Today is We're it for the Waz Day, supporting the Waz against the Knights on Sunday, big game.
Yeah, so if you've got any, well, it's kind of self-explanatory.
Yeah.
You know how Weir-it for the Waz would work.
And it was fun last week to see everyone all wandering around in their Waz merch.
Megan, you borrowed Ben's brand spanking new top.
Oh, yeah.
Spilled coffee, dribbled coffee all down it.
And then you loan it to your friend, and then she got into her head about how new it was.
That's fine.
She wore it to the start of the game when everyone was like,
Whoa, flash shirt
And she was like, oh God, is it?
Is it? So she took it off.
I'm got a chance to do that.
She was like, oh, I'm scared.
Someone's going to spill on it or something.
So she took it off.
Does she get inside her?
Yeah.
I'm sorry about that.
Well, everyone else got inside her head.
Yeah.
Well, you should have said, well, don't worry.
Amanda had put clay all over it at school, Ben's life.
You'd poured coffee on it.
Yeah.
It's got a story already.
So last night, I was that my son does some strength and conditioning for his sport.
So they all go to this gym
And sometimes you sort of turn up early
And you're lingering around for 20 minutes
Before the end of the session, you know
And there were some other parents there
And one of the other dads
Really musly guy
He's like, shall we push some tin?
Oh really?
He said, shall we get in there
And you know, train with the team?
Your warning was push some tin
Oh no.
If they're using that lingo
Your son and your son's there
And annoying teenagers
Having your parents
So, don't push tin.
Yeah.
I'm not a push tin guy.
Like, I'm happy just working out by myself and struggling and huffing and puffing and wheezing like the sad middle-aged person I am.
But I don't know what came over me.
I said, okay, let's push some tin.
And dear God, he loaded up the bench press.
I was like, how much you're putting on there?
He's like, just 60.
He's like, 60-killy, 60-cadget.
He got on there.
He's like, we'll just do quick eight.
He's like, so, so, so.
And he's going to the bars hitting this chest.
Yeah, he knows what he's doing.
See how he didn't do that.
And then he's like, you hop on now and I'm like, oh, that first one, oh, I don't
reckon I could even do 40 and I don't get halfway down.
I'm like, oh, if I go anymore, this thing's just going to be sitting.
I'm just going to be lying here with the bar on my chest for the rest of my life.
And I couldn't get back up.
And he wasn't like, he wouldn't even bother spotting me because he was like, well, he's like
60 to him.
It's probably just like a warm up.
So he was over the other side of the gym.
Oh, no.
And you know how it sort of goes on an angle?
And then you try and bring it back to the other way.
And he had him put the clips.
He had put the clips on either again
because he probably thought it was just a warm-up weight for himself.
So it had gone so far over to one side
that one weight came off.
I'd dink over to the other side.
And then you're like, oh, this is easier.
Easy to do the bar.
Yeah, I put the bar back up, all right.
Thankfully, everyone else was focusing on their squats and pumps.
You had inadvertent.
They call those drop weights.
Oh, do they?
Yeah, like you put them outside of the clips
so you can drop them off if you need to.
Yeah, the clips really stitch you up
because if you can't do that,
I don't know what else is going to escape.
60Ks is really heavy, guys.
Yeah, that's a person.
Yeah.
