Brunson is now the official King of New York. The New York Knicks hat, I told murder's equivalent to the Yankee hat. I said it first. It's the same thing we're wearing Nick apparel. Buses on fire. One shooting. 30 fights, a couple of stabs and 63 arrests. But the city is turned, you know what I'm saying?

What a time to be alive. New York Knicks, 53 years. New York City. It's crazy. We know the parade is tomorrow. Everybody be safe for our. safe out there. Why ends? Don't turn New York City into Gotham City again, but we're happy we got to win. Murder, talk to him, man. We turned up, man. It's a good, good, good, great look for New York City,

man. We finally did it. Been a long time, long, long time. And I think it's safe to say Jalen Brunson might be considered the greatest Nick of all time at this point right now. Come on, New York. Yeah, but I mean, just besides being the king of New York right now, he might be considered the greatest New York Nick ever. I know we got Patrick Ewan, but right now, Ewan never brought that chip home. I mean murder. Brunson got the job done.

Right. Go ahead. So I'm just saying like, because I hear people saying that like, and I might have to give it to him, man. Brunson might be the official greatest nick of all time. I agree with you. And the thing is, when you look at his story, I know you know sports, right? Of course.

So I know you know he was the second draft pick, right? He came in, what, 33 or something like that? He was definitely the second draft pick. He was, everybody said he was under size. In the second round, he was in the second round. Yeah, 33, prickle round. He came number 33 in the second round. Excuse me.

They were saying he was under size. They were saying he was too little. He played on Dallas. He got burned, right? But when, what's my man? When Luca, when Luca got hurt, he was scoring, what, 21. He stepped up. He was dropping 30 and 40 when Luca got hurt.

This guy even took a pay cut for the New York Knicks. A hundred and, not just any old pay cut. Yeah. He left $1. 13 million on the table. 113 million. Right. And I think a lot of players,

now let me ask you this question. Do you think a lot of players are going to do that? So, I mean, so, so, so, because you know with taxes and everything, they can't, everybody can't have with Stals or a good bench. When these players are getting $200 million, because if it took the $200 million, he wouldn't have the great bench he has.

He wouldn't have to. No, definitely. He wouldn't have have been over there. O.G. wouldn't have been over there. Hatt wouldn't have been over there. Josh. wouldn't have been over there. So he really sacked the fights for the team.

Like he really, he really believed in the vision that he saw. And yeah, he made a work, man. Shout out to Rick Brunson too because, man, to have your father there. Definitely, you know, Carl Towns, his father's there. I mean, you know, it's like a dream come true. It's a movie.

The parade is tomorrow. We're outside for the parade. Why not, man? We got to wrap, New York. It's crazy. You know, to all the Yands, like I said, don't turn New York City. in the Gotham City, y'all don't beat up police.

Y'all don't through eggs at Wind Beyond. Definitely, man. Y'all got San Antonio, Matt, shelter, Texas, but y'all got San Antonio mad. But, I mean, a lot of people said New York City fans were distasteful. They was crazy. But I don't agree with that. And Spike Lee deserve a ring. I'm not going to hold you.

I know a lot of people have been riding with the Knicks forever. But I heard people, Spike Lee actually put his money where his mouth is. He paused. If you got, you know what I mean? He doesn't spend probably over 10 millions in just them seats. over his NBA career. So Spike actually deserve a ring with the Knicks to. Man, I think they should give Spike a ring, man. So what do you say when people say that New York fans is just so disrespectful?

I mean, I mean, we are. We are. It's okay, though. It's New York City, man. What you was about to say, Ed? I see something on your mind, man. No, I think this is what I think, Murp. I think it's been 53 years. Of course. I think, and then what did I, now, you remember you, you said the Jay Z thing, you was a psychic on that. Now, didn't I say we was going to win in San Antonio? I told you that weeks ago. Definitely did.

I told you that. And I said, yo, the city. We need to win in San Antonio, too. So we needed to win there. Listen, I told you he was going to win in San Antonio. The city still went crazy even though. Now, imagine that was the garden. If that was the garden, I don't think Brunson and their bus would even be able to leave the garden.

