We are not associated with Joe Rogan in any way. Think of us as the Talking Dead to Joe's Walking Dead. You're listening to the Joe Rogan Experience Review. What a bizarre thing we've created. Now with your host, Adam Thorn.
Starting point is 00:01:54 This might either be the worst podcast or the best one of all time. one go enjoy the show hey guys and welcome to another episode of the jr e review this week uh we are joined by comedian brandon batick uh good buddy of mine known him a while he's helped out on the pod for a long time been a huge supporter of the team and he's also the host of disturbing the priest podcast well i'll put a link in the bio go check that out it's mostly what like heavy metal. Heavy metal. I have comics on occasionally. A lot of like fun skits too. Love it. Love it. It's a good show. I enjoy it. And I'm not even like a huge heavy metal fan. I just enjoy it. It's like set up well. So this week we are reviewing Cash Patel. Now a lot of people
Starting point is 00:02:49 wanted to review this one with me. I think it it revs some people up. And yeah, it was interesting. who to pick for it, but I wanted Brandon's take on it. So here we go. What was your overall sense of cash? So, you know, I'm glad I finally have a use again for my tinfoil hat
Starting point is 00:03:11 because I cannot wait to dive into this episode, man. Like, it's just crazy what, and we discussed this before airing, but it's crazy what Joe's podcast has become for these wealthy elites, for
Starting point is 00:03:27 you know the government it's become almost like a propaganda machine where people feel like they can go on this podcast be like don't worry everyone everything's cool don't worry about it where yeah like rogan definitely pushes them a little bit which is great but i feel like he might not understand what these people are trying to get out of his podcast instead of just having like a hangout conversation um there was some obviously great valuable information on this um i think the fentanyl thing was like really really interesting yeah and i really didn't have any kind of knowledge on like the war going on with that like i because you hear fentanyl you know i i was never sure where it originated from why is it being peddled into the u.s now it's like okay that's
Starting point is 00:04:18 fucking crazy you know and of course the uh the covid stuff which is like kind of just funny how worded all that you know and then obviously you know you got russia gay and the whole epstein thing wild will be this massive thing we'll have to dive into because it's just fucking bananas yeah they covered so much of like the big the big elements of stuff it was just yeah but the contradictions like it's like what like check all like check in with everybody before you're you're saying this information out because it's like regardless and i might be jumping ahead a little bit and let me just say this it's like it's just so funny how cash is saying all this shit as if it's fact and then there's like there's people saying you know that the opposite's true that there's tens of thousands of
Starting point is 00:05:17 hours of footage out there yeah it's it's just fucking like pam bondi for example saying there's tens of thousands of hours of footage so it's like okay so one is obviously lying it's not you don't even have to put on your tint foil hat for this stuff dude he had cameras in every room of like multiple houses how would he not have tons and tons of video like something stinks and you know don't get me wrong i'm not throwing the baby out with the bathwater like his fentanyl stuff It was like, yeah, I'm following this. This makes sense. This is reasonable.
Starting point is 00:06:00 I'm inclined to believe that to be true. When he said that he calls every family and all the chief of anyone that dies in the line of duty, police officer, whatever, like, great move, awesome. You know, even some of the withdrawal of Afghanistan, I'm like, okay, I can see that. But a little bit of the, I mean, let's. Let's just jump right into the Jeffrey Epstein bit, right? This is what revved everyone up the most. So he's basically under the impression, like he believes, from what he knows,
Starting point is 00:06:37 that Jeffrey killed himself. Now, the way he lays it out is very reasonable, I think. Like, he does have experience with prisons. It would be a tricky operation. Now, did enough people with enough money want him dead? Definitely yes. But I don't know enough about the ins and outs of what it would take to put that operation on. However, I also understand the motivation to cover up that that was done. Because one, it makes law enforcement look terrible. And, you know, that we can't even stop those things. That's like a big worry for like the American people to know that there are groups out there that can just kill people whenever they want to.
Starting point is 00:07:24 so I get why it was downplayed however also could have been a suicide as well it's just things like the tapes why haven't we seen it he's saying they have it are they ever going to release it and even if they do
Starting point is 00:07:40 who knows these days is it AI is this going to be a blurry scrambly AI video of some dude hanging himself I'm like that's pretty fucking convenient though all of a sudden you found the tapes And his cellmate, you know, magically vanished before. It's like, it's just so ridiculous, man.
Starting point is 00:07:58 And it makes me think it's like, yeah, it's like, you know, and he has a point where he's saying, okay, what do you think? People just fucking broke in and shit. But it's like, and the truth here is maybe something I just don't want to accept. It's like, does the FBI, what controls everything? Yeah. You know, the FBI? No. The government.
