, though, when you started rapping with Doug? When I first started my ninth grade year, high school, but it wasn't like, it wasn't serious serious. Just fucking around.
Starting point is 00:07:22 It was just trying shit, but I put like my first song on YouTube, I think, It was like my senior year. It's still on YouTube right now. It's called acting. Just go to Kieglock, acting. Yeah, yeah, that's fact. It's still on YouTube right now.
Starting point is 00:07:37 Brick that up right quick. Right, shit. Ever since then I just kind of fell in love with it because of the people that was around me. Then everybody already knew who I was anyway. So it was like, by me rapping, it just was like, you know what I'm saying? It just went together. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:56 It seemed like what you was no gimmicks, it's just straight hits, straight music, man. Yeah, that's all I try to, I just keep it, keep it simple. Like, I don't try to let people end on too much. Like, if you know me, you know, but I'm not feeling like this play certain shit. You know what I'm saying? Because to the world, I'm an artist and this all, that's how you need to look at me. Definitely. You want to be on the internet doing too much of the shit like that.
Starting point is 00:08:20 Yeah, ain't, ain't, no reason. I'll be on your page. He posts like, just when the album's coming out. Yeah, you know. Nigger like a ghost. That's it, man. No, for real. Like, you don't know nothing about he's like, that's how I know.
Starting point is 00:08:32 I was like, damn, I'm glad he pulled up. He fucked with us, you know what I'm saying? We fuck with you. Like, my God. Like, wow. You got hit records. You know you're from somewhere where it's rough and tough, it's not a game, and you made it out. And you know, when I see the young dudes getting money, like, I see the car collection,
Starting point is 00:08:50 because, you know, everything yellow. Got the yellow cully. I don't see the Ferraris, the Lambos. He put the toys up. on the gram no work. He does that. You see the buggers in the end. All right, copy.
Starting point is 00:09:00 He gets some money. All right, copy. He did that. You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? You know what I'm saying? He didn't love something, son. Come on, man.
Starting point is 00:09:08 He's going to be a lot. And the thing with him is he keep himself relevant because it's like he's not on the gram. He's no gimmicks with him. It's just straight music. He's always serious. You know what I'm saying? He's going to show the calls in the jury, the videos. You know?
Starting point is 00:09:25 Yeah. On Project X, who's some of the producers you got on there? We got honorable C note. We got King Walker. Got Bankroll, got it. Kid Hazel. And hell of Take-Kee. I fuck with Take-Kee.
Starting point is 00:09:47 And Ross. And you got some features on there? I know what he's going on. You didn't have no features. So on this one, you got features? I thought about it, but I just. I was like, it really ain't, man, it wasn't a reason to. So I held back on it.
Starting point is 00:10:01 Got you. Maybe on the Nix tape. Got you. Yeah. This was your experience. Project X was your experience with your people, so you ain't really need nobody else so in there for this one. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:11 You had to be around to understand what was going on at that time. I got you. I suspect. I suspect. Sure. Yeah. You hit Men's Fashion Week in Paris? Yeah, I've been before.
Starting point is 00:10:21 Did I go to last, to the last? I don't think I went to Israel. Oh, it's coming up. I ain't allowed to blow right now. Come on, I said, we know the vibe. You know what I'm saying? It's the real report. I see the drip.
Starting point is 00:10:33 Like, you know what I'm saying? I see the drip. I see the virgins on with the acne. My man, be on point with the drip. Keep it light with it. Yeah. It's worked. We just get drippy, man.
Starting point is 00:10:44 No, I see, I see the virgins on. You know what I'm saying? I definitely notice the drip and your fashion style. And you know, where your fashion style come from? Because how many movie of the town stores is in Memphis? It ain't no high-end designers doing movies at all. So we're fucking shop at. At all.
Starting point is 00:11:03 That's what I'm saying. I know what I'm saying. I know what I'm saying you. I'm talking. I'm talking about at all. That's pretty. Ain't no Louis stores in Memphis? No Louis, no Gucci, no Prada, no nothing.
Starting point is 00:11:15 But liggas got all the shit on. How y'all get fly? Where you gotta go? You gotta go to Nashville. Oh, Nashville. Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, New York. You can go anywhere, but it ain't, yeah, Yeah, butt Memphis.
Starting point is 00:11:28 That's crazy. That's crazy. That's my man. Any word but there. Yeah, we ain't got it. Damn, that's crazy. Yeah. But you fly as a motherfucker.