It would have been impossible. You might be right. People was in traffic for like hours. You know, show some. And Ed, make sure you show all the video I sent you. I sent you a lot of crazy videos. I see. They just destroyed the.

The cab driver cab. I think I see French Montana posted that. Post it up some for. You see your man on the light up there. You see fireworks. Yeah, it was crazy. I mean, the buses on fire. It was crazy.

It was World Cup buses. So that was crazy. And police really couldn't do anything, man. They was outnumbered, bro. They still out there in the MZ right now. Right now they're all like, New York City, man. And this is the thing.

And this is what we got to, and this is the thing we got to understand. For the parade, just remember, y'all, police gonna be ready or for what they seen already. So just be safe out there. Everybody take it easy. New York Knicks for the win.

The plan is to make it back home. We champions now. The parade, I think, is from 10 to 2. I'm quite sure there's going to be people camping out. What? Because when is it, Thursday? Yeah, Thursday. Yeah.

So today is Wednesday. The day before they're definitely going to be in there. Yes, tomorrow. A lot of New York Knick fans mad at my nigga Cam. You don't see them camping out tonight probably. Cam, them New York Knick fans is mad at you, Kim. They mad at you cam. So have you.

remember Cam did make kind of a, I'll say a quote of saying that the Knicks ain't going to do it again this year. I mean, I mean, New York is the place to hate, but Cam, you can't hate on your own city. Listen, listen, I heard Paul Pierce say he will never do it again. I don't know where that hate is coming from, but everybody hates New York City. So we have bragging rights for what you say, the next five years. Definitely, man, longer than that. Paul's longer than that. And I think we can win another chip. I think we can go back to back to the finals because we have a great team. You know, they've been winning championships together. That's right.

but yeah, I mean, one shooting is not good, but it's not bad. 30 fights are expected when the whole city's out. 63 people arrested. Yeah. I mean, I think that's all police could probably really handle. And just to add on to them, there was a 17-year-old that was a reportedly shot, there was buses set on fire. There was NYPD vehicles damage.

There's a video Yale sent me, which was a DOT worker. They jacked his vehicle that day. Yeah. And then at top of that, Oh, the DOT worker, he's a good guy, though. I see that. That was real funny shout at him. Because he knew he couldn't go nowhere.

He just said Nixon 5. Yeah. And that was it, man. And that's classic New York City for you. The New Yorker, man. I mean, you know, you got people on buses on top of trucks, you know, slapping police, destroying cars. But you know what?

It's New York City, man. And the next one. Let's talk a little bit about some people coming through. with the Spurs jerseys too, though. Oh, I mean, I think you had to be crazy to do that. New York City is a place. I seen them ripping the Spurs jersey. Yeah, we know New York place is a, you're just trolling.

Like, you see Taleo saved this guy right here. He told him you're trolling. Like, if you come through with a Spurs jersey, you know how Nick Energy is. You know, everybody's tough in New York. I'll curse out a cab driver. He's gonna say some shit to me. Trust me.

I don't even want to repeat when I had an argument with cab drivers before. years ago. So it's like everybody's tough in New York. From the guy riding, doing the Uber deliveries on the bike to the guy that's driving the bus, everybody will fight. To the girl on the train, she might mace you. You know, it's just, it's New York City. So Wimby getting hit with eggs and stuff, that's suspected. I know they're going to find your hotel. Yeah, New York fans. They caught the kid that did it. Listen, when it comes to sports, people are die hard sports fans, bro. They're going to go crazy. When it comes to sports and music, those are

two things people go hard for. Who's allowed to celebrate and who's not allowed to celebrate? I think everybody's allowed to celebrate. Everybody allowed to celebrate. Because now with the Knicks, now they turned, it's the number one franchise. You know, they broke a record. We broke a curse. We, you know, we turned heartbreak in history, like I said in the beginning.

So it's like 53 years is a long time. For real. So now the city is back. Now, you know what? Hey, this is going to motivate the Yankees. Of course, the Giants. The Giants. The Jets.