Starting point is 00:08:20 No. Probably not. money money and when you look at this Epstein list you know it's like yeah it might be a fake or whatever but when when Jimmy Kimmel is on it and when he was approached about it and Eddie Bravo talks about this Kimball's like it's fake it's fucking bullshit Chris Tucker was on it was like yeah I was actually on the on the flight list but we were on Africa it was a diplomatic thing so it's like okay Maybe there is some truth to this flight list here, but at the same time, it's like, I don't even know what the fuck to believe anymore. Right.
Starting point is 00:08:57 It's so hard because there's so many different voices saying so completely different, so many completely different things. Yeah, well, they've muddied the water too much, right? And that's a great tactic if you just want to confuse the narrative completely. You know, just throw in so much that by the end, you'd take it. away, you're like, I don't even know if up is down anymore. Like, I don't know where I am with this story. You know, and just the fact, he's like, do you really think as the head of the FBI that I'd be hiding or, you know, covering up any videos of people doing things to children? And I'm like, bro, if they're a billionaire or a king or like the Saudis, I, yes, I fucking do
Starting point is 00:09:46 imagine that you would cover that up? Yeah, there's there's totally no evidence of the FBI ever lying. I know. Like, come on, dude. Like, what, do you even know what podcast you're on? It's like people come on this podcast and they don't realize like the Joe Rogan fan base. They're like mainly like conspiracy guys.
Starting point is 00:10:04 Like it started as a conspiracy podcast. Dude, people were shouting into their radios. Bullshit. No doubt. No fucking doubt. It's ridiculous. It's ridiculous. It's like, what are we fucking doing, man?
Starting point is 00:10:19 And even if it is true, then sell us on it. Because you didn't do that. I was not convinced. All it made me think is, oh, they are really working hard to cover this shit up. Yeah. Like, exactly, you know? And him just kind of flip-flopping. Because in 23, he said that the reason it hasn't come out is because billionaires are lobbying Congress.
Starting point is 00:10:45 night and day to keep the shit classified that's what he said on record it's not a i you know this footage that's dated and now he's and that's actually i believe i believe that that's part of the truth because because that makes sense there are obviously like like epstein obviously shook hands and made deals with a lot of powerful people he obviously partied with a lot of powerful people um so Bill Gates... There's no conspiracy behind the fact that, like, there were extremely important people involved in this Epstein thing. Yep, exactly.
Starting point is 00:11:23 Bill Gates' wife left him. Join the fun on Draft King's Casino, ranked the number one online casino experience. They've got everything you've been searching for. Starting point is 00:12:24 day after 24 hours. See terms at casino.draftkings.com slash promos. And it's August 24th, 2025 at 1159 p.m. Eastern. Number one based on Eilers and Kredsick 2H24 product analysis. Because of something that happened in that sphere. So to believe that there isn't some videos out there, and who are they worth more to? The FBI releasing them to the public or the FBI holding onto them and saying, hey, Mr. Gates and everyone else that we have videos of, you're going to play our little game when we need it. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. It's all about leverage. This is Jay Edgar Hoover's, you know, whole thing is he this is how he rolls i mean yeah i do want to say uh at the point we're recording this which this podcast maybe came out four days ago yeah the the top comment on the
Starting point is 00:13:26 episode oh yes he didn't kill himself button and it has 43 000 lights i love that god the internet is undefeated dude undefeated 43,000 likes. It's so perfect, dude. Talking about things that actually do kill people, the whole fentanyl thing, right? Yes. This is one bit where I really felt like, okay, I'm following this. This is reasonable. Now, you could also say, oh, he's just trying to get us to hate China, which is like, all right, whatever. But we do know that China makes those precursors, mostly. they're sending them out. Not many other countries are having like massive fentanyl deaths.
Starting point is 00:14:11 So it is kind of focused towards the U.S. for whatever reason. And 100,000 Americans a year. It's a lot. Age 18 to 45. I mean, that's a way to really hit the population. Because if in their life they would have had, who knows, what's the average kids like 2.4? You know, that suddenly becomes a lot more people over a few generations.