Starting point is 00:11:37 So you just got, you shop every, when you go on tour and shit. Yeah, I shop everywhere I go, even if it's like design or not. I don't even have to be, like, high-end design. If a nigga just like, I. If it's some shit I like, man, I'm getting it, because it's for me. Now, world is you only wear joys. Is that true? This, that's super true.
Starting point is 00:11:57 Oh, shit. That what's it going on with that? That's great. What's going on the way? What's going on with that, man? It really, it really, it really some childhood shit. Got you. Got you.
Starting point is 00:12:09 So it's like, when I was young, I used to, like, every seret or every other Saturday, like, you know, joins used to come out, like, probably four or five times a month, every serty. And, like, how we grew up, it was just like, this shit mattered. Like, you know what I'm saying? For some reason, the way. Black communities, that shit matter. Like, it's cool if you get one one week, but if you get the motherfuckers every week,
Starting point is 00:12:33 it's like, okay, you're somebody. For real. And that shit, you get some chicken. Yeah, that shit got into me in like middle school. So it just, it just was, yeah. That shit is crazy how I was going to say because that's what we used to hustle for sneakers back. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:12:47 Niggas from Queens, we used to just hustle for sneakers. I don't know exactly what you're saying. We older, but it's crazy to hear a younger dude say that. You know what I'm saying? That shit crazy. When I started touching like some So real money, like, you know what I'm saying? Like play money.
Starting point is 00:13:01 I experienced, you know, I still bought, like, designer shoes and shit. But it's like after so long it's like, like far as like rappers, like my air and shit, niggas get to looking the same. And it's like, we just get to buying bullshit because of that name. You know what you're saying? Like I had to snap out of this shit. I'm like, man, this shit ain't me. I'm going to go back to what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:13:24 I'm going to rock some jays that comes the same as them designer shoes that probably you don't have on. Like, you might go to a club, might go to a event, it might be four or five motherfuckers with the same shoe on. It might be the same color, too. I'm gonna be the only nigga
Starting point is 00:13:41 in that bitch with some jays on that's one of 50. And these bitches probably costs the same or more. It's just. You know what I'm a 50? Yeah. So, all right, what's your favorite Jordan?
Starting point is 00:13:50 What's your top five, Jordan? Because I'll see you got the Virgil's on now and I know those. Damn, my favorite. I probably ain't got no favorite. I ain't, you know, Your most expensive, Jordan. Most expensive?
Starting point is 00:14:02 And you said you got one that's one out of 50. That costs some rags, bro. What do you mean? That ain't cheap. It ain't, but I feel. I feel. It's, of course, like, over 10 racks for those. And you would wear those shits out?
Starting point is 00:14:15 Like, I thought niggas boxed them shit's like when you got the one out of 50 shit. Yeah, like certain shoes, you don't even, you don't wear them. You don't wear them. Yeah, because one night in the club with you, nigg. And then because they should be so old. It's like. They ain't even wearable no more.
Starting point is 00:14:31 So you just got a, if you're a sneaker here, you just get them for the collection. Yeah, for your own. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, keep on, shit, I only wear a joy. That's crazy. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:14:42 Really? Real, shit, I heard about that. I was like, you'll be asking about that. That's really crazy. Yeah, I'm gonna find a shoot for every fit, no matter how hard it is. I'll get them, Joe, we're gonna lie that up. We're gonna lie that.
Starting point is 00:14:55 So no Air Force ones, nothing, nigga? No. I fuck, like, I fuck where everything else, but I just personally don't, don't wear it no more. Got you. Yeah. Got you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:06 Like other than George, I used to wear phone posits, forces, Irmaic 95s, shit like that. Yeah, I fuck with the joints heavy, too, though. No, I fuck with the joints. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I got the Chinese New Year's. I don't think I got to have ever. Yeah, I got the ones.
Starting point is 00:15:23 Yeah, I got the Chinese New Year's. Yeah. What else I got the, what's you? What's the ones? We got the fives. The fives. I got a couple of pairs. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:15:33 The Jordans is cool, but, you know, we're from New York, so we just be having, like, we just kind of glow with the flow. So now, niggas is wearing, like, New Balance, A-6. Yeah. It'd be the comfort of the nix. And I think that came about, not y'all, but I think that came about from when the designer shoes start making the little running-looking shoes, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:15:54 So now people, like, they were in the Balenci's that looked like an A-Sik. That is true. Ah, it's cool to worry now. Because think about like back in our era, probably even y'all era, nigga, laugh at your ass, you got some A6 or New Balance on. Yeah, for sure. But now, now it's cool now. No, for real.
