It turns out Megan has a serious feline allergy - but that didn't stop one of the boys waving a cat at her. Ben's daughter Sienna called him with an URGENT issue - turns out urgent is a little different when you're 15. On today's show, you'll get that very shortly on the podcast because we've been saying all week, one of us is going to go missing from the radio show and you need to work out what town or city they're going to be in, where they're going to end up.

Now we honestly did not know which one of us was going to go missing. We all had our suspicions and 100% I was wrong. I was absolutely wrong. Jono, you were wrong as well. You thought it was me. I thought it was you. And it was Megan the whole time. The whole time, yeah.

She's just left about, well, probably about 20 minutes ago. She's headed off. She left the studio. Said she was going to the bathroom. Hello, we're on the podcast. Hi. Yeah, we're just trying to, we're just coming to terms with the lies and the deceit over the last three days.

You replay everything in your mind and you're like, but she said this and then did this. Really well done. You're really well done. Commendable, but also very scary that you've got that in you. Remember me and you, Ben, we were having a chat in the car yesterday and we were just talking about Jono being the rogue. Yeah, I remember. I'm blanking that back in my mind now.

Yeah, sorry. Wow, good on you. You lied to my face. Multiple masmas. You feel deceived. What about my husband? Yeah, well, he texts me straight away. He was listening live on the radio.

He heard it when I, he was coming to terms with it when we came to terms with it. I feel like you could have mentioned it to him, but anyway, that's on you. That's on you. I didn't want you to call him. I mean he does do some acting for you know. He's a good actor. He's a good actor. You can tell your husband you're part of a gimmick. They said tell no one. No, well she's stuck to you. Yeah, she's your loyal. Take it to the grave. Okay so we are going to find out together. Well, hopefully we're going to try and work it out. And we said, I look, I made some claims on the radio just before it ended while you'd hit it off to say there's going to be a special little clue here for the podcast audience.

was told they were the rogue, the other two aren't and at some stage one of us is going to leave. If you can work out what town or city they go to, when they've gone you just have to text Spotted and the name of the city or town to 4487. $5000 worth of gas thanks to Gas Petrol Service Stations is the price for all correct, well not for one of the correct guesses, not for all correct guesses. The fact that one of us is going missing and we don't actually know who it is that's not the crux of the competition.

No. But it's been one of the more enjoyable three days of radio I've ever had. So much paranoia and more paranoia in this room than usual. Now and Megan's just left to go to the bathroom we're like well what you already went to the bathroom before. We're keeping an eye on everyone's toilet breaks, breakfast breaks. Yeah but it's the second time in how many minutes probably? Oh yeah.

This is really taking me by surprise too. We just spoke to Andrew, your husband, he had no idea you were going I hope you've spoken to him by now I, you know what, I've always said I'm a really good liar You are! You know all this stuff. Yeah behind the scenes. Oh the deception that's going on now, Johan New Plymouth to your credit you honor you honor ass, Johan Okay, so you thought it was her from the get-go but that that's not the competition. The competition is not to find out who the rogue is. Now the game really starts. It's to work out where they are going, and you need to work out the town or the city that they're going to be. How can we trust she's not going to lie to us? Exactly.

Now Johanne, you can ask the first question. Do you want to know any clues? What do you want to ask her? Well, I'd like to know if there's any landmarks that's very obvious where she is. So obviously you've got the, I'm guessing you haven't got to the place yet. Someone already text her, spotted and Auckland as well. And I'm like well technically Auckland's the starting point but I presume you're going somewhere else. To answer Johan's question I can see the Sky Tower.

Okay but this is not where you're going to be right? No there's a bit of travel involved. Okay, thank you. Can we rule out Auckland? I don't think you can rule anything out at this point. Elaine, questions for Megan. What do you want to ask her? I want to ask if you are going to Australia and if you are, are you going back to Brisbane? Because I'm getting Brisbane because you went AWOL after the radio awards and you were flying to Australia.

And so I think you're somewhere in like a luxury hotel or something. And I think you recorded something. I love that you think we've got that much budget. We're in a luxury hotel somewhere pretending to be going away somewhere. She does have a clause and a contract about luxury hotels, but we won't get into that right now. But Megan, are you going to stay within New Zealand? Can we answer that?