Starting point is 00:14:40 And it's just across the board devastating. And the fact that they're not making a lot of money on these chemicals, it's, it just seems real suspicious to me. Well, the fact that they're being shaped like dummy bears. That's a whole idea of China, you know, pretty much making it and sending it to Mexico to be peddled into the U.S. is crazy information. Yeah. Like he's saying fentanyl isn't a like a drug OD kind of issue. It's a chemical warfare thing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:13 Like it's a weaponized attack. It's poisoning, right? It's like most people think they're getting something else. That's what they're going for. These aren't like cocaine overdoses. It's like, okay, you OD'd on the drug that you thought you were doing. Well, that's what happens. You do too much. It's going to happen. You can do it on alcohol. but if you take a sip of alcohol and then all of a sudden your heart stops because there's some other compound in there that's a whole different ballgame that's poisoning that's like getting roofied you know exactly and he's saying the the amount that can kill you is like oh two grains the tip of like lead on a pencil tiny it's terror yeah very scary dude horrifying supposedly like if there's a bag even open around you it's it's the equivalent of
Starting point is 00:16:03 you know those people that are like really allergic to peanuts you just open a bag like they only need to smell it and they go into shock well fentanyl is that for everyone if a bag was open and even a few little wisps get up your nose like you're having cops have had like real issues with it trying to just even transport it i can imagine man and it's like we also don't know what's going on behind the manufacturing of this drug and how much more powerful it's becoming, you know, because we've seen its rise to power recently and, like, how the dosage that it can kill you has become smaller and smaller. It's, it's kind of terrifying. Yeah. Well, it's like 10,000 times more, I guess the word is effective than,
Starting point is 00:16:53 like, morphine. It's something crazy like that, maybe a thousand. So you need a thousand times less of it to get like a similar anesthetic thing happen, I just heard recently that they've made something even more powerful than even fentanyl. Yeah? Yeah. And the idea is that it's all for anesthesia. Like, if you use these tiny amounts and it's all prepared correctly and, you know, it's about getting that desired effect for surgeries and other things.
Starting point is 00:17:25 There's also people that can't go under or be sedated because they're allergic to different chemicals, so it's good for them to have a variety. The problem is, you're making the nuclear bomb of drugs. It's too dangerous. You sprinkle it over whatever, and it's like you're just, you're wiping people out if they can get a hold of this. I don't know. And now it's killed, you know, how many people at this point? I don't know how they're going to be able to slow that down. I mean, honestly, like Trump's approach with like how he's really hammering the cartels and doing all the... Yes, I understand Trump's like an extreme dude
Starting point is 00:18:04 and he's pushing it and that's upsetting a lot of people. But if you're looking at it purely from a results standpoint and a national crisis of like, okay, 100,000 people are dying, let's do everything we can to stop it. You've got to be real aggressive with that. Like, it's the only way you could do it, I would imagine. Now, I know there's a lot of blowback for lots of other reasons,
Starting point is 00:18:28 reasons that maybe aren't super beneficial or like, you know, fuck up people's lives, like all this ice stuff that's happening in Cali, you know, there's plenty of families pretty upset about that. And, but it's kind of like the baby in the bathwater. They're like, we don't have a lot of time. We want to change all this stuff. Boom. It's, it's all in. And right. And it's like, I also want to add like cash saying how like Mexico is pedaling. a lot of this stuff is, and there's significant evidence that Americans are also bringing fentanyl into the country, you know, I feel like it's not as black and white as a lot of people are making this fentanyl crisis where it's just one cartel, one drug organization, bring this stuff in. There's so much of it people have to realize. There is so fucking much of this, and people are bringing in from all over. Well, you go to. Yeah, you can, you can, I can definitely agree that like the main supply of it is you know we're seeing it from china going to mexico coming into the the states but a lot of it is also flown into the country unfortunately i believe it yeah
Starting point is 00:19:36 and back to your point and what makes that very logical to me is americans are less likely to be stopped they're going to have easier access to get across the border so you throw enough money that way and yeah why would they not bring it Fuck it. Turn them into a mules, you know? Fuck it. That's it. Like, that's what it's turning into at this point.
Starting point is 00:20:00 No doubt, man. It's just, it's so sad because it's like, it's, it's not like really anyone that is dying from this is like even wanting that drug. That's what's gross. Not that dying of any drug is good. Like, it always sucks. But the fact that it's like, it's just designed to poison the. product you know or make it way more dangerous it's it's just so nefarious dude it's a thing that a nation is behind it is even even more sad it really is and like yeah obviously like
Starting point is 00:20:41 don't fucking do heroin and all this shit uh but it's in it's there's laces of it in weed um coke it's really just terrible how much this thing's spreading It's like a roofie almost for alcohol. Yeah. We just put a little bit in and you're dead. Yep. It's so wild, man. It's really unfortunate.
Starting point is 00:21:03 And it's crazy because, like, I've talked to people who are doing Coke in, like, the 70s. Because I talked to a lot of bands and stuff. They were doing hard drugs way back in the day. And they're saying, like, they're like, yeah, man, even if we wanted to do this shit still, there's no fucking way we're touching it. It's just drugs are more dangerous than they've ever fucking been. And that's weed, that's everything. Yeah.

Starting point is 00:22:19 bet MGM operates pursuant to an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario it's crazy and it's really unfortunate i bet when you talk to them and you're like well what was it like in the 70s they were like it was all pure as hell nobody was cutting anything you could snort it all week and yeah that yeah you don't get a lot of sleep but we do lines all night we're doing quailudes we're doing shit till the sun comes up we're not worrying about oh is there's this fucking you know drug secret drug that's in fucking this shit thank god like you know weeds legal now yeah because it's
Starting point is 00:22:58 like and it's like even even blow you know i i've had friends who've done blow you know being in comedy it's something that a lot of comics have done it's always around and you know in l a allegedly yeah allegedly in l.a it's very rampant or you know whatever your opinion on that is but it's just like it's crazy that you know you're you're juggling with it as it almost as almost it's like heroin at this point it's just not worth it at all to even try it if you're doing it to even keep doing it and i guess that's a good thing but at the same time it's killing a lot of people and it's get into people's systems you know people buying street weed it's killing people that way I've read, which is insane to me.
