Are you guys, you good in meetings? You rate yourself in a meeting? In what way? Strangers. Like if you're going in for a meeting with people, you don't really know. Oh, no, there's an eternal hurricane. Yeah, no, you're not doing. You don't say much.

Don't mind you? Yeah, I don't know that I'm good at meetings. I don't mind. No. Meeting's not our strong point. Not my strong point. I don't go into a meeting yesterday. There was three parties and there was a guy I went in with and he was really,

he was trying to pitch his agenda, okay? Yeah. Just fair enough to this person. and then I was kind of just sort of collateral on the side. And he kept saying something, which I thought was a really powerful meeting play. He would always reference me. He'd be like, Jono, like you said, and then continue on with his point. And he said there's four times throughout the meeting.

Like you said, Johno, that idea. And then by the third, like you said, I was like, I've never said. I've never once said. A great tactic. So he's like mind manipulating me into thinking of, something that I haven't said. But it's the thing he wants to say. So he thinks we've coming in as a team.

That's a... I was like, I walked at that meeting going. She said it was a really good meeting. And I went, hang on. I didn't say, yeah. None of those ideas I've seen. None of those were my ideas. Takes a lot of courage for you in that moment to go, hang on.

I just just said. And I was like, look at the other guy. I was like, I haven't just said anything. No, usually in a meeting you take the things I've said and you just spout it off as your own. Do I do that? Do I? Remember you're like, I have this age.

and she's like, I just said that a minute ago. But then we're like, did you? Did you? Yeah. I didn't hear your weak little female voice.

Do I need to sew it like this? Oh, that's good. It's the tones. I love this guy. Just the decibels hit better when it's a bit deeper. I was thinking about that

we had a hits conference the other day and I felt I got manipulated in one of the meetings. We were a meeting on music. Remember the music for the station? Matt, Ben, you'll have lots of questions.

They kept going, Ben's going, wringing his hands together for questions. We'll get Ben. And I got the same thing going to go, why are I going to have so many questions? And I was scared to ask a question. Yeah, Ben was sitting beside me and he was like putting his hands up like, I don't. I don't know. Ben will have opinions on that.

So he mind manipulated me and did not ask you a question by saying, he'll have lots of questions. That was powerful. Yeah, I witnessed that too. I didn't even know what was going on there. And I was like, he's like, look at him. He's ringing his hands together. I was like, am I? You're like waving the white flag.

I know. Did you have questions leading into it, though? You probably had three or four ready to go. No, I didn't have. He disarmed you. He disarmed me beautifully, actually. So it was a good play. Yeah, I do love those little power plays.
