She hosts a breakfast show over there in New York. How are you this morning, Nicole? I'm good. I have to brag a little bit. I was able to interview Sean Johnson today.

On one of Sean Johnson's thighs That would be nice Stop thirsting on Sean No wonder we can't interview him You're right, a restraining order P. Diddy, the saga continues, you know, for 2024. And now it seems like Jay-Z's involved in it. Yeah.

So there was a new accusation. And there's just like some bizarre things, or at least like there's just some aspects and details about this whole suit that's coming out that I think are worth discussing. Number one, there's only, and I am know, you believe you believe victims, right? If somebody said this happens to me, you have to believe victims. But the suit right now for this one thing that there was a 13 year old girl that said this thing happened back in 2000. Number one,

I don't know about the statute of limitations. Number two, it definitely lines up with all the other Diddy accusations. And number three, it's only a civil suit right now. There have been no criminal charges filed, which I find a little weird. Like, I don't know if they're not. I read the reason that the civil lawsuit is being filed is because it's passed the statute of limitations. So they can't file the criminal lawsuit. Okay, well, then that makes sense.

It was 24 years ago, this particular accusation. Sorry to jump in here with probably a question that some people would understand, but what is the statute of limitations? Does that mean that if it goes past a certain amount of time? Certain time. It's like almost like for lack of a better term, it doesn't count anymore. Like you're not allowed to. It's very weird.

I'm not actually sure if we have that in New Zealand, but yeah, after a certain amount of time, it's like saying, well, you've got this amount of time to make your complaint and then you're done. Right. Right. Which, you know,

if for such a sensitive subject like this, you have to understand it probably took this person and many of these, you know, alleged victims, a lot of strength and time and like braveness to be able to come out and say this happened. So I don't know. We've discussed over the past few months, I feel like as the Diddy stuff unfolded, that Beyonce and Jay-Z have been very, very quiet. Why they have been so quiet

could be for many reasons. They might just not want to be involved because I think they were friendly with him in the past. But I don't know. It's a bad look. And the statement he put out is intense. It's aggressive. And I don't know if It's a bad look, and the statement he put out is intense. It's aggressive, and I don't know if you just saw. I literally saw this like 10 minutes ago. I saw that Beyonce's mom, Tina, liked a post about

him being accused, about Jay-Z being accused, which is not a good look. If Beyonce's mom is liking a post saying that he was accused of this, I don't know if they're not on good terms or what's going on there, but that's a bad look. That's messy. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. There is a, there's a female celebrity involved in that particular accusation as well, who hasn't been named. So then again, accusations fly and people were chucking out names and I don't know if we will ever find out who that is,

but Jay-Z has been named in a new lawsuit which is yeah yeah I mean listen it sounds like from like over the past few weeks since Diddy's been in jail that there's a lot of people that are scrambling to pay off people to uh you know in hopes that not come out I mean it's Jesse and I think that there's a lot of people, not just Diddy, that are probably guilty on some level of being a part of this. Oh, of course it is getting towards Christmas time. And, you know, we watch all these holiday movies from New Zealand where it's hot at Christmas time, but obviously where you are, it's cold and it's snowing and the beautiful Christmas lights. What's a traditional Christmas day for you, Nicole? So we're with all of Matt's family because I'm Jewish and he's Irish Catholic.

So we get to do all the holidays and be with his family and my family. So we do fondue the night before, like on Christmas Eve with his whole family. And it's really fun. We open one. Chocolate or cheese? Oh, we do it.

We do cheese. We do the steak, like in the oil. We do the, and we do chocolate. We do the whole shebang, girl. It's so good. It's like my favorite thing. And then we always open one gift the night before. And then Matt's mom, she was born on Christmas.

So she gets to open all her birthday presents on Christmas Eve. And then we go with his whole family. He's got a really big family. So we go and just eat until we can't eat anymore and drink and eat and drink way more and open presents all day and hang. Amazing. So looking back at the year, it's been another huge year entertainment-wise. I mean, Taylor Swift, the era's tour, we can't really go past that for one of the most iconic things this year.

I mean, I watched a little bit of the live stream on Sunday night when it was her last show in Vancouver, and I just, I got like a little bit welled up and I was sitting with my daughter because we both were actually lucky enough to go to two shows. I went one for work because we gave away a bunch of tickets

and had a suite to bring a bunch of listeners. So I went to MetLife when it first started and then I took her down to Miami recently. So she also went to MetLife and to Miami with me. So I just said, I need you to understand that like what you're watching is history. Like you've been a part of history. This has never been done before. No one's ever sold this, the amount of tickets. I mean, she made $2 billion in ticket sales. It's unbelievable. And she even said on stage on Sunday, I never thought that writing a lyric about friendship bracelets, one lyric, one line

in a random song on one of my albums would turn into this monster of like friendship and love and joy. And I mean, she really did spread a lot of joy talking about the holidays this past, whatever, 21 months that she's been touring. It's been so spectacular and fun to watch. And that's the thing, love her or hate her,

she's a cultural phenomenon right now. And she's making history. Yeah. She really is. It's been so cool. So what now for Taylor? Because she's finished the Eris tour. She's still with Travis.

She's like, all right, mate, I've just done a huge tour. Now you want a next thing? But I guess my point is that usually when they do big tours like this, they kind of hibernate for a little bit. I think she deserves a little bit of time off. I feel like she deserves to sleep for like a month straight. I mean, her birthday is Friday. She's December 13th. And no, she's always been a huge fan of Christmas and the holidays, just like so many people are. She grew up on a Christmas tree farm. And I'm hoping I think we're all sort of waiting with bated breath for an engagement,

if not on her birthday shortly thereafter. That's my hope. Oh, yeah. Prediction for 2024 and a wedding perhaps? Is it almost two years? What am I saying? 2025, sorry. Yeah, I was like, where are you going here? You're going to have to squeeze that in, aren't you? Plan that pretty quickly if it's 2024. I think it was like a little over a year

because I think it was like July when they started hanging out, like last year in 2023. I think, don't quote me on that but yeah I don't think it's been exactly two years so I mean it's early but I feel like when you know you know and she's been with so many like not losers but like not for her kind of guys that I feel like this is it yeah right it could happen we've got our fingers crossed I'm praying I'm praying