Starting point is 00:23:51 Well, but that's the problem. It's like certain people are just not going to stop doing drugs. Like, it's always a bit of a gamble anyway. And yeah, it's put off the more sensible people in that group, but it's not like sensible people are doing a bunch of cocaine. Oftentimes, it's the wild animals. And they're just out there, you know, trying different things. And what's awful, too, is like, for a lot of people, there is a stage where they try something
Starting point is 00:24:16 new. And it probably isn't something they keep doing. You know what I mean? It's like pretty rare that anyone hasn't smoked a bit apart. It doesn't mean you're a parthead. It doesn't mean that you'll continue to do it as you're an adult. Maybe it didn't work for you. But you're going to try it. Like some people will. And the fact that there's now this possibility of like these people that are exploring and trying things can just die. It's a whole different game, man. That's that's something I really am excited that they're cracking down on. I'm not going to lie. For sure.
Starting point is 00:24:52 I'm excited too, but my fear is like how big of a picture is this? And like is the issue as black and white as cash is saying? No. You know, because I like I believe him in certain areas in this podcast, but at the same time it's like, should I question literally every single thing he's talking about?
Starting point is 00:25:14 Yes. To this whole Epstein thing. Yes, you should because he's basically a politician. Right. Any politician you should question like that, dude. You know, not to say none of them can be trusted, but I want to watch him closely. You know, I want to treat them like I would someone babysit my kid. I'm going to do my own background check.
Starting point is 00:25:37 I'm going to keep my eye on them. You know, they've really got to earn my trust before I start taking everything that they're saying to be. fact. And that's why I think it's so great to do these three-hour forums. It's like, well, maybe this is what he believes to be true across the board. Maybe there wasn't an agenda for him. And he's just like, well, this is what we found. I'm going to repeat it. And we're all blinded because of social media conspiracy theories. And we can't work our way through it. But I don't know. I just got a bit of a sense of it. And I felt like he's still, he's still, he's still a corporate man, you know, and those, he knew when to shut the fuck up. And that brings up the
Starting point is 00:26:22 biggest bombshell of all, which I love the timing on this. It almost seems like that was planned out. Trump Musk feud in the middle of the episode. Just beautifully poetic. Beautiful. Just beautifully poetic. And this is a tough thing to talk about because like Rogan has aligned himself with Trump and Musk. Yep. So he's kind of in the middle. He's real tight with Musk, for sure. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:52 Yeah. But he even criticizes Musk in this episode. Oh, yeah. He's like, dude, take his phone away. But that's the difference though, right? Rogan, think what you will of him. You know, he knows he has different people's respect. But he's still, even today, talk shit about Trump when it's appropriate and when it fits.
Starting point is 00:27:14 here bag on Elon and that's his friend you know he's like he's just more likely to tell you what he really feels about something and I didn't get that feeling from cash it's hard to do I get it he's got a lot of games that he has to play but you know so basically the tweet was Musk is like Trump's on the Epstein list that's why we don't release it well Have a nice day Yeah Yeah Have a nice day
Starting point is 00:27:47 Dude what a crazy It's so wild Dude I couldn't have been having more fun When I saw this few kickoff And there was something about it That I was just like Oh my God This is better than television
Starting point is 00:28:00 This is It really is It really is You know It's like And then Donald Trump being like You know
Starting point is 00:28:09 Musk was on ketamine The whole time He's a fucking idiot It's just great. Like, it's just, it's so entertaining. Well, to be fair. It's so fucking entertaining. If there's one thing that kind of surprised me
Starting point is 00:28:22 and why I think this is a bit of a 4D chess game that they're playing, and I'm not trying to give him too much credit. But you can't put anything past Elon. I think he is a very smart person, even though he seems very wild. And this wildness and all these tweets, I think, is like, is the similar cover that Rogan gives himself, when he's like, no one should listen to me. I'm just a comedian. It's like a bit of a get out of jail.
Starting point is 00:28:48 It's like Elon will say so many crazy things that he can throw something else out there. And we're just like, it comes out of so fast. We're just willing to be like, ah, that's fine. For whatever, he's just having a rough day. But Donald Trump didn't come back at him in the same way that he comes back at most people for a lot less. And that's very interesting to me. That's very interesting. And I don't know what the long play is. I'm too stupid to figure that out. I'm not even going to pretend to take a guess.
