because yesterday morning I got a panicked text from my husband. So I obviously work in the mornings. He does the drop off with our little kids who are five and three, but they're still in car seats. And here in lies the issue. I was borrowing a little zippy car, and so I put the car seats in my car to take them for a spin at the weekend. We usually keep them in one car.

There's a dedicated, like, big family car that they stay in. I've driven it. I've driven them to school before when we were there at your house for the morning. So, yeah, no, it's a good family wagon that one. Full of crumbs, full of toys. But that is the car. You'll clean it up in seven years. Yeah, yeah.

And I took the car sacked out and I put them in this little car. And so when I left for work yesterday morning, it's dark. Like I got in the car, didn't turn around or anything and just drove into work. I didn't even think about it until at 8 o'clock when my house. and's going to do drop off, and he gets to the car. And all he sees is the crumbs, there is no car seats. He's like, geez, this thing needs a clean. But anyway, more importantly, how am I getting the kids to school?

Yeah, no car seats. And does he text you? He did, yeah. He's like, hey, you took the car seats to work. I was like, which is pointless, because at that point, I can't do anything about it. I just felt bad. Good. Yeah, just what he wanted you to do.

That was the reason. That was the intent. So he had to call around the lovely people in our neighbourhood And one car seat got borrowed Another kid got in another car We did a split like job off Inconvenience the entire neighbourhood Pretty much

But our neighbourhood's very good like that But he was just like in an absolute flap But also like he's not going to work or anything I have to have that chuck that up there Just a little digger If this was the 90s or 80s You'd chuck them in the back of a eut tray No questions asked

I said to my mum I was like Well how did you get me home from the hospital And she's like oh you just put it in like a little You're in like a little basket thing in the back seat What have? Chili bin God it's amazing we're all here

I know How did we not fly through a windscreen But anyway A little bit relaxed back then were they I'm sure we'd lost some good people along the way But we don't like to reflect on those So 0800 of the hits What did you drive off with

That's what you want to know Yeah Some people have to do the drive the wheelie bins down a very long driveway, right? They attach the wheelie bins to a driver. Oh, their car? Yeah. Does anyone actually driven to work with one of those?

And just keep going, you know? Jeez, you must have a really long driveway if you forgot your wheeliebin from leaving your house to the end of your driveway. And you see, sometimes you see people that drive off on social media where they put the petrol bowser, you know, filling up the car and then forget to take it out and just drive off as well. We've got lots on our mind. Yeah, I guess you're right.

So 800 of the hits. We've stayed at a holiday house And there was an hour and a half Driving home and I got a call It's like hey the next people They can't find the keys to the house And I looked down and they were And you're thinking

What are all the options apart from turning around It's like can these people cancel their holiday Can they smash a window And you work for all those You try and blame other people And then you eventually have to turn the car out And just swear at yourself For 90 minutes as you're driving back

I was going home to drop the family off, and then I gave them the keys to open the door, and then I drove off, I hadn't turned off the ignition, drove off, because the keys, and then got to the place, so I stopped, turned off the car, and then I came back out,

and I'm like, oh. Oh, no. They've got the key, they've got the car key, and everything as well. Does the car just keep going on without the fob in it? Yeah, a slight little beeping at the start, which I sort of ignore.

Oh, yeah, I was going to say, usually beeps and it's like, no key detected. I thought I was reversing and all sorts of stuff going on. You worked through that. No key detected. You're like, oh. I didn't ignore all those signs Even if I was saying it on the screen

I was like where's the key I don't know The car's just complaining about something So yeah That's yeah They do they really do make it easy for us nowadays And we still manage to screw up I did that

Kayla good morning to you Happy New Year Happy New Year All righty You drove off with what I didn't drive off But we went to Auckland My daughter needed a car

So we thought Oh Okan has cheap cars So we went there Got the cars but it was going to take long. So my husband said, okay, one of the daughter and you go back to New Plymouth. So we were like, okay, we're going back. We came here, raised here at about 10 o'clock night.

Yeah. Trying to go and open the door. Oh, where's the keys? Oh, 10 o'clock. Is this a Sunday night? Yeah. Is that like a six-hour drive? And after five minutes, started pouring down.

Geez, you go through all the stages of grief, don't you? How did you get into the house? How did you get into the house, Kayla? Pardon? How did you get in? Because all the windows up high, we thought my daughter's one in the room would be easier. So I had to bend down.

She had to climb on me, and we tried that several times, and I had to push her from the back. She was doing that window. She was big. She couldn't get any. I had to push her so hard for her. So get in there.

Oh, you're broken to your own house. That's good. Good core strength from you there. Molly, morning to you. You drove off with what? I drove off without. I prepaid for fuel. It was when, obviously, they weren't letting you fill up before you drive away.

And I went in, paid $120 of diesel, got in the car, drove off without... get in that tour now. Normally the other way people drive off without pay.

You paid. Did you manage to get the fuel? Did you go back? Yeah, well it was they know me

because I go to the same one every week and I drove off and drove down the road and I got like halfway down the road

and was like oh my God turned around and luckily they turned off the pump and then let me fuel up

when I got there Oh that's good they need to win the petrol companies too don't they? Yes. Good on you Molly

appreciate that And Cindy, we'll take one more. What happened? What did you drive off with? Good morning. This was actually yesterday. I got to work after about 45 minutes in heavy traffic, and I was so pleased to have gotten me on time because I had tasks to do before 9 o'clock.

And I took my laptop out of my laptop bag and realized that it was my home laptop and not my work laptop. It happens. It happens. And like you said before, too busy. We're too busy people. And laptops are such small. smart devices, but you need that one. You can't just do it on the other one.