You know, the Liberty team. Didn't the Liberty win? New York Liberty. Yeah, they weren't recently. Oh, yeah, they just won. So shout to them, you know, you know, but it's going to motivate. But it's going to motivate. Oh, man.

Yeah, the last championship is 20-20. And now we got to think about this. How many more stars, we got all the stars coming to the games now. We did it. We did it, man. New York. I used to go to all the games, 2024. I didn't catch too many this year because we've been busy with the podcast.

Me and murder could have been in all of them. But last year, you know, I met Ewan, Starks. Shout to my man, Dre. I was on the floor, you know, Tracy Morgan. I was at all the games. So even if you're a bandwagon fan right now, it's still cool. Right. It's still cool.

We ain't mad at you. I think it's different if you was like shitting on the Knicks. If you were shitting on the Knicks, now you're doing this. And then I think it makes, you got a whole families, you know, in the house watching the game and we all ruling for the Knicks. Like people, you got a lot of girls wearing the merch now, you know, which is great. It's going, like I said, this is the Yankee at right now. You want to see we wearing Knicks merch all day.

And, you know, Banks, he don't really come outside like that. But this is New York Knicks. We've been going to games since 0506. You know what I'm saying? Like when I come home out of jail, going to games and stuff like that. So we've been going for a long time. I met plenty of, you know, players. If I get tickets from like Scott Lehman or my other lawyer, Bob Macedonia,

or my man, Dre, or my man Dre, he'll get me on the floor. You know what I'm saying? So I went to the reunion when Ewan was there, Starks was there, it was crazy. All the players. Only player that I was missing was Oakley because he can't come in there. And obviously, Anthony Mason, rest of peace. Oakley was in the building and San Antonio. He watched the next dude on the floor.

Shout out to Charles Oakley. They caught a shot at him on the camera. He was in the building. Oh, he was at the Garden? No, he was in San Antonio. Yeah, he was in San Antonio. He was there. He sent the Knicks coming.

He seen them pull it out. Hopefully we can get Oakley to come to the garden. That'll be great. Before we switch over to Morris, Shannon Inkins in the city, right? Was there a favorite game of yours from this five-game series? I mean, the favorite game is the last game. Because, I mean, me and murder, we wasn't in town. We was in San Antonio.

Shout to the baby. We went to his concert. And it was amazing because we demand. because we demanded. We say, yo, 50 said, we need internet on both our trailers. We had internet on both for the trailers. The baby had a straight for us.

No, Defenders lost. He lost? Yeah. Oh, man, it's all good. Still shout out to the defenders. Definitely shout out to them. And we ended up in, you know, North Carolina after, and we ended watching the game and, you know, murder knows.

I'll turn away. I'll walk away. Like, when that free throw was missed by, I don't know who was it? Was it OG? I think he did miss one of the feet. I think it was OG. When he missed that, I was like, everybody, my brother, shout out to my brother, yes. We had a whole bunch of people from North Carolina on a trailer.

And I'm like, yo, y'all jinks in it. I jinxing it. Games over. Games over. I'm like, yo, there's plenty of time. You know? That was the biggest thing about this series, is that they would always be messing up in the first half and they'll just come right back and make it like.

But that 29 point. That was my favorite game. Coming back from 29 points, that was my favorite game right there. I'm not going to lie, OG with the tip at the end. And that was just like, I feel like that set the tone. Like right there, that was like, I don't know. I felt like after that you kind of knew New York was winning. It was like kind of, it was no doubt.

It was like they sealed the deal with that right there. And as for the fighting stuff, I look at it like this, right? Like, when people in San Antonio was getting a couple of Knicks fans, but it wasn't worse as New York, right? You wear that jersey. Yeah, I see, I seen them caught, they caught the New York fan out there in San Antonio. I seen Ray, one or two. I see Ray Ray posted.

It wasn't a lot. It wasn't a lot. I see Ray Ray posted, yeah. Then you had that big, um, Shaquille O'Neill looking dude. Mm-hmm. He was trying to knock a lot of people out too. There's some like big dude. I think I see you talk about.