Starting point is 00:16:14 That's for real. And them shit's comfortable as a motherfucker. Yeah, but back then, like, you know, at bad night. Now, niggas was a fucking one like that. It had this moment, but then them just fell off for. They was done. They was done. They was done for a minute.

Starting point is 00:19:43 The cyber truck? I ain't allowed about it for the hype. I was caught up in the hype. It's a good car, though. It's a good car. And I love cars. What about the color? What are the color?
Starting point is 00:19:56 What are you thinking about the color in there? Cutting a great car. It's a great SUV, but it ain't for like... Everyday shit? It can be, but it's not like a... It's not like a sport like SUV. It really depends on what type of person you are. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:20:14 Some people... Some people rather have a Ferrari truck or some people might have a car car. They cost the same, but it's like... It depends on how you move, you know what I'm saying? How you like the Ferrari truck? I ain't a lot of love. It's probably my favorite car right now though.
Starting point is 00:20:32 I ain't gonna lie. That shit's mean. Yeah, and it's V-12. They did it right. Them shit's crazy, man. They did, right. The doors come out like that. Yeah, they did.

Starting point is 00:21:38 Really, just certain players that I genuinely get out a relationship with our foot when I just support them. But by being the grudges, I just, by me being in front of, yeah, I got to support them win and lose. Yeah. Facts. Yeah. For sure. Y'all probably inspired gentleman rant to be doing all that shit, he'd be doing them. Not glott, but I'm not.
Starting point is 00:21:57 Not me. I don't need you do it out of it. You ain't lying. That's a fact. That's a fact, nigga. He said, I don't even do that. I don't know what's going on with my boy. That's a fact.

Starting point is 00:22:21 We appreciate it. We appreciate it. Yeah. Really, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just. I'm just showing thanks basically to the fan. Basically, it's really, I'm really not, like, expecting them because I know what he's going to do. Like, he's going to do what it's going to do, but it's not like, you know, expectator. I just love making music and satisfying the thing.
Starting point is 00:22:43 So this tape ain't really just like, I know. It's just appreciation to the fans. Like, huh, to go some fun glop before I get back on my bully. For sure. Well, we already know you're going to come with the hits. That's what it's about. You make big records, you know what I'm saying? And we know you're going to come with it.

Starting point is 00:23:53 I'm executive producing some shit, too. So I'm working. I mean, you know, we be around You know, to me, we hustlers. Like, I look at you as a hustler. Yeah. So I look at it as all as a hustle. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:24:03 Yeah. Like I said, you're a young nigga. You ain't coming with no gimmicks. Real. You know what I'm saying? You just dropping music and doing what you want. Real. You know?
Starting point is 00:24:13 Most definitely. Get fly, get fresh. Get money. How was the sexy red video? That very, that video was crazy, bro. You know, like you got a good time. Ain't a lot. Like.
Starting point is 00:24:23 That was that video, man. Damn. Like. Call me on sex. Like, how my life's been set up lately. I ain't go lie, it's like how their video was and how local and Go video was, like my nights be like that every other night. Just so happened, we put it on camera, basically.
Starting point is 00:24:44 Gotcha. But like, it's the lifestyle that I've been on lately. Yeah. If you want to see, I've been in the other stuff. That's the lifestyle. Yeah, and that ain't a cap. That's his lifestyle for real. That's the lifestyle.
Starting point is 00:24:58 The lifestyle. It's the fun, man. That's right. That's right. You gotta go to Memphis, man. I'm in Nashville. Nashville's cool. I want to go.
Starting point is 00:25:05 Yeah, it ain't Memphis. It ain't Memphis. It's the difference. The people. It's the people. Yeah, that's all the people. In a good way and a bad way, but it's the people. It's like everybody from Nashville want to go to Memphis.
Starting point is 00:25:20 It's like Memphis is popping. Like, I want to go out there and chill. But I know some of things. Is that true? I thought that's how. You don't know about that. You said maybe niggas in Memphis wanted to go to Nashville, not Nashville wanting to go to Memphis. Really?
Starting point is 00:25:32 It's like, I'm a tear if I don't know about it. Memphis and Nashville is like they really don't get alone for some odd reason. I don't know. Not everybody, but it's like they both think they better than one another. Got you. Got you. You know what I'm saying? It's like, yeah, it's just a city shit.