I can confirm staying in New Zealand. I wish I was going to Brisbane. I can confirm in New Zealand. Thanks Elaine. I can see you're hyperventilating. So we had to do some filming with something we can't talk too much about, but something for the radio show,

and it required us being inside a car for a long period of time, which is fine. It was a parked car and stuff and inside a building. Yeah, nothing to do with the car. But also had a cat that had to join us inside the car for a little bit of filming. That cat had a great time, the cat was very placid. I got to hold the cat and pet the cat and it was great. One eyed cat too. One eyed cat.

But this whole thing was Jono's idea, classic. And I wasn't even holding the cat but I'm really allergic. I'm really allergic to cats. Well I'm sorry, through the process I should have checked. How's he runs cat allergies? So I was like, generally if I don't have checked. How's he runs cat allergies? So I was like, generally if I don't touch them, it's fine. Cause it's the fur and it's the saliva on the skin. But because Ben's trying to calm down the cat, make sure he's okay, there was a lot of patting

and scratching going on. And I'm sitting beside Ben as the fur's flying. A lot of fur flying everywhere. The fur was flying in the air. And not the cat, the cat was chill. But it was just trying to keep it, yeah. And I don't like to make it fuss. But I started coughing and I was like

oh I can feel it in my throat because I get quite bad asthma from cats. The eyes started watering. You had to head out the window, we weren't going anywhere. But you had to head out the park's car window inside a building. I started wheezing, I'm like This is within about 60 seconds of the cat being in the car. Quick, quick, isn't it?

Geez, you are an allergic cat. I can feel my nose itching now just thinking about it. But yeah. Have you never owned a cat? Only when I was very, very young. And then that's when you found out. Yeah, I think I found our cat, like, passed away in the garden.

And some people have said, like, it can come from trauma. Oh, really? Because we used to have a cat and now I'm really allergic. I see, develop the allergies after seeing the... Maybe. Well yeah they kicked in real quick, zero to a hundred. Is this like a death thing? No it's just asthma. Well I mean it's pretty serious. Just a bit of drama, just a drama thing like look at me sort of thing, the cat was getting the attention, I see'm like cut! And I have not got out of a car faster and that's why I carry my antihistamines with me everywhere. Yeah it's what other crazy stuff are you allergic to? Perfume. Really? Yeah. Do you not wear perfume? I can't touch my skin. What do you do?

Rashi. Do you spray it on clothing? It gets like yeah I spray it on my clothes, sometimes in my hair. But I get like blisters. What's in the perfume? Alcohol I think. So don't even spray me with vodka either. No champagne celebrations if the show ever does well. I love it when you say if the show ever does well. We might get there.

We're going to bring in a perfume soaked cat after 8 o'clock this morning. Oh my god. It feels like a lot of people are getting sick at the moment, right? The colder weather, my daughter seeing her off school yesterday and we were filming something. And she's at the age now where she can be home alone and all that, you know, but I get a call and I'm like in my pocket and I was like, oh, that's very unusual that she'd be calling, you know, Gen Z's these days don't really use it. Don't use their phone for that.

I like the phone, then I get another call and I was like, I know, I was like, I've got to text her back because I couldn't talk, we were filming and I was like, is it urgent? She's like, yes. So I was like, okay, I better, you know, at the next break go out and talk to her. Yeah. So what's going on? What's happened? She's like, the WiFi's down.

Oh my god. I saw you pacing around the car, bud. It's urgent happened? She's like, the Wi-Fi's down. I saw you pacing around the car. And I was like, okay, well use your phone. She's like, the phone data's not working either. I'm like, well. What did she need? This is a catastrophe for a 15 year old. And I mean, to her credit, she is generally pretty good at it. Her sister plays sports, they get out and about, but I guess she's sick as well. I can't do anything about the Wi-Fi and the data from here. Is it urgent? Did you turn it off, turn it on again? sports again and about but I guess you're sick as well. I can't do anything about the Wi-Fi and the data from here. Is it urgent? Yes, exactly. That's all I can do. You know why my phone dial is not working? I'm like, no I don't. I don't. You better just get it sorted later on. Then I get another text going, can I get an Uber to eat some lunch? I'm like, no. But I'm sick. Yeah, but I'm sick. Yeah, exactly as well. It just made you think, you know, how far technology and kids have come, you know, when we were kids. And then probably there's kids listening right now and parents, you know, how far it is. You know, city kids, you know, the options like Uber eats in lunch.

I'm like, no. Excuse me, I remember the days when if you were sick, you had to sit through Dr. Phil and Days of Our Lives because there was no Netflix. Yeah, Days of Our Lives. He's like, I tell you, that could hook you in quickly to the old Days of Our Lives, couldn't it? Like sands through the hourglass. These are the days. Days of Our Lives.