He had to see that told you. It'll find it. Make sure you post them up. He was chasing everybody, but it wasn't the right New Yorkers around him at that point. Yeah, it wasn't. But what I'm saying is this been happening in sports, right? Do you, do y'all agree?

This happens at soccer games. Yeah, yeah, it felt fair, yeah. Soccer games have the most fights anyway. We're in jerseys, in different cities. You know what's going to happen, bro. No, I definitely happen. So I just feel like, you know, the parade is not going to be no Spurs fan there. Whoever wears Spurs fan, you are idiots.

It was just finally a reason for it to happen in New York. That's what it is. It was finally a reason. And I agree with y'all. They had a winner. They couldn't come back away. Yeah, they can't come back and play them games, man. We're not playing no games.

in Houston. Look at his mugshot right here. His mugshot is crazy. He's crazy, man. Shout to James Hardin. But my whole thing is, shouldn't he be licensed in Houston anyway? He ain't got no felonies. So that's the thing. I know he can't, I know you. I know you can't show a weapon like online or whatever because of John Morant, all that stuff. But he was taking into custody around 3.41 in the morning on Saturday. So he had a handgun on the seat of the car and not in his holster.

So that's what kind of set things off. And then he got charged with a misdemeanor for unlawfully carrying a weapon. And then he was released after paying $100 dollars. Oh, yes. So it was licensed. It wasn't in the holster. Yeah, that's nothing. That's not.

Oh, they was being cornered him. He's being responsible. He's still being responsible. You know, he's still, he's just a little bit of irresponsible side to on it. They should have never took him in. But $100 fine, yeah, they shouldn't have put them in. That shouldn't even have been out there. This shouldn't even made the news.

Because I'm like, yo, he got to have a gun license. Yeah, this shouldn't even made the news. As long as he's not showing it online, he ain't going to get fin by that. Cleveland now, but I guess he don't want to live in Cleveland. So he's still living in Houston. He'd be going back to Houston and still be turned up. Yeah, shout to Houston. Houston.

Yeah. Houston turned up. He didn't really know. Yeah, you know he wanted to stay in Houston. But, yeah, that was a fucked up ticket. Yeah, that was corny. It was being corny for that. All right.

I'm just worried about Haiti being in the World Cup because I'm a Haitian, both my parents are Haitian.

And, you know, I'm a zo. Shout to all my Zos. Haiti is in the World Cup. and Haiti's going to beat Brazil, and I'll put my money on it. Oh, yeah. You know, there's nothing to do. When you're in Haiti, there's nothing to do, but I either be on the beach or resort or practice.

You know what I'm saying? People come from nothing out there. We come from the bottom. You know what I'm saying? So I believe in Haiti. The next where I came back to do another game, it would have been like a game nearby. It would have been wild. It would have been too much.

Let's get into Kassanat, Streaming University in New York City. Over 8,000 people was in New York City, lining up from 8 p.m., like, well, 8 a.m. or whatever it is on here. But where he, where he going to be at?

His next stop is in Los Angeles, June 14th. June, so he was, he's going to be in LA. So he came back to the streaming thing. Yeah, definitely. He quit for a minute. Yeah, but now he's bringing back streaming university. Not, streaming university is going to, I mean, Kastenna's not going to stop making money. I just feel like when he took that break, I feel like the streaming world was missing him.

Clover Boys was missing him. But now, you know, he's playing a boss position. I've seen him denying his own guys, though. I've seen him denying VT Des. I seen him Reney and Dean. A, B, and Dean had stream of a university lit. I think he denied him for promo, though. I think that's just to get the hype of the show him denying him.

I mean, he said that. I mean, he told him to put in their cap their applications again. I think eventually you'll see everybody at and nine. Yeah, of course. I would love to see Dean, A.B. You would love to see, you know, a lot of people on there. You would love to see the Clover Boys on there for sure, you know, but he seems like he's playing more of a boss position the way he was denying.
