The Jono Ben and Megan podcast, thanks to Dilma. Goodness really does taste great. Dilma, making the world a better tea. I've been about this before. Anything starts with look. I don't want to, I'm going to preface this by saying, I don't want to come across like a psycho. I'm just floating it.

I'm floating it with you guys. My husband is on tour with a musical, Ann Juliet. They're in Wellington at the moment, so he's not at home. Six weeks on the trot. Six weeks away. We're coming up half. halfway through that. But he gave me, we had a conversation and he gave me half the story.

So he was like, oh, a few of us, it was their day off. A few of us are going for drinks. And I was like, cool, cool, you do you. But a team building? Yeah, a team building amongst the cast. Great. And that was all I heard about it. But I've got, I've got friends all over the place.

I've got people. And someone has DM'd me and said, They saw my husband out for said drinks that night with one person with Juliet Just the one Oh so no like just deter them Just to tour them Well they're part of the team

Yeah they're part of the team boot And you know probably the most important relationship on that stage Needs to be the chemistry between Romeo and or Juliet I mean they kiss every night So you need to keep that alive You need to keep that chemistry rich Hey good on you for sharing your insecurity So was there other people as part of the drink

Like, was that originally the intention? I mean, they had all of people been there and gone home and stuff like that. Well, this is what I don't know, Ben. Right. Because that could happen, right? Yeah. Sure. But I love that I've got people scouting my husband for me.

Yeah. But I was just like, is that... Can't get away with anything nowadays, poor Andrew. I guess it's not inappropriate. Like, I floated this with you guys yesterday and Ben was like, you and me would go out for like dinner. Like in Christchit, she bought your depressing soup. But I was like, where are we going for dinner? John I was catching up with his parents.

I was like, where are we going for dinner? You're like, I'll go my soup. I'll say, okay, I'll go by myself. But I wouldn't have felt uncomfortable there too. But we don't kiss every night on stage. That's true. It'd be weird if the end of the show we... Yeah, kiss is the light stint.

Me and Megan. That's the kicker. And the fact that if it was just them, he told me there was a bunch of them. It was very vague. He was like, oh, a few of us are going out. She's part of the bunch. But was there a bunch? Two colleagues, just going.

who happened to be kissing every night that's all of us. Romeo and Julian the classic love story we've seen it before. All of our board I'm going into bat for injury here. Okay, so what does everyone else think?

He's never going to do anything. He loves you. Plus you've got a house together and untangling all that. I see to him. He's not the admin doesn't I have said to him. It's all what holds people back. No, but I have said to him before.

Divorcing me would be such a pain in the bum. It would be four. I've got a business. We've got kids. There's a house. I was like, lot of admin. A lot of admin.

You know, that's always probably in the back of his mind. So he's like, he's a lifer. Don't you worry about him. There's a lot of admin. Plus she's a bit psycho.

You never know what she's going to do. Okay. Well, you're text four for eight seven. Is there anything for Megan to be worried about? Personally, I don't think so. Personally,

I mean, yeah, colleagues can go out together, but then colleagues can also, you know? Kiss? Yeah, well,

well, it's a very unusual situation for the colleagues to be kissing of this. And not tell you that it was just them? Yeah, yeah. Well, I mean, he did tell you, you know, it's part of the story. Yeah. They were getting out with the team.

Yeah. She's an integral part of the team. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. All right, four, eight seven. Does Megan have anything to me? Oh, already from Tanya, I'd be wary. Oh.

Just by the vague description. Yeah, well, yeah. That doesn't bode that well for him. That, the, part. But anyway, I'm just like, why are you talking about this on the radio? And then someone else is like, wow, trust issues. Yeah, okay, Kara, thank you. Good on you, Megan.

Good on you. A buddy, bad of vulnerability, mate. Wouldn't get that over on more of him, would you? This sort of stuff. A little peek into the life of Megan Pappas. And speaking of drinks, Megan. So my husband's away, doing his musical and Juliet at the moment, and he's away for six weeks. We have spoken about the fact that he has to kiss Juliet every night.

But the other day he told me that they were going for drinks, a few of them. And I was like, cool, your day off, you do. you, except I got a message saying that they saw him having drinks with one person, Juliet. Who was this bloody snitch? Have they not heard of the stitches roared? I've got girls everywhere. So this is what we've opened up this morning. Should Megan be as worried as she is about this whole scenario?

Well, I was just like, is that weird? Can I run a sub-pole as well? Should we be solving this issue on the radio too? Maybe not. A boy question. You're all my mates. Someone's text through saying, having been on musical tours before, it's not unusual to have casual dinner with a cast member,

even if they are from the other sex. Only weird thing is him saying he was going out with a team and not just one person. Yeah, and the one person that he has to smooch every night. Tell you what, we went on a work trip and I ate dinner by myself, and it's lonely, and you look lonely and people feel sorry for you, so I see why he went out with someone else. Yeah, and someone also texted through, say,

did you not, Megan, have a couple of men colleagues in your house last week while your husband was away. I did. That was us. And I introduced them to my children. Oh, yeah. We made breakfast. We took the kids to school.

We'd really immersed ourselves in new dads. There were a new dad like the stepdads they didn't want. Suzanne made them lunch, didn't we? We did it on the way to school. People thought we were arguing couple, John. Yeah, Suzanne, it's great to have you on. Would you be wary if you're Megan? Yes, I would be wary because, I mean, I hate to be serious about it,

but, you know, trust and communication are the cornerstones of any healthy relationship. And I just believe that you have to be really open and transparent with each other. Yeah. You know, in all situations. And especially when he's been away for at least three weeks now and he's got another three weeks to go. And, you know, you want to have some self, you want to be, you know, trusting him. And that, so, yeah, I just believe that he should do the right thing. tell you exactly what he's doing

and who he's with and just give you reassurance. Open comms. Fair enough, too jane. The couch is there for when he comes home. Three weeks, son. What I love about this is Andrew's still asleep in his hotel room. He has no idea that the nation...

We should get him on after 8 o'clock, actually. Judging him and calling up a radio show. We really need give him a chance to defend himself, don't we? I'm feeling kind of bad for the guy at the moment, to be honest. Doesn't pay a good picture. He's a lovely dude. He's a lovely dude. Tilly, good morning.

Look, I just think he needs to complain, be honest. If I was you, I'd be worried. But this is not about that. You want to make you feel good. She's great. She's great. You're right. I'm always you, I'd be worried.

But it's not about that. that. You're a great. You'll be a great single mother too, Megan. Maybe the six weeks is a test, see if you can handle it all on your own. You're like, great. You don't need a relationship. Thank you.