Starting point is 00:29:22 But I think there's something else going on. This is like a card trick. There's a bit of misdirection. They're having you look at the left hand. Some shit's going on in the right. And I don't know what the hell it is. Yeah. And it's like, and this might be, you know, with the whole L.A. riot thing going on right now.
Starting point is 00:29:43 And I think that does feel a little bit like a distraction, even though it's like there's, that's a whole can of worms within itself. But it's just so funny how Cash Patel is just like, yeah, it's, there's like no footage at all. The crime scene, we only found like a condom rapper and some Chinese takeout, you know, it's really nothing to happen. And then Musk is like the current president of the United States is in the Epstein filed. It's just like it's crazy. It's like you have back to that thing we're talking about. we're like every side is telling a different story yeah who the fuck do we believe and it's like and at the same time it's like you know i find that's an interesting point you bring up with
Starting point is 00:30:23 the whole dynamic of like musk versus trump where like he's not really treating musk like he would any other person where must just dropped a fucking bombshell you know if it's fact or lie it's still fucking terrible to have someone say that about you. Dude, imagine. That was in the government. Yeah. You know, that has everyone's social security numbers who's like such a,
Starting point is 00:30:52 he was a, a lot of people were calling the shadow president. Yeah. And he's fucking saying all this shit. It's crazy. It's like, I don't know what the fuck to think anymore. And Musk is saying time will tell.
Starting point is 00:31:07 And I'm not sure if I even believe. believe that because for me you know people on rogan have said before that this whole epstein thing don't even fucking think about it anymore i do kind of think that all this information all this evidence is just fucking buried yep buried destroyed i don't think any of this information's coming out i think this whole flight log thing that's on archive dot org i think that's like kind of good evidence because there's been some people on that list who've confirmed they've been on the flight yeah rfk you know for for yeah there you go um but at the same time it's like it's crazy how so many different sides are saying we have 10 000 hours of footage and there's
Starting point is 00:31:48 fucking all these women in it and all these fucking all this child porn and then you know cash patel saying even if we you know did have footage it's like why the fuck would we put that stuff out because we don't want to re victimize these women and it's exactly what tim dillon was saying where it's like, dude, like, fucking, like, edit them out. Yeah. Like, Tim, like, do you realize how much footage? How much, like, technology, we, like, the fucking FBI has? We can't do that.
Starting point is 00:32:18 Tim's rant on Patel being on Rogan is some of the best two minutes of him ever. First, he's like, you're dressed like you just played squash. We don't believe a fucking word that you're saying. you're a liar there's tons of tape like tim went off and it's brilliant it's almost like it is still funny because it's tim but like the mastery of tim dylan is like sometimes it's only a little bit funny and it's mostly just this like kick to the nuts reality check that's like so brutally honest that you're just like oh my god genius like i was kind of thinking that but i wouldn't say it he does that so well.
Starting point is 00:33:04 And I think in that short clip, he really sums up. I got to find the clip and I'll put it in the bio for anybody listening. I'll find it and put it on there. I thought it was so good. But yeah, it kind of sums up the feel of the whole pod, the whole conversation for me. I mean, you know, of course he stepped away from the Elon Trump thing a little bit. You know, he had to be like, I know my lane. I'm staying out of this.
Starting point is 00:33:29 but he's right in the mix he's the guy that's supposed to be releasing those files and then that said and you know he quite cleverly worked around it like he knows how to speak and you know there's a bit of misdirection and then he focused on you know kind of the negativity
Starting point is 00:33:49 of social media and the potential harm it can cause and you know he kind of skirted it but I don't know man I don't think Joe should have dropped it it's it was too big of a thing yeah it was too big of a bombshell and it's like these guys have to realize these these you know people in the government and these billionaires have to realize like being on this podcast is not good you know look at what happened when uh um zuckerberg was on it when zuck was on it all the comments are like you're a fucking lizard you're a fucking fraud
Starting point is 00:34:25 and he was and he was he's like the whole the great clip of of, you know, he's like, yeah, man, I do bow hunting. Oh, that was it. That was where he fucked up. He should have never said. What kind of bow? What kind of bow do you have? He's like, you know, the one with the string, you know?
Starting point is 00:34:41 It's like, you're a fucking, we caught you. You're trying to, you're a fucking wolf in sheep's clothing. And I feel like that's what a lot of this is. It's either that or, hey, guys, it's all okay. Stop worrying about this shit. It's all going to be okay. You know, it's bullshit. You want to grow out.
