Great Father's Day weekend. We had a lot of activities planned for the weekend. You did have a lot. You were sung on Friday. Many, many things you don't know. You were hosting brunches and bloody nighttime dinner parties and stuff. Getting takeaways? Was that ever an option for you, Megan?

Because I know you're like to. Not in that household. Not in that, yeah. And rare all the ingredients. She was talking about what you were going to make for Father's Day breakfast on Friday to me, weren't you? I had to do, like, prep for that. Didn't have to, but you did.

I had to do prep for it the day before. Ronald McDonald does some good. on the old bacon, even with muffins, ma'am. So we did have people over on Saturday night unrelated to Father's Day, just like a friend gathering, but we were cooking. But Andrew did the cooking. So he's putting on a spread,

and he made like a pretty, hands-down probably the best bread and bud pudding I've ever had in my life. Well done, Andrew. Father of the year. Yeah. Yeah, so we put on quite a spread and we had like, you know, 10 people over.

And... I couldn't cater for 10 people. That's a lot of people. That's a lot. Well, he did it. And so he's obviously, sets the table and he wanted everyone to eat around the table. So everyone ate dinner around the table. And then my best friend mentions, because we did have the dinner party early so the kids can join it.

And then she was like, hey, the warrior is it playing? And my husband's not a very sporty guy. How early eating dinner? The Warriors were at five. Well, yeah, no, we ate at 430. Did you? The kids, yeah. Well, it was like, yeah.

I would put that more into the lunch category. Yeah, that's a late lunch. Yeah, well, you know, the kid, yeah, we've got little kids. And she was like, yeah, the warriors are playing. And Andrew's looking at me like, don't do it, don't do it. And I was like, oh, okay, you can turn it on. Yeah, like, just keep it quiet. But then it felt like everyone at our house was like, yeah, for the worries on.

So he was worried the distraction of the conversation was going to veer to the tea. Of course it is. It's the ones. Yeah, yeah. So everyone kind of vacates and pulls up chairs and ends up like, you know, the worries get turned up. Everyone's very excited about it. Because you know, probably in the back of some of their minds,

they would have been like, are they going to have the worries on? Yeah. Oh, yeah, I'm sure they would have to watch. Oh, yeah, I'm going to be on. No, TV's not on, but maybe they'll turn it on later. Who's going to bring it up? And then, you know how I mentioned this delicious dessert that Andrew made from scratch

was so good. He, that was like his piaste de resistance. And he brings it out to. a choir of angels and puts it on the table and everyone's still watching the Warriors. So he's like, guys, dessert's on the table. Should have waited till the 80 minute whistle.

I know. He looked so peeved. It'll be 7 o'clock. Even early for dessert. But everyone came over and ended up dishing it up and then going back to the lounge and a little heartbreak on his face. Oh, well that's, I mean, that's what you guys,

clashing with the wars. Yeah. You knew their schedule. But father's, Day, like, I hadn't caught up on all my F-1. So, on Father's Day dinner, I was trying to quietly watch

all the qualifying with the F-1. You try quietly watching F-1. Well, especially you. But everyone, like, everyone was at my house, and I'm supposed to be, like, you know, hosting, making the dinner. Be supportive wife on Father's Day. I'm like,

ha! Ah! Ah! He was like, what's happening? I'm like, oh, no, nothing. Nothing. So, yeah, sport really hindered our parties. the weekend. Well, happy father's day, Andrew. Your dessert was delicious, babe. Is that what this whole thing was? So you can make a public apology for not acknowledging the bread and butter pudding.

Yeah, pretty much.
