Man, they hurt my ego like a motherfucker. Damn, man. I see, yo, what happened to this? I used to walk in there beat my chest. I had the biggest poster. They said, yo, it's a new guy. His name is God. That motherfucker. Hey, look, let me add on to the story. Okay, so that's your story.

Okay, so Atlantic, man. Atlantic been great to me. We had a phenomenal run, you know what I'm saying? I caught my cases, you know, they stood by me. I go to prison the second time. And I'm coming out and I'm looking for that poster. Yeah. It's with him.

You know, I learned a lot from the major label. I love that you, independent, you were with my guys, Gazi and Nima and them guys over there, man.

They're the best guys in the fucking world. And they helped me change my life and get my shit right and equity and ownership and all that. But I learned a lot, man, in the major label, man, because I remember one minute I'm the hottest motherfucker in the world, the next minute they treated me like I had AIDS. Oh, shit. I had to adjust.

And then I went to Atlantic and learned, you know, what it was like when your shit is on fire and you had a building behind you. But I always knew what the shit could go back to. You know what I'm saying? I remember what it would like to have a building. but not really have a building.