Starting point is 00:34:59 with Rogan, you better come, you better come honest, genuine, and you better know what the fuck you're talking about, because he's going to ask a question, you know? In fact, the jujitsu thing was like really actually a legitimate, good attempt. Should have just stuck with that. And then being like, I don't know shit about hunting. I'd love to go with you sometime. Like, don't try and pretend, like, what are you? I feel like before he went in there
Starting point is 00:35:28 was handed a you know how to connect to Joe Rogan in his audience like top 10 bullet points and then he had to bring up Bo and I'm just like what are you thinking you know it's and he's it's so he's trying to like be a chameleon you know he's bringing up all these
Starting point is 00:35:47 these like alpha bro shit all these like topics and it's like and I think like you know going back to Cash Patel it's like like Tim Dillon said it looks like he's he's coaching like his son's fucking like like college football game or something with how he's dressed track suit and it yeah the track suit like he's just smoking cigars the whole fucking time it's like dude like you're fucking it's just crazy to me that like this is all in the open it really is it's it's like they're teasing us and they're just like
Starting point is 00:36:22 making fun of us that's what it feels like to me and just like the idea how he's like, oh, I'm not in the lane of this. It's like, dude, you couldn't be more in the middle of the fucking road on this topic. Yeah. Yeah, you are literally the person that stands between the two sports cars and starts the race. Like, what are you talking about? You might as well be wearing a bikini at that point. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:36:46 Yeah, you are the absolute referee. He should be in a bikini holding up what round it is. It's like, it makes. it makes no sense to try and step away from that i mean to be fair he didn't have a lot of time to kind of prep for like whoa what is that but it's also like you need to be genuine on rogan's show and this is why of all the powerful rich whatever people that go on it works so well for um Elon because you know he's just his own kind of weirdo he's definitely he's definitely not trying to impress Joe.
Starting point is 00:37:23 I mean, maybe a little bit, like, just as friends. I think it's two-sided, for sure. I think they're trying to impress each other if anything. I think so, but I do think that he's very much him, right? He's not coming on trying to pretend that he, you know, knows martial arts or he's into all of Joe's shit or, I mean, he just like, the first time he came on, he just, well, smoking weed was actually very interesting. That was probably the biggest moment in podcasting up in.
Starting point is 00:37:52 until that point, I would imagine. And it was wild. It showed us a lot about him just being like, I don't really give a fuck. I'll do it. I'll do what I want. And we'll figure it out. And why Trump put him in the position where, like,
Starting point is 00:38:09 I kind of saw this coming from a million miles away. Oh, the fight? Because he's going to, yeah, he's going to say whatever the fuck he wants. Yeah. It was only a matter of time that one of them blew up. Right. Because they're two very different. people.
Starting point is 00:38:23 Yes. Love or hate Elon or Trump, like you've got to at least admit they're two very, very different people. This was bound to happen. And also like, you know, Elon Musk on ketamine and everything. But if it's real, right? That is true. I still wouldn't be surprised if there's like this really interesting makeup event.
Starting point is 00:38:46 And then we're like, wow, Trump's really maturing and like that and now they come together to like make something else work. I mean, I just, I think something's going to happen. I can't see it, you know? It's almost like I'm staring at those magic eye pictures. Remember those old pictures where you had to go like cross-eyed and then you see a pirate ship? It's like, I don't know how to see the thing yet. I can't figure it out, but I'm staring at this like squiggly picture.
Starting point is 00:39:14 But my fear is when I cross my eyes, I see a mushroom cloud. You know what I mean? That's a reasonable. Because I don't know what the fuck is this is turning into. Yeah. You know? And then the whole fucking Ukraine shit going on at the same time. It's like there is so many things.
Starting point is 00:39:33 It's so hard to focus on one thing. It's like one day it's the fucking, was every celebrity in Hollywood, a pedophile next day is fucking, you know, is Ukraine going to get newped? Yeah. It's like what the, it's like this isn't even a real life. Dude, I was terrified when I saw those, when I saw that freaking airfield, those multiple airfields just getting destroyed by those drones. Like, think how disrespectful that is, right? The fact that Ukraine destroyed so many of their bombers and spent like, I don't know, a couple of thousand dollars on drones. Like, seriously.
Starting point is 00:40:16 I mean, it makes it so much more disrespectful. Not one Ukrainian person died. Didn't need to. He flew those fucking little things in there and blew it all up. It was like... Xbox 360 controller. Dude, Putin must have been so pissed. Right?
