Filling the tea on Hollywood's A-listers.
Kardashians.
I have met every single one.
Exposing scandals.
She's not a good person, but either is he.
Digging the dirt.
Is she a diva?
Yes.
And finding out what's going on behind the scenes.
Yelling at cast members.
Yes.
It was a script.
No.
His identity is a secret.
But his stories have been proven right time and time again.
This is Enty.
Yes, he joins us from Hollywood and today under some very sad circumstances.
NT, welcome along.
Matthew Perry, very sad at 54, has died.
Yeah, you know, you'd like to say that it's totally unexpected and a big shock,
but I think it's just a big shock because of who he is.
You know, the guy's been to rehab at least 15 or 16 times.
I mean, it's not a complete shocker, I don't think.
I mean, when I heard the news, I was like, oh, you know, it's a crusher
because there's just certain people that, you know, you feel it a little bit, right?
You know, even if you don't know them or whatever, you just feel it.
You go, oh.
And I think it depends on how identifiable they are to you and if you
grew up with them or what time period in your life and stuff like that so yeah it is it is sad and
like you say he's obviously battled with his demons for many many years uh it was it was a
drowning in the hot tub and jacuzzi so he had he had gone to play uh the sport that you and i we've
talked about before here at pickleball um because he was a pickleball fanatic.
And he had been playing over at a country club for a couple of hours, came home and told his assistant to go get him a new iPhone and some new prescription glasses.
And then got in the hot tub.
And when the assistant came home, Matthew was dead.
Fell asleep.
You know, probably.
They didn't find any drugs at the house, and that's what they said.
And you never know if an assistant's going to clean it up or something like that, right?
But they didn't find any drugs.
But he had a whole mess of pills, just like all kinds of different prescriptions and stuff like that.
Feels very reminiscent of, like, Whitney Houston.
Or even Whitney Houston's daughter, Bobby Christina.
They both, you know, died of drowning in a bathtub it's you know I know the crazy thing is is I think
the last post to social media that Matthew Perry had was a picture of him sitting in his hot tub
yeah and his jacuzzi yeah I did see that now as you say you know Matthew Perry iconic character
of friends uh Chandler uh we grew up yeah I felt like you grew up with that with him and the cast
members but yeah really struggled behind the scenes I read a lot of his book over summer and he was
taking like 55 Vicodin a day. He's had like 14 stomach surgeries and went into a coma because
of his prescription medication. He seemed to have been, what, sober for the last couple of years?
I mean, I think that that's a relative term.
You know, if you're taking all these pills and everything to keep you functioning,
and, you know, a lot of them were really, really strong kind of pills.
But, yeah, I mean, he wasn't drinking alcohol or anything.
He dated also Julia Roberts,
which she was the biggest movie star in the world.
He was one of the biggest TV stars in the world,
and that was something else I remember reading his book.
They fluted over fax machine.
I mean, that tells you the time period we were in, right?
Yeah.
Did you have to like draw what you were shooting?
Like if you were going, hey, here's a saucy picture,
did you have to hand draw it?
I don't know.
He'd just say he would go in the book,
he'd go home and wait for the fax to come through.
Like a text would come through now.
I know.
I mean, it's so bizarre.
But it's also kind of a flex if you're doing that in the mid-90s
because fax machines were like several thousand dollars
and it was probably really expensive to send one.
Yeah, it seems like a big waste of the fax machine's time, doesn't it?
And an aggravating way to flirt too.
Andy with us from Hollywood.
Did you meet Matthew Peary?
I've seen him several times.
I knew a couple of his girlfriends, like Yasmin Bleeth and Jennifer Capriotti, who was a tennis player.
You know, so we would talk.
Yasmin Bleeth, it was really interesting because on the show Friends, you know, Matthew Peary's character Chandler would often say,
Oh, gosh, I really like to date Yasmin Bleeth, who was on Baywatch at the time. And then they ended up dating in real life, too. So that was kind of surreal. And when she was
with him, you know, she had her own issues. He just would sabotage a lot of these relationships
because of his issues, because it's really tough to be with somebody who's who's always, you know,
battling sobriety and is drunk and can barely stand.
I think he said once, you know, you read the book, I think he only did one season of Friends where he was completely sober.
Season nine or something, the one he was nominated for an Emmy, I think, for.
Yeah, he said that was the only season he did without having anything in his system.
Right, and that's the only season he got nominated, right?
So it just shows you, like, you can be this functioning person,
especially if you have a bunch of people enabling you,
you're on a hit show or whatever.
And look, he was making a million dollars an episode.
Well, yeah, very sad, as you say it,
as one of those passings that you go,
oh, man, that really does suck.
Matthew Perry and NTP, really do appreciate your time.
You keep well over there in Hollywood.
All right, I will talk to you guys soon.