Starting point is 00:25:49 Like it ain't nothing too deep or nothing. Like it really ain't even no reason. No one even know where it started. Knicks. That's the Memphis, niggas. Yeah, that's how it be. You know how that'd be. You know what that be.
Starting point is 00:26:00 Southside don't get along with hollas, shit like that. You know what I mean? For sure. Yeah, you might not get along with this side of Brooklyn. But Brooklyn be different because it'd be a nigga, you beefing with a nigga down the hallway type of shit. You know what I mean? You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:26:15 Kind of different, you know what I mean? You're beefing with a nigga down the hallway. You're like that. Yeah, definitely be like that. Grandma beefing back in the day. Definitely be like that. Brooklyn's getting better though now. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:26 They tried. Straight up. My grandmoms don't go see it real. He's like, they try. Yeah, they try. I mean, they try to gentify a lot of shit in the hood. Yeah. It's expensive as Brooklyn.
Starting point is 00:26:36 Fucking, what's the way? What about the real estate tip? I know you're buying a lot of houses out there, because I know that's what paper route do. Shout to paper around in the team. I know y'all buy a lot of real estate and cars. Yeah, but me personally, like my, like, the way, like, my timing and shit be set up, like, I treat my wife. I treat my watches as real estate. You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:27:00 Like I got watches that I buy that I don't even display to the world. Versus me buying a house, paying for this service, paying for this service, this service, that service to get the house complete, waiting to sell. Like, you know what I'm saying? Versus I could just buy this one thing and just, you know what I'm saying, let the value grow up over time as it's sick. And I don't look at it or have to touch it or have to. putting no more money into it to get it to a certain value. So you're buying plain jeans and straight from Petect, straight from Rolex?
Starting point is 00:27:34 Most of the time, yeah. Right. But sometimes I have to buy Gray Martin. Like, you know what I'm saying? Not After Mark, but Gray Market. You know what I'm saying? Third party because certain watches you can't get from authorized dealer if you don't have a profile with them already.
Starting point is 00:27:51 Right. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, so you've got to pay the extra. That's what you feel. He does. He collects the watches that don't, they appreciate, they don't de-appreciate. What you think about the AP and Swatch collab? Man, I was fucking with it.
Starting point is 00:28:07 I was fucking with you. I was happy for, I was happy for some people. I want to know my nigga Kiklock thinking about that. I ain't gonna lie. It's not cool. I thought it was a cool idea. You know what I'm saying? I fucked with it, but once they just came out with the real pitches, like,
Starting point is 00:28:25 y'all really just dropped the ball on, you know what I'm saying? Some that could have been so big for everybody in a way. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, this shit would have been meaningful to some people. Like, you know what I'm saying? Even though it's a couple hundred dollars and like, fuck the price date, it's an AP. But they kind of, you know what makes them dumb? You know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:28:46 Like, people materialistic. The colorful APs, they could have sold them for like three, four bands. And niggas would have bought, you know, five bands. Like, you could have put a nice price on that 10 bands. Slowly would have kept going. Who knows? You really never know. So you think they fucked up with that?
Starting point is 00:29:03 Yeah. Yeah. So you get rid of all APs? Now you're getting rid of all APs? Nah. No, I'm saying, I don't go, it don't got to go that far. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:12 You could just be like, damn, I feel like they shouldn't have did that, but you still keep your AP because I ain't getting rid of my shit. But I'm a little disappointed that they did do that. Yeah. No what I'm saying? I am disappointed. It's like you, it's like you tampering with the brain.
Starting point is 00:29:24 How many years AP been around? How many years, AP been around? Because Richard Millie just came out. What's you feel about Richard Millie? You feel like it's going to keep this value? I got. I got more riches than anything I got.
Starting point is 00:29:35 No. Yeah, I got more Richards and Rolex. Than any other watches I got. What's your favorite, Richard? Probably my 035. R.M. 035. Yeah. It's factory set.
Starting point is 00:29:51 Like. Yeah, it's the talk of New York. Tony A. And this the boy led Jet Lenny. Whoa. And right now we represent basketball. Lava, Black-owned. One of my best products that I love to use is the beard grow because I want to use, you know,

I feel like certain cars, like, when it's like that, you shouldn't buy it if you don't just really like it or want it. Like, you know what I'm
Starting point is 00:31:13 saying? Don't just get it just to say you got it. It's like, might as well least the motherfucker if it's going to depreciate. Like, quit trying to just, you know what I'm saying? At least the motherfucker then. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. Exactly.