Starting point is 00:40:35 And this isn't like pro Putin or pro-Ukraine. Like just looking at it from the standpoint of whatever. It's like Ukraine doesn't have the army that Russia has. like you've got to do some shit like this if you're a war with someone also you're really stirring up a bear to be fair the bear's already attacking you so i don't know what you need to do that but i was just like i don't know how much closer to drop in a nuke like the world has been since the freaking japanese nukes we dropped it's it's really starting to feel like the cold war it really is but a much hotter version
Starting point is 00:41:15 yeah the war more because it's like you know i shouldn't laugh it's not fun you see like you know zelensky or whatever being like yeah russia doesn't have shit on us we're we're way better than them we're fucking you know our war tactics are way better we're gonna kick their fucking ass it's like dude do you want to get your ass fucking handed to you it's like poohen just he's a button on his fucking desk that can end this war in two seconds it's just it's crazy to watch this and then once that happens what the what what what's going to happen how how is the world going to react to that yeah what's going to be the next step after ukraine gets fucking newt dude like i i feel like it's going to be like one day i'm going to wake up and it's just going to be cod zombies well
Starting point is 00:42:01 that's what it's going to feel like yeah like it's it's just crazy the tension between you know a potential you know with the cold like this cold war situation going on the uh we're learning about the fentanyl stuff even um just like kind of looking back at this the whole covid origins which we didn't touch on in this podcast where he was talking about covid and how it started and the cover up with fouchy and everything it's like all this shit it's like there it's like what the fuck should i be paying attention to what what is a crazy revelation it's like it's so overwhelming as just like a citizen of like america you know or just like probably any one of the world at this point it's like what the fuck how am i supposed to process all this yeah i don't know if
Starting point is 00:42:52 you can i mean back to the russia gate thing even so that was like clearly government collusion it's been proven these guys still hold strong that it was possibly real even though it's been proven to be just complete bullshit they use the media to do it they really push that narrative how Trump even survived that, I have no idea, the same as the Hunter laptop. It's like, again, proven that it was real, it wasn't fake, it wasn't Russian misinformation. People are still somehow managing to stand by their commitment to that. And it happened right before an election, and they downplayed it, and they contacted Mark Zucker. That was another thing on Rogan's show when he was on that people were like, bullshit, you're a liar.
Starting point is 00:43:50 The fact he comes on, he's like, we're never fact checking anything again and we're no way. We're doing it our way and no one can tell. And it's like, bro, you already did it. Like, you're not in the same league as Elon. Elon's like, that sounds like bullshit. I'm buying Twitter and no one can tell me what to do. And these people fucking hated Trump. Yep.
Starting point is 00:44:13 Hated Trump. And now they're coming on the podcast being like, you know what? When he got elected, I was depressed. And then I got dinner and the waiter was like, hey, he's pretty good. And I'm like, you know what? Maybe he's pretty good. And here we are. And I'm like, you know what?
Starting point is 00:44:25 He's pretty good. It's like, what the fuck is happening? Yeah. The only convincing version of that that I've seen is Bill Ma, going to dinner with him. So it was Kid Rock. You know what I mean? Because he came back and it's like, dude, if there was anyone, you can't win over. It was going to be built.
Starting point is 00:44:43 And he goes, honestly, he was, look, I talk to a lot of people. He fucking listened. We talked about stuff. I talked to tons of politicians. He was engaged. He took some jokes. He took some shit. He goes, there's two versions of this man for sure.
Starting point is 00:45:01 And he had no reason. Very little reason. I'm sure he got more hate and lost more fans than he gained. But one thing I think he did, that was great, and he's very good at, is being genuinely him. Like, to him, that was the truth. You take it wherever you want to. He's rich enough.
Starting point is 00:45:24 It's like he really couldn't give a fuck. And it was interesting. I mean, I'm not saying it changed any opinions I have about Trump, but it was a good example of somebody like analyzing a situation and giving us something that I can believe. believe in. And again, back to these politicians that are all full of shit, you know, and Elizabeth Warren with her lie. Like, Biden was so sharp. And even, even that super liberal podcast is like, seriously, sharp as you? And he's, she's like trying to shut him down. I'm like, you're fucking
Starting point is 00:46:02 lying. Like, you are lying. After this, we should not trust you at all. Like, you're a liar. And now too many people are lying to the point where I can't even distinguish the two. Right. I really don't know who's telling the truth anymore. And it's really, it's really upsetting. It bothers the hell out of me because I hate the fact that the older I get, the less I like believe in the institutions and the politicians. Like I was like always, you know, growing up like you just kind of in in the mindset of like, well, the adult. know what to do, you know, the grownups know what's going on. The politicians, they, they know
Starting point is 00:46:45 how to keep it together and, you know, they're keep us safe. And I'm like, the more I think about it, I'm amazed, anything works half the time. And I'm not trying to be too cynical. Like, I love my country, I love my city that I'm in. I think I support it, you know, I think that there's going to be great things in the future. I'm excited to raise my daughter and show her all the awesome things in the world but yeah there's also a lot of questions for sure and and you know to build off what you're saying the reason i'm sad is because i love this country right you know it's not because i hate this country or what like it's because i love those people stop it like go live somewhere exactly stop it exactly where where it's like that's why i have i invest you know all this time
Starting point is 00:47:35 into speculating into being updated with politics and policies and everything going on with world affairs because I love this country and I don't want it to like be a fucking crater be the next you know cod zombies map I want it to be fucking nice yeah I like I don't want it to go to shit yeah and it's just like I don't I don't want to be part of the generation that let the next generation down you know and I kind of feel like some of that's happened to us because like look at buying a house right now like when my parents were in the 80s they didn't have almost any money and they were able to buy a house they had almost no money there was just systems in place houses were reasonably priced for whatever you know like metric you want to
Starting point is 00:48:23 throw at it and now it's like we're getting priced out we're all of a sudden becoming like you know they're cramming us on planes the whole experience sucks used to be like peanuts and meals and watch a movie and now it's like pay 50 bucks for your bag and squash in there and stand in this line now it's like go buy this house well that's impossible you know minimum wage is like whatever 15 bucks and it's like how do you buy a 300,000 dollar house on that well it's like you know it's crazy because before Trump when Trump was getting elected I'm like okay will uh egg prices go down. Now I'm like, you know, asking questions like, did Tom Hanks fuck a kid, you know, is ketamine in the White House? Right. It's like, it's like so fucking crazy. Yeah. Yeah, we went
Starting point is 00:49:14 from eggs to like pedophile cabals and you're just like, wait, what? Hold on. We shouldn't be even having to process any of this. I want to go back to eggs. Also, egg prices did come down and I'm happy about that. That is great. I don't know how they managed. great. I think it was, I think it actually had something to do with them killing a bunch of chickens because of like avian flu or something. And that's, that's why the prices went up. So they were inevitably going to go down when they got more chickens. I don't know. I'll have to look into that because I did not know that they actually did go down. That's actually really great. One thing I want to end on with this is the law enforcement stuff, the trends. If we're to take him at face value,
Starting point is 00:49:59 he's saying this could be the lowest homicide rate ever. I would, imagine that's a percentage because there's a lot more people now than in the past. But that's great. That's incredible stuff. However they're doing that, love it. Right. You know, I did like what he was saying about calling all the families. You know, I mentioned earlier. I think that's a great move. I don't know if other FBI directors have done that. To me, that's a big deal, you know.
Starting point is 00:50:26 And it's a tough job out there for those guys. Tough job. and for sure and yeah i wanted to be safer just like you're saying i wanted to be safer safer and it just also makes me think like how many fucking people are he is he calling like that's a lot of people like in terms of like the population of america it's like yeah it might be like the lowest rate or whatever but like at the same time it's like there's still like you know a lot of people fucking dying from this shit yeah but it's it's police officers to that is true and it's also like what does that do to someone at the same time like it's
Starting point is 00:51:08 like you watch the thing of like probably you know the soldiers telling you know the family that their uh their son husband was killed i can't imagine the toll that does to like have to deliver that shit like multiple times a day like that would fuck me up personally so it 2024 a 147 law enforcement officers died in the line of duty, 64 FBI officers says, yeah, killed. And then, well, I don't know what ODMP lists. Oh, it's just a certain list, 165. So, yeah, still a lot of phone calls, you know,
Starting point is 00:51:52 and that's probably rough, pretty difficult to do. And God bless him. I'm glad that he does it. But yeah, overall, I still have some questions. I don't know if I really trusted a ton of what he said. There were plenty of bits that I did. But also, what can we really expect from the head of the FBI? You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:52:21 It's like, aren't they always supposed to be a little bit kind of guarded and secretive? It would make sense. It's their job to cover shit up. It's their job, right? That's really, that's the point here is, it's a cover up, dude. I knew it. I knew it. Fucking look away.
Starting point is 00:52:41 Come on, man. Oh, great. Bro. It's all good. Any final thoughts? I am excited to see the backlash of this podcast because it's still happening. The ripple effect is still. you know it's still rippling I guess as you would say yeah and it's really interesting to see
Starting point is 00:53:05 what everyone's saying about it and I cannot wait to see this fucking footage because he's saying you're going to get it there's shit out there you're going to get it dude I wouldn't put five bucks on that happen I wouldn't even bet that little it would be a total waste of time we'll see what happens I agree but I want to at least I'm trying to be be a little optimistic, I guess, but... I mean, I hope we do. You're probably right. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:32 Like, the most we're going to get some shit-ass blurry camera of a fucking... Yeah. Oh, it'd be heavily selected. They pick the least powerful people that, you know, that everyone can scapegoat and blame to take more eyes off people like
Starting point is 00:53:48 Bill Gates or whatever else. I shouldn't keep saying that. My PC's about the crash. Oh, no. I feel like he's going to say, Stephen Hawkins, immediately. Yes, Stephen Hawkins. I mean, easy to put it on him because he's already dead.
Starting point is 00:54:05 That's probably how they do it. They just pick people that are already dead because then it's like, oh, well, it's their legacy and whatever. But it'd be some bullshit. It'd be carefully curated bullshit. And it's not giving me a ton of confidence, honestly, I have to say. But I will say what is giving me confidence is having you on, bud. this was awesome we're definitely doing more pods i hope you enjoyed it yeah loved loved it
Starting point is 00:54:34 it's awesome to finally uh debut on the pod adam always a pleasure talking to you yep love it buddy and to everyone listening thank you so much go check this out and let us know your thoughts it's a wild one cheers guys talk to you later
